Panera Bread in other cities:
I get it was new years eve but if they didnt have enough of the ingredients to make my order this should have been stated. Instead me and my lady was served what appeared to be a sample of our usual order of the Mediterranean bowls. The amount in both bowls equalled one normal bowl, and when brought to the attention of the workers we were just looked at as if we spoke in a language they did not understand.
First visit and I did not get the wow factor I expected. No drive thru...ok. The restaurant nice and clean, friendly staff, several menu items to choose from. I ate the soup and salad with an apple on the side for lunch. I didnt eat my apple at the time I ate the rest of my food but when I did get to it by the end of my work day I realized it was rotten.
Food alone, is awesome. I always try something different, and Im very rarely disappointed with the flavors. The caramel frap is awesome. The lemonade is great. The black bean soup is good. The salads are fresh and taste great. The bread and pastries are just sooo yummy! I come here to study for school on my laptop. The employees are the only problem. Rude, often dont clean tables, loud and obnoxious at times. Ive come in to sit at a table and literally every table is dirty and the employees are just standing around the window where they run food. It wasnt even busy at all at the moment! There was no food to run, so they were just chatting with the food preps. I had to clean my own table! I had to take trash and plates away, wipe the table off, and then I was able to sit downFood-greatService-needs improvementEdit: came here for breakfast with my friends last weekend, they all wanted to try it. I waited 20 minutes for my iced coffee after paying and receiving my muffin, another 8 minutes for them to refill the half and half. Out of granola. Espresso machine not working, so no lattes. My friend wanted a parfait with granola, she asked for a discount since she doesnt even get the granola, they said no. My friends bagel sandwich was burnt black on the whole inside of the bagel. They said wed have to pay for a new one.So disappointing! The Panera is S Cooper is the only one worth going to.
This Panera was clean and right next to AT&T stadium which was cool. Good was fresh and service was fine. The only reason I took away a star as I ordered on the app and it didn’t show up in their system like it normally does for Panera so it took a bit to find me. Also they do not put out milk for their coffee, you have to ask for it which was different from other Panera’s.
Produce quality is below mediocre. The managers excuse is always blaming the produce vendor. For a place that brags about clean food their basic plates are substandard. I uploaded a picture of my caesar salad as it looked when I received it (note the lack of green). Sandwich was soggy in the middle yet difficult to chew on the outside. Customer service also below average, no one was rude but no one seemed to care either. I dont recommend. Try the Jasons Deli in Lincoln Square instead.
I love the sandwiches but I normally go to a different location that has a drive thru, this one doesn’t. I went inside order my food, and waited long time and no one told me my food was ready or that I had to pick it up on the other side. The sandwich came with excessive onions and barely any chicken. Disappointed, but going back to the trinity blvd location
They offer curbside pickup, but 2 out of the 3 times I’ve tried to use it, there was always a problem. This last time, I had to go in and get it myself, which was super annoying since I didn’t have a mask and I wasn’t properly dressed. I received a text that my sandwich was ready and on its way out, but 5 minutes later, no one came out. I received another text after that, and 10 minutes later still no sandwich. Finally, I thought maybe I’d just go in, since my sister had already received her food, I don’t want it to get cold. It was just sitting on the bar, and it wasn’t even sealed. When I got back to the car I started to drive home until I noticed my bag leaking, and it was the sandwich. My sister checked for me and the sandwich was completely wet. Which was odd, since the same sandwich was bone dry yesterday. I went ahead and dropped my sister off and got dressed to go get a replacement sandwich. After arriving, the girl who had to remake my sandwich had the worst attitude. I wasn’t sure if she was just having a bad day, or if it was something I did (barely spoke 2 words to her) but her attitude was extremely off putting. She yelled at me about chips when my sandwich was done, so I just left. I don’t think I will be eating at this location again, I think I will take my money to La Madeline. In my opinion, the location on South Cooper is way better. I never had a problem over there, but I refuse to drive 10 minutes out of the way for decent customer service.Panera bread called me after I left a review on their website. They issued me a refund and apologized for the whole situation. Due to this I added two stars.
Ordered curbside. When I arrived no one ever brought my order to my car. I tried calling and they didn’t answer the phone. So finally after waiting 15 minutes I went inside and my order was just sitting there. I asked why no one brought out my order and was told they were busy. There was one table occupied. And one customer at the register. The parking lot was even empty. They were not busy. Terrible service. For a person who is handicap and has trouble leaving their vehicle this would have been unacceptable.
All very delicious, as always Panera! Terrible service personnel, yesterday I had a bad experience in Arlington, a worker in the kitchen, terrible ATTITUDE! I repeat it Panera is VERY GOOD MENU! to finish talk to the managed and (......) do you care? attitude like! and what interests me 🤷♀️ !?
Food is fine but the first time I used the app and ordered pickup. When I got back home none of my sides were included. Call the store and the person on the phone would only direct me to the manager to talk to. No “I’m sorry” no “let me see what I can do” just “you need to talk to the manager” so I waited on hold for 5 minutes. Manager offered to make it right but I was already home not to get out again. Considering the app prints out a receipt for the workers that they can check off each item that they put in the bag (The receipt even has the checkboxes), and the bag is stapled one would expect your order to be fulfilled completely. Needs training for all employees on customer service.
I have to say this is the worst Panera Ive EVER been to. And today was a second chance visit. First time half of my order was wrong. How do you get salads wrong? Meat on salads thats not supposed to have it. Missing items. And today they have no bread, service slow, hot food cold.NEVER AGAIN. Just sad!!!!
Curbside pickup is a hot mess. You can order ahead, drive there, check in, and youll get notified by the app when your order is ready. Then, you can expect to wait 15-20 minutes minimum for them to bring it out to you. Even if its just a simple single item. Your food will be cold because it sat on a shelf for 15-20 minutes. Really horrible process here and poor service.
Ordered a 1/2 Caesar chicken salad and a four cheese flatbread pizza. Order arrived about 8 mins later than scheduled and that’s ok but the pizza was barely warm. An 8 min delay if the pizza left HOT shld not have made it barely warm. And I live 4 miles from that Panera.
So for the free bagel special they make you pay for the cream cheese which the price of the cream cheese is the same price as the bagel which makes no sense why it would be free if your paying for the cream cheese thanks for the free bagel though with nothing on it though 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎
The service here was phenomenal. The facility was very clean with comfortable seating. The kiosk was easy to order from and i later ordered from the app which was so convenient. The staff here was far from amazing , they were very courteous, kind and helpful. They even walked around handing out free cake samples. They often asked me if there was anything else i needed and were quick to clean tables after customers left. Quiet atmosphere, good food and good service! I will be back.
Fresh, fresh, fresh. Amazing food. The salads are amazing. The Cuban sandwich is my favorite. The bread is deadly tasty. I would have given more stars but the service at the particular store was slow. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes before we were helped. But hoping this was just an off night. Still one of my favorite spots.
05/01/21I walked in and saw what appeared to be a FLY on a “Kitchen Sink” cookie. Then with closer noticed saw two BUGS on a different cookie. After another customer mentioned this to the clerk, she brushed of the mention. I told her as well, as she moved the INFECTED COOKIE, there was a HOARD of them, all over the pastries, cookies, etc. She said she would tell the manger (which I never saw this happen). Meanwhile another worker starts selecting pastries and sealed them to a customer after I informed her as well (as she smiled & said, OK. THE ABSOLUTE NASTY AUDACITY!!! So o told the customer. I later saw what appeared them boxing the INFECTED CONTAMINATED pastries. Yuck! YUCK! Yuck!!
First, order was wrong. Later, when trying to switch from a cold to hot coffee because I was cold (I have the unlimited plan) the employee was rude and didnt know the answer to my question why it wasnt showing on the kiosk. I had to go back to my table and figure out the cold coffee is once per day, only hot coffee is unlimited.Suggestion: Retrain employees
I walked in and the workers were close together and did not social distance. When you wear a face mask and talk it will eventually go down. I was far from the cashier and my face mask was below my nose and did not realize this. The cashier cut me off in the middle of my question and without asking nicely told me to pull up my face mask. She then leaned over the counter as we continued our conversation. It seems she does not care to spread 6 feet apart but only if your mask is pulled all the way up. The point is do not tell your guests how to wear their face mask when you the staff are not following CDC guidelines. Also, to add to this majority of people were not wearing their masks. This cashier just lost her autonomy.
Went Saturday for a drive thru lunch. I was surprised when the order taker had to check to see if they had any brownies left at noon🙁 $30+ for 2 adult meals and 1 dessert. It was awful! The sandwich was sloppy and the salads were skimpy and sloppy and the green goodess dressing was watered down. I will never eat here again. I could have went to a real restaurant instead of a deli snd gotten a complete meal. Geez Chilis have 2 for $20 and they were right next door.
Ordered curbside pickup on Friday. It was supposed to be “rapid pickup” well...my order was set to be ready at 12:16 according to the order confirmation. I’m in the designated parking spot. I marked that I was “here” in the email they send you. Nobody delivered my food for 25 minutes. So I ended up having to go in and get it, where nobody even apologized for the fact that I was waiting on my order for that long. My food was cold from sitting in a cubicle waiting for someone to bring it to me. And to top it off they did not give me a spoon for my soup.I will never be ordering from this location again. Pathetic service and even worse customer service. They weren’t even busy when I went inside.
I was given a cup of almond milk and told to pour my own iced coffee. This was after waiting over 10 minutes after I received an email saying my “Rapid Pick-Up” order was ready. I’ve ordered coffee from this location and others multiple times and this has never happened. Wow.
I’ve eaten here a few times, mediocre at best. I’ve since tried ordering bread online (the only item worth getting) and that’s a nightmare. I’m basically just trying to use up gift cards that I wish I never got at this point. Online issues; I selected items, paid for them with a gift card but the site wouldn’t let me complete the order. To be clear, it took my money just fine but wouldn’t let me complete the order, so they have no record of it! I tried calling to place the order over the phone and let them know of the issue, I was put on hold for over 10 minutes and then hung up on. The long and short of it is, the sandwiches are a joke and overpriced, the bakery is pretty good but overpriced, and the service/management really suck.
I never write a review but our experience yesterday is worth the time. The automated ordering system didnt work so I was met with a less than interested cashier. After realizing my order was incorrect, I approached the same cashier in effort to have it corrected. She stood there starring at me like I was speaking a different language and walked off to get what I assume was the manager. However, I had a hard time determining that due to the completely unprofessional attitude that was presented to me. I explained to the manager that the salad was clearly a half size portion (I ordered a hole) and the chicken was missing. I was charged for a whole salad, that came in a half sized container, and was only half way full of lettuce. She argued with me for what seemed like longer than necessary and instead of offering to make it right, she refunded my money, walked off, and left a 9 month pregnant woman having to go somewhere else for dinner. Well done Panera. I will never go to the Collins location again. Stick to the location on Cooper where they arent bothered by your presence.
Nice, clean friendly location. The only thing I wished ALL Panera locations would do is use a separate bagel slicer for onion bagels. My cinnamon bagel always gets notes of an onion taste in my mouth when I have Panera slice my bagels. Ugh..cinnamon and onion definitely dont go together.
Fresh food speaks volumes. I love everything about it. While waiting on my order , I read the mission statement by the pick up window. It hit home. The place is cozy and wifi friendly. Meet friends or business connections and enjoy healthy options. Also ,unlike most places like Panera- there seems 2 be enough staffing.I love this location nested steps from Jerrys world. The block is super busy but worth the wait in traffic.
Today this location failed me. Not only was my order wrong but another entree was missing when my order was delivered. Also, an associate told me to call door dash and hung up in my face! She said that they had just started using door dash about three weeks ago. I will not be using this location again.
Not what we expected the bread on our sandwiches was so hard the meat and bacon was cold as ice the bread bowl was so hard the drinks were nasty.. Still feel yucky from the food! And our cup we had to return because had a hair in it! Never again will we go there! Yuck!
Im shocked, I ordered a curbside meal and they called me to say its ready. I had to go in three times, first they said they havent even started on it, second to get my food, third to get spoons. They didnt even put napkins but I wasnt about to go in for a fourth time. Today I experienced terrible customer service, they acted as if they were scattered but they were not busy.
Great food but getting a live person to take your order is exhausting! I dont really like the kiosks. Im always charged more than I anticipate. A receipt didnt print, and I forgot to ask for it when my food was served. Good food, but a friendly greeting was absent! Another customer in front of me turned to me and had the same sentiments.
Ordered online 3 days early so that I could run in at my scheduled Rapid pickup time & grab my order & go. I was in a time crunch for a scheduled meeting that day & the breakfast was for the people at the meeting, so it was imperative I had their food & was on time to host the meeting. Food was scheduled for 7:30am, I walked in the door at 7:27. Food was not ready, not a big deal. A man walked in the door at 7:30 & ordered 48 bagels to-go. They made his order & got him out the door. I finally asked about my order as soon as they were done rushing to get him done. They said, oh yes I have it right here I will get working on it. Not only is it late, it is not even started. It was 1 dozen bagels, sliced & toasted with 4 pastries & some cream cheese. She got it done rather fast, 15min late, but by the time I got to work & served everyone I realized the bagels werent toasted. No biggie, but yet another ugh moment to top it all off. I shouldve just walked in the door instead of ordering online for Rapid pickup, not really seeing the benefit of it that day, it actually was a detriment.
I have never been to a worse restaurant. I cannot communicate the level of basic incompetence I see here. They dont clean the bathrooms. They dont replace the toilet paper. They dont bring food to the table when it is prepared. They dont refill the condiments. Everything is done on an as-needed basis - that is, more than three customers have complained about it. On one hand, this saves time for the restaurant and probably money. For instance, waiting for the bathroom to run completely out of toilet paper allows them to not have to throwaway remnant rolls. Its genius!!! And on and on and on. At one point, some coffee must have spilled into a big bag of sweet n low packets. At that point, its over, throw it away order a new one. Nope - not this restaurant! In a herculean effort of thriftiness, they insisted for day after day, for a couple of weeks, to put the crusty, coffee stained packets out for customers. UNREAL! Please fire the manager, fire the employees, maybe shut down this restaurant! Do something to fix this mess.
Was told they closed at 7 today even though signs and website say 9. I always have a great service but how should I know that I was holding them from leaving if it was not posted anywhere? I understand the covid circumstances but customers should know the correct hours before a manager says theyre ready to go and need me to leave.
The food is awesome!!! The manager Brianna made sure everything came out quickly and was prepared to the T. The store was clean even the bathroom. The place was packed. Inside and outside. The customer service received from the entire staff was extremely dependable. Everyone made sure you were ok and had everything you could think of taken care of. Fast service. Beautiful day!! Cant wait to come back.
1st Time Visit to Panera Bread- Not going back! SAD!! T hhg e bread we bought ( sour dough) was quite good. When our meals came, not impressed. The restaurant was not very clean, ordered too go! Cashier did not know menu, I could say as a much better menu but but NOT at that store. Just sad .
Other than an amazing menu that is healthy for you and always has variety? You will not find service more friendly and genuinely caring at any other chain! These people put love into what they do! If you have any problems everyone from the the servers to the management will listen and help to make it right.
I wish I could give 0 stars. Dining in is ok. Dont do online or call in rapid pickup for this location. I order for the company a few times, all times, theyve been behind schedule. They will not prepare food in order and focus on smaller orders. Ive asked to speak to the manager just to voice my concern and get an ETA. Manager told the cashier to tell me shes very busy in the kitchen and they are trying to work on orders. Very poor customer service and unorganized.
Disclaimer: Im not rating the food because we did not end up eating here. After waiting for approximately 15 min for our order, We learned it would be roughly another 20-30 min before it would be out because they were backlogged with state competition cheerleaders. That info would have been nice BEFORE I ordered. (Must have been a call in order, because the teams that were there, already had their food.) The manager was very apologetic and issued a refund.
Panera Bread has to be the most incompetent corporation choosing not only to alienate but decline business from people who still choose to pay with good hard cash in their transactions. The fact that a business would deny service to anyone attempting to pay cash while refusing to let you place an order even over the phone is mind boggling. This is literally the greatest disservice towards hard working essential workers that are just trying to grab lunch in a limited time frame on their work breaks. What a harsh standard of prejudice.
Worst experience ever. I walk in to the Panera Bread on N Collins in N Arlington and waited nearly 5 minutes for someone to take my order. I was there to get breakfast for my office this morning. There were several workers around the register and not one of them greeted me, or said they would help in a minute. I finally said can someone take my order? and all I got was cant you see Im busy doing something? I will help you when Im done. I was blown away by her response and attitude. When I spoke to the manager, her attitude wasnt any better and was dismissive. I left without ordering and went somewhere else. I will never go to a Panera Bread again.
The worst Panera in the area. I love their bagels, but not when they are apparently a few days old - or someone just doesnt know how to make them? Im not really sure which it was. Order a bagel toasted with butter. You get a warmed bagel and no butter. Ask the person for butter and they forget that you asked for it until you catch them a second time to ask again for butter. Then they bring you the butter but no knife. It overall just wasnt a good experience, and if it was a one off time I would say ok, they were busy, or under-staffed, but I have been here 3 times now, and all 3 times were the same, unattentive staff, slow serve times, and incompetence! Dont waste your time, go to the other one in Arlington, or go up north to Glade Parks. They at least pretend like they know what they are doing.
This is the worse Panera Bread I have ever dealt with. The “Manager” Xavier is so unprofessional and completely incompetent to be in that role. The store Manager needs to seriously rethink that decision. I placed a catering order here online April 3rd and my credit card was charged that day. $372. Then upon picking my order up I was charged again but was charged $382. I called the location regarding the additional charge and the discrepancy and was basically treated like it was a joke by Xavier. He claims that I was only charged yesterday when I picked up the food. I’ve ordered Panera Bread several times for business and personal functions and you are always charged when you place your online order. More importantly I can see both charges to my card. Xavier refused to help me any further. I will be contacting my bank and reporting the additional charge as fraud and filing a BBB case against this location. Panera won’t receive a lick of business from me or my employer again . And to add insult to injury, the order was put together very sloppy. Instead of using labels to identify things they simply wrote directly on the wrapper. Very unprofessional presentation
I ordered my lunch online and opted for delivery from this location. My initial online ordering experiences have been good, but the past few times, I have had horrible experiences with online ordering. Today was the final straw. I placed my online order. After I had placed my order, my co-worker placed a separate order. I waited an hour and a half before contacting the store to inquire about my order. By this time, my co-worker (who ordered after me) had received her order, and I had not even been notified that mine had left the store. I contacted the store and was told that it was completed but not yet out for delivery. Two hours after placing my order it was finally delivered. To my surprise, the flatbread sandwich I had ordered was burnt on the ends and had very little substance. I have attached a picture of the BBQ Chicken flatbread that I received. I am extremely disappointed, and will NO longer be a loyal customer after my experience today.
Very rarely is my order ready at the promised time. Ive learned you always need to check your to-go order for accuracy, as it is rare as well. When I told them I had a missing item theyre response was irritation at having to go back through the order and when they realize they made an error their attitude was blase to say the least.
If you would like bad service, cold food, a sticky table and a waste of your time having to get a refund (they ran out of bread , the name is Panera bread... how do you run out of bread?!!) come here. I won’t be returning again, I use to be able to justify the price until this last visit. You’re better off eating at any of the other nearby restaurants.
We waited 20 minutes to get cold eggs, 3 lemon slivers, a frozen pink lemonade that we got charged 5 dollars for something we did not order. We got 3 drinks, 2 bagels, and a Sandwich and got charged over 30$. OVERPRICED. OVERPRICED. OVERPRICED. And would not give refund for blended drink we did not order!!!! Their was not coffee and the bagel were not toasted !!!
I order online a Greek goddess chicken salad. It was disgusting. They say it’s made fresh but my lettuce was mostly brown and the avocado seemed like it was out for a while since it was turning brown. And they did not follow the instructions i asked either. I will never go back to this location.
Food is fresh, tasty, and healthly with many menu options usually made to order. Combo (pick 2) allows you to enjoy a choice of sandwiches, salads, or soups. Service varies widely from exceptionally attentive to poor. Convenient location and Rapid Pick-up, Kiosk or online/app ordering is a huge benefit. Parking lot is fairly small and not well marked. Overall, good place for quick meals, business meetings or students looking for a place to chill while hitting the books (and using complimentary Wifi). Limited outdoors seating. Good place.
We placed an online order for an office with a staff of 11 people 2.5 hours before we needed it here this morning. They called to let us know theyd be here at 11:45am (we needed it before 12:00pm). Noon rolls around and our food is nowhere in sight so we call to check the status of the order. Joel said the driver just left their location at 12:05 with our food. They finally arrive and end up forgetting about 4 meals and 3 drinks. The driver left before we were done checking the order so we could make her aware if she forgot anything. We called back up there and expressed our frustration and disappointment only to be told the food they forgot would need to be completely re-made and delivered to our office and that order would take 20-30minutes. Upon arrival (40min later), there were STILL items missing. At this point, weve just given up on trying to get everything we ordered and correct with the meals.
So I regularly visit this panera bread, but recently they have really been messing up the rapid orders. I just left panera at 6:15pm and when I got home I was missing an item. This is usually not a big deal, but they have been missing items from my order quite frequently. What is really frustrating is the fact that someone has to check the orders before they put them on the rapid pick up Table. Once Im home Im not going back out to pick up items that the order checker should have very well noticed was missing. They really need to step it up.
My wife and I had to pick twos two drinks and two pastries and paid $35. The biggest waste of money Ive ever spent in my life. For a $6 sandwich on a $4 bowl of soup I would expect a lot more food and something that tasted good. The avocado turkey BLT is the worst turkey Ive ever had and I couldnt even taste the bacon. Ive had better cheddar broccoli soup out of an off-brand can at home then I did there. I left feeling as though I hadnt eaten a thing and that Ive been bent over the counter and taken advantage of. Paneras will never again take any of my hard-earned money. I dont know how they still exist or who would spend money there, just people who think that theyre getting quality because they pay a lot. Close your restaurants down Panera youre worthless
I came in on Monday and was informed the coffee machine was out of order. Which I understand things break but I come back 2 days later and it’s still broke ? This is a coffee house. You can’t not have coffee for days straight. And at that’s the first things she says when I walk in . “I’m just gonna let you know right now the machine is still down!” What happened to good morning? I come to this place at least 2 times a week. This is so crazy. Ill just go to Starbucks down the street from now on.
Visited here multiple times already and always got everything I needed, tried a new combo earlier; autumn squash soup w/chipotle avo melt (no avocados, not really my thing) It was one of the best things Ive tasted all year love Panera no matter which location Ive been to (so far) everything always works out great.
Went to eat here today for lunch with a coworker. Whenever we walked in the line to order with the cashier was long so we opted to order through kiosk. Got all the way to the end where it asks for a number for them to bring you your food and there was no more left... at any of the kiosks, so we just put 1 and 2. I walked over to where the servers were at and let a lady know that they were out of numbers so we just put 1 and 2 for our order, she rudely responded that next time we should go to the cashier instead. We sat down and I see that same lady walking around with my order and repeatedly tried to get her attention to let her know she had my order and was ignored. She finally comes back around again with my order and now my coworkers order, walks up to us and rudely asks “who had the half and who had the full?”No reason the employee should get mad at paying customers because SHE failed to do her job.Maybe stock the numbers at the kiosk since it’s bothers you that much 👍🏻
Not only did not a single employee acknowledge us as we walked in the door (while it was not busy FYI) but the employees who were there glanced at us then continued with their conversations, basically forcing us to use the kiosk. Then, the food took much longer than usual than Panera usually takes for soup. After waiting 20 minutes for the soup (I was the second person in line) the woman working behind the counter told me they were out of baguettes. I politely asked her what else they had and her answer was I dunno. I will never be going to this location again.
Definitely on the bottom of the list of best Panera’s I’ve been to.Food came out really slow (salad and pasta), after waiting 20+ for our food, my husbands pasta was freezing cold..I was way done with my salad by time he went to check if it was done and it was sitting there unattended and cold again.
After blunders with another local restaurants catering services Panera aced our order, delivered on time as promised and set up our lunch beautifully. I was skeptical of the small so-called bread bakery at first but must say the service and food was amazing! Definitely will be using them again...and again.
I have stopped going to this Panera for dinner because they are always out of the bread they need and have consistently have had to substitute other types of bread. Also their app says they have items they do not have, and they do not habe the courtesy to call you, even though you have to provide your phone number, to let you know. I used to love this place. I can only giess that they got new owners or managememt.
Location is not your typical Panera Bread set up. They couldnt make my order because they were all out of apples which is the main ingredient in the sandwich I ordered. Then they said that they couldnt make my smoothie because they were out of bananas. Three strikes. Avoid this location.
Went to Panera Bread on Collins to get their wonderful GREEN GODESS SALAD to go. When I got home I had a GREEK SALAD (ugh!!!). To my dismay, I truly dislike GREEK flavored foods, I was unable to eat my would be lunch. Moral to story is, check your order BEFORE you leave like you do the McDonald’s drive through or prepare to be extremely disappointed!!!
Ive been here a couple times and wont come back anymore. I will drive further to a different panera since this one sucks so bad. Every time I have been they have been missing something that is necessary for whatever meal I have. They have also forgotten menu items and it took a long time to get my order corrected.
12-15-17630am all the tablkes are NASTY dirty.. ordered a blueberry muffin.. its hard as a brick!! Floors have food under tables.. do you even sweep or vacuum in here??For the SECOND time, there are BLACK bugs flying in the case where the baked goods sit, as well as sitting on the pastries.. the first time there were atleast 15 bugs nesting on the goods.. I ordered then pointed out a bug to the team member, who shook the pan the goods were resting on and a cloud of more bugs rose up.. I promptly requested a refund.. you would think the goods would have been thrown away BUT OH NO.. the team member called to another worker to cover the goods with saran wrap, then stated, I cant stand these summer knats! I thought that maybe its gotten better, but there are still bugs in the resting area for the muffin, cinnamon rolls, etc.. Im looking for a CLEAN, SANITARY, BUT FREE establishment to partake in baked goods.. the team member should be ashamed of herself.. very disappointed... I understand money rules this we live in, BUT even when the public is being served bug infested food??Oh, and the team member continued to sell the bug ridden pastries... smh..
My boyfriend went to the location on Collins in Arlington, Tx to get my usual Cesar salad for me while I was at work. When I opened the box, my lettuce was wilted and brown. This is the second time I have had this happen at this location. So for a second time I had to throw away my food. This is absolutely AWFUL that they think its okay to serve old lettuce to costumers. I will most definitely never visit this location again.
So I never write reviews but they upset me really bad and they were very nonchalant about it I ordered from the phone (which is an option whenever you call) I was on my way to work so I was in a little hurry that’s why I called the order in whenever I got there they had no idea what I was talking about they said they don’t do call in orders but a lady seriously answered took my order and told me it would be ready in 10 mins 😡 they walked around a few times and just continued serving other people once I told them I didn’t have time to wait I’m leaving they didn’t say anything but ok I was late to work with no food 😡 highly upset wasted trip I’ll stick to Jason deli
Placed my order for pickup and upon arriving I asked the manager to double check on the order to make sure that everything ordered was in there and she did and once I reached home I realized that the Turkey sandwish I ordered was not there and Im really dissapointed as to the fact that I told them to double check and for such a thing to happen is honestly unacceptable
I HAD THE WORST TIME TRYING TO RETURN AN ITEM ORDERED OVER THE PHONE . YOUR RAPID ORDER HAD NOT WORKED ALL DAY SO I CALLED IN TO PLACE AN ORDER. WHEN THE 3RD PARTY I SENT TO PICK UP THE ORDER ARRIVED THEY REALIZED THAT ONE OF THE ITEMS WAS INCORRECT. & REQUESTED A REFUND ON MY BEHALF. SHE WAS ADVISED THEY WOULD NOT GIVE HER A REFUND & IF SHE LEFT THE ITEM THEY WOULD TOSS IT IN THE TRASH. MIND YOU THE ITEM HAD NOT LEFT THE STORE AND THE SEALED ITEM HAD NOT BEEN OPENED.I WASTED OVER 10 MINUTES ON THE PHONE WITH THE MANAGER KRIS BOYD WHO NEEDS TO BE TRAINED ON HOW TO HANDLE ESCALATED CALLS.
Every worker said oatmeal was available, for breakfast only. I called two other locations and both workers said oatmeal should be available throughout the day. I told the workers and they said they would start preparing it but I declined and left. Lazy workers these days.

2022-01-02This place offers curbside pickup, but They never come out to the car. So, what I did, I went in and get my food. it was just sitting there why would they have an option online for curbside if they dont do it. Very badNext time, I go to Starbucks better sandwiches, better prices.

2022-06-28Not the best organized for take out orders but the location is why I keep coming back. Check your full order before leaving. They have forgotten the bread bowl on a soup and a whole teriyaki bowl. One time I came and my order had been taken by someone else and they had to remake my order.

2020-12-11This review is specifically for the Mediterranean veggie sandwich. Its A1. I just tried it this week....Im hooked. Had it 2 days in a row now. The cilantro jalapeño hummus ....papadew peppers and tomato basil bread all work together to make this sand go BOOM. They forgot my cucumbers at this location. I will say its quite disappointing that theres NO drive thru

2022-07-11Sandwich was pretty good but had to wait over 15 minutes for it after ordering. I personally think they are very expensive for what you get.

2022-01-02It was good. Only disappointed about the hot chocolate. The taste was not what expected. My husband tried it and he said it tasted like the mike had gone bad. I think it is because they may have used organic milk. Just not what I was expecting. Especially when they have half-half on the coffee bar for creamer but only offer organic milk. Otherwise everything else I got is great I got several bagels & a tub of plain cream cheese, 2 frosted sugar cookies, a chocolate croissant, and a blueberry muffin. All were great.

2022-02-07This is my favorite Panera Bread to visit. The staff is so friendly and very helpful. Debbie helped me out today and gave me a wonderful recommendation for my meal and had my order out very quickly. Will definitely be a returning customer to this location

2021-12-06Great place to come do some home/work or study. Very comfortable, open and there are plugs below the booths. Tried the new sausage & pepperoni pizza with a creamy tomato soup and it was delicious! Staff is very friendly and nice, manager would come by occasionally to ask if we needed anything and how we were doing. Would come again!

2022-03-21Ive been to many Panera bread in the past. This one was lacking quality. Some of the food seemed to have a bit of cold spots here and there. The place is clean and staff is nice and polite.

2020-02-24Today was my first time at Panera, the lady at the register got my order to go, I asked to eat at the restaurant, she sent it to go... I asked my warm bowl to be done without chicken, she put chicken on it... I wanted a bowl of soup, she gave me a cup...I guess she cant hear or couldnt understand... First impression, disappointing but the food was amazingly delicious!!!😋We got the 10 vegetables soup, Baja Grain Bowl, tomato soup and half modern caprese sandwich!Outstanding flavor, fresh, not salty, not oily, just perfect!
