Place was unorganized, Isaiah ( the guy at the front desk ) was VERY RUDE! UNPROFESSIONAL ! Booked for 20 kids which was 4 something but it ended up being 10 kids and I STILL end up paying 4 something , didn’t even receive the candy bags like I was supposed to! They literally RUSHED us the whole party the children barely got to play . We went to the party room for like 15 min then we had to sing happy birthday and leave ! Charged us a extra $25 to hang up a balloon garland when we weren’t told that we couldn’t have one in the beginning !
I personally did not feel welcomed here while attending a birthday party. Everything felt rushed. We only spent Mayne 20 minutes in each room with jumphouses. Then we were rushed into the party room. As well as our part hostest being rude. She was in a hurry to do everything and wanted us out right when our party was over. I would not choose to go back. We are trying to have fun, being rushed the whole party doesnt make the experience better.
While I was bouncing on the inflatables, I was repeatedly being blinded by a poor photographer/worker, possibly a teen, taking photos of me for no reason. I felt like I didn’t have privacy and my eyes hurt a while after the party due to the blindness of the flashyness of the camera, please do better photograph, for the sake of children.
Came here on a school holiday (MLK day). Place was fairly full. 10 minutes in to the the 90 minute session they closed half of it to a party. The section that was open became overcrowded. Would have been nice to be told about this before paying for 2 kids. Never coming back
Had my daughter’s birthday party here more than once. The most recent party had some issues. First, don’t pay the $15 for them to take photos. Just take them yourself. The photos we got back were terrible. Next, check the bill before you leave! I had paid for 25 gift bags that they never gave the kids, and if I wouldn’t have mentioned it to them I would have still been charged. They also wanted to keep our leftover pizza and give it to the next party which was weird. We also got kicked out of our party room 15 minutes early. But in the end, did the kids have a good time? Very much so. Not so great for the parent who has to pay for it, but the kids were definitely happy.
Good place for kids party I felt like the time was a little rushed but it was convenient for me as a parent cause we werent there for long.Parent did try to get on to one of the inflatables and it wouldnt hold her weight not sure if they did that since kids were younger or if that is normal if it is I would not suggest it for anyone over 100lbs...
FYI, Just to let anyone know in case they are going to plan a birthday party here. Know that they do not try and sanitize the slides and equipment between each party. I witnessed it first hand. I know im sure its difficult with the size of those slides. But at least try and spray some lysol on the entrances and high traffic areas. According to their website they are allowing time in between parties for this. But this is not true. I think they are doing an okay job cleaning the actual eating area but thats it. Giving it 4 stars because the kids did genuinely have a good time. And the staff that helped us in the eating area were nice. But do NOT expect the fun stuff to be sanitized.
Absolutely loved this place for my daughters 5th bday! Her bday was on a weekday and thats the day I booked( to avoid the weekend crowds and the rush as mentioned in other reviews). The staff was friendly and took lots of pics of the everyone having fun. They had the party room ready with decorations, pizza, fruit and veggies tray that I had. Amd her gift table and party favors were set up nice as well. The kids definitely enjoyed (old and young) and ready to return!!
There I was, a 34-year-old man at a kids 6th birthday party. Never would I have thought that Id be jumping around in a bouncy castle like I was 28 years younger, but thats exactly what I was doing. This place is loads of fun, and the staff are super good at helping your kids celebrate. If youre looking for a place that will entertain a whole herd of kids (and adults) for a couple hours, this is the place youre looking for.
Things in the arenas were great the kids loved the bounce houses, the glow and bubbles however the bubbles weren’t really seen in the second arena bc the glow was on the whole time so too dark to see.. specifically asked to turn the lights on long enough to grab a few photos of the kids playing in the bubbles ( which were not in the uploaded photos I purchased) paid $15 extra for party photos and the quality was horrible! Dark photos couldn’t really see well and that was in the first arena that had the lights on the whole time!! I definitely should be refunded for the photos! Then the party room is where things really went wrong. The party room wasn’t even set up when they pulled the kids out of the second arena to go to the party room 6 minutes early! Second they didn’t let me hang a banner .. the lady at the front put the banner together for me and not a single person said we couldn’t hang it ...then while I’m still trying to set up and not all my people in the room they start singing happy birthday before any thing . I wasn’t even able to watch bc I was making the center pieces stand and asking for our veggie trays and fruit trays which were not set out. When I asked for them the girl said “no thanks” like I was offering food and I said “no we need our treys” she finally got them after a good amount of time passed. I had to have them redo singing happy birthday so I could be included. One of the girls did apologize for the room not being ready and blamed the party before for running over time in the room...so to make up for that time they were trying to rush our party. Most unorganized birthday ever Not worth the amount of money paid for this party. Then I forgot the balloons at the end because of how rushed we were...when I came back in to get them the girl acted like she didn’t know what I was looking for instead of saying yes she had them. I asked for a manager to call me on this issue and I’m still waiting . Some of the staff members had bad attitudes towards my party guests and made some of them feel uncomfortable to me this was not acceptable for the amount of money I paid.
They were late getting our party started then wanted to rush us out. They need to not book parties so close together. We would have been happy to pay a little extra for 15 -30 minutes more. I think they personally need to be a little bit more time. Other kid friendly party places do not rush you out like pump it up does. Obviously here is about money not the kids. Kids dont understand why they cant finish opening presents and have to leave. As much as you pay for a party its disappointing for the birthday kid and other kids to barely get cake and sing happy birthday and see a few presents open before being rudely asked to hurry and get out.
My husband and I did not enjoy our 1 year old’s party that was held on June 5, 2021. Even party guest mentioned how unorganized it was. When we arrived everyone seemed nice but the 2 party host that were assigned were lazy and didn’t want to do their jobs. We were told that the hosts could and would set up everything so we allowed them to. I’ve heard so many good things about pump it up so I didn’t think there would be a issue. When we got to the party room it was not fully set up. The only table cloths that were on the table were the one’s that I brought. The adult tables didn’t have tablecloths at all. I brought cupcakes with a cupcake stand. There were not any cupcakes on the stand. When I asked if they could place them on there they said they wasn’t sure if I wanted them on there. Again I asked if they could place all 48 cupcakes on the stand, they asked if it was ok if we could go ahead and sing Happy Birthday. I was pretty perplexed because I thought that happened at the end. They then asked what type of drinks I wanted right before they passed out the pizza. About 2 minutes later they asked if we could sing Happy Birthday again. I told them yes that is fine but realized my son’s high chair was still in the car because they told us when we first arrived to wait because there was not enough space. They told us they had high chairs so we told them it was fine we would just have to use theirs. They brought out a filthy red high chair so we asked for disinfectant wipes. They literally brought one wipe, we could not manage to get the high chair open. When we asked the party host if she could assist she didn’t know how either. We attempted to open it again & I overheard 1 of the hosts discussing to the other how it had just been sitting in a closet & hasn’t been cleaned. The other host stated that they saw us wipe it down. After hearing that conversation I decided to send my husband out to the car to get our high chair that we attempted to bring in when we first arrived. While waiting on my husband to come back in I asked if they could actually put the cupcakes on the stand now. They placed 1 box of cupcakes on the stand & asked if that was okay. I told them no I would like all of the cupcakes on the stand. They told me yes but still did not finish placing them on the stand. We finally got my baby situated in his high chair and one of the host asked if they could pass out cupcakes & sing Happy Birthday now and I agreed. While all the kids are eating their cupcakes a guest asked for napkins. The napkins were sitting on the table unopened. As I looked around I realized the fruit was sitting under the table untouched, the party favors was sitting under the tables as well. Cupcakes were smeared all over the cake stand, the cupcakes that they never placed on the cupcake stand looked like they had been dropped. A couple mins later they asked if we wanted to show gifts and they were so unenthusiastic about it. I’m not even sure if anyone was paying attention. Everything was so rushed from the time we got into the party room. I’m not sure why we were assigned host if we had to practically do everything. I had to push a full trash can to the back of the room when 1 of the guest asked if we could move it away from the pizza, cupcakes, & fruit. No one felt comfortable asking the party hosts for anything. I literally went around asking if anyone needed anything extra. They did pass out pizza & drinks, that was 1 good thing. The only complaint I had about the jumping arena(Room 2) is that Chickfila drinks had been left from the previous party. No one ever disposed of the cups.I wish I could leave 0 stars, my son’s 1st party was a nightmare. Money was definitely wasted at this establishment. Really wish we had the same party hosts that everyone boast about.
So, its a really nice place. The staff are very accommodating and they are also very informative. I mean, this is 100% convenience. They handle everything from getting the presents and food together and putting it int eh room and handing out pizza to all the kids to cleaning everything up when your done. The bounce houses are super fun and both rooms have multiple choices. This a place, if I can budget it in, would definitely come back.
This place was absolutely amazing they are super clean the place even smells good considering there are bunch of kids sweating in their socks. I couldnt believe how clean the bathroom was and how much it smells good which never happens in a kids place. Even when its busy theres not a wait and the kids are always having a blast....there are even massage chairs on the side for the adults waiting....my kids always beg me to come here the staff is amazing and super friendly! if you want to chill and let your kids run out all their energy and sleep good at night this is the place to go well worth it!
Hosted my daughters birthday party here and everyone, including the parents, had a blast. This wasnt our first time coming, but our first time hosting and it was phenomenal! I had absolutely no worries as our assigned party hosts were kind and helpful. We did not have a large group, so the 2 hours was enough to get in everything we wanted done without feeling rushed. Having the whole arena to ourselves was a positive too. I would definitely recommend having stress-free party here.
We have been to this location multiple times for Open Jump and a birthday party. In the past, the employees have all been very nice and obviously loved kids. My kids love all of the play slides and bounce areas. Yesterday was a different story. Whomever was working during the 10-11:30am Open Jump did NOT want to be there, seemed very grumpy, and she was quite rude. She wanted to make sure everyone knew she worked there, she was in charge, and she did not smile one time. One of the other parents there with her kids even mentioned to me how obvious it was that the employee did not like kids and should not have taken a job working with kids. Her shirt said Party Pro, but I would NEVER want her running my childrens party. We will not be returning.
Love this place. They were fantastic from the constant communication through out the play arenas to the party room. Outstanding customer service and top notch attention. Thank you to Ethan for being with us for play time and a huge thank you to Kayla for serving our guests, packing up gifts and taking to our car, and most of all writing our gift log for my thank you notes. This was a great memory for my baby, family and friends. Thank you all! Definitely will be coming back.
Great time ,my nephews birthday party. The staff is on the ball. The only drawback is that you cannot bring your own outside food. They have a deal with a pizza chain. We should have read the online information more closely. But everyone had a blast . The party packages are reasonably priced.
Fantastic place to host a party for a child. There are caveats, though. They keep a train-schedule-like strict timetable for their parties. An hour and 45 minutes, and it seems that they have the activities timed specifically. The interior is a little dingy, but not too bad. Theyre only open to the public on weekdays, and host private parties from open to close on Saturday and Sunday. Once you get past the caveats, the kids absolutely loved playing here. Lots of bounce house style attractions, tall slides, and plenty of stuff to make small children want to come back for more. I cant speak to the cost of having them host your childs party, but theyre pretty organized, and cover most everything but the cake from my understanding.
I booked a birthday party for my son (6) and paid the $100 deposit online. We hadn’t been to pump it up, so we went to open jump to check it out before the party. Unfortunately we had a bad experience in open jump. There were not enough employees monitoring the children and they were just teenagers who didn’t pay attention. Kids were pushing, hitting and not following the rules. My son wanted to leave right away. The manager explained that it was spring break and that was why it was so chaotic; however, we didn’t have the same experience at Urban Air yesterday (same circumstances)...I called to cancel the party but can’t get my $100 deposit refunded. A very expensive lesson learned.Urban Air is much more organized, appropriately staffed and the same price for a birthday party. Pump it up seems more appropriately themed for small children but Urban Air wins for value, safety, staffing and customer service.
What a wonderful spot!! The staff is so welcoming and greets all guests with a smile. If it was possible to rate a place 6 stars I would. My 8 year old son had his birthday party here and told me after his event “can I have my birthday party here every year.” The owners also add to this amazing expiernece; this business is run flawless and I highly recommend :)
Had a birthday party for my son there on 1-4-2020. The party was scheduled at 2PM. Your kids have to play for 45 minutes before you are allowed to set up tables for food. So you are not allowed to set up tables They didnt say any of that over the phone when they took my deposit. Also overcharged me. During my sons birthday party, they also had the wrong photos put up on the tv screen. Had pictures of another childs party that was before my sons party. Will NOT EVER go back to that place again. Negative stars would be selected if I could do it.
We just had a birthday party here and had a fantastic time! The staff is friendly, organized and helpful, they really know what theyre doing. The place is clean, the bounce houses are fun, and we got the arenas to ourselves for the party. Highly recommend! We will be back!
Very nice and cute place for kids to have fun with their friends and bounce houses and different games. You can buy packages that specify the length of time and the party setup which as a parent saves you time and hassle. Fun place for children and the young-at-heart. You bring the kids they bring the fun and they do all the clean up.
My granddaughter had a100.00 credit from the previous year due to an emergency. I was told we couldn’t get the deposit back. So my daughter booked the party for 4/2019@ 4:00. We ran into an emergency and was over a hour and 1/2 late. When we got there the party has started without the Birthday girl. The guest had already went to glow room and bounce room. When we walked in the door they took the cake and sung happy Birthday. In. 15 minutes we had to leave. Still having to pay four hundred plus dollars including the 100 dollar deposit and it was only seven kids. It was no pizza or anything. Like where do you start a party without the host or birthday girl. This has really troubled me. Even restaurant don’t start sitting until the one who did the reservations comes. This is beyond disappointing and I can’t believe it. Before we left after I mean15 Min we was there. The hostess was setting up for another party. I’m am beyond hurt and dissatisfied.
I was very disappointed in they way my granddaughter’s party went, from the time we entered the place it was very unprofessional. 1st off to have a cart and huge bucket with her name on it for you to place items in ie; cakes, cups and gifts right next to the front door that can easily be stolen with no supervision and unhealthy. I understand you have party’s schedules but to be told you will have private room for your guests not true, my husband stood at the front until the our items are able to be taken into the room. Per the email it does not specify the agenda regarding the itinerary of events and time limits, or to have your guest arrive at least 30-40 minutes early to watch a video complete waivers if they haven’t which should have also been examples when booking a party and the hostess in the party room was constantly in my daughters ear telling her you need to hurry up basically. They shouldn’t advertise private party rooms, the tables were sticky, not cleaned properly and the area is very small this is not the place to host a party if you want to set up yourself and properly entertain guest. I would suggest adding a disclaimer regarding age because honestly this is not for any children under the age of 5 years of age for the prices they charge and the food items offered (Mr. Jim’s Pizza and 2 litter sodas). Lastly the comment made by the supervisor “Eve” was very unprofessional as a customer service personal in charge of employees which explains why the staff was handling the guests they way they were.
My grand-daughter (3) attended a party on a Sunday morning at 9:00. I thought it was well planned out and all the kids had a great time. It looked like it was the easiest way to have a kids party. The kids especially liked the Glow Bounce Room. Overall, it was a success!
I wouldve given it stars but my 3.5 year old was quite unimpressed. It seems like an area more suited for and up kids. The jumping areas were very large and my daughter was a bit intimidated. The price was nice though, $8 for an hour and a half. I would suggest it as a place for older children.
I called Cyber Monday to book a party for my 3 yr old, because it seemed as if they were having a really good deal, but I wanted to call because the website was confusing. Once I called, I asked her to explain because there were several prices. I saw a $179 price for a morning party and a some other Cyber deals. The manager stated that the party was $179 with $20 off plus the bubbles and picture as apart of the cyber deal. She took my $100 deposit, explained how the food worked for a morning party (I can bring donuts, etc.) and said she would email me the agreement. Once I got the agreement, the cost was $247.32. I immediately called and said the price was wrong. She said she misquoted me and I could cancel. I asked if they could honor the price since they took my money, and she said she needed to call the owner. The owner said no! She said she could take off $20.00 that would make the price $207. Thats a BIG jump. I feel she should have honored the price especially since I called just to get the accurate pricing. This is very disappointing. I know the reviews were low, but I took a chance anyway. Guess thats my bad!
Definitely overrated and overpriced will never book again they only give the kids 1 hour to jump which is definitely not enough when you spending 300/400 dollars a party it should definitely be more time and another thing everything was so rushed which was a waste of money on top of when we got in the party room after they passed out the plates they wanted to pick the plates back up after other kids had there hands on them and re hand them out to different kids not safe during delta/covid overall experience was just horrible kids was just happy to jump but was upset because it wasn’t long enough definitely don’t waste your money or time booking here when you can just book at urban air or something and get a private room
Joined my Family, and Friends in celebrating my grandsons 4th Birthday, and the adults had as much fun as the kids. Offered 2 game rooms, filled with numerous options of bounce houses, and games. The safest option of having a party, using bounce house equipment that I have ever seen.
Just got done with a birthday party. It was ok. Had to serve people ourselves. Room was hot. But the play rooms were good. Had fun. The hockey table thing wasnt working. Overall had a good time. Had to ask for extra stuff and seemed more like we were a bother. Oh well. Wife is gonna email corparate. And get things taken care of. For that high of a cost it was ok. My kids had fun so I dont mind spending the money
Terrible place. The experience was horrible. Staff wasnt friendly no one helped bring in party items. No one greeted me upon arrival.Only half of my kids received glow sticks instead of the entire party. Which was additional. The party seemed rushed. I had to help the party host several times there was a change in staff members through out the party whom I didnt know . Pizza was cold. Definitely not worth the price I paid. I will never go back here or recommend this location. Very disappointed an disgusted.
It was ok. My grandbaby had his party their but he didnt enjoy it. It seem like more of a adults kinda fun then a 3yr. Wasnt much to do the equipment was out dated. For that price they shouldnt made us a free copy of the pictures they had displayed on the t.v. Time time time its a time limited. My opinion I wouldnt pay that much for that.
I’ve hosted parties and I’ve attended parties at this location before without any issues. However after my experience today I will never come back to this location again. Our experience was so bad that two of my guests in attendance have cancelled their parties scheduled at another location. Youre not provided 30 minutes of jump time in each room because theyre rushing you out to get the next party in. They dont provide time to decorate and before your party ends theyre rushing you out to get the next party in the room. I had someone elses items in my party room prior to the end of my party. My party hostess was rude and never smiled the entire time she was in the party room. It was so bad that my party guests complained about her during my party and after. While talking to the manager about the hostess and being rushed out the way we were, she raised her voice, rolled her neck, put her finger in my face, rolled her eyes, and stomped away like a child. She did this in front of the party waiting in the lobby and my guests. Luckily the other manager apologized and took my complaint. The staff admitted to rushing me because they’re being rushed throughout the day to get the next party in and out. I am aware of the time constraints when it comes to getting one party in and the next one out, but I have never experienced this type of system. I have never had a rude hostess and I’ve never encountered a “manager” that acted in the manner stated above. I chose to have my party at this location because of the customer service exhibited when I stopped by to inquire about hosting a party but I really wish I would’ve read the reviews beforehand. This was the worst party I have ever attended or hosted.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a “private party” as they call it. Literally EVERYTHING was rushed and the kids really didn’t get much jump time. My party was scheduled for 7p-845 and we waited out front until 730ish until we were directed to the first jump area. Then about 745 we were told go to the 2nd area. At 8 they shut it down and took us to the party room and when we got in there every 5-10mins the host was in my ear telling me how much time left. Mind you my dad was STILL waiting out in the front lobby until 745 with my baby cake and party favors bc there wasn’t a room available. The itenery of events is horrible and should be sent out to the customer before scheduling a party. When I expressed my concerns to the supervisor “Eve” that I felt it was unfair that my party was rushed but we waited until 730ish bc nothing was available, she responded with “oh, I’m sorry I wasn’t keeping up with time and these private parties aren’t for everybody you know.” I mean why would say that to a customer? Very unprofessional. Overpriced, not professional and overrated. This place is a completed rip off. If you want to have a party where you can enjoy it this is not the place for that. What a COMPLETE BUST for my baby 2nd Birthday, I’m extremely disappointed in the services offered and upset with myself for not giving my daughter the party she deserved considering I put way more time into planning the party.
The open jump is a great and very affordable option. I took my 1 1/2 year old nephew for his first time and he enjoyed himself. Only down side is a couple of the inflatables are pretty worn. I could hear air leaking from one and a second was mostly deflated that we could not use it.
Went there for a birthday party. It was ok. Our party host were not exciting like most party host at kids parties. For the price I think I would go somewhere else. There wasnt anything to do for the adults like there are at other places. Not a place Ill take the kids unless invited.
Very nicely organized. They definitely have a system. The music was too loud. I asked them to turn it down, and guess what, THEY TURNED IT DOWN!!! Thank you. Only 1 kid showed up to my sons party and they downgraded our order so we only payed half price. This tells me they want return business. GOOD JOB!!!
Too high priced. Not enough seating. Shouldnt charge extra for games. Need light in the air gun area. Will not recommend to friends. Do like privacy of each room. Extra drinks too high $1.75 for a coke. Air hockey should be free. Massage chair $2.00 at the mall its $1.00. One other game is $2.00 per person. Its just inflatable games inside and they are getting worn. Need replaced.Ashlie Mendola
Horrible horrible horrible don’t waste your money, we paid $400 for 7 kids to jump for 30 minutes, everyone had an attitude there and we only got put into 1 room when promised 2 we paid over for an extra hour of jump time $100 we jumped 30 minutes the whole time so 1 1/2 hours of jump time didn’t happen when asked for a refund for some of our jump time they gave $20 and had the worst attitude, the party host was even yelling at the kids crazy crazy crazy never again
One of my party memebers has their belongings stolen off the cart they have you put your shoes and belongings on while TWO of the employees where standing there the whole time, they allowed someone in our room that wasn’t part of my event ! Couldn’t even enjoy my sons party with all the commotion going on ! PLUS their cameras are only live and not recoding so no luck there ! We had to investigate for ourselves and found the wallet and bag in the men’s restroom, another gentleman that same day had his glasses stolen! I WILL NEVER ATTEND ANOTHER PUMP IT UP!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE WITH MY CHILDREN BIRTHDAY‼️‼️‼️ FIRST OFF I DROVE 45 MINS JUST TO BE TREATED WITH DISRESPECT‼️ THE MANAGER WAS SOO RUDE DISRESPECTFUL AND UNETHICAL!! THEY DID NOT ALLOW MY KIDS TO JUMP AT THEIR CORRECT ALLOTMENT TIME AND MY CHILDREN DID NOT ENJOY THEIR BIRTHDAY PARTY AT ALL THE PIZZA WAS VERY COLD AND NOT FRESH‼️‼️ IT MAY HAVE BEEN LEFT OVERS FROM THE PARTY PRIOR MY CHILDREN NEVER GOT ANY PHOTOS OF THEM TAKEN IN THE BOUNCE ARENA AND DURING THE PARTY THE MANAGER CAME INTO THE ROOM ATTEMPTING TO MOP THE FLOOR WHILE THE KIDS WERE IN THE ROOM WHY WASNT THIS DONE PRIOR TO US ARRIVING??? AND THE MANAGER CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE AND UNETHICAL THE WAY SHE WAS ACTING WAS UNBELIEVABLE WHEN I ADDRESSED MY CONCERNS TO HER WE WERE SO DISPLEASED THAT I HAD TO SPEND AN EXTRA $100 TO GO TO URBAN AIR IN MANAFIELD (10 MINS AWAY) JUST SO THAT MY KIDS COULD HAVE A GREAT TIME THERE!! I HAD MANY PARTIES EVEN AT THE INDOOR WATERPARK IN GRAND PRAIRIE THAT WAS SOOO AWESOME BUT I NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS BEFORE EVER PUMP IT UP LEFT A SOUR TASTE IN MY MOUTH THEY DEFINITELY RUSH THROUGH PARTIES AND ARE MONEY HUNGRY INSTEAD OF SATISFYING THE NEEDS OF THEIR CUSTOMERS‼️‼️ INSTEAD OF PUMP IT UP IT SHOULD BE CALLED DUMP IT UP BECAUSE THATS THE KIND OF SERVICE WE RECEIVED!!!! IM WARNING YOU NOW NEVER GO HERE AND I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE OFFICE AS WELL!!! AND ALSO THE OWNER RYAN
The time spent here compared to the cost is dismal they supply food and drinks for birthdays but the food in general isnt too flavorful. The bounce houses include a wrecking ball (try to knock your friends off the pedestals) large slide, obstacle course thatg leads to a slide, inflatable basket ball rings and a small dodgeball court below the slide obstacle Course. Theres a darker room with backlights that also has more bounce houses. In this room theres a hurricane machine, which oddly but not so oddly for a business costs money to operate, an area the netted off with air powered foam ball guns that have nets attached to the top(try and catch the foam ball thats shot at you) as well as an obstacle course with a slide, though in this room its a bit more compacted and harder to get through, there is an unattached seesaw on the ground that can be moved around or played on and a parkore of 2 playforms with 3 semi-mobile inflated spheres to jump from. And the last thing is an inflated boxing ring with larger than normal extremely cushioned boxing gloves.Expect to have fun the be dissapointed when it ends so soon
My cousin had her sons birthday party there recently. Play time was fine. In the party room, however, a bench was warped. When my uncle stood up it fell completely off the frame and crashed to the floor. The party hostess said oh, that happens all the time. Its okay. Um, no it isnt. What if it had hurt a child! Then, at 5pm (we had the room until 5:15) and the birthday boy had 3 cards left to open she told him he needed to hurry because she had a big party coming in next. I was very offended by this comment! Our money isnt as important as the next party? When leaving an elderly woman in our party slipped in the hall. There was a pool of water! The employees said we had spilled it there, which was not true. Her arm was bleeding quite a bit and when asked for a first aid kit (why did we have to ASK for one?) we were given 1 bandaid. The employee was told that wouldnt be enough, we need a first aid kit. She then gave a second bandaid. Finally, a woman from another party that had just come in pulled items from her purse and assisted with the first aid. Our family member was injured and we had to ask THREE times for an accident report to be completed. We were completely ignored at the first request and then told once that they dont do that. We were also told oh, she signed a waiver for injuries. NO, the waiver covers injuries for the play area! NOT a messy floor that an older woman slips in!! That was on them! Finally, we got an incident report, and by that time her leg and hip were hurting too. She was taken to the emergency room upon leaving this terrible establishment, employed with apparently incompetent young children with no respect for the elderly, and no common courtesies!!! I will NEVER ever go there, and will make sure to advise all others I know to do the same. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
Kids love the place. Nothing fancy though. Good place for kids parties. As part of the entry requirements, you have to register with your email and ph#. It struck me as somewhat coincidental that i started receiving spam emails and telemarketer calls soon after registering there for the first time. Who knows...
I am from down south where Harvey hit and was coming to support the fundraiser they were doing but when we got there, at 1pm they said that open jump was over with at 2. On the website earlier this morning, it said 2:30. I wish I would have screenshot it. Anyways, Im now having to find another place, which there arent very many in the area. Little upset, because if you are doing this as a fundraiser to help Harvey victims, then why not have open jump all day long. You might be able to raise a little more money.
If you want a very rushed quick birthday party this is the place to go for almost 500 dollars, staff started picking up stuff before my son could even finish his second slice of pizza so they could cut his cake and gifts and move the next party in please save your money this isnt the place for a good birthday party!
Its a little too, how can I put this ROBOTIC. Kids are move from one room to another. One hour in play room 45 minutes in the cake room.Party over.If you want to just put money down the drain and a lot of money one hour and 45 mins this is for you.kids just like to play ( CHUCK-E-CHEESE ) old school but it works.

2022-05-04So pleased with how my sons 5th birthday turned out this past Saturday! It went so smooth 30 mins in each room and 45 in the party room. My host were great sweet girls! Skylar and Evelyn we’re great. I had two more host but can’t remember their names. The host take care of everything. They are helpful. You don’t need to decorate the room because pump it up have enough decorations. They clean up after. it’s definitely worth the money! It’s a easy party set up for parents. My son enjoyed this party! Thank you pump it up.

2022-06-07Weve been here many times for birthday parties! It is super fun! All the kids have a great time and wish they could stay longer! The staff is friendly, sweet, serving and accommodating. Clean bathrooms and party room as well. Only thing Id say is it might time to upgrade a few of the benches in the party room.

2022-06-18Hassle free kids party experience. No worries about where your kids are, no chasing them down for party/cake time, inflatable safety fun time. Staff was fantastic, interacted with the kiddos positively, handled most everything, super responsive to guest needs. A+ recommend, will have party there again

2022-03-08Definitely wasn’t worth my money! I would’ve given 2 stars but the way I was treated at this location was horrible. They rushed us after we waiting patiently for a gentleman to fix a bounce house that a party had broken before us. Once we got to the second room, there was two jump houses broke, they rushed us out the room because there was another party after us and they complained about being in time but didn’t consider my party having to wait.. keep in mind at least 10 minutes of our time was already wasted waiting for the bounce house to be fixed. Didi mention, We waited for nothing because by the time they got it up and running, it was time for us to move to the other room.. When we got to the room to set up for the actual party, everybody was just standing around and not helping. THEY MADE MY PARTY STAND AT THE DOOR while we was still decorating.. When the kids came in, The room was a messed because we were being rushed to get it decorated. There’s no setting up before the event. You have to literally wait 15 minutes before the kids eat.. it was embarrassing! THE WHOLE THING WAS A MESS.. they only received a star because the young men in the front was extra nice. Our host was horrible. She asked if we wanted pictures and only took them in the first room. I hate I wasted my money at this location thinking they would be organized!! They are disorganized and there’s a bunch of teenagers trying to run the business and it shows! Find somewhere to have a party because this location is not it!

2022-04-09Front desk boy was rude and unorganized. You are not given a schedule beforehand so just so everyone is aware, you get 30 minutes per room and 45 in the party room. If you want to set up decorations, you only can if there is not a party before you. So, not sure how long you would have to set up because we were lucky enough to not have anyone before us. Was not told that You cannot hang anything on the walls even with tape beforehand. They don’t serve ice. A couple of the bounce houses were so low that anyone over 50 pounds couldn’t get in them because they sank to the floor.
