I had an awesome experience, the company told me it’d be between 2-6, but thank God they came early as I had no AC in these Texas triple digits, Tech Gregory Thomas was awesome, very experienced, and personable. Of course I signed up for the maintenance plan with a Tech like that! He told me everything that was wrong, how he was going to fix it, and went about his Job like a true Professional. We had an extra surprise with the charger gadget breaking off in his hand, but he didn’t get frustrated, he had what he needed to fixed the job. I was only thankful that he was super prepared for all incidences. I give the Company and the Tech 10 out of 10! I looked forward to continued service from this A1 company!
I would definitely recommend Elmer’s. Our water heater started leaking late in the day and we were having a very hard time getting anyone to come look at it till the next day. Thank goodness Elmer’s helped us. They sent the next available technician that day, he took a look, identified the problem and got the process started. They also helped us with our air conditioning unit since it had been giving us trouble. They came out next day and started installation even though it was a holiday weekend. They definitely went above and beyond to provide us service. They made sure we understood what the problem was and answered any questions that they had. Elmer’s will definitely be my first contact the next time we need service!
I was well informed of the inspection and the prices seemed better than the competitors. The service was friendly. What I didn’t like was the sale up from a repair to getting a whole new unit. The sales agent made it sound that a repair would only last a little while and I quote, “You wouldn’t go to Vegas on a spare, would you?” That got me scared to get a whole new unit and my budget was already tight from purchasing a new vehicle. I got a loan for a new unit but I think I could’ve saved more money with a good repair. That’s why I rate it 4 stars.
On Time Elmer came out within 2 hours of my inquiry on a Sunday afternoon. They identified the problem and the next morning at 9am a lead Technician was giving us all our options. Michael was knowledgeable, professional, and sensitive to our needs and budget. He did not use high pressure tactics and helped us feel empowered to make a good decision. I would recommend On Time Elmer to all my friends and family! The young man that first came out to evaluate and take pictures was professional and respectful of us and our property. Overall a GREAT experience.
Service Technician Isaac arrived on time and patiently listened to our concerns. Isaac was knowledgeable and worked on our system.With the pandemic I’m sure it is challenging coming inside of different homes. Isaac was cautious and kept social distancing/ masks all while making us feel comfortable. Isaac is an asset to Elmer’s AC.
Fast, friendly, and professional team. My HVAC system was in sad shape, they (Manny) explained what was wrong with my system that had been repaired many times over the last 20 years, some of the problems were very dangerous, the gas line was not up to code, chances of carbon monoxide poisoning were very high and the old units efficiency was poor at best. My family and home are my biggest investment and deserve to be safe. Now we are thanks to Elmers crew.Im not a rich man and the new system is not cheap but was told that the newer system would practically pay for itself over its life time. Time will tell but pieces of mind that were safe from gas explosion and carbon monoxide poisoning makes sleeping a lot easier.I was given multiple choices and prices ranges for a new system and made my choice, they were able to remove and install the new system that day and set up a follow up the next day.To be honest I did have buyers remorse that night. The only thing that I can think of that they (Elmer) did wrong was not giving me more options, yes more. Things I didnt think of at the time. My compressor and A coil were aging but not ancient, the mainboard (computer) and exhaust fan were about a year old so the air handler and heat exchanger were the true issue I believe, this is what kept me awake last night. Could I of gotten away just replacing that...Im not sure it would of cost less but that was an option that I didnt think of. Im sure that repairing my old system couldnt even compare to the efficiency of the new one though just would of liked to know if it could of been done and cost. Do I regret buying this new system...no not at all...just thinking that I might have been given more information on my repair.These guys are great and would still recommend them just take the time to think about all your options before you sign on the line.
Best service repair I have ever experienced. Gave us 4 options to pick from to keep our 13 year old AC Unit performing. They are extremely budget oriented. Carlos was very thorough explaining our options, pictures were provided that same day. Our home is going on the market and they were quick in scheduling the repair we choose. Carlos is fantastic, arrived on time for the repairs. Done in 2 hrs. He is very courteous. Highly recommend this company.
Great Service and Great. Professional Quality of work. Technicians worked and took no break 4 hours straight. Very efficient and I would recommend to others. Mr. John Brune was very honest, upfront, and humble. It was because of John that my wife and I chose Elmers compared to other a/c companies due to his knowledge and personal commitment to customer satisfaction. The technicians Lawrence Silvas come out to fix AC unit that was just installed by Elmers on April 22, 2020 that I still have warranty on. He walked around took pictures on the temperature switch and Then walked outside to the AC unit Took more pic and then said my charge $2,100. He said it was not covered under my warranty and gave me no other explanation. I told him, I did not have that kind of money. He went to his truck came out and said OK we can do it now for $800. We walked in the door and said that I’m sorry I just don’t have that kind of money. He said he wanted me to sign a waiver saying that my warranty would no longer be any good with Elmers. I told him I refuse. I would not sign any kind of waiver. That I needed to call the office on Monday. That’s when this technicians voice changed and became very abrupt and toxic. I told him to please do not take it personal. I just don’t have any money but I would give him the $59 cash even though all he did was to take pictures.I told him I wanted a receipt. He ask me, If could just enter my email on his notepad ..which I did. Then I later take a look at my email, then I see a signature that I never did sign stating my warranty with Elmers Is no longer good. It was a terrible experience and here I am still sitting with no air condition. It was a awful terrible experience. But I will call on Monday to put a complaint.
Jason was our service technician he was very knowledgeable about the system. He took his time explaining to me as he went as to what he was doing answering all my questions. He also explained the readings he was getting and what caused then. He wrote a full quote explaining the differences but under no circumstances was he pushy or trying to sell me a job. We highly recommend this company very good job.
After contacting Elmers yesterday evening and being a member they were able to service us quick and efficiently. Lawrence was assigned to us and showed up first thing in the morning. Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable, he also took ownership of our account for future maintenance to ensure we are taken care of properly. He provided excellent service, we also were assisted by a couple of technicians who came in an hour after to finish with the issue we had. They were fast and kind. We are grateful for our service today.
My AC was not turning on anymore around 8 pm and I called Elmer’s they had a technician out in a few hours. Issac was really professional and diagnosed the problem quickly and got to work. He was upfront with the issue and the pricing to fix it. Repair took him about an hour and my AC was working again. Can’t thank him enough for coming out so late and night and helping keep me and my family cool.
I have been using Elmers for my A/C service for four years now. Every time I have had them over for service, I have found them to be very professional with a high regard for performing quality work that is required. I have not experienced any sales type engagement to try to get me to buy beyond my desired level. Top notch people.
Kendall Bee was our service technician and was super friendly and very professional. Gave me a thorough breakdown of what he thought was wrong and showed the problem areas. He provided a high quality service and repaired all essential components to make AC work properly. Very very pleased with his work and professionalism.
I was happy with the service I received. The staff over phone was very attentive and the technician help me understand my unit better. I did have my first appointment rescheduled but it was due to a nursing homes system going out and they asked me if I wouldnt mind changing my day to accommodate them fixing the nursing homes unit so the residents will not be cold. I had no problem with their request because it showed to me that this company cares for the people in their community. If you need your a/c unit service call these guys.
Update 8/2/2020Just had Elmers out to service my AC and Isaac and his Junior technician did a wonderful job. They were very thorough very considerate. They acknowledged me every step of the way as far as providing information on the status of my AC and what they were doing.After stepping in water and realizing that my AC drain pipe was leaking under the AC cabinet I called Elmers for help. They sent a technician out in the evening and they stayed a good couple hours but were unable to correct the problem. They will come out again in just a couple days. Im looking forward to getting my AC working again and the clogged blown out of the line. At least the house is still cool and me and my dogs are happy.
I contacted Elmers to have my A/C looked at, serviced and drain pan replaced. Carlos showed up at the scheduled time and went through my unit and found that the condenser wasnt able to keep up. He gave me all the option available and I opted to get a whole new A/C system. He called the office so the sales guy could come talk to me and 30 minutes later John was here walking me through it all. Very detailed about the information and what they do for their customers. When I showed him which one I wanted to get an hour later Richard, Roland and Jaime showed up to take care of installation of the new unit. Very professional people and very friendly. I recommend them to anyone wanting great customer service.
Our technician Carlos took all precautions such as wearing a mask and boot covers to keep us safe. He explained everything he was doing and what he was looking for. He found out problem and even suggested places to buy filters at the best prices. He did a thorough check of our systems and answered any questions we had. Definitely keeping Elmers card on our fridge for future reference
Hands down the best experience weve had with an A/C service company. The technician was on time and very professional. He quickly diagnosed our system and identified the problems. He provided detailed pictures of the faulty equipment. Additionally he provided 4 options from basic repair to complete replacement. We felt fully educated on our system and with his recommendation, we selected a repair option. The repair was completed very quickly and we immediately noticed the difference!!!
Ive been using this company for many years and can always count on them for prompt service. Jason has come to know me and my family over the years, and he often comes out to do my maintenance services. He is so friendly, and tells me the condition of the unit and what I may expect to need in the future. It is so nice to have a service company that makes you feel like part of their family. Id also like to mention that all the technicians have been friendly and done a great job. Lorenzo was great to work with and gave me a good price when I decided to have my ducts replaced. Our initial ac unit never really cooled the house as we felt it should, turns out the unit installed by the builder was .5 tons too small for our square footage. Seem litter but I can tell you it makes a huge difference. We have used multiple friends of family kind of techs, but with only a minor difference in cooling. The maintenance technicians offered us multiple choice on how to fix the system to include a bandage option, just to get us by. We decided the best route was to upgrade our air handler. Great price for the entire unit. Woke up today and had to raise the temperature in the house due to it being too cold...never thought I would do that. The crew stay until almost 8pm installing the new unit and thermostat, they also did a tune up on my outside unit to insure proper working state. Will most definitely recommend and use this company in the future.
Ralph and Juan did an amazing job today. They walked me through the options for the repairs and even helped when we ran into issues with my Nest thermostat.Highly recommend.Update - 4/23/2020Just had my HVAC unit completely replaced. Sheared off the 90 degree elbow on my main water line with my new zero turn mower. On Time Elmers came out the day of only to let me know that they did not have the parts on the truck to complete the repair. They returned the next morning and did a perfect repair on the system to include replacing some galvanized parts with a more suitable metal and burying it so I could not hit it again. The plumber and his helper were awesome, great service.
Had an AC maintenance diagnostic done by Kendall. He showed me everything he did, why he did it and explained each component in laymans terms. Very educational.He also informed me of some proactive upgrades I could do to protect my equipment without sounding like a salesman pushing to sell me stuff I dont need.He was very knowledgeable and professional. Like all other Elmer AC pros, I would be happy to see Kendall again to service my system.Thanks again Elmer for outstanding service.
Isaac was very professional, patient and playful with my pup, and above all efficient. I have had multiple companies and technicians through the years for installation and for maintenance. Isaac was the first one to recognize that we had an electrical issue that could have possibly shorted out my electrical box, burn down the electrical wires in my home, or worse, burn down my house. I never checked it because I always assumed there was so many professionals working on it somebody surely would’ve found issues by now. Isaac could have changed a simple part and left within minutes. But he stayed and did a thorough assessment of my entire system without any additional charges and explained his evaluation with pictures. He will be my lifelong technician.Exceptional professionalism.
I have used Elmers in the past and must say what they accomplished and the professional care they took to help my parents were above and beyond. Being a veteran this kind of service goes a long way in my eyes. I must say the clarification along with the attention to detail is what service is all about thank you Elmers for going above and beyond to ensure we had our air conditioning replaced in a timely manner.
I hired this company during the winter storm because the heat wasn’t working correctly and to expedite it I called them instead of going through insurance. They came out and did their diagnosis, they turned the Ac on to defrost the board outside, while doing so they unhooked the heat. They told us it would be almost $600 for one part and was needed for the heat to work. I never heard from them again!!!! After 1 week with no heat and below freezing temps I went through my insurance and they came out and turns out the heat never worked because they disconnected 2 out of the 3 parts needed for the heat to work. He literally came over and hooked it up and it worked! They tried scamming me to pay them almost $600 for a part that’s not even needed for the heat to work. Let alone we had to go to a hotel because they unhooked the heat. DONT HIRE THEM!!! It’s been over 2 weeks and I never heard from them after that first visit!
Where to start, my water heater went out and I had no idea where or who to turn to.. I remembered hearing a commercial for On Time Elmer.. I reached out to them and Daniel responded to me within a few mins. Keep in mind it was about 10:00pm.. I was so grateful for the quick response. Daniel took his time to walk me through some options and explained the process to me..Day of my appointment went really smooth, as I expected my water heater needed to be replace. I spoke with Daniel and he gave me some options. I was really worried about the amount and he assured me he would do everything to help me out. As promised he was able to come though with that promise. Day of the installation was today 3-26-2020Matthew and Triston showed up about Noon and got to work right away.. They were very knowledgeable and quick. Matthew took his time explaining to me everything he was doing and answered all my questions.If you even need and plumbing work don’t hesitate to call these guys!!!
Elmer and Lorenzo are the best. Their service guy Carlos did an outstanding job repairing my A/C unit. I got the best deal in town, saving me money and giving me comfort and fresh A/C air. I heard an add on the radio for free AC maintenance from Elmers. So I reach out via the website and was able to schedule easily within my work schedule. I was using this visit as a test case and I’m very pleased. Nick and Genesis were excellent and very friendly. They did make some recommendations for things that could be done to improve certain aspects of our home but in no way implied they had to be done right away or any pressure of any kind. To summarize I was so happy with the visit I scheduled an appointment for Saturday to get some new attack insulation.
Staff was totally professional. Work was performed timely and correct. Have worked with this company for many years. However, when I needed Freon and the price was $385 for the 1st pound of R22, and $98 should I need a 2nd pound, I did a quick price check with another company. They quoted the trip charge three dollars higher ($61 vs $59) and the price for the 1st pound of Freon at $185! For non-math wizards, that is a $200 difference for the same pound of Freon. As I began to pay my $59 and throws their company off my property, my service tech contacted his supervisor and the supervisor was professional and quickly matched the lower quote. I did fine, but the little Gray haired clients they presumably deal with daily, that are not as obnoxious as I am, probably get their heads knocked off. If there is a reason 1 pound of Freon can be $200 more than the competitions 1 pound of Freon, someone explain this to me and I will happily remove this review. This really stunned me. I’m going back into my cold house now. 😁
My husband & I have been with Elmer’s for years now. We had a whole new A/C, Heating system, and insulation done-a great deal of work & money!! We’ve worked w/manager Lorenzo when we ran into snags or issues, & he has always stepped up & taken care of things; mistakes happen-it’s how you respond that matters!! We’ve now met Isaac, master maintenance extraordinaire, & he just serviced our unit like it was in his own house!! They have really stepped up their game in bringing “service” back to Customer Service!!
In addition to answering a call on Sunday and setting up service for first thing Monday, the service call was set at a highly competitive price. We ended up needed a new system (which we knew prior), and Jason was thorough in explaining why and all of our options. Never once were we pressured to buy a particular system or to even go with the company, which is why we did (in addition to great financing rates). Today, Saul and Matt E. came to us to install the new system. They worked seven hours in a 90 degree day and never once complained or slowed their work. Ive rarely seen two harder workers and (bonus for this mom) completely cleanup up after themselves. They were so professional and so friendly that because of these two, and Jason, I would highly recommend Elmers to anyone needing service or a new unit.
This is by far the best company I ever had this is my second a/c with Elmer’s .All the guys that came to our home were very polite did a fabulous job. I had a water leak when we got back from vacation that came right away. The next day they had brought a company to do the dry wall . They also did a wonderful job. Very nice group of men. We have one of the installers his name is Bryan DeNardis he worked late last night. He got the AC running and gave us some air. The new day he was here all day he did a great job. There was also a very nice gentleman his name was Lorenzo. He was very knowledgeable he brought in the men to the job that needed to be done.Great company.♥️
We would like to thank Isaac for recently coming out to perform our annual maintenance for our two systems. He was amiable, straightforward, and honest with us. Isaac did a wonderful job quickly performing the maintenance, and we really appreciated his thoroughness in the system inspections. He provided us with checklists, statistics, and most helpful were the photos he took to be able to help communicate what he found as problem areas. We have been Elmers customers since 2013 and are happy to know that Isaac is now a member of their team.
Good and bad- I’ll begin with great customer service from the first call to the follow up scheduler. Fast services also. The technician Nicholas V. was very nice and worked diligently to help me fix my problem which turned out that I only needed to replace my thermostat. I thought $358 was a bit on the high price for a product that I found online for $80. I needed cold air in my home since it was 100 degrees outside so I figured I paid for the installation of the thermostat, and the actual thermostat and his fast service. I gave 2 stars because a day later my fan started acting up. Even though the technician said everything was working fine, only my thermostat needed to be replaced- I felt that it was suspicious when the next person (male) on the phone claimed that I was told I needed to replace my entire unit and that I had only wanted a “quick fix”. I felt that if I’m told my unit is fine one day and then someone is reading back to me so soon that I’m in need of a new unit right now- then communication is off and I refuse to be charged for a “new problem” a few days later. Get it right the first time and have a warranty on the fact that you just claimed on the phone that when one problem is fixed, new ones arise not too long after. Make sure communication is clearer. I signed 3x electronically- I should have asked to reread his notes before I signed them electronically. The electronic signature popped up and no notes were visible- so beware what they write about their visit. Also, call around to other places and get quotes first and compare. You shouldn’t have to pay so much for diagnostics and a thermostat to be replaced. Elmer’s would have gained another service from me by their initial customer service- it was the recent follow up from the husky male voice and the notes and comments read back to me that set me off. I don’t care if this post gets deleted- I want people to be aware of over pricing and just do research. We are in a bind in 100 degree San Antonio weather- don’t rip us off just because we don’t want to suffer.
I had AC Technicians Steve Rivera and Edwin installing a new Air Handler in my home on 25 Nov 17. These gentlemen were outstanding and very professional on completing this job. Mr. Rivera explained what the job consisted of and after completion he explained all that was done in a very simple way that it was very easy for me to understand. They made sure that no mess was left behind where the unit was installed and all the areas they where around. Keep up the good work. Im very satisfied with the job completion and I would highly recommend these technicians and this company to anyone that has my same need or for any AC / Heating issues in their home. I will not hesitate to call on them for any future AC / Heating matters.
This is the best AC repair company Ive ever had service my air conditioner. We moved into a new house and within months of moving in, our AC started making noises. We were covered under a home warranty company for the AC, so naturally, we called them to service our unit. Needless to say that in one year, we called the warranty company at least 6 times, being charged $75 a visit and every time, we were told something different about what was wrong with our AC. This summer, our AC started giving us problems again, and no longer being covered by the home warranty, I called One Hour Heating & AC. They were awesome! Our repairman Omar came out, found our problem, quoted us a price, and promptly fixed it! He also answered all of our questions and gave us tips regarding the care of our unit! Thank you so much to everyone at One Hour Heating and AC, especially Omar and Kirsten! You all are awesome!
My heating portion of my central air unit would not come on. Isaac was my professional technician that attended my problem. He was outstanding and provided great customer service!! He introduced himself, ensured me that he would have my heating back on. He explained what the problem was and showed me what he would be doing to fix it. He was very professional and ensured my system worked before leaving. Thank you for the great service, I am satisfied and enjoying my heat!
2019 update (plumbing): I had originally worked with Lorenzo on the replacement of my A/C. As you can read below I was really happy, so when I recently needed plumbing services, I reached out to Lorenzo. The professionalism and level of customer service is on point. Having to spend money on such repairs is stressful enough. However, Lorenzos level of commitment and sense of urgency helps not having to stress about getting the work done with integrity. He gave me the best option without having to up sell me, and saved me 2k in savings from what another plumber was suggesting. If I could use Elmers for every other repair, I would totally do it!2018 (A/C): If every other service company gave me the experience that Elmers did, it would make life much easier. Lorenzo who showed up on time to our appointment was great. I literally kept him 3-4 hours with the million questions I had. He was very thorough and gave me the right recommendation for what I was looking for. He did not try to up sell me, on the contrary he gave me options that would save me money...o and he never rushed me, I was really happy to have someone to answer my million questions/concerns. I hired them, and they were there the next day ON-TIME!!!! Now Steve and Edgar who were the ones that installed my A/C were also awesome! They were there on a Saturday from 9-8pm and Saturday another 4 hours. I could tell they take pride in their work, and my home being a 1922 home has its quirks. They never got lazy, and made sure that everything was done correctly. I am now enjoying my A/C and will hire them in the future for sure!
Our AC went out on a Friday night. We started calling for service early on Saturday morning. Other companies in town could not schedule us for 3-7 days. Elmers came the same day and were extremely professional. We felt like they were trustworthy and affordable. Would absolutely recommend them.
I always notice and appreciate excellent customer service, and Carlos Natal with On Time Elmer deserves to be recognized. Carlos immediately gave me his card, introduced himself and put shoe covers on before coming inside. He was very kind to my son who kept asking him questions and watching him work. Carlos worked quickly to repair our heater and explain the needed repair. I appreciate his friendliness and would like to say thank you for such great customer service!
On Time Elmer was fast and efficient. At no point in time was I pressured into doing something I did not want to.I had to call On Time Elmer because the previous evening another plumbing company was not able to correct my issue and did not seem to go through any effort to provide additional help once the other plumber did their process. They might not have been able to do much since it was a warranty claim, but a little more effort would have been great.On Time Elmer resolved my clogged sewer line within minutes.Jacob was great at explaining things thoroughly as I had many questions.Thank you On Time Elmer!
Elmer’s was able to get my AC up and running within two hours of my call on a Saturday. Very reasonable price, and very professional technician. My system is 18 years old, and while it was recommended that it should be replaced, it wasn’t pushed on me at all. Won’t even hesitate next time I have an issue, I’ll be calling Elmer’s.
Ralph Kessler was my A/C technician. He is very professional and knowledgeable, not only about A/C and heat systems, but also plumbing and electrical, making him a very dependable technician. He made sure to explain every diagnostic step and show me the meter readings and explain their significance. He stayed late to do the best possible and most complete job, even though he knew he would have to return to complete the job (needing another part). He stands behind his work!Kyle came by to do the final quality check. Even though I told him that I thought the work looked complete and that I was happy, he took the time to thoughtfully review the job and made several improvements, and then carefully explained everything that he had done. Kyle went above and beyond to provide superior service!

Carmen contacted us to schedule an appointment, she was very polite, sweet and understanding in our requests, her customer service was outstanding! Benjamin got in touch with us within 30 mins after scheduling the app, he came to our house and walked us through the whole process of replacing the entire AC/heating in/out units, we are extremely satisfied with the total price he gave us. We cannot thank him enough for his outstanding customer service, he provided exactly what we asked for! They made everything happen in the same day!!! Their team did an awesome job!!! I highly recommend Elmers one hour ac & heating. I especially want to give the technician, RALPH a shout out for doing an exceptional job. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Our AC Unit was not cooling correctly. We contacted a well known AC contractor to evaluate it and after looking at it for a few minutes he said we needed to replace the inner and outer units. We did not feel comfortable with his assessment so I contacted Elmer’s. The repairman arrived within a few hours (in peak AC season) which was in itself impressive and he had the unit repaired in a little more than a hour. I would recommend them to anyone
When I first called to see about a leaking hot water heater, they responded as soon as possible and replaced that day. Finished up replacing a second unit the next day. Very knowledgeable and gave me different quotes. Very reasonable and did an outstanding professional job. Would recommend this company.
Franco was the last technician from Elmer’s that I had the pleasure to work on my air conditioning. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. Jenny at the office has always been extremely efficient and kind when I call to request service or an update on when the repair technician is going to arrive.

Let me explain why I am leaving 3 stars. The technician and everyone over the phone were very friendly. I set my appointment and was told it was going to be for a certain date and time. They came earlier, which being in lockdown, we didnt really mind, but nonetheless not the time we were told. The technician seemed extremely thorough and made pleasant conversation. We paid for their maintenance package which was a great deal. My main concern was to have the drain line of my ac unclogged which they assured me would happen with what I was paying for. He took pictures of everything and explained in a recap with his proposed solutions at the end. Everything seemed crystal clear and the pcitrues allowed to have a great visual perspective.Right after the visit, my AC was acting as if that line was clogged again and the water pan below was full again. I called the guy back and he said well its cause your coils are very dirty and we need to clean them, which, with the pictures he showed me of the coils, it didnt seem as bad as Ive seen different photos online and what not. Either way, I didnt want to get the coils cleaned just yet because with the current situation, Im the only one with income at the moment and my pockets are pretty tight.I went and took a flashlight to the drain line about 2-3 days later and good lord. The drain line was still clogged! I hired another professional to come clean out the drain line and I waited a week or so to leave this review to see if the other persons solution worked, and it did. Our AC hasnt needed the water to be removed from the drip pan.I still plan on getting my system cleaned out, but I dont know that I would come here again. It could have been just an oversight from the job the guy did, but it kind of seems as though they wanted another job and tried to provide me with a different solution, rather than the band-aid to let it work for now. I would have definitely brought my business back to have any other maintenance done in the future. I would assume as a company, a long term customer seems more valuable then trying to oversell pricy solutions knowing the situation and current climate we are in.
After 8 years, my A/C finally gave out so I called for an appointment and they scheduled me for the next morning. Ralph, the A/C tech, was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue right away and gave me various repair options. I know that eventually I have to replace my A/C unit and its nice to know that I will be credited the amount I paid for these repairs towards a new unit. Who does that! Another plus is that theyre very military friendly. I highly recommend!
Jason came to the house to fix my a/c that is under warranty. I asked Jason how he was going to fix my a/c and he proclaimed, that he did not need to tell me what he was doing. He said that it was his job and I did not need to know. He compared his jobs to McDonalds saying you just order and it is not need to know what they do. He then went on to say I was high and on drugs. I also asked him once for a discount since it was expensive and on warranty and he turned around and told his manager that I was just trying to get it done for free. Jason refused to let me talk to his manager, Lorenzo and Lorenzo said Jason could leave, even though he hasnt done anything. Meanwhile, we are sitting here with terrible, expensive service in Texas weather. Their prices keep escalating and over charge for services. If I could give negative stars, I would. DO NOT USE THEM!
Elmers team came to the house to look at a plumbing issue and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. The product I purchased had plastic parts and some stripped threads. Elmers team replaced the plastic parts with brass and replaced the stripped piping at no additional charge. They were incredibly professional and kind. Will be a returning customer without a doubt.
The technician sent out to do provide the estimate was great. Provided information in a easy and direct matter. Unfortunately the only negative thing i experienced was the failure to install a new Return vent grill which was discussed during the estimate process. The installers werent aware therefore they were not prepared to install it once they arrived. They stated that it will need to be ordered and installed at a later date. I hope they keep their word.
Nick was outstanding on this service call. Very knowledgeable and explained his work in simple terms then got it done. Good discussion on future needs for the HVAC System to keep it running reliably and smooth. He understands the true essence of the Buffalo Hot Wing. Texans are clueless on the finer qualities of true NY Pizza and Buffalo Wings, but Nick gets it. Elmer - Nick is a keeper. Hire more Yankees like Nick. Its good for business.
Ralph was AWESOME! punctual, so nice, so knowledgeable, quick, honest... I’m so pleased! When my AC pooped out at 7 pm on a Saturday night on one of the hottest days of the year so far I had no idea what I was in for but I certainly didn’t think I would find my new AC company. Every person I spoke with was so nice! I would and WILL HIGHLY recommend Elmer’s AC and Ralph! Thank you for making a miserable situation such a positive experience for me!
On December 23, 2017 Kalvin and Steve installed a new AC and Heating system at our home. Both gentlemen were very respectful. They did a great job installing each component, going the extra mile to ensure each item was installed correctly and cleanly. I am very picky with how things look and each item is installed with the factory finish. Wow! Before they left, they made sure to pick up all their trash. Now our home is nice a toasty for Christmas. Thanks again Kalvin and Steve for being very professional and taking care of our home. I am recommending you both to my friends and family who are in the market for a new AC system. We woke to a chilly house w/no heat on 11/16/19. Realizing the system was not heating or igniting properly we called for service mid morning to Elmers dispatcher who said a technician would be there between 6-7pm if not earlier that evening. Thankfully we were called around 2:30pm to say they were on their way. Technician arrived & introduced himself. We gave him our take on what was wrong, he proceeded to checkout the equipment. Technician investigated and told us he found a loose connection. Reconnected and tightened all connections. Performed asafety test on heat cycle. System is heating properly at this point in time. We are very pleased at the service and time he took to explain to us and our elderly mom. Give them a try! Also, dont forget to get a service contract which will always help you with charges piling up if you dont have one and the job becomes more problematic/costlier than expected.
I wasnt happy when my A/C went out and I had to sleep under a fan moving hot air around. I wasnt happy to hear from Jeffery that the compressor had failed and when Benjamin told me that the compressor wasnt under warranty. I really wasnt happy to hear Benjamin tell me the cost of replacing the compressor unit, choosing a new single stage system, or a new two stage system.But sitting here now in the cool air conditioning from system that Steve, Christian, and Eric professionally installed, I feel that I made a good choice from the options shown to me by Benjamin.I appreciate the quick response and good install work by the professionals of Elmers One Hour Air Conditioning. I feel that I will sleep well tonight.Thank you Elmer!
Ralph was great. My ac went out. He is well versed in his work, and full of information that i wanted to know. He was able to get me my new ac installed the very next day. He treats customers very well. Elmers One Hour should have him train all employees on how to talk and treat customers.
Elmer’s sent out technician, Ralph K. to help me with an HVAC issue I was having. I called for a second opinion and found Ralph to be far more thorough than the first tech from another company. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He walked me through the process and was happy to answer all my questions. He presented me with service options and did not pressure me to choose one option over another. He went above and beyond what I would expect and charged what I felt was a fair price for the service. Ralph is a 5-star man!!
Contacted Elmers for a second opinion on my A/C. Ralph was assigned my account. He checked the system and found several issues the previous A/C company had missed. He took the time to explain everything and provided pictures of the issues. He took the time to explain and offer several options. He was very polite and thorough in his explanation. They took pictures and thoroughly reviewed all parts of the system with me. Very professional and courteous!
Jacob was awesome! He answered and addressed all of my concerns. He was available for my after hour emergency call and the actual repair on the next day. There was no guess work with cost as that is shared prior to the work was initiated with different price options based on my case. I will definitely be using their services again.
Laurence my Technician was very thorough with his inspection of my unit and made me feel very at ease knowing he was there help me and my family. Elmers was very understanding of my financial situation through the COVID19 and me being a single mom. After Laurence was done and assured me this would be taken care of I just felt so relieved that I just felt like giving him a huge thankful hug.
Once again Elmers came to my rescue! I had a unit installed quite a few years ago by another company and it has been limping along for a few years. Jason has come to my rescue twice repairing the unit. While ultimately I will need a new unit, there has been absolutely no pressure to buy one. They have given me a fair price for repairs explaining what needs to be done and the variety of options there are. The price he gave us the price I paid. He has never tacked on additional fees when the repair was complete. From Jessica being so friendly on the phone to Jason servicing the call, I would highly recommend Elmers for any repairs on your ac.
Jason did a great job on providing us with options on our ac/heating system. He also listened to our wants in a system. Steve and Christian did a marvelous job installing the system. They had some challenges but came up with the best solutions. I appreciate their hard work and keeping me in the loop while installing our system.
I called Elmers AC out to take a look at my heating and air system. The service technician, Josh, was great! He addressed all the issues and discussed everything with me Elmers has great customer service and does quality work. I would highly recommend them and would definitely request Josh.
Had a slow leak and low on Freon. Account manager Rick tried to sell me a new system before tech even came out. When I said I couldn’t afford a new system at this time, I kinda felt like I was getting the brush off. When tech Greg came out, he was professional in the beginning. I explained what the problem was but he still wanted to diagnose the situation. He then told me that I had 2 capicitors because someone didn’t have the right size capicitor for my unit. I called my brother who is in the commercial HVAC business who advised me that was not a problem. He then talked to the tech and after having a few words back and forth with each other, my brother said the guy needed to leave. I paid the $59 service fee and asked Greg to email me a copy of my receipt and the 2 quotes he gave me after he admitted that the A/C had a leak somewhere. A week later and still no receipt, no quotes, no contact from anyone from that company. Very disappointed.
Seriously can’t say enough about these guys. Not only did they come first thing in the morning to do an estimate they were probably the most polite guys I have ever had come into my home to fix something. They made sure to explain everything in detail about what needed to be done and how to fix it. That was just the first guys that came out. The second crew that came out to replace my a/c unit were amazing as well. All 5 guys did amazing and when they were still here after 9 they still had the great attitude they had when they showed up at 3. Just got a check up from Ben and I had a little clog from the upstairs unit and he fixed it no problem. If you need work done call these guys they are respectful of you and your home. He was thorough and expedient, explaining everything he did. I only gave 4 stars because my original tech was supposed to arrive between 9 and 1. I was called and explained the situation and got Jerry at 4. I hope to continue business with Elmers as long I can get Jerry.
My tech Ralph was Very knowledgable and helpful, went over all of my available options and found a solution to my problem I could afford as well as a plan for my future upkeep or replacement. Got me a great deal and did great work. Courteous and professional as well as personable. Would definitely use them again.
Alex was a fine gentleman and explained what he was doing and checking as he went along his checks. The special they had on was amazing and got about 280$ worth of service for only 59$. Found some small issues with my equipment that were not urgent but was given options for resolutions with pricing and payment options. Thanks for the service package Elmers and will definitely use you guys in the future.
It seemed that my service Technician was a bit quick to get in and out and finish with my issues with the AC unit, he didnt explain that he didnt use a thermometer for the temperature until the second time he came out because he said it wouldnt read it that way due to the equipment heater that was installed was too small to blow warm heat through the ducting vent. When he informed me he was going to rewire my unit. due to incorrect installation on the wiring. He seemed to have rewired it in less than 10 minutes. That seems very impossible to have completed that thoroughly in that amount of time, so it was questionable if he even did anything with the wiring or if it really even needed anything due to the time frame it took him ,overall his customer service was great his manners were great his professionalism was great. I had a older hot water heater start leaking through by ceiling. Called in, they got someone out to diagnose it within 2 hours. They had a team out to replace my old system the next morning. Crew had the new one in, old out out quickly. Zero complaints and they did good quality work.
I would have liked it more if the ladies in the office would have kept me informed every step instead of brushing me off. They did not call me that Jim was having trouble getting the unit from the usual warehouse and he had to go to another warehouse to pick it up. Jim was always the professional. I called into the office several times to see what was going on & was told he is on his way to your house but instead of using your office next to the Spring Branch Store he was coming from Green Mountain. A really big difference.
One of the best of the best that Ive did business with. I whish they had been my first call instead of going through my Home Warranty Company. If I had I would still have almost 4 grand still sitting in the bank. When you are dealing with the repair of something that you have no knowledge of you are vulnerable to people who will take your money and leave you still in bad shape. This company is not one. 5 stars all the way.
More expensive than I liked but overall great, quick service. I had extremely high water pressure that required an additional valve as well as a replacement expansion tank off the water heater. The water pressure issue was fixed within hours of initial appointment being scheduled.
I had a very good team for 2 days. Both of the young man thst came today very polite well manner very professional at all times. The senior Tech explain in detail what he was going to do to make my system cool better and he was going to reset my system where I was going to be comfortable in my home. He was such a good man I want him back . They were very professional at all times. Elmers has some good technicians.

My technician was Ralph. This guy was as top notch and knowledgeable as they come. He was a true breath of fresh (and cold) air in an industry that seems to take advantage of folks in a time of dire need.I had been with out AC in the heat of San Antonio summer for over two weeks, and with two young kiddos at home. My home warranty company had been getting me the run around and proved that First American Home Warrantys coverage is not worth the paper they write them on.I had previously dealt with North Star Mechanical, Air Force AC and Cooling, and Texas Air Repair and not one of them holds a candle to Ralph and the crew at Elmers.They addressed my AC needs in a polite and super courteous manner. Once I called Ralph was prompt and patient with all my questions and concerns. I never once felt like I was being talked down to, or given the run around.If anybody out there is in need of an honest HVAC technician, please do not hesitate and call Elmers and ask for Ralph. Called Elmers One Hour about a smell coming from my HVAC unit, and they were able to get someone out the next day. Ralph was our technician. He was thorough, knowledgeable about the issue, and provided me options to consider. Ralphs customer service is exceptional, and I greatly appreciate his patience answering all my questions.
Four stars because the front office doesn’t know what’s going on. The installation was a 10. Steve, Christian, Toby and Charlie were polite, very knowledgeable on the products and went above and beyond to answer all our questions. Elmer is lucky to have these guys. We are very pleased with the new air conditioner and heating unit.
This company has excellent service! Not only were they on time but they were actually early! The technicians Lorenzo and Jeff got here before I did and started troubleshooting my AC unit (after getting my permission) before I showed up to my house. They were completely honest and knowledgeable of their trade and didnt try to sell anything that was unnecessary, in fact the problem ended up being a tripped breaker that another technician working on an unrelated system inadvertently turned off, since my AC system is old and has probably running on borrowed time for at least 5 yrs they could have not disclosed the simple solution and could have recommended a total replacement and I would have been none the wiser thus costing me THOUSANDS of dollars but these two professionals decided to do the right thing. Moral accountability and honesty is something that is becoming scarce in technical service and maintenance companies as they compete for customers and profits but the techs at Elmers one hour air conditioning have set a higher standard and can be trusted to service and maintain equipment without their customers worrying about whether the work is really necessary or not. In addition they also text a picture of the lead technician to your phone before they arrive which gives additional peace of mind. They have earned every one of the 5 stars I rated them and I would reccomend them to anyone!!!
I heard the radio ads for years about fixing an old system. I finally telephoned Elmers and this morning received an amazing quote for refurbishing my system. The man who showed up (Jason) was very knowledgeable and professional. There was no hard sell or pushiness detected at all. I will be using Elmers to repair my aging HVAC system.
Had trouble with our Trane thermostat. Trevor the technician arrived at the time promised. He was very knowledgeable with the system we had. He quickly identified the issue, calledTrane to check if the thermostat was under warranty (which it was). He offered and explained in full detail the different services that would take care of my issue. We will continue to use this company because of the professional service and repair that was provided. I highly recommend this company and will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

As I needed new duct work and had AC issues. I paid well in the excess of $6k and they had no problem cashing that check but I started having reoccurring issues UNDER warranty and all of a sudden they were Unavailable or the restructured the company and they no longer work with that company. I am a disabled Vet and my son had Health issues hence why we needed the Upgrade. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANIES or PARTNERS for anything STAY AWAY. They have done NOTHING but give me the run around, There warranty isnt worth the paper its printed on. They still wanted me to pay for the whole job. I got a second opinion the fix cost me $125, they were trying to charge me $900.
Fast friendly service completed in no time. The technician Ralph was honest and provided good conversation while informing me of exactly what was going on with my unit. I have a better understanding of what to look out for in the future and will definitely use Elmers again if the need arises.

The BEST!! July this year...we were sweating bullets and I was super worried about the cost of getting our AC fixed. Lorenzo and his team showed up took us every step of the way to explain what we needed and WHY. They helped us set up payments and worked late into the night to finish the job. The entire team was professional and courteous even in with the heat in our attic and the mosquitoes outside. My CPS bill is down by half! I never wrote a review but today I called for some paperwork and received it by email immediately, then got a call from Lorenzo to be sure everything was working well!! Thanks to Lorenzo and his team.... Highly recommend them, their service months after the purchase has again surpassed my expectations!
These guys are so professional and courteous. They helped move furniture that may have been in the path so no damages would take place. They clean every ounce of mess before departure. They ensured I was well educated and felt comfortable using my new system and thermostat before departure. I cant say enough about how great of a job they have done.
Repaired an outside leak on a 1958 era spigot. Told me exactly how much it would cost. Made the repair in a timely manner and brought the work to current standards. I purchased a complete home AC unit from Elmer and now I tried their plumbing service and am still pleased with their service.
Well my issue is with my water heater (which is still on warranty with the manufacturer, and Christian Plumbing installed it) and they are not able to come out to resolve my issue until after 5pm today to which I have to pay a service charge of $180.00. So I called Elmer’s and they said they would honor the manufacturer warranty with a $59.00 service call fee. I thought I would be savng money by going with Elmer. Well the tech looked at it and told me it’s going to be $600 for the parts because they are not the same parts for the water heater that I have....well I’m on a fixed income and I’m a wounded 20 year Army Veteran who thought I would get a better deal, well I can’t afford that so now I have to wait for Christian plumbing. Now I’ll be out of $180 with Christian and $59 with Elmer who said they would honor the warranty which they did not. Not pleased at all with either company!!! What happened to keeping the customer satisfied and willing to work with Veterans on a fixed income...
I originally made an appointment for Tuesday 1-3pm. They called to remind me of the appointment about 12:30. Then they called at like 2:45 to say the tech is running a little late, but I am the next appointment. I called about 5pm, they said, he should be headed my way soon. They called back around 7pm to tell me the tech is still on the way and should be to my house in about 30-40 minutes. Thats a little late. I cancelled then rescheduled for Friday morning. The tech made it on time, bid some repairs and maintenance for $1390 or just fix one issue for $216. He spent like 15 minutes trying to get me to sign up for a subscription. Seemed upset that I didnt bite. Left without putting the new air filter in and left the unit unplugged. I will not be calling On-Time Elmer again.
Service was very good this time. Surprised to hear that my furnace did not need filters on the returns as I was told to get these by the previous serviceman. According to this more experienced guy, filters actually blocked the air from returning properly to my furnace since I had one with the UV filter light and they caused furnace condenser problems.Another concern: KEEP ALL YOUR SERVICE PURCHASE RECEIPTS. I am glad I did. I was told They changed their computer system 3x and THEY NO LONGER HAVE ACCURATE RECORDS. Serviceman had to take pictures of my purchase receipts with parts and labor warranty so I would not be charged for what could have been a very expensive service call. **Super important especially if you bought their service packages.
Elmer’s was the only company that responded to text for service after ac quit about 8pm Friday. Technician Franco wore mask and foot coverings at all times. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got the ac unit back running because he had the parts on hand. He checked the overall condition of the unit and suggested repairs to do to keep unit running efficiently to avoid breakdown. The last ac company that I had a maintenance agreement with never checked all the things that Franco checked which shows that Elmer’s try to keep your older unit going as long as possible and are not just there to sell you a new unit.
On going issues with them for 3yrs now.. just updated my comments again today. 😡Called them out for preventative maintenance on our unit because we just bought our house a year earlier. Elmers sold us a $800 maintenance agreement for 1yr. 8mths later our unit was having trouble keeping the house cool.We called them out, the technician brought a supervisor with him. The supervisor told us we needed a new unit(which now we dont believe was the case.) We bought a complete unit with furnace for $7000+.They were fast at replacing it the next day. The technician who installed it wasnt very professional at all and took 10hrs to install our unit. It wasnt even a hour after he left and we called him back out because our house was so hot. He came back out and said oh sorry I forgot to put freon in he left 30 min later the temp in our house was still rising, we called him back out and he told us there was a small leak in the hose. He fixed it and left.A few months later we had to call them out again for another issue they said it was fixed. Elmers came out in March for our warranty maintenance the technician spent most of the conversation I had with him trying to talk us into buying a new hot water heater and water softener. Which I declined to pay $4000, for something that isnt broken.Here we are a few months later and having issues again with our A/C and had to call them back out. It hasnt even been a full year since the brand new unit has been installed, not impressed!!! Technician showed up didnt even state his name and worse than a mechanic he talked to me like I was a moron. He asked to see our unit, I took him out to the outside unit and I explained that I wanted to know why we had drainage not stop, unlike our neighbors unit and he said maybe youre unit is more efficient does he not know? I asked why do we have a puddle? His fix was that we needed to dig a trench... so the fix was to move the issue!!! I wish we would called someone else!!! My husband said are you serious? we paid $7000 for this unit, get your supervisor out here Im done with the BS excuses. The technician went and got in his van and started talking on the phone. We went back into our house 10min later I went back outside the technician was gone and our A/C still has issues.I called dispatch and told him what happened he said we will need to look into this, and a Supervisor will call you tonight or in the next few days.Great customer service Elmers... NOT!!!Technician supervisor came out and said our unit was installed in proper. They removed the entire unit and reinstalled the same unit. Seemed everything was working okay. We still had runoff and filter was wet but we were told its from condensation because our unit is in the garage.Here we are again 2yrs from when the unit was installed and we are still having issues. The filter was very wet again when the Technician arived this morning and visible water running down the front of the door.Once again excuses being made now their solution is to cut a hole in our ceiling to ad another airflow. Anoter supervisor/ problem solver is supposed to be out Friday.Not crossing my fingers that it will actually be taken care of. We feel like we have been screwed over by this company. If it wasnt for the warranty on our unit they wouldnt be allowed in our home ever again. Seriously stop passing the buck and fix it before I loose it and contact the BBB.

I have used Elmers on two different occasions in the past 3 months. Once for my A/C and today for a water leak. Both times the techs were very polite, offered me choices on type of repair and a full price breakdown. I found them to be very trust worthy and the work more than satisfactory. Called for free quote to replace tanked water heater to electric tankless due to no hot water. Manufacturer warranty on the tank. The dispatcher told me they would leave by about 8:15 after meeting and come my way from the shop. (about 20 minutes away in traffic per Google.). Set my expectation and when I called about 45 minutes later the woman on the phone was quite snippy, saying my appointment time was from 9 to 11! Would not have even called if they have not set my expectation of showing up in about 20 minutes! Took until almost 10AM to show up, from call at 807AM saying coming after meeting. Then when the plumber came he took a panel off without quoting the service fee rate or anything hit a reset button and then billed me $59. Told me if it Trips Again that they can come and rebuild the tank but I was responsible for going and getting the parts as well as contacting manufacturer regarding warranty and they would deduct $59 off of the next service call. He also would not quote me to install an electric water heater stating that gas is the only way to go as electric are unreliable. This is after they are advertising for all three electric propane and gas tankless heaters all over the web. Very disappointed in the entire way things were handled. However happy that the reset is holding for now but I am still looking for a plumber that can actually help me. So my free quote turned into pay us $59 to hit a reset buttin and go find somebody else.
Ralph explained each option for replacing my old duct work for my heating and A/C system and it seemed important to him that I choose the right option. Before I signed the contract for new duct work he was personable and polite. He offered me a lower price if I would leave a 5 star google review but I had to leave the review before he would sign the contract with the lower price.He completed the paperwork to apply for interest free financing for the job. He had one company with 18 months of payments and one with 24 months. He insisted on applying for both even though I asked him to apply only to the company with the 24 months payment plan. Does he get some kind of bonus for applying to the company with the 18 months? I was approved by both companies and now I have a credit card with both of them even though I asked him not to apply to both companies.Calvin and Jeremiah installed my new duct work throughout the house but would not replace the duct boards in my intake as it was not on their paperwork. I understand that they cant do something without a work order from their company. But when Ralph came the next week to take care of the intake, he insisted on doing a repair and seal instead of replacing the two duct boards. The back board that went from the floor to the attic was in good condition so I did not mind that he would not replace that one. The vent is across from the back board so he only needed to replace the boards on 2 sides but he refused. My contract stated all my duct work was to be replaced. Also, when I told him the two rooms closest to the unit in the attic are freezing but two rooms at the opposite end of the house are hardly receiving air at all he claimed the register to one of the rooms was not tied down correctly and the tech would have to come back to fix it. Why couldnt Ralph fix it? When youre part of a team you take care of the problem; you dont point fingers and criticize your co-worker to a customer. You just fix it.Because Ralph would not fix the problem, I had to wait another week for the two techs to come to fix the cooling problem with those 2 rooms. When they arrived I found that they had been told they were to come back and pick up trash theyd left behind. They were not told there was a problem with the 2 rooms not cooling. They had to call their office to change the call to a service call. There was no trash. Did Ralph just send them on a wild goose chase b/c he knew I was upset that he wouldnt replace the boards in the intake?Jeremiah re-directed the vents, which had been directed at the ceiling, and it helped somewhat. But the air coming out of the vents was not cold air. I had to install a ceiling fan in one room b/c the 2 rooms are still not being cooled by my A/C unit. I plan to install a ceiling fan in the other room soon, also.My living room is also not as cool as it was before the ducts were replaced. How can new ducts be less efficient at delivering the air than the old ducts?I have also asked Ralph twice for a copy of the contract I signed, which was on a tablet. I even sent two texts and an email to the director of customer service requesting my copy of the contract. I signed this contract over 2 months ago and STILL have not been provided a copy of the contract.Elmers One Hour replaced my heating and A/C unit in the attic 3 years ago. Sal did an incredible job. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely polite. No double talk, no negativity whatsoever. He is what all employees should be! Thats why I called Elmers this time.If I had it to do over again, I would have called another company for this job. My advice is to get a 2nd opinion and insist on a copy of your contract WHEN you sign it.7/29/19 update. I have asked for a copy of my contract and warranty 7 times and have STILL not received a copy 23 months after the new duct work was installed. I even had an attorney request a copy of both. They sent him the invoice. VERY poor customer service, Elmers.
Our HVAC system needed to be serviced and our neighbor recommend Elmers One Hour. The technician, Nick Venne, was professional, courteous, and knowledgable. He was very patient with my numerous questions, and did a thorough job inspecting our unit. There was a suspect smell emitting from our system that he was unable to identify at the time of servicing, but he scheduled us a next day appointment with their air quality expert to help evaluate the issue. I am incredibly pleased with Elmers One Hour customer service and the work ethic of their technician. Highly Recommend!!!!
We were looking at putting a new ac unit in our house and had heard some good things about on time Elmer and decided to take a chance! they sent out their representative to assess our problem and he agreed we needed a whole new unit... he got with Elmer to see what they could do for us- they didnt give up until they found an affordable solution that fit! No way were they going to leave us without air and heat! They sent out their amazing crew! Larry Vogt, Robert Salazar, Steven Yang, Anthony Borrego and Benjamin Alstat. Larry and John were the two Technicians that quickly determined that our electric water heater was clogged with sediment.They recommended to replace our original small plastic drain valve with a metal one. 20 minutes later they were done. They also informed us us that our water heater was a 2007 and has already went past the average life span. We will be putting money aside for a new one. We would definitely utilize this company again.
Jason did an awesome job. I had a well known company come in and tell me I needed a new compressor and had to replace the coils. The expense was going to be about $4800. I called One time Elmers and Jason quickly realized it was a cooling sensor and there was no issues with the coils or the compressor. Cost was roughly $525. You guys have definitely won my business. Andre was able to schedule Jason to come out for a second opinion after a competitor came out. Jason test our HVAC; after a thorough and honest inspection, he promptly fixed our issue! We did not need a complete new HVAC system after all - and YOU might not either. You should absolutely contact Elmers to get a fair and honest assessment of any issues you might be having. Skip the other guys and make Elmers your first call.
The techs were in training when I called because our home was 81 degrees! I had to wait a few hours until the techs were available...but it was well worth the wait.The tech IMMEDIATELY identified the problem (a blown fuse to the blower) and within minutes had the fuse replaced. He inspected the unit completely (new in 2010). And they offer a club membership that I believe will turn into a win/win situation! They are guaranteed future business at a discounted rate. The club membership discount will cover the cost of the membership and give us preventive maintenance (I am a firm believer in preventive maintenance).As a long time home owner I know that the cost of repairing AC units gets very expensive as the units age. And what I love is that the membership will transfer when we decide to move elsewhere in this area...which is our plan within the next year or two.Great job, Elmer! My house instantly began to cool and my energy is back up.

Technician was through and conscientious. Our heat exchanger drain was clogged settingoff one of the sensors and shutting down the A/C system. He kept at it until he found the problem and fixed it. The Technician kept us informed about all the steps he was preforming and showed us video and photos of the problem. I have used this company before and will continue to use them in the future.
Jesus & his helper (sorry, forgot his name) were very professional; explained the problem & fixed the issue promptly. My only issue & why I didn’t give 5 stars is that the technician who installed my system initially NEVER mentioned that I needed to flush the line with bleach once a month (which is the reason my system malfunctioned) and he, nor anyone from Elmer’s mentioned your club membership program at the time I bought the AC system, which would have saved me the $59 service fee! For that reason I feel the service fee should have been waived.
Lorenzo sent Ralph out for a simple service call and he ended up doing the the most in depth service on both the inside & outside units that any tech has ever done for me.After Ralph finished he took the time to sit down and explain everything to me in laymans terms that I was totally able to understand.Thank you Lorenzo & Ralph, if anyone out there has an issue w/ their AC/Heating unit I highly recommend that you call and request Ralph as your service tech, you will not be sorry!

I purchased the outside HVAC unit from them last year and my unit inside is two years old. Purchased from John Waynes . I never got a phone call from them for a year to schedule my maintenance service. I was wondering about this because John Wayne Air conditioning would call me every six months to remind me it was time for the summer or winter maintenance service I called them and their customer service representative was very rude. She told me that Elmers One Hour Air Conditioning Service does not keep track of the maintenance schedule that its up to the customer to call them. She then sarcastically asked me if I wanted them to service my air conditioner NOW. I told her sure, now is a good time. Of course I knew she was being sarcastic but I wanted to confirm this. The moment she replied she was only joking and told me she had no openings for today, I asked to speak to her supervisor. Also I now have to search for my maintenance contract because they charged me for the service and I was sure I had so many services that were supposed to be free when buying a new unit from them.
My ac went out early evening and it was hot inside. Being pregnant and with a baby, I needed a fast good fix. They got me scheduled right away and someone was here probably within half an hour. Unfortunately my unit is at the end of its rope, but I was given multiple options without any pressure. It wad fixed right away. My house is cool again. Thank you.
Ralph, came out on Sunday afternoon.He listened, he gave great input and resolved our issue. The resolve is temporary we both knew that going on. We will be purchasing a new system with your company.Good old fashion no BS conversation and Q&A. This man is definitely a keeper. We will continue to use your company as long as Ralph is with you.
After contacting Elmer’s around 12:30pm for a clogged main line, they scheduled me for a 3-5pm window; same day. At 2:30 they called to see if I was available and came out early. The issue wound up resolving before they arrived, and they did some checks to make sure everything was running properly before leaving. Didn’t get charged for showing up and and doing some checks. Very friendly and professional!
Hottest day of the summer 108 degrees outside these guys made it out to my house same day. Very next morning went over my options for repair and replacement of my old unit that worked with my budget. I could not afford a new unit, so they really worked with me in replacing what I could. I plan to go back with Elmers for my future upgrades when I can afford the rest.
Getting my 6mo maintenance has been very pleasant. Ive been with Elmers One hour for a number of years and I would have no one else service my unit. I am always confident my system will be top shape and clean! Dont go anywhere else! Trust them to give you the best service with a smile.
Isaac was rectify a problem that I was having for the past 2 years. My ac wasnt cooling, which is bad when you have kids off of school for spring break. He was able to find the issue and repair it. Better yet, he honored the warranty that was promised to me when we purchased the system. Been using elmers for a while and I strongly recommend their services.
I am a senior citizen veteran on a meager income and feel I have been swindled by Elmer.I called Elmers on a Friday afternoon because the ac was running but the house was getting warmer. I chose Elmers because of his radio add about how he fixed and maintained his mothers old ac unit, giving it life after death and would strive to do the same for me. Well guess what; that deal is only for Elmers mother. At first a really nice young guy, Jeff came by and found mayor handler was full of ice. He shut the unit down to thaw and said hed be back in the morning. When he didnt return in the morning, I called. They said he was in a meeting and would be on his way. That was the meeting where I assume it was decided to not try to fix my 5 year old unit and sell me a new one. Jeff never returned, but the closer did, and talked me into a $16,600 new unit for my 1200 sq ft home; and that was with a Military Discount.I made the deal with the devil and I paid the price. After the fact, I did some research a found that after markups and labor it appears to me that I was taken for an extra 100 percent.Lessons learned: Theres not enough profit for a large company to be repairing your ac. Dont wait till your ac goes bad to get estimates for a new one, (get several, its free) or theyll have you over the proverbial barrel, squealing like a pig. OMG I dont know where to begin. This company is amazing!!! My AC was out they found a hole in my heater and AC coil was clogged up and leaking. I decided to get a brand new system as mine was old. They gave me a great deal with a great warranty. When they came to install the units they worked diligently all day. They insulated the closet and where the return vent space was. All these years no one ever did that. They went above and beyond!! Even had a guy show up this morning to frame out the return vent as prior repair man from another Co. had done a sloppy job Wow They always answer their phone even when I had a question after hours. Now they are at my moms bc her AC is out. This company is just what you look for when hiring someone to work on your home. Professional, nice, helpful, quality of work outstanding, equipment is the best of the best not sub par. My ACs have never worked well in my home. 74 is as low as it would go. Its winter in July!! My AC is set at 75 and its cold. We had it at 72 and nearly froze lpl!!!! Very very satisfied with all involved from those who answer phone to salesman to installers. I did get other estimates no one was cheaper. No one had such great warranty. They also have financing if you need. ELMERS ROCKS!!!!!!
Elmer’s came today to save me from a heat crisis! They were at my home within 2 hours of my initial call (where other companies had a 2 to 10 day waiting period). My service tech (Nick V) was quick, friendly, and efficient getting my unit back to cold before the heat of the horrible San Antonio day hit.I was given 4 options to choose from starting at a bandaid up to a full ‘reboot’ and was able to choose the option that fit into my budget. Additionally, they were able to wave the diagnostic fee. Thanks for the save today!!
After itemizing the labor and parts I realized the profit margin is skewed extremely high. One hour of service and parts? $762.00The FIRST SERVICE CALL required a new Run Capacitor @ $60.73 on Walmart website (Amrad Engineering 951799 2.5-67.5 MFD Turbo 200 Capacitor, 370 & 440 VAC)Freon cost @ R-22 REFRIGERANT 10 LBS $199.00The tech installed about 3.3 LBS...$69.65Labor for one hour? $631.62After a few days I noticed the start up Humming sound from the outside Condenser unit which wasnt there before...it would dissipate after 30 seconds but I called the Technician back to see what was causing this.He suggested a Start Kit and installed this after I insisted he checked the Freon pressures as well. Pressures were OK so a half hour of labor and parts totaled $315.When he left I examined the Service Facts manual from the unit itself which are required to obtain replacement parts, specifications, etc.The unit OEM start kit is available online for $149.99 and is specifically calibrated for my unit by American Standard/Trane.The aftermarker Start Kit Rectorseal 96503 Kickstart T05 he installed is $41.99 made in China and has different capacitance specifications (189-227 MFD) rated at 330 volts from the OEM start kit (BAYKT250A part number) with 135-162 MFD rating, 330 volts.The OEM, correctly calibrated start kit is the recommended install if one consults the manufacturer...In summary, labor charged for one hour? $273.01.After calling the tech back and requesting that he use OEM part and remove the aftermarket part, he argued for 15 minutes that the aftermarket part he installed was identical, despite it having different capacitance values. Finally he relented and said he would order the correct part and notify me...Im still waiting weeks later?
These gentlemen were great. They explained everything and then worked on my water heater by flushing it out and showing me the sediment that had been flushed out. They were very personable and easy to talk with and they explained everything and did a great job. Today Steve and Edwin came by to install my brand new AC they day after I ordered it.They arrived a little before their scheduled 9am appt.And the full inside and outside was done around 2pm.The guys were polite and treated my house very well, full drop cloths to protect my carpet, etc.My house is back to cooling and the new unit looks fantastic.Steve has been doing AC for 22 years and loves his work, and it shows.I come from a military background and can certainly respect a pride in ownership about your work, and this guy is proud to sign his name to every job he completes.When you get a Technician to install your new unit, ask for Steve and Edwin. These guys are top notch!Remember that no matter which unit you buy, the last step of the assembly line is the install in your home, make sure you got a good guy on the last step of the ACs assembly line.Take care hope this helped!

Its a shame that most people who write reviews are usually the 1% that werent happy just like the news you never hear the good. with that said .. I called On Time Elmer at 1:45pm today when I noticed my AC making very strange noises from outside and no cold air was coming from my central A/C unit anymore.. In a panic I shut my A/C off and Elmer was the first Business I called because I wanted this resolved quickly. The temp in my house was climbing fast and I have animals on a hot day like today it would have been really bad for them especially with an elderly dog. A representative Arrived at my house before 3pm and started working. He was very clean cut professional guy who explained everything that was going wrong with my unit. He Also was helpfully explaining what and why the parts needed to be replaced. The fact that he used all OEM equipment is another plus they really care about keeping the cost down for you. No Baits and switches, No up-selling or Bullshit like Ive experienced from other techs in the area at my 1st home. Nothing but Fast reliable service. Period! it is now 4:44pm and my A/c is working faster and colder than ever. Thanks On Time Elmer and the Tech Lorenzo for working on my unit. I highly suggest everyone to use these guys they are the best in this area. Honest, On time , and reliable. Try them and see. No sweat... 5/5 stars.
They charged me $316 to service my AC, the tech worked on the unit for about 25 minutes then left and the unit still isnt cooling. I called the company to let them know about the service, they said that a supervisor would call me back, its been 6 days and no one has called me. I feel like I got RIPPED OFF.
Marcelo with Elmers One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating was great! He was right on time, worked quickly, and was extremely knowledgeable. Fortunately we caught a few small problems early, and we were able to get them fixed before it gets too hot. Well be customers again!

Made appointment for preventative maintenance on my AC unit. Jeff and Isaac, the techs, arrived within the set time. Both of these techs showed to be very proficient in their field and explained the process to checks. They took pictures of the system and made sure I was aware of future problems and steps to take to care. I’m sure there are many AC techs out there but if you are lucky like I was, I hope you get these guys. 👍

Afternoon. Elmers plumbing came out since I had a water leak. They were able to put in a temporary fix until they can get the permit to replace the water line to our house. They are hoping to have that done by the weekend. They are very professional and able to explain everything so that a normal person like myself can understand. Thanks for all the help.

I had used Elmers in the past with great luck this time to me was unacceptable. The gentleman was quite old on something that would have taken an hour to check took 3 hours. Then proceeded to tell me as you can tell me how much it was going to be but showed me what was wrong which was fine. When I told him I would be using my Wells Fargo Merchant card he said that they dont use Wells Fargo anymore. Too much of my dismay thats what I used to pay for the outside unit that they installed now I cant pay for anything unless I put it on that Wells Fargo Merchant card and if I had known that they were not on their list anymore I would not have bothered to call them out to check the upstairs unit. I would have used someone that was offering a free consultation instead of charging me $140. And for some reason I just got this message text it to me and its been two months since I have heard from Elmers Im not happy
If I could give this company a zero, I would! We got home yesterday and our A/C was out even though we purchased it from Elmers June, 2016. They are supposed to be a 24/7 company, but we received no call back after we called them at 5:30 pm and again at 7:00 pm to request for a technician to come out. I hope they have enjoyed the money that they made from us in the past because it is last. Elmers, I hope you see this review because YOU ARE FIRED!!!
So thankful for Elmer’s! My Home warranty had sent out a different company and the previous company told me that the mother board and the motor were broken and my home warranty refused to cover it. I called Elmer and they came right out and did a thorough inspection and it was in fact the capacitor that was the issue and fixed the issue in under an hour and saved me thousands. So thank you!
After making an appointment for doing a annual A/C checkup, i was able to get a appointment that suited my schedule. The A/C technician Josh, was able to find and show me deficiencys in my system. After reviewing over the options, i was able to get a great deal on my future UV system to keep the microbial growth out of my system.
Do not go with the company! I had an appointment for over a week I was told 9-11 they would have a new ac unit out to me. Its 7 pm and they just delivered it and left 1 guy to do it by himself. My ac has been out the whole day and all I get told is Im next in line. I took the day off for this to be done and they have to come back to do the rest of the work! This company is ridiculous! If you say you are going to be there and you will have several people installing you need to keep that promise. A new ac unit is not cheap and I had high hopes for this company but I will not recommend this company to anyone. Poor customer service and dont try calling them because the receptionist could care less about the customers!
Such poor experience! I never post anything but paying almost $600 and still cant get my outdoor pipe fixed!!! And Tammy! I explained to her my husband took the day off so this could get done today, talked to her about the plummer calling in (only know this because I reached out to see when he was coming) and not communicating back with Elmers on his agreement with me to come today, about how upset i was, which I would make note of my experience...her answer...ok. Gonna have to take my business elsewhere!! Too much hype on their name and dont truly honor their supposed great service!!
Dustin and Isaac came to our home and we thoroughly understood the explanations they gave us. They did an amazing job inspecting and explaining everything. We are senior citizens and are looking forward to working with them as soon as we gather two more estimates. However, Dustin and Isaac will probably sell us on your product and services. They are fine young men who know their business well.
Isaac did a great job on our HVAC unit. He even showed me pictures of what he did! He did something other technicians dont do, he cleaned up after the job! For me, you can do a great job, but if you do not clean up after yourself, that is all I remember and I will not call you again, and I will not refer anyone to your company! Isaac was very knowledgeable and very professional. He did not try to sell me something I did not need. I would call your company and ask for him anytime! Thank you Isaac!!!!!
Ralph deserves a 6th star! A different company installed our entire system we had various problems with the system. It took the diligence and knowledge of Elmers staff to get our system up to par, especially that of Ralph K. Ralph is courteous and extremely knowledgable. He communicates with clarity and treats people with dignity. He takes the time to explain how our system works and how he is going to get his work done. This makes us feel that our familys comfort is as important as his familys. He was able to pinpoint detailed causes of our systems errors and correct them promptly and efficiently. Today was one of the first hot days of this year! I had several companies come to my house. Before I made any appointments. I let them know I’m a injured Disabled Veteran and that I served several tours in Iraq and Afganistan. I suffer from TBI and PTSD. I served our country to the fullest and all I asked was to not be lied to. If I needed to replace my air conditioning system that I would do it. I also let them know that I was going to get several other estimates. Needless to say. The only company who didn’t send out a salesperson was On Time Elmer’s! They sent “Nick” to the rescue! I was told it would be a few hundred dollars to repair my ac. My air conditioning system that Will’s All Pro and Champion AC said had to be replaced. And gave me estimates for tens of thousands of dollars. Is now working and blowing cold air. Please be careful who you trust! Even a veteran owned and operated company attempted to take advantage of me. Thank you Elemer and thank your honest employees! My family and I appreciate you and Nick!
Ive lived in San Antonio since 1979 and have used MANY service people of all different trades. Elmers One Hour team of professionals is by FAR the most pleasant experience Ive had. They arrive on time and work diligently at whatever job they are undertaking, while at the same time, being very informative, friendly, and more than happy to answer any questions the customer may have. Their quality work and professionalism is UNMATCHED in the San Antonio area. NO ONE else will ever touch my a/c or heating system. Give them a 5 star A+ rating!
I have been using Elmers 1hr AC since 2008 and just last year decided to get an annual Service Agreement with them after my Home Warrenty sent a subpar AC Company out to replace my Coil. Lets just say that having a reliable AC/HVAC company like Elmers that is willing to work with you and your budget and is not out to screw you, is definitely what you need.Today my annual membership service was up and Clinton from Elmers showed up to conduct my final Service. Luckily my 9year old HVAC was working great because of Elmers Service throughout the year. Clinton recommended some things that would prolong the life of my aging system to include a chemical scrub of the condenser which definitely looked dirty, and installing a start kit to reduce the starting load on my outside unit, for which I had researched this in the past and it came highly recommend.Clinton showed me options for renewing my membership and talked with his supervisor in getting me the best deal for my money.I cant tell you how important it is to have a Service for your systems especially when it comes to Home Warranty programs such as American Home Shield and CHOICE Home Warranty. If your HVAC breaks and you havent serviced it, the Home Warranty WILL NOT COVER IT!!! Read the fine print. Lesson learned, TRUST ME.Elmers 1hr AC and their Service is spot on with costumer service AND satisfaction of product 24/7.Update: 24 Feb 2017Well it finally happened, my outside unit finally died even after Elmers One Hour Service attempted to prolong its life during the last Service. So after negotiating with a couple A/C companies, Elmers Had the best price for the equipment that I wanted.I have a two story house with only 1 Thermostat.. yes.. you read that correctly and after several years of AC repairs and trying to balance the temperatures in a two story house, our 10year old AC system finally went out for good. So Elmers One AC had a great solution that I couldnt pass up. Single AC with Zoning dampers and two Thermostats vs my one. Matt was the original sales assistant who walked me through several options from cheapest (rebuild outside unit) to most expensive Zoning damper and two thermostats.. for which was actually cheaper then what another AC Company quoted me for just putting in a new systems with 1 thermostat. I had Sal & Elfonso working 4 days straight of hard nonstop work taking out the old systems and installing the new system which included installation of a NEW Coleman 4 ton AC Unit with zoning damper and two thermostats, repairing and replacing OLD ducts and blowing new insulation. They worked their butts off everyday and explained everything they were doing and why. During the install a quality control person showed up and inspected their work as well as asking me if the installers where courteous and professional for which they were and I couldnt wish for a more professional team, he explained to me that this was the best team for this damper system.Its been 24hrs since the install and everything is working GREAT and as explained. My house is now balanced and cool. Not the old Cool upstairs and FREEZING downstairs just to keep it comfortable at night upstairs. Thank you so much Matt, Sal & Elfonso for your professionalism and honest work. ALL three off these employees took pride in not only their company but the installation of my equipment, it was almost as if they were installing it into their own homes ensuring the best quality of the installation.
Got home from work to find ac not working! At 4:40pm on a Friday afternoon! Made that call & Ralph was here in less than an hour. He was awesome! Polite, informative & most importantly, fixed the problem quickly! Can already feel the house cooling off. Excellent service!
The a/c specialist Alex was superior!! His detail of workmanship, explanation of the problems which included pictures and video was so refreshing. He was very cautious of our home and things. I’m working, he placed tarps to cover and protect our floors and even wore booties over his shoes. I wish all repair people were as conscious as Alex.
Technician was courteous and very helpful. he explained every thing he was doing and options for making our system work better.Gave suggestions and options and when we told him which ones we wanted he had the parts and made all the fixes.the whole thing was very positivewould recommend On Time Elmers to anyone

2021-06-23These guys are a joke. Don’t have enough time or space to write everything that was done so providing pictures of their work. They put in new system and I wish I would have never used them. This is just a small sample of their work. Might be a small issue but the workmanship is less than zero!!! Well it’s a good place for a home for the birds that is. What crappie workmanship. You judge

2021-07-21So my AC was frozen solid and I called them to come look at it and they were so friendly and nice, got it up and back running, they have fantastic customer service and work ethic, very professional and reliable. I would definitely give it 10 stars if I had the option and if anything happens again I will definitely call back and recommend this to anyone. Specifically Isaac was the guy that came to my home, so you can always ask for him as well (he’s the only issac) but overall it was great service, probably the best I had so I just had to give them a 5 STAR google review :)

2020-10-11There was a delay on our appointment, however we were kept informed about the delay and offered a reschedule. We opted for them to come the same day at 5p, which they did but it was after 5p. The young men that came were very pleasant, apologetic and very respectful. They immediately started their work, very efficient and kept us informed about what they were doing. They completed everything, cleaned the blower, cleaned the air ducts and vents, and installed the lamp to kill mold. Everything was completed in a timely manner. We just need a crash course on the mold lamp. We have been with Elmer’s since it was under a previous owner (Expert Tech) and we have always had great service and all the gentlemen that have been sent to our home have always been very respectful and very informative about what they do.

2021-08-20HORRIBLE!!! Do NOT call this company if you need emergency AC repairs. I was told at 7:05pm that someone would be out to my house by 9:00pm. NO ONE ever showed up!!!I would have called another company, but since they stated they would come out to our house… Hot house, no service, and this company… HORRIBLE!Go with another company. If you couldn’t send someone out, just be honest and say that.

2020-08-30The temperature inside the house was 90°! I called Elmers as our AC unit was not cooling. Annette was friendly and took my information and explained a technician would be out to my house shortly. Within 40 mins Greg was at my house. GREG immediately diagnosed the issue and gave me options that best suited my needs and provided me with a long term plan as well. He was willing to educate me on the services he provided which I greatly appreciated. That is the first time anyone has taken the time to do so. My house was feeling cool and liveable again for me and my family. I want to thank him for exceeding my expectations. Great job Greg!In addition, Greg explained the reason for the color pink associated with Elmers. Ask your technician if you can, the story is very heartfelt.

2020-08-03When my AC went out I called Elmers to see if my unit could be fixed. They kept me informed and arrived at the time the said they would be here. Greg was the one that helped me out and he was outstanding! Great and professional customer service. He took the time to educate me and was very kind and easy to talk to! Its people like this that make a company great!

2020-10-19We had a whole new system installed on 7/25 because our old one was irreparable and ran off the old refrigerant per their diagnostic. In the 1st week of install the ac had 3 service calls besides the install and a late finish that we had to keep reminding them to come out and complete. We also found out they didnt install the UV antimicrobial light as promised. Every time we saw someone new. We asked multiple times for them to come get the unit and give us a complete refund so we could go elsewhere. Lorenzo said he would like to make it right by giving us a partial refund and fixing the unit, but negating our service contract. We agreed and said they would have to provide at least the 1st years service incase their work was still incorrect. That was a mistake. Within the first month we found out we needed a new compressor (even though it was brand new). Then they tried to tell us the new unit wasnt cooling because of inadequate insulation and windows. The old unit cooled fine until it quit, so that didnt make sense to us. Also we had to stay with family until they could fix the ac on one occasion. Before a month and a half they came out for more issues like condensation and unit freezing (literally ice on outer unit). They sent someone else who said the coils needed to be replaced. Again, these were brand new. All the while weve been emailing 2 separate people to try to get the CPS rebate squared away, because they do not know how to write up the invoice correctly. They are the ones who told us we would qualify for the rebate and they cant even produce the proper invoice. As of today the ac still gives off a smell when kicking on and we have never received the proper invoices for CPS rebates. This is the worst company we have ever worked with. We have had issue after issue with incorrect installation and improper fixes on parts. I really dont know how they stay in business.Edited to add: all techs were nice, however we wish the work was completed with no issue. Jason has been out multiple times and is always great. I do think that if he had done the install from start to finish there would he no issues. He seems to always be finding mistakes left by others.

2020-07-22I scheduled A/C service with Elmers and they provided excellent service. They were on time, knowledgeable and serviced my unit in a timely manner. The rep Kendall Bee went out of his way to follow all safety procedures while working inside my house. I would refer them as they did excellent work.

2020-07-31Loved Elmer’s plumbing and ac. Isaac and Stan were very professional and informative. Awesome guys and worked really hard at meeting our ac needs.I called at 8:00 am. By 9:30am the same day technicians were out at my house. Very prompt service. I would definitely use them again!!!!Only reason I gave four stars was because they forgot to put the side gate back up before they left. Fast friendly professional service definitely 5 stars. Thanks guys.

2020-07-30I was amazed! Our technician Kendall was very meticulous throughout. He explained what work/checks he will due for our annual AC service. He even crawled up in the attic. No other tech did that before. Kendall took the time to trouble shoot the unit. He found a blown fuse, replaced it and the AC is working great. On the end he made recommendations for additional service. He was not pushy or did high pressure sales. He emailed us his findings, pictures, pressure readings etc. We value his professional demeanor, his integrity & honesty. The best tech we ever had in the past 10 years.
