Red Roof PLUS Dallas - Addison in Addison
Surprisingly, the room was nice and updated. For the price, it was good. The only reason I stayed was because I was traveling with my dog and the outside doors are better than going down a hallway like at La Quinta. The bad is the clientele that stay there. I think there’s a lot of homeless people on government vouchers, so they hang outside smoking. It’s a loud partying place at night. Maybe it’s quiet near the front.
From the first time I entered the room, I had hair on the toilet, bathtub, and bed pillow. Room phones and tables were dusty as if they hadnt been cleaned for a long time. On the carpet floor, there were a lot of crumbs and dust that others had spilled. Even in the plastic-covered disposable cup under the coffee machine, hair and dust were piled up. Ive used a variety of expensive hotels and affordable accommodations, but Ive never had such a worst experience. The inside of the microwave oven was dirty, and the freezer and refrigerator were so messy that it was uncomfortable to put food in. Far from COVID-19 quarantine, one night in a place where there was no minimum cleaning was really unpleasant. I had a child, so I wiped the floor with my wet tissue, and it was really messy. I was very satisfied that the red roof accommodation in Galveston was well cleaned, so I was foolish to book this place without much consideration. The next morning, I saw the staff smoking and cleaning roughly in the hallway. No matter how cold the weather is, the outdoor swimming pool is not managed to the point where it looks dirty. The hair dryer holder fell on the floor by itself and almost hurt the child. It is really upsetting that a room full of dust on beds and tables was allowed to be used by customers without reviewing the condition of the room at all.
This place is roach infested. Told front desk and they called me a lier. When you open the fridge there was a dead roach. When I walked in the door they scattered. Was laying in the bed and one crawled above my head on the wall. Just ridiculous. Never stay here it is not what is advertised. Oh lets not mention how rude the house keeping is. Knocks on door at 9 in the morning. I asked since they was there for a couple of extra towels and told me I had to trade them for dirty ones. I didnt have dirty ones. There was 3 of us and only 2 towels in the room. Ridiculous
The room smelled like urine the bathroom was not clean. The pillow case had stains on them. People standing outside of other units smoking and drinking. I checked out an hour after I checked in. I asked for a refund. The front desk clerk said it wasnt anything he could do because they was booked.
Positive: I really didnt find many redeeming qualities about this location. Negative: The beds are disgusting. These things were literally sticky. I wouldnt sleep on them. The bedding was so gross, I asked for replacement bedding, which was just left folded on the worst part of the bed. They looked insulted that I asked for it.
I’m never sure what I’m going to get when I stop at a Red Roof Inn. My company gets us discounts so I stay at them frequently. I was pleasantly surprised with this location. The staff was friendly, the lobby and room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Not even my 27 year old son could find anything to pick apart like he normally does.
The staff is awesome on every shift!! Especially Harry. Hes very polite knows his business & will help u anyway he can. Our room was just the right size for my husband & me. Its quiet & just all around one of our better stays thats why we have stayed as long as we have. After we had been there a couple of months they brought us some of the best croissants ive ever had they said they wanted us to know how much they appreciated our lengthy stay.Thank u Harryfor all u have done to make our stay apleasant one.
Believe it or not. I love this place. The beds are so comfortable. I really cant believe it. If stayed in quite a few hotels but this place, or at least this one room was spacious with a cloud bed. I didnt want to get up. My room didnt smell of cigarettes which is a plus. The coffee is awful though. I think posion tastes better. No amount of sugar or creamer can take that bad coffee of my tongue. Ill bring my own cause that bed was worth the 60 bucks.
They put me in a room where I saw five cockroaches, within 30 minutes, while talking on the phone, business mind you. After sincere apologies, they put me in another room with furniture that look like a pitbull got to it, several times. I went back to the front desk and told them that I was very tired from working very hard, so I needed to have a room that was smoke free and did not smell so strongly of cigars, that it seemed like 12 members of The cigar club came and spent the night smoking, all night. He apologized gave me a 15% off coupon on the next booking, and give me a room right next to the office. It was so beautiful that, I heard angels singing. Very nice and fresh. My contention is, they would have let me stay in that room with the roaches or the cigars if I hadnt said anything. I cant imagine that they didnt know they were critters, nor the smell of heavy tobacco, because they were everywhere. And that 15% off coupon, when is was time to redeem, which was only the following week, they chose not to honor it. So I had to pay what they ask which was about $10 over the original cost.
I need to admit I am a picky guest and am over 6 tall. The king bed is nice and room was decently furnished especially for the price. The shower and mirrors are designed to hit someone a foot shorter than me tough. There was no room to room noise but outside wall noise was very noticeable. All in all a decent value for $70.
Ive been in the Red Roof Inn for all of an hour and thinking about checking out and canceling my 2nd night. This place is in a great location, surrounded by many places to eat and things to do. The Wifi is strong and steady and the heat works great. But everything else about this place sucks. I first noticed that awful smell like wet dog or dirty mop while in the lobby. My room has that smell, I didnt know this was a pet friendly hotel, hopefully the pets didnt sleep in the bed. On the surface the room looks clean but there are burn holes in the comforter, stains on the carpet, the sink is clogged, the tub is filthy and I just cant get over that smell. Did I mention I was billed upon check-in. Ive stayed in many affordable hotels in my life , this place is filthy from neglect. Im checking out first thing in the morning. Dont waste your money here.
The staff are great. They have been very kind to us . I broke my back and ribs on the job and they gave me 3 free nights when I got out of the hospital. And during this pandemic they have been very generous and have been on top of the cleaning and disinfecting all around the place. Makes me
When we first got there they gave us a room that was being used even though we had registered beforehand. When they finally got us a new room, the keys didnt work so we had to go and get that fixed. The room was pretty clean however and nicely done. Air was very stale and dry though because AC was left off. Bathroom wasnt the cleanest but doable. They give you the proper accommodations in the room, towels, soap, etc. For the price its not bad you get what you pay for.
Despite ongoing renovations, this location should be your last choice. What appears to be ADA violations (such as no automatic door opener to access registration desk) the construction materials were scattered along the outside of the first floor rooms adding to the difficulty to simply get to your room. The front desk person was new or inept. We likely had the worlds longest check in experience. The newly remodeled room lacked a grab bar in the shower, missing amenities (e.g. soap, shampoo and conditioner and low water pressure in the shower just to mention a few. This ALL points to poor management. We shudder to think of what else is wrong that we did not see/experience.Had it not been after a 15 hour drive (from Denver) and the fact we were traveling with our dog, we would have looked for more suitable accommodations. We generally like Red Roof Inns because they are pet friendly, but I would not recommend this location to a friend...or an enemy! The one star is a gift...because theres no way to give zero stars.
We stayed here for three days.Room we have is smells, smell like wet carpet from flood and kinda smell like dog pe? You have to give a tip for housekeepers thats fine but towels aint enough, they dont give or leave soap & shampoo (I have my own anyway).Breakfast they only have bread, cereal, croissants. There is apple yogurt but they dont refill the tray and fridge . One morning is completely nothing! The girl in the counter just sitting there and great you hello but she dont take care of breakfast. Beds are smaller than full size. Maybe this hotel is good for some other people but not for me. I wont go back to this place.
BED BUGS and noisy throughout the night and into the early hours of the morning. I checked out early and when I told the front desk about the bed bugs she simply tells me we will take care of that. Then proceeds to give me a coupon for 15% off of my next visit. How about a full refund of my stay!!! I will never stay at the Red Roof in Addison again!!!!! My clothes are still in freezer bags in my suitcase for fear of what came home with me!!!!!There were shady looking people hanging out there also. While walking my dogs two men was outside smoking weed. Do not get me started about the cigarette buds all over the the walkways .Last but not least renovations are being done and the materials are throughout the path guess have to walk. They maybe renovating the place but there is a serious need to change out all the furniture in the rooms instead of replacing them with old infested mattresses...
I did not want to stay after this woman working there was so rude and unprofessional. She didnt even let me talk. I asked to speak to her manager and she said she doesnt give that information and there is no manager. I will take my money some place else 👎 you get a zero for a review ,very poor do not recommend this place at all.
Staff was pleasant and accommodating, Terri was fantastic and had a great personality. She made sure we had what we needed. 2 room suite has plenty of room for a family of 4 and 2 dogs with kennels. Only issue was with having 1 ring phone calls randomly but just unplugged the phone. Good deal for a week of travel.
The rooms were nice & clean, but housekeeping & laundry lady complains about doing there job! If they don’t like to clean & wash bed linen then they need to get new jobs!! Also I paid up for a week and only stayed 4 days so I ask to be refunded for the days I didn’t stay and they told me no then yes then no again! So unprofessional!! & I don’t have money to just give away! So I called the police for a report so I could sue for my refund and having to wait for my money then the next day the manager finally had an employee call me for my refund! In all I received my $200
Jennifer? I believe was her name...was more than AWESOME & really made up for any shortcomings of the place itself. I didnt realize i booked a smoking room (used a 3rd party app) so its hard to judge a place for the smell or conditions of the room (like burn marks on tub or counter) when it IS a smoking room. Didnt try breakfast. But let me just say, they are truly pet friendly, take a refundable minimal cash deposit & maybe I got lucky, but the staff was more than awesome, friendly, accommodating & showed not only me, but every person before me genuinely great customer service. So all in all for the price... Id stay it was great & would stay there again.... id prob try to get a non smoking room next time though.
Such a horrible experience. It took 45 minutes to receive a room. I wouldnt have waited so long if the other person at the front wasnt on him phone and was actually doing his job. I guess they were training someone new and I understand that, but if there is a line of people it would only make sense that someone who knew what they were doing would fasten the process time. Not only did they accidentally overcharge my card $300+ they were also very rude and unprofessional. The room had bugs, thin walls, the bedding was stained, and the toiletries were covered in a dark substance. They allow pets here which is nice, but not when there are dogs barking at 2am.
You get what you pay for... Not bad for the price, but they need to hire new housekeeping. And personally I would have put the bed in with the hot tub instead of the old beatup couch. My wife already cleaned the ring around the hot tub or I would post a pic of that. Burn holes in the couch, damaged light shade, big crack in the regular tub that was fixed with calking and box tape, dirty bathroom sink and counters. I hope nothing else *sigh*
Ive had been in the Red Roof Inn for less than an hour and knew I would be checking out in the morning, I had booked 2 nights. This place is in a great location, surrounded by a variety of shops, retail and food. The Wi-Fi is the best thing they have going on here. I first noticed that wet dog or dirty mop smell in the lobby, the rooms smell that way also. Maybe because they allow pets in all the rooms. On the surface the rooms look neat and clean but there are burn holes in the bedding, stains on the carpet, the sink is clogged/draining slow, the tub is filthy and I just cant get over the smell. Staying here was a waste of time. This place is a dump, Ive stayed in many $65 a night hotels but this aint worth that.
Checked in by bobby and his customer service was excellent! Unfortunately, I cant say the same thing about the room and our overall stay.Carpet was dirty and had hard stains. There was a big hole for tissue box near the sink but no tissues! It turns out that they only gave out 1 small pocket size tissue pack. This is an extremely stingy attitude from the owner because hotel nightly price is not cheap. Where is all the savings going? If that is how they are working then why tissue box hole on the wall is not covered and giving false impression to the guests?Breakfast time is also only from 6:30 - 9:30 Am. Should be at least till 10 Am to accommodate late risers. Our room was missing Do not disturb sign, so every day early in the morning we were woke up by room service. One day we told her to come back later which she did, but we were still not ready. She told us by herself to not worry and that she will stop by again later. We came back in the evening and unfortunately room was not serviced! There is no elevator in this hotel either. With room service improvement and guest convenient this hotel can do much better.
Awesome place. Very clean.Had a bad experience with a middle aged white woman who was extremely rude. She would not get the manager when asked. Stay here 3 weeks in a row and one of the 3 rooms smelled of mildew. Nothing was done other than a little room spray. Other 2 rooms were great.
This is a no frills motel. The room smells musty. The carpet should be replaced. The bathroom does not have a ventilator or window for steam or any other bathroom air. The TV did not match the control, so we could not watch channels shown on the guide. Very frustrating. The bathroom switch has a built-in nightlight with something wrong with it, making it flash like a strobe light. I reported problems to the front desk but nothing was taken care of. We were stuck there for 5 days. It was part of a prepaid Orbitz booking. Or we would not have stayed. If this is a red roof standard, I will avoid them.
The room was nice. Clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There werent enough outlets for all my gadgets but unplugging a lamp and the alarm fixed the problem. The coffee pot overflowed twice. It was quite a mess. Couldve been operator error but Ive made coffee in those tiny makers before. I think maybe a coffee pot upgrade and an outlet strip are in order.
Would rate lower but you cant. Smoking room is all they had so I will not judge by the horrible smell (it was bad). Carpet is about 3 years too old, AC has a lot of residue on the vent and the controls, both beds have stains and burn marks on the blankets, 2 out of 3 lamp shades have damage and stained, stains in the drawers, refrigerator was iced up, microwave is semi clean, bathroom vent dosnt work, bathroom has chipping paint, towels had hair on them, tub has stains on it, and bathroom floor has stains on it. See pictures. Best western price for a roach motel.
Worst hotel you can imagine, avoid at all costs! We arrived and picked up our card-keys from a long drive from Houston. Decided to go right away for dinner and took a walk in downtown Dallas. When we arrived we were surprised to a room reeking of smoke (cigarettes, maybe something else). Just on a quick glance we could see stains on everything, cigarette burns on carpet, bed cover, etc. Bathtub with hairs, we even saw they had put a bag over the smoke detector. I cannot overstate the awful smell in this room, impossible to ignore (and its not the cleaning product used as the owner will reply with or say. We walked to front desk and when I explained the young person was apologetic BUT told us hotel was fully booked and there was nothing she could do. I told her all I wanted was a ZERO BALANCE bill and I would find a room elsewhere. I insisted because in check in, they make you sign a paper stating you will be charged $150 for cleaning if you smoke in room (which seemed both ironic and ill-intended, like they are counting on charging you this after youve left and fee you have no recourse). When I asked to speak to the manager the person in front desk said they were not allowed to provide this information but that she would call him and let me know. At this point, now being late at night I grabbed by receipt and left to find shelter. I have to be emphatic, the property is in terrible condition, the rooms are the worst I have seen & there was no genuine attempt to make things right. Because of this experience I will never stay in a Red Roof Inn and I strongly suggest you do not either.
Everything was great... customer service, grounds were clean & pretty, rooms clean & comfortable, loved the bed, sheets, & pillows. But there is one major thing I would change, please make tampons or pads available; either in the vending machine or keep singles at the front desk. My last visit there was a dreamy stay-cation turned nightmare because of this.
It is a terrible looking and unsafe feeling location. The receptionist was nice and tried her best but the place is just a disaster. The 1st room the fridge smelled like something died in it and smelled the whole room up. Was given another room and it smelled humid and moldy. The shower curtain had mold and smelled like sewer (bathroom). The carpet, floor everything seemed to be sticky. The people staying their also looked like drunks/druggies and I had my family with me (wife and 2 kids). Stay away we barely got any sleep because of the noise and you just dont feel safe due to the people and the room.VERY DIRTY!! STAY AWAY!!
Spacious rooms. Great price. At breakfast all cups and plates and cutlery is plastic or Styrofoam. As a tree-hugger. keen on environmental sustainabilty I find this seriously lazy and honestly very appalling in this day and age. Reason for me to avoid this hotel chain now. Girl at breakfast was very nice. Its not her fault after all.
The room was fine and I felt safe. Its nothing fancy, by any stretch, but it served a purpose while I was in town. My complaint was the staff. The front desk was terribly rude. Unwelcoming is putting it mildly! Another guest and I chatted over breakfast, and they thought the staffs behavior was shocking as well. When calling to confirm their reservation and ask a question, they were told they should already know the answer to their question since they booked the room. The rudest employee (we all agreed at the breakfast table) was the man that worked during the day. He even took a personal call while I was waiting to pay. Blown away by the way they treat guests.***UPDATE: Stayed two more nights, and used the discount on one of the nights. NEVER AGAIN!!!I stayed two more nights with them. Discount on the one night, which was fine. Even after complaining, nothing changed. Nobody cared how long I waited in the front, or said ok sorry, Ill be right with you. Ive had the flu the past week, and if I would have felt like it, I definitely would have gone someplace else. Its Steve and Miky that are rude. They seem annoyed with me if I asked for a cab, and still dont offer to help with the door when I had three suitcases and a dog to get out. No other guests were waiting. Ive traveled all over the world and I got better service from dodgy youth hostels in poverty stricken cities. The employees should stop reminding guests when checkout is. They did this to me, and I heard them doing this to other guests as well. Inform us at check-in and after the 11 p.m. check-out time. It feels like we were being kicked out and it was incredibly unwelcoming. Just tacky and distasteful. The manager was very nice, the African American lady was friendly, and the rooms were perfectly fine. Its just those employees. Dreadful. Never again! I went down the road, paid $30 less, they carried my bags to the second floor for me, and were very welcoming. Im still left shaking my head. Just wow!
Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. The place is a little worn, but nothing that hinders the place. Solid WiFi with no connection issues. There was moderate selection for the breakfast. Overall would recommend for anyone who needs to rely on internet for their stay or someone who needs an adorable rate, and a comfortable stay.
Pretty good for 73 bucks. You can tell its a few years old but everything was clean and smelled great in the room. They were sold out the night I was there. Lots of sports teams stay there. Its not amenity filled but it has everything you need. This week most likely be my base of operations each and every time I am down in Dallas for work. I can recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay cheap but stay out of a beat up, run down, poorly ran motel. Give this place a try.
First off, we had some issues while on our journey here. We left on our 16 hour drive to Dallas to find when we get here they CANCELED our room without calling or notifying us until 4 hours later through email. This was after calling ahead to let them know about our late arrival. They said we dont call to notify of cancelation anymore because it made people mad....welll... hate to break it to you. People get passed off when they drive for 16 hours and dont have a place to stay!
Nice workers, not the nicest rooms but its cheap and alright to stay if your just sleeping there, but the pool was not clean at all, And so many leaves in it, so did not want to swim in it, we had to switch to another room when we got there, because of a broken door and we had to get another office chair out of the office, because the one we had in our room was broken. It was about $70 to $80 a night, not sure if its worth it. I prefer a motel 6 in my opinion.
What an awesome service and stay! I must say the front desk staff Alisha was very kind and sweet checking me in and made sure i was provided with good service. My room was clean , my sheets were clean , bathroom clean. No bed bugs, no roaches, no mold, this is one of the best red roof hotel i ve ever been to. Also want to thank Bobby for assisting me with the tooth pasteas well and welcoming me with breakfast. If i were they managers i would reward them with a day off because they both were working very hard keeping lobby clean and assisting guess and also a raise. Once again this is one of the best hotel and i drove all the way from Del Valle, TX. Thanks again Alisha for hearing my experience at the port aransas stay and providing me with great service.
Way better experience than the red roof in Amarillo. Has carpeting, its supposed to be non smoking but found burn spots in blankets and some burn spots in the carpet near the bathroom and it has a faint smell of smoke when you first enter the room. We didnt mind, it wasnt over powering or anything like that. Very nice stay, comfortable bed. Theres a pool and a grill. Pretty quiet spot. Very busy tho. Check in lady was super sweet. Didnt know about the tipping service for the housekeepers. Thats a new one. Has a apartment sized fridge super cold freezer and fridge for food or whatever. Coffee maker, coffee, coffee cups, iorning board, iron, hangers, luggage rack, complementary soaps to shower or wash hands. Nice tv plenty of lights. Air conditioner was amazing especially after being in the humid heat and come back to a nice cool room. Breakfast in the morning. Has a desk and chair. Lamps have outlets at the base. Theres a microwave and small counter top area with cabinets on the bottom. It had a very stiff chair in the room lol. Water saving toilet. The tub is higher than the floor so getting in was ok but getting out was a bit weird since its a bit of a step down. I enjoyed my stay and slept comfortably Well!
I was disappointed for a few reasons and I have a few pros.- We had a non smoking room that smelled like an ash tray.-breakfest stopped at 9:30am-A sex toy was left in our room near/under the bed.- The cleaning crew wouldnt always come back by after if you had a do not disturb sign up.- The complex had lots of trash and dog poop.-There was a sketchy gentleman that tried to hit on me.- The rooms werent always vaccumed. The good, we complained and got switched to another newer it nicer room but still had issues with the other items.
Check-In is at 2pm, Check-out at 11amDidnt let us know breakfast hours.CONS: The room we had a reservation for wasnt ready, we had to wait an hour. Dont remember an apology for it either. Room titles are also a little misleading, we got a Deluxe double room double bed non smoking, apparently its only one room haha. Also for four guests, I would assume we get four towels, but no.PROS: Allows one well behaved family pet, cable with various programs, has a clean pool, and the AC works.Would I come back? Probably not.I like places that are on or ahead of schedule, thats why my rating is so low.
If you need a full size refrigerator and stove top, basically a kitchenette for extended stays, this hotel does not have them. Ok hotel for business travelers. Not very family-friendly. The continental breakfast is the same thing every day. No variety at all. The location of the hotel is excellent. There are restaurants, stores and fast food steps from the hotel. I have always felt that the Red Roof Inn is a step above Motel 6, but it is still affordable.
This place has a very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are ok at best. But bring your own bathroom towels. I have seen better towels at Dollar General. They are horrible! The water pressure is pathetic. And the breakfast is fruit, a stale bagel, cereal or waffle. The nice part of visiting here is the nice area of Addison/Carrollton and the rooms are quiet. And i do recommend the restuarant next door.
Room was in a great location to a lot of restaurants and fast food places, also the Galleria Mall was like 5 mins away. Room was very spacious got a great deal for 2 adjoining rooms but thought it was a suite with a separated room and sitting area but honestly this was much better. No elevators, only thing didnt appreciate was when we were checking out, the manager or something like that Im assuming sat and waited by the door while we loaded the car cuz it was maybe 20 mins after check out, but we accidentally overslept. But as we were leaving we happened to see some white guys who were packing their cars ( mind you at this time it was close to 40 mins after check out but no one was watching or basically hounding them the way they did us, which made me personally feel some type of way. But the ladies who checked us in were sweethearts.
Recently renovated, and very nice. Amazing location!! So many bars and restaurants in walking distance. Only problem are the full sized beds, instead of queens, in the double rooms. Other than that, great bathrooms, new toilets and cool LG tvs that dim or brighten according to the amount of light in the room - veryy cool.
I stayed at red roof addison for about 10 days and I was impressed with cleanliness and staff ,when I checked in it was a young girl at the counter her name Niptin she offer to help me with my luggage she was very polite, and then was Harry he was polite and willing to help whatever I needed so over all everything was nice.i will com back definitely. Thank you
If I can give this hell hole a 0 stars I would. The young ladies that work there are nice but that manager Casey is the worse person EVER. Hes rude and I wouldnt give that hole a dime of my money EVER again. Before you book with them please reconsider somewhere else. Ive never been to a hotel this bad. RUNNNNNNNNN FAST🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️
Not bad, rooms are clean but I totally diskliked the fact that the sheets were not changed two days in a row after a 5 night stay. And just to be clear, I knew they werent changed because they were all wrinckled and I accidentally spilled food and I knew by the marks on them that they werent changed. I am reporting this as the housekeeping people were kind of rude too.Didnt let us know breakfast hours either. We had to call to be told it was already over. And I called at 9:00 am! Turns out it was from 6am to 9:30am .
So not pleased w experience here. Younger black front desk lady was rude. Fridge did not work so lost $ when my food spoiled. Called for late check out and they said it could be a strict 30min extra only. Most places will give you an hour, especially when their fridge ruined your food. So w late check out at 11:30, house keeping was banging on the door still at 11:01 and at 11:17. At 11:05 a man called from the front desk and literally said, Check out at 11. Are you staying or going? I then informed him I had JUST called down for a late check out and he hung up. Front desk called again before 11:30. I do not know what was said bc I had my partner answer due to being so angry. Spoke w the front desk supervisor upon returning keys. She said the fridge wasnt really their fault because the guests before me hadnt informed them it wasnt working properly! She ignored my comment about housekeeping at the door twice before we were supposed to leave. Will not stay here again. Way too s*tty for the price!
I stayed at the super 8 down the street for what was Initially 2 nights. The room was so poor I had to change reserv. And Hotels. I moved to the RRI the 2nd night, and everything was satisfactory from the check in, and the staff to the cleanliness of the room. Safe area, convenient for food and shopping. Room looked and smelled remarkable.
This is NOT a good place to spend the night. We were given the wrong key and walked in on other ppl at 11 pm!!! The info lady was only mildly apologetic. Then the breakfast is lacking any protein, just unhealthy sugars. The location looks really shady at night and does NOT feel safe.
DO NOT stay at this location. They charge hidden fees for early check in and if you are unwilling to pay that fee they refuse to check you in. These fees are not stated on the website and the staff cannot show you in writing where it states that these fees are applicable. The Manager was also no help, I had to call corporate to complain and ended up not staying at this establishment.Pay the extra to stay somewhere like Sheraton or some other property, you will be thankful you did. Management here are scam artists and their franchise practices should be investigated
Try to Find a room for friend who could not afford it and they refused saying that friend who didn’t have an ID on him could not get a hotel room Despite having the cash on him. Why? Because if he got locked out of his room they said he would need an ID so therefore they would not Let me pay for his room so he could stay there out of the cold. Pretty heartless hotel And management. It was Christmas Eve and they didn’t care. By the way, the Hilton Garden inn had no problems with helping a stranger.
DO NOT STAY HERE! This place has ROACHES They would not refund us are money back after we complained to the front desk they moved us to 3 different rooms with ROACHES! before we said the hell with it and just took it as a loss very Very irritated, disappointed and disgusted 🤦🏾♂️ I would give this zero stars it doesn’t deserve a one star
I was only in Dallas for two days and one night, the trip was pretty last minute. We were able to book a room at the RRI within our budget. The room, staff, and complimentary breakfast went well beyond my expectations! I couldnt be happier with the time I spent here!
I had surgery today to do a trial stimulater for my migraines I got out at 11 am and by 11:30 they had me in our motel room for me to rest!We will be back down in about 2 weeks for the permanent stimulator to be put in and we will stay here again when we are back downRoom was really nice and big
DO NOT STAY HERE.....RED ROOF INN, So let me tell you about this Red Roof MOTEL in Addison, TX. So new management comes in ask you to take down your reviews and promises to refund your money and never does. This place allow dogs and they will bark all night and keep you up. Also allow dogs to poop all over the place and not pick it up. Management is poor, rooms poor, take your money and spend it on the other motels like motel 6 or best value. DONT STAY HERE.......
We were not informed about the combined doors in the rooms! You could clearly here the people in the next room. We had to keep quiet most of the time, even whisper! We regret spending money here! If you do not mind having to keep your conversation heard by strangers and dont mind your privacy public then this place is for you! Horrible!!!
Everything s is updated breakfast was really good! Omg those sausages ! Yumi! Rimpal and Curtis were really nice!! I love staying in Quality ins they do offer what they advertise! Not like those morons motel 6 false advertisement!=] i wish can be here forever!! Addison is a good area!.Five stars to this hotel!.
I want to advice to all people about this stupid place, first their AC that they have is nasty, all time bed and sofa and carpet floor is sticky because there is a lot of humidity due the kind of AC that they have. Its impossible to sleep feels like you have 10 humidifiers working at the same time.
Was originally going to stay at the HomeTown Suites but they tried to scam me so came here and they said HomeTown suites cant do what they tried to pull but they had a pool here and a smoker bbq area, laundry room on site and Wi-Fi, non-smoking and smoking rooms, near local shops, and on the bus stop area
Lost my wallet..... I.D., credit card, etc... . Do to a person trying to run of with my bag soon As I get of greyhound. Oh, broke my toe in the process. Tried to check in groom my reservation at Arlington red roof. But that managed wanted nothing to do with me. Called all around to see which red roof would help. No one but Addison Red Roof would help a Brotha ✊ out. Didnt know if it would workout or not but took a chance and spent my last on a😟😓 Lyft from Arlington to Addison😥. I loved them as soon as I walked through the door.😍 Addisons Red Roof I truly recommend. Nicest Red Roof Ive been to since Ive started the Rewards Points. Staff is wonderful, rooms outta wonderful, the scenery is wonderful. Next to an abundance of food. 🤓😎☻🤠🥞🍗🥓🍔🍟🍕🌭🌮🥙🍳🥗🍝🍿🍤🍦🍩🎂🍾🍺🍻🥂🍹🍸🍷🥃 Lol. Very good place!
I wouldnt even give this hotel one star we had a lady named kristen help us which totally was pushing us to get a room somewhere else and forgot to tell us the suites were under maintenance and Conned us into paying for a room then denied us any kind of help this is completely wrong and I will be seeking help from higher up managment cause this is not right and down right criminal
Its horrible there rude to you especially when you ask for stuff the watch you like a hawk the maids come way early in the morning the pool is always dirty never no clean towels down there like it says the hot tub dont work and their breakfast is horrible its mostly just family here and the family have way better rooms that you will never get not only that if you look under the bed you will find dirty condoms socks all different types of nasty unhealthy stuff is disgusting the maids when they clean it takes them 5 mins they dont do a very good job and when they do come to clean your room its like they have an attitude and dont want to do it i would not recomend this place to anyone its trash

2022-04-04Positive: A perfectly decent hotel for what you pay for. A bunch of reviews were complaining about ¿the homeless problem¿, everyone kept to themselves and didn¿t bother anyone. Stop judging people. Negative: I will say, the outdoors sounds carried A LOT. So if anyone was having a conversation outside near your room, you heard everything. If you want absolutely minimal noise, it¿s not a quiet hotel experience here.

2022-05-21Every review that you read on here is most likely 100% true. I just checked in and the room smells like pee, bedding is dirty I can guarantee all they did was remake the bed for the next guest. The ac keeps turning off and I was offered new sheets instead of them coming in and cleaning the room, ridiculous. I guess no one really believes in good customer service anymore. If I could give them a 0 I would have!

2022-06-13Booked and paid for a room on Hotels.ComI paid for the room in full, but upon arrival I was told that there would be a $50 deposit. Which I did not plan for and didnt have. Hotels.com didnt convey this very during the booking process. And write wouldnt you know. The booking is NON-TRSNSFERABLE AND WAS NON-REFUNDABLE !! so I payed for a room that I was not allowed to stay in. If I can pay for the room through them, why could they not charge the deposit as well and make certain that the deposit is understood & acknowledged by the customer BEFORE taking the NON REFUNDABLE payment. The hotel should have offered to make this work out for their customer instead of just acting like that could care less and had no moral qualms about taking my money that they did nothing to earn. It could of been a nice stay. Ill never know because I will never make the mistake of booking here again. Why would I get a confirmation from them saying I was paid in full and ready to check in if that were not the case.

2022-04-18Positive: The star level was exaggerated. Advertised Pool amenity not open. Surprised with required $50 deposit at check in. Never stay there for any price. Negative: WiFi not accessible on my laptop, reported to desk, had no concern or explanation. Cable tv had generic remote. No guide indicated. Useless Amenity. Iron broken, leaked water. Coffee maker reservoir had slime in it, never washed w/soap.

2022-03-06First and last time at this place seems like this is where the riff raff come to hang out at night, loud music in the parking lot from cars people hanging out smoking all hours of the night supposed to be a non smoking floor but I smell cigarette smoke in my room because people are smoking in their rooms and it’s coming through the vents. Called office because people were in front of my door at 130 am talking laughing etc and they told me there was nothing they could do because that’s a common area. I guess you get what you pay for such a shame because the surrounding area is nice

2022-02-17DO NOT STAY HERE!! Very loud guests at all hours of the night. If youre traveling and looking to get a good nights rest, this is not the place for you. Also, I booked online and still had to pay a $50 deposit when I checked in. WiFi sucks!! Stayed here 2 days and the WiFi only worked for one day. When I called the front desk, they were very rude and acted like they didnt care. TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAY!!

2022-03-10This is the place to go when you want a nice, big, clean room at an affordable price. The staff are friendly and the night manager was awesome. I have stayed at quite a few hotels in the Addison area but this one is by far the best.

2022-06-17AWFUL. Rooms smelled like weed even though they say the rooms are 100% smoke free. The only good thing was the desk girl who was VERY POLITE and did not give me any gruff when I asked for my refund when I left after looking at 3 diffrent rooms that hopefully didnt smell, but they all did.

2022-03-28Positive: Location close to everything Negative: This is a ¿smoke free¿ hotel in theory not on practice, the rooms reek of marihuana and cigarette smell, the noises at ALL TIMES of the day coming from everywhere, the bed sheets are older than Muhammad himself. This wasn¿t a good experience at
