Awesome staff. Free Diagnostic tests and will recommend mechanics for your problems with your vehicle. Seth was professionall took his time with me and recommended me to a great mechanic named Travis who specializes in all car repairs. He looked at my mustang and in 15 minutes everything was working. Hes located in belton Texas and has his own shop and and diagnostic equipment. Awesome. Thank you OReilly auto, seth and travis. Definitely recommended. 👍
I’ve been in the automotive industry for 25 years and have never got the service me and my brother just received. Employee by the name of David or at least that was what was on his shirt, was very rude and lazy. At first, he asked us what we wanted, then put the truck in the computer and said what do you want? Once my brother told him, he said it’s on isle 5. Ok let us go get it. All the while he is leaning up against the counter and I mean leaning like trying to go to sleep and stated that way till we exited the store. What we were looking for wasn’t on isle 5 it was on another isle. Ok.... so let us go over there and look. Finally found them no thanks to David. Won’t be going back to that store . Thanks David
Nice employees just wish Id see some females working here for once instead of all men. They were nice to us when our car broke down and let us leave it in the parking lot until we could get it back home. We arent from here but for most of the part the people are friendly.
I dont want to be TOO critical about this establishment because I do a lot of my shopping there. Mainly for things that I know about because every time Ive come in there with a question about something that I need help with, the employees there have ZERO clue. Its like they just hire people off the street that dont know anything about vehicles. My only suggestion is that yall start hiring people that literally know things about cars. Maybe give them a test before hiring because these nice but clueless gentleman unfortunately are never any help. Polite, just clueless.
Typically I find the people here to be very friendly and helpful. Last time I was in, the manager on duty was less than useless. One person was working the register. I was in line for probably 10 minutes. The woman in front of me had all kinds of questions and issues.The person working the register was expected to answer the phone too. He answered and asked the person to hold. The manager yells from the office that hed hung up on the caller. The manager comes out to do something, sees people waiting in line, doesnt offer to help, doesnt acknowledge that customers are even there, and then goes back to his office.Maybe this was a bad day but your leadership should be better than this. Customers first.
O’Reilly is cool never had any problems the staff know what’s up dude named mike help me out and i was pretty surprised how smart he was when it comes to anything “ automotive “ I swear you can ask him anything he will give you a answer then then go find the part you need it’s like you got a live google automotive search at your fingertips yo mike keep up the good work homie you deserve a pay raise sir 👍🏼🤣but it always feels like I’m overpaying at O’Reillys don’t no why cause your not they will price match anything but IDK it just does....that’s why I go to AutoZone
The people seem nice but the company is far from 5 stars. I was doing weekend work on my project car and needed rear rotors and breaks. None of the auto parts stores in my area carried the rotor which is frustrating. The associate said they could get the rotor in Saturday afternoon on their incoming truck giving me hope that I would be able to finish my weekend project on the weekend. I went to the store at the designated time to pick up the rotors and was told they were left off the truck. This is more frustrating because I was told the parts would be in and they were not. I voiced my frustration and the associate said “I guess we will tell the company to start stocking your car’s parts” not in the tone of sincerity. That would actually be a smart idea as you cannot restore a car without parts. I will pick up the rotors and brake pads but probably not anything else as they find it a challenge to stock older car parts. It would be beneficial to O’Rilley to actuall stock more parts in a town vs overstocking more parts in all of their locations. There are 5 stores that I could easily drive to and non of them had the rear rotors for a Chevrolet car?????? This is not the first time O’Rilley’s has not had the car part I was looking for. Not a great record when your are an auto parts retailer.
The two fellows working the late shift Sunday night, 2/17/19 really were great for us! Wife & I spent the weekend at the Expo Center, but had dead battery when we tried to start home. Another couple tried to jump start but just clicks. Call to AAA brought a 121 Towing truck who got us started. Wife phone searching had found OReillys near by & I had spoken with Paul. Once started, I drove direct to store. Paul ran checks on alternator, starter, & battery & replaced battery. Cold & windy outside, but he got it done!We were able to make the hour+ trip home & sleep in our bed thanks to multiple good people! Central Texas is a great place!
I used to work for O’Reillys. And let me just put out there that having an override for parts as an RSS I would NEVER NEVER NEVER leave the store with others that didn’t have that option. A manager should be on site at all times considering anything could happen. BECCA at this store LEFT TO GO TO A VAPE SHOP AND WE COULD NOT GET OUR PARTS. We are putting an engine back together. It’s 30 degrees outside and we got here at a reasonable time. 3:00pm therefore we had daylight. WORST EXPERIENCE WALKING IN TO THAT STORE. And it’s not the first time we have had trouble with BECCA. She likes to argue. 0/10 would not recommend. IF SHE’S THERE JUST WALK OUT AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! Won’t put up with her anymore.
I always choose OReilly over competitors because the staff is typically very knowledgeable and helpful. The crew here was friendly enough, but they werent well equipped to answer questions about products and one spent a lot of time talking to a friend who came to visit.

2022-06-10I can not write or say it enough... Employees make or break the business. Received friendly customer service while purchasing a set of seat covers. Normally, seat covers would not be all that worthy of mentioning, but the simple transaction for the seat covers made a distinct impression. I was treated with professionalism and excellent customer care.

2021-12-18Was on my way from Austin to Dallas when a part of my undercarriage popped off. Zack tried his best in the freezing cold but couldn’t remove it since it was nailed further under the car than what he could reach. He found a way to get it to stay up for me to get back home and then instructed me on future actions to take. I am greatly appreciative of this man and place, he did not have to do all the work he did, he could’ve told me there’s nothing he can do but he really helped me out and is honestly the best! Great customer service!

2021-08-26The store manager Charles did an excellent job! I was under stress because I had a truck battery going bad and crunched with making it to work. I had bad experience with parts store next door and went here. Charles immediately responsive, was friendly, and helped me with my new battery. I dont usually write reviews but want to give credit to Charles hard work ethic and helpfulness and greatly appreciate his help today!!!!!

2021-09-22Mixed feelings about this place. Had the a/c compressor that I needed but no one had any knowledge if disk sealing washers would seal with my manifold because the sealing surface was different. Called several other stores and no one could verify. Also, would not warranty part since I didnt purchase all of the other components from them. AutoZone had part, warrantied it and verified that the disk sealing washers included would seal.

2022-06-21Great employees nope he done pist me of over my truck having a computer. He told nope he couldnt do it. Auto zone did & gave me a print out. I spent around 2,500 in the past year. Now Auto zone gets my business.

2021-02-27Ramon took great care of me. He recommended a few different batteries and switched out my dead battery for me while it was storming outside. Great service 10/10 would recommend people coming to this store in particular.
