WORST customer service ever!! When I walked in no one said hi or acknowledged the fact that I was in the store but as soon as a man walked in they quickly greeted him. It was my turn to be helped and the lady helping me named Elena was very rude i asked for the part I needed she went to get it came back and I told her thats not the right one. She got mad and started helping the man behind me i told her I had other stuff I wanted to pay for she goes okay then continues to help him. How can you help someone else when youre still helping a customer. Will not be returning.
Large selection of parts and accessories with a predominantly great team of employees like Priscilla, Felipe, Claudia, and Utzel. They very nice, friendly employees, try to avoid Abril?
Ive been there a few times, and every time Ive received great customer service. When I needed a battery, they were quick to offer to charge my battery. When I needed a light bulb for my headlights, they came out with me to verify what type of lights I would need. And when I needed an alternator, they helped me look for the right one.
There are a great selection of replacement parts for most common vehicles. I cannot say enough good things about the staff in this Oreilly location in particular. Also, the friendly people at this particular Oreilys location, always look forward to find you the best price for your replacement part.
Way less crowded than other auto places. Staff seems to be knowledgeable, however they dont go out of their way to share it and at times you might have better luck searching online for answers. Would be nice if they took the time to ask the right questions to better serve you. Overstaffed and somehow everyone is seems to be too busy to help.
The employees know their Jobs. When I needed parts for my wheels didnt have to Wait long, Never had to Return parts always given the Correct parts.Very good prices also. Keep up the Good Work!

It was a good experience. I had to go to this location because it was the only location that had the parts that I needed. This is the main distribution store for El Paso. The service was fast and good. No complaints

Customer service is horrible I ordered a few parts and paid for them and they keep saying they forgot my parts. I think they ripped me off for my cash so beware of that issue. When I asked about my parts they gave me attitude

I went to check my battery and they said it was bad so need to buy one so i did but the problem wasnt that is was the alternator and they didnt check it alternator 🤬 now i have to buy a alternator its sucks 250 dllrs plus need a cv joint thats a another 70 or 80 bucks the good think is i am a mechanic labor is free for me dont recommend older ladys in this oreilly store date 4 19 2019
Completely inept. My car broke down in Alpine and they were there closest OReillys that had the part. I paid to have someone drive out to pick up the part after having called ahead to have it set aside. Despite confirming multiple times, they sent me the wrong part. 38094 instead of 36094. Turns out I cant use it. Now they say they cant get it to me for another 6 days. Incompetent, unwillingly to admit their mistake, and incapable of fixing it. Good chain, bad location.

They helped me find a product to remove bird droppings. I have a PIGEON condo in my palm tree.... youd think they weighed 15 pounds the size of their droppings!!! I just call it pigeon poo, and I was so VERY happy they knew of and carry a product to remove it!!! GOO GONE Automotive, a spray on gel. It WORKS too!! When I purchased windshield wiper blades they installed them...windshield washer fluid, they poured it in. I also signed up for their reward card which gives me a discount on purchases. Ill be heading over for a steering wheel cover this week.

2022-04-29Went to this location a little earlier today just for some oil change supplies, Etzel quickly greeted us and helped us out. We later had to go back and replace a screw and he surprisingly remembered our vehicle. Definitely made us feel welcome at this location and not as a bother.

2022-03-15They say they close at 10:00PM; I arrived 6 minutes before 10, and the door was locked. And the 2 guys inside just waved their hands saying NO, and they were playing throwing things to each other, and after they refused to open, they just ignored me. Thats very disappointing, because those 2 employees represent OReillys at time, and that makes me think about going to other store, because this one for me is the worst, thanks to those kids that prefer to close the store early, just to play like little children.

2022-03-07I always go to OReilly for all my auto needs. I went for the first time to one at little flower to return an item. The reps there didnt know there heads from there butts on how to do that. So I went to the one on edgemere by el dorado the rep which is the one who sold me the part took about 5 min. In refunding me. Maybe the little flower store should go to edgemere and get take classes. Either way OReilly has been the store I go to. Shout out to those reps that take care of the customers.👍
