Love the dog bath station! Awesome and wish they had a location more north!
Out of 5 different pet stores, this is the only.place to stock tidy cat litter. They also have a great selection of pet foods and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Goto pet store.
Little bit of everything for all pets. Really nice staff. Large collection of different brands to find about anything for your pet.Dont forget the baked goods for the pups on the way out.
We’ve been coming here for a couple years. Great deals, cute toys and clothes for my dog, and he loves their treats. He goes crazy for the chicken and duck feet. Will have to find another pet store closer to our new home in pflugerville 💔
I really love Pet Supplies Plus for their customer services and pickup/delivery options. I have always had an amazing experience and employees are always going out of their way to help. They also deliver so quickly which works great for me when I don’t have access to a car.
This is my primary source for food & supplies for my cats. Their everyday prices are competitive & they frequently have sales & offer coupons. I especially like & appreciate that they showcase cats for adoption from local shelters. Ive used their delivery & curbside pickup services & both are super convenient. The staff is always very pleasant. I do wish they didnt sell animals but thats an issue I have with most pet stores.

I love the pet bath. This is a great alternative to washing your pets at home and making a big ole mess. They have seasonal shampoos and towels/blow dryers to dry off your pet. I hear groomer horror stories all of the time and just dont trust anyone to wash my babies.

I purchased my dog food and gave my pup her bath. Its first come first serve. Everyone is polite. The only small issue was being rushed a bit by an employee who asked if I was about to bathe my pup as Im turning on the water. She said a line is forming. There was one other person waiting. I advised that I literally just got here. She said so did she. I forgot her name but it was just a bit odd. Ive never had any issue at this store. This was one that was sort of strange. I am still giving 5 stars because Ive had Amazing customer service. Even her interaction wasnt rude just strange to ask me that question while my dog was being secured and in turning the water on.
Lovely store! Im always greeted when I walk in, its a good environment. They dont see me as money they see me as an individual. They know all about my cats diets and make great food recommendations.
I love this store. I drive 25 minutes to the store from Round Rock because of the selection, customer service, and employee knowledge of the products.I have never had a bad experience have it be with the employees or the products.Best part is if you return something they donate it to a few local shelters!

Wow. Just wow! The staff here is amazing. I stopped by based on the reviews and they live up to every positive review posted. Lyndsey and Caroline were so helpful and informative about the options for pet food for my rescue Husky (who is, BTW, a very picky eater)! I didn’t feel any pressure to buy anything and was assured and even encouraged to return with any food that our dog didn’t like.Such a great experience. Yep, I’ll be back ❤️

This is the best place. I feed feral cats and they have a great assortment of great food to feed them. I buy quite a bit of food so I watch my money and they offer sales and coupons to help with expenses.Love the great service, all the managers, and great associates.Such excellent variety. Wont buy ANYTHING for fur family outside of Pet Supplies Plus. My dogs love the cookies!

This place is always great, especially if you need to run in really quick grab your pets food or whatever items you need and get home I typically have to come by fairly late when Im off work and have forgotten that my very spoiled and very loved fur baby is out of food, treats, or needs a toy or whatever! I love the fact that they are open pretty late as I usually cant leave work until close to 7. Its quiet shopping no long lines, the prices are great and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. I so appreciate this place, perfect for whatever your pets needs❤
I have a picky cat who loves cheap wet food. They have nicer brands, but to her delight they always have a fantastic selection of Friskies and Fancy Feast, and even Sheba when it is available. She even likes Mittens Morsels, another inexpensive food, and she often wont go for odd brands. Their prices are great, too!

Manager Lindsey listened to my issues and worked really quickly to resolve the problem. She explained how the third party delivery system works, and should they not hear back from the driver, I would still be able to get my bag of dog food delivered to me same day. She called me immediately with updates and then another follow up call to make sure I got my delivery as expected. Without her help and professionalism I would never trust Pet Supplies Plus to deliver dog food to me again. If this company does any employee appreciation or awards Lindsey deserves it because I know I am a difficult client when it comes to my pups health and safety.
The folks that work here are just so very nice..the prices not always the cheapest, but I will happily pay a little for service with a smile

I have never had a bad experience here! Their free member card gets you even more of a discount on their clearance items. I took my dog in for their self serve bath and it was great! They have everything you need to groom, including nail clippers, shampoo, towels and a forced air machine for only $10! You can purchase a bath card for 5 baths for 25 I think. They definitely beat other pet stores that Ive been to.

This is a great store. Lots of selection, very nice staff, and I love that they make space for a cat rescue to have an adoption center, and that they collect donations for dogs and cats at shelters.

I love this place. Its hard for me to go to any other pet store now after finding pet supplies plus. I buy my dogs food here, their toys and I even bathe them here. Theyre food selection is incredible, lots of brands you dont find many places - great prices and ingredients as well. They also have lots of treats and bones to choose from. Their self service dog wash is amazing and becoming a member for free is well worth the perks. The staff is always awesome and theyre very knowledgeable which is helpful. Couldnt ask for anything more.

I recently started shopping here because I live right down the street, but mostly I was impressed because I could find so many different healthy treat options for my dog and cat. Wide array of pet supplies here. Friendly staff, usually quiet. Love taking my pups here to get baths at their wash your own dog area which is full of towels, treats, two sinks, blow dryers and several different shampoos to choose from. My favorite part is the price match to Amazon prices online, not so great for heavier items, but usually great for smaller stuff like collars and toys which is awesome.

I bought small mealworms for my jumping spider here but after a few days of it being being too intimidated to eat them I knew I would need to go back to crickets. However the only opportunity I was going to get was 5 minutes before close. The lady was very nice and was waiting for me when I got there at 8:58 and handed off the 10 small crickets. What a champ. Thank you so much and Im sorry haha.
I took a pet food bag with a sale price posted on it and when I went to check out, the cashier tried to charge me full price; 10 minutes b4, I bought 2 items and at check out was told my green Pet Supplies Card didnt help my purchase; however, when I went back later becuz I 4got something, same cashier said my green card worked and applied it to the item I said was posted on sale???? Not caring for your shady business ?? Wont come back & wont recommend my friends to shop there either!

Pet supplies plus definitely has more of a hometown feel to it and its my go to place to pick up dog food. Plus, they frequently offer, digital coupons, in-store coupons, and sales to offer a great value. However my favorite thing about this store is the dog washing station in the store. This makes cleaning so much easier and they have shampoo, towels, and a fancy dog hair dryer. Even better you can get a card for 5 washes for only $25.
This place it amazing! Staff was very informative and friendly. My cat was struggling with being introduced to another cat and she became very aggressive and stopped eating. They recommended Zen cat calming aid and she is doing so much better! I returned to ask for a high in fat food becuase she had lost so much weight and they recommend a great band that my cat actually liked. I cant get enough of this place. And they price match!
Cool little store. Good selection, better atmosphere, BEST staff and competitive prices, albeit not always the lowest in all the land. This store is about quality and service at a reasonable charge, and with a great selection to boot. They give all Austin pet owners every reason to shop local, and the people they employ really care about pets.

The selection is not good compared to bigger chains like Petsmart and Petco for starters. The staff have been friendly, but they seem to be unknowledgeable in some areas which I feel are common knowledge if you work at a pet store.
Love this place, the staff is always friendly and I can say Ive been in one time that they didnt ask if I needed help either in the store or else carrying the bag of dog food to my car. Its small but has ALL the basics and a few extras for a wide variety of pets. Keep it up PS+!!

This is a really awesome pet supply and pretty store. You can buy bulk treats for really good prices, and they rock a really local vibe. Also, this may sound wierd, but their birds are the nicest I have ever seen in a pet store which makes me think they are really well cared for. I think that matters. Anyway, they are smaller than your petsmarts, but still a really cool shop.

From the looks of it you wouldnt expect much but once you walk in youll be amazed! They have a large variety of supplies and food for all types of animals. I really enjoy getting the already grown organic cat grass here and the added bonus of being a loyalty member. They let you know when there are sales on what you historically bought. My daughter and Wife went into the store to adopt a kitten and they told my wife they only accept cash. After coming back from getting cash they told her they can’t break a hundred dollar bill so last she went to break a $100 and when she got back they told her the kitten is not for sell. They said they are going to give it to another employee instead. After my pregnant wife went back and forth they tell her no. If this was really for someone else why did they make my wife go through all this?!?! I’m reporting this to the local news and your corporate office!! Worst customer service ever!!!!

Shopping for my bearded dragon, live adult crickets are always on the smaller end, but live long. Service is friendly and awesome but dont expect to get your crickets if youre in a rush!
This is our regular stop for anything we need for our furry kids. They have high quality, healthy foods for them, all of the staff is educated on the products and can help you pick out what you need, youre greeted at the door when you come in, and the prices are reasonable (especially if you become a member).

2022-02-07I love this store! Ive been going to this location for about 5 years. Always helpful, friendly and prompt staff. Well stocked and clean. Love the dog bathing area. Always stocked with supplies and ready for the next customer. I also love the posting on their FB page. Updates, pics of adoptable fur babies and pets that come into their store with their owners. I never feel like a stranger at this location. Keep up the great work!

2022-04-27This is where I adopted my Ziggy girl and the only place that carries the cat food she likes. I always make a point to give pets to all the kitties in the back waiting for their forever homes. Everyone here is super nice and the curbside pickup option saves me a ton of time!

2022-02-06My pup Loki and I absolutely love this place. The workers are super friendly and they have such a huge variety of treats, food and toys. They have stuff for cats, fish, reptiles, and some bird stuff! They wont disappoint you.

2022-06-08The staff is really courteous and the store is nice. I just couldnt find what I needed for my bearded dragon. Also, for some reason the reptile tank supplies and fish tank supplies are mixed together and it makes it confusing.

2021-04-24After getting a sick Betta fish from a big box pet store, I came here to get a new fish, and I was impressed with their Betta selection and prices!! All their fish looked healthy. I bought a Koi Betta here and some supplies, and I came back another day to get a nerite snail as well, and a lady there was super knowledgeable about the snails and helped me get what I needed. 2022-03-19Great store with tons of dog stuff and even had the particular dog food I usually can only find online. Customer service is great, Lyndsey was awesome and helpful. Would recommend.
