The agent Reagan was unprofessional airhead at best. She was tending to many personal items and not listening to us when speaking to her. She literally stated turning on/off oxygen equipment is like driving a car. She is possibly dyslexic as well as she was giving the instructions exactly backwards. A YouTube video was more simple and informative than her. This company has now sent me an email stating they were going to take an automated payment on 10/6/21 fir oxygen equipment thats already been returned within the 30 day window. This is unacceptable. Additionally; I had to give my payment information to secure the equipment prior to leaving the hospital. I received multiple calls for that same information that was already on file. I had wait on hold for over an hour to get this resolved.
I have been on the phone every day this week from Tuesday-Friday and I have not had anyone answer the line. I have been in the queue as caller number 6 for over an hour! The call got disconnected and I call immediately back...now I am caller 10! How am I supposed to get through today to get oxygen refills that I needed for my loved one on MONDAY! I am a nurse and this is UNACCEPTABLE! This is NOT how good customer service is supposed to be. Oxygen is vital... lets see how long it would take for an employee to answer the phone if it was them, or their loved one that couldnt breathe! I Ironically the name Rhema is the biblical meaning of Gods Word spoke to you...so... is their poor customer service Gods way of saying to get services from another company? This is a travesty!
I was extremely satisfied with Rhema. We have dealt with several medical places in the past and they were terrible. These people took extremely good care of us. They got us in fast and had our equipment ready immediately. Which is fantastic with all the shortages due to the recalls. Rhema you will be taking care of all my products from now on.
I’m no longer using the machine and I’m asking them to come pick it up but they want a Dr to verify and will not come pickup these machines. Verify what? This was a temp need from an ER situation, plus, I’m paying I should be able to decide if I want to keep it or not. These people have no common sense and no heart. All they want is $$$. After battling for 2 months I had to drop the machines at their location. No Customer service, their hospitality when somewhere else.
Phyllis, Brenda, Jessica and the gang there are phenomenal, wish I could give them 10 STARS !!!! Phyllis immediately addressed an important need that I had and solved it in record time. Brenda, like Phyllis, really cares and both teaches and fully explains everything about your equipment and how to best use it. Jessica greets you upon arrival with a caring smile and makes sure you are totally taken care of while you are there. Cant say enough good things about the true professionals at the Rhema Fort Worth location on Camp Bowie West Blvd . . .
Trying to get them to pick up my oxygen equipment was a nightmare. I called several times, staying on hold 30 minutes to an hour before giving up, hanging up and telling myself Id call later. After reaching them they told me it would be 6 to 8 weeks before they could pick up though they called me while lm still hospitalized telling me they were at my door to deliver my oxygen. Terrible customer service
We were working with another oxygen provider for over a month to get my dad portable oxygen and were having extreme difficulties. We couldnt figure out why there was a delay and were running in circles. After speaking with Lara Baughman at Rhema, I now feel confident we will finally get the portable oxygen machine. She worked with me and the doctors office after thereto clear up the confusion. Lara even conferenced in the doctors office to avoid the back and forth. She clearly explained what documentation was required, which items were still missing, and informed me of the next steps. When she told me she would provide an update she actually did! I recommend Rhema and certainly Lara Baughman. They are lucky to have her.
If I can just don’t give this business any star, I will. They’re horrible in service. You call them, they will not answer the phone. You go to the office in Camp Bowie, nobody seems to knows your case. You tell them what’s going on, they will let you wait for hours until they figure out what’s going on. Trying to get a cpap that Medicare already pay for, its a night mare. Try to get a supply for Nebulizer , it’s only the cup for Nebulizer , they will give you a hard time. they don’t know what they’re doing. If you have a chance just go somewhere else. Don’t ever go to this Rhema Medical. It’s a nightmare and instead of you getting better, you will get worse because of their poor service and might have a heart attack because of high blood pressure from dealing with them. I’m not sure why they’re still in business.
They are horrible to get in touch with. I called one day and waited on hold for an hour. Only to be told another manager would need to call me to schedule pickup of the equipment. Here I am a week later, no call, or contact. Waiting online again, I am 14 in line. Last week waiting over an hour, I was 8th in line!Shame as there are people out there in more need of this than me.
If I could give no stars I would!!! Just stating the facts, my Mother passed away on Nov 14th. We called to have the Equipment picked up the following week. We have now been told 4 times that they have to cancel and reschedule. The last rescheduled pickup, no show, no call! We now have to go take it back, which is a huge inconvenience because their hours are Monday - Friday 9-4 to the public! Horrible Customer Service!!!!! Their are better places to rent Medical Equipment from!
Sketchy, fraudulent practices. We dropped off an oxygen concentrator at the end of January, confirmed drop off a week later and they continued to bill insurance for months. On top of us paying at the drop off because they claimed there was a high deductible plan (there wasnt). I also found out that when the payment was made during drop off they saved the card to the account and set it up for automatic billing. Watch your insurance and call the fraud line if you see inappropriate billing.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, including AT&T. They cannot find the order for my 92 year old mother who is legally blind and needs an oxygen machine. Then they find it and have the wrong phone number on it to let me know delivery time. Nobody calls. When I call back, they can’t find the order again. How do they stay in business?
For the first replacement tanks for my mom I apoke to 3 different people. One to set the order...another because I called back with a question and another when I picked up the tankes. All three were very polite and helpful. I appreciate the time they took to help us through the uncertainty.
Call them to get my mother’s empty tanks & bring refills to our home - the customer representive said delivery won’t be around until December. It is October - what company is this? Need work on delivery better & better compassion/empathy with customer Representives as well. and last time , I had a person at the home - he was geninuely rude & pushy - I want to sock him for rude demeanor.
I was assured that I wouldnt have to pay a penny until a month had passed, yet they took the money right after signing up.We were also told that theyd deliver oxygen tanks whenever we asked for them, only to be told (on a Wednesday) that our zip code was only serviced on Tuesdays.Only a few days in, and already I am thinking that Harris Methodist hospital needs to kick these people out before they get tarnished by their presence.
I just called trying to buy a CPAP machine from them. I am a private payer and they said they do not sell to anyone that does not have insurance. I have a prescription with my sleep study but they sill refused to sell me anything. Oddly enough I will just have to go on-line to buy what I need instead of buying locally at a brick-and-mortar store. I am not sure what scam these people have going on, but I would advise to steer clear of them and just shop for your CPAP machines and supplies on-line
This place is awful. The rep was rude in the hospital, provided to heavy tank for a person who just had open heart surgery. The company refused to come fill my portable oxygen told me to come and get it. Trying to cancel service and get them to pickup their equipment is a nightmare. Use any business but this one...no help from them they act as though they don’t care if you live or die from their actions.
Do not use this company! They care only about one thing money money money! They could care less about the customer and their needs. Do not work or trust Steven, they will only give what they want and to hell with ya after that! Again they are into caring for people just show me the money.
There should be a ZERO stars rating. Absolutely horrible incompetent company. Dr ordered a wheelchair end of September, they’ve screwed up every aspect, I’ve made countless calls, they finally delivered one last night and it’s damaged, and not just a ding, it’s damaged to the point that it is unusable.
Absolutely horrible. Worse customer service ever. Would never deliver oxygen for our father... they don’t answer the phone, sales rep is horrible as well.. would have to go pick up oxygen and they would not have what we needed... thankfully our new company knows their stuff and actually likes their job...
I WORK WITH A DOCTORS OFFICE AND THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY FOR MEDICAL SUPPLIES. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY. THEY ARE HORRIBLE AT COMMUNICATION AND MORE OFTEN THAN NOT THEY USE THE PATIENT AS A MIDDLE MAN INSTEAD OF CONTACTING THE DOCTORS OFFICE DIRECTLY. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, UNLESS YOU WANT TO DIE WANTING ON YOUR OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR

2022-07-28I called and made a payment in February of 2022, also told them to come get the equipment as I hadnt used it in a month. They said theyd have to call the prescribing doctor to get authorization, then would call me back. I never got a call back. I attempted to call them almost monthly, never got a response, also never received any bills. Then finally got a rep on the phone who said there was no record of me having an account or equipment.Fast forward to this week, July 2022, we get a call from a guy saying hes on the way to our place for Ft. Worth to pick up the equipment. We told him we live in Nashville as of June...he said hed call his manager and call us back...4 days later, no call, but we get a bill for a month.

2022-07-15Absolutely the worst billing department ever. No help from customer service. Threaten to confiscate equipment. Lied to me in writing, stating that my insurance company provider denied coverage, when in fact Rhema had never submitted 3 months of charges. After 4 months, at my repeated requests, Rhema did finally submit charges after they had turned my account over to a collection agency. I suppose it easier to turn it over to a collection agency than it is to do your darn job! Insurance paid accordingly. Now 4 more months of charges have accumulated and Rhema still is not submitting claims. Rude customer service. We will be changing oxygen providers ASAP!Update: Rhema still not submitting last 7 months of charges to my insurance. I regularly check with Insurance and nothing has been submitted, nor have I been billed. However I have called Rhema monthly and was told that they will submit charges, but so far all Ive gotten from Rhema is another threatening letter of confiscating my wifes life sustaining oxygen equipment. I have over 20 hours, plus of phone hold time, letter writing, email sending, time invested in this sorry excuse of a business. I have reported them to the Texas Department of Insurance and the Texas Attorney Generals office. Its funny, the first year we were with Rhema, the billing and insurance submissions went like clockwork. Nothing changed on our end but something must have happened on Rhemas end.

2022-06-10As a brand new user of oxygen, my husband and I were not at all knowledgeable and every contact we have had with this company has been polite, patient, willing to explain an even demonstrate how to use equipment. With several miscommunications with doctors and hospital and other providers, Rhemar has been the shining, bright spot in our week. Thanks

2022-03-03If I could give less stars I would. This company is almost impossible to get a hold of. You call them on the phone and wait on hold FOREVER. If you opt to save your place in line & receive a call back they wait until the office is closed and have the call center call you back just to tell you that you need to call back the next day. If you go up to their office, they hide behind closed doors and windows. They need to train these people how to bill Medicare & other insurance agencies. Also definitely need training in customer service. Need procedures laid out for all to follow. Management should be fired and get some people that know whats going on in there.

2022-01-07Im giving Michelle Thibadeau 5 stars not Rhema Medical. After contacting my doctor and speaking with 4-5 people at Rhema I wasnt able to get the help I needed. There are multiple business names and numbers, one not even a working number. This was all so confusing. I went back and forth with 4-5 people for weeks to try and find the status of getting my bipap. Until Michelle started helping me I was getting no where. She continued to follow up with me and even on the final call to make sure I had been taken care of. This was critical to me because I was falling asleep all the time even while driving. She was very modest and said a thank you was not needed but after I insisted she gave me the link to make a compliment. She was a very understanding person and you are lucky to have her on your staff. Thanks again Michelle.

2021-10-18First, Carlos delivered our first order to us at Harris Downtown on 10/9/2021. He was very courteous and extremely helpful, as this was our first experience with oxygen usage. He explained how the permanent machine and portable tank worked. He did not leave until I was comfortable and even offered his cellphone number, in case I had questions.Second, on 10/15/21 I called and talked to Susan, who advised me how to order additional portable tanks. I followed her directions by emailing the evening of 10/15/2021 and a response confirming my request was received on 10/16/2021. I call that service!

2022-03-14Use as a last resort. Please read through all these reviews before making the mistake I did and trying Rhema. There are much better medical device companies out there, especially here in Fort Worth. Unfortunately I tried Rhema without reading the reviews and making a more informed decision. Please shop around and go here as a last resort!!The staff is nice, friendly, and professional. I blame poor management/leadership because the overall business is terrible.Hold times are terrible. If you need customer service over the phone, good luck. I have never experienced gettin in touch with anyone in less than 32 minutes. Expect a long wait at the door as well. It seems that they are understaffed and probably underpaid with customer service being as terrible as it is. Beware their partners as well. I was completely misled by the CPAP description that was given to me over the phone by Rotech or Sleep Central.

2022-04-26Anyone have any suggestions for the best place to use for CPAP supplies. Looks like Rhema is not an option. I am currently using X-MED and they are terrible as well. XMed would be fine if their billing department could be fixed.

2022-01-24I tried for over a month to establish an account with Rhema Medical for my CPAP equipment. My physician faxed the required prescription information to them several times as well as attempting to contact them by phone. I to have contacted them by phone numerous times an have will been unable to resolve this issue. I would suggest looking elsewhere to anyone looking for a CPAP equipment provider. This place is a joke!
