This is a terrible company. They go up in price often but give less services. I was going to cancel my account. They want to charge me $50 just to pickup the garbage can that they make you have so you have to pay a monthly charge. I Asked if I could keep the service for now and was told I’d have to have a whole new account. Just another way for them to take money. Save yourself some money and find a different company.

Their service has been good. No complaints there. They have been ripping us off though. The only option they gave us was very close to $100 per month. I contacted Piney Woods Sanitation, and they only charge $75 for THREE months!!! When I decided to cancel Republic Services, they charged me $50 just to close my account! I am so glad to not be using them anymore. I will be telling all of my neighbors to switch ASAP to save a ton of money. We will be saving $900 per year. We will be paying 25% of the price. Seriously, I feel like Ive been robbed. Dont use them. Just dont.

As of today I cut ties with Republic Services. This has been a aggravating experience to say the least. Ive had the service for two months and pick up was on time which was great. The problem comes into play when I get my first bill. It was about $200 more than it should have been. Come to find out they had charged me $80 per can to drop off the cans to start service. Hell I could go buy my own cabs for that price!!! They were also over charging me for the service in general. Ill happily haul my own trash to the dumpster 5 minutes down the road rather than pay these crooks an absurd amount to drop off my cans not 10 miles from their facility.

They took over Progressive waste services out of kountze and it has been a nightmare getting our trash picked up ever sense. First time it took them a MONTH to pick up our trash and this time its been 2 WEEKS! My neighbors and I have called multiple times in a week and never get service. Before our trash was picked up every Friday and now its when its convenient for them. Horrible business

This company is horrible. First they were picking up trash only on Tuesday then one Tuesday they did not pick up my trash so I called and the lady argued with me that they pick up on Friday. So I said whatever and started putting trash out on Friday. They were picking it up regularly for a bit and now again they have not picked up my trash. They have terrible customer service and it seems like they just pick up trash when it is convenient for them. I will be finding a different company to use. Do yourself a favor and dont use these people if you actually want your garbage picked up.

Ive been trying to get this service for weeks at my new house in Bevil oaks, and haven’t gotten any response and my trash has been piling up. We have no other options for trash services other than this one. Would like if they were responsive.
