Amil was awesome! Very professional and he helped me with my battery situation. He explained it very thoroughly and in layman’s terms. He also suggested some inexpensive auto shops around here that will further assist me on any car problems (God forbid) that I might have in the future.
I ended up leaving unsure whether they had my cabin air filter or not. They sent me to the filter shelf three times after they had guessed which filters I would need. The part number I looked up wasnt on the shelf.I was the only person there. They had three useless people working. Useless in the sense that they were terrible at their jobs. Customer service counts.
Usually good service. My last visit to return a car battery was a bit frustrating as the only one of four employees who, I was told, is qualified to help, was on the phone for more than ten minutes. (I guess he was the only one who could help the caller, as well!) I was one of two patrons in the entire store at that time.
Danny was super helpful. My rear drivers side turn signal bulb went out, and I had a leftover new bulb from the packaged pair I purchased a few years ago while living in another state. When I got the passengers side bulb replaced elsewhere, it turned into a 20-minute ordeal. With Danny and this most recent bulb outage, he popped off the lining and replaced -- he was done in less than 2 minutes! I was very happy to be back on the road that quickly. My new job has me working right down the street from this location, so will be back for future vehicle assistance.
I believe it was Clay if I remember right that helped me out today. He checked and replaced my battery in only 15 minutes. In the meantime other people were calling and other customers were asking things but he stayed professional and handled it all with ease. Great customer service.
Friendly staff. Wide selection of products. Clean and well lit store. If you end up working on your car in the parking lot then you can wash up with the liquid pumice soap in the bathroom. They even kept their normal hours of operation on Easter, thank you for being open on a holiday! Looks like a safe neighborhood. (Please give me a thumbs up if you found this review helpful.)
I dont write a lot of reviews, but this location has an incredible level of customer service. They even let me wash up with the pumice soap in their bathroom after a couple hours of working on my car in front.. Ishmael (the manager) and Clay were both very helpful and went above and beyond to help me out. Clay even gave me a hand with putting my serpentine belt back on, printed a diagram of the correct configuration and checked to make sure all my harness leads looked right before I started my car up. Prices are very similar to Autozone, but if you need anything and it is a little bit more here, you should get it here. The customer service alone is worth it. Store itself is clean and tidy and I would recommend this location to anyone looking to be treated kindly and fairly.
I had a potentially expensive Mercedes repair on my hands... I saw that a little hose was busted and let my hydraulic fluid leak out... everyone at the store was super helpful, helped me diagnose & fix the issue while offering guidance... Cameron, Jeremy, Art, and another young lady were awesome! If you need some parts or help and youre in the area definitely stop by the store : )
My husbands car needed a new battery. Logan was there to not only test the battery but he installed it as well. I have an 8 year old and an 11 month old time is well lets say limited. Logan was kind friendly understanding and made this an awesome experience. I did not have to wait long at all. He was knowledgeable and fast.
They had the parts needed and loaned me tools to replace my battery, but the 5-6 guys working the afternoon shift on a hot summer day was NOT willing to lend a hand. AutoZone will continue to be my go to parts store as they are always willing to help or do the work. I was in a pinch and this was the closest battery to me at the time.
Go to Autozone instead , they are perfect example of not running the business.Rude Assistant Manager , lady was so arrogant, kept arguing even though the employee accepted the mistake.I asked to ‘check’ the battery then they replaced the battery when I checked my car it still didn’t work. So I didn’t wanted the battery. They kept arguing that if battery is installed they can not take it back. I kept asking whether i was informed about this policy , lady the assistant manager was so rude telling me that they don’t have to tell me exact policy to every customer.NEVER GOING AND ADVISING ANY OF MY FRIENDS TO GO TO OREILY.. Utterly Irritated and angry on the rude behavior.
Staffs kinda rude. When you ask for help they act like youre bothering them. Its hilarious. And kind of makes me mad at same time. I wish I can go to work and just not talk to people... but wait Im in the service industry also. I knew that when I took the job I wonder if these guys agree to the same thing
They dont honor car battery warranty. Battery charged and died out twice in one day. They blamed alternator and other parts which were a false claim. Did not exchange the battery, had a buy a new one, what a waste of $140 that should have been covered under warranty. The Filipino guy at the desk is useless!
This was the third time I had been in this store and it will be the last.Store was not busy at all, only two other people in the store. I was not acknowledged by any one working there as I walked in. I found my own parts (bulbs) and proceeded to the cash register. I waited more than 5 minutes standing less than 3 feet away from an employee who never even made eye contact or said anything (Ill be right with you would have been nice!) The young man he was waiting on noticed me and said go ahead and get him The employee said, Nah,,,He can wait!Finally another employee walked in and asked if I had been helped. I repliled no Sir, you are the first person that has even acknowledged me! He did not comment.As he rang up my purchase, he asked me if I wanted to join their parts club of some sort, and I told him No thank you, This will be my last time in this store! Once again, no reply.I paid almost $6 for two interior dash light bulbs. When I got home, I noticed Amazon had a 10 pack of LED equivalent for $8.If this would have been my only negative experience with this store, I would have written it off. This was my third time there, and every time has been similar to this trip.Any one needing auto parts that wishes to have a positive experience should avoid this place and go to the NAPA super store that is nearby. Everytime I go there, I am always greeted and helped promptly!Owners of this store should really train the employees in customer service!
The Robert punk that installed my battery grabbed the wrong one. Then was argumentative when he could not get the tie down back on. I drive 5 blocks home and the tie down is gone. But he argued that it was like that. Funny how I drove the truck for 3 years and after thos moron touches in the tie down is gone in five minutes. Avoid this batch of dimwitted 12 year olds.
I have been a loyal Orielly customer for many years until recently when there was a new manager. His name escapes my mind but what a Jerk he was. Luckily he has been replaced by the new manager Ismail. Ismail is a true car guy. He is not only there to help but also talk anything technical you need. Because of people like Ismail, I will keep coming to this place. He is quality all the way. I hope he gets promoted soon.

2022-05-03Its hard to find this level of customer service these days! Ishmael and Bipin were very professional and friendly. The service was prompt. Zero wait! They educated me about my choices and even changed out my car battery for me! My key fob battery needed to be replaced and they even took care of that on my behalf. I had an excellent experience!

2022-05-20I went in today to get help with a break light after a bad experience at kwik car and was helped Immediately with great customer service I really appreciate the help great customer service and very knowledgeable staff I didn’t get the name of the person who helped me but it was a white guy with mid length brown hair would recommend to anyone

2021-12-10Brought a part in to get a replacement, the gentleman explained that to get a similar quality part Id have to pay a little bit more and I agreed to do so. He returned with the part and I left. Once I got home to install the part it was immediately obvious that it was not the same quality nor as durably built. I didnt overpay for the part but I would have preferred to pay more for comparable quality to the part I was replacing.
