Robert Wink went above and beyond to help my wifes family real estate problem.. He was willing to go out of his way to take pictures of property that was hours away from where he was. He is very knowledgeable in Texas real estate and answered all our questions. Me and my family highly recommend Robert Wink.

Once youve met Robert Wink, youll meet a new friend. I got out of the military in 2014. I knew Robert Wink through a mutual friend of mine and met him in Washington D.C. in 2016. Our common interest was owning businesses and growing them. We continued to communicate about business weekly. Robert told me that he had his Realtor License and I told him I was in the market for a new home in 2022.I live in Virginia and he lives in Texas and I was curious if he could sell me a home in Virginia. He told me he could not, but could do the research of private home builders and community develop homes (new construction). He researched multiple areas and then I told him I was ready to pull the trigger and purchase my new home. That is when he recommended a few realtors within the area. That I should hold interviews and see who would advocate on my behalf. Being a new build, the contract is usually already written by the builder/developer. He wanted to make sure that I was not going with a Realtor that was collecting a check.I would like to highlight Robertss plethora of knowledge of real estate. He has integrity, is an effective communicator, good listener, and understands the needs of families looking to purchase/sell their homes. In addition, he has helped his clients move in after closing, he connects his clients with business leaders, and even provides drone services. He does it all. Robert has your familys best interest. Roberts believes in relationships, not transactions. I highly recommend Robert regardless if you are in the state of Texas or outside. He will look out for your best interest.

Robert Wink has been working with me on my commercial property in Dallas, TX and is a consummate professional. I have not listed my commercial property as of yet due to a dispute with a prior business partner, and an adjacent property has impacted the sale value of my property.Robert has been very diligent in working with me and my attorney to resolve these issues. I bought a house in South Carolina. My brother, who wasnt my realtor, recommend that the seller put a home warranty since my house was built in 1986. Thank God I listened him. I have saved thousands alone with in the first year on repairs. Thanks Robert for the advice.

Robert has helped me for the last few years with fighting my county property taxes.He got me the comps for my area and walked me around my home, showing me what to look in fighting my property tax. It has been successful every year in keeping my tax bill reduced.He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate tax code and when I sell my home, I will be using him as my Realtor.

Robert has been an awesome resource during our house hunting process. He took the time to get to know my husband and I as people and tailored the listings he sent us to our wishlist while taking the time to further hone his recommendations as he got to know us better. He was incredibly responsive throughout the whole process, and if he didnt know the answer to one of our questions, he would do research and reach out to other contacts until he was able to provide a satisfactory answer. He advocated for us throughout every step of our home buying process. I would work with him again in a heartbeat.

I served with Robert in the military but most recently have been helped by him in pursuit of our home. Robert goes the extra mile to answer questions and is the best of the best when it comes to Real Estate. I’d give more stars if I could. I served with Robert in Iraq and this review is to speak about his effectiveness as a person and leader. Wink as I referred to him in the Army was on point with; knowledge and responsibilities whatever it was. I knew him as a square away NCO who made sure his six and twelve were covered to insure the success of his team. That being said, I know that Robert as an agent will do his best for you if he’s hired. All the best my friend, maybe we’ll catch up sometime in the future and don’t get all melancholic on me— my words are the reflection of what I saw 16 years ago.
