Look forward to wasting hours waiting, navigating through a poorly designed store, and encounters with rude store associates. We made two different trips to make one phone order. We spent thirty minutes trying to make a phone order. The older woman who works at the Pro Desk is extremely rude, so much so that were told the other associates loathe working with her, which is completely understandable. We came back a second time, and have been waiting just as long. To make it worse, there is only one person currently running the Pro Desk. Apparently, the other guys shift ended, so he took his apron off and just went home, I guess, leaving a long line of frustrated customer behind him. Ill never come back here again, as long as I can help it. I thought Home Depot was contractor friendly, now I have my doubts...
