I wish that I had known that I could post pictures here, because they would really explain how I felt when I opened the box! All I saw was a mound of white rice, (I ordered fried rice), with a very small amount of chicken and mushrooms. The other entree was covered with large pieces of almost raw broccoli. I do understand, however, that is how a lot of restaurants cook it. It would be nice if they enclosed a knife with the fork, though. I ordered the food by mobile and said that I wanted it ASAP, but when I arrived, they didnt seem to have gotten the order. I was told to pull around front and they would bring it to me. Well, after about 15 minutes later, I realized that they hadnt even started on it. The girl that brought the food out was very apologetic for the wait, which had been another 8 minutes. I wish I could say that it was worth the wait, but.......

The employees were very nice. Because the Beijing Beef pan insert was almost empty, I asked for fresh Beijing Beef. I was told that the Beijing beef was fresh and had just finished cooking . When I got to my car, I began to eat my meal. The Beijing beef was at a lesser temperature than room temperature. There were two hot pieces of Beijing beef and the rest was cold.. I concluded that the two hot pieces were the pieces that were touching the pan insert. The orange chicken was fresh and hot, however, it was depleted of the sauce that made the orange chicken famous. In other words, the crust was ..almost completely devoid of the sauce..it wasnt even wet..though the chicken itself was hot and fresh. It was somewhat of a conundrum. The Beijing beef had a delicious tasty sauce but it was cold, while the orange chicken was hot and fresh and almost completely devoid of any sauce. The rice was delicious, however, there were a few obvious large clumps. This was my first time to have this experience at this particular Panda Express. As stated earlier, the employees were very nice. However, on this occasion, they came up a little short on the overall satisfaction of the food. I will return to this restaurant. Hopefully, this day was just a very, very rare day of underachievement.

The staff were happy and helpful, food was all a little old. Nothing super fresh as only one person could cook and chef was out on lunch and what they had was what they had...Ladies toilets, I walked into the bathroom and had two drips fall onto my head from the ac outlet, there was dry diarrhea up the back of the bowl, under the seat and pooled at the back of the toilet. The paper towel dispenser would not dispense!Apart from that, all was good. Sounds worse than it was! Food was filling, service was good and I love panda express so I will be back!!!

Now that Danny has become manager of this Panda they dont play. We quit coming to here because they never had half the menu selection and food never prepared properly. We compared it to the one in Longview. We are now back on board all the way food fresh, fast and great service. We are back. Thanks Danny and Panda

I dont understand all the poor reviews. We walked in, ordered our food. It was hot, good and the staff was courteous. Perhaps we caught them on a good day. Our first time but not our last eating here. My only minor issue is the price has risen dramatically and that will curtail our future visits

It was very disappointing. They had 3 items to choose from. Good was way to spicy in the kids meals and didnt get everything that was supposed to get. Had to wait 34 minutes for 1 item they said was almost finished cooking,then had to go back up to remind them.

They open late there no sign that say, you come to the drivethrue and they dont even say we open late they just dont acknowledge you at all ! You wait and still dont have the hole menu there excuse is short staff but you do open late ! So disappointed of this place and yes they close at 10:30 and by 8 they dont have nothing to sell . I can understand the shortage of employees but still its not a reason not to have alittle respect for the coustomers .

I don’t even know why I continue to try and come to this place!! They NEVER have anything ready. The past 3 times i’ve came they haven’t had anything ready that I want at lunch time. You would think they would have stuff ready before they opened!! I have to stop coming to this one in Henderson because it is a total disappointment every. single. time.

Ordered my food only to have to wait 45 minutes and the employees bring us out cold food with the excuse their terryaki grill meanwhile 6 cars have been served since we ordered. Then the server has the nerve to tell us when we complained “my manager said if you have a complaint you need to address it to her not us” and proceeds to argue with my wife
