Long story short dont trust him on their batteries the manager did the test himself so he says you cant charge a battery for a minute test it and say its good when I have it at home on a charger for hours and it drops from 13 and a half volts to 12.6 volts and 5 minutes after being unplugged after the car has been drove the cars idled for several hours over the cold days I just let it run kept it plugged into a battery charger and it goes from being on a regular charger at 13 and a half 14 volts down to 2.6 volts in like 5 minutes and these guys are telling you its good thats how they cheated me out of two battery warranties totally 600 dollars including this one definitely called corporate definitely not buying batteries here anymore
OReilly Auto Parts does not matter which location I go to they are always very helpful because as a woman it is difficult to go to an auto parts place, but they are always eager to help their customers and make heir visit pleasant.
Bought a super start power sport battery less then a year ago only used ATV a few times and already battery is no good and to make things worse they only have 3 month warranty.
They try to sell you parts you dont need..

Day before Christmas so it was busy. However, Don, manager read the check engine code within 4 minutes after waiting in line and bought what I thought was the problem (O2 sensor) and out the door in 9 minutes. Don also suggested catalytic clean if the sensor didnt fix the code. Great service.

Sara and the rest of the crew are Fantastic ! They figured out what parts I needed and saved me $$ too. They machined my rotors and got them back ASAP and my brakes are the best they have ever been. I have tried all the other Auto Parts stores and I will never go to anywhere else.

This has to be the worst O’reillys i have ever been to .Had a check engine light.Checked it with there code reader .Showed to be a O2 sensor.Employee stated that there is a product called Cataclean $30 per bottle.He stated if It didn’t work he wouldn’t mention it .I stated if it doesn’t work I’m bringing it back because I honestly didn’t believe him .Well it didn’t work so I brought the Catacleaner back .Guess what!They refused to refund my cost.I went to Autozone and purchased 2) 02 sensors .Thanks for making me a autozone customer in the future .The cost of the O2 sensor is $15.99...👍🏻
This store needs to close for a week and let their employees learn where everything is. I have been in there three times and they don’t know where their stuff is. I was looking for a tool and they told me I would have to special order it for $65 for one, so I went walking around and found a 5 pack of them for $10.
Customer service was good today.
Sold me used spark plugs. I took them back and they gave me the third degree like it was my fault or like I was trying to scam them. They grabbed replacements off the shelf and they checked them before giving them this time and what do you know, they were used too. If you buy from here make sure you double check the parts before leaving the store because there is no quality control here. With the lack of customer service at this store Id advise to buy online or another store.
Ordered parts over phone and an agreement to meet in the middle on a price match. I go to pick up the parts and no price match. In fact, he only offers me a military discount. Walked out and called another OReillys and they price matched the parts completely. I guess Im a thankful because I saved quite a bit more by using a different store.

These guys will help you out all they can. They will order your part if it is not in stock. They also have tool loaner program that helps me out when I’m in a pinch.

Best In Azle for auto parts. Tried others and got so frustrated, constantly getting the wrong parts. On one occasion I received the wrong oil filter and had already drained the oil, then the oil filter would not fit! But these people are on top of things and i believe the parts are better quality. Its a chore keeping up with six automobiles but OReilly auto parts makes my job easier, Thanks

Worst customer service. Would give them zero stars. Asked for a part, they had no idea what we were asking for. Went to auto zone, they helped us and had the part. Go to auto zone, oReilly needs to get some guys who know a little something about cars.
Wyatt needs a attitude adjustment he acted like he had better places to be and had a unhappy look on his face the entire time the others were super nice and friendly to the other customers we just got the short end of the stick.
I have gone in this location twice now and both times were awful! The man who is supposed to help me find what I need had an attitude and seemed annoyed by my presence. I was very specific on what I needed but he talked to me like I was an idiot and didnt help much which caused me to buy the wrong tools. We have used oriely for many years for personal things and for our business and I can say thanks to Tim L. We wont be going to the Azle location ever again. I hope he realizes he just cost his store thousand of dollars a year by losing our business!!!!!!
The guy sold me some adhesive remover told me it would not take off the paint well it did quickly. Ruined my paint I wont be listening to their advice Any more. Lesson learned.

I purchased two outer tie rod ends from OReilly in Azle TX. Last Sunday we were going to put them on our vehicle and discovered that one of the tie rod ends was the incorrect part in the box. Getting this corrected was time consuming and errors were made, but one person went above and beyond. Sara from your store in Azle TX drove to another store to get the part and met me half way between the store and my home to give me the correct part. She went out of her way to fix an error that she did not create. Thank you!! #OReilly #AzleTX

They are friendlier, have more specialty parts in stock, and are moreknowledgable in not only automotive, but computer operations.Their main local competition, Auto Zone, is operated by guys stuck in the past that are barely willing to help. Sunday they close at 9 pm. My jetski. Trailer had desinigrated the bearings on one side. I started repairs at 8pm and with their help. Drove out of the park by 9pm. Park has tennis courts. Public beach and bost ramp parking for trailers and cars i think baseball field. Ducks and careful of the attacking geese. And it is in a bay so water is less choppy. Going to the main body lake stay to the right shoreline cause there are 2 sandbars from a river to the left you can see a few trees and scrub brush. Thats the sand bars. If you go straight across to other side the shore is almost all sand .. Nice. To the right is 2 bars with resturaunts and music. And if you catch a fish. It is ok to eat it unlike lake worth. No special passes needed unlike lake worth. Just yearly boat sticker. Not many restrooms here though and you get fined if police catch you with alcohol. Thid lake is fed by bridgeport. Which is fed by veins on land fresh. The beach itself is sandy and buoyed.

2022-03-15I was surprised when the guy at the counter asked me if I was a veteran to get a discount. Then verified me with my last 3 numbers. That was great. Then he went above and beyond to help me with my purchase and to get it open in the store so I could put it on in the parking lot.

2021-10-09DO NOT GET YOUR ROTORS CUT HERE. These are off of a Mazda CX-5 with 40k miles that only needed to be cleaned up for new pads. No warping, no grooves, and no glazing. After they cut them they refused to acknowledge that they made a mistake and simply offered a few bucks off of a new set that I had to drive to Arlington to pick up. Poor management and workmanship. No solutions offered, only excuses.Edit:I was refunded the cost of turning the rotors, that was a given, and since I was going to have to buy new ones to replace these I was offered a “discount”. Once I checked my receipt after I left I noticed it was not a discount acknowledging their mistake but was in fact a military discount being used to appease me. I am not nor have I ever served in the military and should not be offered a military discount to cover the mistake that was made in their store.

2019-07-18I only go to O Reillys for my auto parts and boat parts anymore. They always find what I need no matter the year or model. I being in parts from 40 year old boats and they manage to figure it out for me. They may not have the item on stock but can generally get it delivered to that store in a few hours. The staff has folks that are knowledgeable in different areas. They are great.
