The Indian Palace has great vegan Indian dishes and super service ! Lucy was my server she kept my tea glass filled and prepared my takeaway...
Only visited Chilis. The parking lot was extremely crowded for the evening hour. Most stores had closed already.
The service was friendly. Dressing room attendants were very helpful. Despite the homecoming rush we felt well cared for here. Our daughters dress was stunning. Great selection and array of styles, colors and sizes.

Lots to shop at here. An awesome Veterinarian Urgent Care in this Center.Walk-ins welcome. Staff are excellent, and Vets are spectacular. Prices are good. You can get vaccinations without an office visit which makes it less costly. They offer water, coffee etc while you wait. The wait usually isnt long either. Give them a try. I drive 27 miles from DeSoto because they are excellent. Cheers
Its all right here. Convenient location if you happen to be in the neighborhood. The trinkets bartered at this fine building fetch a princely sum. Other items are available for purchase at a substantial upcharge. I like to wear mens haberdashery.
In a nice area. The salon I go to is located here. Suites inside have different technicians and services. Theres a thai restaurant, Lemongrass, here also. Food is very good.
A nice center with a number of interesting and eclectic shops and eateries. Sometimes traffic along Preston and 635 can be a headache on entering and exiting, but it is worth the effort. Be sure to check out the spice shop and Infused - the wonderful shop with lots of flavored olive oils. But be careful, you may get hooked! Have an Olive oil Jones...

The only place I go in this shopping center is the Indian Palace. The Indian Palace has one of the best Indian foods in the metroplex. The food there is quite delicious! I dont go to the Indian Palace that much because it is a distance from our home. Other great places for great Indian food are Pasand in Irving and the Tandoor in Arlington. They are closer to where I live and also have great Indian food.

Not only has the hard days upped its image but theyve added a soda fountain that takes you back in time. You can get malts, coffee cake, kosher food, and a wide variety of easy lunches at the counter or at one of the tables nearby.
I just remember Ron Chapman talking about this place like a Dallas institution. Never been inside. RuPaul would look fantastic in one of these gowns! Could open a whole new market for them.
Didnt find a boho wedding dress but they do have lots of beautiful gowns

Since I found it, this has been my pharmacy. Never here have I been told oh thats not in stock or whatever issue has led to a service failure at a different chain. But I digress. These folks care about you, go the extra mile, and have never failed me. Thanks yall
India Palace has been my absolutely favorite Indian Cuisine Restaurant for decades. Their recipes and spices are always consistently perfectly balanced, healthy, and simply the very best Indian dishes anywhere. I highly recommend the India Palace located in Dallas at LBJ and Preston Road for the highest quality of food and service. Give your palate a great treat!

Please do not go to Alex (shes an older white lady in suite 17) over there for a haircutor dye she likes to ruin peoples hair and steal your money. She is a rude lady that doesnt have any decency to deal with her clients she stole my money and ruined my hair. Im very unhappy will never go back !
Steins Bakery, I drove 20 miles for cookies and cinnamon disks at my favorite Bakery. It was sooo worth it!!
I had forgotten about all the stores that were there. It was like going down memory lane again. I got to go back!
Didnt like the really cramped parking lot, and since thats all I saw while my sister went on Penzeys Spices I give it 3 stars. Just be glad I liked the spices or itd be 2.

I was looking for some items to purchase and located a number of fantastic items to purchase at this location. I would suggest you come here should you have any purchase needs yourself. Overall expect to spend a good amount of time here to find the items that you were searching for. That is, unless you already have searched out or paid for those items previously. If you have done that, all you will have to do is pick them up and be on your way. If you failed to do so, then you will need to purchase those items while in the location you are shopping.If you remember where you parked, just be sure to lock your vehicle and to take note of the general location of your parking. There are a number of shops here that can provide you services including: Dining, entertainment, shopping, sundry needs.This is a fairly easy place to spot while you are driving, and I suggest you utilize your navigation to get here before you depart your current location.Beyond that I had a really lovely time here and think that as long as you are focused on your tasks and not distracted by other items, you too should enjoy your time at this location.
Had a big day of errands and covered them all in one afternoon from finding clothes for holiday parties and weddings at Terra Costa and Rethreads and cooking at Penzys! Great places to eat and easier to get in and out of and had the same parking space for everything.
Nice shopping area with a few boutique shops and plenty of restaurants around to choose from. Whole Foods is located here for quick shopping. Zoeys Kitchen is there as well for Mediterranean entrees. Nice area day or night as Glorias Mexican restaurant is there that becomes a club on the weekends. ENJOY!
Everyone was so nice & made my best friend & daughter & grand daughter feel very special & helpful picking out my granddaughter prom dress.
Great place to go if youre hungry. Lots of good places to eat. Sazon Mexican food is very good. Great service. Spring Creek bbq is very good. Go around 4 when business is quiet and youll get in and out really quick.
I went to dine at The Maple Leaf but line was too long at 11:15 & I dont wait in this heat for ANYTHING. Unfortunately Steins Bakery was closed (Best Bakery in the United States). However, the reason I originally went, Penzys Spices, was open. I shopped til I dropped. Oh yes, sign up for their email list & receive free bottles of spice. They will send emails with coupons for free items! So worth it!
Nail salon service & staff was exceptional....Amanda was very friendly and made sure I was satisfied with my visit. Im not even from there but I would deff. Go back if Im close to that area!
I used to work at steins bakery for awhile and are friends with the owners (seriously if you dont use them for all your bakery needs, you are so so completely missing out) I get my nails done at the nail place in here (go see Mimi,! Shes amazing! And its very affordable) and I dont know if that Japanese hibachi place is still in here but my family has celebrated many birthdays there! And the Chilis is very nice as well, I grew up a few streets over behind the Cooper clinic so we used to frequent this shopping center a lot. Ive even bought a few dresses (beautiful but a tad expensive) at Terry Costa!
Many places to choose from to get lunch and plenty of parking. It might get crowded (therefore 30 min for lunch here is not enough) but you get different choices. Right of 635 and preston road. It is easy to access in and out from there.I like to go to indian palace here! It is spicy but authentic.
This mall used to be a very lively robust mall with hundreds of people walking around looking at all the shops. Now it is a broken down worn out shell of what it used to be. There are maybe 10 story in the mall, nothing to even talk about, but the saving grace of it is having the AMC movie theater. The new release movies there are all $5 so thats nice!
Great collection of restaurants and shopping. You can eat, grab a cake, get some spices, fix some shoes, get car repair, buy a few dresses, get your hair and nails done, and get your back fixed all in one shopping center. Very well kept up.
A few restaurants here but unfortunately several buildings were empty. There is a TexMex, Indian, Thai and Canadian diner for dining.
Went to the Chilis here and loved it. Always a great experience. Definitely recommend checking this location out.

I visit this spot often at least twice a month. Nice area. Some of parking lot needs repair. Small parking spaces though near the stores and restaurants. Open parking lot with no shade around.

There are some good restaurants here like the maple leaf or whatever. The not official lego store is one of the coolest places Ive found recently and it was all i could do not to spend way too much time and money in there.
I go to get my nails done here. Love The place. Mae nail spa. They are a bit on the expensive side. But they have facials, massages, a salon, and ofcourse your mani and pedi. They take pride in their work and make sure the customer is happy. I recieved my very first facial here and it was relaxing. She used her hands to excise all of my whiteheads.
Love this plaza because it contains my favorite spice store, Penzeys. It also has the only Canadian restaurant that I have ever seen (good food!).
Sick of your shopping places being arranged in circles or ovals? Well, fear no more! Now Preston Valley Shopping Center is dedicated to right angles for your retail experience. Have there been rumors of their involvement with the geometry mafia? Sure, but thats no reason to avoid shopping in a perpendicular manner.

Has a nice array of shops and eateries, has a real neighborhood appeals. it has a terry costa for womens evening wear, needlepoint shop, a barbeque restaurant, a chilis, and other places to eat oriental to down home cooking to steak. The well known steins bakery is on the west side and they have delicious cakes and pies and breads. For spices, penzes spice shop is located on a corner across from steins. Tuesday morning also has a shop in the area.
Spring Creek barbeque is a place to go !!!😁excellent customer service. Made sure everything on my order was right and ready. A must go to place for the entire family💖👍

India Palace Restaurant is a delicious treat for a Saturday afternoon. The food is flavorful and fresh. It is well worth the price!
The parking lot here is laid out in an odd formation, so watch out when you pull in. Otherwise this is a great place to shop. The Chilis here was really good!

Went to the Canadian restaurant there for brunch, food was delicious and the place was full, but only a 6 minute wait, even though they said 15. Prices are reasonable.

There are a ton of good stores in this shopping center. I most often go for Maple Leaf diner or Penzys. Its a good place to exit and hang around to beat traffic.
Very big place. Good place to walk around. But the way they arrange stuff is weird. Couldnt find stuff many many times.
One can find food, shops, fun anywhere around Preston. I should know found it all my life and knew I would name a son Preston which I did.

I drive by this place almost everyday sometimes I go a different way and I dont drive by here its a shopping center I dont shop there I drive by it its large enough to be picked up by Google maps so we can be had this little conversation much to do about nothing

The boot barn store here sucks, I was walking around looking for shirts and was there for like 30 minutes and the store was empty and not 1 employee asked me or approached me to help or get a size
This is where we stop for gasoline the Shell gasoline island was quick, convenient, clean and the price of the gasoline was the lowest price near us at that time.

2022-04-13An AMAZING place for dresses for special occasions. They help you try them in and find the right one, and you can walk a little walkway and take photos its amazing. They are super friendly and the dresses are beautiful. The only thing though is the dresses are at least 200 dollars for the simple ones, so really pricey. However it was amazing.

2022-06-08We stopped by the Maple Leaf Diner and what lovely service. When you first walk in, you get friendly smiles and the lady who sat us down, welcome us on the nicest way EVER!! Then our waiter Anthony who was friendly, courteous and attentive recommended the chicken fried chicken and boy he wasn’t kidding. Chicken was cooked perfect, not burn or dry. Gravy was a nice liquid white stuff with a little thickness to it…which was Amazing..the mashed potatoes were chunky and creamy at the same time (if that makes sense). Overall..we will be coming back.

2022-04-28We stop at this little shopping center every time my husband and I have a date to go to the Dallas LDS temple.We have tried the Thai food place, the Indian food place, and the Middle Eastern food restaurants. Next time I go I will update my review with names. Whats crazy to me is that theres a Chilis in this parking lot, why would people eat at Chilis when the other restaurants are so amazing!The Indian food restaurant was to die for! I seriously could not get that food in my mouth fast enough! It was so flavorful and so delicious. I felt bad because we didnt have a lot of time, but they brought us our food quickly and we enjoyed every bite!The Middle Eastern restaurant is like eating at Grandma and Grandpas house! I mean if your grandma and grandpa are Greek that is. It was a three-course meal with flavorful rice and delicious delicious food. Dont waste your time at Chilis, try these awesome flavorful restaurants instead.

2022-04-16It was a great experience the receptionist was nice and friendly. The doctors were great nice and friendly.The things I didnt like was no one told me how much the process was going to cost after my dog was examined. The other thing was the wait time was long I came in at 1:55pm and didnt get out until 4:15pm all I got was a cleaning of her ear but after everything my mom inlaws dog is much better thanks to this place! Thanks everyone at urgent care!
