Customer service could’ve been a little bit better but the food was hot and fresh and really good.
The chicken was horrible and super small, but the cashier was friendly and the service was fast although they almost forgot my side order. Glad I realized it before I drove off
I received two small soda cups of red beans and rice that was supposed to be the equivalent of two large red beans and rice so is that the equal equivalence, and does anyone have a corporate # that I can send a complaint to because they dont answer the phone at the Sienna location.
The location. On hwy 6 the chicken is the only thing good about this place the people that work there is horrible they rude to there customers and I seen this one lady arguing with the customer instead of answering her questions they need more help and a better staff
Went to get food and when I put an online order it says food will be sitting on front counter. The doors where locked and a very rude employee said doors are locked and making an exaggerated hand motion to go through drive through and there was no sign stating that the lobby was closed. If the lobby is closed you need to add that sign. Also change your online order pickup to reflect that it is drive thru pickup only.
My 12 piece order did not have any wings. They did not tell me this when filling the order. My niece was very disappointed. If asked, I would have had them substitute the mild wings.

This location sucks at delivering quality customer service. two separate times I have observed them totally fail at satisfying customers in the simplest ways. they are slow, inefficient, unorganized and don’t know how to properly prioritize orders. they allowed a customer to leave upset and never tried to understand his problem or solve it, just continued to argue with him over a legitimate issue he had with him getting his order. they need better training at all popeyes locations but it probably won’t happen. all the managers probably care about is having bodies to take up an assigned space to complete certain duties whether they provide a good customer experience or not.
Is it just me or are the tenders not what they used to be? Maybe they should call them slenders. One inch of breading and a sliver of chicken. Now... I will say the flavor is great. But dang... show me the meat!
This is literally the BEST Popeyes I have ever been to within the last 5 plus years. I don’t even eat fried foods or fast food often but I went to this one on my break and the food was FRESH(surprisingly) so I made another trip a day or so later and the food was fresh again. I went the next day and again today, I don’t know who the cook is but I personally haven’t been to any fast food place beside Chic-Fil-a who serves fresh food and the food was again fresh today… and how I know the cook takes pride in their job is because they are not giving you food that has been sitting. The chicken was fresh out of the grease because I couldn’t hold it in my hand lol. I said all of this to say THANK YOU for doing an excellent Job🙌🏾
I ordered an eight piecemeal with a large side and additional large side on the side. Instead of putting the food in the regular containers we receive them in small soda cups. So my mashed potatoes and red beans and rice maybe not the size that we pay for which is $5 was in a small soda cup unacceptable. Itll be a long time before I revisit Popeyes and my family eats Popeyes every week
Dont bother ordering extra sides because they will just take your money and give you nothing and wont answer phone bit it is good food
We went through the drive thru for dinner and had to wait over 30 minutes to get our food. When I get home the chicken was mild even though I had asked for spicy and my coleslaw was missing. I don’t live around the corner to go back. Will definitely not return. 😠
I gave it one star because the day I went there all of my chicken tenders were under cooked and gave me stomach pain for 2 days.

The drive through was wrapped around the building. It took between 45 minutes to an hour to get food. It was Christmas eve, so most places closed early. The staff was completely overwhelmed.

Because I seen a video of this guy trying the chicken nuggets, I had to try and made a video🤣coming out of my comfort zone! Nuggets had good color, light batter and nice size, but no taste.
Today I visited Popeyes for their Rippin Chicken Box. The chicken was old, dry and cold and she (the lady that waited on me) was trying to give me a piece that was so small, it looked like a little kids hand. She moved all the pieces from the top to get the smaller one at the bottom. But I asked her not to do that. I dont eat there often. Its been about 7 years since Ive eaten at Popeyes (bad experience) so I decided to try it today. I usually check my order before leaving any fast food place, but I was going home from work and I was trying to get there. Ive learned my lesson again, Today! The only good thing about the meal was my frozen lemonade.

Went there during the heat of the spicy chicken sandwich wars. The staff was patient and courteous despite lines out the door. Im personally not a big fan of Popeyes food especially since their fries are cooked in pork based products. However, it is a good Popeyes to visit.Please like this review and follow me on Google for the next round of HONEST and UNBIASED reviews.

Dry, tuff and grey colored chicken in my Spicy chicken sandwich. Sandwich was not edible. Called to complain but didnt return it do to fear of getting more old chicken. This location has been removed from my map permanently.
You can never go wrong at this location. The service however is still pretty slow at this location and you will have to at least wait between 15 to 20 minutes to get your food. There is a constant flow of different staff working at this Branch so the friendliness is not as open or positive as it should be in the location. Its in a convenience store which is not bad however due to the publication there is a lot of negative traffic that flows at this location. Its a great place for college students to get them a quick bite to eat before heading back to class.
Been to this location many times and its been great every time. This one time really stood out though because I asked for fresh tenders and not only did xochilt(I think thats how you spell it) walk it all the way to my table, she also gave me fresh sides and biscuits to go along with it. She was very sweet and the customer service was absolutely amazing! It made my whole night great! :) thank you and Ill definitely continue to come to this location in the future!
Tried the surf and turf,it was really good.I warmed it up, because I was busy and forgot about it.It was still tasty. I didnt eat the slaw and forgot to ask if I could swap it for something else.
I dont know who to tell.,..but yesterday I was visiting my mom in Fresno, and decided to pick up dinner for my lil man. While waiting, in what appears to be the norm, a line wrapped around the building, I looked on the ground near the bushes and thought it was a bird, or squirrel, but it was a rat! Not 1, but 3! I guess Ill call the health department cause I think Popeyes is Rateyes-I tried to take a picture but when I got closer, I was too scared to let my window down. Needless to say, I left out of the line and was disgusted.
This Popeyes location is outstanding! The service is fast and friendly and the chicken is always perfection. Coleslaw is a bit inconsistent, but good. You might have to wait 10-15 minutes, but good service is worth it.
Chicken was hard and old. I have not had it in a while and i love popeyes so this was a bummer
There’s not a single time that I’ve gone here that they’ve gotten my order right. Chicken pieces instead of tenders, mashed potatoes instead of red beans, 3 tenders instead of 5. Check your order EVERY time.Good new is, when I complain they always compensate so I can’t be too upset I guess?
Order a classic chix sandwich which is my favorite, the only thing is the long line in drive- thru. Some people refuse to get line like everbody else. The line do not start at the stop sign, you have to go around. Which customers didnt. I thought that was unfair. If I would have did it, would have been a commotion. Just follow rules. We waited just like they did, but they waited at stop sign and skipped everyone who been there a long time. Other than that employees was nice and totally agreed.
Do not order through the Popeyes app, chances are your order will be incorrect. Good luck getting in touch with anyone employed by Popeyes to fix the problem, they simply do not care. They make it incredibly difficult to merely report the shortage or incorrect order.
Every time I go there they are unorganized and rude. By now they owe me six months of apple pies.No receipt today and they do not answer the phone. Today I forgot to check for my pie because I was checking the chicken since they failed to repeat my order. They wont answer the phone
Got my order completely wrong and overcharged me for food items I didnt even receive, wasted my entire lunch break just to rectify everything. Id post a screenshot of the receipt but the manager didnt give it back after I submitted it to her for proof that I was overcharged. The manager was nice, the lady who prepared my order was extremely condescending and rude in spite of her being the one to cause the entire issue. Ridiculous.
They got my order wrong. It took them 20 minutes after I paid for me to receive my order. The Mac cheese was watery. The chicken tasted weird. This used to be a good place. This is now terrible. The workers quality has dropped and the service has gotten worse.

As with all Popeyes, you are in THEIR restaurant. They have no patience for you and want you to leave, but will give you some pretty good food for a fair price before you go so its not so bad.
I am so very disappointed in the performance and food from this location. I wrote to Popeyes a year ago and have waited for some sort of reply....nothing to date. So Ive told all my friends and I refuse to ever eat at any Popeyes again. Its sad that they have gotten so big and impersonal that they dont care about their patrons....the people that have given them their notoriety and success. Thanks for nothing Popeyes!!

Paid for 4 chicken sandwiches and 2 large fries. They gave me 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 boxes full of fries. Needless to say I was not happy when I got home. I thought there were 2 more chicken sandwiches in the boxes with the fries...boy was i wrong.
The worst Popeyes on the planet. I ordered 20 pcs of chicken and of the 20 piece they gave me 9 thighs after I requested they substitute two of the thighs with chicken breast, this I paid for. I called 6 times back to back and they did nothing more than let the phone ring then pick it up only to hang up. I will NEVER spend my money there again. They have one job to do and they cant get that right. Customer service zero and Im taking my concerns to Uber Eats.
One of many Popeyes in the area that does not have chicken sandwiches. None had any from San Marcos to Houston. Will not be trying the chicken sandwich because it can’t be that good and I will not support poor planning. This is a multimillion dollar corporation. Get it together!

Plus the cashier did not know his menu.After working outside all day doing garden work I was really looking for a good chicken dinner amd it was ruined with this experience. Check your food before you leave! I was not given everything I ordered. I had to go back once I made it home. I ordered all white meat. They gave me thighs instead of breast! I wasnt going back a second time!
Food was great. But the staff that was eating her food in the testaurant was talking so loud on her phone while she had the speaker on. Not very professional! Other customers were looking at each others in disbelief!.

The place is clean staff is friendly, you cant go wrong with fried comfort foods. You know they say you are what you eat and I try to not be cheep, fast or fake, but $2, 2 peice Tuesdays are always so tempting!

Love me some Popeyes, the Missouri city/fresno area popeyes, the language barriers keep me away, the person working the drive through should have working knowledge of the english language, should not have to ask the drive through attendant to repeat themselves because I couldnt understand them. Manager could care less, I reported the language issue, she pretty much told me to eat somewhere else, so I do. Alvin Popeyes rule!!!

2022-07-14I thought it was only fair I call to resolve prior to posting. However, no one answered. I ordered a two can dine & they left off a piece of chicken. I advise everyone to thoroughly check your order before you drive all the way home. I ordered popcorn shrimp as well and most of them were missing the shrimp- just popcorn batter I guess.

2022-06-22I called this location several times and the line just rung. I call the number on the receipt goes straight to voice-mail. I understand things has been difficult but to receive all small pieces is crazy. A least mix it up !

2022-06-20I place an order for a 8 piece dinner. I guess shrink flation has come to Popeyes chicken. My suggestion is make sure you check your order before you leave. If all 8 pieces fit on a paper towel something is wrong. The wings you can make a fist around .the same for the legs. To show you the proof here are the pictures. I suggest asking for a refund and talking to a manager this is ridiculous. We dont pay good money for food like this.

2021-12-14The workers at the HWY6 Sienna location do NOT understand that a flounder sandwich is a fish sandwich. This is the SECONF time we had to explain this to them. The first time we thought it was a fluke, but the manager who speaks primarily Spanish made this same mistake again - then removed the actual spicy chicken sandwich that I ordered ALONG with the fish sandwich only for the workers at the window to leave a bland chicken sandwich in the bag - the mistaken “fish”. A mild chicken sandwich is NOT fish. They need to talk to the staff and explain that fish means fish and founder means fish. I am so disgusted to get home to a bland white Mayo filled chicken sandwich. And no they are not picking up the phone.

2022-06-10They do not cook chicken well enough. Bought chicken sandwich, but middle of chicken was partially raw. This has happened at least three times for me. Chicken strips are not cooked properly either. How can you not cook a chicken strip till it’s done all the way? Please STOP UNDERCOOKING THE CHICKEN!! It’s that simple. I did notify manager once about the matter, and he had me to come back, & he replaced the sandwich the 2nd time it happened to me. I guess I need to contact headquarters about this particular location.

2022-07-22The drive thru is hell@ this place. The person on the speaker never gets my order right on the first try. I shouldnt have anxiety ordering. The food is your standard Popeyes but the price is outrageous.

2022-06-22The Fanta strawberry drink tasted like a chemical because the syrup to carbonation ratio was off. We ordered spicy chicken but were given chicken that didn’t even have salt and pepper on it. To make matters worse the chicken was undercooked and very fatty. Today was our last financial contribution to Popeyes. It was terrible.

2021-06-07Love Popeyes but since Covid hit, serving sizes are down and prices are up. $11.45 for a 3 piece strips combo and 2 regular sides. Not only are sides smaller they only fill them half full now. Really? Thats it for $2.59 per side? Come on guys, this is just not enough food for the money. Try cutting some cost by cutting the batter thickness in half, not my taters!
