Called and left message w a question and my call was returned within literally 60 seconds. It was awesome.
I’m a first time renter & Kacie M. was amazing!!! She walked me through everything & stayed on the phone with me in case I had any questions. She was patient, friendly, & super helpful!!! The first time I called I got Meghan and she was wonderful as well!! Kacie even put my lock in the storage unit, cut open the package, & left a friendly welcome note attached. I highly recommend this business for your storage needs. I also had trouble getting the unit open & Amy came right away & helped me!!! Great business & employees are wonderful!!!

They have two elevators, one which has not worked for several months, carts have started to go missing, and as of today- the second and last elevator is not working. I went inside to find out what is going on and as usual, it is someone that normally does not work at this location so they didnt even know about the issue. I got the District Managers name and number- Matt Kirksey, and I left him a voicemail this morning to find out when the elevators will be fixed since that is the only way we can move our stuff out of our unit, and I have not heard back from him. Maybe leaving a review here will get someones attention.
Kristina is amazing. She is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I had a few doubts, she managed to answer all my questions and set me up for a storage within 5 minutes.
This is an absolutely fantastic facility. It is well gated and secure, very clean and has a ton of options to fit your needs. I went with one of the climate controlled units, and I love knowing that it is going to keep my stuff safer while we store it all. Also, they were running a great deal when I signed up, 2 MONTHS FREE!!! I know that those types of deals arent always going to be there, but if you see a deal on a unit you like, definitely get it locked in quick, as this is the place to go!
Tis storage facility s the best. I would highly recommend. They are very friendly and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely use them again if need be in the future.

We had a little bit of a mix up with the new answering service, but when we went to the facility in person to finalize our rental agreement, James was extremely helpful, very courteous, and professional (even at the end of his long work day). He went above and beyond answering every question and making sure we had the best deal as well as the most convenient location available. We definately recommend this storage location!
My experience at All Storage Marine Creek has far surpassed all expectations. The rental process was smooth. Staff was very personable and helpful. Facility is extremely clean and easy to navigate through even though my unit is on a third floor. Highly recommend this facility to any needing storage.

Today I rented a 5×10 storage space from All-Storage at the Marine Creek location. Its been over 25 years since I needed a storage area, so I didnt really know what to expect. Well, I believe I made the right decision going with Marine Creek simply because: James, the manager, was very kind, professional, and helpful; the facility (front counter and storage area) was very clean; easy and clear access, with affordable prices!!! Thanks Marine Creek All-Storage for making this a pleasant experience!!!
I recently rented a space- got stuck in traffic and LITERALLY unintentionally arrived to the storage as they were closing. Mark had his backpack on and was about to walk out when he noticed me at the door. He was SO NICE, unbothered and HAPPY to help me see the space as well as stayed after to complete the agreement. Mark was genuinely happy to help - DEFINITELY recommend!

All Storage: 1401 Longhorn Road Fort Worth, TX 76179. Due to Covid-19 I wasn’t able to speak to an associate face to face to rent a storage unit. However the online process was so quick and easy. Very simple process and I was able to order the storage room online in the morning and immediately received a code to the gate. I had all my stuff in within a few hours. The facility is very clean and there were plenty of carts around to speed up the process. Will definitely continue business at this location!
Recently getting out of the military moving to Texas. We came down to look at the storage units andMegan took her time to show us multiple units because I wasn’t sure what we’d need. Once we got all our stuff together we were on the road and realized we’d definitely need a bigger unit and Megan again went out of her way to help upgrade us to a bigger unit and make sure it was as convenient as possible over the phone knowing we wouldn’t make it back in time. Customer service was above and beyond. Would definitely recommend.
Unfortunately we went back this weekend to pick up items out of our storage unit. We were met with several other customers on the bottom floor because both elevators were out yet again. What made it worse is that James the manager got the elevators up and running , my husband daughter and I went out to get the items which took no more than 15 minutes and when we went back to the elevator it was broken again. I had to go down the fire escape stairs to get help to get my family out and the items we just finished loading up on the cart. I really appreciate being reimbursed my January and prorated February Bill however what good does it do to have storage if you cant get to it. I feel so bad for the manager James to have to deal with this weekend and week out when its obviously a flawed elevator design.I will be calling the district manager tomorrow as I have my move scheduled for Friday from 8 to 12 and I must be able to get to my unit.My first move cost $1,200 due to the elevators being down and this time after advising All Storage several times of my move requesting that the elevators be working I will be looking for All Storage to compensate and pay my movers if Im unable to complete my move because I cannot use the elevators to access my items.I would like to commend James and Brenda It All Storage after a rough and shaky start, I spoke with management about my concerns with one of their staffed and they rest assured that they would provide training to create an enhanced customer experience. Thank you the management and All Storage they do take their Google reviews seriously and make a good effort to resolve issues fairly.
James at the (Marine Creek/Fort Worth Texas) location did an excellent job of explaining the process to both my wife and I! He was very professional and knowledgeable; his customer service skills were exemplary! I would definitely recommend All Storage and this location in particular for your storage needs!

Fantastic staff!!! They really helped me out when I was in a bind. I had a storage unit and a parking spot at this location. I highly recommend both. The parking spots and driveways are well spaced so you can get your trailer in and out easily. A+
Weve ended up having to use storage longer than we originally had anticipated due to COVID. We had planned on 2 months we are now going on 10. We are currently out of state and due to a family emergency we had an issue with our autopay. I called the corporate office and they advised the site would be able to assist with late fees due to situation. When I spoke with Meghan at the site regarding what had happened she was adamant that nothing could be done regarding additional fees. Might try working on your customer service mannerism.

Went with my boyfriend to find a storage unit for our first apartment and took a site tour. Great costumer service from Megan she had the answers to all of questions! definitely recommend All Storage!
Place is clean and easy to pull through. The elevators are huge and the hall ways are big. They have carts for you to put stuff on and it makes it sooo easy to move stuff around there. It’s about 79-81 degrees in there so not cool but not 110 either. 👍🏻👍🏻
My mom, Abbie ONeil has been storing her things here for over a year. The people who work have been great with her; helping her to make her payments over the phone each month. And just last month when she decided to downsize, they helped her find moving dollies to move her things during a very busy time of the day. I recommend the All Storage on Marine Creek to all my friends.
They were great to deal with the site was easy to use never had issues accessing the premises. The area was clean and when I sold my rv I was easy to cancel my spot and the personnel were very helpful and professional.
I called over the phone and the person who answered my call, he was polite, very business professional, he gave me precise details on the price of the different size units. He also told me that he could give me the same rates for the different size unit as they were online...I am so thankful for all storage on old Decatur Road /Marine creek... Pretty property but a bit pricey. Customer service is a little chilly as far as attitude. If you want sterile and made to feel like just another number this is the place for you.

We have a storage unit up on the 3rd floor of one of their buildings and the entire property is clean and easy to navigate.and the buildings themselves seems like they would be easy to get lost in but with the maps ourside the elevators its a breeze to find where you need to go, even if you get turned around!

What a deal! This storage facility is very nice, the people are friendly and the prices are comparable to other storage facilities that arent near as nice. They have a lot of cameras that are on and work so security is good as well.

DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE!!! IT IS ROACH INFESTED!!!!We moved our items into this storage because it appeared new and clean. We only had our things there for 4 months until our house was done being built. When we were moving out of storage, we noticed a few roaches and we notified the office immediately. We also made the choice to move everything from storage into our garage so we could set off a raid bomb to hopefully kill any roaches that may have been in our items. Well my husband started opening boxes and things before setting off the bomb. He opened our refrigerator only to find that it was infested with hundreds of roach eggs. It was so bad we knew we had to get rid of it along with other items we found. We tried to make a claim with the storage insurance and they refused to cover any of our losses. We lost alot of money and items in this process!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
Storage area with a drive on area big enough for 3 or 4 long trucks. AC in the hall areas. Its off the beaten path which Im sure is by design. Its ice but your gonna pay for it, Im sure.

I would caution any military to be very careful with this business. They require you to sign a waiver of your SSRA. I am sure this is legal but not a good pratice with the people who serve. I walked out rather then give them my bussiness. I have since spoken to the company and the practice has been taken out. Very impressed it happened this fast.
All Storage is a great place to store your belongings when they advertise a special they come through, i only paid a small fee & received 2 mo free rent then began paying my rental...this place is awsome...

Huge like a maze too easy to get lost. Broken elevator. Plus had an over lock on my friends storage 18 days after it was paid had to have them come remove it even though it had been paid on time.

Rodents chewed through my grandsons washing machine hoses and the storage facility doesnt even care. Beware rats will eat your stuff and the storage facility will not reimburse you for the damages

I was able to complete the reservation over the phone which was a relief with everything that’s going on. I was able to continue to practice social distancing.

2022-04-22This place is the worst. My brother had his RV came to check on his RV today and his RV was not there apparently the RV had been stolen and the employee had no information on when what and who. Cameras have not been working for over 3 months and no one even contacted my brother, but they sure called him to let him know his rate was about to go up. If anyone has any information please contact us. My review 0

2022-06-01Had a 14x7 enclosed trailer for 2 months and it got stolen. They never called to tell me. Had to find out the hard way. Many trailers have been stolen from here. Will never use them again. Mgmt does not care about it. Security is awful there. They’re not responsible even thou you pay to store. Was out 18k in property. Didn’t get any apologies what so ever.

2022-06-04Currently renting storage the rates are mind-blowing. Rental fee should stay the same for current renters and increase there rates for incoming renters. A 50.00 dollar increase is extremely HIGH.

2022-02-09My unit was broken into and lock broken and they did nothing about it except give me the runaround saying they cant get anyone to cut a lock in less than a month or credit my account for the month I wouldnt have access to my unit or look back on tape to see what happened. I had to go to another location to get assistance and magically, everything was fixed and lock cut off in less than an hour.

2021-11-26Went to get my Christmas decorations in my second floor climate controlled storage and found elevators not working with only with a sign that has a “sorry” on it. No email sent out to tell me I couldn’t get to my things. They closed and 1pm on Wednesday and will not open til Saturday morning. I’m locked out of my belongings for over two days. They have stairs but you can’t use them to go in. Public Storage has taken over. Had great service when it was Allstorage..

2021-11-13This organization does not even deserve a 1 star. The staff at this location is very unprofessional, especially 1 inparticular young lady, Kayla. Very rude and gave no eye contact when speaking to her, too busy watching Netflix on her phone. I have called the location several times and have yet to receive a call back and it has been over 48-hours. All Storage was a much better organization before Public Storage took over. I will be giving my notice.
