The service and people where great. The quality of the food seems to be going down hill. May be supply chain related. I had eggplant parmesan. Never have I ever had such tough eggplant. It was like rubber.
Olive Garden was not what I expected at all. Over priced oily food. The unlimited soup and salad does not worth it at all. I tried the chicken soup, it was watery and obviously old. The salad was chopped Roman lettuce with onion. Quite doll and with no dressing. Croutons were so hard.The food was so tasteless. Extra oil made it so heavy that I grabbed a few bites and I felt so much full. I will definitely won’t go back.My comment is about the food, I want to thank the staff for being the only nice part of my experience with Olive Garden.

We got rt in on a sunday at noon. And had the soup and salad, o my goodness fresh bread sticks, the salad & the soups were great😊 waitress freindly and prompt. 👍👍
I struggled for a bit about whether to give 1 or 2 stars simply because almost all of my experiences here have been pretty good, but ultimately when I came back, I was still disgusted and decided that I couldn’t overlook what happened and elected to go with 1 star. To keep a very long story relatively short, my wife and I decided to visit the Olive Garden as we have done many times before. This time however, after asking for a soup to-go (which is always packed in a to-go bowl for the customer) the waiter decided to argue with me relentlessly about him charging me for it, then when I asked him to get the manager he wanted to continue giving me his opinion on the matter. He then dropped off all the other dishes/plates he was taking to the kitchen on my table, crumbled up the receipt, and threw it on the table in front of me. I promise, I could not believe what this guy was doing. It was so far away from any experience I have ever had that it didn’t seem real. After I got fed up with him and told him to just go get the manger he still wouldn’t listen until I pulled out my phone to record him and OF COURSE that got him moving at which point he decided to give me the finger and tell me “f*** you” IN FRONT OF MY WIFE!The absolute worst thing that has ever happened to me at a restaurant in my life and all for a $6 charge! This so-called waiter (Jedidiah R) has absolutely no mannerisms, respect, patience, or any quality even resembling that of an employee of the service industry. The manager came over and handled the situation exactly like he should have from the start. She ended up covering the small order in its total and we were on our way afterwards.Overall, I’m just disgusted and amazed at how incompetent someone can be. This person clearly has no respect for himself or others and, personally speaking, am shocked that he even has a job. I really am. I’ve worked with some very grimy people in the past but none of them would ever do what he did today. My advice to the situation so that this isn’t just one big complaint… someone in management should scrutinize him from his past reviews and watch over him for the future. If this event was really just a “one-off” then they need to figure out what caused him to fly off the hinges and really deal with the underlying issue and not just a “hey, please be polite to customers”. I don’t know what would make someone go crazy like that in a restaurant, but I pray that it isn’t anything too serious.
Stetson was our server. He was very friendly. Had the lunch soup, salad and breadsticks. Delicious as always.

Very disappointed with the size of the lunch meal !!!!! I ordered the shrimp alfredo and they delivered it to me in the car. when i arrived at my house i came across the mini size of the container! very poor ! ridiculous! I will not go back to this restaurant again! I was very frustrated because I always ordered it and it was never this tiny size! very tiny and poor! Minuscule!

Food is yummy, and service is very friendly. Sometimes they can get pretty busy, but the servers are usually really good about taking care of you. I think of it as my Italian food go-to. Probably not very authentic as Italian food goes, but I like knowing that Ill always be satisfied.
Always a great experience. The food was delicious. The atmosphere and employees made you feel at ease. It makes you feel everytime you go it is like the very first time. I gave them 10 thumbs up.
Excellent service!Brian did an excellent job, he was always attentive, and the service was fast. I would definitely ask him to attend us again, I always come with my children and we usually order the same. Today I decided to try something different, and the truth to my taste was not good. I ordered Beef this time, the temperature was the way I asked for it, but it was super salty and dry.They cooked it quickly and finished it with water to speed up their time and in the end they mashed it to get all the juice out of the meat. Unfortunately it was not a good experience. The restaurant is clean and everyone is friendly but today I was slow enough not to give the meat time to come out as it should.

Ive always loved Olive garden but lately the last 2 times Ive been there is a problem they sending me and my family to the back last tables from the bottom when they have booths available all over the place. When I request the booth is like you need to sign a for or something to let you sit. Absurd.

I gave five stars before, but changed to one. I had call server light on for 15 minutes before the waiter came. During the time, more than 10 waiters/waitresses walked by, and no one seems to care.
I usually love Olive Garden but this was my first time at this location. There were large pieces of onions in the salad and the end of the head of lettuce. It was like they scooped up the pieces that should have been thrown away. The pasta was ok. It was the first time I tried the asiago tortellini alfredo. It was really greasy so I wont order it again.
Probably one of the most overrated Italian places. Service is sub par for the level that is expected, the quality of food is generic, but the part that is frustrating is the taste. There are far better places to eat at that gas much better food.
Normally when my wife and I come here, its amazing. Today 12/8/21, it was our worst service yet. We sat at the bar booths, and there were 2 other people at the bar, it took him 15 minutes to ask us what we wanted to drink, then we also ordered our food, he brought out the wrong soup for my Wife, was not paying attention to our drinks and otlr the fact that I wanted another bowl of soup, and is being super slow and inattentive to our needs. Needless to say we wont be back for a while..
Well it’s Olive Garden it doesn’t matter which one you go to the food taste good. The restaurant was clean the waitress was very friendly and professional. They served us fast and the food was tasty. If you guys are ever in Lewisville and have a hankering for Italian, you can’t go wrong with this Olive Garden.
I was going out to eat with my family, and our waiter was very disrespectful and very unorganized. I will not be returning. Awful service. The table that they gave us was dirty and it smelt very bad where they sat us.
My daughter and I walked in before 9. The restaurant, scheduled to close at 10 told us it was a 30 minute wait...although there were multiple empty tables and idle staff. Very disappointed. Bad business.

Great service! It was really busy but the staff managed it well. A little bit of a wait but that’s to be expected at 7:00 on a Saturday. Food wise, it’s Olive Garden— if you like Olive Garden’s food, then this will taste good! If you don’t like Olive Garden’s food, then I don’t know why you’re looking at reviews for an Olive Garden but I can almost promise this isn’t for you. Personally I think the food was great— the chicken carbonara is great, and the breadsticks are just the best. Our server wasn’t wearing a name tag but whoever the server that also runs the bar is, he did really well. The manager was making sure things were going well, and all the staff was super friendly. Overall great experience.
Thats it, Im done. I really think OG made a huge turnaround a couple of years ago by revamping their menu and using fresher food but now theyre just another Applebees again. Ordered chicken picatta to go and the breasts were tiny and cold with only 6 capers. The parm crusted zuch were barely crusted and not cooked AT ALL, also cold. For $17 it should at least look a little like the picture.
Celebrated my birthday here, food was great! My Tiramisu was frozen, but the server replaced it as soon as she noticed and deleted from my check. Service was very good.
Food good, minimal wait, good service. Only con, asked at order for lemon slices for tea, then had to ask twice more before they were delivered.. appetizers & salad were complete and meal was 2/3 finished before receiving. I know thats not big for most people but very aggravating to me.
Always think this place is alright but got the Shrimp and Chicken Carbonara and it was so delicious!! Service still stinks though but that seems to be the normal right now.
They were so awesome here, they let me bring my homemade cake in and stored it for my daughters 12th birthday. Food was on point! My server was amazing.

Brian was our server tonight and he was amazing, completely above and beyond all service that you would expect. Prompt, professional and just outstanding. All three of our meals were delicious and quick and had beautiful presentation for the sizes and portions. Thank you so so much for an amazing service and dinner. Keep up the great staff and service. Was there at the end of June and everything was great. The food was excellent and our server, Jedidiah, made sure everything came out just the way we wanted it. I had been feeling tired and beat and Jedidiah took excellent care of us. I left feeling better than when I arrived. Thank you for the tasty food and wonderful staff.
Update: Loss of another star...Sept 2018, I brought my family here today for an early dinner. I arranged for online waitslist and was told that it would take 10 minutes to get seated even though I showed them the text that indicated that I was on the waitlist for 20 minutes. As if that wasnt bad enough, the server Vernon H. decided to tip himself an additional $15 against my card after I had already left cash in the payment binder book. I stayed on the phone on two separate occasions for over an hour trying to reach a manager. I took the written proof back to the restaurant and met with Sabrina who made up for the theft of funds from my card.Update: We ate dinner here this afternoon and I ordered an item from the new items list, Braised Beef Bolognese. It was the meat sauce with braised beef and Italian sausage. I saw no Italian sausage and three quarter sized pieces of braised beef. tossed with ruffled pasta appeared to be lasagna portions broken up with other flat noodles. The recipe was not impressive at all. I was disappointed with the item as soon as it was placed in front of me. It was a $15.99 entree and looked like a kids meal. The restaurant picture shows pasta up to the edges of the serving bowl, but the reality is it was covering just a cup and a half of the bottom of the serving bowl in which it was served. This whole thing was a two or three star meal at best with huge disappointment added to the mix.This was a three to four star meal. We had a very good dinner here. The salad came out cold and full of ingredients that were expected in the salad. The breadsticks came out hot and were tasty. We ordered three different meals one of which was the tour of Italy. We also got the Shrimp Alfredo and Seafood Pasta.
Dinner was hot and fresh. I love the cheese ravioli. Service was excellent. Refilled drinks twice. Removed dishes as we finished. Didnt rush us.
Went for a birthday party. Now my family is white and the rest of our party was african American. Normally no big deal just 3 families enjoying life and each other. But when we needed something most of our party was ignored and an older Asian lady kept coming out of the kitchen and staring at our party. We were very offended and have not been back.
The lunchtime soup and salad is still very delicious a great value. Our server was wonderful as always. Lunch was $28 including iced tea and a tip.

Love the staff at this Olive Garden, theyre really friendly and all the service and food is great. Just like any other Olive Garden weekends can have a wait time thats a little longer but the staff made great conversation through that too! Our hostess Miranda today was really great and helped accommodate our large group.

Our server was terrible. He was in such a hurry to keep up. He slammed our plates down on the table. Argued with my mom about something on the menu. She felt very uncomfortable with his attitude. This guy did not belong in this position. I blame this on the hiring manager. Management needs to work on this issue. Food was decent but not the best Ive had from Olive garden. This location really needs to get their things together.
This Manicotti was Huge and Delicious! Always ask for Alfredo sauce with your bread sticks!

It has been a long time since I ate at an Olive Garden. The first thing that got my attention....the Amazing service. The staff was working at the level of a fine dining restaurant. Attentive, knowledgeable, anticipated needs before they were actually needed. Amazing job. Staff Five stars. I still find the food good but not great. I think people confuse quantity with quality. Food three and half stars. Overall 4 stars.
Me and my boyfriend went there and our waiter was Luigi. Hes like 50 and bald. And let me just tell you I would give him my left kidney if he needed it. He is the sweetest person in the world. I would die for him. My boyfriend loves him too. Hes so amazing. 10/10. Five starts just for him. I really hopes he has a good day.(But their bathrooms are hella gross.)
Olive Garden has always been a favorite restaurant to over-indulge, carb-up, and eat way too much! On this visit I tried the new braised rib pasta creation and it was fantastic. But the real coup de grâce was the SMores dessert (pictured here). Ooooooooh mylanta!! This is one of the best desserts OF ALL TIME!!! There are some new additions to the OG menu and this SMores divine creation straight from the Lord Of Light definitely needs to be sampled!!
Horrible odor as soon as you walk in. Stinks like nasty bar carpet, dirty kitchen. Cobwebs & layers of dust/fuzz 9n the fake plants. Nasty! Wont be back thi this location.
Definitely not a place to celebrate birthday. They ruined the whole surprise and when I told them to bring a dessert for a surprise nobody showed up till the end and my girlfriend had to order by herself. Worst experience ever I would not suggest anyone to come there for celebration you will only regret going there.Their staff is dumb.

Went with my wife for early dinner. Food was fine. Friendly staff, clean location & fast service.. But it would have been nice to add some spice to the food. Checked with the waitress with the spicy dressing for my pasta but she herself didnt know and suggested marinara. The pasta with marinara was towards the sweet side. I liked the salmon fillet seasoning. I would say Salad & bread sticks were good among my orders. It was a disappointing experience for my wife as I gave her a huge introduction about pasta & food. Being Spicy food lovers, this left us disappointed.

Olive Garden has always been one of my favorite places to eat at because of the amazing service I always receive. Due to the great customer service I always return to this specific location because they have never given me issues. One specific time I remember the waiter brought my food out and it was cold. I told them when they came back around and without hesitation they apologized, took it back and brought me back fresh food. Thank you so much Olive Garden employees for always working your hardest to give your customers a nice and enjoyable dinner. :)

What ever is used in the mop water should be changed. The foyer smells very sour like dirty mop water. The food was scorched, the waiter was not attentive. I tipped him only out of obligation. No manager ever made rounds to ask us how things were going, or I would have shared this tid bit of info with them in person. Just sipped on the Italian margarita ( that took 15 minutes to come) and nibbled scorched eggplant.
Just returned home from a lovely dinner with the best service we have ever experienced and the lovely lady that served us , Lori Ann went above and beyond with service that would be applauded by royalty! Very much enjoyed her lovely story about the dessert we ordered. Highly recommended.
The most recent experience was good all around. Starting from phone order , the gentleman was very patient and kind, to picking up our order and taking it home. No issues with food and even had utensils nothing missing.

My order was 100% accurate, 0 mistakes on 14 line items. There was a problem with my card, but the To-Go server called so I could give them the proper information. After providing the card data, the server had my food out in under 1 minute to me. This was DURING the lunch rush (almost 12) also! She was extremely polite. The service for to-go was far beyond what Ive ever encountered. I worked in the service industry for almost 7 years, so I know how much of a chore it can be to work to-go...but... yall did awesome!Food was great too, our branch loved it.Looking forward to using Olive Garden at this location for our branch lunches going forward.10/10.

It’s been years since we had eaten at an Olive Garden. We all enjoyed our food and our server Kenneth was great! Besides the great food and recommendations, Kenneth told us about the Feeding America program Olive Garden is involved in where they give unused food to local food bank/shelters. We will be back!!

People always dismiss Olive Garden as a good Italian restaurant but the bottom like is they have great recipes with delicious flavors. This place is clean and managed by a very capable woman based on what I have seen. Service is fast, the food is fresh. Everyone in masks and very friendly. Feels safe to dine in this location. They still have all you can eat soup and salad. They have some well priced lunch specials that include soup or salad and breadsticks. The only thing I was disappointed about is our server disnt explain or ask us if we wanted to take advantage of the $5 Ready To Go meals to take home with us. Maybe it doesnt include lunch but too bad. I would have bought another $20 worth of food to take home and enjoy for dinner.
Came in close to closing (not on purpose! Got caught in traffic) and Matthew was a fantastic server, and the food was quick and delicious!
It was my first restorant visit after hip replacement, I was a little nervous, but there was no fuss, just showed us to a table where I could get in and out and park the walker next to me without it being in someone elses way and yet my disability was not even mentioned. On top of that the service was great, the food divine. This is now my favorite place!
I already love eating here, and usually ate in person prior to the virus outbreak. I recently ordered delivery online because of the Corona outbreak and was a little skeptical that ordering to-go would give us the same experience as eating in the restaurant. The portions that came were quite generous and delicious, just as good as the real deal with quick on-time delivery, and I was very pleased with what I got. The delivery fee is also free when you order $50 or more, which was enough to feed my whole family of 4. Hoping they keep up the good work.

The food is always delicious, huge portions. Thats the recipes but the service in this restaurant has been great. My very picky son has begun calling this our place. They get your food out fast and the shrimp is cooked perfectly as my son gets it added to almost every pasta dish he orders. The wait staff doesnt seem annoyed when we make several changes to the menu items. Always worth a meal out.
This place is so good, the wine is great. The wait is not long and if it is you have an option of ordering online for curbside pick up. The waitress/waiters are a hit or miss and sometimes they rush you but other than that the food is never a problem. The lasagna fritta is the BEST!

Olive Garden is one of my favorite restaurants. I am so glad they made it thru the pandemic and didnt close down. The salad is always on point of course everyone knows its the dressing. I usually get angle hair pasta with my dishes.
First time here and its been years since last visit to an Olive Garden. I ordered the Raviolis and my companion ordered unlimited soup and salad. Raviolis were excellent, but portion could have been bigger. This was the lunch portion, but my appetite is always in dinner mode. Service was good, server did not check on us until we were ready to leave. But overall, it was a positive experience and would go back again
What a wonderful experience! We enjoyed the five cheese giant shells with grilled chicken and the Asiago stuffed tortellini with Alfredo and grilled chicken as our entrees. Fried mozzarella for an appetizer, and of course the chicken gnocchi soup. This location never disappoints. Alondra took amazing care of us tonight and is definitely a server I’d recommend to anyone coming here for a bite to eat! She is very attentive and met all of our needs quickly.
I got something that they also have at Red Lobster and the way they do it is a lot better. We had to ask for them to wipe our table off cause it wasnt clean. We also had to ask for the bread sticks and salad. Maybe it was just our waiter, but even so he was still very nice and polite.Went with a big group for a birthday and our waiter was great and everyone food came out perfect Love this place! Good experience and good food. Typical olive garden fare except the service. The waitress was amazing. Had to be the best waitress olive garden has. She impressed us so much we felt compelled to track the manager down just to compliment her. She made an average experience top notch.
I did a to go order and got the Chicken & shrimp Carbonara plate. This is my go to dish when I order from here but, today it was horrible. The chicken was not good at all, I felt like they rushed cooking my food. The shrimp were ok but the chicken seemed mushy to me. So disappointed at my dinner tonight.
Starting off by saying this restaurant is proper for getting the most bang for your buck. Any soup or salad with an entree is very worth it. Free breadsticks all the time as well. Starting off with the calamari it was a solid 8/10. Breadsticks were 9/10. The chicken gnocchi soup was 9/10. The problems started with service where waiters do not write down orders and mess it up. I ordered chicken parm and got seafood alfredo instead. The seafood alfredo had uncleaned shrimp and scallops in there, resulting in a 7/10. Finally, the Tiramisu was a solid 8/10. I will return in a couple of years to change my review hopefully to a 5.
We were seated quickly, the waiter was friendly and the restaurant was clean! The food was extremely good too. You can’t go wrong with their signature Salad and Breadsticks.
The dishes were good. The portions are large. I had pasta topped with sirloin. The steak was cooked to my liking. It was seared well and remained very juicy. The service was great. Our server checked on us enough times, but didnt hover.
Server was new. Friendly, but super slow. Nobody else would assist when we asked for drink refills.

The food was amazing, every bite was delicious but the most enjoyable part was not the food or even the wine but rather the wait staff. Our waitress was fantastic and made our experience incredible.
I usually get the soup & salad all you can eat which has been only 1 bowl of soup with salad. However, I must say the breadsticks have been having hard ends, which in the past the entire bread stick was soft. I do dip my breadstick in my soup, so that softens it up some but still some hardness. The service was terrible!!! Our waitress did not come to check on us until we were done eating completely. My tea had been empty for quite some time. She was just not tentative at all.I was wondering if we shouldve just stayed with the Addison Olive Garden while we were in our way. Simply put, yes we will stick to Addisons.

The food was really good for a chain restaurant, but the service was just lacking. The waiter didnt ask if we wanted the unlimited soup or the salad, and just gave us salad. We wanted soup, but he didnt come back until the food was ready. After we ate, he made us pay at different times, and took way too long than what it should take to pay for food. He also charged my friend for something he didnt have, and took 10 minutes to fix it. So unless you want bad service, dont go to this one.
I honestly havent been to an Olive Garden in years and I can see I havent been missing anything. The menu was smaller than I remembered and the prices....wow! Definitely not worth it. So our waitress looked less than thrilled to be there. I ordered calamari for my main dish, it came out cold. I kid you not. Had it sent back and got a fresh order, it was extremely bland. I couldnt even eat it. Everyone was with me was less than pleased with their food. I wouldnt go back, ever.
It was pretty good. Chicken Parm and spinach cant go wrong and I had the Toscana soup for the first time. The $5 drink specials were not strong at all though. The waitress seemed to be having an off day.
Waiter was on top of things and super attentive. I was really sad they were doing a more limited menu which no longer includes the Mushroom Ravioli, which has always been my favorite. I got pasta with a mushroom sauce and it was a similar concept with a bit of a different flavor. Overall, it was a good experience!
The food was typically Olive Garden. Reasonably priced chain Italian restaurant quality. The downside for tonights visit was our waiter who was quite bad. He took way too long for the initial greeting and his follow-up service was almost non-existent. He had to come back multiple times to retake order info because he kept forgetting. We also ordered the $5 take home entrees which he kept forgetting multiple times to the point we had him remove them from the bill.
Awesome!!! Our sever was Brad and he did an amazing job. He honestly took care of us and he made sure we got whatever we needed. We will be going back again very soon.
We eat here 2-3x a month. Always taste great. Our last visit, our server Christian was the perfect server. Promptly took our order, checked on us periodically and made sure our tea glasses stayed filled. Will ask for his section on future visits.
I took my wife here to eat and I am very impressed with the service we received. Our servers name was holly and she was amazing. She had outstanding customer service, we never had to ask for refills and she was very attentive to our table. If you eat here ask to be served by her because she was awesome. We asked and she works on the weekends.

Our waiter was excellent. He was very attentive. There is a good variety to choose from. The low calorie meals taste good. Ive had several different selections. Because of the soup or salad that comes with the meal, I usually have enough leftovers to bring home for a small meal.

Today I paid 35$ on my order from which I placed online(@7:15) with my wait time being 1hour. They had 1 hour to prepare my food and have it fresh for me to eat and yet that was not the case! Instead I got a what seemed to be thawed spoon full of the 5 cheese ziti, stale bread sticks, water down soup and a center chilled chicken patty NEVER AGAIN WILL I DINE-IN OR ORDER PICK UP FROM ANY OLIVE GARDEN ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY HAD ONE HOUR TO GIVE ME FRESH HOT FOOD and INSTEAD I GOT PARTIALLY FROZEN FOOD FOR 35$!!!
This location is very clean and nice. I got an order to go. The people were so nice I wish I had dined in instead. Nevertheless, the food was great and the order was perfect!
I will not return to any of ur restaurants unless I have cash! I used my cash app visa to pay for my food and it took the money off my card then the waiter told me the bill was still not paid. I contacted cash app explaining how embarrassing this was and wanting to know where my money was if you didn’t receive the payment cuz that’s all the money I had at the time and that I still owe you the money! They have replied that you have put a hold on my card and this is usually dropped off in 6 days! We’ll I told the waiter that I would b back today to pay the bill, now if I do that then how am I going to get my money back that was taken in the first place? So that means I would of paid double for the meal! So I will not b going back to pay that bill cuz u will recieve it when u release the hold on my card. This is so disturbing so again I will not return unless I have cash and I also will b canceling my card cash app and won’t b using I again either. Just wanted to let you know! Thanks the food was great and so was the service but in the future I can’t afford for a hold to b put on my account when the money was there to pay the bill and u took it cuz it’s not there for me to spend and then more money or hold on my card to where if I had more on it would not b able to use it do to your holds placed on my card. Our server Joe was excellent!! Did everything right was very attentive even as busy as he was. The food was very good just needed a little bit more garlic taste to it to make it 5 star. Overall a great time.

Really good service. Food is very consistent. If I had any complaints it would be, cut the salad up more. Way to chunky. We had a group of 6 which included a kid. I ordered the chicken picatta for the first time and it was really good.
The waiter was exceptional. Refilled our drinks when the ice melted and was very empathetic. I ordered a chicken alfredo with fettuccine, it was delicious. I was stuffed afterwards but while eating it, it was delicious.

Can find better food for way cheaper elsewhere.Edit: had to add an update since their 6 oz cheap sirloin was even smaller than said 6 oz. This is embarrasing.
Our waitress Leslie was great. Very attentive making sure we were taken care of perfectly. The food was excellent. My last experience at this location the server was an issue but Leslie made up for that today by providing excellent service. We came on New Years & expected a wait, however they seated us within minutes. They also have a new pay at your table service that allows you order drinks, appetizers & pay your bill without the need of waiting on a waitress which greatly expedited things. Nice quiet atmosphere, made it a perfect date night.

This is literally the best Olive Garden to visit! Theres plenty of room between tables, unlike so many other restaurants in this chain. The food is always fresh and quick, and the staff is excellent! Always a 5 star experience when I visit this location!

I always have a great experience at this place but tonight we had a great waiter Adan. He had a great personality. We had our 2 little ones of which he was very kind to all of them. We received our drinks and food on time, he was quick to ask if we needed anything or if we needed refills. We need more friendly servers as him not someone whos just trying to get a good tip. Foods always on point!
Food was magnifico. Jebediaha was a great waiter--very attenrive. The staff having dinner toward the back was loud and disruptive. Bad for reputation people!
The covid kept us in. We all got out today and where did we head? Olive garden of course. The shrimp alfredo was great. I love the peach bellinies. Went for lunch. Soup and salad was really good. I have always liked their salad, and it did not disappoint. Soup was good, lots of veggies and a thin broth so it is not too heavy. Service was really good. The building might be coming due for some interior renovation.
Its Olive Garden so dont expect much. The food was good, but they didnt have Caesar salad which I thought was strange. I got something that they also have at Red Lobster and the way they do it is a lot better. We had to ask for them to wipe our table off cause it wasnt clean. We also had to ask for the bread sticks and salad. Maybe it was just our waiter, but even so he was still very nice and polite.
This was a great visit. Service can be a hit or miss here. Happy to say it was a hit this time. Practically had to roll myself out of here I was so full. I dont do pasta regularly, but sometimes flavorful, well prepared comfort food is just what you need. Olive garden is constantly a good filling meal at a reasonable price. And try their new creamy mushroom Alfredo. Yummy.
Olive Garden is a nice and enjoyable restaurant with a very enjoyable atmosphere. A really good selection of Italian style Foods with good wait staff on top of that. Prices are slightly higher than I really prefer to Pay but they are okay for an occasional visit. The selection of food is very good. Some decent house wine and other selections if youre into wine drinking.a mix of seafood is also available as well as the Italian foods. they also have a endless bowl of salad or bowl of soup with your meal if you like. I enjoy doing those options.I have visited locations around the Dallas area and they all seem to be very uniformly equal in their service and food quality. I would recommend them if youre looking for a nice, and possibly even slightly romantic place to take a date.

I dont know if its just the location or the chain in general, but food quality has gone way down over the last year. First off, I hate that they have those electronic tablets on every table so that my toddler is begging to play with it. And then when he did, I didnt realize the games cost money until after hed already clicked purchase and that there were no parental blocks in place for me to approve them before he bought it. I immediately got out of the app but by that point it had already been added to our bill as Id find out later. On top of being scammed (why are games not free if you insist on enticing kids with an electronic device on every table), the food wasnt that great either. Our server was very nice and was able to take off the game amount, but really I shouldnt have to wait longer for him to remove it when it shouldve never been there for a game bought by a 2-year old that he played for less than 30 seconds.
The food was luke-warm and made my stomach hurt. My friend and I paid for a meal with dessert and never received said course. We are both people or color, I hope that had nothing to do with it.(Update):We finally got our dessert after 15 minutes of begging. We had to go up to the waitress herself and explain the situation before we received it. Such great service.
I have egg and onion allergies. Hector, head chef from the kitchen, took time to go over potential options that I could safely eat. Together we came up with a wonderful variation of shrimp scampi that the Olive Garden crew then prepared. We also modified their salad so I could enjoy a safe version and delivered the rest of the normal ingredients served on the side so that my husband could enjoy the regular version. Thank you so much for the assist. Ive written everything down so that I can come confidently prepared to enjoy this again...

Olive garden has really gone downhill over the years! I do love the food, but it is slowly decreasing its value. During my most recent visit, it seemed they were just having an off night; the entire experience was at best mediocre. Hopefully my next visit is better!
I enjoyed my visit very much, both because I was with my son and his wife, and because of the food. The options on the menu were broad and ranged from traditional to more health conscious. They even had a low carb doodle option (which was very good).

The atmosphere was very rushed and the wait staff seemed extremely robotic. I ordered the endless pasta and wasnt thrilled with taste or flavor. Although my order was quick, the dish wasnt a winner for me. Pretty large portions but I wouldve rather spent almost $60 at a different restaurant with a calm, less fast food feel and fresher tasting food.
This place is so amazing. Im a young married man n saw something I like n wen I got the food. I wanted it fried the manager came to me. And asked if there was anything he could do. Even offered to let me try my meal made a couple different ways his name was HECTOR . He actually had my food come right back out the next 5 mins. N It was, fresh hot and better then I thought it would be. I give it 5 stares and my waiter CALEB fast as well n did great. Great for personal get outs Im here now with my wife I two 25 tomorrow n they kept my day happy. Food ok its not what it use to be. It hasnt been for years. They need new chefs. Some waiters and waitresses needs to be a bit more trained. The entire restaurant needs an exterior and interior upgrade. Its too dull looking inside totally needs color.
We had a large party and they accommodated us fairly quickly. The servers were all very helpful considering we had a bunch of kids who always make it difficult on them. The gnocchi soup although tasted good had no gnocchi in it which was disappointing. The food was as you would expect from a chain, good but not great.
Ordered lasagnas for 22. The catering lady was extremely helpful in handling our order.She gave several recommendations of what we might need as extras and we were very pleased with her. At pick up, everything was explained and perfect.Highly Recommended.Phil
Nice place for family dinner. Still same good menu. They were a bit stingy on bread sticks during our dinner of 14. They also charged us for side of salad just because one of my family member wanted to try it and took literally 2 forks full of salad from my plate. You can spend $200, but they will still charge for something that costs them less than $2.00. so if you are with a group try not to eat anything from anyones plate or you may get charged for it.
I came into this location with my mom, niece and a friend. We were greeted very nicely at the front door and sat very quickly! When we got to the table we were also greeted by a beautiful young lady named Sasha. She was very patient, kind and very precise with our orders! She made our day! Thank you Sasha!
No idea why this place is always packed 24/7, but the food is actually pretty dang good. Got the shrimp Alfredo and the pasta was tender and flavorful. Waiter was super friendly and help make some suggestion for wine which paired great with the pasta. Wouldnt mind coming back.

Ok but not the best. I go for breadsticks and salad and the breadsticks were coming out hot from the oven but burnt and overkill with the seasonings on them. Was practically choking on garlic. Food was good, but bad breadsticks is what killed it for me.

I really like the food but service at this location is rude, unprofessional. Hosts dont even welcome customers with a smile or friendly attitude well at least this is what happened on Sunday March 8th. Hosts made us feel like if they were doing us a big favor for going there. No hi no thank you. She just asked us how many, and wait basically and her unhappy face! (one host in particular but all group at entrance showed lack of hospitality). I always come to this location cause it’s close to my house but after my trip tonight I will have to reconsider coming back. I walk into the restaurant to place a Togo order an sit at the bar an order a drink. Only to get told by a older gentleman with long hair pulled back I have to place Togo orders outside though there is an area for Togo’s inside. So I go outside an open the app but I can’t even place my order cause I’m gonna pay cash. I will say the second guy that helped me was a little nicer but it was to much of a hassle for a 70$ order
Olive Garden has a full menu of tasty and delightful foods. I have never had bad food there. Today, I went to Olive Garden in Lewisville TX. I ordered takeout and went in 10 minutes early. The lady was rushed. She had phone orders, computer orders, and walk ins. She was friendly, courteous, and totally nice. And I was number 4 of 9 orders with the computer bopping away. She treated everyone great.
I went in there on 02/07/2020 and got seated but got totally ignored , they had us waiting 15 minutes and yet nobody took our order or offered us drink. There was only 3 tables and 4 hostess. Around us , they kept walking around us and looking at us and just completely ignored. We decided to leave and nobody apologized or tried to stop us until I asked to speak with the manager (which he wasn’t even the manager). He apologized because nobody was helping us. We decided to leave upset.

Recently my family and I had a great experience for dinner here. Our waiter was Junior and he provided wonderful service. He recommended the stuffed ziti fritta from the never ending pasta menu and it was delicious. We would definitely come back.

I never usually write a negative review but I was trying to order for my mother was who is very ill. I was on hold for 15 minutes trying to order a to go meal. I arrived at the location and they’re are 3 hostess just standing around. If it’s busy I don’t understand why someone else couldn’t take a Togo order? I finally place my Togo order and there’s just one girl trying to complete all the Togo orders. They need to have more people to assist her.
This is my go to out to eat place here in Lewisville and the food and service is always good. On busy days they can kind of forget you and sometimes botch a meal but theyre always quick to fix and the wait staff always have smiles on their faces and eager to help. The sweetest people! If you keep coming and become a regular theyll recognize you as soon as you open the door lol.Theyre perfect! 💕

The WORST customer service experience EVER! My husband and we’re on our date night. We were seated in an unpleasant corner surrounded by three tables of crying and fussy children. We politely and discreetly ask our waiter prior to even placing our order, if we could be seated less noisy section. Well, the hostesses decided to address our concerns publicly in front of the other customers and suggested that we walk ourselves around the restaurant a find our own table. I was so embarrassed!!! Anyways we left the restaurant and ate dinner at Romano’s Macaroni Grill across the highway, which turned out to be a much better experience, and they had no issues with our request of sitting in a quiet nook of their restaurant. We will NEVER eat at an Olive Garden again.

Terrible service! We had to wait to be served initially, long wait for our food, and never got refills! We had to as for the manager and he he tried to make up for the horrible service by covering our meal. (We ordered soup and salad... whoa, so expensive). Food was good from this place. This is my second time visiting the place. We had a catering order for a birthday party.It was a pick up this time , they delivered all the items as per online request.
We order to go often and frequently have issues with them forgetting minor things. We have NEVER received drinks for the kids meals without specifically asking for them etc. Despite this we continue to return because we love the food so much. Our last to go experience was atrocious with a wait time 30 minutes after the quoted pick up time, forgotten food sitting on the counter and ice cold by the time they gave it to us, and then the lady lied and said it just came out. The manager was too busy to talk and I wasnt about to wait any longer to take food home to my family so I opted to fill out an online survey attached to our receipt. I still have received no response or apology. They just dont care
As I was about to put a 1 star review sitting at the table inside the restaurant.. for waiting 15 minutes to not even be spoken...and finding a fly in my wifes soup.. I give this 5 stars because Eric the Manager saved the day. Thank you for the free meal and dessert. Will be back and hopefully quicker attention and no flies.
I came here for my 21st birthday and my waiter was not friendly and didnt smile. He was very short when he would check on us and didnt give me time to respond. He passed my table 3 times before I asked for a refill on my water. The bread sticks were very hard and you could tell theyve been sitting out because they werent warm. I definitely wont be coming back.
Due to COVID-19 and other circumstances, our PTA wasnt able to raise funds for Teacher Appreciation events. Our family wanted to show our appreciation to the Teachers and Staff at our sons school during this challenging year. We contacted Olive Garden in Lewisville and told them our budget and the number of people we needed to feed. Been eating there for a long time- went there last night, we waited 10 minutes for them to clean a table off , we waited 10 more minutes NOBODY BOTHERED TO SHOW UP. After we had been waiting an additional 10 minutes ,people showed up and sat opposite to us -they got prompt service right away . We always tip good , we have been going there since 2002 and I do not understand why we were treated like this. I counted-wait staff walked past our table , 5 of them . One waitress went over to the table of the people that just sat down ( having ignored us ) and started taking their orders. We asked here to get someone . She nonchalantly said she would . NOBODY CAME . we asked for a manager . I had a few words for him and he gave me a 40 dollar gift card but let me say this : a forty dollar gift card does not excuse this kind of behavior , I will not be trusting these people to serve me food as it might come back tainted .No no thanks , I will be discussing this with corporate and posting on yelp .
This site is my first choice site. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to that place. Whenever I want to go to a delicious lunchon, this restaurant comes straight to my head. superb and food and a large menu.well mannered staff members, and great ambience. And very important, the bill is honest. I sent my friends to this place with pleasure.

Been eating at Olive Garden for years. The salad & breadsticks are better than the entrees. Since COVID has limited this menu, there arent any special plates available. I ordered something Id never had before. Chicken Scampi. It looked pretty but was beyond bland. The coating on the chicken gave it a slimy texture and it wasnt cleaned well, resulting in lots of fatty connective tissue which was inedible and nasty to pull from my mouth. The green and red peppers were par-cooked, and had no flavor. The sauce didnt taste like butter or garlic. I was shocked by how little flavor existed. I wont order it again and if I come back it will just be for salad, soup, and breadsticks.

When I just walked in .restroom smell came to me from my left side .i don’t understand why people still could sit that area for waiting . After ordered we waited about half an hour .we were so hungry only can eat free bread sticks. Finally foods coming .my plate is big but only very little Shrimp in the plate .taste normal and too salty to me after the dinner I still hungry .i promise I won’t waste my time and money go back there again .
I like italian food. The shrimp scampi with house salad and lasagna frita was a mouthful for one time.. I enjoyed my lunch here, would come back again.
I hadnt been to an Olive Garden in years and I dont usually write reviews. Landon W. is an awesome waiter and honestly, anyone who can fill my glass without me noticing deserves an award. He took care of all of us and was very helpful with answering all our questions. He even brought us complementary soup and mints at the end. The food was delicious and everyone was very friendly. Great place for girls night.
Food is ok, service was seriously lacking. Wife was a lil indecisive with wine choice, made a selection, and when brought to the table - waitress kind of plopped it forcefully onto the table as if it were a beer then walked off!? No, Is the wine ok?, or does it taste alright, if not I can grab you something else? Never was there a real connection, or question asked if the food tastes to our liking. Everything was rushed, like we were doing her a disservice by being there.
This is a great location for the popular Italian restaurant chain, with plenty of parking and easy access right off the freeway. BUT, the place is always ridiculously packed and busy, even during the week. Forget about weekends. We are talking minimum 30-45 minutes or more to be seated and the bar is usually full. The food is good and the service is good as to be expected, but this hot spot is always so crowded that its noisy and makes for a distracted dining experience. Not easy to make it a romantic date night here either. Lots of families with kids, solidly blue collar and working middle class clientele. Not worth the wait for me, but maybe with reservations in advance this could be enjoyable.
Went to Olive Garden for the first time last night, my husband and I are not a big fan of Italian Food but we decided to give it a try. We had the best waiter, Decarlon, he was very friendly and quick. He had a smile on his face the whole time and was very patient with us. Usually love Olive Garden. Ordered to go first time and I would never do it again. Order was messed up and the $20 steak was ordered medium, came very well done and very dry. Husband only ate half which is very odd considering he loves steak! Never saw him not finish one. Disappointing.

I know big no no but my wife is pregnant and she wanted Italian lol. the two hostesses were arguing about seating us so late, like we couldnt hear them, found it very unprofessional. Its not the location it was just them two Ive been there many times before always have had a great experience.
Food was good, service was good, kinda cold by the vents bring a sweater, over all enjoyed it
LOVED THIS PLACE! I wish I could remember his name who served me. The food was nice a hot. My server was on top of his game. Didn’t come too often and always made sure I had water (this heat had me guzzling!). Very great staff.

2022-03-13Good was absolutely delicious BUT the biggest impact for me today was my Server! Jack P did a really amazing job from start to finish! Paced my meal perfectly, was very very kind and always attentive! I use to be a server for Olive Garden and he really impressed me with how well and how patient he was with all the tables and bar orders he was working on! Thank you Jackson, you made me and my growing baby sooooo very happy! I really appreciate you and your amazing customer service! It’s really hard to be a well rounded Server and you’ve definitely got it! Please continue to do amazing and once again thank you! 2022-03-13I still think the fried calamari is not that crunchy and not that tasty but I tried the salmon with broccoli and it is very delicious. I loved it.

2022-05-17I went to Olive Garden in Lewisville with my husband and daughter. Our waitress went above and beyond our expectations. My daughter is 17 months old and teething(so pretty picky) and the waitress asked if we wanted some grapes put in the freezer for her to chew on to soother her gums. She even had some of the staff remind her to get them out of the freezer for us. My daughter ate all of them and that small effort went a long way for me. The food was amazing don’t get me wrong but I would go back just for the service we had that day. She didn’t have to do that. I didn’t catch her name, but I hope she stays there and everyone that goes gets her!

2022-05-21The wait time was only 10-15 minutes. Menu changed since my last visit. No longer have portobello stuffed ravioli. Food was good as was the service. Got to love bread sticks and salad.

2021-06-07Havent been to olive garden in awhile, I was pleasantly surprised. I had the chicken tortellini Alfredo and an Italian margarita. The staff were very nice and helpful.

2022-02-27Its been a while since Ive been to Olive Garden, but was craving salad and breadsticks. Went around lunch time, there were 3 of us, and we were greeted immediately by the hostess. She was friendly, and so was the young lady who seated us.The waiter came over within a few minutes and took our drink order. He brought the drinks out to us, but 2 is them were wrong. Asked for a lemonade - received a Coke, asked for regular unsweetened tea - received a peach bellini tea. The waiter seemed upset when we informed him the drink order was wrong.I ordered all you can eat soup and salad. Salad was brought out, and it was OK ... sadly, not the fresh, super crisp salad I remembered from Olive Garden.My soup came out with the other entrees, but the waiter brought me the wrong soup. I asked for the soup I ordered and was told were out right now, Ill bring you some when its finished heating ... well, I dont care for the soup he brought, but did he ask if I had a preference for something different.The waiter was essentially absent from that moment until we were ready to leave. He brought over a bowl of the soup I originally ordered, in a to-go container. Nice gesture, but i want going home right away and didnt want the soup sitting in my car.The other entrees honestly didnt look great, and the portion sizes are much smaller than I remember them being.I dont like giving bad reviews, but my experience and food was just ok.

2022-02-27The front end hostess Emma was rude and not professional, she did ruin the initial experience. My waiter was also subpar, having a very rushed demeanor and mumbling when he talks.However, the food was very good so 3/5 stars.
