Easy setup, access and move out. Would use again no issues
It was my first time at a public storage and I had a great experience! Larry B helped me through the whole process and explained everything to me. Kayla the manager was also on site and she was very welcoming. Great customer service and if I ever need it again I will definitely come back!

I set up a reservation with Isa she was very pleasant and helpful. I couldnt decide what u wanted to do so I came back the next day and I met Jaime. She was very personable and she is very customer oriented. If I were to go to another public storage or any store I would hope that someone like Jaime was there.
The pricing is what you would expect for a nice decent storage, however the customer service at this specific location was amazing! I spoke with Kayla and Bridget and was blown away by how consistently nice they were lol sure people can be nice but you know its genuine when they are always in a great mood! The area is well maintained, always clean and easy to access, I definitely think its worth your time to check it out 👍
Kayla and Michelle where very helpful and kind. We quickly looked at the storage then got all set up. Kayla also helped me out with some tips on how to not ruin my mattress while it is in storage. Seemed like they truly cared and were relatable.
Pretty nice people who work there. Experience only could have been better if I was told about the larger unit for only 2 dollars more a month, I found that out on my own when checking ad later. Also the advertised price is nowhere near the price youll pay on day one. I was able to get the same until in Denver for 40dollars the first month also at public storage, this one was closer to 90 dollars. Same size unit. Friendly people though.
The facility in general was clean and organized. There wasnt a bunch of trash flying around.The lady that helped me is highly energetic and willing to do anything she can to accommodate. I know I can be a little much with all of my questions and she was patient and helped me the best she could.
Nick was helpful and polite. I was able to take a tour of the space I rented, everything was in order. I rented the space the rental process was easy and it did not take long at all. Good job Nick and thank you
I moved all of my stuff in roughly 3 years ago. I havent been back to even look at it till a month ago when I told them that I was moving everything out. the Unit looked exactly like I left it. I am a very satisfied customer and will recommend them to all. Kayla was very helpful answering all my questions and helping with anything I needed these last couple of weeks while I moved everything out. thank you Kayla and the rest of the team
Kayla was great. Went through all the paperwork concisely but thoroughly. Had no problems. They even called me and told me of a cheaper unit that saved me $50 a month. Would definitely recommend.
I absolutely love Teddi she was very helpful and when I realized the unit I reserved was going to be too small she helped me find a larger unit closer to my price point at another location. This lady is gold and I’m kinda sad I won’t be using her store. Thanks so much Teddi! Your Awesome!!!!

My wife and I stopped by to pick up a few boxes for moving. The woman behind the front counter Kayla, was polite, attentive to our presence in the store and our needs and what she could recommend we get to help with those needs. At the end of the transaction, she even offered to help us get everything to our car! She made stopping at this Public Storage location worth while, and if we ever needed storage space or packing materials in the future while in the Mid-cities area, she assured her businesss spot as the first stop on my search. I was so appreciative how Amee handled every situation and answered every question I had. She did an amazing job at helping me find what was perfect for me. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I love how I can go even after hours the gate being open until 9pm works amazing for me since I work most of the day time. My favorite part is that you guys have a manager who lives in the property! Due to a disappointing customer service experience at another storage facility, we searched for another location closer to home. We found this Public Storage location and Isa was extremely helpful with our needs. She went above and beyond to make sure our expectations were met. I rented a storage today. My service I received from the Representative Isa was excellent. I went in disappointed being I needed an outside unit(I selected the wrong unit I choose a inside unit) but the down payment was more than I expected being I reserved the space last night for a 1.00 down. She did everything to assist to look for a lower price outside unit at other locations. But with her great customer service I decided to go ahead with the inside unit. Thank you Isa for making me feel better. Great Customer Service count!!
Honestly the best experience Ive ever had with a storage facility. I used to rent with public storage before and didnt have a good experience. I figured Id try my luck and see if they changed any and I am so glad I did. Raymond was super sweet and very helpful. The facility is very well maintained, he explained all the security features with the gates and cameras and ultimately sealed the deal for us. I will definitely recommend to friends and family!!!😀
L stopped by the other day looking to purchase a few boxes and Sonya and Kayla were extremely attentive to my needs they informed me on the benefits and I ended up leaving with more than I intended on buying! Great experience getting started here. I filled out the online form and was contacted by the facility within minutes to set up an appointment to sign papers and choose a unit.I arrived a little early for my appointment and was met by a smiling employee named Isa. She was friendly, professional, and allowed me the time to look at several different units to find the parking space and storage unit that would work best for me..Good location and the price was competitive.

The staff is extremely helpful, regardless of the time of day.It is a real small-town experience, and I strongly recommend them. I have used them two separate times, over two years, and both were great experiences!
My experience with Public Storage (specifically the Bedford TX location) was FANTASTIC! Isa, the store manager was extremely friendly, polite, knowledgable, and accommodating. The entire process was quick and easy, and Isa made sure to show me everything about the complex/unit that I needed to know, while making me feel welcome. I was having the worst day possible on memorial day with nothing going as planned. I suddenly had to move out sooner than I thought and really needed a place to keep my things in temporary while I figured out my next step. The manager Aimee was super cool, understanding, and very easy to talk to. It was at this moment when things started to somehow turn around for me and my one horrible day was becoming manageable and took a huge weight off me. Thank you Aimee!!!

Was attempting to make a payment around 4 pm that day (Wednesday) and the location was shut down without any advanced notice.
The people at my storage are great. Very helpful and friendly. However... Public Storage is a racket. After 6 months of use they raised my rate from 157 to 187. 30 more a month! All they could say is there was additional operational cost that they pass along to their customers. They also only give you 5 days from the due date to pay. If you dont they lock you out and charge you more. 2 weeks later theyll sell your stuff if you still havent paid. NEVER use them unless you absolutely have to.

Had a unit since 2008 and the last time I accessed it was 5 years ago. Tried the lock and the key fit, but didnt turn. Isla helped me tremendously so that I could access it again. On site managers have always been so nice and courteous.
I chose this location because it was close to my house, but I choose public storage because I have rented from them before and it is always a great experience. Holly was very helpful today and made is pretty easy. Thank you again!

We drove in from Arizona and were desperate to get our trailer unloaded and packed away. Unfortunately, with traffic, we were going to be a little late and past office hours. I called and a staff member named Raymond took the time to listen you my predicament. He said to drive safe and he would be waiting for us when we arrived after 6:00PM. He really saved us and went beyond the call of duty. Not to mention the efficient service after we arrived. Thanks Raymond
When I began talking to this facility, I told them Id had a bad experience with hidden charges when I moved into the one where I currently am. And after all that, I show up to sign the paperwork, which I was told HAD to be done before move-in day, she hit me with pro-rated charges for the rest of this month, even though I wasnt moving in until Aug. 1. She told me I could sign on move-in, but the price wouldnt be guaranteed! Ive NEVER heard of doing business in such a way! I walked out without renting. It was only $5, but theres a principle here. And if they start out deceitful, theyll STAY that way! EPIC FAIL PUBLIC STORAGE! After DECADES of doing business with you, Im gone FOR GOOD!

Both I and My Family, have used Public Storage Locations throughout the D/FW Metroplex for over 10 Years to service all of our personal and business storage needs.We recently used the Bedford, TX location for outdoor storage of our boats. The location is clean, well lit and left us feeling secure about storing our items there.Isa, the location manager, went above and beyond in answering questions over the phone and in person. She expedited the contracts paperwork quickly and efficiently and was informative and helpful with a specialty requested made of her.I have always experienced enjoyable and professional interactions with the site staff personnel at Public Storage locations over the years (Highway 10, Grapevine Hwy and others.)... That is why when I say that Isa provided the best experience to date, it can be taken as a true compliment! She represents a genuine asset to the company and I would like to recognize her for her consistent efforts to go above and beyond to service her clients...I would also like to recommend to PS Corporate that low volume and business appropriate music in the offices would be well received by your clients as they are completing paperwork. Not to mention a potential moral and productivity booster for the site personnel... I can only imagine the utter monotony of staring at moving supplies all day in a dead quiet environment! (Please Shoot Me NOW!).
Not secure. My 18-foot car trailer was stolen from their “locked” facility and NOTHING was caught on video. There are many parts of the facility that ARE NOT COVERED BY CAMERAS. While staff was nice enough, that doesn’t replace my $2500 trailer. I was smart enough to have insurance, but it only covered part of the replacement cost. Expect me to file a BBB complaint, as well as a small claims suit for the difference.

I rented a unit because I thought I would need it for my daughter moving home from college. We didnt actually end up needing it, but enjoyed my time at public storage. Everyone was very friendly, and worked with me since I wasnt sure if I would end up needing it. The $1 for the first month sold me.
Ive had a unit there for about 3 years. Ive paid them thousands and thousands of dollars. I only have the one small unit and I started it at only $80 a month. Now Im having to pay $160 a month for it. They raise youre rates and dont tell you anything.Update: I am now paying $200 a month for the same tiny unit.
Gabbie and Isa were wonderful. We decided we wanted a climate controlled unit and they helped with the transfer quickly and efficiently. Great people.

This place is the worst.. I’m pregnant and the young man had me walking around the whole property for an VERY long amount of time because he had no idea where he was going, then when we finally found the storage he told me I HAD to buy their super expensive lock or I couldn’t have the storage???? This place was a HUUUGGGEEE waste of my time and I’d really recommend people NOT to come here.
In addition to moving, finding a storage for some of my things seemed to be another hard task, but public storage staff on Bedford made the process easy and made sure I got the best deals they had to offer! 👍

I dropped in at the storage office to buy some boxes & found the door locked even though the sign indicated lunch break was over. As I was driving off, I noticed someone in the office & went back to door & knocked again. The gal came to the door, unlocked it came out & locked it again. She told me to come back in 10 minutes as she was on her lunch break. Then she walked over near her car to smoke.U Hall on Hwy. 121 was so busy but were able to help right away because they have a huge staff. They carried the boxes to my car & loaded them for me.Public Storage: you might want to retrain your workers. Or hire someone who just might want to earn their pay.

Beware ! This storage facility is rodent infested! When we moved our stuff out of the storage facility this week we found a ton of rat droppings on the ground. Rat droppings in our boxes with kitchen water ( we had no food or anything to attract them to the boxes) . We had special items that had rat urine all over them .

2022-01-18I rented a new space this last Saturday. They already took my money, yet my code does not work. I have called and called and the property manager does not return phone calls and customer service is unable to help. It seems as no one can help me. This place is literally down the street from my home, so it is in an ideal location, but seems as no one can help me.

2021-08-20Made my monthly payment today. Been with Public Storage for a little over 9 years. Nick was very helpful. He said he would do an audit and see if he could get my monthly payment down. 2018-08-01We were very impressed with the new management at our Public Storage location and had the pleasure of meeting Kayla this past weekend. She has worked very hard to bring the facility up to an excellent standard. She was very helpful to us about moving into a smaller unit in the same building. We also noticed many improvements such as moving carts now available for tenants to use to help with their moving needs. Thank you, Kayla, for your prompt attention to our needs and all the help you gave us.

2018-04-23All of the employees I encountered at this Public Storage location were great. In particular, Kayla was extremely easy to work with. Not only did she make the experience as easy as possible, but she did it with a cheery and professional attitude. I would highly recommend this location!
