Management is fantastic. They have recently landscaped outside of the apartments and it looks much better. The dogs are well picked up after and the other residents are kind and quiet. The parking is pretty great too! As far as the bad goes its just an opinion thing and that being our entire apartment is is carpeted and the bathroom is tiny! Other then that its a great place to call home!
Parkridge Place is the best apartment community in Abilene! It is quiet and secluded, the office staff are quick to help, and the price you pay for what you get cant be beat. I am so glad I chose these apartments as my new home!
I love living here! the management always helps me out when necessary and Tiffani and Alyssa are so sweet. The layout of the apartments are my favorite and the bedrooms are large. I recommend this place to all of my friends!
My husband and myself lived here previously and moved back because the location is ideal secluded from lots of traffic but close to dyess and the loop. Tiffani and Alyssa are always very friendly and help get workorders and any other problems resolved quickly the apartment is great for the price Idont think Ive found another that has the size , laundry hook ups in unit and pet friendly for this price in town
Best apartment we have stayed at in Abilene. The management is awesome and they care about the community and each resident. I HIGHLY recommend Parkridge Place, the staff is excellent and so are the apartments.

I lived here for a year and a half and would recommend this place. I lived alone and felt very safe. It was a very quite and clean place to live. Mgt. and Maintenance were excellent. I recommend these apts. as a place to live.
Love Parkridge Place Apartments! Staff is wonderful and always very receptive to any questions or concerns I may have. The atmosphere is very peaceful, I have yet to experience any issues since living here!

Moved in, legit found black mold, cockroaches, you name it. Immediately moved as fast as possible
The management is disrespectful and rude. They said that they werent going to charge us extra money, but they are. The extra money we are being charged isnt even for our apartment.
Dont live here terrible management! Waste of money better to live in a car atleast you can drive away from the loudness of your neighbors

2022-02-03Today is February 2, 2022. I just put in a work order because the roof is leaking pretty heavily in my upstairs townhome. We’ll see how long it takes before they reply or have it looked at. Work orders that I have put in since I moved in three months ago have yet to be fulfilled but they show to be completed online. I agree with the guy about the appliances. When you say upgraded your thinking upgraded right? So disappointed. The doors on the refrigerator hang crooked. The dishwasher has so many broken whatever you wanna call them the things that hold the glasses and the dishes up! Broke! Rusted and broke! I’m sitting downstairs and I can hear the water dripping upstairs. I consider this an emergency situation wouldnt you? I’ll keep you posted.Update February 3, 2022Management has been in contact with me and they are doing everything in their power to get the roof leak fixed and the carpet disinfected. Thank you!!

2020-06-30Best apartment I’ve ever lived in. Prices are reasonable. Staff is nice, responsive, and remembers details about you. Maintenance is good about fixing major problems very promptly, and will fix minor issues in a perfectly reasonable timeframe.We were very sad to move out of our Townhouse, which I will say is definitely the way to go if you’re getting a place. EXCELLENT storage, and easy to entertain small gatherings due to the half bath downstairs.

2019-10-12Great apartments! The maintenance is always on top of things and even on call. Very quiet and great parking. Been here for almost 2 years and I love it! I was told by someone who once used to live here not to move here because they were the worst apartments ever! Glad I followed my instinct and glad I didnt listen to them!

2019-10-14I have lived at Parkridge Place for 5 years, and I love everything about these apartments - the staff, the location, the customer service. Maintenance is awesome! Alyssa and Tiffani in the office are the best. Everyone goes above and beyond to make certain that you are a happy tenant. Like all complexes, they also have rules and policies to follow. Follow their policies, and there should be no problems. For me, they stay in contact via my email about anything and everything. They are always quick to respond with any question or issue I might have. Covered parking is available to all tenants, pets are allowed. An Elementary and a Middle school are within walking distance. All shopping is about 10 minutes away. However, my favorite thing about Parkridge Place is that it sits up on a small hill surrounded by nothing much more than trees that are especially beautiful this time of the year. Watching the changing leaves is most beautiful to me and taking short walks to enjoy that beauty is the best part or simply enjoying it from my window or front door is ok too. Parkridge Place is my home and I couldnt be happier!

2019-10-30I currently live here at Parkridge Place and my husband and I are loving it so far! The apartments are very homey and the office administrators are very welcoming! They have been kind since the beginning and have helped us immensely in the process or our extremely quick move-in. I highly recommend considering these apartments when looking to move!

2021-03-11Is not a bad place to stay. Location is good, the maintenance team is fast and desk ladies in the front are great, everything is old though. That includes the appliances. You think when they say new appliances means they were used by one or two people that lived here before but no. This appliances looked like they been used for many years. I gave it a 3 star instead of a 5 because when they have water shut offs it lasts all day. Theirs been days where I’ve been without water from early morning to evening and that’s very frustrating

2019-10-17The staff here is amazing and very accommodating. I recommend them highly for a military move. They did a fantastic job making us feel comfortable to move in sight unseen. Best apartments we have lived in. Clean grounds, well kept pool and hot tub and very quiet. I have never heard my neighbors.

2019-10-30The staff and maintenance people are all incredibly efficient along with being kind and personable. They take care of us. I enjoy dropping by the office simply to chat, and I have never done that at any other apartment complex - that would be crazy - I typically only interacted with the leasing office when I had to. In addition, my dog loves them all, and they spoil him - he has to see them everyday. lol. We also like our apartment - open concept and high ceilings - I like the feeling of more room. I enjoy this feeling given that I am forced to stay in the home all day (illness).

2019-07-05Best apartment Ive stayed at in Abilene. The staff doesnt just work every day for a paycheck they actually care about what they do. They treat each resident past, current, or future with an overwhelming amount of respect, patience, and kindness. 2019-10-12I currently live here. I love it. It’s quiet and there are lots of sidewalks for walking pets. It’s close to good schools and a nice park. If there’s an issue with the apartment maintenance comes that day and fixes it. Assigned covered parking is great too. My parking spot is right in front of my door! Front office staff is super nice. This is a great place to live.
