They took preventative and remediation measures to resolve the matter. They were very professional and thorough with sealing the home, detailing the execution and follow up. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

We were very pleased with Preventive Pest Control service. Person was very informative, professional and nice. He was very detailed in explaining what he was going to be doing each time and how everything works. He did outside, attic and sprayed all inside rooms and even with my 2 small dogs they guaranteed that it was safe for them. This is first time using this company and I already feel very pleased with their service.

I was disappointed when I specifically asked him if he would beGoing around and removing all of the spider webs with the tool they usually use. He said yes and before I even realized it, he had left without doing so even though the main complaint was excess spiders.

I had a squirrel problem. Called 4 different places and decided to go with preventive pest control because I got a good vibe from them. I spoke with a girl named Jessica and she was so nice and helpful. She had someone come out as soon as possible. Daniel was the one who came out and did the inspection and then let me know how much it would be to fix the problem. They had 2 people out here the next day fixing everything. Ive had them for only a few days but I dont hear the squirrels anymore. I also sent them over to my dads to check out his rodent problem, needless to say he also hired them to help with his situation.
I’ve relied on Preventive Pest Control in the past. When it came time to start up service again, I had no hesitation in calling them up again. They came out the next day and gave me an introductory special even though I’m a returning customer. They are always friendly and professional. I get results right away!

I have been using Preventive Pest Control for several years. Very rarely I have had special issues like Ghost Ants. They always come and take care of the problem. So I have no bugs.

This place is awesome!! Very good at responding and or returning our calls, the wife and I chose this company about 7+ months ago and every time we need then to come out, they are very quick to respond 😀 we have very much enjoyed this company and will continue to use them.Leon is our guy and does anything we ask and even recommends areas that need to be sprayed, heck he even ran out the house to tell me I had forgotten my turtle 🐢 inside, thats pretty awesome! So anyway, if anyone needs pest control, then these are the guys to call!!!Who you gonna call!!! Lol
We joined for a preventativemaintenance basis. Overall the scheduling was easy however the initial service was not great. The gentleman arrived and was rude from the get go, seemed I convenienced to have to come out and was careless when applying the product. In the home he carelessly sprayed so close to my infants teething toy that I felt the need to throw it out and was very close to the dog toys. He did not do the window sills and was a minimalist along the outside of the home. He quite literally took a small handful of the product and threw it in the flower bed. Just poor customer service from the service provider. Hopefully the next one is more thorough and better. Needless to say I was not pleased and if we weren’t in a contract we would switch providers.
I have had different pest control companies in the past, my experience with Preventive pest control is best so far since I hired them for more than a year now, they are professional and provide best service for the value. I have no complaint, staff is really professional specially Mr. Stray He is responsible and honest and looks like he loves his job and passionate about it. Keep up the good work man.
We’ve been customers for many years. The technicians are always polite and very thorough.
There was a misstep on the scheduling and the technician came and left before the appointment time so it didn’t start well. The important part was how they reacted. I notified them and with no hesitation they had another tech at my house within an hour. The office and technician apologized and the service performed went beyond what I have come to expect with other companies. Even with the missteps I am happy with the service.
I used to have them as my monthly pest control service, but I left them years ago because their pricing became uncompetitive in a commodity market. Fast forward a couple years, and I requested a one time treatment that I explained over and over and over to the salesperson as we are selling this home that I dont want a contract. I got the exact opposite as I started to get invoiced curiously. I didnt think I had to scrutinize the extensive contract but caveat emptor I guess. I paid them just so they dont try to harm my credit, meanwhile I will find another provider and will pay more just to have this crooked organization behind me. Theyre very nice on the phone though, regardless of lack on integrity.
We’ve been with this company for 12 years now. We recommend them. We were having ants issues in the kitchen, the service guy came 3 times until the issue resolved.
I called Preventive Pest Control to remove a few wasp nests. Joe was my tech and he was professional, took care of the job and went above and beyond. I appreciated his help. Would use their service again.
I signed up for service last week of May around the 25/26/27 paid the set up feeThey were very courteous during setup and for initial treatment of my new homeHad them come out again 2 weeks later I didn’t see any difference in the decrease of insects especially spiders in my houseThey came out a third time plus regular maintenance in July and was charged $79 again for serviceAsked to cancel service, was called to arrange yet another treatmentFollowed up to see if It was cancelledWas told I needed to pay $100 to cancelFirst of all I never saw any difference with their treatment.I’m not even asking for a refund which I should get because the treatments never worked I saw more activity especially spiders and ants during their treatmentI’m asking to cancel my service without them charging meI was told if I’m unhappy with my service I can cancel anytime and was never told it was $100 to cancel.Ive been strong armed into not being able to cancel. I just want to cancel this terrible service i dont care for a refund.

I switched from preventive to Aptive and regretted it. I waited for my contract with Aptive to finish to switch back to preventive.The guy who services our area is awesome. He is always on time, respectful and listens to our issues. I am glad to be back with preventive pest control
I have heard a lot of great things about this company and was very excited to use them. I was cancelled on my first time, and my second time (follow up from missing the first appointment) they were over an hour late. Someone did come first thing the next morning and was on time and did a good job.
Friendly and efficient telephone service when setting up appointment, followed by equally friendly service from the pest control professional himself. We were having a 2-bedroom house pre-treated prior to move-in so cannot vouch for the state of the property before we moved in, but we haven’t seen any bugs subsequently which I consider a success!
Preventive Pest is the best! They are responsive and will make sure the bugs stay away.
We had our first quarterly treatment & our yearly termite inspection. Daniel was professional and courteous. He looked over our house to make sure there was no new termite activity. Victor then came by for our first treatment. He answered every question I had. Made sure that the inside and outside of our house was treated, treated our fence line, grass for ants. I am happy that we chose this company from the beginning setting up our contract with Nichole was so easy to Daniel and Victor who made sure our home was taken care of. Thank you all

The tech was timely on the service and took care of everything very efficiently. We keep our back yard padlocked and the tech even re-locked the gate and returned the key to me once he was done. Great service!
The tech was very friendly and very respectful of my home. He asked about spraying areas that some people might not want done and he took his time. He also said there were quite a number of cobwebs outside around our roofing that he cleared out for us. First time using this company so well see how effective their treatment is!
Service is key with me, and Preventive Pest Control gets a five star rating with me. I will recommend them over any of their competitors. From the time I requested an estimate through setting up service to the first treatment, I was so please with everyone and the service, and I am not easily pleased. Great company!
Technician was scheduled to do an exterior and interior initial treatment. He did not have the equipment for an interior treatment and told me I would just have to reschedule that for later. Given that taking a day off costs as much as a year’s service being told to just take another day off because they didn’t plan accordingly makes this service very expensive.
Amazing thorough job from this company. We changed to them after seeing too many critters in our house, and now realize that they are so much more thorough than our previous pest control company. Professional! Highly recommend!
I’ve used Preventive for three years. They are a good company to work with generally. I’ve had a few small issues which they were quick to remedy. Robin in the office is always a great help.
Nick came to my house for a termite inspection on Friday and was effecient and customer oriented. He gave me a detailed explanation of what he found and what exactly that meant. There was no upsell push, which I appreciated. In fact, I appreciated it so much, I asked what the prices were for their pest control. I decided to sign up for their bi-monthly maintenance package to keep my home bug free!Jay came out to the house today and took care of this service.He was friendly, observant and uses observation skills to create a true personal customer experience.He completed his work in a prompt manner and answered any questions I had.Thank you Nick and Jay for communicating with me and being on time both days!!!

I had carpenter ants start showing up in my bathroom. I’ve had Preventive Pest for about sixteen years now and have always been happy with their service. I told the man who came to do the regularly scheduled treatment. He said he wasn’t 100% sure they were carpenter ants so he had his supervisor come back with him to confirm. I really appreciated that.They were carpenter ants and they treated for them. That was over two months ago and I haven’t seen any for about two weeks now.In all the years I’ve been with Preventive Pest this is only the second time I’ve had to have them treat for anything inside the house. The technician is gentle, professional and friendly and very thorough in his application of product. I’ve used this company several years and don’t think I have ever had to have them return after my home was treated except once and they came back out and took care of my pest problem immediately and without further charge. It’s an A+ company and I highly recommend them to you.
Im a single woman who absolutely hates any bug or rodent. I mean to the extent that I will run out of the house if I see one and wont go back in till its gone or until I realize Im bigger than it and I pay the bills in the house. I bought a 1920s home on pier and beam so I knew that the first thing I needed was pest control. Preventive Pest Control, came out inspected and quoted me a reasonable price. What I loved the most about this company was their honesty. They told me that for the first month I may see more activity but then it would begin to diminish. They were right and I can say after a year I am almost bug-free in the home; if they do get in they are dead. Their customer service is amazing, the service people are friendly and knowledgeable and they always go out of their way to help you solve a problem. They are truly great and Im happy I chose them!
After using another company and being disappointed, I found Preventative Pest and it’s the BEST Choice I could have ever made. Not only is the service amazing but the work really does speak for itself. With the winter storm, I had 3 caved ceilings and was afraid I would see bugs. Not one bug. My home is really protected. I used to struggle with ants a lot in doors. Not anymore. No spiders. No nothing! Best company, definitely would recommend and you would never look back. I have been with them for about a year and my home feels clean and pest free all the time!
I’ve been using Preventive Pest Control for years. They are a very dependable company. I never have to worry about my pest control. If I see spiders or roaches before my service is due, they come out immediately. They service the outside and on the inside by my request. I highly recommend them.
Gave Preventative Pest Control a call about yellow jackets coming out of our chimney and into my house after contacting a few other pest companies that instructed me to just start a fire in the fireplace. After a couple times starting a fire to no avail Preventative came out within a day of calling them and took care of the yellow jackets within about 10 minutes. Would highly recommend if you have the same issue.
The gentleman that serviced our home was extremely thorough. He sprayed the entire inside and inside of the house. He brushed the outside of the house for wasps and hornets nests removing any mud daubers. He also put granules in the yard for fireants. I really felt like he took his time to complete the job. He was very professional and friendly.
I have been with Preventive Pest Control for 2 years, prior to that we did our own Pest Control and decide we cant no longer do it b/c our yard is bigger now. I deal with Adam Fuller, he is the best, always on time, called me 30 minutes before he arrived, and the office even called the day before to remind me of the upcoming appointment.My yard is Fire Ants FREE. Thats a big plus for us.Update:2021, last year was ants free, this year for some reason few ant hills were popping up. Called them and Joe came out to take care of the ants, he spent time to inspect my whole yard, and took care of them. Thank you so much Joe, sorry I was on the phone and could not come out.Excellent!!
The technician Lizabeth, was very friendly, set clear expectations and answered all my questions.
They were great for the first two services, but then just went down hill after that. I would have to call the office to get any kind of update on when they might arrive. You had to watch them or they would forget to spray entire house. We would call them for specific problems and when they would arrive they would have the right spray. It just got frustrating. So we no longer use them. Office staff was very friendly and helpful.
Been using these guys for a year now for my old apartment and now for my house. They are very helpful, punctual, and do great work. They come out as often as needed to get rid of whatever bug issue youre having. Awesome!
Had my account with Preventive for many years and then mistakenly got hooked into trying another company for what I thought was a trial. Fast forward to a full year later after successfully ending my trial a month early (only cause I moved) and I cant tell you how happy I am to be back with Preventive!! They are the absolute best, professional, honest and on time. Nicole helped me to sign back up and the tech, Michael was funny and very patient since my new home isnt on any of the maps just yet. He waited for me to route him there and was very pleasant and informative. 10 out of 10 reccomend!!!
Great overall pest control service. We have used Preventive for many years. Any other pest control service who has pitched to us is always well over Preventive’s price for the same or less service. We never have trouble with insects and other pests. If something small comes up, Preventive gets out right away to take care of it. Great service and customer service.
We used to use Terminix and had major issues with spiders and tree roaches coming into our home. I just figured that during the warmer months it was just part of life in Houston. Ever since I switched to Preventive I have gone two warmer seasons and have seen minimal pests, and when we do they are dead or dying. They cost the same as our other service. The same person always treats our home and he takes every request seriously and makes sure to treat it. He is very thorough and professional. I would highly recommend Preventive Peat Control!
I appreciate their professional and complete service - inside and out. They spray inside all around the baseboards that keeps little critters away (and our little dog never has a problem with it). And outside they spray a liquid and spread some granular stuff that keeps little critters from coming around. And I like the attention to detail with taking a long brush and wiping away the spider webs on our back patio along the roofline. Always courteous and they call ahead to let you know when they are coming. Really nice service.
Preventative Pest Control does an incredible job. We had a really bad spider infestation and Randy, our service tech, has been so amazing about taking care of our home. I have been a customer os preventive pest control for a while for my business and houseBut they have a big problem on not provide the service but charge for the service.I had many complaints about it. Every time I looked at my account there was charges with no service. Until I moved my business and didn’t tell them. So they charge me for a service of my business when I had moved about two months ago.So yes, you can be sure you are paying for a service they are not performing.That is straight stealing money from customers.
I contacted Preventive Pest Control to service our new house as an alternative to Home Team - Who have TAEXX installed in our walls. Home Team charges a premium for their service so I thought I would look at a more cost effective option. Doing a Google search I found Preventive.They came out and did the initial service, and regular service a month later. The Technician on both services was great. Courteous, and friendly. 2 weeks after the service I received call asking how the service was, I told them we still saw some bugs around , and we were told that this is normal as they just treated, sometimes it can take a few weeks.After 4 months I can confirm that we still spiders and bugs throughout the house, and they have never gone away throughout that time. My wife and I decided to cancel and try another product, so I called up to cancel and was told they would charge us 60% to cancel our service.We are unhappy with the service that was provided, it costs the company nothing to cancel our service as we have paid for all previous services, yet they want to hold their customers hostage?Their product did not work for us. If it doesnt work for you beware they will hold you to a contract that throw in front of you during your initial service, saying please initial and sign.If you are looking for Pest Control I would recommend you look at a company, that will not hold a customer hostage especially when company loses nothing by lettings us cancel the service.

We have used Preventative Pest Control for 10+ years in 3 different homes... The girls in the office are polite and assist with any billing changes/questions. I like how they send a text and voicemail day before your service to remind you of your schedule. Our service tech(s) are super polite and considerate of your animals. They always knock your front door to announce they are at your home and ask if there are any concerns or any problems you may be having with spiders, ants, etc.
We got roof rats in our attic. They came out and sealed places they could get in and trapped the others in snap traps. I didn’t want poison used because of pets in my yard and neighborhood pets. They did a good job.
They are very thorough and I love the technician who sprays our house. He is very personable, listens, and asks questions to make sure he meets all of our preventive needs.

I bought my first house almost 2 years ago and the previous owners used Preventive for their pest control needs. They were meticulous about everything so I trusted their choice. I was not disappointed. I love the text communication and all of the techs I’ve had have been great. Very professional and almost always arrive within the first hour of my time window. No bugs in my house!
Preventive Pest is absolute pleasure to work with. They are very prompt, pays attention to detail and address every issue I have at home no matter how small. Their customer service is exemplary. I actually went with someone else but then paid extra to get out of the contract and came back to preventive pest. Something about their formulas is really amazing.
They do a great job in the initial treatment of getting rid of roaches, but once you have them set up for a monthly service, their customer service declines considerably. They never stick to the agreed upon schedule, they show up wherever they feel like it, and they never call when theyre on the way, so unless you waste a whole day sitting at home waiting on them, youre likely to miss them, in which case theyll just do the outside of your house and still charge you full price. Plus, read the fine print because many bugs are not included in their monthly service, such as termites.
Preventative has taken good care of us. They eradicated our termites two years ago (with a subterranean barrier) and follow up with annual inspections. Our home is termite free!
I have been using Preventive Pest Control for quite a few years. Their attentiveness is amazing especially when it comes to the elderly. I use them for my rent houses and my elderly mother’s house which they have always been very accommodating to her needs and requests. All the techs are very thorough inside and out of the house. BECAREFUL!!! At first I saw that this was a locally own business so I wanted to use them also to help out. The quote I received was $1200. Over priced but it was all right. They charged my credit card $1299. I was upset but I paid. Then several months later I received call stating I still owe them money. Their explanation was I still owe them tax. I asked I was charged $1200 and paid $1299. Their answer was the person who quoted me gave me the wrong quote. Then I asked why wasn’t the tax charge at the same time, the answer was they don’t have an explanation for that. So be careful, think carefully unless you want to be charged again and again.

No ones perfect but I will say that when there was an issue with scheduling...Preventives customer was very accommodating. I Rarely had any issues, Currently still using their service, definitely would recommend Preventive. Great service by the technicians that come out. Respectable. Friendly and welcoming personalities. The price for the service is the most attractive...you get quality service for half the cost as their competitors normally charge.
So far, so good. Weve been with them for about 4 months now and the service has been very good. They do a very thorough job, knocking down any wasps nests, granulating the yard, and spraying the house. They also inspected the house on the first visit and pointed out the spots where they thought bugs might be getting in, so we could correct them (gap in weather stripping on a door for example). Weve had no pest issues since we started service with them.
Ethan and Ryan were great!!! Ethan called first and actually showed up before Ryan. Ethan came for the termite control. Even though I was unaware there would be two techs coming out, that was fine. Ethan spent a total of about 3 hours working hard around the house to find the traps, check them, re-bait if needed, add new traps if needed, and dig through our hard clay soil. He did an excellent job, and I was thoroughly satisfied when he left.Ryan arrived a little while after Ethan, and explained his process for control, once he was done outside he came inside and sprayed inside for pests, and then went on his way.Overall a great experience, and I would highly recommend to anyone go needs pest control! They were supposed to arrive between 1-4 and showed up early around 11, they were all finished by 2PM, and I couldn’t have been happier!!!

Randy called to give me ETA and arrived as promised. Took the time to go over my pest problems. He was extremely thorough and treated the interior and exterior of my home. Found numerous fire ant beds in my yard and flower beds. Had about (30) mud dobber nests on house and under hanging decorations on exterior of home. Removed those nests and treated. Removed (3) large active wasp nests and treated. I’m thankful he didn’t get stung by them. I am so impressed with the time and effort Randy put in to get things cleared out and treated. My daughter recommended Preventive Pest Control to me which I am grateful for. I could not have asked for a more thorough job to be done. Now Randy will come out every other month for routine maintenance. Thank you Randy for a great job done!

Daryl, my exterminator, was great - as requested he called me approx 30min prior to arrival & then arrived during the space of time I had requested 3 - 5pm. He was friendly, knowledgable about bugs/his job & throughly answered any questions I had.The mosquito treatments, performed have been great, only seen 2 or 3 since service began, a few months ago, as well as NO mosquito hawks, which invade my kitchen every year when the dog comes in from the outside. The quality of the pest control has truly managed any type of bug issue that I may have & if I see any bugs I can call Preventive, they send an exterminator out promptly to retreat the area &/or place traps to resolve the issue.Customer service has been excellent & despite calling @ 9pm or after, the day prior to my scheduled service, the office staff has kindly rescheduled my each time, when in the office the next day. Or they have called, left me a message that the time I requested isnt available, asking that I return the call to discuss a different day or time.Overall, I have had this service for @ least a year & have no complaints. Got fed up with my long time pest control and called to get regular household spray. I chose a One year plan with the first trip at a discount. They came the next day And sprayed inside and out. He even brushed down wasp nests abs spiders outside. Excellent full service!
The first time they came out was great. However, the next few times, I was not home. The technician claimed he sprayed outside, however my neighbor was home and said he did nothing but he left a bill on my door. This continued more than once. My back gate is locked so there is no way he could have performed the outside spraying.They never call first and pretend to spray when they dont.

I’ve used preventative for a while, they are organized and priced well. Last time the guy left my back gate open so make sure to stay on top of that if you have dogs but they are always courteous and professional.
Always there on time, my technician is very knowledgeable and I always get the same guy. He goes above and beyond to ensure Im happy with his service. He even offers to come back for free in between scheduled services for extra treatments if I feel its necessary.

I have used Preventive Pest Control for 9 years mow and they have given me nothing but A1 service. Customer service is beyond great. Our service technician Randy is superb. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give him a 20. Why, he is very friendly and answers all my questions on the different kinds of pest.
Came out and did an excellent job of applying pesticides around the house, in small weep holes and sprayed on the insides and fogged the house. Will definitely be continuing with this company.
The technician that texted and called ahead was Victor. Victor is a great asset for Preventive Pest Control and let me tell you why. Victor did a great job on the exterior and interior of the house. Victor was very punctual and was actually early by 5 mins. Victor explained what he did and why. I would highly recommend and I will use Victor and Preventive Pest Control again

Very professional. I got a free termite inspection. I am concerned, I have wood worms in my furniture. The person that inspected my furniture and house, had never heard of a woodworm. I find that very odd. So do I have a woodworm infestation or not ????
I have used preventive pest control for 5 years. I called to set up the service I spoke to Crystal, she is very un professional and rude . I will look for a different pest control company.
Friendly service as always. I do not use fast because the tech takes time to spray your yard, clean any spider webs and look for wasp nests. They come when I am home per my request. When a complete inside and out service can be done. I have used another company in the past and they appear to be on a short tome schedule and think of you as a number. Not PreventTive. Well done.

I have been pleased with my service and the pest control it provides. My only issue has been that occasionally we will not get a call that a technician is coming, and so the outside only gets treated instead of the inside. If we call, they are always willing to come back but sometimes it can take a full week for them to return. Other than that, we have been happy with our service.

I dont know if the chemicals used are not strong enough or if its just not a through job. However, I have to re - treat the areas for spiders and large ants myself. Especially spiders and clean down webs daily in areas I can reach. There should be something that leaves an invisible residue that kills the spiders for months after; just as Home Defense does. I still have to ask for retreatments because the representative does not take down the dirt dauber nest either. I hate to change companies because they are nice, but Im giving it some thought.
Ive been using Preventive Pest Control since May 2018, and so far Ive been very pleased with the service. We use them for regular pest control. They are well-priced, especially as compared to other companies, and everyone Ive interacted with either on the phone or in person has been very friendly and professional. If you start seeing cockroaches between sprayings, theyll send a technician out to spray again and they dont charge you for that. We have also called them about an animal we thought was living on our roof. We ended up not having to have it removed, but we were pleased with the consultation we got from Preventive just in case. They were thorough and honest about their advice.
Preventative Pest control does a great job! They are very thorough and will come in between routine sprays if needed for no charge! Weve been so happy with their service!

Preventive Pest Control Team - Sales personnel made good service promises. That seems to be a trap/ hook now as it was not delivered. The first service was extremely good and then it was never the same.The second service was conducted inside house and was not rescheduled for outside as it was wet/ raining. I was charged for the entire service, despite only partial internal spray was done. Next scheduled Service was not conducted.Next Service was also not conducted. My neighbor (House in front of mine) had a personnel from Preventive Pest Control conducting pest control services same day as scheduled for mine also. I was in the front yard and my kids were playing out and I was waiting and expecting that he may turn up after completing their services.Its extremely disappointing and frustrating that with big promises Preventive Pest Control West Houston Team take up contract and then do not deliver. As a result there has been increase in pests around my house. Kids do not play in yard as there are lots of ants and bugs. I have already been to Doctor visit for these ant bites with these bulb like pus being formed due to these bites.And above that without providing service, and we going through all this, Preventive Pest Control team is sending me invoice to pay for not providing service. Just because Preventive Pest Control sales team promised and I accepted that in good faith which Preventive Pest Control West Houston Operations team failed to deliver.Preventive Pest Control is sending me invoices for not providing and failing in the services.They need to improve service. If a contract is signed how come it is all the terms in their favor and who approves such contract terms. We were quite desperate with our infestation of millepedes. I had been told by nationally known companies that nothing could be done. When we called Preventive Pest Control they immediately told me that they could help. When they arrived, I was immediately impressed with the professionalism, empathy and compassion that they showed . A second visit was needed and again I noticed that the technician was on time, efficient and very personable. I would certainly recommend Preventive Pest Control and in fact, signed a year contract. The tech never showed up after calling to say he was about 5 minutes away. He never called me back and I called the office and canceled the service for that day. I called the technician and he hung up on me.
Jesus is a new technician with the company and he is excellent. He was sent to my house to revaluate the previous work done to keep out rodents and he not only fixed the problem at hand but removed and redid other areas of concern I had the same day.
I have a dog that is deathly allergic to fleas, go figure, but ever since I hired preventative pest control my dog has not gone back to the emergency room even once! More recently, we bought a new house… The detachable garage was infested with rats and preventative pest control eradicated them. I recommend them to my clients and family members!!! Superb!

We have used Preventative Pest Control for almost 2 years now. They do a fantastic job. We love Randy. He does a great job with our home and lawn for fire ants. We have not had one fire ant hill since they started treating our yard. This is most important to me because my son is allergic to fire ants. Nor have we had any pests inside the home. If we happen to get some black ants, due to weather change, they send Randy out right away and its taken care of.
The technician was really good listening to my concerns and finding the solution to the problem. He was respectful, making sure he was following all the safety measures for Covid-19.

Preventive Pest is always kind and courteous. They are quick to do house calls that come up here and there in between scheduled visits. The only thing I wish they were better at is examining the yard better for fire ants. Outside of that they have been outstanding.

Technician doesn’t like his job, he were supposed to go over all the house but when I started to ask him for different things to perform his answer was “this is not my service area, I don’t do what the other guy does”, poor service, last time I use them.

Dealing with this company has been a huge headache for us. I signed up for their services after discovering the extremely bad wasp problem we had when we moved into our new house. I had to call them back out four times with four different people before they finally started listening to what we were telling them. The first three told me I didnt know what i was talking about after i explained to them where the problem was coming from. Finally after a month of going back and forth with this company someone came out and actually listened! Turns out we were right all along and they found a huge wasp nest behind our fence and inside our AC unit. Just like we had been telling them.I just recently set up an appointment with them on a Saturday to spray the inside of our house before we go on vacation. My roommate was home all day and i had gotten home a little before 1pm. When i walked outside around 1:15 there was a sign on our door saying noone was home and they had knocked at 12:58. My roommate was home all day and I had gotten home before 1. No one even came to the door! We park our cars in the garage when we get home and he had assumed noone was home without knocking or even calling. They are supposed to call you 30 minutes before they arrive and they never do! there was no contact info to get a hold of the pest control guy and of course the office was closed. This company will do everything it can to get out of actually doing their job.
Your technician Ceaser was great as always. He is a very considerate, caring, respectful gentlemen! He definitely knows what hes doing and he definitely cares about his customers. I dont know how much he makes, but its not enough!

I cant speak for the service but the driver of truck # 10 on October 9th cut my family off by running a stop sign in our neighborhood. Then proceed to run every other stop out of the neighborhood and several more after they left our neighborhood. I have reported them but have had no response from the company if they are taking any action.

We have asked that only Randy be scheduled to come to our house. However, this last week you sent someone else. Thats not right. You should have asked if you could send another person instead of Randy. What happened is that the new guy was careless and broke one of our large clay pots with our 10 yr old plant in it. Now the plant is dying. We are not pleased about your sending a young person with not much experience to our home. Please send only Randy. If he is not available, we will wait for him.

Usually we spray outdoor only. However due to all the rain I asked them back to service indoor. They gladly provided the service.
The technician sat in his car for 45 minutes after introducing himself on the phone before starting. It later started raining and he couldnt get on the roof, had to reschedule. He did put a trap in the attic and covered some weepholes.
Mike was very cordial and took time to explain what the service covered and what the next steps forward would be. He listened to my concerns and eased my worries. I really appreciate his professionalism and friendliness.

Had a big wasp problem in an inaccessible attic space. After calling multiple companies and getting nowhere, Preventive came out and got rid of the wasps very quickly. I highly recommend this company.

I had sugar ants in my home for a month now, and they had to come spray my home every other week and the next day after they would spray the ants were still in my home!!! All over my counters and sink. I would bleach and even spray my own house with raid! I shouldnt have to this with a pest control contract!! Ridiculous! these people tell you what u want hear but then when u agree to do business its a total 360! Dont do it!!

Never had their service but did meet 1 of the drivers. He ran 2 cars and myself off the road as he missed his turn and jumped 3 lanes to try and turn around I assume. (Rayford and Richard road, just past the tracks). 2 cars locked up the brakes. Leaving 1 in the ditch. I ended up in the center devide. He never put his phone down or stopped. Slowed down then took off again.
The pest control person was aware of all the plants I have for bees, butterflies and vegetables. He was careful to apply the ant bait very carefully around the the mounds without getting any around the plants.Without asking, he also applied the chemicals around the garage doors.
The service was extremely fast and the man who did the job was extremely nice and very careful with the wasp removal. Over all good job.
I called Prevenitive Pest Control.because I thought we had a raccoon in our attic. When they came out they told us it was roof rats (ugh). They proceeded to tell us how they would get rid of the rats and they did it! Its been 2 weeks and no critters! Very nice and professional.
Every time I call in for a issue they are so polite and always willing to help. They come quickly and listen and deal with the problem. The person I talk to in the phone is always so sweet and accommodating.

2022-04-27Preventive are always professionals They let me know ahead of time when they are coming to my bimonthly service. The tech always calls just what he is coming and asks what my issues are and then treats for those issues. They use pet friendly chemicals. I like their staff and the thorough service they offer.

2022-05-02The tech was friendly enough and did an okay job. However he did leave prior to touching base with us and making sure that everything we needed was covered. There are less bug issues for the time being though, so we will keep and eye on everything. If necessary, they do offer the option to come back out for touch ups.Generally speaking, most pest control services I’ve used in the past do a bit of an inspection while they walk around and let you know if they see anything you weren’t aware of. I was disappointed that there was no discussion following the service.

2022-03-21Good company, does a good job but is HORRIBLE at communicating that they are coming by to do their 3 month treatment. They came by without my knowledge or authorization without me knowing a little more then a week ago maybe and I was not happy that I wasnt aware they were coming. They are very good at responding to calls or requests to come back out though. I will definitely give them that. They do a good job overall Im just unhappy that they showed up unannounced

2022-06-10We have been using Prevention Pest control for many, many years now. They are very good at setting up scheduled extermination appointments and let you know in advance and the day of exactly when they will be there. You can also very easily reschedule if needed. I never have a problem with roaches, if I do happen to see one, it’s dead, so I know it working!

2022-07-29I wasn’t very pleased with the last time they came (Wednesday 7/27). I called them a few weeks ago to reschedule because everyone on the house got sick, and I needed them to service inside as it hasn’t been done in months. When the guy showed up he knocked on door but I was unable to answer right away because I was on a work call. After a few minutes I was able to put the call on hold and rushed out to the front. As soon as I opened the door I found a slip saying they weren’t able to service the house cuz no one is home. I ran to the front and waved the guy down as he started to drive off. He did stop thank goodness but seriously he wasn’t even going to start the outside service like normal???? I told him he can come in and I had to get back to a call for work. He came in the house a couple mins later and stayed asking my 13 year old daughter if he needed to do the inside. How would she know? AND in literally just told him after flagging him down he could come in and do it. I honestly don’t even know if he even did the outside. All I know is I got billed the usual amount. I may cancel this service soon. I’m not very impressed with the customer service.

2022-08-13Above and beyond the service I expected! Listened to my concerns and explained how bugs were getting in and multiplying. So nice to work with a company that not only exterminated what is there, but made sure the bugs wouldnt return. Recommend Preventive Pest to anyone experiencing bug problems!

2022-06-13PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!! They charged me for services they didn’t provide. Also, they pop up at your house without any warning. Every time they’ve showed up to my house, I was at work. I was charged every time they showed up unexpectedly. I’m very displeased with their services and will NEVER use them again. I called Griselda, the office manager, and she was very rude and wasn’t able to answer any of my questions regarding the charges I had last year. I even have the receipt of the payment for the date. This company is TRASH!

2022-07-25Had service from them since October to July, always had a consistent pest problem. Had to call in so they would spray inside the house every time, otherwise they would just leave a paper outside. There pest control does not work. Extremely disappointed.
