Very efficient rental process from my initial call to returning our van. I had a great experience renting a vehicle from Perfect Travels. From the moment I reached out for information I was given excellent service. The owner Mr. Wilson was informative and made sure he was available to answer questions.I had the pleasure of driving Mike Tyson in the van I rented and Iron Mike was impressed with how nice the vehicle was. There were 6 of us so we had plenty of room and the ability to stand up in the back. The captain seats made for a comfortable ride. The drive was smooth and the van was very easy to drive-much like a car. I would choose Perfect Travel again for my rental needs.

I wanted to rent a luxury sprinter van to drive my family around town while visiting for Christmas and this company did not disappoint! Their customer service was top notch! They responded quickly to my initial inquiry and answered all of my questions upfront. They dropped off the van at my house and picked it up when we were finished using it (additional cost) but well worth it for our Christmas plans. The van was beautiful, clean and new. My entire family loved that we could ride around together in style while in town. I will definitely be using them in the future.
When planning a road trip one thing you need is a reliable vehicle and that’s what you get when choosing Perfect Travels. We rented a Mercedes Sprinter van for an 18 hour drive to Tennessee with a group of 15 people. The van was clearly well maintained and very clean. We needed a 12 passenger van for a trip to Orlando for my daughters club volleyball tournament and Perfect Travels and Mathew were amazing. He was able to help us get a Mercedes Sprinter Van 3 days before we had to leave. The van was in great condition, very roomie and great customer service. Mathew checked on us along the way and made sure our trip was great! I highly recommend Perfect Travels for any group trips! We will be using them again next year.

Recently took a family trip to Florida with my family and we decided to rent the 12 seater sprinter. Perfect Travels was the excellent choice. No issues whatsoever with the van and it was very spacious and clean. It was a very smooth ride to Florida and back and I would definitely recommend to rent here. :) The owner was also very kind and helpful.
Last minute trip from Sugar Land to Orlando, we were having a hard time finding reasonably priced transportation for a group of 12. Came across Perfect Travels in a Google search - the rest is history.Very pleased with the entire process, pricing was right in line with our budget. We ended up renting the 15 passenger Merceds-Benz Sprinter Luxury, vehicle is in great condition, smooth and very comfortable. Traveling with 4 children ranging from 1 yr old to 7 yrs old was an ease with this vehicle that is equipped with an entertainment system. We are already Planning our next trip and we’ll be reaching out to Perfect Travels again!

Very easy to work with. Get the black Mercedes van. The TV is big and a smart TV. Great for rides and entertaining people. If you get the gold van, bring a DVD or something to watch. The van drove smooth, super friendly service. Great experience. Would recommend and use again!

Great customer service. My group ended up not using the shuttle because of miscommunication on our end, but Matthew was so kind and worked with us concerning our situation. We had already fully paid for the transport, but he had agreed to let us have future travel credit or even half the amount back, our choice. They came through for us in the 11th hour, as our original plan to rent an RV (from another company) had to be aborted last minute...the RV was not safe to drive the distance, so we had to come up with another plan immediately to get to Colorado. I dont drive his vehicles but I do part take on his vehicles at express oil change. He is always making sure he gets everything fixed, deep education that he needs to know & make sure he gets the best quality investments on to the vehicles due to his priorities. #1 Customer Safety & #2 Comfort. Normally don’t write reviews, but if I’m going on a road trip with my family, we really need a reliable car to rent. The sprinter was my family and I’s home for the entire trip. The seats were comfy, and there was enough leg space for a grown adult (that was one thing we have had problem with other 15 seater vans). But, this really surprised us! I would rent the sprinter again!
Needed to rent a vehicle super last minute and they were amazing and accommodated with that. If we had any issues which we didn’t they were quick and assured us that we could communicate with them at any time. They also texted us during our trip to see how it was going and all. The sprinter was super spacious and had a tv we could watch on. I really recommend this place to anyone and we plan renting with them again
We absolutely loved the van and trip. We took our track team to AAU Club Nationals in Orlando Florida. Great service, great price. Our van had a large TV and speakers that had Wi-Fi! Kids loved it and a lot of room. Will definitely use again

Had it for a few days never had any problems and owner Mr. Matthew was a real plain out and simple easy going guy that had time to explain all the concerns of the vehicle before leaving . Great customer service he was very flexible on pick up time and drop off time that was a plus for me because I live a hour away and if you had any questions about the van doing the trip you could text him he’ll text you right back and walk you through your question That’s a plus he’s always available for his customers if you need him He text us later on in the day to check on us and make sure we made it there safely he texted us on the way home told us to have a safe trip back you won’t get that kind of customer service from enterprise you’re just another customer to them So I’m glad I’ve traveled with perfect travel van for my sons college graduation we will be using them again!!💯😇

10 of us drove to Colorado in one of these Sprinters and it couldnt have been better. Despite my skepticism, we fit perfectly even with all the luggage that comes along with an infant and toddler. The customer service was outstanding and readily available. We will definitely be using them again for future trips.March 2022This is our 4th year using Perfect Travels. Mr. Wilson has always gone above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The Sprinter is always impeccable and perfect for out big group. Perfect Travels was the best for our son’s birthday party transportation. The 12 passenger Mercedes Sprinter fit all of the party goer’s comfortably and allowed us to travel in style around Houston for the day. The kids really enjoyed the Bluetooth connection to play their music on the sound system. Easy pickup, drop off, and overall amazing experience.
Very bad customer service and rude employee or owner. Jacking up the price so badly . $600/day when the competitor has it for $350 for the same luxury sprinter.When I mentioned this he told me to go with the competitor right away
Overall had a great trip with Mathews van. We rented a Mercedes 12 passenger van from him. The good things are: 1. Was very comfortable 2. Reliable. 3. Plenty of room in vehicle. 4. Nice to have DVD in van to entertain the passengers. 5 very good mileage for such a large vehicle. 6. Mathew was very communicative and available when needed. Followed up throughout trip. We enjoyed all of that.The bad issues are:1. Van was very dirty in all the crevices and seats. My wife had to clean before our trip for it to feel sanitary for our family.2. Wiper blade was torn and made driving in rain difficult since the torn part is in drivers center of view. We had about 500 miles of our trip in the rain.3. We had a misunderstanding about a rear broken lamp. I was blamed for it but luckily my son took pictures of all the damages prior to us leaving his facility. I was able to prove the prior damage with time stamp. An owner should have better knowledge of the damage prior to releasing to a new customer.4. We had a small disagreement with pricing. There was some back and forth and in the end Mathew honored it. It just wasn’t very comforting going through that process.

All was good. Smooth ride, plenty of space the price was reasonable. We did go through some heavy rainfall and by the overtop AC unit are, drops came in. I think it was due to the high humidity. However that was the van, the Perfect Travels rep. Responded right away, and he checked on us a few times, which was good. Overall, I would recommend them and use them again.

The luxury van was perfect for our family vacation trip, plenty of comfortable space, including enough luggage space. The Sprinter was roomy, clean and spacious. The driver, Biju was very professional, attentive and on time. He went above and beyond to make sure the guys were comfortable and having a good time. We rented a Mercedes 12 passenger van from Mr. Mathew for a family trip to Destin and the entire process was easy. The van drove smooth, there was plenty of space for everyone to ride comfortably and the price was unbeatable. My husband and I recently rented the 9 seated luxury Mercedes Sprinter For a family trip to South Padre Island. Booking was easy, picking up the vehicle was convenient and the trip to and from was very comfortable. He has great prices. I’ve compared him to quite a few places and his prices are well worth it. Most houston companies requires a chauffeur and we didn’t need one with Perfect Travels. I definitely recommend Perfect Travels for your next booking.

The vehicle was very comfortable with plenty of space for luggage and leg room. Air conditioner was amazing, great sound system, dvd available, and diesel fuel was great for gas mileage. I rented one of the large 14-15 seat Mercedes Sprinter vans from Perfect Travels for a family vacation trip to South Padre Island. The van was practically new, very clean, very safe, equipped with a smart TV as well as DC and USB charging ports at every row, which was the kids’ favorite feature of course. Big win for dad!Despite its size, I was pleasantly surprised about how comfortable the van was and how small it drove.We experienced a dead battery due to me forgetting to turn off the switch that controls the TV and charging ports. Perfect Travels promptly sent AAA to our hotel to jump the battery for us and we were good to go in a matter of minutes.Overall, I’m very pleased with the service I received from Perfect Travels and definitely plan to rent from them again for future trips. Great communication, very personable (they checked on us everyday!), and attentive to the customer. Excellent service. Excellent vehicle.

The experience was great Matthew was very responsive throughout the entire process. Even ensures that we got the van size that we needed for travel. The van was clean and reliable. The DVD player would work but outside of that the experience was great. I highly recommend and would use again.

The sprinter drove well and we had no issues in the snowy conditions of Angel Fire, NM. 11 of us fit comfortably for the 15hr trip with ski gear and all. Honestly would rate 10 stars if I could. We rented the 15 seater for our family trip to Destin and can not stress enough how great this went. They were great at quick responses to any questions I had and also accommodated to anything we needed. The tv in the van was a life safer. We traveled with two toddlers and letting them watch tv kept them entertained and also reduced their motion sickness after long hours. If in the market for rental please consider this place we will definitely be using them going forward.

We decided for our family vacation to Santa Rosa Beach this year to rent something a bit larger so that our family could travel along with us. We called a few places, but none of them seem to really want to return calls. We happened across Perfect Travels, and we couldnt be happier that we did. They immediately returned our call with a quote and invited us to see the van in person. We decided on the 12 pasenger upgraded van, and it did not disappoint! Not reliable at all.I had a very bad experience last week. We booked 15 seater sprinter van, after we had confirmed he called the next day and said the vehicle was not available and offered another one. The day before our trip he said there was something wrong with the van and offered a very old van. So we have to rent a van from another company for very high rate at the last minute. Very rresponsible and not professional too.

We took a family vacation to Florida in the 9 passenger Sprinter. It was a great experience… from delivery of van to pick up. It was a very comfortable ride. Owner was very professional.
We booked for a family trip from Houston to Round Rock! Matthew was very helpful and accommodating! He answered all my questions either via text or on the phone. Matthew walked me through the sprinter and pointed out helpful tips when I picked it up and it was clean in and out. The sprinter had ports for all devices and we were able to get WiFi activated while already on our trip! I had to work so this was very helpful! Matthew also sent us a video to help with connecting to Bluetooth as we were having some issue connecting! The ride was comfortable and spacious! We had babies who come with a lot of baggage so we really needed the 15 passenger for an extra row for bags but we managed! We also waited too late to rent the sprinter so the 15 passenger was booked! Overall a good time and glad we did it!
Needed a unit and driver to cover transport of 9 teens to a rockets game for a 16th birthday. Needed it in a hurry. Event and transporr went without a hitch! Even with a bad wreck near us before pickup, they were on time and had extra time for questions.

Rented a 12 passenger van over the holidays so that all of our family that was in town could do things around town without taking multiple vehicles every time. So Perfect Travels was the ONLY company tht had a sprinter when it was crunch time, my family was impacted by Hurricane Ida and they was stuck in New Orleans after the hurricane without water food are lights my grandma had been without her meds for almost 4 days and it was beginning to look like my husband would have to drive our vehicles out there to pick up everyone because all the known rental places where out of vans/sprinters, well i lucked up on PERFECT TRAVELS and i mean from the beginning to the end it was a smooth process! We had a great experience with the rental of the 15 passenger sprinter van with Perfect Travels. Three families traveled to Dallas and Oklahoma for soccer games and this made the drive a lot more tolerable. It was so nice to have lots of room in the seat areas and plenty for luggage. The van was in perfect condition- inside and out. Mathew was very helpful and always answered our texts immediately. We had started out booking with another company which cancelled on us 3 days before our trip. I was a little concerned when moving forward and booking with another company. However, it was a completely different experience with Perfect Travel. Without a doubt we will use Perfect Travel the next time we need this service.

Overall great company! We had a church event and had to transport more then 50 people and we thought we were not going to be able to afford transportation for everyone, but Perfect travels was very accessible and had a good price range. I would definitely choose them again if I had to rent a van.

Our family rented the 15 seats van the week after July 4 for a short trip to Destin FL. The owner, Mr. Wilson, went beyond and above to install the media player in the van prior to our trip so the kids, 7 total, didn’t get bored while traveling. The van was very well maintained, very smooth, AC was blowing cold while it was more than 100 degrees outside. 2022-07-25Mathew was incredibly helpful in a market where finding a van at all is tricky! Even upgraded our van no charge when plans changed. My athletes were able to travel in style (their competitors noticed they had a luxury van, good boost of confidence). For a vehicle of this size it is a surprisingly comfortable ride! The kids loved watching a movie for highway portions of a six day trip. Will go backTo Mathew every time a van is needed in the future!!

2022-01-06We made a Christmas trip all the way to Florida. We changed our itinerary multiple times and Matthew was so flexible with us! The van we rented was the 12 passenger… comfortable and tons of space with 6 kids. We enjoyed the service he gave us and when a light popped up on the dash he was quick to assure us all was well and to tell us what to do. He called to make sure we were safe. 2022-03-01We needed to rent a van to carry our basketball team to their state tournament. When I contacted Matthew at Perfect Travels, we were able to get the whole trip set up and paid for quickly. We needed to pick the van up earlier than they usually opened and they were able to help us out with that. The van was large and comfortable for all the athletes and coaches. Lots of nice features. Looking forward to doing this again next year.

The crew was more than happy being transported in this vehicle which came equipped with multiple usb outlets, great A/C, comfortable seatIng, nice screen and multimedia player and most important it ran like a beauty. Working with Perfect Travels was so easy thanks to their great customer service. Mathew was very polite and attentive he even checked in during the rental to make sure I was happy. The drop off was a breeze and I have absolutely no complaints. After this experience I will be back in the future.
