5 stars is not enough to show how great this place is! We were traveling through Texas from Pennsylvania when we noticed our fan pump was leaking on our RV. Pro Tech Diesel had someone available immediately to find our issue and start looking for a replacement part. Although we were held up several days waiting for it to arrive, we were given every accommodation imaginable and treated as friends. Our part arrived and was put in quickly and efficiently, all for a fair price.Highly recommend Pro Tech Diesel to anyone, they are the best! Thank you so much Richie, Juan and everyone else who helped us at the shop - you guys saved our trip! :)
RV leaking antifreeze Thanksgiving day while moving cross-country.Owner sent mechanic out after hours on Friday to reconnect our drivetrain after a tow and get us going enough to get to a camp ground until after the holiday.Showed up Monday morning at their shop and was immediately greeted by several staff including owner. They fit us into their schedule right away, no delay. Absolutely wonderful staff and the owner is just downright awesome.We were back on the road in just over two hours, RV fixed.
Pro Tech was highly recommended by other Veterans whom are also RV owners and have been very satisfied with their services. I couldnt agree more ! Carla, thank you for the warm welcome upon my arrival that Saturday morning. I Especially want to thank Richie, for taking the time to answer all my questions regarding my RV. He was very patient and knowledgeable, and that was a great example of going above and beyond. In the future I will continue to bring my RV for future services and know that Pro Tech staff will continue to provide excellent service.
We called late Monday morning before leaving the area to see if they could repair a bent tailpipe for our RV generator - and they fit us right in! They also had a great price to replace our weak chassis batteries. Totally worth making the stop - great service and wonderful employees.
Unbelievable fast efficient service to replace burst water pipe in our motorhome. We were not expecting the repair to happen so quickly, as we pulled in at 3:30pm Tuesday. Juan called at 5:20pm just as we were finishing dinner to let’s us know the work was complete and our MH was ready for pick up.Highly recommend Carla, Juan and Richie if you’re looking for top notch customer service.
Highly recommend this shop for doing an oil change same day with no appointment on our RV.We brought our own oil and filter with us (purchased at OReillys down the street), and we were on our way an about 1 hour.Kudos to camping world El Paso who were all booked up and gave me their phone number to call.

We were stranded in our El Paso, because of a failed heater element, in our 2015 Sprinter Winnebago. Richie, the owner is super helpful, honest, sincere, knowledgeable and efficient. After taking it to Protech Diesel, we took it to a shop in San Diego. Not pleased. We decided to take it back to Pro Tech Diesel, to Richie. That it how much we trust him. God Bless.

Attn all RVers / Motorhomes, Buses, if you have a problem dont waste your time calling around to the other shops or mobile repair companies in El Paso / Anthony Texas. I called over 12 different companies and no one would help me. I called Pro Tech Diesel and they worked me in the SAME DAY. I have a 45 Foot Entertainer Coach with Generator Problems. Pro Tech Diesel went up, above, and beyond on helping me, and my Tour Bus out. I was amazed at so many other RV Dealerships in the area telling me it would be a couple weeks before they could even look at it. Not Pro Tech, they advised to come on in, and they will work me in. As soon as I pulled up they had 2 Mechanics to start working on my Generator. This is a EXCELLENT PLACE folks, and I highly recommend them. Not only is there work great, but they gave me a VERY GOOD price for the repairs. Once again if you have a RV, Camper, Bus, etc. dont waste your time calling other places, call Pro Tech Diesel a company that actually cares about getting you fixed and back on the road again.
Excellent experience. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing is fair. Mechanics here will put in extra effort in resolving your mechanical needs. Example. And really its very small one. The mechanics are very meticulous about their. Work. After these gentleman did my cooling system pressuring and bit of coolant spilled on my frame and engine. With out second thought. Mechanic grabbed sopy water and started cleaning it. Thats mechanics worth trusting . At no point did I feel that my repairs were half assed or even quarter assed. Great experience . Please be aware of this business. Took our company truck for repairs all was fine until they called and said it was ready. The original quotation for repairs was $1400 and when they called they said the bill was over $3200 which they never got approval form us to go ahead and do any additional repairs. Who in their right mind would proceed without written authorization?? How did he even know we could afford that amount???So then after all that we paid them $2300 and two days later the check engine light came back on so we took it back and then they came up with yet another quote of over $1700 to do additional repairs. I couldnt believe these kinds of people are still in business. Consumers BEWARE of this facility they are out to drain your bank account!!!! Never again will we take any vehicles and we will be telling all our friends and business partners what a horrible experience we had a Pro Tech Diesel . Shame on you for taking honest people for a ride:(
Facility is a little crude but the people that run the place and their mechanics are top notch.They pulled all the stops and got me back on the road on a Friday night so we didnt have to spend the weekend in their parking lot.
Very bad costumer service. They’ve had my boyfriends diesel truck for week and a half. He did most of the work before they received truck and still have it. Won’t give me a update on truck and they are over charging for labor.

2022-05-17We had a problem with the engine de-rating on the road today and got towed to Pro Tech. It was after 3 p.m. but they got us in for a diagnostic, discovered the problem (a sensor had gone bad), got the part locally and installed it and had us back on the road by a little after 5 p.m. They had us take the coach for a test drive and when we drove away after paying our bill said if you get down the road a few miles and something happens call us back and we’ll check it out. I’ve now driven a few miles and the problem is solved. They did a great job, were personable to work with, and had a price that was reasonable (repairs to RVs are almost NEVER cheap). I would recommend ProTech highly.Two days later, the same problem was back and we were forced to stop at another diesel shop. The sensor that was installed at Pro Tech was poorly installed, it was flopping loose and another wire was disconnected. Poor workmanship!

2022-04-22Don’t waste your money here I took myCar because a sensor was turned on I was told it was one thing and I told them what I needed done they called me back and said it was a sensor and they can fix it for $300 dollars I gave in rather quick because I needed my daily driver car. I find out through someone else that it should take only $100 to fix I understand it takes manual labor but here’s the point the check engine light was turned off when I drove it out of the shop and as soon as I drove it a few miles it turned back on I didn’t even bother giving them a call back just save your coins and take your car somewhere where they’ll actually fix it

2021-10-18Took our RV immediately. Did bathroom vent and fan, generator service. On time and reasonable. Professional. Book prices. Recommended. No fancy waiting room or chilled bottled water, or getting ripped off, like You-Know-Who.

2021-10-18Was traveling thru El Paso and needed a couple things on my RV taken care of, ie. my generator serviced, and a new bathroom vent/fan installed. They worked me into their schedule so I was able to get to my destination on time. Quality work, fair price, courteous, and professional staff. Thanks to Ricky for doing a great job.

2021-03-04Richie and his crew run a professional shop. I ended up at their shop with my 1990 Chevy G30 Diesel RV: coolant reservoir had a leak on the way between New Mexico and Austin. Richies crew diagnosed it and even though we couldnt locate the replacement part in time, we came up with a hotfix that got me along my way.They were professional, knowledgable and not pushy at the least. Also super friendly guys! Highly highly recommend.

2021-05-06Traveling from Florida to Tucson Az, our RV blew its rear driveline. We had it towed to ProTech Diesel. Ritchie and his crew took wonderful care of us. They would have had us back on the road that day if they could find a replacement driveline. Unfortunately they could not, they had to have a local shop manufacture the parts. As soon as they received the driveline parts they quickly installed them and had us back on our way in an hour or so. Seven hours later we were able to complete our journey to Arizona. THANK YOU RITCHIE AND PROTECH DIESEL!!!!!

2020-11-10My wife and I are traveling from Washington State in our motor home and heard a loud noise coming from the rear of our coach. It was our lucky day when we found Pro Tech Diesel. Since we were traveling Richie got us in ASAP. Louis spent a matter of about a minute figuring out what was wrong and drove it right into shop and started working on it. Both rear shocks were broken in half. A few hours later they had us on the road back on our trip. Everyone was extremely nice and went out of their way for us. We cant say enough good about Pro Tech.

2021-02-06We were sent to ProTech by Camping World as our issue was, we thought, engine related. Turns out it was just something loose under the chassis that needed rewelding. ProTech got us in, fixed the issue and got us back on the road within hours. Glad we were referred because we would not have found this shop on our own. Every person we dealt with was courteous and knowledgable.

2020-03-04I chose to get towed to Pro-Tech Tech Diesel because it was a Napa Truck Service Center and it had great Google reviews. Well Richie and his crew did not disappoint on the major repairs I needed. Theyre mechanics are knowledgeable, they charge you fairly on labor and the shops customer service is great. If you find yourself in an unlucky situation and need repairs (Big or Small) .....I highly recommend Pro-Tech Diesel
