Outstanding experience with PT Care and Aquatic Rehab of Fort Bend. Staff are very thoughtful and attentive - not just a boilerplate prescription of activities. They take time and interest in patient problems to consider all contributing factors and find ways to alleviate pain and also to prevent future problems. This is my second round of PT here - first time for back problems and this time for ankle/foot issues. My experience has been uniformly positive and excellent both times.
I dont know if this place has changed ownership over the years or what. I have been in healthcare 23 yrs and you do not treat patients the way i was recently treated. I recently had back surgery and not feeling well. I was supposed to start therapy in my 3rd week. At week 2, i called and they said they had not received orders. I then hand delivered my drs order. Assuming it will take a week or so to get approved, i didnt bother them. A week later i call, and im not even in the system. I hear the lady fumbling through papers as i assume now they lost my order. 3-4 days go by, no system in place to follow up with patients to let them know they have not heard back from ins. Finally im approve for unlimited visits from my ins but, i had to wait another week out to get on schedule. At this point its been 2 weeks since i was supposed to start and my dr was not happy with me. I stressed is there anyway i could get in sooner and of course not. Going into week 4 of fiasco, i have consultation. Therapist was polite and professional. But, mentioned at the end that ins would have to approve...like this again, seriously. Called next business day, i wasnt feeling well. I explained the entire fiasco from start.All i needed lady to say was, im on top of this and will keep you informed. She could tell i was upset but, still proceeds totell meyou just had consultation yesterday. But, i dont understand why i had to wait 4 weeks for consultation. She throws in my face thats its because i had xxx brand ins. I know its not the best myself but its what i can afford. She made me feel beneath her. Then me still not understanding, i ask why this had taken 4 weeks. She proceeds to raise her voice and start YELLING AT me you just had your consultation yesterday. And continues yelling....i finaly tell her, your not understanding me...what was happening for 2 whole weeks....and her only reply was i dont know. I get off the phone...in tears call my dr asap. Ask for there help in finding me a different therapy place. Yes, my ins is still getting approved all over but, im on the schedule at least for in a few days from now.
Three different surgeries have brought me to PTCare&Aquatic Rehab of Fort Bend in Richmond. I cannot say enough about the physical therapists I had the absolute pleasure to administer my therapy treatments. Keith, Laura, and most recently Becky. They are caring, knowledgeable, and supportive in all ways. They were highly professional, punctual, and have great personalities. I have been so pleased with this facility. Wish I could give more stars!
I was so impressed with the quality of care at Physical Therapy Care when I had two frozen shoulders several years ago that I decided to make the drive from Sugar Land out to Richmond for therapy after a knee replacement. The therapists and assistants give you a full hour of exceptional physical therapy. Theres no standing around waiting for someone to come back to you between exercises (like at another facility where I received physical therapy). Scheduling is easy and I appreciate the reminders for appointments. Laura Cousar and all of the therapists are top notch. They are pleasant, caring, and extremely helpful. I actually looked forward to going to physical therapy. I give them my highest recommendation without reservation. I will be back when I get my next knee replaced.

Office staff do no contact you when they say they are going to. You have to hound them to get anything done. Also, the office manager basically just told me to find somewhere else to get physical therapy that there are no options for appointments for my daughter after 4:30 pm from here on out because they accommodate the parents of the pediatric patients work schedule. Hello! My child is 12 and I have a Monday-Friday job from 8:00-4:30! I can take off 2 days a week to bring her to therapy in the middle of the day. Plus, she has school! During our first round of physical therapy evening appointments werent an issue. Now, there are new office staff members and its like pulling teeth to get her on the schedule and its an issue to get an evening appointment. It has been nothing but chaos since the beginning and thats sad because my daughter loves the therapists there.
I was diagnosed with Bi-Lateral Achilles Tendinitis and I decided to go the Jackson St location in Richmond for my PT. This was a great place to go to. VERY friendly and professional staff. Sierra, Claudia, Caitlyn, Keith and the assistants were so very helpful to me. They all helped me with my exercises and that I did them right. They gave me advice on everything regarding this injury and were so honest. All around care was superb. The place has very solid quality equipment and is well maintained. I hope I dont get injured again but when I do Ill be heading here for PT. Please check them out. If I could give them a 10 star review I would.
I went to physical therapy care of fort bend for low back pain that I’d been experiencing for about 2 years. It had progressively gotten worse and was interfering with every aspect of my life... work, home, sleep, etc. One month of PT appointments with Bri and I felt much better. I still experience some pain after a long work day, but if I do the stretches and exercise s that I learned, I feel much better.
Had knee surgery which required no weight on leg, put me in a wheelchair for 8 weeks. First day I arrived for physical therapy was using a walker for only 2 days. I was truly unsure what my outcome would be. With Becky Peacocks as my main therapist Ive regain full bend of knee and back to what I was doing previous to the injury. This is especially true if you do the home exercises to help you get there as you work with your therapist. Excellent care and attention to your needs and very knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend her.Thank you Becky!
I was extremely pleased with the consistent care I received by all of the staff. I had a total of 42 visits for 2 different concerns and both were treated with total professionalism, knowledge of my needs and kindness. I felt very taken care of at this rehab center. The staff was very friendly and helpful when scheduling appointments. The therapists there are very knowledgeable in what they do and make sure that you are doing exercises correctly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a physical therapy place!
We have been using PT care for all of our family needs. It is an excellent place for children and adults. The therapists do a wonderful job getting to know you and working at your comfort level. It’s also great to be able to utilize the pool to give a different perspective on physical therapy.
Ive been going here since February 14, 2019. I had total knee replacement on January 7. I waited about 4 years before having surgery, for bone on bone arthritis. Sierra is usually the physical therapist that works with me. She is amazing. Very knowledgeable. Explains why she needs to do certain things, like massage my knee. Not fun like it sounds, ha! Every week Im able to do something new. Im finally walking almost normally, after years of not being able to. (Other knee surgery is this summer). My muscles are so much stronger now. My knees used to buckle and lock on me on a regular basis. Its a rare occasion now, for either knee. My knee that still needs surgery, is benefitting from my PT, also. Everyone that works here is wonderful. I highly recommend them. I have 7 more sessions with Sierra. Im excited to see where I am at that point.
Over the years I have been to many PT places. Physical Therapy Care & Aquatic Rehab of Fort Bend is a 10 plus. The attention you are given is unbelievable. They do not leave you unattended and everyone is very friendly and polite.
Front office staff is friendly and very helpful. The therapists and PT Techs are professional, engaging with their patients and knowledgeable. Laura C. is the absolute best. She listens, explains and is a most pleasant person to work with!

Therapy is hard work. Tara and Mark make the work tolerable almost fun with their positive attitudes. The whole staff are great at their jobs. Highly recommend the facility. You get what you pay for.
These people are the best! I went to the Richmond office. The facility is neat and clean, which matters to me. They are organized and don’t waste any time. There is also no waiting. They take you at your appointment time. There are no shortage of therapists and assistants to serve everyone. I highly recommend them.
This is my 2nd time to go to PT in several years. I came back again for this reason. Everyone here is educated, happy to help, very interested in my care, and exceptional in making sure you understand what they teach. They are always excited to see you at every visit, and go out of their way to make sure you are improving. Very highly recommended
Awesome service. I have had multiple breaks and surgeries on the same leg it was really starting to slow my life down. They have helped me gain full confidence back in my leg. Mentally and physically the best I have been since 2011. Awesome staff all are super friendly and helpful.
Eight years ago when my husband experienced a massive brain bleed I was told he would never be able to sit up, move his left side, stand or ever walk again. When he became medically stable, we put him in a wheelchair and started him in therapy at PT Care. From day one Pattie said to me, Hes going to walk again.Each year, as the insurance allowed, I brought him back to Pattie and her staff. When the insurance was exhausted, we would continue to work at home with him mocking the exercises the PT Care staff taught us. When we would qualified for more therapy, back we would come to PT Care. We have continued to see progress each time. Not once did any of the PT Care staff say to me in eight years, he cant do it.Today, my husband took his first steps in eight years using a walker, Pattie cheering him on in tears and two other staff members ensuring his safety. There are not enough stars on this review to give a true picture of the dedication, knowledge and caring we continue to receive at PT Care & Aquatic Rehab of Fort Bend.
I have used the Richmond facility several times over the past 15 years. Great therapist and techs. They know what theyre doing!
Each therapist there was better than the one before, and I think I rotated thru the whole roster of them! Excellent experience overall, and if I ever need physical therapy again, I would definitely choose this same facility.
Weve been coming to PT Care for 6 years. John therapist is Marlene King. Ive never been so pleased with anyones care of being caring yet pushing him to be the best that he can be.I totally appreciate all the Marlene, does to keep John grounded. Her philosophy is cant isnt any option under her leadership. When it comes to physical therapy I believe this establishment deserves more than 5 stars. They really take things to slow and at your own pace and pain level. Being active as I am with everything, I really believe that I couldnt ask more of a facility than this one. Plus this facility has an aquatic pool to work on! I would recommend this to anyone!!!! ♡

My moms physical therapy experience through 4 surgeries was incredible. They are very attentive, supportive and make you feel like family there!

The prople are friendly, caring professionals. I have been in therapy for both knees and my back and I have been in the wellness program. I would not consider going somewhere else.
The staff in this office are incompetent liars who will hang up on you when you point out to them how they are wrong. Alicia will schedule you appointment they lie and say she gave a you a time different than what she wrote down. supervisor Jolene is as big a lying fool as her staff, blaming their shortcomings on others.AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE, ALL THEY DO IS LIE LIE LIE
Thought this was going to be a nightmare and turned out to be a place I looked forward to going each week!! Staff was friendly and caring! Worked with several different staff members, but all seemed to know my case!! Going back when I get second knee done!!

Patti and her crew are courteous, diligent, competent and thorough in what they do. Their approach is a bit different than other therapy places. I had been for knee issues to another place before but Patti, Keith and others showed me other exercises that were doable and which improved stability and strength in my knees. Plus they have a range of equipment that allows for a whole range of exercises. Highly recommend Ft Bend Physical Therapy on 1500 Jackson

2021-11-02My experience with this facility was outstanding. Everything about the PT and those affiliated was the very best. I was treated with such kindness and concern. From making appointments to actually receiving PT - all of it was great. Each person that worked with me was professional, knowledgeable, kind and truly seemed to care about me and finding a solution for my issue. I actually began to look forward to going because I knew Laura, Keith, Patti and others would be there to encourage me.If you or someone you love has a need for physical therapy I highly recommend physical therapy care and aquatics!!

Keith Brandt, PTA has a good staff of workers. Very pleasant atmosphere to do therapy in. I will recommend them to family and friends who are needing therapy.

2022-04-26I am so glad I came here to do my rehab for my right knee replacement. The staff was very friendly and helped me to get where I needed to be. I am very pleased with my progress and I owe the staff for pushing me when I needed it, but for also knowing when I needed to rest in between exercises. Thank you…thank you…thank you!!! 😀

2022-05-09Was referred here by a VA provider and they refused to schedule me and said they would call me back but never did. When I called back again they once again refused to schedule me. Seems to me like they dont want to deal with VA patients.Edited to add: I had the order in my hand, they didnt want to hear anything about it, so the response from the owner is a lie. I will make sure I get a referral somewhere else for care.

2021-12-03After I dislocated my knee cap the staff were knowledgeable about exactly what exercises would help prevent another occurrence. They also made every visit more fun and less daunting. Will be returning if needed. Highly recommendable.
