Olive Garden Italian Restaurant in other cities:
I went with my wife today to eat. We had split the chicken & Shrimp Carbonara, when we received it I took a bite and noticed that the chicken was raw. I should have known when I saw how soggy the chicken pieces were but I assumes it was the sauce. I was concerned as I had swallowed a peice already. If you go here please be sure to check the chicken as I should have. Very disappointed.
Was very packed. Was a 20 minute wait for just the 2 of us. I ordered the seafood trio, with no peppers...guess what was in the trio. Yup. Peppers. Our waitress said she should have checked it, beforehand and started picking what she saw out, knocking pieces onto the table. My girlfriend ordered a strawberry lemonade. She has a certain stomach condition and cant have drinks that are carbonated. They neglected to list that that drink has soda water added to it. She did get her a new one without the soda water.. Then theres her angelhair pasta and Alfredo sauce. It came with a little sauce and when we ordered, we already asked for extra sauce, just in case. We got a little dish of it. Whe then had to ask for more. It took so long to get that sauce that her pasta started drying out. And when it got to us, it was again in a little dish....as we were getting ready to leave.
Wow, I’m amazed by the service here! We were quickly seated in a nice, clean booth. Our waiter (I cant recall his name) was very attentive and helpful. The watermelon sangria was flavorful with the perfect about of alcohol is behind it. I always seem to enjoy the tour of Italy, containing fettuccine, chicken parmigiana, and lasagna. And as always the soup and salad was perfect!
Ususally a good experience at this Olive Garden. Friday night dinner. We were seated right away which is unusual. Usually at an Olive Garden you have to wait at least 10 min in the lobby even though there are empty tables. Food is usually good. I luv the unlimited soup salad breadsticks. Its a little loud at this local. Service was all right.
Dinner here at least 2 times a month. We have a favorite Server at the Irving location , her Name is Manor. We have NEVER had a bad experience here , we love Olive Garden Salad. I would recommend you take half of your food home saving room for dessert, they have excellent desserts. ✌️😎👍
Food was pretty good. Always enjoy the food. The sevice took it over the top! Our waiter was named Hector and he made this one of the greatest dining experiences I have ever had. This gentleman was the personification of what people always call Chic Fil A service. He was always right there when you needed him, always smiling, so helpful, and just flat out personable. If every restaurant was full of Hectors the world would be a mich better place.
This was absolutely awful service today. I am not one to tip 0$ but this was terrible. First our server couldn’t bring us our own drink, there was a hair in my salad, she gave hot plates for salad, didn’t offer to refill my tables water, didn’t refill salad (only three of us), I had to ask for the bread, she forgot to give our to go box, didn’t offer a desert menu, and forgot to give me my chocolate mints. It was just an awful experience. She even asked how we want to split the bill even tho it is self check out on the kiosk. Athletia or Athletha is an awful server and won’t eat at that location!
I placed a to-go order a few hours ago. Family meals. I understand the restaurant might have been busy and messed up my order, forgot items, and also didn’t put what I paid for in the to-go bag. I just talked to the manager, named Ester. She was rude and replied back with this is an “incredible story”! Excuse me, story?! Really we just paid almost 70 dollars for food which we got ripped off and the manger had poor customer service and was definitely not professional at all. What a shame. I will never return back.
My husband and I were just out for Sunday afternoon and decided to stop in to this Olive Garden. Mary, our server was wonderful! The food was De-Li-Cious!! I had the Alfredo Gnocchi with chicken. The gnocchi was so smooth and yummy! The chef was def at the top of their game today!
Appetizers are great and the staff were friendly here.2nd visit: Amazing service once again, no wait time and and the food was so good I couldnt finish it cause I was eating too fast. The place was very clean and the manager made sure everything was fantastic. Micheal was one of the greatest servers weve had in quite awhile and I suggest he should get a raise/promotion. The visit overall was out of this world. In the picture is a chicken and shrimp carbonara.
Our server Barbara & the manager Esther were outstanding! Even though our food took a little longer then expected due to a very busy Saturday night, they took care of us and their customer service never blemished and made my husband and I feel welcomed and acknowledged throughout our dinner. They were definitely 10/10!
The food is ALWAYS good. Very consistent. The service not so much. They are lacking in service standards. I usually frequent this location during slower times with my daughter so we can have a more quiet setting together. And it seems to always be too difficult for the wait staff to be attentive. Fewer tables I would think would mean better service....
Soups are pathetic....minestrone had 2 pieces zucchini and 7 beans and broth. Tuscano had dot size pieces of sausage and 3 thin slices potato. Geesh! If you dont want people to order soup then take it off the menu, but when they order it as their meal......cmon!! Add to that the amount in a bowl less than 8 oz :-( As soon as the gift card is done we are done with Olive Garden. Pasta is same way. Pasta is CHEAP folks.....at least fill the bowl with a healthy portion of the cheap stuff, but even that is skimpy.
This Olive garden never disappoints. The food was great today and dessert was the perfect size and easily shared. Seven of us came out tonight and we all tried something different. Some of our company is a little picky and demanding but or waiter took it all in stride with a smile on his face. He did a wonderful job and made sure we were well taken care of the whole night. Ask for Adrian when you can. Hes great.
Our waitress was awesome! The food came out on time and the order was correct. The food was alright. Im giving it 3, instead of 4, stars as the food quality did not match the price in value. I feel like the food is the same quality as it has always been, which is between fast-food and fine-dining, but, the prices are on the fine-dining level. Not sure Id do it again.
As always great food great prices, This time we went to the one in Arlington at the Lincoln Square, great customer service. Our waitress Alejandra, was friendly and on point. Loved the atmosphere, we will be coming to this place regularly. Love the Gnocchie soup and endless salad. And the bread oh my! the bread🥖💖 need I say more😋🥖 forgot they had the endless stuffed pasta. Or else, we wouldve had that. Lol
We ordered our food to-go. But when we arrived to pick it up, there were only a few people inside so we decided to stay and eat there. Since our food was ready we were promptly seated. The wait staff was exceptional in following up with us and checking on any needs. I wasnt feeling well, but she made our experience very pleasant.
Service was great as was the food. The only downfall was the soups tasted like they were hurried while making them. The potatoes were still crunchy as was the vegetables in the three different soups that I tried. They did not have enough time to simmer in order for all the flavors to intermingle like they usually do. We got there around 2:30, so I chalked it up as the lunch crowd already came through and they had to make a fresh batch of soups for the dinner crowd.
Most of the time, this place is pretty spot-on. Today however, I ordered curbside pickup. My order was not ready until almost 20 minutes after it was scheduled to be ready. Then, due to a glitch in their system not reading “virgin” pina colada, I had to wait almost 10 extra minutes for that to be made. I showed the server where it said “virgin pina colada” on my order, and it seemed that he did not care because it didn’t show up on their end. Lastly, my chicken and gnocchi soup has NO gnocchi in it…
I haven’t eaten at an Olive Garden since I was young, but decided to try the take out option since I was given a gift card here recently. And boy am I glad I didnt spend any of my own money on this food. I understand Olive Garden isn’t a high class restaurant, but I’ve never had more bland and flavorless food at a restaurant in my life. The breadsticks were rock hard, and one of the things I ordered even had a freezer burn taste to it. Not sure if it’s just this location, or a bad day in the kitchen but honestly I would’ve been happier just going to Taco Bell lol. My order was prepared and came out in a timely manner, and the server was nice so there’s that at least.
We ate lunch in the bar area. Bad decision. Maybe it was because the bartender was very young and inexperienced or maybe she just didnt like us. Obviously I dont know. Whatever the case I have never ever ever been in a restaurant and the server DID NOT check on us at all. Not one time. Boy did she blow it my wife loves tipping. Shes one of those 20-25% tippers.
It has gone done hill. The server took for ever with my son and I. she talked to other table us she ignored.(we felt she might be felling she could get a better tip). first off. Table was sticky n horrible. I asked her to wash it down. 10 min later our cheese sticks came. still dirty table. she blamed another associate. I asked her can we have our drinks with the cheese sticks. 5 mins later her comes drinks. no salad or breadsticks. we asked she said oh I didnt think u wanted sakad. REALLY!!!. She came back I told her Im paying cash she said look at the Machine. We looked at the machine and saw that it was the right price she came back a few minutes later I handed her the cash she gave me the wrong receipt. Let me see the receipt had drinks on it my son is 12 and a half years old we did not order drinks I asked her if she had a bad day she goes no not really. At this time it wasAt this time it was anotherAt this time it was another five moreAt this time it was another five more minutes andAt this time it was another five more minutes and Im about to get upAt this time it was another five more minutes and Im about to get up to the door.At this time it was another five more minutes and Im about to get up to the door and talk to a manager.HOORRIBLE. She had no name badge on. receipt says Corbin. who is corbin!!.
Great experience, atmosphere, on a busy Saturday night, only a brief wait at the bar, and they offered 1/2 price wine in the bar while we waited ! Our waitress Candace A was friendly, attentive and awesome... she really made us feel special ! The new light chicken and pasta bowl was excellent !
Well I must say the food was very excellent the service provided was extraordinary never have to ask for him to check on me cuz he was always there he was very helpful with the food explaining what everything was my first time at Olive Garden good job mr. Steven our server
They have changed the calamari breading and its not light and crispy anymore. Chicken marsala is just not good at all, dont buy it. Its like a reheated frozen meal. Breast meat is preformed and unseasoned and the marsala sauce is like it came out of a plastic bag. All Italian authenticy lost.
Poor service. We walked in whole there were 5 staff members including a manager behind the counter and not one acknowledged us. Only a young boy did and then he was told where not to sit us. After we were sat no one tended to us for a while and the waitress admitted that she didnt even know she had a table. She was nice but would leave and not check in on us. At one point I had to ask another waitress to go grab our waitress. It was not that busy for our food to take that long to come out and we waited even longer for to go boxes. I love Olive Garden but Ill never visit this one again!
Had an absolutely wonderful experience today, food was great but our server was THE BEST!. He is one awesome asset to Olive Garden or any restaurant for that matter. Not only was he personable but it is clear that he truly loves his job and all the people he works with. I only know his first name of Braydon and he was working around 2ish on May 1st. I will definitely be going back and will ask for him. Please pass on these kudos to him if possible, My husband has dementia and he was not only patient in spite of the busy restaurant but took time to actually listen to his order as well and he got everything correct. Great service, Great employee.
If you are craving for salt check this place out... doesnt look like a clean place... I was sitting at the bar and noticed how they wash their glasses... the salad is faaaaaaaar from being healthy... lots of italian sauce.. n the sauce us very healthy...My recommendation: spend your money elsewhere ...
Went to this location on 5/25 at around 2:10pm they aren’t busy so we got seated quickly, we order our food a order of motz sticks and salad to be told they are out of motz sticks. That’s fine but then once we got the salad the bowl was half full , this is also fine. We asked the waiter once we got the salad for some extra dressing bc the salad had little to no dressing on it. Waited 30 mins waiter walked past the table multiple times and was talking to other employees. We never received the dressing so we got the attention of another employee asked for the manager because we were annoyed with the lack of service we received. The manager however “nice” didn’t really do much beside say “ I’m sorry, yeah we are out of a lot of items today.” Ok cool I don’t really care I just want more salad and dressing and a different waiter. She brings salad and dressing and all is ok besides the staff. They just need to have a better way of respond to upset customers. All staff I talked to seems to be tired and unwelcoming. I don’t really recommend this location.
This location is hit and miss for me sometimes. Back in the day it was great. I understand that youre understaffed but I walk in and three people are standing by my to go food talking when they were supposed to be bringing it out for curbside pickup . I asked them how long its been sitting there and they told me its been ready. I just laughed and ask if I can take it. Dine in is a better option for this location.
This is by far the best Olive Garden I’ve visited. The wait staff, All of them, were so super courteous and attentive, didn’t have to wait on anything! Always on top of it. The food was hot, fresh and delicious! The manager was so genuine with his inquiry of how we were doing and if everything was okay. I noticed him throughout our visit walking around with his mask on checking on customers, making sure things were right like checking on lights, and seeing if his staff needed anything. That says a lot about the establishment.
Went in and was seated instantly during lunch rush. Server was very attentive. There was some confusion on our order (was meant for the table behind us), but the server corrected the error promptly and was nice enough to comp a soup for the delay in food. Very likely to come back soon.
I normally come to this location since its closer to home i was here back in February and it was the best but tonight was the worst i walked in the manager and host at the front didn’t even greet my husband and I. we were seated after 5 minutes that was probably the only good thing no wait. My waitress Farah was in a bad mood or i don’t know what was wrong with her she made us feel uncomfortable since she barely came around i had to politely ask her to remove the extra plates if i hadn’t told her she probably would have left them there . i came really close to asking another waitress to help us out. i had never had a bad experience like tonights i probably will never come back to this location
Our service with the waiter named Lyle was great. He was super attentive and professional. However, I asked for chicken carbonara with no shrimp. I have a really bad allergic reaction to shrimp. He came to the table and apologized and said the kitchen staff accidentally prepared my food with shrimp so they would have to remake. That was totally fine I was ok with the delay. I felt a little funny after eating the dish. When it came time to put my leftovers in the box I noticed there were shrimp at the bottom of my plate. The kitchen staff must have tried picking them out instead of remaking it. I showed it to Lyle and he was so nice and had the dish removed from the check. I will still contact corporate to tell them the situation. I should’ve known something was off because when the food arrived it was cold.
Amazing food, fantastic options. An oasis when you are hungry. Our waitress was always on the spot; attentive. The and Alfredo were hot, and the salad was cold. The bread sticks were fresh baked to perfection. We were greeted free, asked where we wanted to sit, and seated within two minutes. Our drinks were ordered and in front of us within the first few minutes. Order took no time at to arrive. We had a great experience.
The only Olive Garden that serves a non fresh bread, the bread is never fresh and always hard. Do they have a Chef in the kitchen?? because this is unacceptable to serve a very hard bread with the food. Next time I will take a picture of that dirty bread they serve to customers and exposed it here and send it to their corporate office. They need to stop.
1st visit to the OGI -advertisement got me..never again...Kiosk on table only offers 3 options for ordering non-alcoholic drinks..when the menu offers more...yet those are takenaway immediately once ordered...OGI please buy up to date wine openers...so guests dont have to constantly hear servers complain about how the cheap wine openers dont work.
Our waiter Andy made Buggys night. It is my daughters 3rd birthday. He brought her a mini chocolate dessert. Told him I couldnt eat broccoli so he brought me mushrooms. Alittle bland, but I asked if they had a balsamic reduction. He went to see and said all they had was this balsamic glaze. Went perfect with the mushrooms. The entire staff was great and made her night. Thank you all.
I’d give zero if I could. We walked in and 3 people behind the counter, not one could greet us. We get seated, 15 min and nobody had come in that time to even ask what we wanted to drink. It would be different if they were busy but they weren’t. We got up and walked out, we were then told by 3 same people who were standing in the front when we first came in to have a good night. We drive 20 min to another one. Disappointed.
Worse olive garden experience ever. It does have the same positive things as all. Beautiful, and romantic-ish. Now the bad about this one. Time was around 2pm.1. Seated, and 10 minutes later, no one had even approached the table. I had to go all for a wait person. Even then, each return seemed to take way to long. We were given a free appetizer.2. This one seemed pricey, but maybe its been too long. 19 and 17 dollars per entee. Appetizers seemed normal.3. Although, I made a point that I wanted breaded chicken on the alfredo, it was still wrong.4. My favorite part, the lettuce on the salad was wilty. Sacrilege.5. I had chicken alfredo, and my daughter had stuffed something chicken alfredo. Both had the edges dried out like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour. The pasta around the edges was actually crunchy.I am not knocking olive garden, I think they are pretty great but wont go back to this one.
The meal was absolutely fantastic. I couldnt complain about it if wanted to. Waitress wasnt to attentive and offered all other tables free wine tasting but not us. I wondered why and thought to ask but good arrived and quashed curiosity seeing that orders not only looked great but tasted the same and the guy who delivered the meal was better with his customer service skills.
Our server was Mya, and she was great! She gave us time to look over the menu, ask questions, and chatted a little. She was very well mannered and attentive, and her customer service is on point! The food was great, better than I remember since I havent been in a long time. Olive Garden has downsized the menu quite a bit, but you can still get bread and salad withy our meal, and theres plenty traditional and seasonal items available.I had the stuffed cheese tortellini. It was delicious, the only thing I would change is the sauce, I feel it could be better with a tomato based sauce. We also had the chocolate ?mouse?cake? - I cant remember, but it was better than I thought it would be. The fam shared, the 1yr old made a mess of it, and there were no leftovers. On our way out, we called a manager to the front, Chris, who had checked on us throughout lunch. This is good service, a manager who is not just wrapped up in a busy restaurant, but takes priority to make sure the guests are happy. We let him know how satisfied we were with the staff and the food.We definitely enjoyed this visit more than our visits to other Olive Gardens. A very good example is set here!
Very nice place to go with family and friends. This place is usually busy. The food is great and tasty and fresh. They serve free appetizer which is great. They have big servings which can be a little bit more to a person. The food is bit costly. They servers are great. They are friendly and helpful. And yeah, if it’s your birthday they serve you free cupcakes.
We ate at this location on Saturday, November 7th at 6pm. Every single employee was so friendly and attentive. We were extra impressed at all the young staff and how professional they were. Food was great as usual. Kudos to the manager and the staff you have trained 👍🏻
I just left I just started throwing up this is sucking the food spoiled my daughter pizza and spaghetti was the only thing cooked right this place I don’t recommend food taste old and I told them didn’t take it off my bill fine don’t come here and I have receipts I had a tiramisu and black tie mouse cake to go table 242 Karla a was my waiter so you can’t say I’m lying
Me and mom got to stop in and eat on Tuesday evening, Aiden was our waiter, he was one of the best waiters I have ever had , witch made our long travel end to an amazing waiter and dinner , if you want a good waiter ask for Aiden, I and when I come back I will ask for him , and the food was amazing
Havent been in a year and decided to give it another try. Food was bland, dry, and nothing spectacular. Really wish they would try actually having a real chef who specializes in Italian food versus frozen food popped in the oven. If you didnt know this now you do. No location has a real chef, I learned this years ago by a ex employee who worked there.
I love this place! They prepare excellent meals, their menu is decent, The chef in that restaurant is a professional, I enjoy very much tasting all their dishes. The dishes are always fresh, the service towards the clients is agreeable. I go often to this place and I was never unsatisfied. I recommend it with no hesitation.
Olive Garden nearly always has a nice atmosphere for family or couples dining. I have yet to visit one that isnt clean and nice. The service we received during this visit was over the top great! The only downside to our experience here was the sticker shock at the end. For the two of us to order regular plates and drinks, (no wine or alcoholic drinks) we had to fork out about $50. Im sorry, but, its still just pasta, salad, and those wonderful bread sticks. Thats a bit much to pay in my opinion.
I’m not a huge fan of chain restaurants. But my teenagers love this place, and a friend visiting from out of state does too so we went for dinner last night. Corbin was our waiter. He was hands down the most attentive waiter I’ve had in years. Friendly, but not over bearing, efficient, charming, and attentive to me and my daughter and our friend. I’d come back to this restaurant just to receive that kind of service again! Nice job!! 👏🏼
We had ordered some dishes and one of them wasnt really to our liking. Our server noticed it and the manager addressed it even though we didnt ask to. We were really appreciative that they took that extra effort to make sure our experience was good. Thank you so much
It was my xmas dinner. I purchase full size lasagna but it wa not as large portion size as last purchase. And for some reason not enough sauce as it had last time I had it too. It was like it was missing meat sauce. The breadsticks were very light, hard and cold. The salad was great though!
Decent, clean location but this restaurant suffers from being a bit too busy to serve their guests very well. Waiters are polite but perhaps they are understaffed. Even breadsticks and salad come very slowly to the table. We went more than 10 minutes to place our drink orders. Food always comes out correctly, though.
Ordered fried ziti fritta, it is supposed to be meatless or vegetarian, but it was all smelling of fish. Being a vegetarian, it was a disgusting feeling as i started eating it, but realised it later that the smell was from my food and not the other tables. I almost felt pukish after getting that smell
I lucked out and went on a weekend day when nothing was going on at the near by AT&T stadium and not much going on in the area. But even with that the place was full of life, the staff was over joyed and the food was ooooonnn point. There was just one problem I had but it was quickly addressed and to blame on a new runner still learning his job. The best part was the bartender! She took care of me from beginning to end and maid sure that there was nothing I needed checking on me after every couple of drinks. I highly recommend this place and would definitely take another date back there.
This is best Olive Garden I have ever been too!! By far the best consecutive service I have gotten from an establishment. I brought my cheer team to eat here after competition. Serving 26 individuals I could not be more impressed with their wait times and service. Robby and the rest of the servers who helped served us were phenomenal. The manager does a great job with her staff. Thank you Olive Garden for providing fantastic hospitality to your guest.
👏 The chicken & shrimp carbonara (?) is so good, Ive had it 3 times in one week! 👏This location is always wonderful. The staff are kind, attentive, and rarely let your drink get low. We had a last minute family dinner here Saturday 7/27/19 and there were 13 of us total. The staff were amazing. They didnt show any sign of being whelmed. We were all served our meals at the same time, piping hot. Fresh breadsticks kept coming. Drinks always topped. I could go on and on but I imagine yall get the gist. I live in Hurst but this is usually our go to Olive Garden, especially with family.
The service....the service....the service.....that is completely one hundred percent why this rating is so low. Your host staff is incompetent, and your wait staff doesnt listen. They are all falling over each other, but cant seem to get your food out hot, and your drinks refilled. Just really not worth the money and time it takes to eat here!UPDATE: 3/2/2019: I made the mistake of trying one more time to see if anything had improved. Big Mistake - HUGE. The hostess watched my mother struggle to get the door open and did nothing, we asked to be seated as close to the door as possible as my mother is handicapped and has a hard time walking. We were taken almost as far back in the restaurant as possible. When we mentioned it sure was far back, we were told that was all that was available - as we literally passed by EVERY OPEN TABLE in the place. The food was again mediocre, although I will say the waitstaff was better this time. Overall will not go back again. Fool me once...
Well the calamri was overcooked, and when we had brought it to the hostesses attention she said she would let our waiter know. Well obvisiously she didnt from what he said. So we decided not too reorder it. The chicken parmesan wasnt nothing to brag about. I wouldnt return to this location.
Great atmosphere, excellent food, and superb service from our waiter, Trey! The entire staff was friendly, even though we arrived with 30 minutes til close. Didnt feel rushed at all and left completely satisfied. The chicken marsala was awesome and my fiances Salmon was delicious. This has become our new go-to location.
The visit started going downhilI the moment we sat down. The server gave off the impression that she didnt really want to serve us. Waters took forever to get to our table. She rushed us through our order. Asked about a menu item and the answer was I really dont know. The manager stepped in and took over. I give praises to the manager for stepping up and doing an amazing job. The food needs work. Olive Garden period has fallen off when it comes to the flavor of the food.
I have lunch here all the time. Its a great environment. Attentive staff from the moment you enter till the time you leave. Food is priced right. They serve you right away so youre not late heading back to the office. And as a plus, the lady at the bar seems to remember my last order every time. 😁👌.
I’m disappointed at the low quality of take out service. I understand no contact pick up; Although it’s take out I do my part to tip. My disappointment is the fact that twice in a row my order has been incomplete. It’s a matter of only checking the ticket and making sure all the items are correct and good to go for the customer. It’s the worst to arrive home and see items missing that you’ve paid for and on top of that tipped out.
Annika was the perfect server! Very attentive but still glad to have a great conversation on interrupted With my husband. She knew a lot about the menu we miss pronounced a lot of things she would just sweetly say the right name now just to make sure we got what we wanted We never seemed like she was never to busy for us. Her manager Esther Rodriguez runs a clean well efficient crew. Everyone was in great moods and worked hard. She really cares!!
Horrible service and food was horrible. It use to be wonderful but if I wanted to pay 15 bucks for frozen tasting food I would just buy TV dinners. My waitress handed me a small to go box for a huge meal No mints no have a good day. Ive never had to box up my food. Had 2 boxes no bag. Had to ask the hostess for a bag and mints.
Our server, Ben (aka Benji aka Benjamin) was very attentive and on top of everything, from the bar to the kitchen to bringing togo containers. The food was frankly better quality than the OGs in northwest Houston we have near home. One critique was the basically raw kale in the zupa tuscana was unappreciated, but once picked out it was good.
Im not an Olive Garden regular. I go maybe once or twice a year when a TV commercial is promoting an amazing Special. We went for dinner on Saturday evening at 6:30 p.m., expecting a long wait to be seated. We were told 15 to 20 minutes. We said ok. Less than 10 minutes later our buzzing coaster lit up and we were seated in a booth. Our waitress was very sweet, fun and very knowledgeable--just slow. Luckily, we werent in a hurry but we waited for her to take our drink order, more minutes for her to bring our drinks, we placed our food order on that trip. (I was having a tough time deciding what to order--so many things sounded scrumptious.) Then, we waited about 15 minutes for the soup/salad/breadsticks to arrive. A couple at the table next to ours were seated 15 minutes after we were and they received their food seconds after ours was delivered--by the same waitress! The salad was fresh and tasty. I got a taste of the gnocchi soup--it was wonderful. The food was mostly hot and very yummy when it arrived. Some spaghetti noodles were stuck to the plate. (Heat lamps?) My eggplant parm was light and delicately crisp. Amazing!Overall, we had a fun evening with really great food. The restaurant was busy and noisy, as expected. Our server was super friendly. The atmosphere was Olive Garden. Well be back.
Now usual Olive Garden is really good. I dont know who was in the kitchen on 9/30/20 but my food was horrible!!! The breadsticks were super tough, and dry like they were old and someone tried to reheat them and cooled off again. The zuppa toscana soup had no seasoning, just flavorless and bland and the salad barely had 2 olives, a whole lot of the hard white parts of the lettuce and 2 little shriveled up Roma tomato slices. If I wouldve had time to bring it back for a refund I would have. Dont think I will be back to this location. Please do better and give people what they pay for amd expect!
Dine-in service is 4 stars, but if you get carry out...BE CAREFUL! This place nearly ALWAYS forgets something in your order whether its a topping for the meal or dessert or they may forget a complete entree that was ordered! The taste of the food is to the standard of Olive Garden, but the to-go service is sketchy at best!
I was treated to my birthday lunch today at 4:15 pm. The menu card under classic favorite showed that all menu listed was priced at $8:99 each from Monday-Thursday from 3-5 pm. Upon payment we noted that we were charged full price. Regardless of the waiter’s apology for not fully explained the notice at the bottom of page, the advertisement appeared confusing unless one took the trouble of reading it carefully. In reality we felt misled by the wordings and I would strongly urge that your management review the advertisement to make it least complicating, yet the least of hassle for your waiters.
My guest & I ordered the shrimp scampi, it was extremely dry, not like were accustomed to, the bread sticks were very hard, but the salad was good, the waitress was very nice, the only thing with her is that when the bill was paid, she didnt bring the change back, had to ask another waiter to inform her we would like our change, she eventually brought back the change, it was the only way she was going to get a tip. Apparently she was under the impression that the change was hers, not! But she did get a 20% tip, based on her service.
Second time here at this location and Im far from impressed. The first time I came the food made me sick. After my fiance begged me to give them another chance I decided to try them again. I ordered the chicken and gnocchi soup. They brought my soup and I noticed there was only chicken. I asked the waitress to bring me another bowl WITH gnocchi in it. She brings me another bowl and tells me theyre out of gnocchi.... Smh the ONLY food I eat here and theyre out. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!

2021-11-22So been going to Olive Garden for the past I would say 20 yrs. Maybe more. I order iced tea all the time and its always been some kind of peach passion . But here in Texas they got sweet tea and its on point! The food was great and service was great. Highly recommend this place 👌!

2021-06-24We had a birthday dinner here. We ordered the Calamari appetizer, Herb Grilled Salmon, Chicken Margherita, Shrimp Scampi, and kids meals. The salads are always good and I loved my Zuppa Toscana. The meals were great and our waiter was excellent. Overall great experience.

2022-05-18The service and food were good. I dont love everything Ive gotten from Olive Garden in general, but their Margherita Chicken was really good! I asked to replace the broccoli with asparagus and that was also a great decision. The only problem is it is more expensive than it should be. I dont think my meal plus a drink was worth almost $30, but again it did taste good.

2022-06-15No wait needed for our family of four during dinner time. Our waitress was great, attentive and quick. My husband and I shared the shrimp and chicken primavera. The kids had chicken/pasta and pizza. The broccoli was too undercooked and more on the raw side for my kids liking. Overall good experience

2022-05-09Im a little sad that they no longer have mushroom stuffed ravioli, but what I got was good.My family and friends took me out to eat at OG for my Birthday and I loved it. The waitress was perfection! She took great care of us and made sure we had lots of cheese on our foods.

2022-03-06Food was great, service was wonderful. Restaurant still clean even with a full house. Only issue crowded Restaurant and all the desserts were frozen. Maybe 10 minute wait for a table. Staff were all very friendly. Nice atmosphere....

2022-05-10Was fortunate enough to be served by a beautiful person named Jill. She was very helpful with my elderly father and my family and being that I’m not too familiar with the Olive Garden menu she Make sure that I liked my food order. Will definitely be back to see her again!
