Olive Garden Italian Restaurant in other cities:
My food was good.. My husbands Tour of Italy had to much oregano or whatever seasoning they use for the lasagna... The service was ok.. Our waitress seemed bothered that I Accidentally put all my silverware in the dirty pile.. I cleaned our table, made it easier for her she was like oohhhhhhh did you put your silverware in this pile ? I said ah I did by accident.. She was bothered.. All she had to do was get me a new set.. Ughhhh...
Everything was delicious. The Italian Margarita was sumptuous. I loved it; had just the right amount of salt. I had the Tour of Italy . Included lasagna, fettuccine, and chicken parmigiana. Great meal. I ate half, took the remainder home for a later snack. My waitress was the best.
It was the first time my kids had ever been to a olive garden . But they had been wanting to go for a while. We were blessed with a little extra $$$. So we went the waiters were always on point when it came to the drinks . The food was delicious. And the bathrooms were clean . They keep everyone at a safe distance because of covid . My kids loved it and there picky eaters .
Recently had dinner here with my wife, the food was delicious and the service was amazing (so we thought) We had left a generous tip for the server little did we know the server decided to tip themselves an additional gratuity making it a $25 tip. We called and spoke with the manager and he thought by giving us a gift card that would dismiss the behavior from the server. Fortunately for us we were able to have the additional gratuity returned by our financial institution. But who knows how many other victims this server has stolen from 🤔
Its been a while since Ive been to Olive Garden. This one wasnt too busy when I went, got good seating and a calm atmosphere. Perfect for a lunch or dinner date. Food came out timely and hot. My only complaint was the bread sticks. Im sure theyre from frozen but they used to be so much better.
Standardized mass produced Italian style American food. I seem to remember some lemon based chicken choices from years past, and I remember the Tour of Italy being larger, but those are minor quibbles. A solid choice if you already know what you want and its not adventurous.
Good prices, great food, and good service. Italian inspired dishes in a relaxing atmosphere. Salad and breadsticks a must. Visit their website as they have promotions running often like their Neverending Pasta Bowl. Kids can be entertained while playing games on a tabletop tablet preloaded with many options for about $1. Recommend the Tour of Italy!
What can I say but this was one of the best dinners my love and I have enjoyed especially for Valentines Day. I would love to thank our server Saul G for making it even more special..he was very polite and courteous..always asked and checked to see if we needed anything and even cared about our question regarding a food allergy..we will definitely be coming back to the Sunland Park Location.
The food was great but the service was a bit slow and all over the place. Maybe it was just busy 🤷♀️ didnt seem like it. Breads didnt make it to the table until after our main entree was already being eaten. Drinks didnt all come together either. The breads were really the main deal. My daughter likes to eat her soup with the breadsticks. We were celebrating her that day actually for an academic achievement. She finished the soup before the breads made it to the table. She doesnt do 2nds on the soup. 🤦♀️
I first came to this Olive Garden about 2 weeks ago and had literally the best server i have ever had in my whole life but i didn’t get a chance to get his name. I don’t even live on this side of town but I revisited the location today to see if we could get the same server and get his name. Come to find out our servers name was Albern. I am not the type to leave reviews for absolutely anyone or any place but having albern as our server was the the best experience I ever had at any restaurant. Having him as our server made the food taste ten times better than what it probably was lol. I will drive across town again just to have him as our server again!! He is quick, attentive and thoughtful. I ordered the soup and salad and every 5 minutes he would check up on me and right before I would finish my soup he would come out with another one without me asking! That’s what I’m talking about man!! Olive Garden is lucky to have this man!! Next time I go I’ll be tipping him a Benjamin he deserves it!!
The server was super awkward so it was just a weird experience. The spinach artichoke dip is to die for, but the chicken parmesan was gross, barely any noodles and the chicken felt like rubber. The server also didn’t ask if we wanted soup or salad so had to tell another server. At the end they messed up our ticket. Half was paid on the little machine on the table and the other half was supposed to be cash and they messed it up and the total was like 47 when it was supposed to be 30, but the manager came over and fixed it but it took a while. The food also took forever to come out.
I went in today with my son to have lunch, the hostess told us it was a 5 to 10 min wait and we decided to stay. While we were waiting we went to the bathroom it was gross the floor was al wet I dont know if it was pee or just water it smelled really bad my son almost slipped and fell. We let the hostess know about the restaurant and we sat down to wait for our table, suddenly we see 2 girl servers rolling silverware in the bar area at least one of them was eating while rolling putting her hand in her food and mouth and then grabbing g the silverware from were you eat!! That was it we decided to leave .So.eone should put attention to this its unhealthy
Was very impressed with our waiter that serve us with such professional and respectful service the food was great for a small dinner he kept our drinks full and the food just right this was this young mans first night on the job we were very impressed who ever showed him the ropes I would say he is ready to teach others we will be back and thank you for such amazing service
I went there with 5 girls I use to work with, a little Starbucks reunion 🤗. The restaurant was very clean and staff is very friendly. Our waitress, Priscilla was great, very friendly and always checking to see if we needed anything. The food was delicious as always, I have never had a bad experience at any Olive Garden.
The Olive Garden take 2Such an improvement, starting with the hostess, being seated, to the breadsticks, the sample of a wine (that my wife and I enjoyed and infact ordered) to the salad. As funny as it sounds, even the salad is a lot better than the last visit. Exceptionally clean dining room and front waiting area, staff checking up on us regularly (not hovering). Carla C is amazing, always smiling, positive, up beat, and full of wonderful suggestions (like the wine, menu items, and the new tea flavors.... both excellent). To the meal we got: cheese ravioli, creamy mushroom ravioli, and eggplant parmigiana. All of us were excited and overjoyed with our meals, they came out perfectly cooked, with just enough sauce. My meal, the eggplant parmigiana, had a well balanced sauce on the spaghetti, and though I enjoy more sauce... it was a good amount for the meal. My son even got a free dessert. The night and day difference overall was very pleasant, inviting, and family friendly. My family left happy, and we will be returning. A special thank you to all the staff, management, GM David Maynez, and representatives for reaching out and taking swift action to address our concerns. My family and I WILL be returning in the future.
This place is great atmosphere for special occasions. It was great we where seat pretty quickly. It was nice to reserve a place in line online and got updates when the table was ready for my party. The waitress that we had for the evening was very polite and attentive to our table. For our big party she was able get everything done pretty quickly. The food was amazing wonderful flavors and just beautifully executed the desserts are also very good my favorite is the Tiramisu. Will come again in the future with family.
We have to leave this review, we MUST. Carlos, our waiter, is ALWAYS upbeat, cheerful, courteous, professional, fast, etc. We keep asking for him, but if hes not available, we ask for Lori. Carlos and Lori are our choices, but in no way want to disrespect any other waiter/waitress, respectfully. We always have an AWESOME time at our favorite restaurant of choice. We feel great going in and great departing. We want to let management know how we think and feel. As always, support your people and always thrive to make things better. We mention to management not each time, but often to let them know about our experience. We have nothing negative to say and we commend the hostesses too for doing their jobs. We asked for our lasagna to be center piece cut and we got just that for my Birthday last week. Thank you Olive Garden for ALL you do, but people, please understand weve been in a pandemic for over a year and sometimes there are off days like anywhere else you may go so, just hang in there...we support you Olive Garden!! God bless.
I had to get up tell anyone to call our waitress,we were ready to order no one had even offered us a drink. I had to get up to ask if they can call the waitress again..and at least get the drinks to us. It was my nieces daughter b-day.. we waited for a long time to be served not only our drinks, but our food...The waitress looked mad when bringing our food. Other than that the food was great but very bad service
Id say there are better offerings for the same price. The place doesnt really inspire confidence when it comes to cleanliness, at a glance yes but you look at the corners between the table and the wall or just under the table and its not pretty. Service level is fine and food is fine but just that. Fine.
I showed up looking bummy and was treated like a nuisance by the hosts. I had on athletic shorts, t-shirt and crocs. It was like a mean girl scene. By their demeanor and body language I could tell my presence annoyed them. When I went to the bar/takeout area the gentleman who helped me was the opposite. The was welcoming, nice, took my order down without a fuss and overall a positive experience from the annoyed teenagers up front. Might give them another chance but why give them my money when there are other restaurants with better customer treatment.
I just walked out from trying to eat a Veterans day plate. Waited 10 minutes at my table and the waiter never showed up. Then some ladies started showing up at another table and their waiter showed up immediately. I asked her who is my waiter and she says Im going to find out, and she came back saying that your waiter will be with you shortly. Then the waitress who was attending the other ladies at the other table came up and said she was going to wait for me but that was already 15 minutes later, so I decided to leave.
Evening time about 7 p.m.Called to place take out order for kids; Spaghetti, pizza, and chicken tenders. The call was to inform i was planning on dinning in with family but since my kids were hungry and the plan was to dine in but i wanted their food before mom and dad order theirs.Took me 10 minutes to get there. The guy who took my order on the phone was awesome and informed me they got the order and were working on it. We were sitter.Waited another 10 to 15 minutes to place full order and was informed kids meal would take a little longer.I was okay with it.Another 15 minutes later no food for anyone.Asked about kids order and they apologize but it was not ready.About 7 minutes later went up to the take out area and they said it was ready and would bring it out .Took about 35 to maybe 40 minutes for us to get all food.I frequent Olive Garden but this surely was a bad ,BAD night
I had not been to the Olive Garden in A LONG time. I was excited to eat the endless soup and salad however I ended up ordering only soup * the wrong one* our waitress brought me the correct one and didnt charge us for my mistake. I admire the younger people trying to work and manage their time among with their goals ( personal and professional) but overall the food and service, just as I expected them to be👍
My waitress was great but food was not cooked properly. Noodles were stuck together. And I dont think you need a mask for safety, if they never clean their bathroom. Pee all over the floors, no soap, trash over flowing and hostess on Snapchat!! Really ? If this how you manage your sanition then the kitchen cant be any better !!!!!! SERIOUS ISSUES!!!
We came here for a Valentines Day dinner on Saturday night. Erick C. was our server and he went above and beyond in service. We felt so taken care of and attended to. He was thoughtful, but didnt hover, which is a delicate balance for a server to attend to. The food was amazing as well, we enjoyed everything we got. Erick suggested the strawberry passionfruit sparkling drink, which was a great recommendation for me as someone who doesnt drink. I was initially nervous because here in El Paso, the more busy the staff are, the worse the quality of service seems to be. This was not the case tonight at all. We left feeling very taken care of and wanted to shout out to Erick! I hope all your servers are like that.
Poor service. My family and I went to dinner here it took over 15 minutes to get a simple salad with our soup. Our waitress only checked on us once. They weren’t even that busy so I don’t understand why it took so long. The waitress would’ve know this had she checked on us.
At 1st our server celeste was very attentive but I think she had to go, because once we paid the bill she was nowhere to be found, we were in need of another take home box, and we had put a call on server and never came, on-top-of-that no other server offered help and we we left our desserts there. I had already paid the bill, tip and given her a review and I would take the review back and lower her tip.
This was difficult for me to put 3 stars since I love everything Olive Garden...Ok, so 1st waitress was not a ppl person. Brought warm tea, when asked if I could have some ice, brought it in a plastic cup n slammed it on the table. Never offered if we needed anything else, was settling on a not so pleasant experience. BUT...We then saw another waitress, Noellia, who started taking care of our table. In the small amount of time Noellia took over our table, the service was 1000% better! Always asking if we needed anything, very attentive, pleasant n just all around very nice. Noellia turned it around 180°!!! Please commend Noellia on her excellent service. Thank you.
Service was fairly standard, on the plus side they obeyed the social distancing and capacity rules as far as seating is concerned. Unfortunately I had to send my pasta back for a new plate due to the noodles being old and dried out. Other than that the server had my meal replaced quickly and it was delicious.
Went in to place a to go order and it was a mistake! The spinach dip tasted very old and not good at all. I ordered alfredo sauce for dipping, the large, and got maybe a fourth of a cup of watered down alfredo sauce that was barley warm. The breadsticks were stale and hard. Never again!! Never again!! I would have given no stars if I could.
In this day and age it is hard to find a restaurant with dine in access that is customer first . So if you are looking for Great food and even better service visit this location ! My mother and her friends had a wonderful lunch celebration at this location and the staff could not have been more attentive and professional . Thanks for taking great care of your customers no matter what age they happen to be :)We will be back .
I would give a lower rating (because of my entree) but my server was awesome (wish I remembered his name)! So we went for a birthday/graduation celebration on Tuesday. my server was very attentive kept checking on us even though they were so busy letting us know it’s big parties so he kept filling our drinks and would refill the bread, salads, and soup as we wanted. We got our food and my plate was a mess, I ordered the chicken and shrimp carbonara usually very nice and full and that day was pretty small portion and a few pieces of chicken and veggies. I was so disappointed but they were so busy I didn’t bother. I usually love the food and Tate’s here but not this time maybe next.
Its a good place to dine in solo, on a date or even a family get together. Great food but sometimes a few options to choose from when it comes to food. I like it when they have a tour de France or surf and turf but they should go above and beyond sometimes. Over all great staff and waiters. Cooks did a excellent job with preparing my food. Great experience
Have had a lot better service at this Olive Garden once seated my friend went to the restroom and by the time she got back I still had not been greeted it took another couple of minutes before he came over. Order appetizer, beverages and soup and salad. Beverage came out fine but when waiting for the appetizer to come out to my surprise my entree came with it. Soup has no seasonings in it, salad way to much dressing and the bread sticks no garlic seasoning on them. Very disappointed in my experience today.
Idk, it’s Olive Garden, you aren’t in Italy. But the food is satiating, the salads are fresh, the chicken tastes like it was in the freezer, the shrimp could use ginger to mask the shrimpiness, but it’s consistently good, the staff is super friendly, they pack everything perfectly for that curbside pickup, they have never faltered on our order (super important) and they meet all of our needs. Plus they give good deals too! Please tip, they deserve it!
Phenomenal! We are on vacation in El Paso for a few days and were here yesterday for supper, and it was a unanimous family decision to come back again today. Food was excellent of course, and service phenomenal. Today the waitress even gave our kids free ice cream for dessert! For families looking to save money, they have a special Monday to Thursday, from 3-5 pm, $8.99 meal combos. We will be back!! Thank you!
Have always had a great experience at the location at Sunland Park! As with most restaurants when it gets really busy we have to be patient and expect to have a bit of a wait for our food to arrive. We always have good service, super food, great atmosphere, good for large crowds. Yes they have a kids menu. Yes wheelchair accessible. Yes pickup/to go ordering. Yes online ordering. Yes a great Olive Garden app to order your goodies. When they add curbside pickup (like Applebees) then they get 5.5 stars. 🤪😃
Went to take family there on Saturday 14 Sept. for a nice dinner. Took 45min to be seated and then 1hour 25min to get our food. We told out waiters if we could get the kids meals first. That never happened. It took a call to the manager to finally get out food. But I was cold like its been sitting for a while. People that sat way after we did received thier food and finished eating before we got our meal. That was by far the worst service at olive garden.
The food was cooked to perfection and delicious. My Cosmo and old fashion were made just the way I like them but the staff seemed preoccupied and distant. Also Ive never received a greeting or menu from the front desk staff. But Albert was a server that stood out to me. He was kind and sincere.
Our first two times there weren’t so great, but after expressing my concerns they changed it around! They really do listen to you and they care about their customers. Our server Karla was so attentive to us and had such a great attitude. Our food was delicious and everything else came out perfect. I would definitely recommend going to this location!
We received awesome service and great food during this visit! We have the same server twice in a row and we definitely got everything we paid for and more.Lots of great food options and of course all you can eat soup or salad with breadsticks is definitely the best part of Olive Garden!Youll definitely leave feeling very satisfied and for the price its what you would probably expect, so for that special date night out or a special occasion, this is a very reliable choice!
Terrible. Soup was cold and orders where incorrect. Lobster Mac tasted weird. My wife had to go throw up after two bites. Very disappointed! Always have had good service. Manager credited mine and my wifes food but to be honest it was a terrible experience. Im upset I paid for any of it. Even our kids food was incorrect.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. There was literally hair, not only on the plates, but also in the food. The food was not what I am accustomed to from olive garden, I will not bash all olive gardens, just this one. I would not recommend this Olive Garden to anyone.
I took my family to Olive Garden as a special treat for my mom who was visiting from out of town and had an terrible experience. The waitress seemed to be training someone and did a horrible job at it. She seemed to be hurting everyone for their orders and when we returned a couple of dishes that were given wrong we didn’t see her ti the food acme and asked explanation why we sent it back. We had already explained to her trainee who brought the food back and had to repeat it to her. No refills no coma backs to check if we needed anything else. Before we were ever done with our food brought the check and added on to the bill cost for salad for people who didn’t even eat salads. No ideation should about. Didn’t want to make a scene so left it alone and figure to speak to management later. Since I didn’t want my mother to have a worse experience. Definitely will ask for other waitress if I ever get her again.
Placed a TOGO order for a few people at work all the basics were given but my coworker was missing a side that came with her dish. With no time to go back and get it. She did call and they told her she could come back and get it. But we had mo time to do so. Sometimes people need to think outside the box and offer true customer service. She didnt want anything but a true apology goes a long way!
So we went last night to celebrate my mom’s birthday and SAL took care of us. I am IMPRESSED with his service. Last time I went to Olive Garden wasn’t that great but last night .. OMG food was exceptional, wine incredible, quick food, no need to ask for napkins because at the time I needed he already brought us everything we need. Excellent service and experience. If I ever go back, definitely I will look to get attended by him. I am a very happy customer.
On the evening of Sunday, 05/19/2019, I got food poisoning from this restaurant. Order chicken alfredo and salad. Looked, smelled, and tasted fine. By 11 Pm, I was violently expelling everything in the bathroom. The next 48 hours was horrible.I skipped lunch and ate nothing else. It had to be the food here.Maybe it was a fluke; a one time thing. My wife and daughter were fine but ate other dishes. Ive eaten here before and everything went fine. Nevertheless, this place deserves a warning to anyone that decides to eat here. I wont be coming back.
This was really nice. Olive Garden sure has made a huge comeback. This particular location was spacious, clean, and quiet. The food was tasty, prepared quickly, and a decent value. Our server was an attentive, humorous lady, but she wasnt hovering or silly. The alcoholic beverage selection is vast and our choices were yummy (though I like a margarita with a little more kick). The electronic kiosk that each table has allows you to look at menus, order, and even pay and close out all on screen. El Paso Olive Garden gets a big thumbs up from me!
I have come here many times over the last 10 years, and have enjoyed it almost every time. Tonight was exceptionally good! Great job to Mason (server), and the rest of the staff! Food was great, service was great, and I am already looking forward to the next time we eat here again!
Wow HORRIBLE experience ever!!!!.. I came to have lunch with my coworker around 1pm which was little steady. We also go at least once a week and request our server Shane or David because they takes care of us as if we are eating in our own homes! But today I notice the manger on duty A older white gentleman with glasses I believe Jesse was his name., was standing in front of our booth the entire time as we ate just staring me and my coworker down. Staring at us like we did something wrong. Not only did this make me and my coworker extremely uncomfortable but made our sever very uncomfortable as well. I felt discriminated like if we werent welcome to come eat. Never in my life have I experience this ! We both didnt even eat our food never less even enjoy our food ! Olive Garden needs to do a better job promoting mangement this manger belongs in the back. We ask our server for boxes and we both left as soon as soon as we saw the manager leave our table. Olive Garden lost a loyal guest and I will never recommend any one to go eat there unless u want to feel discriminated by the manager!
Extremely disappointing tonight!!!! This place is usually a good place to treat ourselves to a nice dinner out. I understand that we came about an hour an a half before closing, but the staff obviously was more concerned about completing there closing duties than helping their customers. The pasta was crunchy as though it had sat under a heat lamp. Service was poor/ inattentive. Drinks were never refilled or even offered. Server came to table twice after food brought to the table without checking on it. Upon leaving the restaurant my wife saw the manager and server standing by the door. She informed him that the visit was really disappointing. He responded “ oh you should’ve told me. I could’ve discounted the meal.” The discount is not what we were commenting for. He stated “well next time we go ask for him for a discount.” To his response I hope the management looks into the poor performance of the manager, and his staff. Managers are expected to visit tables during walk through’s of the restaurant. In the more than an hour we did not once see a manager talk to tables. An attentive staff does not wait for a customer to tell them that they are not happy. I’m not sure that I will be giving this restaurant another opportunity to earn my patronage anytime soon!! I truly hope that this is addressed with the staff. After this post I was contacted by the regional manager, and they apologized for the situation. They also replaced my meal at a later time. That time the food/ service were excellent
Im so upset, i put my order to go for 2 hours and they said it was going to be ready by 7 pm so i thought it was ok. But i got here exactly at 7pm and im still waiting for its already 8:13pm. If you guys where getting a lot of orders you guys shouldve stop since 3pm. It used to be one of my favorite restaurant.
Ask for CHANCE! He was the best waiter ever. He knew the menu front and back knew the wines and even helped us find a specific flavor and dish we wanted. The food came hot and large portions were delicious. The dirty dishes disappeared as fast as they emptied I am very happy
My wife and I just left. Weve been to this particular Olive Garden before with no fuss. Today we were seated and ignored for at least 10 minutes. There seemed no shortage of wait staff as plenty seemed to stroll by seemingly making it a point not to make eye contact with us. The best thing is PF Changs is right next door and we were seated and prrsented with our drinks probably before Olive Garden picked up the menus from our empty table.
My friends and I were not greeted and recieved dirty looks from about 3 employees the minute we entered the restaurant. The food was okay but the overall service was disappointing. The two ladies in the front looked at us as if we were lost and were somewhere we didnt belong. Ive only been here twice and I was treated this way both times, I will not be returning. If the color of my skin bothers you, I suggest you leave America and go somewhere that people who are my color arent. My visit was on 2/22/2017 around 11:50am
Our server marriah was very attentive. All the drink came out in a reasonable time I ordered the chicken parmesan ut i ended up getting an eggplant parmesan but when i did point this out she apologized and immediately corrected the issue. And within 5 minutes i got what i ordered she kept asking and asking if we were doing ok me and the family left very satisfied.
Chicken and gnocchi was very watered down, it had little to no flavor. Iced tea was served watered down, looked like lightly colored water. Salmon was overcooked and crispy. Steam cooked broccoli was very hard and cold. After just receiving our entrees, my 15 year old nephew walked his mother to the car after she was feeling ill. He was not allowed to come back in because it was after closing and cites safety concerns (sign posted on door) The manager advised me that he could not be let in. I asked the manager what if I walk out after him without paying? to which she replied, thats fine. There is no other business I have gone to that has this policy. Avoid this Olive garden at all costs. It has bad quality food and is either very unsafe that they have to monitor who comes in and out of their doors or their policies are ridiculous.
This is the worst experience I have had at this chain. I ordered the soup and salad for dinner. Was brought 4 different bowls of soup and each one was wrong, as in missing key ingredients, not being hot, etc. We informed the manager who received our complains with a general air of indifference.
I was impressed with our service and food! Delicous Peach Bellinis and I am in love with the Zuppa Toscana soup. Fast and efficient customer service, friendly staff and beautiful restaurant. Out of all the Olive Gardens Ive been to, I truly enjoyed the difference in appearance at this location.
Seriously the most HORRIBLE customer service here!!! The waiters that are older men are so rude and have such a terrible attitude providing good customer service. Its been three times were the waiters are just plain rude and say rude comments and can tell are just judging my mom and me! I always leave a 20% tip on great customer service so I dont know why they would discriminate against my mom and me maybe because it looks like were not high maintenance, that should not matter! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE JUDGED AND TREATED BADLY. Last time my family and me ever eat at any olive garden!
We got to this location around 8PM and were seated right away as usual. Well, after being seated 15 to 20 minutes goes by and no waiter. We thought maybe their busy, we were in no rush. Well, as soon as we get someone it was a mess. First the drinks were wrong and I ended up just getting water. Next, we order pasta soup and the we get cold soup without the pasta, because they forgot to add the pasta in. Next, my kids orders were messed up, one ordered the mac and cheese with fries and grapes, well the grapes never showed. The other ordered spaghetti and chicken strips, and is served fried instead. My husband and I order the same meal, the lobster and shrimp mac and cheese, we got two different looking plates when we ordered the same thing. My plate looked like it had been just sitting out for hours and put back together. Oh and it tasted like I was eating raw fish. So gross, I ran to the restroom and threw up the cold soup and two pieces of the main plate. I am still grossed out by how gross the bathroom was too. I thought we were at olive garden not a gas station. So we got there at 8pm maybe a few minutes before and didnt leave until 10PM. Yes, thats how long it took to get served. We were polite the whole time, and were trying to give the staff the benefit of the doubt. Well, I was wrong. I know never to go to olive garden again. Im still sick, but I guess if you ever feel the need to lose weight go to olive garden and get food poisoning. Thanks so much.
Absolutely AMAZING experience!! Joseph was amazing! Very good experience and overall time. They were slammed packed and he had just clocked out and opted to stay and help us out and serve us. He never seemed like he was rushing or wanting us to hurry. Very attentive!! ASK for JOSEPH!!!
The food gets an A+++, the server however gets a big fat F !!!!! She was very nice & busy, which I get, but we had to ask for breadsticks, after waiting over 6 min for the alfredo dipping sauce. Again, busy n I get that. Never got refills on the drinks, had to stop eating because we had nothing to wash or food down with. She disappeared for 6-7 min. multiple times. Finally i just grabbed the check and found someone to pay us out so we could leave. The server who had the other 3 tables in that section rocked. She was on her tables, the didnt ask her for nothing because she was always there checking on them. She was at all 3 if her tables 4 times before we even saw or server. I go to Olive Garden all the time where Im from, I will not sp going in my hometown, but will definitely NEVER go to this location again. Im in town due to my Father having Cancer & having surgery tomorrow, so we went wherever he wanted to go for his night out. Very disappointing for both of us.
Like the previous reviews. On July 19th, 2016 at approximately 1:30-ish pm, we arrived (a nicely dressed average family) party of seven (3 adults & 4 children) & put our names down to eat, to which we were told would be about a 15 min wait. That turned into over 20 min where the two hostesses were blatantly seating families that walked in after us! We quickly got up, said nothing, & walked out. Ive eaten at this location many times over the years, w/only one time the service being bad, but this was the last time. We felt discriminated against. Terrible customer service.
Service was horrible. The waiter brought only 1 glass of water when there were two people at the table, then he just disappeared, never came to take the order. Then he brought chicken Parmagen whereas we ordered eggplant Parmagen. He never came to check if we needed anything else. Never asked if we wanted dessert. Not sure if I am going back there... although I like their food!!!!
Omg best food ever. Your salads are great, bread has gotten better, entree pastas are delicious and your limonatas too! A bit pricey on some items that are not that big or great in taste but overall the staff is very attentive just hate how some customers are so judgemental and think that their slobby attitudes are wanted in a restaurant because they have money well let me tell you people i have enough money and better class than you at most times. At least i dont complain at everything or look like i just smelled a diaper
Met with some friends at 6:30 for what we thought would be an enjoyable meal. Service was ok however waiter mixed up plates and forgot to bring my drink when asked. My garlic shrimp w/angel hair pasta was mainly pasta. Atmosphere was terrible, kids screaming, kicking chairs and running around their tables. What is it that parents don’t care about others trying to enjoy their meals an letting kids act as if they or at a daycare or playground! Why aren’t waiters asked to report these inconsiderate people to mgr? Had to finally get mgr to stop it! Probably should have people with children sit on one side of restaurant since mgr’s don’t want to offend anyone!! Will leave next time!
To Go service was great. I placed a last minute order to go and the order was ready in the time it took me to drive fro. Eastside to Westside Sunland Park location. The food was great, nicely packaged, complete order, although they were busy I was out of the restaurant in less than 5 minutes.
My first time going with my fiance and daughter. My daughter was throwing a tantrum and I thought of how embarrassed I was and it being my first time paying with a gift card from a friend, but this woman who was attending us was just so understanding and polite. She got her to color and everything. When I got the check I spent the rest of the gift card in tips like $20-30. She was pretty dope I forgot her name though.
We have been in several Olive Garden throughout the US because we love it, but definitely this one is very low quality. Bread sticks are hard and come super late, disgusting bathrooms, poor service (seems to be lack of staff), hostess are not friendly, soups are cold....in summary we are not coming back.

2022-01-23I’ve been to Olive Garden many times. This is the best experience I’ve had. Ever. Reduced menu, but everything was fresh, delicious and the service was great, despite known staff shortages everywhere. I even ordered take home pasta. Cheers! Thanks to our server Rachel for a little humor and great service.

2022-02-24The food was amazing! It’s Olive Garden!!! The waiter was so attentive to us. The food was served in a timely manner. The restaurant was pretty busy, but they seated us relatively quickly. The Amaretto sour was so good, I highly recommend ordering it if you plan on ordering some adult drinks. My partner and I shared a plate and they even divided it for us which was such a perfect portion for two, especially since we both got salad and even had room for dessert. This Olive Garden has never let us down. We honestly miss Joseph, but I’m glad this restaurant is still slaying it! Keep up the great work guys!

2021-10-09I was visiting El Paso for four days. I visited twice and both times my chicken scampi was beyond delicious. I sat at the bar and ordered two different drinks-malibu bay breeze and a margarita. My waiter/bartender was Sebastian. Super attentive, fast and took the details down that I wanted for my order. Thank goodness I found this exact place, I’ll be saving and visiting again whenever I come back in business. Thank you Sebastian!

2022-03-02The service here was not very good, the cleanliness was awful, and the food was bland and way too oily. When seated, the table was dirty and the paying/gaming screen was beyond filthy covered in left over food. In this time of covid, they wouldnt even clean the table or screen before seating people. I soon realized when looking around, no tables were being cleaned, just dishes being taken. When we got our drinks, I was disgusted, there was lipstick residue on the rim of the glass. Notified our waiter if I could have another. I did not want any compensation, I just wanted a clean glass. We got our food before I ever got a new drink, waited almost 30 minutes. Now the food, I havent been to any of their establishments in over 6 years because I remember the food not being worth the price, I decided on a last minute dinner and chose this place. Worst decision, food was awful, either too salty, too oily, or just plain bland. Never a median. I dont know if its just this location, but If you insist on still having dinner at this establishment, I recommend another location.

2022-03-29Normally the service and food are good. The last visit the service was soso. We ordered, received the appetizers, then 2 minutes later, we received the soup and salad, then 1 minute later, we received the main dishes. The soup had to be sent back because it was only the broth and no vegetables. The salad was lacking flavor. One of our main dishes was under cooked. We have contacted the manager via email.

2022-04-11After a long day of traveling from California, I stopped to get dinner with my daughters. Our waitress, whom I’ll address as A. Was quite rude when I politely asked her if the meatballs were made with pork. She quickly snapped “It’s beef ma’am.” I felt as if I was irritating her but I dismissed it and let her I know I wanted to confirm because we do not eat pork. Then I asked about the meat sauce and she again was rude and said “It’s made with the same thing the meatballs are ma’am.” In a curt tone. So it was clear she was having a bad day. I ordered the dish and as the dinner proceeded, her demeanor/ attitude got not better. I continued to be polite despite this. At the end of the dinner. I paid my table and asked to speak with the manager. After taking the time to explain to the gentleman, I’ll address as D.M., the situation and what all my questions had been and what all transpired. He informed me that my waitress was not having that bad of a day to be so rude. He also stated that she was not new to the company and knew that the meatballs are beef but the meat sauce is made with abeef and pork mix. Myself and my children have never eaten pork due our beliefs & the uncleanliness of the pig. So to have my child served that in an act that felt intentional is beyond upsetting. She was sick for several days with an uneasy stomach. The manager was kind and understanding and informed me that he would take the time to speak with the young lady. It’s just hurtful that that’s her spirit towards customers, children at that.

2022-02-21Waiting time was ridiculous, staff and management was skipping sitting order. People would arrived and was sat others that were just walking in. No accommodations were offered in order to follow waiting order. When questioned staff they said the table was getting cleaned yet others keep skipping order and over 45 minutes had passed of waiting. Manager was horrible made some religious remarks making me feel more passed off than the beginning. There was no need for her additional remarks (I will pray for you, I feel sorry for you) very unpleasant evening and service. Management should be trained appropriately not just be there because they have a salary. I will never go back to your locations.

2022-06-20I moved to El Paso about 6 months ago. We coming to this restaurant 2-3 times per month. The food is always great and the service is absolutely outstanding. Also Thank You so much for serving water in the bottles. I tried to order bottle of water in El Paso, in many different restaurants. They couldn’t understand what I wanted and looked at me like I am asking for miracle!
