Olive Garden Italian Restaurant in other cities:
Reliable, American-Italian restaurant. Good soups and salad. Breadsticks were kinda hard but we asked for new ones and they were great. Nice selection of heavy, pasta rich meals. Good specials from time to time. Servers were excellent. Place was clean. Nothing mind blowing here but reliable.Located between Texas Roadhouse and Red Lobster. The Olive Garden sign is not at all visible from the road. There literally is a tree obscuring the sign.
Everything was delicious. My husband got the lasagna classica and I got a build your own pasta. Mine came with italian sausage, meat sauce and rigatoni pasta. The breadsticks were delicious as always and the service was excellent! I also had a chocolate cbeesecake lasagna which is not pictured but was the best dessert Ive had!!! Definitely recommend this place every time I come here. Wait times are decent but be careful with rush hours!
A couple days ago my husband and I came here for dinner, and as a former service industry employee I have to say, I havent had an actual *dining experience* in a long long time. Our server was Isa, and she was excellent. When we got there we were greeted kindly, got our table, and what I assume was a busser, another server, or a host took our drink order right away until our server could get to us. Almost right after he left with our order, Isa stopped by to introduce herself and let us know shed be right back, showed us the menu for appetizers and confirmed we ordered our drinks. After that, the drink I ordered was made super fast and brought to me, which Isa made, herself! It was excellent, I was already super excited about having dinner here. The rest of the visit was smooth as butter, she took great care of us and was so friendly and attentive. Nowadays you can really tell people are unhappy, which is understandable, but whether Isa was going through anything at all, we were none the wiser. She carried herself professionally and in a positive light, and I hope to have her again next time we come back.Thank you so much, Isa, for the wonderful experience, and for helping to make our night feel special. :)
Randall was our waiter and he was over the top. He was friendly and seemed to be right there with what we needed before we asked. He joked with us making us laugh more than once. Enjoyed his personality so much I dont even remember the food except to say that I left full. Thank you from the cheese maniac.
I went to olive garden for my birthday was seated at table when one of my guest let me know we had another person coming I went to ask if we could get a larger table to accommodate and manager was very rude saying it would be an hour wait I could see several empty tables he said people were on the list I tried to explain the situation but he just said if the people left at next table they would push it next to hour the people left and it never happened another couple was seated there . I wont be going back he could of been more polite and nice no way to have repeat customers
I’m beginning to see some inconsistencies in service from Olive Garden to Olive Garden. We have eaten at three different locations in the last month or so. Had an excellent experience at the location in Burleson, TX as well as the location in Fort Worth across from the Buc-ee’s. This location in Denton however was a little sub par for us yesterday. My mom had a stroke a few years back and it takes her a few minutes to make a decision on what she wants to eat, even though it is usually the same thing she ate last time. Not anything she or our family has control over. We were working on mother’s day so this Saturday in particular was our mother’s day celebration. The waitress covering our table spoke VERY fast and seemed to be rushing us thru the meal. When it came time to take our order, she seemed frustrated that it was taking my mom a little longer than the average customer to make a decision on what she wanted, and she expressed her displeasure by rolling her eyes a little, not smiling at all, and clicking her pen. Drinks went without refills for a bit. We weren’t asked if we wanted any more salad, and they were SUPER stingy on the breadsticks. Whatever you do, don’t ask for any to-go as you might as well have asked for a million dollars. I guess the old days of unlimited salad/breadsticks went the way of a lot of things in the post-COVID world we live in, including good table service at restaurants. Just makes you wonder who’s running a restaurant that’s comfortable loosing a paying customer over a breadstick or two. We paid at the kiosk at the table, so no Andes mints for us either. Oh well.
I hadn’t been to an Olive Garden in like ten years or more so I went here recently with a friend. It wasn’t as good as I remember. I was stoked to have a bowl of minestrone because I loved that back in the day. I dunno what the hell was wrong with that soup but it tasted licorice-y, which makes me think it wasn’t fresh. That or the recipe has drastically changed. Couldn’t take more than a few bites.I got the Tour of Italy, which was good. I won’t lie. I mean the Alfredo was just okay, but the chicken Parm and lasagna were pretty good. The breadsticks were kinda sweet and my friend even noted they weren’t as good as she remembered. Also everything is so expensive. They’ve always been an expensive restaurant but two people will dine for $40-50 easy. Unless you don’t get apps or drinks.I dunno. It wasn’t awful, but I’m not in a hurry to go back. There are so many good mom and pop places that cost way less and taste a lot better. Like Fera’s in Denton.
Olive Garden has always been a great place to go to. It may not be the best Italian food but its still pretty good. I tried a featured item which was a cheese filled gnocchi with chicken or shrimp. I got the shrimp. I really enjoyed it. There were plenty of both shrimp and gnocchi. We also had the usual salad and bread sticks. The chicken carbonara was quite delicious. The chicken was very tender. I definitely recommend it. Then for dessert there were three Zippolis (I think thats how you spell it). Unfortunately today they didnt meet our expectations. They came out undercooked so the dough was still a little raw in the middle. Our server did take care of us though and got us some gift cards to make up for it. She was very helpful during our visit.
We were pleasantly surprised at our great service and food quality at our most recent visit. Our server was attentive without being annoying and very professional. We ordered soup and salad so I can only speak to that, but our salad was fresh and tasty, and the soup was hot and delicious. Oh, bread sticks were good, too. With all the labor and supply shortage issues everyone is having, it was refreshing to feel like we were in normal times again. Well definitely be back here.
My family and I were so excited to eat here and everyone was disappointed. The bread was burnt and hard, our food came out and i had stuffed ravioli but the pasta was dry and chewy, the cheese was chewy and cold, the service was lazy and forgetful. Won’t be eating here again
Well, what can I say? Food was as expected, its ok not like wow omg cant wait to come back. Its a safe choice which can be good.. With that being said we did enjoy our calamari, nice and crispy not burnt and the sauces compliment it. And they were kind enough to exchange my daughters meal. 3 stars because lack of communication between servers. I ask for something from the one who delivered our food but by the way our server acted she never knew and I left it alone. She was friendly but never came to check how we liked our food.Go get your grub on....HAPPY EATING***Update: so I went there to order take out and ms Olivia was tending the take-out counter. As I enquired about a dish, I was informed of some outages which happen to be some of my selections. I was contemplating leaving and going elsewhere, however Ms Olivia was quick and empowered and well she made sure I was compensated and made a sale and a very happy and most certainly satisfied customer. Just like that she earned a 5 star review and to think, I hadnt eaten a thing yet. I hope shes a lead or trainer if not she should be. I got home enjoyed my dinner, THANK YOU MS OLIVIA.Now Go Get Your Grub ON
Great staff, good drinks, and I recommend sitting outside to eat. Watching the sunset with a date or by yourself is a great way to start any night or end to the day. However it would be nice if they could get the heaters on the patio working to lessen the nighttime chill.
Ok so I had surgery four days prior having lunch there. Our waiter was amazing. I explained to him that I couldnt have solid food do to having surgery and he brought me minestrone soup without the great stuff. You know the pasta and veggies. He didnt have to do that and he went above what I expected anyone to do. I wish I remembered his name but thank you for taking care of us. I really appreciate it very much.
Whats not to love about Olive Garden?! The service here was fantastic and my waitress was wonderful. I was seated promptly and met by a very cheerful waitress. She made sure I always had a drink refill and that I was well taken care of. Overall a really nice experience.
It was surprisingly amazing. The food was flavorful and cooked well. The staff was also very professional and provided great service. When I lived in another state an Olive Garden we went to the food was not tasteful and the staff seemed like they didnt want to be there. Untrue about this restaurant. Highly recommend it and with kids as well.
Mothers day, after church, and super busy. Yessi, our server did an amazing job despite how busy she was. She made us feel important and ensured we got everything timely. The food was typical Olive Garden, very consistent. Overall, a great experience and a much enjoyed meal.
Well Olive Garden was a big disappointment. People have been making a big deal out of this. WHY? I dont know. I suppose if you like over priced cheap Italian food. This would be your place. Quality of service has really gone to pot over the past few years. Waiters and waitresses seem to think if they seat you come back to take your order then deliver your food. They some how are now entitled to a tip. But I work hard for my money. If you can make multiple trips by to refill our drinks. Or see if we need or want anything other than desert. You aint working hard enough to get squat. Well I guess I have carried on long enough Ttfn
Had a really great experience. The food was amazing from start to finish. I had the Asaigo Tortellini Alfredo with grilled chicken and it was very delicious. I highly recommend the Tiramisu for dessert, it was my first time trying it and I will definitely be getting it again. Our waiter was very attentive, friendly, and helpful. I wish I could remember his name. We were at table 521 around 7. We were celebrating our anniversary and we will definitely becoming back for these types of occasions.
It was delicious! We generally enjoy the food there. They give more than generous portions & right now if you buy any entree you can get a select entree to go for just $5. I know I sound like an en employee, but trust me, Im not. Just a retired 66vyear old retired lady who likes Olive Garden!
We have been there so many times an always wonderful , This time not so , The food was dry breadsticks , asked for 2 more along with sauce for my Alfredo that was also very dry . We never reserved refills on our drinks. Finally when she came over with the bill , I reminded her she forgot us an she said oh I was busy . Sorry to say very unhappy .
Olive garden in the best place for food and desserts. There breadsticks which are complimentary is really great. For the vegeterians they have lots of options. They have grear varieties of wine and also desserts.I have been there like so many times and the staff at every olive garden is so kind and helping.Their chocolate mint candies are like feather in the cap😋
Absolutely no concern for speedy service, nor was there a desire for customer satisfaction from the wait staff. The food was over cooked and bland, appallingly food. The wife and I gave this restaurant 3 different opportunities to get better. No avail. Very cramped and SO LOUD in there you cant have a conversation without everyone in the place being a part of it.
The waitress there was very friendly and informative. social distancing and sanitation appeared to be maintained to the best of the abilities. The food was good the waitress advised me of the calamari appetizer which Ive gotten at other restaurants but it was good at this restaurant perhaps even better than other restaurants Ive been to. Everything that I saw appeared nice and tidy. And a little electrical payment things that sit on top of tables work at this facility, personally Im not very familiar with them but they do appear to work. The food came in a timely manner and was tasted as expected. With a pretty standard spaghetti dish that I had gotten but the calamari was exceptional. My drink was also never completely empty that was very nice. Excellent service.
Meant to post earlier, but we went to the Denton Olive Garden this past Sunday, July 11th and we had the pleasure of having Robin H be our Server. She was beyond helpful, attentive and polite and that makes all the difference in a dining experience. Since restaurants have opened up, we have consistently been disappointed in the service and food, but we will definitely be back to this location and ask for Robin again. Great Job!! Keep it up!
We live in Oklahoma my son ,daughter n law,and granddaughter took me here for my birthday today in Denton Tx it was the absoulte best food we have had in awhile our server was outstanding on top of everything at all times the all you can eat salad & garlic breadsticks delicious we all had the Tour of Italy awesome we had so much food we came home with full stomachs and plenty of leftovers highly recommend
Went in for a birthday dinner, requested the waiter to sing happy birthday and they didn’t want to. While we were there we saw 3 other groups get happy birthday signed to them in our area. Felt very disrespected and mistreated. Definitely ruined our evening. After reviewing there website they are 100% allowed to sing happy birthday. Extremely unprofessional can’t believe the waiter and MANAGER lied to us and said they couldn’t. Will most definitely be letting corporate know.
We sat at the bar and Tori is a great server/bartender! Shes friendly, listens and makes great suggestions. Of course, we started with salad and bread sticks. We had the chicken and shrimp carbonara. They actually put it on 2 plates knowing we were sharing. It has a hint of smoky flavor and tastes great. We also shared the brownie lasagna. It has 4 layers of brownie alternating with 4 layers of cream cheese and drizzled with chocolate. Oh my! Just yummy! And all of their bottles of wine are $15 right now. Thats a great deal!
Service quick and professional. I ordered the Shrimp Scampi with soup, Gnocchi, and salad with bread. The food was very delicious and booths were far enough apart for social distancing. There were not alot of people walking by our booth which would have disturbed us. I highly recommend this restaurant. I loved everything about this dining experience including the after dinner chocolate mint.
Nothing wrong with this restaurant. But nothing special either. Just a regular Italian restaurant with no memorable dishes. Also seems a bit overpriced. Just two of us and the bill was $45 - before tip. My dinner had no pasta (what?) so I asked for a side of spaghetti. 8 bucks extra! Ill stick with Napolis. They also have free salad and bread. Better cuisine for sure.
The service was great, and our waitresses were attentive and helpful. They even seated our party of 20 or so quickly when we showed up without a reservation due to a miscommunication on our part. The food, however, was another story entirely. The table salad, bread sticks and calamari were the only edible items in the house. The Chicken Marsala was essentially a dried out, over-microwaved Tyson chicken breast with a marsala sauce (in quotes because it tastes like it was manufactured, not cooked) poured over it. Over half of the people in our party had improperly cooked and/or cold noodles. This is an Italian restaurant, and theres noodles in every second dish... How do you get noodles wrong? We couldve eaten at Carrabbas or Campisis and had good food for the same money. Hell, we couldve had McDonalds and had a better eating experience. But instead, we ate at the Olive Garden in Denton. And words cant express how bad the food is. Its disgusting. I shouldve taken pictures.
Enjoyed dinner here the other night. Salad was on point as usual but what did they do to the bread sticks? No one likes change and this my friend was not a good one. On the bright side I was able to order my fetitchini Alfredo with shirp and scallops which was taken off the menu sometime ago but looks like its here to stay. Still a huge plate of food and worth the money. Had a few adult beverages while I was there and the bar keeper was on point!! 2 drinks and both came out the same and delicious. Love me a great bartender!!
We used the online check in and it was great! I checked in at home and the app would give us 30 minutes to get there. When I got there since it was my first time using on line check in I went inside to let them know we did on line check in I wasnt sure How it works but they told me I would get a text to let us know when our table was ready. We have only had to wait about 10 minutes in the car and wasnt bad considering it was a Saturday.. we will be doing online check in for the future.
It feels like this place has gone into cost-cutting mode. The last four times weve been, about half the iceberg lettuce in the bowl has no dressing on it. I mean its just iceberg lettuce, so I know theyre not spending a fortune on this salad, and it seems like the prices are high enough to add in an extra $0.25 worth of salad dressing. At first I thought it was a one-time mistake, but its just very consistently dry salad.last night when we ordered our dinner we said can we have an extra bit of dressing on the side, and of course that was forgotten, so then we asked again, and it finally came out about the time our food came out, I know these are first world problems, but they do charge plenty for a plate of spaghetti so we might just have to get a better value somewhere else.
The waiter was absolutely wonderful, and he did a great job of making sure my sister had a great birthday dinner. The food we got was also delicious. However, nobody was really able to get the food we wanted. The menu has been greatly reduced, and a lot of our favorites were no longer available. We did get some good meals, but nothing worth remembering.
Dont eat here! The fried calamari it gave me food poisoning stated be for, I even left olive garden in didnt think much of it at the time. Till I got home few minutes later I increasingly got worse, two days off work sicker than a dog. I called the manager to tell him and he just says no one els has said anything, dismissed me completely told me to go to a doctor. I cant afford a doctors visit.... Specially after being off for two days. Didnt even want to make anything right! Im never going back here!
In terms of Italian food, its very American but I enjoy it. Also, we had a great waitress! She was quick, efficient, and friendly! We literally ate in 35 minutes. We also got pretty easy dishes: soup salad and bread sticks, fettuccine, and chicken Parmesan and fettuccine. Great experience so far and most likely will go back again!
I usually don’t write reviews but I had to this time. Last night we went to Olive Garden to celebrate my daughter birthday, we got sat down and the waiter came and asked what we wanted to drink so we let her know. She comes back and gives it to us and go straight to What we were going to order, and trying to hurry us up she didn’t offer any appetizers or asked us if we were going to get any appetizers so I had to let her know what we wanted. Her vibe and the way she was serving us was just the worst. I use to be a server and the way she was serving us wasn’t the correct way
I used their catering service for a wedding rehearsal dinner. It was effortless. They remembered my order perfectly,. The food was amazing and they even included desserts for me as a surprise. Everyone kept cooing over how good it was. Will definitely use them again. =)
My wife and I had a nice experience. We were greeted at the entrance and seated at a table which was distended from other diners for health safety. The server was very cordial and provided excellent service. I like the minestrone soup and the seafood pasta plate. My wife ordered the stuffed mushrooms which satisfied her low carb desires. The meals were deliscios and our tab was $40. We dined there on Wednesday in the afternoon. The lunch menu goes until 3 pm.
The good: Service was very good, as good as upscale restaurants. Food was good, better than expected. The bad: dining area louder than is should be. Parking is tight. However I will drive the extra time to this Olive Garden over the others in my area. Overall, better than expected.
The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Not many complaints around my table as far as the food and we never went without refills or attention despite it being extremely busy. My seafood alfredo was a bit bland, but very filling. Appetizers were a bit small. For what it is, it was very good.
I went here a few weeks ago with a friend. We were sat in the very back at a plastic tiny table that barely had room for our food. Our server, I think her name was Kayla. She spilled my drink and got some on me, didn’t apologize. She just said “thank god we have carpet” and ran away. She didn’t seem to pay attention. I love the food but the service wasn’t there that night.
If i could give 0 stars i would! The manager (general manager) at that was so beyond rude. Was told wait time would be 15 minutes. Waited for 30 minutes before going inside to ask how much longer, the general manager stated do you not see how busy we are?, you will have to wait longer. I stated that was fine and brushed it off. They were pretty busy and can only seat so many at a time. We get our table, get our drinks, salad and soups. Waiter comes to take our order, and an hr goes by until we get our food. Note that 2 other tables were seated during this time and had gotten their food within 15 mins of ordering. All of the food looks like it had been sitting out for a good 30-40 mins. Call the manager and ask to take it back that it was cold and the pasta was hard as a rock and want a refund. He did that and i asked why it took the food so long to come out while others had food asap. He said that it was not his fault that its the waiters fault and he had nothing to do with. He had the worst smirk and attitude. It was just disgusting on his part. He stated if im through here i need to go so i do not hold up the restaurant. I was just in awe with him. Needless to say we will not be returning to this location again.
Amazing staff at this location. We visited right after UNT graduated with a party of 18 and we were all taken care of properly without having to go off looking for the waitress. Everyone pitched in to help and the food was top notch. Pasta cooked to perfection. Shrimp nice and juicy.
I came for my friends birthday party, we were seated at a table with broken glass under it. The table our party was sat at was sticky with soda residue. The broken glass and the old soda was cleaned promptly, though. On the other hand, the food was brang out in a timely manner, and tasted pretty good! The desert was a standard above, and out waitress was very kind and patient with us, too. Ill still come here as the service was good.
After our horrible experience at the north richland hills location they out did themselves here. After our meal i was upset because we didnt get the mints and i had mentioned it on the way out and had 3 different servers bring me a handful of mints and i walked out a happy camper lol
Nice staff carried out a table of the patio for our large party due our worries about covid19 eating indoor. Really went out of their way and delighted us.Waiter was nice, efficient, and handled our complicated orders due to many food allergies. I havent been to an Olive garden in many years. Experiences like this will bring me back. Thanks Denton Olive garden staff!
Worst Service Ive ever experienced. We were practically ignored. The noodles were insanely over cooked cicis pasta noodles are better. Really really disappointing too because Olive Garden normally slaps. After 25 minutes someone came to take our drinks but wouldnt even take our alchohol beverage orders. Then had to wait another 20 minutes before we could order appetizers. They also sat us 3 at a small square table that was really uncomfortable bc we couldnt fit our drinks and food was almost hanging off the table.
Food tastes good, and the server was great. Forgot her name, otherwise I’d mention her here. We did have a few problems though...First, serving size for the prices paid are pretty rough. It’s hard not to spend almost 20$ on a small plate of pasta, unless it’s just spaghetti or something like that.Biggest problem was when we first came in. Of course, when you go to Olive Garden, you imagine having a nice seat and table...after all, it’s not fast food. So we first come in, and they ask us if we’d like to sit at the bar......Okay, we like Olive Garden, but that is just horrible service from the hostess. It took a little work to get a good seat, which they had plenty of.We will come back, but please don’t make this last mistake again.
The food was great!! Our service was fantastic. Our waitress was fast and friendly. I feel like you can have a family dinner at a decent price. My favorite is the salad and bread sticks!! Yumm. The resurant was clean along with the restrooms. No complaints from us! :)
This place just isnt as good as years ago. Waitress had these horrifuc long pointy finger nails. Looked like a character in some weird play, breadsticks not soft and warm, like they used to be. Lettuce in salad was a tad wilted or just not really fresh and crunchy.Noticed this less than quality in an olive garden in Washington state too.
Excellent. they had the Buy 1 take 1 Deal. I went during a slow peak time so there was nobody there just a handful of people. There were a bunch of wait staff standing around and it took my order FOREVER. I had to ask my server what was taking so long. She claimed they did my order wrong. I wished she had come and told me first before I had to ask her. In anycase, apparentlyl during lunch they serve the pasta dishes in this small brown circular type of plate with a cover. It looks cheap and I didnt like it. I want the big White Glass plate it looks and feels more like an Italian restaurant. Thats why Im giving 4 stars. I love the bread sticks.
Service was very friendly overall, and it was an enjoyable experience. But there are two things I found odd about the menu. No pizza OR Caesar Salad? At an Italian restaurant, no less? Pretty disappointing to know, but the lasagna, soup, and bread sticks made up for it.
I recently came here with my baby. It was an okay experience. The server seemed more interested in the larger parties sitting around me so I was left wishing many times but I understood she was probably working for bigger tips.I did the unlimited soup salad and bread and I got gnocchi soup. The first soup was good but the second soup that was brought out had ZERO gnocchi’s not a single one! Which I thought was odd because that is the name of the soup. The third soup had about 3. Because of that I was pretty disappointed but the bread and salad were good.Overall I wish my server had been more attentive as many times I was left waiting to ask for another soup, a fussy child that was hungry or needing a check. And I wish my soup had more than the broth in it, but the food was delicious.
We so appreciate the staff and managers of Denton location. We’ve developed a relationship w several of the staff over the last 2 years. We choose here due to the “we go where they know your name atmosphere. Corey and. Stephen, managers clearly care about their staff and clients. They have gone above during a crazy year caring for staff and customers while overcoming crazy odds. After a year, we would implore corporate to acknowledge AND de muzzle the staff of these masks and strict guidelines. Let your people be free to smile. Let themknow you appreciate and care about them! It’s time to let them know they are appreciated for all they’ve done to keep your stores open and prosperous. As biz owners ourselves, it’s about the people. May Olive Gardens come back to the basics. BRAVO TO DENTON TEXAS STAFF!
I used the call ahead service which was actually utilizing my mobile phone and monitoring via text which worked out wonderfully for our party of six at the peak of supper time. When we arrived they were kind enough to seat 3 of us as an incomplete party which was very nice. Everyone had a smile on their face in the midst of the hustyle and bustle. Our server was quick to get our drink order while we waited for the rest of our party to arrive. The salad and bread sticks were fresh and replenished as needed. We each ordered our dinner from different and random areas of the menu. Our food was delivered promptly and was delicious and we all took home leftovers. Overall our server was very pleasant, genuine and personable.
Received a gift card for Christmas so we went out for a dinner and it was great! The entrees were perfect, the wife couldnt stop eating their salad and our server was exceptional. It was busy and we even had the manager come by to help out getting refills and other things to make sure customers were taken care of.
The food and the service was amazing, but now its the day after and it is no longer sitting very well in my stomach. Id highly recommend you go, however be careful with what you order because it may not sit well. Other than the food not sitting well for me, amazing service and great food.
Really only order Togo from this location but picking it up is always easy. They have a great Togo set up where they go over your order in front of you instead of handing you your bag and rushing you along. My order has always been perfect. Also perfectly packaged. They separate hot from cold. Also a go to for a stress free Togo ordering option.
Have eaten at and enjoyed this place lots of times but today my office ordered lunch-to go order. I ordered shrimp Alfredo as always, went to stir my sauce some and noticed something black. Now there is nothing that should have been black in the dish so then I was pretty shocked to discover that it was indeed a bug of some type. Clearly had legs and antenna and was a good 3/4 inch long. Called the restaurant and notified the manager who did offer to pick up food and replace it, but i was too disgusted at this point so declined. I should say our money was refunded which was nice but I will never ever eat here again. All it takes is once for me and I would not trust eating anything from there again.
Visiting the Olive Garden is like using a time machine to return to the early 90s. Things havent changed much here in decades. The food is what youd expect, but the service is excellent. The prices are great, too. You cant expect gourmet food from a chain like this. But if you leave Olive Garden hungry, its your own fault.
I ordered the chicken alfredo and a salad with house Riesling. Overall it was good but there were a few issues with the ball. The fettuccini was not swimming in sauce, but was too dry. By the time I was finishing the noodles were congealing into a mass. The house Riesling was dry and anything but sweet. A massive contradiction to what had always been deemed a sweet wine. Garlic bread sticks were fantastic in flavor. My server was all sweetness and smiles so I enjoyed her service.
Tori was our waitress and was AMAZING! If you guys come here, try your best and ask for her. Or if she is in the bar get over there she is worth it. Not only is she nice but so professional. Two employees want to stand and do nothing while she is doing everything by herself; even she asked for help and they didn’t want to do anything; management give this girl a raise, she tried her best to manage the two and was so classy and professional about it, that didn’t want to do any thing but obviously they don’t like their job!!!Food came out hot, drinks were great. If I lived over here I’d over her a job right now!! Will come again just for her!
Not a bad place, enjoy the food and the staff is extremely pleasant. Near the hotels in the area for those who wish for a close by place to eat. if there are any issue i have seen its the location is a bit awkward to reach if you dont know the area. being right next to the axis road of the highway makes it hard to turn in and hard to get out during busy times. hence the best way to maneuver would be through the back roads past the hotels as going down Colorado is preferable to fighting highway traffic
From the hosts and hostesses, to the bartenders, to the wait staff, this location is hands down the best one I have been at. These folks are friendly and they always have a smile on their faces. I love this location and will return every chance I can. Steve, Patrick, Joseph, Cassie, Savannah, just the entire staff is top notch. Keep doing what you do guys. Thank yall for the service and the great conversation.
We had a very pleasant time here at this location. My gf and I ordered the buy one take one and its quite a great deal! We have enough food for the next 2 days! Our waiter took great care of us and genuinely cared about our evening. Classic olive garden breadsticks, salad and pasta.
No problems. Clean place but really busy on a Monday at lunch.Service was good, food arrived fast. Lunch specials start at 7.99. Unlimited soup, salad and bread sticks was 7.99. Lunch lasagna with soup and bread sticks was 9.99. Sodas $3. Mozarella sticks were DELISH! Pizza bowl I think was $8.99. Kids meals include drink, but are for ages 12 and under.Lunch for 4 adults and one kid, with a free appetizer coupon, was $60 before tip.
Very busy, had to wait awhile for our food and we were placed under an a/c vent which was very cold and that day it was 19° out. We complained and the people in the booth next to use complained. The heat came on as soon as we were given our bill. Our server was great, on top of everything as much as she had control of. Our bill was just over $60 and we tipped $13. I hadnt been to Olive Garden in about 10 years and it will probably take me another 10 to go again.
I like the food at Olive Garden and the service meets expectations. But that is just it. For the price I think there are definitely restaurants that just do a much better job. But for a quickly thrown together big family dinner probably the best choice available. And I like the food.
Nice & Cozy place with Great Italian Food. For the most part the server have been kind & quick. I give it 3 stars because I typically have only 2 problems when I go 1. Super long lines... 2. Only once did a server ALLOW ME to drink my lemonade from a nice glassotherwise the NICE GLASSES are strictly FOR alcoholics Even though we (both pay with American money). This makes me think theyre hoping I will become an alcoholic so I empty my wallet at their restaurant!!
Me and my wife stopped by for a late lunch because we were craving the main staple of Olive Garden, salad and bread sticks. I placed our order and ask the waitress if she would bring salad and bread sticks and she said yes so I go to the restroom and when I returned our appetizer and salad were there, I ask my wife about the bread sticks and she tells me she was getting them out of the oven. About fifteen minutes later our food arrives and she has two baskets of breadsticks as well, she gives us our food and says I will be back with breadsticks yet she had 2 baskets with her, so after another fifteen minutes go by and she finally brings them as we are finishing our meal and she never refilled our drinks. It was 3:00 in the afternoon and it was not busy but this was by far the worst service we have had in a while, I always tip 25% to the waitress but not this time, we will not be back.
I visited this location back in November 2016 for the elections. I picked up a to go order, $30 worth, around 9 pm. My hotel was conveniently located right around the corner. When I got to my room, I sat down and enjoyed my salad and bread sticks, but when I got to the main entree, Chicken Alfredo, it was cold and barely any sauce on the mainly dry noodles. I was truly disappointed. Never have I had this type of experience or lack thereof. I have since emailed the manager twice for a refund to no avail. He keeps telling me its in the mail, supposedly he canceled the previous gift card and mailed another one. I am still waiting...AND STILL WAITING FOR MANAGER TO CONTACT ME!!
This location was not my favorite and I will not be visiting again. 1st of all when u enter there is an odd smell in the restaurant .we ordered the appetizer that came out looking not so appetizing. The food was not that good and there was hair in the food .will surely not be visiting this location.2nd updateAfter posting my 1st review . Olive Gardens reached out to me and compansated our meal and I was grateful for them doing the right thing . I feel like I was heard and they were willing to make things right again. For that I am gonna go and Revit the location and give them a second chance. Thank you Olive Gardens for doing the right thing not a lot of restaurants can do this.

2022-02-25Its an Olive Garden, so you know what to expect. We had excellent service from both Andy and Josiah. The food was hot and fresh, and the atmosphere was quiet even at dinner. The brownie lasagna is a go!

2022-06-14Olive Garden is like the Taco Bell of Italian food. Its just ok. It has gotten really pricy too. The service is ok. They seem to be super busy!

2022-04-24The Shrimp Scampi was wonderful; sauteed shrimp topped with asparagus and tomatoes served on angel hair pasta. Paired it with an unsweetened tea, salad, and bread sticks with endless 4 cheese marinara. Just wonderful.I would advise against the Peach Bellini if you dont like sparkling wine with a strong flavor--if you do, make sure to add it a little at a time and stir thoroughly. It can overwhelm the peach. They bring it out as peach puree in a glass and a little bottle of wine.Great waiter! Very attentive and nice.

2022-02-22Customer Service was Excellent!!!! The food was Delicious 😋. When we first arrived the hostess told us there was a wait of 10 to 15 minutes. So I gave her my number to let me know when our table would be ready. We didnt even make it back to the car before I received a text, letting me know our table was ready. I really Love their Chicken Gnocchi Soup 🍲 and Chicken Alfredo 😋. Keep up the Great Work 👍

2022-01-23I had the best time at Olive Garden. Our waiter, Isa made us feel at ease and at home almost. There was a great environment that just made you feel good when you walked in and when you left. The food was amazing. I’ve recently cut meat out of my diet so I had the Eggplant Parmigiana and I LOVED IT.

2022-06-25Excellent food Good service Wonderful salad but bread sticks were dried out. Lunch specials are just the right size. Wish they served those smaller portions for dinner. Waitress never brought us appetizer plates although we asked twice. All had to share appetizer and later dessert from one plate.

2022-03-31Two stars. The quality of Olive Garden has gone way down. The only flavor the entrees had was previously frozen. The appetizer was more of the same. The bread sticks were deflated, over seasoned, and the ends were as soft as fresh croutons. We once enjoyed eating here. Now, its a hard pass. On a positive note, the salad was still good. Our waitress earned the only stars this place gets. She was awesome! She didnt come too often. It seemed it was always perfect timing. If the rest of the place was on par with her, it would get 5 stars.

2022-04-24Here are the pros and cons. Pro, it was a very nice restaurant. Pro, the staff is friendly and helpful. Pro, the food was very good. Con, the outdoor sign is hidden behind the tree so you cant see it. Con, the bread was old. The TV in the bar was broken. It was a bit pricey, but the food came out hot and quickly. Pro. It had a nice outdoor atmosphere as well as a nice indoor atmosphere, which is also a pro.
