I have been using this company for years for my air conditioning maintenance and they have wonderful. Yesterday I woke up to my air conditioner not working so I called On The Spot HVAC out to diagnose the issue and they informed that my compressor had gone bad and that because of the age of my air conditioner that it would be more beneficial to completely replace the entire system. I had to get a second opinion on this because this was now a huge ordeal that I was not expecting. I called out another company to diagnose as well and they informed me of the exact same scenario. I had that company build a estimate for me and had On The Spot do as well. On The Spot HVAC came in over one thousand dollars cheaper and so to my delight I went with On The Spot to do the replacement. Everything was done in less than 4 hours and now my house is back to being as comfortable as ever. I highly recommend On The Spot HVAC.
Called to get quote for 3 HVAC systems to be serviced. Rep was very responsive and price was reasonable. Work was completed in a timely manner. Will definitely use this company again.
Installed 2 trane xv18 air conditioning systems and these guys were great. I am so glad i did my due diligence and decided to go with this company and disregard some of these other high priced yahoos

They handled everything with the city with permitting and the permit was inspected and green tagged as soon as work was completed.

I got several estimates when I decided to change my outside and inside air conditioning system and on the spot hvac impressed me the most from the get go. They werent the absolute cheapest but that wasnt my only objective when I was looking for someone to do this work. I also wanted a knowlegable and responsive company as well. Price was obviously a factor but not the only and I was not going to not choose these guys because they were 10 percent higher than my lowest estimate. I knew I had found the right company from the moment everything got started when the installers started immediatly prepping the house by covering my floors with drop cloth and taking pictures down in the pathways they knew were going to be in the hight traffic areas. Everything went as smooth as I could hope for and i will be using this company for all my heating and air needs and referring them to anyone i know or come across that needs service.

Great company to work and cody and his crew did my two trane system install with precision and they even helped me set up every function of my new nest thermostats and register all my new equipment online with trane. when the city came out to do the final inspection the inspector said it was one of the best installs he had seen

2018-07-01Would never do my a/c business with anyone else. The crew that installed my new a/c were great and they worked very hard in my attic most the day to get my 2 new air conditioners installed. Call Cody to come out and give you an estimate, he was great also.

2018-07-28Our compressor went out while it was 100 degrees. I did some searching and wondered how a small company could have 40+ perfect reviews and I had my answer quickly. I called at 6pm, Cody answered immediately, gave me a great price, and had his impressive crew here the next morning. The install was quick, clean, and professional and I would recommend them to anyone. Ill likely have them back in for air duct cleaning and blow-in insulation too.

2018-07-01Great company to work with!!! We had all 3 of our air conditioners removed and replaced by on the spot and we sure made the right decision. We went 3 Trane XV18 systems and our electric bill has already been cut in half. Call this company if you want super prompt responses and a perfect installation of your new air conditioner. The City of Plano inspections said this was one of the best installations they had ever seen if that means anything.

2018-06-05I called and got 3 estimates for my new air conditioner and on the spot hvac had the best presentation and made me fell the most comfortable for what I consider in a big project in my household. They were competitively priced as well but that was not the only aspect I consider when choosing a contractor. I look at professionalism, knowledge base, and overall complexion of the company. I am sure glad I did my due diligence and chose wisely with on the spot hvac. They were very attentive and knowledgeable with everything about my heating and air conditioning system. For a great experience call these guys out and you wont regret it.

2018-07-02I would not do any of my air conditioning business with anyone else besides on the spot hvac. They are the friendly price competitive company out there and Cody is super responsive by either text or calling him. Their prices on the lower end entry level systems are comparable with other companies but when it comes to the higher end 18 seer and above systems its not comparison. On The Spot HVAC is the best in pricing.

2018-08-20These guys are greatness. i had a few companies come out to give me an estimate to replace all 4 of my air conditioners but none impressed me more than these guys. i am so glad i did my job as a home owner and had several companies out to choose from and not just pull the trigger on the first one

I though doing this was going to be a big pain, but it was quite the opposite. Call this company if you want a seamless and easy process with what I would consider not one with a job like this, but this company made it so

2018-05-24Stellar work done by this company. after the disaster of what my previous a/c company left me with I had to try to find a reputable company to do the work that needed to be done to get my house back at a comfortable temperature and so came across On The Spot HVAC online and they were super professional, attentive, clean, and great to get along with. 2018-05-26I called this company because of their reputation online about coming out to figure out what was wrong with my air conditioner because my house was almost 90 degrees. I couldnt be happier with the results. The guys that came out explained everything and went through the entire process of having to replace my entire air conditioner because it was so old and not worth repairing. They offered me 60 months of no interest financing luckily because I was not prepared for something like this unfortunately. After about 6 hours my new air conditioner was up and going and now my house is liveable again. Thanks again guys and Ill see you back out in the winter for service.
