Chloe made buying a home as an out of town first time home buyer amazingly easy! She was quick, responsive, helpful, and fun to boot. In looking to purchase our first home, we didnt know what we needed to do, so we just went to tons of open houses and met many realtors to get an idea of what we wanted. In meeting Chloe for the first time at an open house, me and my wife knew that we would love to work with Chloe when we decided to get serious about buying a house. She was friendly, chipper, and genuinely interested in our wants/needs.Chloe was awesome in keeping in touch. She would send houses that matched what we were looking for, was always open to show us a house we were interested in, and when we found a house that met most of our wants she jumped into action and our offer was accepted the same day! Purchasing our first home was intense as we didnt know all that needed to be done or how to handle it all. Chloe told us what, how, and when things needed to be done during the closing. Amy has seriously been the biggest blessing in mine and my husbands life the past few months. She helped us sell our house in Clyde (we closed yesterday). Throughout the whole process, she was super informative, answered every single question we had no matter how stupid it was, & kept us up to date on every single thing going on. I’m pretty sure we talked to Amy pretty much everyday. She was super organized & always had everything put together nicely. When we were thinking about renting, we were having a hard time finding something that we liked & would accept our pets, so when we decided buying was going to be our best option, we knew we wanted to work with Amy again. I told her what we were wanting/needing for our family of four & she kept all of that in mind when suggesting houses. Brandi and her entire team were most helpful with our recent purchase of a home. We are relocating from North Carolina, so shopping for, and purchasing a home that is nearly 1400 miles away from our present home has many challenges in itself. We first came in contact with the Brandi Smith Team when we emailed Cloe to complain about a listing online saying it had 26 pictures but it was the same three pictures. After that Cloe did her best to help us find a house and was very understanding when I told her we were going to stop looking due to an out of state job offer. When that fell through we called Cloe and she showed us a house that we loved but wasnt quite right she then had to leave so Amy Wolf helped us and she was simply amazing! She found us several houses that we liked but then she found the one lol. Every step of the way Amy has explained and given suggestions and made our first home buying smooth and spectacular. We had been searching for our dream home for months and making offers which werent being accepted but when we met Christine, we knew immediately we had found the right realtor to represent and guide us. Chritine took time to answer all our questions and advised us on how to proceed with the process. She is quick to respond to calls, texts and emails and very knowledgeable. She put our needs first and was always available for us. She is very patient and a great person to work with. I believe she sincerely wanted to help us find the perfect home and she accomplished just that! Christine walked beside us through the whole process and her insights helped us both feel comfortable and confident in our choices. She was always very accommodating in working around our schedules to set up viewings and was quick to respond anytime I reached out to her. Being first home buyers we really thought the process would be stressful, but they were always very helpful in making the process stress free. They always were very fast to respond and always made sure we understood everything going on. Our realtor, Whitney Richardson, was always so flexible with meeting up with us as soon as she could to show us different places. She always made her self available for showings, and was very quick with setting up times. She is very knowledgeable about the process and always shows her support. If we ever had questions she was very quick to respond no matter the time of day. I would highly recommend this team to help with the home buying process!

2021-07-30Kandi Wood was our realtor last June. We were moving from the panhandle to the Abilene area, and needed to buy a home. Kandi quickly responded to all of our questions and made herself available whenever we needed something. The main thing that I really appreciated about Kandi was that she knew her stuff. Mainly, she could look at a home and point out structural issues or other potential problems. So, she wasn’t just interested in making a quick sale, she really wanted to make sure she was helping us buy the best home for our needs. Another aspect I appreciated was that she was easygoing, and there were absolutely no high-pressure tactics. If you’re looking for a dependable realtor who will work hard for you and knows her stuff, Kandi is that person. I highly recommend her.

I tried to sell it myself 🤬. Then we were lucky enough to get hooked up with these wonderful people. Our house went on the market with them on a Tuesday and we were under contract by Friday.
