I called to see availability for a one bedroom they said they did not have any , kept asking finally they somehow had a 2 bedroom coming up.I called later in the day In my white person accent and magically they have all of these apartments available.The front desk and management is obviously racist. Call and judge for your self .Ill be reaching out to the fair housing authorization and request an investigation
*WARNING* If you’re a person of color, beware! There’s a manager by the name of Vicki who is a racist! Upon meeting her, she will try to mask it (like most racist do), but she can’t hide it for long. Long story short, I applied for an apt at Pallidium Anna, and Vicki (sad case of a manager) did everything in her power to keep me from getting the apartment. However, after all of her racist hard work, my application was approved, but all of a sudden, the apartments magically became full. There was nothing available. So after leaving the Pallidium, I decided to call, and a lady name Rebecca answered the phone and sure enough there were apartments available.smh Vicki is a very disgusting person, she is very rude and try to hide her rudeness by being sarcastic. She’s not as smart as she thinks she is. People like her have very low self esteem and are very miserable in life, so they try to make themselves feel good by TRYING to make you feel bad. If she had put the same energy in her health, maybe she wouldn’t be so ugly on the inside and out. I’ve filed a discrimination claim against Pallidium Anna. I’m sure this is not Vicki first rodeo. People like her leave a trail...I’m not the first and I won’t be the last. She will be the downfall of Pallidium Anna...she is definitely a liability for the company. There will be others who will have the same experience as I did, and sooner or later the lawsuits will follow. Keep up the horrible work Vicki, you won’t have that position for long.

Terrible terrible apartaments. They are very condescending! They asked me multiple times if I had any friends of color that would be visiting me! That was highly unprofessional and when I asked for a manager they just got somebody else to help me out. They will lie in your face. Theyll run your credit, & say that you approve and that everything is ready to go. Theyll have you come look at the apartaments and make you choose the perfect one. Only to say at the end that you dont approve and that these apartaments are out of range for a minority class!!!! I was outraged!! But I held my composure.. I wish they would have just told me NO from the beggining instead of belittling me every chance they got. Very very unprofessional.
Ok these reviews are just sick and immature lies! I want to start by saying I live here so I know everything for a fact. I’ll say the people in the office are amazing and have done nothing but accommodate me and my neighbors since I moved in the month of June! People leave bad reviews because the place is VERY hard to qualify for and it takes time! No one is rude, condescending or RACIST. There are all colors here and all colors that work here so either your bitter or have not yet lived in a place that was RACIST or unprofessional. Oh and I’m handicapped and young so I see and hear everything I’m home all day and I’m nosy! Hands down the quietest, cleanest, most diverse and professional place I’ve ever lived. P.s we are all grown here so please don’t leave comments like have been left that are untrue and hurtful!
I saw the previous Reviews so I was a little concern at first, however Rebecca was the first person that greeted me when I walked in and was very nice. I loved the apartments and she was so helpful. Even though there were no apartments avail at the time I would not hesitate to live here.
I live here with wonderful staff an many friendly other residents.
I was just there to visit famly. Problem is you have to park in front of the office area ( always full when I went) if you dont have a permit from the complex. Problem with that is having a handicap placard and having to walk a long way to the unit I needed to get to.
Apartments are beautiful, but I wouldnt recommend anyone living here till management is gone and so is the disrespectful curtosy officer who thinks he has the right to over step his boundaries. Banging on my door around 7:30 pm every night, when Im trying to get my kids to bed because their walking. Or dropping a toy of the balcony from time to time. Sticking his foot in my door and get so close to my face to scream at me. Threatening me that hes gonna get me and my 3 children kicked out because of them playing or walking and dropping a toys. Neighbors upstairs are incredibly loud. I dont complain on them, because I understand. But its a chain reaction. My children have trouble laying down with the noise. So does the lady underneath me. I chose a first floor so we wouldnt be a bother. They have none available but I see so many. Its incredibly rediculous. Look for another apartment. Theres others apartment for low income housing.

2022-06-26I moved in February 2022. Krystal (property manager)went out of her way to help me and my boys into our apartment. My a/c went out on a Saturday afternoon. I was afraid my boys and I would be w/out a/c until Monday. I was very pleased Krystal was able to get Chris (property maintenance guy) out to my apartment in an hr to fix our a/c. I was nervous being a single mom in apartments but I have felt very safe here.

2021-12-07Its nice and clean, office staff are amazing. Takes a while to get things fixed. Some nosey neighbors. One neighbor downstairs threw my sons bike cause the back wheel was sticking out in the walk way. Our scooters went missing. Walls, floor, and ceilings are thin so you can hear everything which doesnt bother me but bothers others. Kids play all around which is nice and its safe for them. Train is loud at night but I actually like hearing it. Over all its a great little place. The office staff are always doing events for the residents which is nice.

2022-06-09Don’t do it. The entire year and a half we lived there we had notes on our door at least once sometimes 2-3 times a week for some reason they had to come in our apartment obviously during work hours, which I don’t like anyone in my home when I’m not there, parking is a disaster and they look for any reason to try to tow your car, in two months I got 3 different stickers threatening to tow my truck when I was parked in my assigned spot, two of the stickers were for “unauthorized parking” and at one point was told to park outside the gate and we lived at the back of the complex. Eventually we outgrew the apartment since we had a baby and the third floor wasn’t working so we went on a month to month lease until we found a house, moved out half way through the month and was told by management that we would get prorated the other half of the months rent if we turned our keys in. Turned them in on the 17th waited almost three months for the check before we called after emails were being ignored for a month and a half just to be told we didn’t give enough notice so they’re not sending it. When we talked to the property manager just a few days before turning the keys back in, we were told verbally that it was fine as long as they were in by the 20th we would get our check. Then on the phone said we won’t get it because we didn’t give enough notice. We gave a two week notice because we were told “as long as you give me some sort of notice it’s ok” there was nothing specified about 30 days. I’ve had packages that said “delivered to front office” went in later that day and was told ”just wait and see if it turns up” a week after Christmas maintenance went around and took almost all the bikes and scooters from the racks under the steps. Only “certain ones” were left. The place is super nice great park and pool but it’s ran very poorly, save yourself the headache

2020-12-01Pros and cons on this aptPROS: it is kid friendly kids play all around and it is safe for them to do so.the apt its self is so pretty everything works no bugs very clean. i have had 1 mouse in the time leaving here but we live around alot of land so i deal and pest control came and handled my problem fast.CONS: walls are like paper im one the 2nd floor my down stairs people have complained bec im just walking or my kids are playing at like 3pm my upstairs people have many kids and i can hear everything i dont complain but it is hard sometimes but i have gotten used to it lol , the front office NEVER answer the phone maybe one in a blue moon they will lol , One time my bf would stay with me for a few nights out of the week bec he is my bf duhh and they stated he lived there bec i used his card to pay my rent once i flipped i honestly havent seen vicky in a while but she was the one that made this whole deal and tried to write me a fine when not having any proof of anything. they change the parking randomly so u lose ur spot without notice that happened to me. well i think thats it lol but other then all that since the new management besides them not answering the phone it hasnt been horrible living in this apt.

2019-11-11I’ve lived here for 1+ years and have not experienced any issues with management that couldn’t be resolved with communication. The Manager, Ms. Vickie is a very caring individual once you get to know her. I have my disabilities and when I couldn’t walk to the office after I’d gotten out of hospital Nov 2019 she arranged for the maintenance man, Chris to come and pickup my rental payment. I really appreciated the act of kindness by both ....It’s really quiet here, the grounds are always well maintained, but my only complaint is I wish they’d actually power wash/scrub with cleaning solution all floors as ppl have spilled things; there is still post construction materials/debris stuck in crevices; cobwebs...I sweep my entryway, but some neighbors turn a blind eye and won’t enhance the appearance outside of their unit. I’ve even left my broom outside my door “hoping” my neighbors would use it - no luck...All-in-All this is a great community/complex to reside in even if the animal park is bigger than playground area for the children and that’s why I took off a star....Sorry, for the length of review :-) ... Elevators would have been an even better feature !!!

2019-07-18Palladium Anna is hands down the nicest and friendliest apartment complex in the area. I would recommend anyone in the area looking for this type of housing to contact them. They care about making sure the clubhouse amenities are clean for residents use and the grounds are well manicured. The manager and staff are friendly and ready to help. One added bonus is that it is in the same neighborhood as the elementary school.

2018-10-12The most beautiful condo living apartments newly built with all the specialized/customized high end home accessories (ie granite counter tops throughout, volted ceiling, high quality flooring, well designed 1,2,&3 bedroom floor plans, 1&2 spacious bathroom with garden size tub, walkin closet, kitchen island, stainless fridge, the list goes on) all at an EXCELLENT rental lease price range that can never be found anywhere else throughout the state of Texas. In addition, the friendly staff works their best to provide everyone with a Welcome Home experience thatll energize anyone to feel at peace while residing here. PALLADIUM ANNA

2019-07-30The complex is beautiful with great amenities for the whole family including pets, but above all the management is amazing! Timing was of the essence in our situation and Vicki worked quickly after calling me about an opening and got us in an apartment by the same afternoon.Very thankful and happy! 5 star all the way for Palladium Anna.

2019-01-25I would like to congratulate Palladium Anna for their management and maintenance team!To say Omnium Management is lucky to have this team would be an understatement. Vickie, Rebecca, Judson, and Chris are on point!They are never too busy; and makes even the smallest request a priority. Not only do they take good care of their tenants, but the complex, as well. I’m so impressed with how clean the lobby, clubhouse and grounds are kept.They respect all of their tenants the same, and encourage us to feel like a community. And because of the wonderful people Palladium chooses to rent to, I can say many of the other tenants are friends. And my dog, Gidget, has made some friends along the way, as well.Because of all the hard work, effort and love they put into their job they are truly one of a kind. I can honestly say this is the best place I’ve ever lived, and I’m looking forward to many years to come.So thank you very much Vickie, Rebecca, Chris and Judson!!
