James was extremely nice and professional as soon as he arrived. He was thorough and easily explained what the problem was after examining my AC. He got my house back to being cool after a short period, which was a huge relief since my family was enduring 85 degree heat indoors over the past 2 days. Would absolutely recommend James to anyone needing HVAC services.
Nate and Dave came over the same day I made the call! They found the problem quickly, and were able to fix it within a couple of hours. Nate took the time to try and explain each problem to me (even though I did not understand much haha) and then took even more time trying to explain to my husband a couple minutes later over the phone. They were both very respectful, and worked quickly/efficiently!Also, if youre thinking about whether or not the membership is worth it, IT DEFINITELY WAS!! Members get priority and guaranteed help within 48 hours, but the best part was the discounts we got on the repairs!! So so worth it!
Justin came out to diagnose our A/C system issue and was extremely thorough. I figured it would take a few minute but he literally checked everything which took a couple of hours. Told us that our unit was in good shape and very clean but was undersized for our home. We had a hunch that is what the problem was. He was very professional and explained everything he had done and his recommendations. An appointment to have one of their sales reps come out and give an estimate for a new unit was set up for the same afternoon! This company is on point! Highly recommend these guys!

I had Quality out for an estimate to replace my HVAC. Adam seemed genuine and outgoing, very knowledgeable in his field, and most of all addressed MY concerns before quoting a system. When spending this kind of money you want your issues acknowledged instead of just a quote. Signed an agreement and couldnt be happier with the service.Update: New HVAC has been installed and so far it has been worth it. System has been running for a couple of hours after being down for three days and it already feels amazing in here. Cody and his crew were professional and friendly, and I would highly recommend their services.8/08 update. At the recommendation of the manufacturer, Quality replaced for lines and coil to maximize efficiency. Eric stayed late to ensure the system was operating correctly. Highly recommend this gentleman for your home.
Mario did a great job fixing our AC. He did some repairs where there was a hole on the side of the inside unit. It had just been taped up and fallen off. He was able to secure it so it will not happen again. He also found a wire that was screwed into the wrong place. It was preventing it from sending a signal to the outside unit. Our unit just kept running and not turning off. and barely blowing, It was not cooling. Thank you Mario⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ NOW our AC is running and cooling like it should! The whole crew from start to finish were very friendly and easy to talk to regarding financing, new unit and setup. So much work but they got job done in a day. Just bought a house short while ago. Im a very do it your self type of guy, so when I was having hvac issues I researched and learned all I could in a short amount of time. I was able to get the system running and working again however it didnt blow cool or hot air. Which lead me to it needed refrigerate. So sadly thats when I needed to call someone. I called quality. They were pretty prompt. Their technician Nate was really knowledgeable about my specific system. A old rheem from the late 90s. He showed me where the unit was leaking refrigerate. Because of the age of the system and the type of coolant it required we are having to get a new system for the house. Didnt really want to, but you have to do what you got to do sometimes. The technician nate was super friendly very patient with me. (Im the over the shoulder type customer or person.) He went through measured everything and quoted me for the proper system. I al getting a full new system and quality will be installing it and I will live hassle free for the next while. Thanks Nate and quality. Cant wait for the system to be installed.Update. Systems been working great for the months its been installed. We just had a issue power or something went out and the system didnt come back. Tim came after hours to help. He got it running and cooling again. Said a fuse had blown or something( which happens)Good guys.
Loved getting not only a phone call but also a picture of your company representative to announce his arrival. Adam was informative and wanted to be sure we understood the limitations of the product we were getting information on. He also made it clear that the product we are looking for in not available at this time and it may be a while before we can order. Thanks Adam for a good visit. Our heater quit working and we called Quality. We have used them for many years and they know our equipment. They installed it in 2007 and have always worked on it when we need something fixed.The first time for this problem, they sent James. He fixed it and said that it may last for a while and may not. If it doesnt they will need to replace the parts. It quit working again about a month later. They sent James and Mario. They said it needed some new parts, so they ordered them. When the parts came in, Mario came out and installed them. He had to come back to put LP nozzles in instead of the nat gas nozzles that came with the part. Mari & James are very knowledgeable and professional. They are both friendly and do not try to push new things that are not needed. I would be happy if either of them come back for future repairs.
Justin was very informative, professional, and very knowledgeable about what he was doing, and took the time to explain what he had done and answer any questions that we had. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing their AC unit worked on or just for regular maintenance!

Adam the manager was awesome, got us up and running! Installed our new smart thermostat. Very friendly and fast. Came same day we called. Answering service and receptionist so friendly. Second time- Tech came out and replaced wire to get our AC back on at 830 pm! After hours rocks!
This morning Tim and his helper which unfortunately I forgot his name came and installed a vent cut in in my supply closet. Very professional, courteous and respectful of my property. Knowledgeable and professional technicians (3 out of 4 that we came in contact with), however the company only works with one warranty company. So not a great choice for those homeowners trying to not pay everything out of pocket.There was a miscommunication about the brand of units they sell, not sure if it was intentional or not. They did mention the unit was loud and it is true, you can hear the AC knocking around.They are financing company is a pain and there are untold fees, this experience has just been heartbreaking.
Was very thorough on finding the possible problem. Will always recommend Quality to anyone, even though they are expanding throughout Texas, they still are very quick on getting to your problem and working on it, all without charging the higher rates they could get by with, even on weekends. Also entertaining commercials
I have always received excellent service from Quality Heating and Air. Twice now I’ve had to call on the weekend and have received prompt courteous service each time. Each one of their employees that I have dealt with were always polite and courteous. I highly recommend them.
James called ahead and asked if it was OK if he was early. Then I got a text that he was on his way. He was friendly and courteous, explaining everything he was going to do; then when done, explained everything he did. Adam was very kind and funny! He made sure that the system for us is closer to what wed like to pay but still good quality and perfect for our home. He was very honest about our options which I loved that it seemed like he cared more about what we can afford and need than just selling us a huge expensive ac that isnt needed for our size house.. I would definitely recommend him anyone needing repairs or looking to get a new unit.He made our interactions light hearted so we werent so stressed on how much we are going to spend on a new unit.
We receive texts and updates regarding status of arrival times when A/C service is needed. Tim was very nice and professional. He explained everything in detail and reassured us to call anytime we have any issues. He changed the thermostat settings to reflect the type of system we have. It seems that our heating system is working as advertised, providing heat when needed.
James performed my yearly maintenance on my package unit and he was so efficient and mannerly. He kept me updated on his progress and made some recommendations which were helpful. Quality arrived on time as scheduled and called to confirm the appointment and texted me when the technician was on his way. I would certainly recommend Quality and James the technician.
I received a PHONE call 2+ hours prior to scheduled work. Technician Justin Cummings arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule.Justin was very professional. He thoroughly explained everything what he was going to do. Within an hour, Justin completed ALL work/services and gave me invaluable tips—did not have to, to keep the A/C unit properly running after he left.I cannot say enough about Quality: FANTASTIC service! Each time the technicians come they are professional, courteous, and understanding of my request and questions. 10-Star rating if allowed.
James did excellent service and told me a couple things that could help my ac/ heat have a longer life - just the facts - no push to buy . When I asked the price and did I need another appt ? He said he could install them and it was quickly done today - Excellent Service!

Mario worked with third-party electricians to help diagnose and repair the air systems malfunctions.I still do not fully understand the problem, but I appreciate Marios patience in this matter.He informed me that it would be wise to install a surge protector for the HVAC unit. This is the first time using Quality Cooling and Heating. I received a call from Quality to inform me that a technician was available to come to my home if it was a good time for me. It was well within the 2 hour window I was given for my service call. Nate arrived a short time later, introduced himself and went right to work. Nate was very professional and seemed very knowledgeable. I was impressed with Nates attention to detail and his work ethic. He provided me with a detailed report of the condition of my equipment and provided me with several options. This is a company I will use again and I will be requesting Nate be the technician sent. Thank you Nate for your honest and informative explanations to my questions.
I called them for maintenance, i told a gentleman on the phone my system was dirty, requested cleaning, checkout of my units, cleaning of the internals, checking of the air filters, ducts. It never happened, I was home with them all day, nobody checked ducts, filters or cleaned the blowers. They sprayed out my outside A/C units with water hose, checked them with multimeter for power. But roughly i was told my units had freon leak, and no service happened. I was told if i wanted the blowers cleaned itll be another $275 each... This whole time im under the impression i was paying $300 for them to clean/service my units. If i knew i was paying $300 for them to come out and tell me it was running/failing to function i would have used another company. Mario the lead technician was really knowledgeable knew what he was doing but his understanding from a normal visit, and what I asked for were different. My first time calling the company, didnt know what to expect other than i told them over the phone what i wanted. They could have told me over the phone cleaning charges may be different than a visit, unfortunately I was taken advantage. I may have to get my lawyer involved as i called for a cleaning, told them my a/c worked and didnt need an a/c service. I really feel I explained what I wanted.And other than some future repairs I still need to accomplish, nothing was cleaned, ducts inspected. I feel like i paid $300 for them to check out the equipment and one of them spray out the grills on my outside A/C unit. I called American Home Shield to try and build a work order to have repairs complied with, this Quality Cooling company wasnt on their approved list. Ive talked to a wonderful lady over the phone about my feelings on this visit. She submitted my thoughts to management. Meanwhile maintenance team on location told me anyone could join a club for 19.99 per unit per month. I dont feel like spending $720 per year to have 1 program of my home monitored.

We are very happy with the service provided for our annual maintenance check.Nate has been extremely helpful each time he has come out to do maintenance on my Heat/AC unit. He explains everything in detail and is very pleasant and courteous.Bill explained in detail the issues we were facing and the parts that needed replaced. He helped us figure out a good replacement unit for our needs. He gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. He was very considerate to give us time to discuss options privately. We are very pleased with his help.Andrew came out to install the temporary unit until our new one is installed. He was courteous and his team was quick. He made sure we were good with the setup and then quickly cleaned up. We were very happy with his manners and his work!Eric is installing my new unit and he has been great! He is very polite and working very hard even though he has to endure the extreme heat in my attic while we have no AC running. He was able to get us some temp window units to keep the house from getting too hot and unbearable! We are very happy with Eric and his work!
We own Meadows Wedding Venue and yesterday Bill with Quality Cooling & Heating came out to fix our A/C-he took only a few minutes to figure out what the problem was and was able to fix it and get us back up and cooling very quickly. He also gave us advice and encouraged us to call anytime we had a problem. Service like this is hard to come by nowdays!
Eric and his team were awesome. They installed a completely new system, new heating/cooling system and new duct work. They were respectful and courteous, Eric made time to explain everything to me, and they even put up with my obnoxious dog. I could not recommend them more.

He arrived within the window of time I was given, checked the system thoroughly, and answered my questions. He was knowledgeable about my HVAC system and made recommendations for future upgrades; he did not pressure me to buy anything which I appreciate. I give Mario five stars!
Andrew was extremely kind and sensitive when he talked to me about this large installation. He left a window air for convenience for overnight as it took 2 days for all the work he had to do. He was very professional and is highly knowledgeable about all things to do with the HVAC system. He even installed 2 carbon dioxide devices in my home. I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew to install or repair any unit for your home! Quality Cooling and Heating has a jewel in this guy! I would recommend Quality to anyone!

Quality Cooling & Heating recently installed a new AC and heating system at our home. The new unit replaced a previous unit installed by QC&H in 2002. The work was scheduled on Monday and completed Thursday-Friday the same week. Team Lead Andrew Moreno and Assistant Jesse did an outstanding job. They worked diligently for two straight days in extreme heat, especially working in the attic. Andrew and Jesse were courteous, respectful, and answered all my questions. They did not rush the work and took their time to do a thorough job. They disassembled and removed the old unit and all scrap material. The new unit looks good, runs quieter, and so far does a great job cooling the house. My experience with QC&H has always been positive and I would recommend them to a fellow homeowner. I would also highly recommend Andrew and Jesse as an installation team. They worked hard in very hot conditions and did a quality job.
I was so happy with the service provided from Quality. JD Keith was the friendliest and most professional gentleman. He was there in 15 minutes (at most), determined, honest, and was even good at explaining technical things in a way I could understand. Unfortunately, the issue was beyond a quick repair as I think parts need to be ordered. So an appointment will have to be made. But I’m not even mad, cause I understand ow what’s happening!I will 1000% use Quality again in the future and tell all my friends.
JD and his trainee Josh were very professional and quite funny. They were very nice to my daughters and they even let my oldest play with his work flashlight.(she likes talking to people). They are very good at explaining the problems and solutions with our unit that a person who has no idea about heating and air can understand. If I worked for the company I would have JD train me. He is very knowledgeable and a generally good person. I will definitely be requesting him for our next service. Thank you!

My a/c system didnt keep the other end of my house as cool so I had someone come to my house and investigate. Tim explained what I should do and what I can do in the mean time. When I need to replace my ducts I will be using Quality A/C. Everyone is always wrong to answer all my questions and explain.

Turned this house into an investment property recently, renting it out. I was actually running 20 minutes late and Bill waited patiently till I arrived. Really nice, professional guy. He was extremely honest about my aging system and suggested I replace it asap. I knew very well that this was most likely going to be the case but wanted a second opinion. He was a no nonsense, straight to the point type of guy which, as an investor, I appreciated and respected. Highly recommend this company for any basic maintenance and inspection which has been my only experience with them. Their monthly maintenance plan is also a very good deal in my opinion. $19/ month to prevent thousands of dollars in repairs or replacement is a no brainer.
This business took a long time to get me scheduled (a week) when my AC was broken. Bill Hall is an excellent technician that ensure we were taken care of in the most professional way possible. He was quick to troubleshoot to a faulty transformer and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Even after working what I am sure was a long day he was customer focused and respectful. He is the technician we will be asking for by name.
Requested routine maintenance service and inspection. JD arrived on-time, after sending notification he was on his way. He discussed our needs and requirements before he began work, then performed the work quickly. I had my yearly maintenance check done with James Byers. I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and time he took to investigate a problem I had. I will request him every time I have a problem. He really impressed me!! To Quality Heating and Cooling...you need to hang onto him. He is a one of a kind employee and you are very lucky to have him. He will improve your reputation with every call. He needs to be your role model for all the other employees!! They could learn A LOT from him as far as customer service and maintenance !!! I can say after all the techs I have seen.....HE IS THE BEST ONE YOU HAVE!!!
Nate was very professional inside and outside of our house.He took time to explain our system and what he was doing as he went along.Also explained and showed me what was something we would need to have done in the future.He wasnt pushy trying to make a sale.Very nice man.We are glad that we called quality, and will have Nate back for our next service!
I called late in the afternoon expecting to schedule an appointment for the next day, but they were able to send someone within a couple of hours. Nate was very helpful and conscientious about letting me know what he was doing and why, all while maintaining a cheerful attitude despite the late hour and my sweltering house. Im very happy I called Quality and will happily do so again.
Job was completed within the time frame agreed. Inspector said installation was impeccable. Technicians stayed late to work extra on one of the ducts which was not providing enough flow. Area was cleaned up well upon completion. Both heat and air are much better than the old system. Time will tell if it actually saves money on monthly bills, but so far we are very pleased with the installation.
My technician was Nate and I was very pleased with his work! He showed up on time and then stayed for 4 hours trying to help me figure everything out. He was honest about costs and what could be expected. He was very professional and informative. Will definitely be using Quality for my A/C in the future!

My electric bills are great since they replaced my system. When I did have an issue, they were here very quick. True to their word. I will purchase more products from them.

Bill did a very nice job! He explained everything more than he probably does normally but being a disabled instrument technician I am very inquisitive. Matter of fact if I am not having to lay down because of my disability when your your employees are very gracious to and I truly appreciate it!

Our heating system was not functioning properly. JD was able to identify that there was a leak in the system rather quickly. He was then able to pinpoint the location of the leak and get it fixed. It is nice to have the heat back in the house. I enjoy using Quality as they are always very helpful.

Nate was very professional, extremely courteous and explained everything he was doing step by step and also advised me what I should do going forward and what I could expect. I called out very early in morning and go only true professionalism. Great company and great tech! I highly recommend.

I recently had an issue with my heat not working. I called up Quality - after hours - and they had someone on the phone with me helping me troubleshoot immediately. The next day they were at my home resolving the issue. And it may seem small, but I really love that they cover their shoes with booties upon entering every single time. Very professional and courteous. Wouldn’t use anyone else! Great job Quality!
Friendly and courteous. J.D. did not rush and took the time to update us with explanations of how our heating and air system is doing, what might be needed in the near future, what to watch for to prevent problems. He answered all our questions and was kind to our children when they wanted to share stories about our pets. He is both knowledgeable and kind and I appreciate that very much.
A huge shout out to Bill Hall. Bill came out in response to my plea of no air on after trying most of the day to correct the situation myself. It was 83 degrees inside our home when I put in a call to their contact telephone number. It took only about 15 minutes for Bill to respond. He apologized for having to take about 15 minutes before he could get to our house. This was about 8:30 p.m. After I explained what was happening, he first checked the unit inside our garage. Upon finding things seeming to be working okay, he asked to see the outside unit. With one look, he knew immediately what was going on. The previous technician who had performed a maintenance check about a week or so earlier had forgotten to switch back on something at the outside unit. Our house started feeling cooler almost immediately and has been performing great since Bill came out that evening. Bills professionalism and pleasant manner was a welcome relief to us. Bill is a tremendous asset to the Quality Heating team. Thanks Bill!

2022-06-23I called in for service and received a surprising same day service! With the hot weather I was prepared to be patient knowing these technicians were working super hard to take care of a lot people! I received a call, a alert message of the technician who was coming and a picture of the tech! Bill came out and was so professional and nice! He explained step by step what he was checking for and why. He didn’t mind my million questions! He also was super friendly to my pets! I can definitely tell he was very knowledgeable on everything and had me taken care of! This company has such professional ,family oriented technicians and staff , that don’t make you feel like it’s a quick fix and be out the door in five minutes. Their customers matter to them!

2022-06-19Michael contacted me shortly after I put in the request on a Sunday morning to set up when he could make it. I missed his call later that morning and thought I would have to reschedule but he was able to meet me at my house on and began working immediately. He quickly diagnosed my issue, explained what it was and the cost relating to it in detail. I will be using them again the next time I need anything! I am very satisfied with the speed and service!

2022-05-20We have used Quality Heating & Cooling for years. Their monthly service subscription is worth every penny. The communication is excellent. Justin and David arrived on time and they were professional and answered all my concerns with our new system. They found a defect in our compressor fan motor and addressed it promptly. Were all set for the hot summer ahead!

He put everything back together answered a few questions and let me know if any more problems to give them a call. I really appreciate all the hard work especially in this heat and am thankful my service call was answered and the issue resolved so quickly I know they are very busy.

2022-04-30Mr Mario was extremely professional in his work and talents. If I had a question he would answer it and continue until it clicked in my brain. He was also very kind as I have issues with my shoulder and back that stop me from doing home repair and he offered to take care of cleaning the outdoor vent for me. He is a genuine person and that is extremely hard to find now a days!

2022-07-10I have used quality for years. So, I assume the work is good, who knows. But Justin has a great sense of humor! He was of course courteous and professional. But, I enjoy a sense of humor when I being racked over the coals for even more money. Not Justin’s fault. Just seems to be how the company operates.

James was at my house within the 2 hours promised, and immediately found the problem and explained in detail what was going on. Fixed within an hour. Happy customer and would highly recommend!

2022-06-09I cant say enough good about Mario. He was honest, VERY professional and worked very hard. The other company in Abilene that I was using was in and out of here in 30 minutes. Mario was here for hours making sure our unit was running its best and giving me advice about how to make it last. I would highly recommend Quality.
