Public Storage in other cities:
Becky Stringer went out of her way to ensure I was completely satisfied with my rental experience. It’s employees like Becky that make your company a success. Please recognize Becky for her exceptional customer service skills and a job well done. Thanks a million Becky.Regards,G P
Not even a star. I am very disappointed 😞 with their services and fake promises.I rented for a month and during signing the lease, they told me that I can extend few days with a pro-rate (not whole month rate). Now, just called them and they changed there opinion and will charge me the whole month for renting 3 extra days only.Dont deal with them. Its a real scam.
We had a great experience with Becky getting our storage unit set up. It was a seamless process and we didn’t even have to stop at the office to get set up. I set up everything in my pjs at home on Saturday morning and we were moving our stuff in before noon the same day! Very pleased. My parents stored their boat and RV here as well and they were super happy with the service. The place is secure as well which gives us piece of mind!
Absolute awesome service both days I stopped in. First day to reserve very pleasant employee to work with. Upon confirmation check-in, Becky was very knowledgeable and so much a pleasure to work with compared to my previous dealings at UHaul I am moving from! Both employees above and beyond!!!
Very pleased with the All Storage staff and service. Becky was able to get us all setup very quickly. She was very helpful with recommendations on a lock for the unit and explained the terms of contract very well. Weve used your facility on a number of occassions and I am sure will continue to do so in the future too!
Chellsie was awesome. I had to store my daughters car for the summer. She’s a student up there at KCBC and we don’t really know where a lot things are. She made it quick and easy, had a great attitude, and was sweet as pie. As of now I would definitely recommend this facility and would use them again.
This was an All Storage before being bought out by Public Storage. They now charge tax for renting a space......which is not normal in TX. We, along with dozens of others have pulled our belongings out and said no more. I wouldnt recommend them as it appears they are not familiar with the states business practices.
I have used this storage facility 5 times. I stored my stuff in it when I had my house built. Then again when I had to store my boat 3 times. Now again because I put my house on the market. They have the best prices for the units and they have a grace period for their due date other storage places do not have. I have never been late either as they always call me to remind me and if I need an extension to pay, they have always granted me what I need. Their staff is always friendly and some times funny. It is a joy going in to talk with them when I need to. I highly recommend them.
Quick and easy to get started, no hassles. They have a very large facility with multiple options for storing just about anything. They have both covered and uncovered RV/Boat/Vehicle storage at very competitive prices. Very responsive to email, text, or phone call. The business office is open on Sundays, which is nice.
I am glad I stopped here when I needed a storage unit! I needed a small/medium sized climate-controlled unit, and the prices they offered were outstanding. Caitlin made sure I was happy with my selection, showing me units of different sizes and locations until I found just the right one. Very happy with their customer service!
Been renting here for almost ten years and all has been wonderful until today!Amy was putting new trash bags in baskets and clearly was not happy I wanted to pay my bill. She was yelling across the counter at me when I asked her about the invoice and abruptly said “If you don’t like it call my manager!” I was merely asking why the total on the bill was twice what my rent due is on a monthly basis when I was paid in full?!?I can’t complain. 10 good years here. They just need to get rid of Amy, frightful experience!
I reserved my unit online and Ashley was wonderful when I went in to complete my rental. We needed a unit close to the front for a moving truck to come in, and Ashley accommodated my request with the perfect unit. She was very friendly and professional, and she made the rental process go very smoothly. These are clean units with super easy access.
This is the absolute worst storage facility EVER!!!! We currently lease 3 spots and pay this place about 600 per month. Someone was able to go online, rent a space, and was granted an access code....just like that! They drove into All Storage on Saturday at 4:15, hooked up our travel trailer and took it! In the process they side-swiped the trailer next to us. I was called by All storage on Sunday and accused of damaging our neighbors trailer, instead, it was stolen! This trailer is 36 feet long, it’s a keystone sprinter....please be on the lookout and get your things out of All storage! They pride themselves on 24/7 surveillance and manager that lives on site! It’s BS! And they are not responsible for anything according to them. They just take our money and invite the thieves to come on in and take their pick! I am so disgusted! And the response below is completely false! This isn’t the first time this has happened at All-storage! Beware! The contract that you sign with them should simply say.....PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK! Because your things are not safe here! Actually, all the loser thieves know that All-Storage an easy score for them!
We had a very positive experience renting a covered parking space for our travel trailer with All Storage Keller Haslet and All Storage Wall-Price. Whitney, Becky and Caitlin were very helpful. When we looked at our spot after signing the lease at the Keller Haslet location we found that someone parked their car 3.5’ into our spot, which wouldn’t allow us enough room for our travel trailer. Becky was able to find us a covered spot at Wall Price that was a little larger and was able to give us the same rate for the inconvenience. Caitlin at the Wall-Price location was able to finish our lease over the phone 10 minutes before they closed. We are very appreciative and thankful of everyone’s help.
Our storage unit flooded because of burst pipes from the freeze. I know this isnt their fault but the could have been here helping people. Becky was so kind and helpful, but Mat wouldnt give us more that 10 boxes total for a 12.5x30 unite that was full of boxes and antique furniture. He should have been up here dealing with the irrqte customers and not let Becky to deal with this. They closed the office at 6 which means no where to go to the bathroom no where to warm up. Matt is a terrible manager all around. When your customers suffer such a loss it would be nice if the manager was here to offer a warm place hot coffee and a bathroom.
A better storage experience is not just a slogan! Jennifer and Becky are extremely helpful and will meet your storage needs whatever they may be. Ask for them by name. I highly recommend All Storage@Keller Haslet. Ive tried quite a few in the area theyre one of the best.
We had to change the rented location due to the tight corners on the hallway. We found a unit outside that had no hallways or tight corners, but then the lady at the front desk stated we would lose our first month free rent. I was very unhappy about losing the first month free rent. I have been renting with All. Storage for some time now 4 years now and this was very dissatisfying. Would you like the opportunity to correct this?
There are two things that set a storage facility apart: the location and the staff. This one offers a great location and fantastic staff. They are very helpful and professional. They made the sign up and move in process as easy as possible working with me every step of the way.
Easy to use website, plenty of storage in the size you need, units are clean, and the location has tons of security.Caitlin was fantastic! She was very pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely quick and professional. She got me in-and-out in no time, answered all of my questions, and assisted me with the lease signing process.
Never have I seen such a friendly and attentive set of people who helped me get a storage for my boat. I was trying not to spend too much as I am in the process of selling the boat and they were so helpful in finding me just the spot for the lowest cost. Everything went so smoothly. I came out on a Thursday afternoon and moved in on Saturday.Would highly recommend for any of your storage needs
Ive been a customer since 2010. No issues with this facility, and always extremly helpful! I met with the manager, Caitlin today to find another spot for my RV and she didnt disappoint! She was so helpful and professional and found me just the right parking spot. Thank you Caitlin for your help today!
From the moment that I called and spoke with Ashley the experience could not have been more rewarding. She acknowledged that she had what I was looking for in a storage spot. Upon arrival she drove me around to look at a few spots and I decided on one. The entire experience was seamless and I would recommend o anyone.
I have been storing my 26 RV here for a little more than a year. Staff has been great and accommodating to my needs. Yes, the facility is large but the grounds are clean and the access easy. There are really two storage facilities. One is smaller with maybe 30 RV slots. This smaller facility has an RV dump station with fresh water. I have been storing my RV at the larger of the two facilities. I have been on a waiting list since I first got here to move to the smaller facility. The staff has honored my request and contacted each time a slot became available at the smaller facility. First time they called the slot offered was too small for my needs. The second time I got a slot that was just right. The monthly cost and dump station availability fits my needs perfect.Thank you All Storage Staff...
Marques was amazing I was stressed beyond believe. After moving out of an almost 5000 square-foot home and looking for storage facilities. This place was recommended to me by a girlfriend. Mark was unbelievable and the prices were 2 times lower than what I received from two other companies. I locked in the price and paid immediately . You would be STUPID if you went anywhere else.
I have stored here since May of 2011 & its been great! The facility is well maintained & very clean. All the security cameras & monitors put my mind at ease that my belongings are safe. The staff has always been very knowledgeable & helpful & I would definitely recommend All Storage to anyone needing a storage rental.
I am very happy with Becky & Natalie’s professionalism in handling our booking ...actually all of the staff at All Storage... including Anthony at the Wall-Price-Keller facilityThey answered all our inquiries & accommodated our every need when we were traveling on the road & setting up storage for our RV... which is our 1st time. Thank you to all of you at both Wall-Price-Keller and K&K (Keller Haslet)
Very poor customer service! Dishonest advertising: Giant Billboard on property states 50% off all Units for first 3 months, which they will not honor. Check of their website states same 50% off offer, emailed customer support and they were unable to ascertain exactly how or where it actually applies.Bait and switch tactics utilized to increase revenue as well. Asked for and was told a space was available in the size I needed. Walked the space, agreed to take it for the astronomical price requested and upon contract signage, oops our bad that was reserved earlier today. We have another one available in the same size with a different door setup for more money just over here. Come on now, very poor representation of how to do business professionally. Will NOT recommend this storage area.
Don’t do itThis place is a joke they make you sign a contract and tell you they’re not responsible for anything and then they brag about their cameras and then they let people sign up online and come in and steal peoples $30,000 travel trailer!!! don’t ever leave your stuff there it’s not safe they let people sign up online and then they give people the combination to their gate don’t do it you’ve been warned
Terrible. Their security is totally bogus and have had multiple break-ins and in every instance they have said that the video surveillance DVR has overwritten the data. And it was only a few days. Their technology is way out of date and there are multiple people that believe it is their employees that are stealing. Once your stuff goes missing, there is nothing that the police can do because there is no surveillance. I will update this here in a little bit with more information. My advice, go with someone elseThey dont work with the police to hand over the video (exvuse every time: video overwritten). They have little storage capacity, or theyre covering their a $$es because it is an internal problem... So your stuff gets stolen, chains and locks broken, and it is believed its their employees or contractors doing the theft... Stay FAR away!! Trust me.
Zero......All storage is by far one of the worst places to work, They have a district manager Rebecca Spooner Caday who is a real bully to all her employees. She fired my son for what she says is NOT having an “All Storage Attitude” Really? He worked for the company for over a year and was a great employee and followed all the rules. Never one complaint from a customer. If you look at the turnover rate for her district you will see its HUGE! I myself have contacted Rebecca’s boss Ryan Brown because they refuse to give him his last paycheck. I’m thinking they should check Texas Law first before they take things into their own hands. TWC investigates wage claims under the Texas Payday Law, Chapter 61 of the Texas Labor Code. Texas Payday Law covers all Texas business entities, regardless of size, except for public employers such as the federal government, the state or a political subdivision of the state. All persons who perform a service for compensation are considered employees, except for close relatives and independent contractors. Both employees and employers should be aware of the law so they will know their rights and responsibilities.Final WagesDelivery of final wages can be made by the methods listed above. If an employee is laid off, discharged, fired, or otherwise involuntarily separated from employment, the final pay is due within six (6) calendar days of discharge. If the employee quits, retires, resigns, or otherwise leaves employment voluntarily, the final pay is due on the next regularly-scheduled payday following the effective date of resignation. If an employee resigns or gives notice they will be resigning, there is no provision in the Payday Law requiring employers to continue to employ the person until the date they intended to resign or to pay them beyond time they actually work.An employee may be entitled to unused wages for fringe benefits (vacation, holiday, sick leave, parental leave or severance pay) only if the employer provides for these benefits in a written policy or agreementIf this is the way they are running their business I will NOT be a part of this as a customer nor will I recommend you do business with them. I have Closed my Storage Account and my son has filed a formal Complaint with Texas Unemployment Office.Rebecca Spooner Caday I hope and pray that you to get the help you need. I’m sorry your such an unhappy person and that you have to be such bully others. Seek counseling for the sake of others.Kind Regards,Machelle Mendoza
First, AllStorage tried to UpSell by telling me there was only a BIGGER unit available than what I wanted. I didnt let them get away with that trick.During the summer I told AllStorage they keep the temperature higher than the 55-85 degree climate controlled range they specify. Their response was to remove the thermometers. Then the rent increases of 20% per year set in. 20% ? Absurd! Here it is summer again. Now they say the new temperature range goes up to 88.Im starting to wonder when they will remove the roof. Obviously Anything Goes at this circus. I would advise you to look elsewhere! Avoid AllStorage.

2022-07-02I’ve been with All Storage for 9 years. Now that it’s changed to Public Storage it’s the worst. They changed the hours from 11PM to close at 9:00 PM. If you’re not out by 9, you’ll get a nasty text message at 7:30 the next morning. This doesn’t work for me to get my boat back before 9 pm. So I moved to a better storage place in Haslet. We notified Public Storage about the move but they have not cancelled the auto pay and are continuing to bill me. It’s nothing but a run around now with the automated system. The staff treat us like we’re nothing but a nuisance to have to deal with. I’ve taken my business elsewhere after 9 years at the same location. Buyer beware. There are better places with staff that will treat you like they appreciate your business.

2022-07-18I paid 185 a month for a 15X25 climate controlled until I could fit my old truck and all of our stuff in for years. Downsized when it changed to Public and my bill has increased to 160 for 10x10. Absolute joke. Overpriced. Nonstop increases in the bill. Moving my stuff out as soon as I’m home. Crooks.

2022-06-18Things have taken quite a turn for the worse since All Storage was acquired by Public Storage.Nothing against the lone person thats on the staff at the Keller-Haslet location, and Im not sure if shes still there anymore. All calls for service or billing questions go through automated attendants and then dump you to voicemail. After receiving strange additional charges on my credit card with no explanation as to what they were for, Ive spent days trying to reach someone to help me understand what I was billed for in addition to the unit monthly payments (I rent several units at this location).Nobody has returned my calls, and nobody is available at the office during business.Update:Office remodel is complete, and the office was staffed when I visited this Saturday. The new manager under glass was helpful and courteous.I inquired about the process of closing out all of my storage units after all three went up 30%.

2022-02-17This place was great as All Storage - absolutely awful as Public Storage. They changed the codes for entry/exit, didnt tell anyone, and when I asked the front desk attendant for help she acted like it was the biggest problem for her to explain the new codes. Horrible attitude. Canceled my unit on the spot and wont be back.

2022-03-23All storage was sold to public storage and storage fees are now due on the first of the month... which is why theyre able to auction off storage units instead of having a place to store your stuff. Public storage makes more money from selling your storage than offering a reasonable date for storage fees. Would be better if they offered a 15th day of the month for fees to be due. Everything is high right now and storage fees being due on the first of the month is ridiculous! Most bills like power and mortgage are due on the first... so people are more likely to pay those bills rather than paying storage fees. Public Storage is a scam to steal your stuff and auction off your belongings and re-rent the storage spot and do the same to someone else. TAKE YOUR STUFF TO ANY OTHER COMPANY THAT ALLOWS YOU TO PAY ON ANY OTHER DAY THAN WHEN MOST BILLS ARE DUE!!!
