I have taken 2 of my babies here , both for grooming and hotel. The staff is amazing; they were able to send me pictures and update me with everything. Grooming was great as well, a little mishap, but was only because of miscommunication, the staff was able to fix the problem right away. I definitely recommend taking your babies here.
Family vacation on a cruise ment my buddy Nick (schnauzer) was not going with us He is too old to leave with family and has diabetes and special diet.Nick has been with me for 13yrs always has my back so I was worried leaving him anyware, Gus one of the owners of Rokos Has experience working in the medical field and understands all the ups and downs associated with my dogs special need. I felt more at ease leaving him there knowing He is in the best care possible. When I returned Nick was very happy wagging his tail and looks like he enjoyed his stay, So I give Rokos a thumb up. The staff was friendly and made friends quickly with Nick Thank you I had a great vacation.
We had been looking for a groomer for a bit because we have 3 large German Shepard dogs, Rokos was my husbands choice and we are both extremely happy with the results of the 2 dogs (lili and lia) we took in. They both look great and smell wonderful. We will be booking an appointment for our 3rd dog. We will continue to take our dogs to Rokos, theyre super nice and call you for any questions they might have before starting service on your dog. Best place so far!!

The only place my girl feels comfortable. Anywhere else (petco) she comes out so afraid! She gets treated like a doggy princess they know her and she always comes out with a new bandana or bow and comes out smelling great! She also doesnt shed for many days after which is always a plus.

Irasema worked nothing less than magic for my dog. She asked me what kind of cut I wanted, and I told her to surprise me. She gave him back to me with a poodle cut and his forehead and tip of his tail died blue! She totally surprised me, and I LOVE it! I now see his white fur as a potential canvas, and I look forward to many future colors! He is the rockstar of the neighborhood and loves the attention too! THANK YOU, IRA!!!
My babies Cowboy and Boots love coming here they always leave them extra loved. Boots is very skittish the more I take her she gets accustom to them. She actually allows them to paint her nails.

My first time having my dog groomed here was a wonderful experience! Taylor Gonzalez is an amazing groomer and took great care of my dog Opal. In the past I have groomed Opal myself because some groomers have been so rough with my dog or the haircuts would be patchy. But Taylor exceeded my expectations! Opals haircut is exactly what I wanted. She handles animals with such kindness and attention to detail. I will def be back! Opal is feeling great and looking great! What more could you ask for??
I absolutely love Rokos grooming, they are one of the best groomers I have ever taken my pup to. My corgi always looks like the most handsome gentleman at pick up. Having a corgi they are very hyper but they handle him beautifully with lots of love. We have been loyal to them for almost two years and will continue to only bring our boy here.
Such a great location! The staff are incredibly welcoming and thoughtful of all questions. The decor is perfect and the location is so clean. The animals coming in and out for grooming look so happy to be there which means theyre well cared for. Love this place and will maintain them as my dogs groomers!
During a trip in May 2021 I boarded my German Shepherd here and I had her groomed for pickup day. When I picked her up she appeared to have enjoyed her stay. I will be using their boarding services for future trips, highly recommend. Furthermore, they did an amazing job grooming her, she looked like a new dog.
We have been taking our American Akita since he was 4 months old. Bruce loves coming here, he wags his tail as we pull up, and is ready to be pampered when they take him back. They have great customer service, everyone is so friendly and they always make us feel special. His coat is so soft and he smells great for weeks!!! We love Rokos and are always satisfied with their results, they never disappoint. We highly recommend them!

Love Rokos!! I take my dog once a month to get groomed and they are always so attentive with him. My dog gets excited when he knows we are at Rokos. If you want some peace of mind that your pet will be in good hands this is your place!
Outstanding service and people. Been taking my dogs to have them groomed and even boarded since they opened the owners are friendly and extremely professional. Not once have they disappointed. My German Shepherds are excited to go each and every time I have no worries about dropping them off and leaving them regardless if its for the day or week. Best part is when I pick them up they look great.
I started coming here before it became Rokos. The woman who owns the business now always groomed my dogs before and now that she owns it i couldn’t be more happy. She has always taken the best care of my dogs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’m constantly recommended and referring people. Everyone here goes above and beyond to make sure the best service and treatment is done for your dogs.

I have three large dogs and they took such great care of all of them! I called and they were able to fit me in the same day which was amazing considering how hectic my schedule is. I have been looking to switch groomers for some time now, and Ive definitely found my new go-to groomer. You can also tell they are genuine animal lovers. Great place overall!

Very nice people working here, place is clean and kept for, you can tell the people working here really love animals. We took our dog in for his first haircut and bath and we loved it! Pricing is affordable and our pup looks cute and we even got to observe the groomers through a little window. Our dog seemed very calm and at ease! Will definitely be back!
Outstanding service, and quality work. These people know exactly what they are doing. They are very confident of themselves, giving me the confidence to drop my baby off. Not only did I feel safer dropping off Rocky, but the after look was amazing. He came it with a huge smile and wanting to play. This is how I know they were gentle with him and took care of him. If you want, quality work, good service, and flexibility with your schedule. This is the place to go. I personally found Rockys personal groomer !
Max yeti and myself love it here! The groomers know us and we know them and I feel like my dogs are always in good hands when I drop them off! They are always very timely and informative. The themed and seasonal scarfs are an added bonus to the great customer service! They have a great rewards program as well.

I am beyond thankful and happy with ROKOs Grooming. I have a senior (14yr old Shih-Tzu) who requires a bit more attention and carino than he did in his younger years and the staff here went above and beyond to ensure my Tobys comfort was a priority. With his age, heart condition, and a bit of separation anxiety, he needed someone to make him feel safe and loved, and he received that at Rokos. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the owner / groomer, experienced and kind! Since he was a pup, his groom was done by a friend, who is no longer in the area, so it was imperative to me that I find a new home away from home for him and I found it here at Rokos.BIG THANK YOU to the staff at Rokos Grooming & Hotel. You are appreciated beyond words. Toby and I thank you. ;o)
Couldn’t be happier with their boarding and grooming service. I dropped off my puppers for the weekend and she was noticeably well taken care of when I arrived to pick her up. Prices are very reasonable (especially considering my dog is ~50 lb) and the staff were all so helpful and kind. I won’t hesitate to return next time we go on vacation!
I have a pomapoo and I wanted a very clean cut in Aveline. I was expecting the standard rate but once I called to confirm they understood my wants for the haircut I was taken aback by the pricing. The standard rate I was fine with but there was an additional $15.00 charge. I had been texting I assume was the owner and instead of being like “These are the prices, take it or leave—the explained the why.” I had already had her picked up but because of their professionalism I had her brought back and cut. They did an amazing job and were worth the price quoted. I will use them again, my sister picked up my very happy and beautiful Pomapoo! I really appreciate that they didn’t lose patience with me, I just had major spine surgery, and they took the time to explain the $15.00 charge on top of doing a fantastic job.
The Owner was extremely nice, and I particulary enjoyed how safe they made me feel while they had my dog. It always smells good in there, and the employees treat the customers with utmost respect and importance, ensuring that everything is accommodated for when taking care of all the dogs separate needs. I would definitely recommend them to another person!
Love them! It’s a small dog hotel and that’s the best part about it! They give one on one time and take the time to learn the dogs personality. They love dogs and it shows! I had a last minute change of schedule when out of town and had to add an additional 2 nights and had no problems! Such a great place and highly recommend them!
We have 4 dogs; Toby (10), Diego (8), Chiquita (4), and Cooper (2). All of them have been cared for by Rokos at some point, whether it be by grooming or boarding, and all of them are ALWAYS treated with prestige.The staff at Rokos always treat us as first class and make us feel like were part of the family. Recently, we had a family emergency and needed last minute boarding for Toby and Cooper. Not only did Rokos come through for us, they worked with us for scheduling (as usual) since there were many unknowns given our emergent situation.We have come to find Rokos extremely reliable and have become our new go-to for our pets grooming and boarding needs. We look forward to watching them grow!
We and our furbaby LOVE ROKO’S this is our go to grooming spot. They deliver excellence every single visit and the owners are so knowledgeable about dog breeds and their temperament. Before my Morkiepoo, I use to bring a Jack Russell Terrier mix in for grooming. I use to bring him to Petsmart and every groomer complained about him and he never came home smelling fresh. I started bringing him to Roko’s and not only did they say he was on good behavior, he smelled WONDERFUL for days! We had begun to believe that he had some kind of skin condition that made him habitually stinky. Ultimately we placed him with a family that had more room for him to run and roam, but I already knew that Roko’s would be our grooming spot for our next pup.

Needed a last minute hair cut for Chucky my shitzu and Rokos was the only place that took me without appointment. I was very satisfied with the service provided everyone was very nice and welcoming. Definitely worth the price difference because at the end of the day you get what you pay for! The groom was definitely quality! Even though they gave my pup the same length haircut as Petco it definitely looked better his coat was softer fluffier and just different in a good way. Thank you Roko team see yall in four weeks.
It is our first time to board our baby Poco and we are very happy with how Rokos took really good care of him. He looked happy and smelling awesome when we picked him up! The team was very patient with me when I checked how he was doing while we were away. They even sent us pictures! If I could give more than 5, I would!
This is the BEST dog hotel I have ever used. Every time I go out of town I trust Ira with our two Maltese and Yellow lab. She plays with them daily and sends pictures and our babies are always in a great mood when I pick them up. And, she does a great grooming job for us as well.
Our family has a seven year old Bichon Frise and pretty much since he was 11/12 weeks old he had the same groomer. Unfortunately, she/they moved to a different area. I am very picky about where Mason goes for bath and etc. but my husband mentioned Rokos and we decided to give them a try! From the email response, to the service that Ira provides-I must say we were very pleased. She made our fur baby look handsome and she was very detailed addressing her concerns and recommendations. Everything was great right from the start. They even agreed to a grooming on a day that they dont normally do grooming simply because my dog can get real anxious and they wanted to do what was best for him. After meeting with them I could see that the desire was genuine. When I went to pick him up he was so calm and happy. Rokos has a customer for life.
Just picked up my Maltese Bambi after a 2 week stay since I had a work trip last minute. The staff was amazing Erika groomed my dog to perfection the hair cut was perfect and Bambi smelled great! The staff helped with placing all my belongings and Bambi in the truck for me. I definitely recommend Rokos if your looking for quality grooms and professional boarding. Thank you guys for going the extra mile to buy Bambis specialty food I will add extra next time
All three of my dogs were with them for almost a month and never have I trusted anyone more than I did them. They provided the best care for all three of my dogs. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for the best pet care out there.

Driving by this plaza- we didn’t know what to expect. We just moved here and the place we used to take Kaido to was a highly rated per resort near our place downtown and it was a bit more upscale. However, I really go through people’s reviews before deciding a place and they were all legit with exclamations from people who love their fur baby just as we do! I’m not sure Kaido has ever allowed someone to grind his nails like this before- I was concerned that maybe he was put to sleep even to get them done so short. But his Dad said he showed no signs of a dog who was acting odd or had been out of it and that he was all smiles. The woman we first met when dropping him off was extremely patient with him too as he didn’t go back and she wasn’t very forceful although obviously busy.They also called us to confirm extra charges/requests and we’ve definitely had issues with others up charging without notice in the past. Just wanted to confirm that this place is worth a try, so happy it’s just a few minutes from us! We’ll be back after Kaido’s human sibling is born!! :-)

This was my first time talking my pet to Rokos, the customer service was excellent.... My dog was looking so beautiful after her grooming. She had beautiful bows and a necklaces to match I loved it here.
Called to make an appointment for my dog, sent vaccines and have yet to have an appointment set. Choice this location due to how close it is to my home.Horrible customer serviceIt does not matter how far out people have their appointments scheduled. The business should not have asked me to provide vaccines and my number if you weren’t going to schedule and appointment!

Rokos is the only place I would take my dogs, Nikita & Gabby. My own family would not take better care of them. It has been there home away from home and they know when its time to go to Rokos. They get very excited and cant wait to get to their kennel, they dont even have to be shown, just open the door. It is a load off my mind to know that wherever I am, I dont have to constantly check up on them. It is their 2and home. I wish I could give them 10 stars.
I am truly disappointed. I boarded my pup for 3 nights. He came back with an allergic reaction to something even though I provided his normal food. His tail was cut for some strange reason. The plastic bag containing his food was chewed up but my question is why was his food stored in his kennel even though they claim it wasnt, but how did he chew his bag? He also came back with a broken collar and his water feeder was missing. No one could give me answers. Now I have a vet bill and I had to replace his collar and water feeder.
Took my 2 german shepherds and was amazed at how clean, trimmed, happy and smelled good when I picked them up they did such a great job from head to toe Lovit I definitely recommend. Thanks everyone at Rokos
Took my 15 year old Shitzu to be groomed she is usually very anxious when I leave her but not at Rokos. The girl took her in her arms and she was very relaxed. Thank you Rokos for treating my baby like your own.

I found out about the place by checking on the web, as I saw that it had good grades, I decided to approach, and let me tell you that it was worth going ... since I got the attention of Jessica and Mrs. Iracema was first, you can see the affection with which they treat to the furry ones, they have all the patience in the world and they even give you tips and advice for your furry baby, my son was beautiful and he even received a photo session, I recommend them 1000 %%
Despite taking a photo and explaining the cut that I wanted for my pet, they cut all his blanket that was well cared for, I hope they take it into account so that they do not suffer the suffering of my baby for not having his coat now he is sad and biting his whole body this is an unacceptable act and unspeakable ineptitude

2022-08-19Rokos is honestly the best groomer we have used for our dogs! They are patient with them and truly want our pups to have a good experience. We have used them for both grooming and boarding. They get excited to go to Rokos and pleasantly surprise me when they always run in the back without looking back at us. It makes me happy that not only do they get excellent grooming, but they love it there as well.

2022-08-13We’ve taken our Pumpkin to Roko’s several times now and have loved and appreciated all the effort Irasema and her team have taken to make sure our doggo is more than taken care of! Pumpkin gets so excited every time we drop her off to get groomed and that says a lot about their staff!

2022-04-14Fantastic Service! My puppy was coming in for the first time to get groomed and we were greeted immediately. We made an appointment for early morning and he was finished in a timely manner. This was a new experience for us both and we loved it. When I saw him he immediately looked clean and his coat was so soft, I will definitely be coming back.* Updated review: Rokos is still the best they are professional and my husky always looks cleaner coming out. I do hope they can do mobile grooming one day.

2022-07-27I would definitely recommend Rokos, I Took all 3 of my dogs to get groomed today, Ms.Ira was very professional & caring with all 3. One of my dogs is very shy & timid hardly lets anyone touch her or even cut her nails. But she did it no problems. They did an awesome job, I was very satisfied. Also the staff was very nice . They definitely gained a RETURNING CUSTOMER.

2022-04-04They always take care of my Olde English Bulldogge when we board him here! He loves coming and jumps out of the car, dragging me inside the he second I open the door to let him out. They walk him twice a day, play with him and love on him. He always comes back smelling fresh (we schedule a bath for pickup). Can’t rave enough about the staff here.

2022-07-12I have been with rokos from the time that they opened. They have groomed my dogs as well as I have used their boarding services countless times. I have spent hundreds of dollars with them no matter what price increase they came up with. I have been patient with them through staffing issues with Covid and management changes. Now I have been trying to get services for my little paw friend and have been unsuccessful for over 6 months. With the constant revolving staff, their is no consistency with appointments nor availability. They are NOT loyal to the customers (my family/pets) that HAVE BEEN loyal to them financially and from the VERY BEGINNING…… extremely disappointed 🐕

2021-06-13Theyve groomed my baby 2 times. Very good experience. Edited to add my babies have been groomed and boarded here. The staff is so positive professional and caring. Their prices are reasonable, their facility is clean and they have no problems keeping u updated on your babies. I love Rokos. ZEKE AND ZILLION loves it here and so do mama Z!
