I dont normally write reviews as you can see from my history. This African American gentleman working here has no idea what he is doing. Not only he takes such long time to see customers yet extremely rude to customers. Waited 34 mins to be seen while I only had 5 customers ahead of me. I needed a receipt for my prepaid package, he goes this is too heavy, you need another postage. Im closed for today now come back tomorrow at 8 30. I asked if he could help me send the package as if i came in without any prepaid postage (start from scratch). He refused to help me saying he is now closed and I should come back tomorrow. Left this pathetic office and stopped by another usps on my way home to see if what he was saying was true. Usps next door grabbed my package without any problem with a big smile on them. Not with a rude get out of here face. Really sad to see such a rude employee from usps. Probably wont get fired only because he is a government employee. Sad sad pathetic location. It is such unfortunate there is no a formal complaint I could make.

You wanna talk about calm and bright this season? Heres where its at! Barely a line. The woman working today (with lovely patterned earrings in the shape of Africa) was so personable and chill. Great USPS experience!

Went a couple of days ago around 10am and it was closed. Waited about 20 minutes and still closed. Decided to come back around 11am and still closed! No sign or nothing stating they were going to be closed on Monday. Came back today to get my mail and lord and behold! They had closed my mail box without my consent! What a bunch of crooks. And the person working there was clueless with zero customer service skills and zero competency in mail stuff. She didnt know who did it or why. This is where my tax money is going... WOW

I live nearby and walked here hoping to buy stamps and checked to make sure the window services were open, but when I got there, the door was unlocked for drop offs and PO box checking, but the window was closed. Someone else showed up to drop off a package and the slot to put it in was jammed because so many boxes were in there. Ive been in here on 3 other occasions. I was helped twice and there was another instance I needed service and no one was working when the hours posted said there would be window service. Very unreliable.

The African American who works there is extremely rude and unprofessional. USPS should not engage the services of such people in their platform.

Not once but it has been a recurring situation in which the employee Dolores has been incredibly rude and to the point of closing the door or kicking customers out withing fifteen minutes of her - lunch/closing - time. Im always happy to go - which is more than once a week for business- and another gentleman is there to assist. Wish she could get a better job or just be happier.

I dropped my mail off in the blue outside mailbox and it said it was broken, and it was taped up. It didnt say dont put your mail in the box. I tried calling and no answer now im worried if my mail will be sent out.

Very helpful and personable staff. Helped with every need to the fullest even though I showed up around five minutes before closing time. Definitely the friendliest most helpful USPS Office I have ever visited.
