I am very disappointed in this company because my husband and I have been trying to reach out to you guys because our home has badly messed up garage door, front door, and back door. The paint job was badly done and we are reaching out to the supervisor and no response from him at all to get us a painter that was supposed to come back because he had “a machine at home that could fix it” was what he told us more than a month ago and that he would come Saturday after he would have access to the machine. The supervisor does not answer phone calls or texts anymore because I know he is completely aware of who is calling now. I want all my doors fixed and painted correctly. I am still under warranty for the house it’s been 2 months after closing and we have 1 year warranty. I have seen the painter that came to my home “to fix” the paint job multiple times working on the house next to mine and he sees me and just stares at me because he darn knows who I am and what he promised he would do and never did. He even lied to my husband and I about saying he worked in Elgin and was stuck in traffic for 8 hours with no way out. When in reality he was working in the house next to ours. Of course we didn’t but his made up story but whatever. I want my house fixed. Who can I contact for this to have someone fix this ongoing issue. Thank you.

We are blessed/thrilled we purchased our home prior to the real estate exploding like crazy. When we decided to purchase our home with DR Horton at Rivers Bend at pecan Park we had previously met with numerous builders and our DR Horton agent was like none other. Danielle was extremely genuine and sincere as you could tell her kindness was real to help our family and household with our crazy busy lifestyle. Danielle is a rare sales agent to find in the world we currently live in. She was very responsive, reliable and patient with our large household and them wanting to always visit the homes on the weekend she was always there with her welcoming and happy energy and personality even if she was swamped the hospitality was always there! She continues to be the busiest, as we can now see her from our window always on the go with a crew of people following her, as we take bets on how many people she manages to see. Her work ethic is undeniable, as we dont know what all her job entails, but see her in the model after we know it has closed doing late evenings and nights! Props to her true dedication! Jesse with DHI was just as patient and amazing! Not to mention The builder Matthew showed similar sincerity that we were happy with everything after our final walk. We can’t Thank you enough Danielle you were a huge part of making this all happen we truly appreciate you! So much that we shared all the great news with our family and believe it or not now my ALL my siblings are currently building at Pecan Park ! And have the pleasure of working with Danielle we love her ! And we can not wait to all be near by!
