Great Storage Company -- was referred to them by a Happy renter almost 7 years ago. The climate controlled area is great to help preserve the items stored.The best part is the original person I leased fromNiki is still the person I deal with when I have a question or need help. Niki is the BEST! She is always friendly and helpful. Most storage companies do not retain Quality employees like Niki -- it speaks well for All Storage that they have long term friendly and helpful employees to assist long term renters.
Customer service from Nikki was excellent and amazing. There was no need to go in to sign any paperwork or hassle with anything. Nikki answered all my questions and asked me if I needed items I wouldnt have remembered about until I needed them. I am so grateful to her help and guidance in an already stressful move.
Rented here before it was sold to Public Storage. Jyst moved out. Decent location. Easy to find and get in and out. Could possibly use a few more carts but thats the case at most locations. Clean facility.
Have had my things here for 2 yrs. Great location! Easy access to my storage. Easy to make my monthly payments online. When I need to pay by phone, the employees here kindly take my payment.
Clean secure faculty with reasonable prices. I was very impressed. Dawn was great, very helpful, even though shes new. I highly recommend this facility to store your stuff.

Very nice facility. Multitude of different size, ceiling heights, and climate type. Clean, newer facility with 30 plus cameras and gated entry. Lots of extras, they even have dollies and 4 wheeled carts that tenants can use. Shop online for the best deals! I have been a tenant for about 2 years-Nikki has always taken great care of me!
I did online quotes for both All Storage & Public Storage. Pricing was similar and competitive with one another. However when I drove to the area, All Storage looked better, nicer & well maintained versus the competitor across the street. I walked into All Storage and front office was clean, with large screens to showcase the security cameras across the property. Nikki was absolutely awesome from start to finish! She showed me the unit I inquired about, to ensure I didn’t need to size up or down. Very friendly and helpful with a personality to brighten anyone’s day! Nikki gets A++ for customer service! I’m so glad I chose All Storage.
Completed my rental this morning with Johnny and the experience was absolutely great!! Super nice people, clean & secure facility. We have been doing business with All Storage - Granbury for a few years now. The location is convenient and weve seen maybe one rate increase in four years. The place is clean and spacious with great security. Nikki is hands down our favorite person to work with there. She is friendly, personable and efficient. Nikki responds to requests for availability and pricing without hesitation. We recently needed a space for business storage and looked at other facilities. We came back to All Storage because Nikki provided better customer service than the competitor across the street. Great job!

When I first got my storage I did get great customer service. Now that theres new owners I can seem to get through to talk to some one I even left a message and they yet to return my call.
Ive used many storage companies and this one is definitely the best! The service is great. Teresa and Nikki have always been super kind and helpful. Everything is clean and well maintained. The indoor parking for the climate controlled units is really nice, and there are always carts available to move your belongings.
Nikki was phenomenal! I needed a unit and waited until the last minute! She walked me through the process seamlessly and was so friendly and helpful. She eased my nerves and feel so much better with a secure space for my belongings.

All Storage is an awesome company and makes the entire storage process super efficient. Both times I’ve needed a unit I was able to complete the whole rental process online (documents and all) and seamlessly access my unit. Their facilities are always super clean and their service is impeccable. Lastly, their prices are unbeatable and make it all so much more worth it.

Customer reviews & the location of All Storage Granbury Road persuaded me to rent a small storage unit recently. This location is amazing and the ONLY location I use. They’ll make sure to recommend the best size for your precious items and more. For the past three years I have rented with them and the experience has been better than any location. The prices are unmatched by their competitors for the space and quality. They are always welcoming and prompt! So if you are looking to move a whole house (like myself) or small items I personally suggest AllStorage on Granbury Rd. Trust I never leave reviews, but this was worth it :)
Looking for a place to store things? Look no further. Niki on the front desk is smart, thoughtful, patient, customer focused, professional, and friendly. The whole facility is the cleanest storage facility Ive ever seen. The entrance, hallways, and elevator area are well lit and easily accessible to the storage units, elevators and road. Security is very up to date with cameras and code accessed gates. Great place.
Great customer service!! I was very impressed. Sherri and Nicki were very helpful. I had to transfer over from McCart location, and they helped me do this with ease. Sherri also showed me my unit and helped set up my lock. I would highly recommend.

We stored a trailer at this location. It was stolen. We called All Storage for hours, and they didn’t answer. They didn’t call us back until the next day, and, honestly, couldn’t have cared less than our property wasn’t safe at their facility.Please steer clear of this business.
Several years ago when I needed to store some household items on short notice I stopped by here to see what they had. I found high quality facilities and a storage unit of the right size that was convenient and accessible. As we removed the items over time, we were able to consolidate items from another storage unit into this one and close the other down.This unit is a bit more expensive, but the quality makes it worth the additional cost.
This place is incredible! I had been searching all over the metroplex for a competitive, nice, state-of-the-art facility, and THIS IS IT!!! Niki and her staff were VERY efficient, professional, and helped me graciously with my situation. She helped me find an awesome unit that fits my needs perfectly! This storage facility rocks! I just moved into town and needed to put my things somewhere until my apartment was ready. I went to 4 different places and they were all too expensive and their customer service was terrible. The employees at Granbury were very helpful and so cheerful. I got a fabulous deal on a big unit, and it didnt take very long to get everything set up. I was in and out of the office and on with my day in like 10 min. I definitely recommend using this company. I have never been treated so greatly by customer service representitives anywhere. Thank you All Storage employees for being so kind and helpful.
Today I had to put Teresa through hoops to change from a smaller unit to a larger unit. She was extremely patient, competent, pleasant and took care of everything as desired. Easy access, very large storage facility with climate control as well as drive up roll up doors. Great experience.

I have traveled and stored things world-wide. GO HERE !!! The area is safe and I love Granbury!!!! This storage is actually very near the Chisholm Trail parkway and not far from the interstates. Very clean. Also for a fashionable lady- night until 9:00 pm access to a restroom ! Also convenient to I35 and I-20. Avoid south Dallas traffic and store here. IT IS SAFE for a lady or family or student-over the summer...at night, especially CLEAN :)
I had the best customer service today. I reserved online and received a call shortly after to complete the process. The storage area was very neat and clean as well. Ive used other storage companies before, but service was nothing like this.

Sherri was fantastic! It was one of those freezing cold days, and she was such a good sport to show us several unit locations & sizes! No pressure, but very knowledgeable. Also, this storage unit facility is well-equipped with moving dollies, its access hours are very flexible and is maintained well! Highly recommend.

I was going on a 3 month working holiday overseas, and needed somewhere to store my furniture while I was away. My father told me about All Storage Fort Worth, so I organized a storage unit. They were very friendly, helpful, and guaranteed the safety of my possessions. On returning, my possessions were indeed kept safe and secure.

We just moved to this area and had to make arrangements for storage while traveling. Michelle and Nikki were fantastic and so helpful. I wish I had known to ask more questions about the covered RV storage because it is a tight squeeze even though the parking is angled. Also, the facility is on a hill so be prepared. Everything is neat and clean. Looking forward to moving in with storage still in POD. Do wish they knew some laborers who could help us unload the POD. But they do have an elevator and rolling carts to assist. Youll need to bring a ramp if you want to use the freight elevator as it stops 4 inches ABOVE the floor!Turned out that the PODs folks could not unload the POD inside the storage building. Who knew they needed 15 feet in height in order to remove the POD from its truckbed? But, Niki was very helpful and found a spot for them to park nearby.
I have not once but 3 times rent from All Storage and far better than any other storage unit in Fort Worth. The facility is clean and security is excellent!!!!

Nice facility. I have climate control. Moved in in the summer. 100% outside and just as hot inside. We were sweating hard and barely moving.Haven’t gotten to winter but something tells me it’s going to be cold.

2022-06-01Public Storage has been taken over by a new company. So, while they may have had great reviews prior to this one that good service seems to have changed since the takeover. After having our items in storage for months they raised our rates by $54.00 per month for each storage room we had. We have never missed a payment or even been late on a payment. This seems to be pure greed. When I asked why they raised rates they just said that you are on a month to month basis and we can raise rates at any time. So, don’t be fooled by the reasonable beginning rate because as soon as your stuff is in there they can raise the price to whatever they want and who can afford that with prices being what they are these days.

2022-02-19The young woman who helped me yesterday was very friendly and resourceful. She assisted me in picking the right size unit for my trailer. She was doing a great job and had patience although it was busy, and she was juggling 2 locations. The manager also provided a lock for my unit. It was a hassle-free process. Great customer service and convenient location!

2019-03-29Teresa is one of the best. I rented a space from them for the past 2 years and they have always been so helpful and courteous. This is the best place to rent you wont be sorry. They are great. This place also has tons of security so you can be sure your belongings are safe. They are open Sundays too.

2021-08-06The customer service provided for me is poor. I’m deaf myself, we communicated by writing. Every time a phone rings, they put me on hold and focus on the phone calls. Every time another person comes in the office, they put me on hold and assist others to get them done quicker. I’ve told the worker that it was VERY RUDE to do that. After I told her that, she will “mock” that she have to assist me first because I told them it was rude for putting me on frequent holds without finishing everting for my new move in quicker. She was very distracted that day, seem having no patience to write back and forth. Overall customer service experience, I got was very poor.The unit I rented, was VERY dirty with dust from the concrete. The concrete floor is very rough, not even smooth or waxed. When I tried to move a heavy box (sliding it), it broke and I had to get a new box to put the things in. 3rd floor is not even feeling cool, was very hot, when I thought indoor is climate controlled.
