Ok it is slightly pricey, but I find it well worth it. Great vacuuming and detailing stations with enough slots that Ive never waited to get in. I generally do the drive through washing machine, but there are lots of power wash stalls that have easy to use CC pay stations and all the brushes and spray wands one would expect. Palms is my fist choice on car wash day.
I have used this car wash since they opened (many years ago), since the o.g. Manager used to say, “we’ll beat up the Genie and take their lunch money.”Best self-service bays in the city, best vacuum/air gun bays in the biz.Best employees, and they are always in a good mood. They are happy for whatever you can tip, even if it ain’t cash.Always.
This Palms Car Wash location is not the place to go to get your vehicle washed, unless your car is already clean, if you have a dirty vehicle it comes out still dirty, due to the lack of spraying and scrubbing of the vehicle. Their vacuums are not very powerful as well, barely sucks anything up!In regards to customer service, the employees will treat you as if you came to wash your car for free when you bring up a concern. They are very rude an unprofessional (especially the two ladies managing the place).I probably could have gotten a better wash at a gas station.
I detail my car myself as most there do, and I have been doing that for years. They havent changed the cloths that we use to wipe our cars with in most of those years. They ask you to only use two cloths which is fine, but the cloths they give you are old and raggedy. The cloths are wet when they put them out for us to use. Meanwhile the detaining section that they have use better quality and are dry. They should treat us with some respect and at the very least get us two cloths that actually work. By gettimg us some new clothes.
I think it is great that they offer plenty of free vacuums stations, as well as cleaning products and towels/rags of you want to do as quick clean yourself. The full service wash/detail is above average and affordable. Getting in and out of the self serve spaces can bea little tricky during peak hours, but Definitely worth it
I am done with this place. Went a couple of months ago and was treated very rudely by employees as they approached me. Car wash then was so-so. Went today for an Ultimate. Got home and saw where the lower side panels and wheel wells were still filthy as if the lower part of the car had not been washed. My car is garaged and the only thing on it was from driving on recent wet roads causing (very light) dirt. I probably could have gotten a better wash at a gas station.
I come to this car wash regularly and have never had a problem. My car is clean and the free vacuums are very helpful. Today, however, after I paid and was waiting for the bar to raise, the rudest woman knocked on my window and told me there was an issue with the boat rack I have on top of my car. I told her it’s always been fine, I haven’t had trouble before. I asked her a clarifying question, which she clearly didn’t understand. She then told me she’s never seen me before, worked here 4 years and that I didn’t know what I was talking about. Probably going to find another car wash, I don’t appreciate being verbally assaulted by someone that I didn’t need to have contact with in the first place.
My 2006 car has never been detailed before. While it wasnt in terrible condition due to no children or pets, it still is a vehicle that has been well traveled.Aside from an observation I made between a male associate swearing at a female associate and then trying to get me involved (to which I brought to managements attention) I am giving this place 4 stars that easily could be a 5 if it wasnt for that incident; the slot in my drivers side door not being cleaned out and one other crevice; and restocking of the surgar and creamer at the coffee station, this place is THE BEST PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR DETAILED in Austin. Look no further. Palms Car Wash will rock your cars socks off and have it looking like a brand new vehicle in a few hours.
I think the machines and system to getting my car washed are perfect. I hate getting my car toweled dry and feeling guilt about not having cash to tip. To make things worse they block the exit so you are forced to go out through them no matter what. Its 100F and makes no sense at all for this forceful final step.
Detailed the vett for the upcoming show... Liz and the crew were awesome.. took a little extra time but totally worth it...I tipped over 20% for the above and beyond service. Definitely going back there again.
They always do a fantastic job with the interior detail. 5/5 for sure. Our car smelled amazing and came out looking brand new. Great job overall.
If you’re in the Austin area looking for car detailing services, I would HIGHlY suggest not going to the palms car wash on Brodie lane. I arrived with my phone charger connected to the USB port in my car and came back with it gone. I can’t even get my car detailed without having my items stolen from my car BY THE EMPLOYEES!!! My car is CLEAN, so there aren’t many places to look to find it in here. I’ve searched my center console, glove compartment, my trunk, doors, and underneath my seats. NOTHING! The manager bought me a new one, and rightfully so, but smh humans are ridiculous! I really used to like this location for my car wash and detailing services, but today will definitely be my last!
I had a bad experience on Sunday 4/3/22 around 5pm. I was first approached by a Hispanic female worker harrassing me about using the vacuum. She told me her supervisoradvised her to, keep an eye on me. Shortly after the white lady with the glasses complained about me spraying degreaser on my rims to loosen the brake grime . As hard as I work to earn my stay in this city, all I wanted to do was wash my truck after a long working weekend. I will never use this car wash again. I felt disrespected and targeted.
Michael and others did an amazing job on my car (even stayed after hours to make sure it was perfect). Highly recommend the showroom special detail package. Only time the car has ever looked better was when the car was bought brand new! Even though I live in north Austin, it is well worth the drive for the fantastic service and attention to detail at this place and will be using them for all my detailing needs in the future. The detail package even includes headlight restoration and engine bay detailing, I just couldn’t stop myself from taking pictures!
Best carwash in south ATX. Ive been coming here for awhile, but I just want to give a shout out to Liz. I recently drove through Lovebug season in Mississippi....iykyk. I had already accepted my fate that my car wouldnt be 100% clean. But Liz decided otherwise. She made sure my car was 100% clean. She took me into a bay and sprayed my car for those pesky bugs. I appreciate that. If I would have had more cash, I would have given it all to her. I appreciate a hard worker that looks out for customers .thank you for making me feel appreciated!!
Great value for detailing. Ive never had my car detailed so I chose to get shampooed seats and a detailed vacuum. After completion of my detail, I immediately noticed crumbs/dirt still in some parts of my car and the gentleman kindly cleaned up what I pointed out. When I arrived home, I did a more thorough check and honestly it just looked like a halfway job. I thought I couldve done a better vacuum myself. There was dirt/crumbs under my carpets (as if they didnt lift them to vacuum) and wet crumbs in my seats which made me think he didnt vacuum my seats before shampoo.After calling Palms and leaving a voicemail explaining my concerns, Liz the manager on duty called back within 2 minutes and offered to re-do my detail the next day. Thanks Liz!! The detail the second time around was awesome! They had several people working on it when I arrived to pick it up and they even ran it through the car wash again. I will definitely be coming back and Ive already referred my boyfriend to go by!*Still deducting one star for it needing to be re-done

Wow!Oh man.Wow!This place is thorough to say the least. The staff are helpful and polite.There are lots of options for whichever level of car wash you need. From doing it yourself, to leaving it entirely in the hands of the pros.Men’s and Women’s restrooms are in the lobby.
I have yet to find a 5 star car wash, but Palms was pretty good value for the price.
Best automatic car wash with bonus human pre-wash and hand drying, monthly subscriptions are cost effective deals!!
I just purchased a new car about a month ago and decided to go through the drive through car wash. When I went to vacuum my car I noticed at least five different scratches that all resemble markings from the brushes. I would not recommend going through the car wash if youd like to keep your car free of scratches
Seems like this place only cares about how many cars get through and not the quality of the wash. I had to go back and wash my car myself because over half the dirt was still on the car. On the lamp indentation, handles, trim and edges of windowss and rear bumper wasnt even cleaned they just ran over it quickly with a brush and not payed attention to the dirt
Maria, in detailing was awesome! She approached my vehicle as soon as I drove up, I told her I wanted a wash with detail and she explained exactly what that entailed along with pricing. She and another gentleman detailed my vehicle and I was extremely satisfied!! I will be stopping by weekly, thank you!!
Had a detail today. A very nice lady named Maria performed the service. It was excellent and worth the money. My car smells new. Make sure you tip in cash! These folks work hard.
⚠️ My car was damaged and the manager is now ignoring us.On 9/9/21 we were guided into the car wash by an employee, mid way through there was a noise from the driver side of the car but we figured everything was ok as the employees drying our car did not say anything to us.We arrived home to see our side panel barely hanging on. There were pieces missing and a scratch.I sent an email that evening asking how they are going to make this right.The manager, Roland, seemed like he wanted to make things right. My husband came down to speak with him and he said he would send us to a collision place to get fixed, he would buff the scratch out, then run the car through to find out what happened.I visited the collision place he recommended and Richard took down our vin # and said he would order the part. When contacted, Richard gave an excuse every time. We even helped him with information to find the part, then my last call was a complete avoidance to take care of this after over 2 months!I texted Roland that i was done dealing with this collision place and it’s been crickets since. I’m not wasting any more time trying to let them make this right.
Good car wash place which offers free vacuum. Even their basic car wash does a decent job if the car is not very dirty. I am not a fan of the towel dry though as they often leave stain marks on windows and windshield. Maybe they need to change towels more frequently.

What the heck??! Just went through the supposedly “24/7” car wash and it stopped midway through! The tracks stopped rolling and the water stopped spraying... had to drive out and pay for a self service rinse!! Fix your wash or fix your sign, it doesn’t matter to me- I just wanted a clean car!
Too costly for just a exterior car wash and they dont even clean that efficiently...I thing self wash would be a better option

The only reason why I keep coming back here is because they hand dry your car after the wash, so you wont have spotty, uneven water mark on your car

This was my first time going here. I loved almost everything about Palms - except their limited (and I mean VERY limited) lot.If youre coming in from Brodie, the left lane if for the vacuums and the right lane is for the car wash. If youre coming in from Wm Cannon (which i didnt even know was a possibility until I was in line and saw the other line). Crazy, confusing. Loved the service! Great car wash! Vacuums are self-serving and free. They also have bays where you can wash your own vehicle.Be patient if the weather is nice because you will be in line for quite sometime. Worth the wait though. It was a really good car wash.I just did not like all the lines/lanes going in this direction and that direction. I would go here again, but itll be very early in the morning when they open. So check your lane when you pull in and on a busy day prepare to be there for an hour(+/-). The staff was really helpful, but they were moving (fast) - as car wash attendants do!!

A little disappointed in the service this time around. I’ve been here a few times and my car has looked incredible. But today it was like there was a haphazard attempt to detail both inside and outside: There was crumbs and hair in seat crevices that I cleaned after; Had it waxed but still swirl marks remained - I finished buffing myself; I sprayed and cleaned some of the seats as well.Poor attempt to detail. Hopefully next time is better!
Great place to clean ones car for ten bucks- first time vacuuming my vehicle and she looks so beautiful! Sign says it is free vacuuming but when I pulled in- we were told to buy an outer wash-(only 8$) but the sign seemed misleading as hell
The automatic car wash broke off the plastic antenna cover from the roof of my small sedan. The car wash isnt responsible for repair cost. (Apparently its said somewhere in small print that nobody reads, but car washes know to write because they know they damage cars.) Now I have a roof leak and expensive repair to do. Dont be lazy, wash your car yourself!
This car wash store is well run. Staff members are professional and thorough. The free vacuums on site are a true value add. Prices very competitive - you definitely get a bang for your buck. Would thoroughly recommend.
One of the best car wash service in South Austin ,located at Brodie lane.It has both automated & manual car washing facilities along with special paid packages where the car cleaning is handled by the staff themselves while you relax in the waiting room.Paid service includes carpet cleaning, car polishing after wash,Car coating,etc.The staff were very friendly.Incase of automated car wash,you can do the manual carpet cleaning after the wash in the dedicated bay area.Water spray and clean wipes are available for manual carpet/door cleaning.Clothes are recycled frequently and neat.
I got the 2 detailing packages for $79. It came with a car wash. Despite the myriad of signs it was confusing to navigate. There are signs that say they only do detailing until 6 pm; but I arrived at 6:15 pm and left with a fairly good clean by 7:25 pm (despite my 3 dogs). Everyone was friendly. Three other people waiting on cars also said they were confused on where to go and what to do.
This is by far the best car wash in town, I’ve tried all the main providers, and the detailing that they do at the shop particularly the south location which is the one I’ve used is outstanding. They will make your car look like it’s brand new. There’s a married couple who work together there and they are awesome five stars

Where else can you wash your ride with HOT, soapy water? Credit card option is a time saver and now you only have to swipe once and then hit a stopbutton when youre done. Free vacuums! Magical pressurized air tool that will blow all the grit and dirt from the crevices in your seats and the nether regions of your center console! Equipment is kept up and theres a cart with complimentary clean cloths and glass cleaner to use while you dry your car. This is my go to place!
So this was my first time here. It was a bit confusing where to go, maybe a number system would be nice. But after figuring out you start with the car wash it was easy from there. If you want to pay for detail then you have to get one of the attendence to check out other wise if you want to so that yourself you can. They have free vacuums to use after your wash and you can hand was your car if you want.
Great place for a car wash, but be warned if it is a nice day you will be waiting since tons of other people go here also. I have never had a issue and the line moves smoothly. Nothing bad to say, you get what you pay for.

I have been going here for years. Best in town. Wash is great and vacuums are wonderful They also provide window and rags which I havent found at other car washes. The customer service is always on par as well.Highly recommended.
The 1st time I went I was less than happy. They asked me to come back so they could make it right. I was getting my interior detailed. They did a phenomenal job of cleaning it and I could not have been happier! I will continue to use them for all my car cleaning services.
Great car wash for those of us that like to vacume out our own cars and save $12-15 compared to a full service car wash. Its $8 for the basic wash but, they dry your car as you exit the full blown exterior soft brush detailed wash. In addition, you can use their window cleaner and towels to touch up your car in the vacuum area...vacuums work great. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that on busy days, you might have to wait in line to vacuum like I did that took about 7-10 minutes of waiting time.

The drive-thru car wash is decent but the free vacuums are THE BEST!! I drive here from downtown. I had a full detail today as well and the 2 people (Im sorry I didnt get their names) that worked on it did SUCH AN AMAZING JOB!! Thank you!!
I love this place. They do a great job. I used to go to Genie (for decades), but theyve apparently given up - I wont ever go back. Found Palms and I couldnt be happier with my car washes. If there is a long line when you arrive, just know that it moves really quickly. They have the car wash process down to a science. Super efficient!
Good automatic car wash but dont expect same results as manual wash.It has different options from $8 basic to adding undercarriage wash, wheels, wax... They towel dry the last wet spots. Result is ok. The car came out 90% clean, but a few spots remaining at the bottom of doors, on hood, and the inside wheels. An extra 5 min hand clean myself took care of most of that.A nice tip is that you have free access to their detailing stations with a wash purchase. You can vacuum, air spay and towel clean the car interior yourself.They also offer professional detailing services but I have not tried it.
The value was great. Used the self wash. In the vacuum area, they have towels for customers to use (They ask limit of 2, which is fair) as well as glass cleaner. These are very handy and appreciated. I recommend this place for a quick wash and cleaning. Was able to do a complete cleaning of both mine and my wifes car (although not at the same time).
A little long but my honest review about this place.I went in there for the 1st time, bought 3 of the detailed packages i believe it was the (cleaning/conditioning of my seats, carpet wash, and deep cleaning of my inside of the car cup holders, vents etc.) Well i wasnt very impressed, the whole back of my SUV was not even vacuumed, nor under my seats. Not even considering i had paid to get my carpets cleaned/washed. I was very disappointed, so i decided to go back and talk to someone about getting the job finished (finish cleaning the back part of my car and under my seats).The manager on duty was awesome about the inconvenience, looked at my car and right away told me they would redo my whole car again. I wasnt expecting that; it made me feel good about their customer service and making sure i was happy. They even restored my headlights. 2nd time around my car was looking like new!! I was very happy with their service and care for their customers.Will definitely recommend this place!!! So many options and you can customize what you really want/need.I think my guy the 1st time was not having a good day and therefore didnt put his 100 to cleaning my car. Im just happy the issue got solved.
These guys are the best, I literally drive from north Austin to use this carwash, always exceptional service by every employee, and they have the best complimentary post wash vacuum setup with free towels and window cleaners...etc, they need a North Austin location
I went to Palms Car Wash for my first time getting a car detailed. At first, I was ready to leave a 1-star review. A mishap caused my car to not get detailed, leading to 2 wasted ubers and a good amount of wasted time.The manager (Trey) spoke with me and offered to do the detailing the next day, a complimentary ride home and back, and a free wax. The next day they finished everything up in an hour, and my car has never looked this good! Honestly it looks even better than the day I bought it.I highly recommend this place for the variety of services offered, the value, and the excellent customer service in their willingness to correct mistakes. Ill be going back next time I need a car wash!
These guys do a great job washing and detailing your ride. Theres something for everyone - regular coin bays, 100 ft automatic wash with hand attendants, vacuums, and detail center with comfy lounge. Whatever you are comfortable paying you will be satisfied. Have never left here unhappy.
The best in Austin! I got my car washed and the inside seats shampooed and frequent them for their self carwash and amazing vacuums. Huge shout out to Nikki! She was such a sweetheart and an incredibly kind human all around. They made sure my new car was perfect and went above and beyond! I will definitely be back.
Great service and value. Took advantage of the double detail bundle for $89.99 (SUV). My car was a filthy hot mess after not being washed or cleaned in waaay too long.After the initial wash, they noted that there were still some spots missed and bugs in the grill so they redid it proactively! After the wash it was sent to detailing, where they spend over an hour (again it was filthy) working on the interior. This was not time waiting for someone to start, that was how long the person (sometimes 2 people) actually were working to restore my vehicle to some semblance of beauty.Miraculously, they got it looking almost as good as it did when I drove it off of the lot.Great job, Palms!
Self serve car wash is usually good.
Always prefer this car wash because the pressure is good to wash your car. Today they were under construction and there was handwashing detailing. The service workers did an excellent job cleaning my car. However, I started out trying to wash my own car and the spray hose was out of soap. I talked to a manager and she gave me a complimentary car wash as a result. The staff are great, but when you see something wrong say something. They were quite busy today, and I appreciated the manager fixing the issue.
My favorite quick car wash spot! They are inexpensive and offer free vacuuming with every car wash purchase. They have self wash and also the drive thru. They have a detailing center if you want to go that route as well! I took my car here after running over fresh paint on the ground and they were able to remove all of it in about 30 minutes! The staff is super friendly and the manager is always walking around and making sure the customers are happy. They are super busy on the weekends, so the vacuuming area gets backed up, but if you go early or during the week it’s quick!

This place is the best! The automatic wash has never scratched up my car like I’ve had happen at other places in the past, and there’s even guys at the end to towel dry your car off. Plenty of vacuums that are never clogged up. As a car wash aficionado of sorts, this is my favorite place in Austin, I make the trip from East Austin just to wash my car.
Great car wash with full service if you need it there is also a self service bay that you can use to vacume and clean up your car. The full service does a great job on the car always come out perfect.

Great self car wash. Would have given 5 instead of 4, heck its more of a 4.5 rating. $2.25 gives you like 3 minutes. Cant lose with the free vacuum. Im always weary of free vacuum because they dont pack a punch but these were quite good. I had a bunch of dried up mud in my car, and took everything up (I should really buy a new mat lmao).Only complaint is that the car wash timer does not make a sound when time is running low. Would be great to get a beep when under a minute.
Palms car wash is great - great price and good quality wash. The only complaint (and lack of 1 star) is about the ability to tip the hard-working staff. You have to get out of your car and go to the ATM machine (which will likely charge you fees!). Why cant you just add it to the transaction when you pay for the car wash? The employees work hard - especially in summer - you shouldnt make it difficult or unsafe (during COVID) to tip them if you dont carry cash!
Five stars because of the perfect location and they do such an amazing job. The waiting center is very convenient also. Sometimes I manually wash my car and this place is great because it has the larger bays for larger vehicles.The coolest thing is the vacuums are free and the air hose is cool to get the stuff out of the cracks. Swing in here and check it out!
Plenty of bays for washing and vacuums are free. Equipment works well. My son and I were quickly able to wash and rinse for $3.50. Impossible to complain.
It is a lie that the car washes are unlimited, it is one per day and I sold my car and changed the sticker to my other truck and my membership was canceled
I got the hand car wash since the tunnel was down for renovations and the basic detail. I would recommend this place if you need a convenient clean and dont expect it to be perfect though. The hand wash and dry was okay. Still had some bug guts on my front windshield. And the detail was pretty good except I noticed they didnt touch the middle console of my car or the trunk. Which is really disappointing. However I had a bunch of dirt in my back floorboard and they did a great job cleaning that.
Not too happy! Continue to pay for full wash to include tire shine, which is never applied. And left with bug stains roughest my vehicle. Wind up having to apply tire shine and scrub bug stains at home myself.
More than I expected for a pretty good price.. guys work hard make sure to tip.

Free vacuums and hand towel drying after you go through the car wash. Everyone is super nice. It’s usually pretty busy so be sure to do your major detailing at home and just use the vacuums to be respectful. You’ll be happy you found this gem. Great for rideshare drivers looking to keep their cars clean and fresh on a budget.

I love this place. The car wash is super and the crew that dries and applies tire shine are efficient and nice. The bays to vacuum are awesome. I love that they have an air gun to get dust/dirt out of crevices.
Very disappointing today. The vacuums (which is the reason I go there) went from barely working to completely not working. I went to the manager about it and he pretty much just shrugged his shoulders about it and said they didnt know why. I feel he should have at least offered a free wash next time. I was going to get my headlights cleaned this time but due to what happened today, I dont even know if I will go back.
Horrible Customer Service. It’s so unfortunate that I had gone to this place for last 6 years for a car wash. The last (not going there anymore) car wash I had was on 3/29, once I had put my car on neutral and entered the car wash arena, realized something was not going good as my car was going bumpy and within few seconds they’ve stopped the equipment. The guy comes asking me to drive the car as my car tires are not aligned well into their equipment track, he asked me to turn my tires left , right and finally got out of that arena. And since I heard something went around with my tires, as soon as I came I saw my car tire rims has scratches and dents. Del Sanchez the car wash manager spoke to me and said there are cameras everywhere inside the car wash arena, outside and the property manager will examine and get back the next the as he left the site that day. Del was kind enough to do a manual car wash and wash off the soap on top of the car. And he took the pictures of my car run. Next day I go to show my car to the GM Rollin, he was very arrogant am surprised he is the customer service business who doesn’t know how to treat the customers. He clearly knows that it’s their fault but he kept asking for the proofs and when we said check your cameras he was like we don’t have cameras inside, he was bullying me, whatever we say he was trying counter it not trying to really sort it out, we also asked him to check with the folks working their why the tires got misaligned we clearly followed your instructions it’s definitely your equipment failure but he counters saying like ‘we don’t know what you did inside the car and I was not driving’. I realized it’s tough to get a nod from a person who clearly knows it’s their mistake but trying to not accept it. I would not recommend anyone with expensive cars go to this place for car wash unless you don’t care about dents and scratches on your car. And when we are leaving the place he said ‘don’t forget you are in my property’, horrific customer service.
Not bad, not great. My truck was very dirty and it came out much cleaner. The H20 automatic car wash across town was $2 less and did a much better job.
0 rating if I could. I have been a weekly customer of this car wash for 5 years and I will NEVER go back! They have the worst Customer Service I have ever seen. I went through their drive thru car wash and pulled around to the vacuums. There I noticed some soap or something on the chrome of my car that would not come off. I went and got a manager and he tried to wipe some of it off but noticed it was not coming off and sent me through the car wash again. Afterwards the manager of course disappeared and a worker was trying everything to get this stain off my car. Then when it wouldn’t come off the manager came back and accused me if lying and that it was already there. That is when I got upset. I went to a car wash spent $13 on a wash that ruined my car! Thanks! I appreciate it! You’re right it is my fault for being a good customer! Don’t ever go there!
My go-to car wash. There are usually attendants there whenever I go (usually the weekends) that can swipe your card for you. The staff is probably the nicest staff Ive experienced - they always have a kind comment whenever I come through and somehow remember me every time I come! The wash does a good job of cleaning the car and the hand wipe down at the end makes sure that your mirrors/car is completely dried off. Added bonus are the free vacuums and towels/windex that you can access at the end. Never had any issues at this place
I really had a bad experience. This is my second time coming here and always bad experience. I went to detailed my car and waited for an hour and never started anything, till i talked to manager and ask for refund. It was a total waste of time and waited for nothing.Its a first come first serve as what they said . But they started some of the cars first before me. I tried to support the business but they don’t provide the job that the customer needs.
Very good DIY car wash. The vacum wasnt very powerful, but it was a very busy day, so maybe was because many people were using it at the same time. Is good that they are recycling the towels constantly. Compressed air is a very good helper while youre drying the car.
Ive coming here for several years. They are great. The automated wash does a great job and the detail center staff are meticulous about getting the inside clean. You can tell this place cares about customer service. Once they dry team didnt think the wash got everything and they sent me back through for free. Another time...the manager thought my detail center wait was too long and gave me a $25 gift card for next time. I was fine both times...They proactively offered just to make sure I had a good experience.
Idk what they use in the automated wash but it made my suv look nice & shiny. My tires even looked glazed without me even spraying them as I usually do after a wash. Plus they offer free vacuums which is a huge plus imo. Will be back next weekend for another good wash 🧽🌞
Didnt know if the car wash promised with tire shine and weather x and stuff like that is any different from the basic wash but I was happy with the ultimate wash I chose. Also liked the fact that there were free vacuums along with microfiber cloths to clean the interior.
The only place I like to go for all things car wash/detail! Staff members are friendly, detailed, and always do a great job. The self service detailing area is a huge bonus too! Highly recommend!
Love this place. The staff Works super hard. You buy a car wash you get to use the vacuum for free. My suggestion is try to go on a weekday. Weekends its packed.
In addition to the standard do-it-yourself car wash, they include free vacuums and use of towels for cleaning your car. I think this is a great service and definitely a differentiator. Ill be back.
This place went above and beyond. I cannot say enough about this company. I went for a wash, shampoo, and to have pet hair removed. There was some miscommunication/discrepancy in the service I purchased and what I received. The manager came out and spoke with me as soon as I expressed concern (there was a new employee who was still learning the ins and outs and had just made a minor mistake- nothing to do with the actual cleaning of the car) She (Crystal) immediately gave me a solution and let me know they would be fixing it. They even stayed after close and kept it overnight to ensure it was done properly. She even texted me updates so I knew what was going on the entire time. I went to go pick up my vehicle the very next day and the general manager also took time out of his day to personally see to it that the car was immaculate and acknowledge me. 100% would recommend. My car looks amazing. I drove 30 miles out of my way to stop here.
Overall, an average carwash. However, extremely weak vacuums.
The wash isnt bad. The detail isnt worth the money. I paid for the detail. Its been over a month and I still cant get my windows clean. I do not know what they used on my windows but they havent been right since. Im sure nothing was wrong before. I suspect its probably whatever they use to treat the leather. I just keep trying to wipe it off and it just pushes the smear into another corner. Im going to try some professional glass cleaner this week, fingers crossed.

I would give this place five stars if it wasnt for one female employee with an EXTREMELY horrible attitude. Most days you can hear her bad mouthing customers that shes not even dealing with directly while fitting in as many expletives as possible OUT LOUD! Wouldnt bring your kids here they will definitely hear it
I’ve gotta say, this place is where it’s at for quality cleaning and awesome customer service. Most places you go will do “just good enough” and you really don’t even know who worked on your car. Roland and Trey did an amazing job! Got a full detail on my Kia in a few hours with little to no wait from the drive through washing. Overall prices are fair, but seriously the quality of the cleaning is the best you will be able to find. Thanks and Gig’em!
The platinum wash has exciting colored lights, foams, suds, etc. Kids love it. Always nice during business hours - towel dry & friendly staff
Great place for wash and wax, I would highly recommend coming here. Super efficient and although this was my first time coming here it seems as if they take feedback to heart. William the dude in blue guided us through each process from wash to wax. Speaking of William, ultimate professional. After our walk through of the wax he double/triple/quadruple checked it noticing things I didnt even see. His service was so above expected and the wax so great that Im back here again with another car as I type. Thanks palms car wash
Great wash, and there is a crew of people at the end of the drive through wash drying your car! Highly recommended. Be aware that during the day there is always a considerable line to get in.
This place is fantastic. They spray your car ahead of time to remove the bugs (although I usually still have bug residue after going through) then you run through and they towel dry your car after (tip them). They have free vacuums for those who purchased a car wash and went through. Beside the vacuum they have stacks of clean towels and spray bottles with interior cleaner in them. That was the winner for me. I was going to go home and wipe down the interior but they made my life a lot easier. The only annoying thing is that there are two locations and I’m pretty much in the middle of the two. I do prefer this location’s amenities. Neither are super close, but if I’m in the neighborhood I’ll go through.
Been here a few times now with 2 cars, and it continues to satisfy my desire to keep my car clean on a budget without damaging it.The cost is great - $8 for a simple wash is more than enough, and a few guys use microfiber towels to finish drying off your car after you come out of the wash.Worth noting - there are free vacuums to use, and there are more than enough so its rarely full. In the same area, there are also handheld compressed air guns, as well as free microfiber cloths and a cleaning spray you can borrow for free to clean and/or dry the parts that the machine may miss.Its pretty fast and open until 8pm, so its easy to come here any day after work, whether you intend to just go through the wash or also use the free self-service area.
I will not be using this car wash/detail center again.Stopped to clean my lease before turning it in, the wash was okay but grossly overpriced for what it was... they did take the time to spray off all the bugs so that was a plus on their part.The detail center, however, was a joke. $40+ for an absolutely terrible job. Carpets were okay but streaks and still dirty smudges on the interior, the seats werent fully cleaned either. Residue from the towels and cleaners left in thick streaks on the things you didnt want it, no sign of attention on the things you did... and the detailers were walking around in and out of the building like they had nothing to do... my advice; do a better job... dont be in such a hurry to walk around swinging a towel doing nothing.Bottom line, I couldve done a better job myself in 15 minutes and saved at least $40. I will never use this car wash again.
I was told my truck could not go through the car wash because it would damage the chains or cause wear and tear to them. I dont understand this wear and tear piece. This is a car wash that hundreds of cars go through a day! Wear and tear is part of the deal when you own and operate machinery.I do have large tires, 33x12.5, but they do not have aggressive sidewall or tread. They fit in the guide rails of this wash and all others I have ever used. I have been through this wash probably 100 times with this truck and never had an issue or anyone tell me the machinery broke because of my truck. The employees who are always manning the front seem to know my truck well and recognize me. We have always had friendly exchanges and they often compliment the truck as it is an older Chevy.Very disappointed that I wont be able to use the express wash if this is their new policy going forward. Seems to me that if your tires fit in the guides you are good to go. I hope Palms can re-evaluate this new policy.
I love this place. I have been going sincd they opened. I have tried other p lace but keep coming back. Price is right anx they do a great job. You can use the do it yourself wash (self serve) or sit in your car and go through the wash. I recommend the sit in your car. I also recommend yoh spend the 18 dollars for the best was it is well worth it. After your was ic you are a do it yourself person they offer free vacuums. Oh and did I mention you can get your car detailed. I have been to other places but let me tell you. Not only do they do a great job every time but the price is just right. The detailing price beats the competition. Weather you need a quick wash, you wanna do it yourself or you need a wash and detail Palms car wash is your place. If I did not say it already the staff is so nice and friendly. Never had a bad experience with any staff. I usually get the inside of my car detailed / cleaned they even make sure you are satisfied and are willing to fix anything thaf isn of done right. Palms is the way to go.
My mom van was in a filthy embarrassing condition. I finally decided to give detailing a try. MARIA cleaned my van so amazingly that it looked brand new! It was like driving a new van off the sales lot. I highly recommend their services, ask for MARIA!!
Have been here a bunch and really the only reason I go is because of the vacuums, towels, and spray you get to use after the wash. Not a bad wash or anything, but youre able to get that service at many places. Tonight I went around 620p or so and by the time I got to the vacuums, the towels were put up (625-630p). I made due with a barely used one for the door jams while vacuuming. Finally, I saw an employee and asked, he said he was the Manager, Mike, and when I asked for a towel and told him this area was the reason I chose this place, he said this time of night they are essentially just trying to get out of here and nothing he could do. Annoying.
I had such an excellent experience at Palms Car Wash!!! My car needed some serious cleaning after my new puppy vomited down the side of the passenger seat. After going through the wash and detailing, both managers Liz and Will came by to see how things were looking and when it still smelled a little bad, they rolled up their sleeves and got in there for another good clean (Liz pictured here!!). I was so impressed at how hard they work to make their customers happy. The smell came out and I am so happy with the results! Thank you all for your hard work, I will definitely be coming back.

Decent carwash and detailing, but really good shampooing. The drive-thru wash did an ok job at cleaning the car, and they have a few folk outside after the wash to dry it off. It still left quite a bit of noticable dirt on the bottom of the vehicle, though. The detailing was good, but for the money we paid, I wouldve expected our car to be spotless. The front windshield was fairly oily and spotty on the inside, and the some of the rugs were still dirty. Their shampoo package is great, though. They did a really good job of removing stains and leaving the seats very clean.
I wish I had the names of the two gentlemen that serviced my car. The job was outstanding! I Had some really bad stains from food in the back seat and I really neglected the cleanliness of my car. I had my seats shampooed and the interior detailed.I waited patiently for about two hours or so and I was definitely not disappointed of the final results. I shared a video with my spouse and he could not believe it was my car,he was definitely impressed. Thanks so much To the employees at Palms! I will return again.

Let me start by saying that the only reason I go here is because they are the only car wash in the area. they constantly open 20 minutes to an hour late, while not letting anyone sitting in line know that they will be opening late. They will be happy to walk past you and smile after 30 minutes of waiting without saying anything. and be careful complaining to anyone up here because they will bad mouth you to the entire staff, which ruins return visits. I have spoken to the owner about these issues, and he says they will be taken care of, but everytime I go back I experience the same problems time and time again. keep in mind this is the first nice day after 4 days of rain and I cannot believe that they were not able to make sure that their car wash was ready to go at their posted opening time. Such a shame that this place is mismanaged and poorly staffed, I can only hope that the owner will realize that his current staff is hurting his business before it is too late.
I already considered this my favorite car wash in Austin but todays experience confirmed this. Midway through a self wash I realized my keys were locked in the vehicle. Of course time ran out but Roland (manager) was kind enough to not only let me finish washing for free but he had an employee help me retrieve my keys within minutes saving me an enormous headache. I didnt have a tip so I hope this stellar review suffices. Convenient, affordable wash with free vacuums. Go here!

This place is awesome. I took my car here to get the full detail package and they did an amazing job for the price. My car was not immaculate, show toom ready but it was prerry close. Most kther detailer charge $260 to 450 for the full detail package Palms Car Wash offers.Micheal detailed my car and did an amazong job. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. If my car needed anything additional, he asked management and made it happen. He saw flaws and had my front headlight rebuffed because he noticed the previous person who did a substandard job.After my car was complete, michael noticed messy gloss from that buffing and dirt by the wheels. He wanted to send my car through the wash again to ensure a superior job. After pulling up, one if his mangers yells at him hey! Next time you pay for this. This customer already went through so you pay for it next time. I felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave, but didnt want to leave after I paid for a full detail package. I thanked Michael 8n front of the head manager and assistant manger who yelled at him. Michael gets customer service.Im bringing my girlfriends SUV today to get a detail and myself a wash. I will request Micheal.Make sure to gie good reviews and credit when its due. It sounds like the detailer gets a lot of flak from his supervisor. Its good to leave good feedback so supereriors are aware and reminded that they have good workers satisfying customers needs.
Great place for what it is for the vacuums and washes but the service feels like it’s run by a mix of people some are unprofessionally my curt. But thanks to a nice lady there I will still end up servicing there since it’s convenient. Just expect the guys to be curt with and customer questions.

I have a 2 door 2017 jeep that is kept clean. I don’t think I’ll go there again the people were nice but the wash was not so good still had bugs on the grill and window. I also had them detail the inside. Windows were still dirty inside and out my bumper was still dirty they left a plastic bag and a dirty wash cloth in my jeep. But they did get a lot of the dog hair out of my seat. I think I may bring it back and talk with the manager.

Ive been a customer here for over 10 years, long before they expanded their services. Ive always had great experiences, and they do fantastic work. A few weeks ago the automatic car wash malfunctioned and damaged the wheels on my new vehicle. I showed the damage to the Manager, Roland, who promised to take care of the damage. I just received a check for the damage today, and Ill continue to be a loyal customer for many years to come. Great service is one thing, but a business who stands up to do the right thing when something goes wrong separates a great business from a good one. Great free vaccums available if you wash your car there. You can chose to do wash it yourself for less than $3 or go through the machines and the guys wipe it dry after. Tip them if you do! Don’t be a cheapo!
So, I always come here to wash and vacuum my own car & its great, convenient, and clean. Today, the GM approached me and gave me a complementary deluxe car wash to thank me for being a great customer! Wow! Speechless! My car has never looked better after a wash, Thank you!!
Overall I like the place because you can get different level of service from self-service to automatic carwash with hand towel drying. At the same time its not that intuitive, car wash stations and vacuum cleaners are not really together, I was cleaning my car in the evening and it took me a bit to find the vacuum cleaners. The price is low, but one payment in self-service station will never be enough. It took me 4 card swipes to get the car cleaned. So I couldve really used the automatic carwash instead and probably would get better result. Will be using it differently from now on.
IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR DAMAGED AND NOT PAID FOR visit this car wash. I have been going to this car wash for 7 years. They have enjoyed my money and my business for 7 years. I was in the car wash last month. I was riding in the car, hands off the wheel, and car was in neutral. All of a sudden I hear this crash and I am jolted. It happened really quickly and 3 times in succession. I freaked out as I noticed that my car was thrown into the back of the car in front of me. The car wash employees all looked shaken when I came out. They shut the wash down. Some were quieting the others so they did not say anything. The car wash manager came over. He immediately started blaming me that I drove my car into the back of the car in front of me. That is ridiculous, I had been going here for 7 years. I know how to use their car wash. The manager and the employees disappeared. They left me out by my car in the hot sun. After 20 minutes of standing there I went to go find them. I found them all talking in the office. I said what is going on. They said come in my office. I said okay, I was a bit hot at this time. I said what are yall goigt o do. The owner starts wagging his finger in my face saying I am being belligerent. He said he was going to call the police. The police were called. In the meantime I had a friend on the phone listening to all that was taking place because I was scared. Mind you I have never in my life had the police called on me. The police took the report and as they were taking their report the owner comes outside and stops and smiles and laughs in my face. They are claiming no responsibility and are telling my insurance company we need to collect from the elderly gentlemen and his wife that I hit. They had no damage to their vehicle. CAR WASH THROWS MY CAR INTO THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME AND WILL NOT PAY FOR DAMAGES.

Love it here, the wash is really good, they hand dry it when you come out and the vacuum station is always clean and stocked with towels and glass cleaner for your windows and such.
Broke my back windshield wiper and claimed it was already broken. Manager clearly abuses the fact that the damages are to small for me to pursue any legal action.

My girlfriend and I took her car through the drive trough car wash. Upon exiting, a few employees are there to hand dry your car and give you a quick wipe down. My girlfriend is from East Texas, where live bugs are a big problem during the summer months. Apparently the employees were not pleased with how many of the pesky bugs were still stuck in her car, so they told us to loop back around and that they wanted to wash our car again for free. Love bugs are now gone, and we will most certainly be back!

I was told today that they gave me a complimentary Vacuum with my $64 wash haha 😂 there was still dog hairs and crumbs on my carpet. I was expecting a vacuum regardlessOnce arriving to my car I see water marks and still dirt in the door jams, my floor mats were untouched and still dirty from foot prints. I literally asked to borrow a towel and started wiping down areas of my car that still had dirt. If I see this on my car after a car wash, I usually make it obvious and ask for a towel open up all doors and begin to wipe down.The manager was there and saw me point out specifics and the employee that was working on it just walked off 😂I try not to Critique anyones work but come on sir Im paying for a service.If the owner reads thisSir, I recommend dropping down your prices and giving a complimentary vacuuming with every single car wash even if its only $20Ive paid as little as $15 for a basic wash elsewhere and my carpet was still vacuumed. Your profit margin is still very big.You have plenty of clients and the return rate must be high. Then again it all comes down to your Customer Acquisition Cost.But an example if your brought your numbers downIf 5000 individuals give you $17 a monthThat comes out to $85,000 a month.$1.2 million a yearOf course after taxes, expenses and losses it might be cut in half but we all know many things are expensed. Brought my new car here for its second wash ever and the rear bumper and trunk are scratched real bad. The under carriage wash is a joke to say the least. The muffler and lower bumper area weren’t even touched and still have dirt on them. I will post pictures once I can. I will be calling about this issue because someone needs to pay for the damages. I cannot understand how the entire car can go through the wash and the only areas that were touched by a scrub brush have the most damage. I am extremely dissatisfied.-05/06/2019Followed up with the car wash and they had me return to have my car buffed out. They appeared aware of the ongoing problem and attempted to say the brush was made of hog hair. After being told to go through the wash before the buffing they told the attendant not to use the brush. Hmmm wonder why this was ? They attempted to buff it out w some orange solvent and it didn’t come out so great. The minimal buffing left more rings then I came in with. I can only suggest not to come to this wash in the future. Lesson learned. Forgot to make this post sooner or I would have.
This place is amazing!! The express wash is great and reasonably priced.I got a flat tire while using the vacuums(not their fault). The staff helped me change my tire! They were awesome!

DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT IT WRECKED. I used to take my car here for washes over the last few years but will not be giving them my business ever again. The entire front of my vehicle was torn apart in their car wash when their track ran me into the car in front of it and they have done NOTHING to help resolve this issue except show me the license plate if the car that was in front of me blaming it on him. I spoke with the manager onsite at the time of the wreck (Mike) and have called and talked with another manager today (Roland). Terrible customer service and complete disregard for the safety of the customers and vehicles using their services. Do not come here if you don’t want your vehicle destroyed
This place was horrible when I lived in the neighborhood 10 years ago, and hasnt gotten better. Slid my card and and got 4 minutes on the timer. washed my car for over two minutes with no soap coming out. Switched to rinse and soap came out. My car looks like a zebra now. Wont be back.
The positives is that this particular company has free vacuums and air compressors for patrons who have washed their cars first. The negatives is that the traffic flow is very tricky and gets very bad here when the weather is good and everyone wants to wash their car. There really isnt much they can do except to assign someone to direct traffic.

Zero stars if I could. Paint spilled on the trunk side of my seats during a move an hour before I came in. I read about the services before I arrived and after letting the attendant know what I needed done, she recommended the same detail package I assumed.My car went through the wash, and I parked it for the upgraded detail to begin. After about 10 minutes, Roland, their manager, swings open the door to the lobby, yells out, WHOS WHITE CAR? WHOS WHITE CAR WITH ALL THE PAINT!? I raise my hand and he sticks out his pointer finger at me and gestures it at me like a child and says, Come here, turns around and walks out. Incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional.After taking a few seconds, I decide to go and when I arrive at the truck of my car, hes going on and on about liability and reprimanding his employee for selling it to me. Then tells the other employee that he better tell his crew not to deal with paint, and how all of them should already know this. Again, incredibly disrespectful and rude.Im told theyll give me a refund, as the employee profusely apologizes to me. I told her it was fine and that it wasnt that big of a deal. No need for the intense situation. I give her my card and wait. She brings it back and again apologizes. I ask if hes the manager, and she says yes.I go to look for him because there is no reason that my car cant be cleaned otherwise. I cant find him, so I go to my car and the keys are nowhere in sight. I go to flag down the other employee and I ask him why my car cant be cleaned. If you cant pull out the large stain of paint because of liabilities, then why cant you wipe down the rest of the car. The car still need to be vacuumed and everything else that goes along with a detail. As he starts to walk over and look inside the car, Roland comes marching over. I ask him the same questions, and he says its a liability again. I said you said that regarding the back where the stain is but nothing was said about cleaning the rest of my car. He again says for liability. I ask him to state what liability? He doesnt answer, so I ask again, and then he tells me that if I was quiet, he would tell me, but since I wasnt, hes not going to.I tell him how unprofessional he is, how rude he was to me before and now again, and then he starts acting like a child, saying adios, bye bye, gesturing at me and all this other mess. I got my keys from the other guy, so I start to back up and hes mouthing off at me from my window. I roll it down and tell him that I will be getting in touch with the owners and filing a complaint along with any other remedies regarding his treatment of myself and the employees. He then makes a racist comment in front of customers and staff.I wasted over 30 minutes there and now the paint is drying and all the other carwashes are closed. Based on other reviews, it appears he makes up rules on the fly and ownership is equally as disrespectful. He also controls their Facebook page and goes off on anyone that writes of their negative experience.
This place is slow and you would think quality right? Wrong, the guy tells me he has been vacuuming for 30 minutes and cant clean my carpet well. Theres a place in Round Rock I can do this myself in 15 minutes. Very disappointed and I wont be back. Ive also had to change my plans today as I hoped to be out of here an hour ago. The car wash is poorly designed it moves your car into the same drive way people are entering, surely someone has had accident or it wont be long until there is one.
Great spot for getting your car cleaned. Nice folks who take all the time necessary to do a good job. Always pleased with my car when they are done.
There is always a wait to get a wash at the tunnel the guys do a great job on preping cleaning the rims is on you and that quick drying when come out far from doing there best so you have a half dried car and the wait to get to vacuums is unreal some times the place or should i say there space is too small
Took my brand new car there to be washed after a few days of driving and they charged me $50 for a wax that put little scratches all over my car but the absolute worst part is the guy that waxed my car took it upon himself to vacuum it out and put huge scratch marks down the tent of the back window. Absolutely carless. Do NOT LET ANYONE FROM HERE TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE IF YOU CARE ABOUT SCRATCHES

Best automatic wash in south Austin. The free vaccum station is a huge plus. I go at least once a month.
This is a good place to clean your car or to have it cleaned. The people are nice. But its very popular, and it can be very busy. Forget about going there on a nice day on the weekend. They have a drive-through car wash or they have bases where you can wash it yourself and they have a lot of spaces where you can vacuum and use forced air. So the facilities are good.
This is my usual car wash. Works well for the most part. But the credit card machine in the stalls dont always work. Had to change stalls today and this wasnt the first time. Otherwise its a good car wash.
If there was a negative star, they deserve it. This place broke my driver seat then blamed me. The GM said the regional manager was coming but instead he decided to get in his car and take off. I finally complained enough for them to lend me tools to fix their mistake. Finally, I proved it was their fault by showing them what yhey had done and asked if they were finished washing/detailing and they said yes. The car windows were still filthy and floormatts were on the ground covered in dust. This place is complete trash.If you go here do not let them touch the car. The drive thru machine is the only value of this place.
The employees constantly walking in waiting area and standing around without masks. I’m going outside ....safer. Usually I would give them 5 stars, but this is the second time this has happened in 3 weeks. So I take it, it’s common. I work in a hospital. Wear a mask....over your nose too. It doesn’t work pulled down!!
This is my first post on service in my life. I feel its necessary due to the poor quality work I just paid $80.00 for.I would give 5 stars to Harold...as he was helpful and his work good...he also got the tip.After that, when his co-worker took over, everything went downhill.The guy that actually cleaned my car after him left a door speaker hanging out and made up the lame excuse of I hardly touched it when I called him and the manager back to fix it. The manager put it back in place.Granted, I paid $80.00 for a FULL clean. The back inside window had not been touched, I had them do that and the same guy that left the speaker hanging from a wire did a lame job...WHILE I WAS WATCHING. He dripped window cleaner all over my back leather seats and did not wipe it up. I had to ask him to. I had to point out that he missed 1/3 of the back window and point out to him what he needed to clean.There was a slime drip about 8 inches long, horizontally, with about 3 inches of vertical drips across my glove box. I cant get it off, going to try again as I truly dont wish to be in contact with this substandard company again.They did a lame job on the center console. There was wax left on the car main body that I had to wipe off. The passenger side has a mesh holder and that was off its hooks, with the hooks turned upside down. I had to fix that.There was NO quality control.They have gone WAY up on their prices since last time I used them. I will not be going back and I will take my business elsewhere.Signed, an unhappy customer who had to work on my car, in the heat for 30 minutes after I got home to rectify the things they screwed up, or neglected.

Decent price for a decent cleaning. Messy tire shine application. If you’re going to offer a service to improve the look of the tire, then don’t completely cover the wheel in Black oil at the same time.
10 outta 10 I love the service I received and the people were so nice! I did a complete interior detail (cause my car was horrible!!) and when they were done, it looked as new as the day I bought it!! Im definitely gonna come here again.

I have from day one always taken my F350 to the Palms for a wash so I decided to get the full detail package for my wifes truck as a gift.After picking the truck up I wasnt quite satisfied but Roland and David were quick to respond and correct the situation, their professionalism and customer satisfaction clearly showed.The truck was excellent and so was their attitude towards letting me know that some one does care about their job and quality control. Great for a quick wash and free vaccuums. Had issues when I tried them out for a detail job. Was quoted 45 minute wait time that ended up being an hour and a half, just to shampoo seats (nothing else). Seems the staff didnt know how to properly communicate with me or with each other..
I love this place, they have free vacuums to use if you wash your car there, the real advantage here is they also have pressurised air to use!!
This is a great car wash. Its one of those that drags you and your car through it. Then you can use the vacuum station for free. The customer service is excellent.
Sure it washed my car. But the guy who had me pull up had me turn my steering wheel totally upside down. The car wash itself totally turned my wheel the right way. Then it wouldnt even push my car out. And, to top it off, damaged my front bumper. Not impressed at all.
I drove up to get my car cleaned inside and out, the facility looked nice, but I was completely ignored while the empty establishment had guys standing around. I parked, got out of my car and asked if anyone could help me. One guy looked around and pointed to a guy sitting on a chair, whom watched me pull up, get out, look around and ask for help...he said that guy needs to help you...and the man sat their working on a door knob for the facility that could have clearly waited. After a minute I got in my car and left, completely ignored and wondered how such a nice, empty facility will even stay in business...I’ll certainly never be back.
Great wash, FREE vacuums and compressed air. Rain check and discount coupon with every wash..keep that receipt. Just wish I could get a monthly membership like the north location.
This place is really disorganized, one person to clean and detail the car is not acceptable - plus the fact there were workers just standing around talking half the time. Thats not an express clean, its took nearly an hour to get the car clean, I couldve done that by myself and saved the 40 bucks and done it faster. The wash itself wasnt bad but I would definitely would not bother with the detailing service...

Xpress aspect of there car wash is trash. $18.00 wasted. still had dirty marks all over the car, hood of the car was completely different color/shine then the rest of the car. The shine was awful in itself.

Free vacuums I can use all night yeah this is my go to late night spot which during the summer is multiple times a week. Gotta keep your whip fresh and not sweat all over my car doing it.
Visit every Friday and the staff is always on point. they are ready to help you pick a wash and keep the line moving quickly. dont forget some cash as you will want to tip the guys drying off your truck as you leave! cant wait for them to add a membership option!

2021-12-13My experience was fantastic! Selling my 2018 van with 80k. I got the showroom special detail. Dropped off 9am picked up at 5 pm. Looked brand new. Put on craigslist and literally first call in 5 minutes car was sold to first caller same day. Detail team were courteous and professional. Did I mention we live in Bastrop..well worth the ride!

2022-07-23I had my car washed here and I was pleased with their service in the end. So you actually drive through a car wash, but they spray your car off first before you drive through. Once you are done with the wash they hand dry it. AWESOME!! And to add they have free vacuums for their customers. They offer detailing, carpet cleaning and other related services. I will go back.

2022-04-28The staff are super attentive and welcoming. I had so many questions about different services as Im new to the whole detailing and car washes. Super patient. They made sure my vehicle got the love it needs. Offered me coffee and even carried my heavy carseat for me so I didnt have to. They have a great deal going on for detailing services. 2021-08-09I am blown away by the level of customer service starting from the wash station attendant (Christina) right down to the Manager on Duty (Mike). Ive been to Palms Car Wash a couple of times since moving to the Brodie Lane area and the amount of kindness and quality customer service I received today, truly left me speechless.When I went to get my car washed last week one of the car wash attendants suggested I come back Monday - Wednesday to get my car detailed (this way I wouldnt wait 3+ hrs during busy times). I decided to come back Monday morning at 9:00 AM.Knowing they had a Detail Center Lobby with wifi, I brought my laptop to be able to answer work emails during the quoted hour wait time. Unfortunately for me, there were about 6 other vehicles waiting to be detailed and on top of this, their Guest Wifi wasnt working.When I approached the Manager on Duty (Mike) and asked him to look into the wifi issue, he happily escorted me back to the lobby where he went into a room and tried to fix the issue. After roughly 10 minutes, he let me know that it wasnt able to be fixed and they needed a Tech to come out.Frustrated and irritated, I asked how much longer my car would take. With honesty and compassion he said it would probably be a couple of hours still since they had an influx of vehicles to be detailed and were short-staffed due to the pandemic. I let him know I couldnt wait that long because I had a meeting at 11:00 AM that I needed wifi for. As I was ordering a Lyft, Mike then asked how close I lived (which I replied 10 minutes) and he offered to drive me home.With lyfts costing outrageous amounts these days and knowing I was on a time crunch, I graciously accepted Mikes offer.To my surprise, around 1:00 pm, Mike called me back to let me know my car was ready and asked if I was ready for him to come pick me up. SHOCKED was an understatement. The fact that he not only brought me home, but also picked me up to bring me back to my car was beyond kind and generous.After experiencing Mike and his staffs kindness -- the car itself looked absolutely INCREDIBLE!! Ive had months of pet hair, cross-country travels, sports equipment, etc in my vehicle. My SUV literally looks BRAND NEW!Mike, thank you so much. Your kindness and generosity are a true testament to why I support local businesses. Great people do exist and hopefully this serves as a reminder to be kind to strangers. You never know how much of a difference you can make in someones life by showing another person kindness, compassion and grace.

2022-05-07My pickup has not been so clean, since new. The wash is fast and effective, the interior detail fantastic. Smells new all around, my leather seats sound as new when settling into them. 2022-08-17I went in about a week ago to have my car washed and detailed and they did an AMAZING job! I have zero complaints. There also happened to be a young guy there that fixed a chip in my windshield that I had been meaning to fix! He was very professional and friendly. Being able to get your car washed, and your windshield fixed all in one spot is very convenient, I could not be happier!

2022-01-10Excellent value, they did everything they said they would do, which is strangely a 50/50 chance at other places. The car wash tunnel is highly effective and very fast, there are many options that allow you to work with your budget and also get a really high quality wash with durable protection. The detailing service is very high quality and they offer bundle discounts. Incredibly friendly staff also performed beyond expectation by finishing an entire hour early. Very impressed and will be a regular customer.

2021-03-08Great, really hard working staff. They even sent me back to outer wash just because they believed my car was not clean enough (well, may be because last time I washed it was ages ago 🤭) They also have DIY vacuum for wash customers, which is great when it is not one of your lazy days. Oh, I also loved the large patio/garden especially if you want to stay outdoors. All in all, great car wash experience.

2022-04-20At Palms they do a really good job at getting your car clean. From the wash, to the hand dry and the vacuums, your car will look good.The only real downside is it’s popularity. It is often busy and the line to get to the wash can be hard to navigate. I try to go at off times to avoid the crowds.
