Beer towers are cool but I wouldnt set high expectations for food. Thats really not what people are here for.
The food is good to service is good.but the music is way too loud annoying!The waitress couldnt even hear us.Not cool
Food was excellent and my waitress was outstanding. Toilet seat was completely off and no soap in the bathroom. Then had security at the door when leaving as if it isnt safe
My first time in Texas, this place is not bad, my son sure did like the staff!!
BEWARE of this place!!!! I went to eat here with a few co-workers and only got wings and a drink. I tipped the waitress $5. Just to open my account to see she went in added to the tip. My order was $35 and I tipped her $5 to make it $40 tell me why when I checked my account the total was $51. Very shady establishment DO NOT TRUST THEM!
Waited 25 minutes for a waitress. Two other tops served before us. My daughter and I just wanted something quick like chips and sodas before a long drive back home. Go next door to Bjs or Joes Crab Shack!
It is basically Twin peaks south of the border. The food was enjoyable. I Didnt have any conversation with anyone. A little loud inside

I have been to the location in San Antonio several times. This location is very much like it. All my experiences have been very good. The tacos I got this time were small...but they were good. They have a lot of tv’s so watching sports here should be pretty good.
Unless you like raw meat, DO NOT EAT HERE. Was served a completely raw burger, this establishment should not be open.

OMG!!! I went there with a friend after work shortly after midnight. It was a Thursday or Friday. The girls there were total knockouts!! Beautiful!! The food and service was great too. I was trying to take a picture of a couple bartenders and waitresses on the DL but my flash didnt turn off like it was supposed too. That was lame! The cop at the door checking IDs was very nice and chill. Great place. Really!

This was indeed an experience, not for kids. Food was delicious as were the drinks.
They totally ignored me never got a refill on water. And maybe because I didnt come in with a crew of people they didnt give me the attention that everyone got. Im usually a $20 tipper but this time I gave $5. My meal was only 11 dollars Maybe thats why they didnt care
Just wanted to have a nice meal somewhere nearby and this place was a bit unexpected, should have read the reviews first. Staff was super nice and had a great chat. Fajita and salad was spicy and quite good.
This was my first El Torte and was very satisfied, it was great! Along with that I had Mexico city tacos, awesome. Garlic Parmesan wings, again very awesome. This place also looks like an awesome spot to socialize over food and drink on the inside, huge place. I got my items to go but next time Ill be staying. Awesome 👍
That loud music though. Poor quality speakers and uh what did you say? Also, of the 20 plus TV’s not one single baseball game? Lastly, “if you are unhappy with the products, too bad” This is the attitude of their very macho and uneducated managers (yes all of them) with no effort to make the customers happy.
Food was great, loses point for sports bar, yes tons of tvs, but would like to listen to a game instead of blaring music. I am sure some customers dont mind, but ruined experience for me.

I love this place. The food is great the ladies are great the place is fun....BUT THOSE CHAIRS ARE TORTURE. Backless tall straight hardwood chairs. EVERYWHERE. My butt and back hurt leaving here after lunch or a soccer game every time I come here. Other than the chairs it’s a flawless business....almost.

The food here was good. Came here with friends for a celebration. We all enjoyed our food surprisingly. Drinks were a bit overpriced. The chips were hard and stale. If you are not Hispanic you may feel out of place. Its pretty hood especially with security guys outside the place with guns. But if you can get past that you should be fine. I will not recommend this place. I believe there are better options than this place.

2021-12-12The food was awesome here. Had a really good burger with bones wings. Definitely a step up from Buffalo wild wings in quality. The wait staff not so much. Showed favorites based on table location. The atmosphere was fam friendly. Would recommend for food mainly.

2022-05-26Amazing experience - a totally authentic Mexican hangout! The food and the drinks were awesome! Had margaritas and ceviche and fried jalapeños- delicious! E were served by Jasmine - she was great, well educated and very personable! Loud music hard to converse but then that’s what this place is all about! I loved it :))

2022-06-19A group of us was staying at a hotel nearby. We read a couple of reviews about Gringos not getting served and were a little uneasy about going, but thought we would give it a try anyway. From the moment we walked in, the (very lovely) Female staff were perfectly nice and extremely welcoming! Beer and food was great! We will definitely return. People who didnt get served and posted about it were probably acting like jerks to begin with. I am sure it never had anything to do with their race.

Could need more employees i that care of the customer attention and but most importantly ( Hygiene/cleanness ) for the customer and employees as well these should be one of many responsibilities in any bar…Team improvement specifically up management is needed (managers) sine here I’m being ask what do I want for the inconvenience, manager is not prepared for any inconvenience once so ever since I’m being ask what do I want for the inconvenience like I’m being bribed an way. 2022-07-16I have been going to ojos locos for many years and never had a problem . Last night for some reason me and my date go he ordered the modelo ball I ordered water I then went to the restroom and came back he told me they refused to serve him because I was drunk in which I was not . The young man they had running the bar Hispanic at that even accused me of being intoxicated I asked for his name he refused ordered us to leave we were not even in there 10 when all this occurred I was so embarrassed and humiliated from this man’s accusations Also where we were seated there was a table of about 12 Hispanic men yelling and screaming obviously intoxicated and yet being served I feel very discriminated against because I was one of very few white people in there .Also the Hispanic waitress who was taking our order could not even speak English my date whom never been there before had to talk to her .I have always been respectful there and never had issues or been treated this way any where I am defiantly taking this further due to the way I was told to leave by this man who was managing the floor that evening .I feel that manger did not like American because his demeanor was very insensitive and disrespectful I am defiantly going to file a huge complaint
