I love this place and my dog family does as well. I really enjoy the convenience of taking care of all my pups need in one place. The staff is always great, I have never had a bad experience. I especially love Doggy Day Camp and my pups as well. They get super excited once they realize that is where they are going. Thanks Petsmart for superb service!!!!
Watch your prices!! Today I went there to buy cat food. I finally realize what the price on the shelf was higher at the register. Even the manager checked the bar code on the receipt and then on the shelf. They charge you more that the price it is suppose to be. The manager realized the mistake but seem not interested in making it right. Ripping people off
Samantha in the grooming Dept. worked on my American Cocker Spaniel, Bruno. She removed at least 3 inches of hair (dont judge me) and made him look like the handsome boy he is. She kept his ear length, but thinned them out a bit. He feels like velvet. Bruno is a handful on a good day, and he refused to be blow-dryed this day but Samantha won him over. She stated she would love to groom on him again!! She will definitely get her wish. In 6-8 weeks !
Grooming salon here is TERRIBLE! I gave the young ladies there specific instructions on which cut I preferred for my pup, showed them pictures, gave specifics on length and they did the COMPLETE opposite. My yorkie was shaved almost BALD and the cut looks a mess. Not to mention it took them 4 hours. I would not recommend.
Was not impressed at all with the online ordering /store pickup experience. Have already made 3 trips attempting to pick up the order, finally on Monday spoke with Nikki who was super sweet and told me to come back today (Friday) and wrote on my order acknowledgement for them to honor the black Friday prices. I should mention that I was given misinformation when I called the customer service line before attempting to pick up my order.
The pets hotel is my favorite in the area. Im a little reluctant to post about it because I dont want too many people to use it and run up the price!For cats (I dont have a dog), its a great value for the money. Two daily play times are included with the (very reasonable) daily rate.The staff are also very friendly and knowledgeable. I have no concerns whatsoever leaving my pet here for stays as long as two weeks.
Outstanding experience here over the Christmas break. My girlfriend and I were headed out of town so we booked a stay for our cat at the pet hotel. The staff was extremely friendly courteous and very informative the entire process through. We called multiple times to check on our kitten and they always provided a detailed and thorough update of how our cat was doing. Will definitely be using this place in the future and highly recommend.
This store was nice but beware the specials on the shelf require a card membership (free) but the cashier didnt ask if I wanted one. I spent $89. I thought it was going to be alot less. Looked at the receipt, realized the problem, signed up, got a refund and 20 minutes later I was finally on my way through a torrential downpour. Better training = better employees.
I will not be returning here. Every time I come there is some issue. Lisa has given terrible customer service each time I’ve interacted with her. I had an appointment with her, I called ahead to say I was running late, they said it was okay, I get there and she is upset and continually repeating that I’m late. It’s not my fault your coworkers did not relay the message to you! She made it a huge deal and at that point I just want to know are you gonna do the grooming or not. Today I had an appointment with someone else. No one said anything when I walked in and when I finally got help they couldn’t find my groomer. Lisa chimed in to tell the employee that she’s probably on break and I’m 10 minutes early anyway so just have her sit outside until she gets back. So now I’m too early!! And she’s talking like I’m not standing there. At this point I’m fed up with getting angry every visit and I’m not returning. She is a poor representation of a company I’ve grown to love. If she can be this rude to me as I show her a higher level or professionalism than she shows me, it makes me wonder how she will treat my pet who is depending on her care and can’t speak for himself. I would highly recommend that anyone considering this place to stop and go somewhere else. Petco offers grooming and their employees are alway friendly and welcoming. There are also many small business owner who have mobile services. She has ended my 3 year commitment to PetSmart.
I checked my dog in twice with PetSmart. The first time was over the weekend, and I didnt know until I picked her up that she wasnt allowed to interact with any other dogs. She is an 11-year-old pitbull-terrier who is also an emotional support animal. So I was surprised to hear that they kept her in her room the whole weekend. The next time I booked with them (because it was an emergency), I was told by the associate that shes not allowed to interact with other animals and I have to pay for her to come out and play 2 times a day for 15 minutes with an associate. I had also paid for a bath the morning of us picking her up. They never gave her a bath. When I dropped off her bed they said that they have to wash the bed upon drop off and right before pickup. When I picked up my dog, the bottom of her bed was soaked with urine. So she hadnt been out of the room for 4 days, she was peeing in her room, and sleeping in her own urine. And they never even gave her a bath!
We visited the Banfield Hospital for our GSD. The moment we walked up, the staff greeted us with great enthusiasm. They took great interest in our family pet and our family in general. The staff really showed that they care for the well being of your pet. They have a great program available to keep your fur baby healthy and happy. The Vet we had was amazing Rachel. She took great care of our German Shepard and gave us great tips on getting her healthier. I would absolutely recommend this Vet for your furry family members.
Golden-doodle owners - do not take your dogs here to be groomed. They shaved my puppy’s snout and between his eyes down to the skin at his 3 month grooming appt. they made a note that I did not like that and I just took him back at 5 months and they did it again and all they did was offer a refund. I will never be returning. His hair had just started growing back and now he looks absurd.
We prefer this location of PetSmart, even though there is one much closer to our home. We love Doggie Daycamp. It is EXCELLENT. We are going to give the grooming place another try and see if it is any better than this time. Our recent stay on the hotel was expensive and the staff were not very friendly --We had to remind them of our sr. discount.
Dangerous. If my pockets were overflowing with money Id adopt every animal there. The workers are super kind and helpful and the store is very easy to make your way around. Also, there are beautiful dogs making their way to doggy day care everytime you go. Its amazing.
We love this PetSmart! The veterinarians are wonderful; you can tell they really do care for the animals and treat them like little humans. The grooming salon is also great; we take our Schnauzer there to get trimmed up every 2-3 months(maybe?) and they always do an awesome job! Great selections, numerous sales every week; just an overall great store. I highly recommend them!
The Banfield Pet Hospital place is a disgrace here! I took my dog to get an xray to confirm how many puppies she had & i was told she was not pregnant, that she possibly had pyometra! Well they were incorrect! I just took my dog to get fixed and they told me she was pregnant and she wouldve had them in a week or so! Do not I repeat do NOT take your pregnant dogs here at all! Apparently these ppl that work at this vet have no damn idea what the hell they are doing!
Petsmart is conveniently located. Easy to get in and out quickly. They have a great selection with good pricing. All of the staff (at this location) are always very friendly and best of all they actually engage with you about your needs and offer suggestions or just make small talk about their day. I thought I was special but realized they were doing it with all the customers just because theyre that friendly. Great store!
Well she got a good haircut Im happy with that. Im just a little disappointed about her not coming home looking like a little girl you know painted nails a bow in the hair! At $60 I thought you know that was part of the package. Also she wasnt blown off she came home with so much hair on her my wife held her in her lap on the way and she was covered in hair,we had to give her a bath before she could run around the house.
Everyone we visit the team here is friendly, helpful, & welcoming!!! We have 3 dogs & 2 hamsters & this location is by far the best we been too in Fort Worth for sure!! The Floor Team is always ready to help you find what your looking for, the grooming squad are soooo gentle with my tiny Lucy & are amazing at what they do!! Banfield team are always amazing & make bringing Lucy for vet needs soo easy!!! Our family appreciates all that your team does for us!!! Keep up the amazing work!!!!
Needed a veterinarian in a timely manner and they accommodated pretty quickly. The cost was less than what I had planned for. The vet and assistant were very clear and thoughtful about all of the questions we had for the care of our pet. The store is always clean (except for the occasional pet ooopsies and those are quickly cleaned up) the store well stocked and organized. Pet smart always price matches with other pet supply companies.
I visited this store along with my friend and her daughter. She was interested in getting a small fish for her fish tank. now her tank was a 3 gallon tank and she decided to get a male and female guppy so we do have a 500 gallon tank as well to accommodate her wants. Well the sales lady started to dictate to me what I can and cant do along with what I can and cannot have. I am a commercial diver and I dive and have been around fish and underwater for over 25 years I know a bit more than this young lady who was selling a fish. Theres no more respect for an older generation anylonger. I use to purchase dog food, cat food and have my pets groomed at these places but I assure you, you all have lost my business for good. Good luck with the fish dictatorship.
My parents and sister have taken their dogs to this daycare for over a year, and had mostly good experiences. I recently moved down a few months ago, and had also been a fan as I used to take my dog to other PetSmart locations before he passed away. I had previously been allowed to pick up my parents and sisters dog from daycare, as the staff knows who I am. However, a new employee discovered I was not on the approved pickup list and I wasnt allowed to take them despite that the employees admitted knowing who I was and that I had been allowed to pick them up previously. It wouldnt have been a problem either, except I was already standing there with my one year old son and the owners of the dogs were out of town. I asked if I could get verbal permission via phone call, but the employees said it had to be a physical signature. They were extremely rude, and made the whole thing out to be my fault for not understanding corporate policy. Had they properly been enforcing their own policy from the beginning, we wouldnt have been in this situation. I would have been happy to get the approved signatures when I first showed up to get the dogs, but was never told this was needed. I would suggest all the staff seriously need to be retrained in customer service, and management have a better system in place for handling exceptions or emergent situations. No one even bothered to get a manager involved. I just had to leave as both I and my one year old were clearly becoming upset, and I wasnt going to stand there with a crying one year old arguing over semantics.
Made an appointment for my dog to be groomed on 2/14. Dropped her off at 4 and called 2 hours later to see if she would be ready soon. The lady that answered the phone was rude and told me that she wouldn’t be ready till 8. I questioned her on why it would take 4 hours to only have a bath done and have her teeth brushed. She replied that they always ask for 4 hours to complete the services (which I’ve never been told before). Anytime I’ve ever had her groomed it’s been only 2 hours MAX. So I wait and hour and decided go up there at 7 because by this time they should be brushing her. When I get there I can hear my baby crying from the kennel they have her locked in and ask why she isn’t being taken care of. One of the lady’s working told me that my groomer was on her lunch break and when she comes back she will finish her drying and brushing. My dog was sitting in a kennel crying and soaking wet. I paid for my dog to be cleaned and taken care instead I paid for my groomer to lock my dog in a kennel wet while she goes on lunch. I will NOT be coming back here.I did inform the manager immediately on what had happen.
There were 6 of us with our Pets who arrived between 7:45 an 7:50 for 8a appointments at Petsmart on Bryant Irvin in Fort Worth texas. It was raining. An employee came to the door and said sorry I can’t let you in until 8a. Since they have changed their procedures it is unacceptable that didn’t tell us this when we scheduled. I even said Ok see you about 7:45 on Friday. AtTHAT point they have told me they don’t open the doors until 8. I would not have gotten out of the car in the rain with my beloved pet. This is UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!!!!
Grooming salon is terrible. I brought my dog to this location three times and each time, I was unsatisfied with services not being completed. Even after telling the staff that services were not completed on the following visits, service was still terrible. I tried a different location, and same issue. The only reason I kept going back was for convenience because my dog doesn’t like riding in cars, so I am stuck trying to find a different groomer who has the ability to do their job.
Petsmart on Bryant Irvin Road has the best staff ever! Matt, Alexis, Morgan, Christina, Patty, Daniel, Morgan, Kelly and the entire Salon staff and Boarding staff treats my family well. Always friendly, Levi loves them all! The friendly Customer service guests who check is out at the front are just as AMAZING! Love the Store Manager as well!
Our fur baby, Nana stayed with Petsmart while we where away on vacation. We rented what they refer as a Suite, which is a private room with a bed. They allowed us to bring her blanket and a few of her toys. They have a Television in the room which they play pet friendly DVD movies like Lady and The Tramp. They took her out for 30 minutes of play each day. They took her out for bathroom breaks. She had exercise time. Playtime with the Employees. Socializing with the other dogs. There was standby medical help if needed. We feel that we were leaving Nana in very capable hands. When we picked Nana up the Staff were very friendly with us and our pet. They gave us a hand written report on Nanas time at the Center. If we have to leave Nana again, we will definitely leave her with this PetSmart.
Great customer service! The staff here are all very helpful and kind. Theyre always ready to help any way they can- be it getting you a cart, helping you find a product, or answering any question you have to the best of their knowledge. They have a wide variety of top notch products. The only reason I gave a 4-star rating is because of pricing. Yes, they have good quality products... but when Im paying $16 for the same water bottle I can get at Walmart for $4.99, its in excess. Some of their products deserve the higher price, other things definitely dont. If Im being honest, my gut turns everytime I check-out.... waiting in gurgling anticipation for that grand total thatll put a big dent in my bank account. If it wasnt for that, Id give it a 5-star rating.
A stray cat adopted me. I’m a “dog person.” I was completely lost without proper cat adulting skills. Within 5 minutes of walking in, one of the associates got me up to speed on what all I needed and was super nice. I checked out and left within less than 10 minutes. That was a billion times better than aimlessly browsing the internet and I’ll definitely be back to this location! I’m now a “cat and dog person.”
I was thinking of writing a negative review two days ago, shortly after I picked my dog up from being groomed, but decided against it. However, I just received another email from PetSmart with a link to your covid 19 response. The PetSmart website claims, that the health of your costumers and employees is important to you and you put measures in place to minimize the risk of spreading the disease, like social distancing and having a plastic barrier installed at the check out line. I saw none of these things -- no plastic barrier and the only people practicing social distancing were the customers, who were also the only ones in the store wearing masks. One male employee seems to think, that walking through the aisles like Pac-Man and standing less than two feet away from customers, means social distancing. I tried to avoid him twice and wasnt going for a third time and therefore just left the store. I still wanted to buy carefresh and hay for my guinea pigs, but ordered it from Amazon shortly after I got home, instead of buying it in your store. I understand, that businesses in Texas can follow the recommended guidelines by the CDC, but are not obligated to do so, however dont send out emails, claiming you put this or that guideline in place, when in fact you do little to nothing to keep your customers and employees safe.Though, my dogs haircut is great and the groomer did a wonderful job, I will not visit your store for quiet some time again...
I never write negative reviews about anything but!!!! the experience that i had with petsmart today is honestly revolting.. Took my dog to their “doggy day camp” dropped him off at 11 am & planned to pick him up at 5.. I decided to come up to the store to see him in the play area, but waited around for an HOUR & never saw him?? left the store to run errands, came back to petsmart to see he was still not out there (an hour later) so i decided to pick him up then, then was told by the lady at the front desk that he didn’t want to come out to play & mentioned i should bring him earlier.. lol. Thankfully didn’t have to pay for the day, maybe the only positive thing?? But if i were you, i would look into a PROFESSIONAL place that isn’t a corporate business. There are many doggy day camps/local businesses that actually care about your fur baby & fit your dogs needs. I will NEVER give pet smart any of my business ever again. If i wouldn’t have ever mentioned that i actually sat up there & watched for him i 100% know that i would have been charged for the day. I get that my dog is shy & afraid of the other dogs, but petsmart was aware of that!! Very disappointed, but not surprised.
We really like PetSmarts service and selection of cat foods. Most often, we order online for pickup in the store, and our orders are always ready within an hour or so, correctly filled and waiting in a basket at the front of the store - you wont find better service or selection!
Store was not as inviting as I would hope. Seems dingy and unkept. Everything seems to be increasing in costs and there is a lack of affordable items or sales.. staff was nice and attentive. I find myself waiting for items from online services more and more.. which is sad it use to be worth the time and money extra to go here.. you get nothing extra from the store environment anymore. Wish there were more events like in Weatherford they have dog adoptions and community gatherings..
I scheduled a bath and nail trim for our white Poodle mix. When I got her home, I realized she had NOT been bathed! Her hair was fluffed, but stiff on the ends (as if dry shampoo were used), and her haunches and neck were still gray with dirt. I called and did receive a refund. From that standpoint, their customer service was good. However, this was our third attempt at using this Petsmart location, and they were never able to groom our dog per our requests.
As Pets Marts go this location is about standard. Decent variety of foods, toys, leashes, collars, beds, etc for dogs and cats. They have birds and fish too (I think) but I focus on the mutts. They also have their own doggie day care, vet services, grooming, etc. they open early, which is great, but you might have trouble finding someone at the register to check you out.
I used PetSmart for my dogs grooming service last week and it was terrible. I have always used PetSmart and have always been pleased but this was the first time at this location. The lady who groomed my dog never talked to me and did not greet my dog when we arrived. She was 10 minutes late to my 3:00pm appointment which was frustrating as I have a Boxer and I am told to be there within 15 minutes of completion of service because of his breed (also frustrating, Boxers are extremely friendly dogs). When I arrived to pick my dog up, he did not appear clean at all and his nails were just as long as they were when I brought him in. When I notified the manager; instead of him trying to offer a solution or correct the problem, he only said I will take care of this personally. That does nothing for the customer and I still have to go home with a dog that is not groomed appropriately after I paid the high dollar amount they charge. I will NEVER use this PetSmart again for grooming! I will continue to go to the Burleson location where the customer service is stellar and the quality or service is EXCELLENT!!!
The store itself is fine. However I dropped my dogs off at the pet hotel. My 2 dogs were there for a day and a half and I paid $94. I get my dogs back and they both had feces on them and smelled awful. Leaving your dogs at a pet hotel you arent supposed to have to worry. But I will never leave my dogs there again. Unacceptable.
Great place for pet supplies, needs and even pets. I have used several services such as pets hotel, doggie day care, day camp and grooming.I also like that once your pet in their system, there is no need to carry the paperwork if you will be traveling to another state or city.
On three occasions now, I have had issues with a couple of employees. The first two issues were around product returns - my dog apparently hates their store-brand food, so I had to return it. They questioned me as though I was pulling a scam on them (given the various facts, I think their tone/attitude was uncalled for). This last situation, the manager would not bother considering honoring a $5 coupon from my last receipt because it had expired the previous day. Customer service should be flexible to some degree, in my opinion. I wont be going here anymore.
I always get my cocker spaniel completely shaved and sometimes she gets snippy with the ladies when they get around her mouth. So it always looks really bad around her mouth but today the groomer Lisa groomed her and she looks better than any other time shes been groomed. Not a single piece of uneven hair or hairless spots. Shes older and has a few little lumps and bumps and normally they irritate those spots, Lisa was very careful and Chelsea is as beautiful as ever.
I have had so many good experiences at PetSmart that its hard for me to put anything negative about them. So Im just going to say that this isnt really negative but its something that should be addressed. I have a sugar glider and she eats the mill worms and the cans by flukers. I hardly ever see him in stock. And my dog eats a certain organic natural food because of his allergies. Its usually in stock but the other day when I was in there there was hardly any of that brand on the Shelf. But I love my PetSmart.
Will NEVER use this company again. We booked our 2 dogs for pets hotel and had eveything set up. I asked Cecelia on the phone if it was okay that our vet records are hand written by the vet. She said yes. When we arrived Vanessa informed us that we couldnt have handwritten records and said sorry we cant take them, and walked off. Let me tell you this. Weve used them for years and this is the first time they said they wouldnt take handwritten notes. Id give no stars if that was possible.
I moved to the area about 3 years ago and had to find a new groomer for my dogs nails. She is very particular and thankfully Chelsea came to her rescue. I have moved about 45 minutes away and still drive once a month to Chelsea because she is the greatest! My dog hates getting her nails done, but loves Chelsea and doesnt put up too much of a fuss. Chelsea is the greatest!
If I could leave less then 1 star I would the grooming at this place is just a disgrace I took my yorkie in for a full services groom with hair cut when they call me to pick up my dog she was not washed or had a hair cut!! She smells like the kennel they kept her in and had fleas on her witch she did not have before I took her here. They put a bow to make it look like they had did something as of grooming but the bow was so tight my dog could not close her eyes and eyes was getting irritated from not being able to blink!!! My dog was physically abused she was hurt and limping and has a bruise on her chest!!! When I confronted A manager A bout the horrible services she did not offer to fix it but rather argue with me and trying to prove a point with me why I should pay $40+ and leave at least a $20 tip for the groomer for the time she took to groom my dog!! I hate this place and the staff and especially that unprofessional under trained idiot groomer her name was Shelby!
This PetsHotel deserves 0 stars. Our dog stayed for 8 nights and when we picked her up we learned they only took her out to relieve herself twice a day [despite the website saying Unlimited walks to relief rooms treated with pheromones (so pets know it’s OK to go)], there was poop on her chew toy, and she smelled TERRIBLE. We had just returned from a 13 hour road trip with our three toddlers but we washed her in the driveway as soon as we pulled up because we couldnt let her in the house smelling like that. I called the store and when I mentioned the website saying the dogs have unlimited walks to relief rooms the employee said we only have so many people here so we take them out in the morning and evening. We let our dog out every 8 hours MAX. We paid a lot of money to have her locked in all day and poop in her suite. I sent an email about our experience and received a call from the PetsHotel manager who made me reiterate everything I wrote in the email and then asked what do you want me to do about it? All this to say, PetsHotel is a scam and the places Ive checked into since have better prices and take better care of dogs so please dont waste your money to have your dog sit in his/her own mess. We dont pamper our dog, but we do take care of her and expect her to be let out to relieve herself, especially when were paying a lot of money for it.
I always go to Banfield and buy most of my pet supplies here and typically have no issues. A few days ago I was looking for a new gerbil cage. After talking to an associate about your new cages I found one for $29.99. I went to go check out and the price came out to either $50 or $60 something dollars. I told her it wasnt, the price said it was 29. I was actually with my mom helping her drop off her dogs to get groomed so we both saw it and walked over there with an another associate. She compared the UPCs and the tag did not match the product and said someone must have put it there by mistake. Even though we were right, with the tag saying what the price was, she wouldnt honor it and was very rude. If my vet wasnt there, I would probably go somewhere else.
If I can place no star, I would. I left my dog here for grooming. Later I found out my dogs ears were bleeding. I called them couple days later once I found out that happened. They said we have no proof that it is their fault, so they refused to take any responsibility. Dont take your dog here. Worst place ever. Plus, havent mention they didnt trim her nails when I picked the most expensive plan that included everything.
Horrific experience at the Pet Hotel. They will take your money for all these shots and then tell u later that they cant house your pet. Why could they not tell a customer that before they make reservations and pay for vaccines. My trip was almost ruined because of these people. Very rude and inconsiderate. Ive been a customer for years but after today never again.
Unfortunately your staff was very rude and dismissive. On top of that when I went to book my boxer/staffordshire terrier mix 10 WEEK OLD PUPPY... for your puppy playdate I was told he would not be allowed in due to him being a RESTRICTED BREED for aggression. I have been to many other Petsmarts and have seen these types of dogs in your play groups. I will not support a brand/store that discriminates against a breed of dog, ESPECIALLY a 10 week old puppy. Please consider changing your companys morals and values and growing with the times, it is 2019 after all.
While the store manager and 99% of the staff are very helpful, the PetsHotel manager is so ignorant and rude, I refuse to go to this location anymore. Nancy has made it a point of personal pride, to make one of our dogs miserable.We adopted a second dog, took him to the vet the next day, and found out that he has heartworms. When we started taking him to day camp as well, we told them that he had heartworms, and it wasnt mentioned again until 3 visits later. Nancy wanted to know if we were treating him and why we werent already. Then she started taking him out of day camp (the last two visits), and giving us attitude/disgusted looks for not treating him. Apparently she doesnt know that part of the treatment is getting the dog started on heartworm preventative (to kill off the microfilariae) for a few months before starting the actual treatment.She was so worried that the strenuous play would kill him (ie. worried we would sue), that he spent most of the playtime, in a small kennel. She was worried about his heavy breathing. He pants. Hes a dog. A dog thats spending hours in a room with new dogs... that can make dogs anxious, and pant harder. For someone who works with dogs, she seems to know next to nothing about them. And how could walking around in a circle with 8 other dogs, ever be considered strenuous? Our dog goes on runs with us. He chases our Australian Shepherd and Wins. Nothing at doggy daycamp is strenuous to him.They even called our vet, to ask if he could play.... and our vet said yes!! And they STILL took him out of play time. They charge us for play time, then he spends 80% of his time in a kennel. They didnt even explain that until the last visit, and during my outrage, mentioned theyve been doing it the past few times. The petshotel manager is ignorant, rude, callous, and a coward. I bring my dogs so they dont have to sit at home in a kennel; they are both rescues and a little neurotic. I bring them because they like to play and be social. I dont bring them so that a woman who knows nothing about a disease, can stuff him in a kennel and make his anxiety 30 times worse.They charge us the same price for our dog, then toss him in a kennel for fear of being sued... because they dont know that dogs pant? Are you kidding me? Never returning to this location and neither should you. Dont trust your dog with a pompous fool who cant listen to a vets advice, or do a little research on their own. Another warning, write your name on anything you bring with you, if you board your dogs. Every time Ive boarded, theyve kept our feeding containers and scoops, then lost them.
Left my dog there for 2 nights and had a friend pick her up last Sunday because my flight got in after the store closed. I left my dog with a bag of 4-5 of her favorite toys and they only gave my friend one toy back when the dog was picked up. Granted, my friend only knew she should be getting my dog and some toys so if i was there I would have made a bigger deal about at the store.I called the next day and it took them 3 tries before somebody picked up at the PetsHotel. They said theyd call me back and I never got a response. Now, I need to spend another 30-40 bucks to replace what they lost
This is a 2nd location of Petsmart off Bryant Irving rd located where Lowes is at. Their selection of fish is half as much as the Petsmart 1 1/2 miles down the street by Home Depot and 5 below. BUT, while less fish, these tend to be bigger in size than the other location. Sure, there is less fish and no cats to see and play with, thats because for those that have dogs/ cats.... this spot built an animal hospital inside, AND a hotel/ spa area for your pets. That takes alot of room. Good to know its inside here if ever needed in case fido or fluffy need pampering or treatments.
If you ever decide to go to the grooming salon at PetSmart on Bryant Irvin, Fort Worth TX, then you MUST request for Chelsea. Not only was she super sweet, but she explaines everything to the customer to where you are not leaving confused. She took extraoridanry care of my Pomeranian puppy, Kobie, and always had a smile. Im telling you, Chelsea deserves a raise at this PetSmart! She was amazing.
I made an appointment.. Went to drop my shih tzu off for his first hair cut..and was told it would be an hour I said ok and that GABBY would call to help explain more about my dog I said ok..Well I leftand about 10minutes they called and said We cant do him because if behavior issues ok come pick him up..This was Gabby very unprofessional dont go their they suck and I hope they dont be mean towards your dogs..
Your must be the most inept people in the world. Every time I want to bring my dogs in for grooming you dont have my dogs in the system, you have my daughters dog list in my name. Its scary to think how messed up your records are. Who knows what your people do to the animals that are brought in when they cant even do simple data entry.

2022-01-26I took my Pearl there to buy her a new toy. She enjoyed her visit. Well stocked and good pricing. I would like to see more toys geared towards puzzle treats. Shes super smart and needs more challenging activities than what Kongs has to offer.

2022-02-08This is the friendliest PetSmart Ive been to. The staff is super friendly and helpful.They give you solid information, about the pet your purchasing. I bought a robo hamster and the information the girl gave me was great, she was well versed. Cashier was amazing as well and to my surprise a guy was looking at fish and was instantly helped as well. There are amazing cats up for adoption as well.

Best decision I made!! They are simple AWESOME SAUCE!! Staff is friendly and the Groomers are Da Bomb!!!! BIG SHOUT OUT TO LESLIE O @ Bryant Irving Location👍👋😊 She was my Chloes groomer!! She is amazing. I explained to them my experience with PetCo and they were so understanding. Leslie took her time and she got my baby just right!! Although Chloe is not yet use to it because technically shes still a baby lol Leslie still got the job done. And... Not to mention they called me ON TIME TO PICK HER UP!! This will be be Chloes Grooming place forever.. And if all possible she will stay with Leslie O!! Anyone that wants to feel safe, great and satisfied with dropping off your 4 legged family member PLEASE COME TO PETSMART BRYANT IRVING LOCATION!! I have attached Chloes before and after pics 😘😊... 2022-06-28This location is the best Petsmart in the area, it is always clean (other locations are definitely not), it is always organized, and there is never a visit where an associate doesnt ask if you need help with your selections.

2022-05-02Probably long overdue on this review.This Petsmart is by far my favorite in the metroplex. Because my dog visits the Pets Hotel almost daily, were a part of the family.Buddy, Matt and Kaylyn are the regulars at the management level and they run a pretty great store. If I have ever had an issue, they strive to make things right. And for the most part, its out of their hands as damage to the food was probably a transit issue and not local to the store.As for the Pets Hotel, Alexis has been spoiling my dog for the past three years. And while the crew has changed over that time, KD and I definitely want to thank them all from Lacey to Daniel to Kaylyn to Monica to Hannah to Austin to Armand to Christina to Caleb to Amanda to Jenny, whose number is not 867-5309. And of course, everyone else including Joe in Core.While you could go shop at the other store off of 820 and Hulen, you really should come over here.

2022-01-01Had a good customer service experience at grooming with Tayler. She was very kind and our Lola was happy. We noticed one ear was shorter than the other but we know that can be tricky and will grow back soon

2021-12-26We had our goldendoodle groomed by Jasmine and she did an exceptional job! We were very specific about our requests; which were a little different. She followed our instructions flawlessly and was so kind! We are so extremely pleased. We will be going back for sure!

2022-03-02Was unable to find a product that I was looking for at one location and the employee called other locations and found my item at a nearby location. I really appreciated the kind customer service they provide at the PetSmart at Hulen and 820 and also the PetSmart on Bryant Irvin!
