Derrick Shaw (finance manager) and Elizabeth (service representative) are lifesavers. I recently experienced someone breaking into my vehicle and stealing personal items. This was a very challenging time for my family. Mr Shaw and Elizabeth went over and beyond to assist me with securing my vehicle. Elizabeth was patient and professional throughout the entire process even when I was upset. They were able to get me in on short notice and I feel so much better that my vehicle is secure. Thanks again and truly appreciate the service Ron Craft. Chevrolet provides.
You would think that if someone scheduled an appointment they would have priority over walking. I scheduled for 830a. Got there at 830am. I dont know how long a tire rotation and oil change it takes but I was there til 10:15a.W HY did it take that long? I asked for the 59.99 oil change. Paperwork NEVER details correctly. 110.00 walk out. I never understand all the extra charges! Misleading! And almost 2 hours for a oil/ tire change!
Unfortunately, there is NO communication between their finance department and the sales people :( After talking to them SEVERAL TIMES throughout the day, driving SEVERAL HOURS to get there, and even TEST DRIVING THE VEHICLE...only to have them tell me the vehicle was sold the night before!!!! THEN, tried to upsale me a more expensive vehicle that had absolutely nothing I was looking for! I felt very taken advantage of. Again, communication between their departments would go a long way in building customer service...someone ACTUALLY doing their job would be great...the level of incompetence was astounding. DO NOT go to Ron Craft, they WILL NOT take care of you, they dont care about you, they are just like every other car dealership...out to make a buck and a sale.
I bought my SUV brand new here and only had it serviced at Ron Craft. Last tire rotation/oil change 3000 miles ago my tire pressure’s were all different and over 35 on each tire. I went to discount tire to get them all matching because I do not live in same town as dealership. I went to go get oil change because I was at 20% or less oil life and specifically asked about getting tires rotated. Per recommendation not needed because I recently got them done. My car has around 20,000 miles and after wards I was informed that my tread on two tires on passenger side is wearing and I may need new tires next visit and to make sure my tire pressures are all the same to avoid wear? Service Mgr looked at my tires and said they looked great?? As I drove off from dealership- and I looked at my tire pressure’s and sure enough they were all different pressures and over inflated. I feel like they must’ve not rotated the tires right last time or the time before or whatever if they even did. And whomever sure doesn’t know how to check nor put correct air in tires! I will not take my chances anymore. I will be selecting a different dealership going forward!
Well, after an hour of waiting for an oil change I went and checked on the progress and found out they had parked my vehicle in the back parking lot and forgotten about my service. I had to sit and wait for them to pull my vehicle around and do the oil change. If I would not have checked, how long would I have sat there?
I shopped at Ron craft chevrolet Baytown last week (06/16/2022) for a Chevy Suburban and looked at a 2021 Z71 they have in stock. The price was not listed anywhere on the vehicle so the sales guy told us 79k ( it was posted for 74k on their website). After the test drive the finance manager tried to stick me with an apr of 8.89% blaming the offer on the current market because my credit and income are both great. I understand at this time the market is competitive and inventory is limited but their offer was a slap in the face. Not only did they not even budge and try to find a Leander with a better APR but the finance manager insulted me by telling me Ive never financed a vehicle that expensive before. It was a total waste of time. The finance manager even had the audacity to ask the sales guy to get my signature on the acceptance of delivery form without even speaking to me about the terms of the loan they were offering. This car lot is predatory and discriminatory. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE .
I took my car for Air Conditioning service along with Transmission problems, Air Filter change and a recall. I took it in on a Friday, I have Full Coverage Insurance and was told on Tuesday that my car had to wait because there was 15 cars ahead of me for service , I felt like they had 4 days to look at my car and at least tell me what was wrong with it, I got upset on Wednesday morning because they still had not looked my car. That morning I spoke to a representative and asked him to have my car ready for pick up, funny how they replaced my air filters, which was not covered on my Insurance and was charged $95.00, that was the only thing that was not covered on my insurance. I feel like Ron Craft Chevrolet BAYTOWN only wants to repair on cars that clients have to pay out of pocket for service, and push the cars that a full coverage insurance to the end of the line. Horrible Service!!!
Ron Craft Chevrolet saved the day!!My family and I were heading down the highway to Florida for a long awaited vacation. Finally found some time where we could reconnect and just be together.Four hours from home and 10 hours from our vacation spot in Florida, our Suburban (Which we love) decided that its transmission was done. By the grace of God this happened just as we sailed by the Ron Craft Chevy dealership off of Interstate 10 in Baytown TX. We were able to get the car to the service department where Wendy promptly came out and greeted us, little did we know she was going to become our guardian angel. They took a look at my car and sadly both the torque converter and Transmission were done for. By some miracle RCC found the parts we needed, had them driven to us from another dealer in a nearby city. Then Brenden (Transmission Tech) came in on his day off to install everything and make sure the car was tip top and ready for a road trip. The team helped us get to a nearby hotel, checking on us every few hours with updates and setting expectations. We did have to spend the night in Baytown, but they had us back on the road about 3 hours quicker than we thought and less expensive than we feared.Wendy called to make sure we made it safe and sound in Florida. We are so grateful to these guys. Thank you all at Ron Craft Chevrolet, for your kindness, you care, and for going out of your ways for my family and our needs. God bless you all.
I was told that the software would help my car to stop turning off. While I did have a leak, I was also told that if I kept it full it wouldnt be an issue. Turns out I didnt need the software and that wasnt the issue. Spoke to many people and was told that they DONT know much information about my car because when it does break down (due to not needing service) they have no clue and there could be TONS of other issues. I will not be going back! Now I understand why alot of people work on their own cars.Car: chevy Volt 2011
I took a ride from Las Vegas Nevada to Baytown Texas and before I left I needed an oil change and I was going to spend money on new tires. I called and spoke with four different people and they transferred me to two different voicemails, never got anything answered this was the worst runaround ever, there was no customer service from the receptionist that another woman there took the phone away from her and start talking to me about what I was asking them about, I did receive a phone back but I refuse to spend my money when your customer service is very bad!!!
First the lady gave me attitude because she claimed the part you plug into there device was broken or not working so we had to go inside and put the information in the computer manually was false because my husband took it to our regular dealership we go to and it was working just fine. Then I paid for a package that was supposed to include certain stuff and to start they just put regular tap water inside the windshield wipers thing. Then they took forever because she “accidentally” put the wrong information and put a whole other vechile make model etc. so who knows if they even did everything they were supposed to do to my truck or if they used the right stuff.
Jonathan Hernandez was very professional. He was able to answers all my questions. He showed me everything about my vehicle before I left. Truck was priced great, customer service was awesome, and didn’t feel pressured to buy the truck right then and there. I could not be happier with my purchase. I will definitely use Jonathan again.
I have been getting my car serviced at Ron Craft for the last 11 years. I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change this time. I was met by Wendy, and as usual, she was efficient and friendly. She also offered me a complimentary car wash, which I gladly accepted. Once my car was done being serviced and cleaned up, I was notified, and the checkout process went smooth as well.
Found Ron Craft on the internet and found the Trailblazer RS we wanted. Received a call Friday telling me the car was in and submitted all my information for the vehicle. 20 minutes later receive a call stating I’m approved and here are the terms. Requested to give the sales person my credit card for the $1000 I was putting down. I live 2 hours from the dealership and would have to pick it up the following day. Less than 5 minutes received another call the car was sold out from under me after they ran my credit 5 times and received approval.Luckily today in my home town the Chevrolet dealership received a shipment of the same vehicles. They were able to contact GM and pull my approval and will be driving my new vehicle home in the morning. The only reason or excuse I was able to get from Ron Craft was the customer was at the dealership or lived in town so they sold it to them. Will never be branching that way again.
I bought a car on Dec 30th, 2021 paid $2000 down. Called back on Dec 31st 2021 was not happy with car asked to return it and get a refund of $2000 back. Spoke with gm Mike and he said they didnt do that there and was very rude. They sold a car that has 3 hits on carfax and extremely over priced for what its worth. I dont recommend this place they have not done right by me customer service wise and selling a car with so many hits and over priced. The fact I called less than 24 hours after getting it and they refused to let me return it and get my money back is downright not cool and how business should be done. Iam having issues just to get out of it with all of the above. Someone from dealership should make it right by taking car back refunding money and cancel deal with lender at no expense to me due to situation and that car was sold with that many hits. I was told it had 1 not 3 as if trying to hide that it had that many hits. No dealership should sell a car that has hits especially more than 1. Car was bought at Ron craft not baytown ford. You can have this person reach out to me. Thank you!
Wendy is the best! We booked our service appt online, for 4 new tires and an oil change. Although we received an email confirmation of our appt, with availability of materials, our information was not in the system upon arrival. Our tires were not in stock either. Wendy worked her magic, got our tires ordered and my car was ready the next day. She is the best!
Thank you to the good folks down at Ron Craft Chevrolet, they have a great selection of vehicles, at good prices. They are always very helpful in getting us the best deal possible with our interests and security in mind. Also a Huge thank you to our long time sales person Alan McArdle, which we have followed for many years purchasing vehicles from. Alan helped us find a great new truck, with a great price after our previous truck was involved in a major accident. Again Thank you Alan and the Ron Craft folks!
Went to get my truck taking care of and had the best customer service experience. Elizabeth was helpful. She keep me informed with update with what was going on with my car. The tech service was great as well. Any concern I had they was helpful with addressing them and fix it. 😊
Three and one half hours for oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection. They did not run vehicle thru car wash nor place a service decal reminder on windshield. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly - but way too long for simple routine service. And then no effort at service recovery... I was going to actually consider buying a new car here but this experience changed my mind most definitely.
Terrible customer service. My father was looking at a new vehicle. He made an appointment with a salesman since we live about 45 miles away. They even had a verbal agreement on pricing. When he showed up at the agreed time, he was out to lunch. My father waited an extra 30mins and he still never showed. He waited until my dad left before calling him back. Knowing that they had appointment, it’s bad service to leave someone hanging like that. No apology or anything. To me it shows his level of service if he can’t even show up knowing he was making a deal.
I always enjoy bringing my Chevrolet Colorado aka, “Charlotte” to my dealer at Ron Craft for maintenance and services. I have to give a shout out to Monic…. In the service department because I have had her deal with me more than once. She is polite, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. She gets me in and out fast. Thank you!
Had an emergency with my wifes Chevy Blazer and the Ron Craft service department took excellent care of me! My service advisor Monic Cook went above and beyond to help me (as she always does). She called me multiple times to update me about the vehicle. When I picked the vehicle up it was cleaner than when I brought it there! (it was filthy) This is why I will continue to get my vehicle serviced there!
Avoid this place at all costs. Theyll sell you used vehicles with dry rotted, unsafe tires. Theyll take months to replace them. Theyll blow off your calls, emails, and text messages. Theyll sell you used vehicles with shotty bondo repairs and mismatched paint. Theyll scratch your vehicle when you bring it in to repair the previous issues you finally got them to fix.Update: They replied to my post like they were concerned and were willing to fix things but when they had the opportunity they refused to do anything.
Daniel Kelly,Michael Williams and Derrick Shaw were simply awesome!! I had a wonderful buyers experience and will come back for future car purchases!!!! They were courteous, honest and forthright. They did not waste time and valued my time. I would recommend this Chevrolet dealer to anyone!!!!
My salesman, Ronald Goudeau was there for me yet again. I have purchased a couple of vehicles from him in the past, and he has maintained contact with me over the years, to keep me informed of the newer product lines coming out. I had a conversation with him in December, where he informed me of the new 2022 refresh model coming out soon. Ronald knew I was very interested in the truck, and as soon as one came off the trailer, he thought of me and gave me a call. I quickly came to the dealership, where Ronald tried his best to give me a good deal on my trade, as well as get me in the new refresh model Trail Boss. I am extremely satisfied with the truck, the service I received from Ronald Goudeau, and the general staff involved in helping me take care of the financing. Ronald is one of the best salesman Ive had the pleasure of working with. He comes across informative of the product line, he is very honest and professional. I respect him as a salesman, and as a person in general. I also consider him a friend. Not many salesmen will stay InTouch with their customers like Ronald does. He knows my style, and he is there to assist me when I need him. One of the best in the business in my opinion. Thank you Ronald Goudeau for getting me in the Truck of my dreams. Now, work on that C8. LOL... I will definitely come see him again.
Ron was amazing. He was super helpful and gave us a tour of the entire facility. I had a lot of questions and he was more than ready for all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the progress and patient with us. We were able to weigh out both of our options like leasing (which we have never we done before) and the difference in buying and the price and perks of both. He even had plans and had to move his evening around to help accommodate us with our deal. He really didnt have to do that but it was wonderful to know that he went above and beyond to help us including staying until we left with our new vehicle.
My battery had died on me 3 times (which I needed to be jump started) - - time for a new battery. I brought my Equinox in with no appointment. Because the wait might be long Wendy offered me a ride home to wait - which worked great for me. When my vehicle was ready Wendy called me with the final results and cost. I am very pleased with the services rendered. Thank you Wendy and the entire team in the service department.
Quick recall replacement, however poor execution. Despite my dash already being cracked, the laziness of the servicer did not even meticulously remove dash pieces at the designated clips. They tried to only remove parts where it was cracked only and made the cracks worse. In addition, reassembling it was terrible. They did not take time to make the dash flush (it was still open when I got into my truck). In fact, I had to go and use my personal tools to make sure the clips were properly in place to make the dash flush. You could have given me the airbag and I would have a done a better job.
Tina in customer service was amazing! My truck was in and out in less than 24 hours! She Was very professional I am the service was outstanding the air conditioner got fixed and the recall got fixed on the brakes. She reached out to my extended warranty company and I only walked away owing $186 which was a win for me. Awesome experience and definitely will use you again
I had a good experience. The only thing I dont like if after the purchase is made, its like they stop being all nice and friendly and are no longer helpful. You think I would learn my lesson from the first time I bought a vehicle here. I am 100% sure I will never buy another vehicle here again. Also, I purchased window tent and could not get it done because the tint people where out for the holiday. I let them know I had to go out of town for work, and the salesman told me to go pay for it and they would reimburse me the money. THEN WHY WOULD I BUY THE PACKAGE FROM THEM JUST TO GO DO IT MYSELF. Now I have to wait until I go back home for Thanksgiving to get it done. And thats if the tint people arent out for the holiday again.
Very pleased with the service, Ron was very helpful and nice. My daughter needed a car right away and it all worked out smoothly. My husband wants a SS Camero and I want a Black Tahoe and when the time is right we plan on coming here and asking for Ron Williams. Thanks!
I am satisfied with my purchase. When in on the March 6 to trade in my truck for a new one and Ron Williams is always very helpful ,and get things done. This is my 3 truck that he got me in, and never disappoints, Thanks Ron for your hard work and dedications. Definitely will continue to do business with this this Car Lot.
First off I would like to start by saying Ron Craft is an amazing experience all around. John Favard was the sales consultant that helped me find the vehicle that fit me best. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and i highly recommend him. He made me and my family feel comfortable, and it was almost like we’d known him for years. Thank you John! I would also like to recognize sales manager Tracey Ramsey. He made sure the process was smooth, and it was just that. Lastly I would like to thank finance manager Will Snow. He was also a cool guy and he helped me get the best APR possible. Each of the guys i mentioned made my experience at Ron Craft amazing, and I will be back in the future for sure. Thank you all!
I sent request online for a demo/used Cadillac sedan priced under $30000. Chris Interial sent me a list of cars the next day. I was in town on business and went during lunch break. Chris let me test drive 2013 XTS 963 miles and fill out paperwork all within a hour. Came back at the of day and I finalized deal by 6pm the same day. My loan agent was Keith Smith whom was very informative on warranties and my financial needs. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great prices with fast and courteous buying experience.
Terrible dealership. I was in search of a specific used vehicle, after calling and confirming availability I decided to visit this place. First, my point of contact who I had spoken with the day of my visit, and made an appointment for me was not even there. Second, they found me a sales guy which probably the worse sales manners I seen his name was Ron, and after they ran my credit and all my information, they tell me that the car I want is not even in their lot, that they will bring it over maybe by the end of the day. Just a waste of time. One of the worse experiences I had in a dealership. I will defiantly avoid this place and urge anyone else shopping for a car to do the same.
John did an awesome job. Pricing online matched what the price actually was when I got there. Other dealers I shopped at was not like that. Finance guy did good also. Got me the got the good interest rate and found me extra rebate I was. eligible for. Those guys stayed till after 10:30 pm to make the deal happen. Thanks,, love my new Silverado!!!
Our salesman Daniel Schopfer knew exactly what we wanted. We were able to get everything we needed and wanted ready when we arrived. Every time we come to Ron Craft we are treated great. The whole buying experience is very quick and painless. I would definitely recommend this dealership and salesman Daniel to everyone.
My initial visit was good. The manager from the shop came out and checked out my vehicle and he was right on point. The only thing that wasnt so good was that they didnt have the part on hand that was needed to repair my car. So I had to be without a car for a day because no loaner cars were available. I picked up my car the next day and it runs like a champ. I am happy satisfied and happy customer.
Terrible customer service. If you are needing any work done scheduled or not scheduled get ready for it, its going to be a few days and they wont have a loaner. The old lady that checks in the car needs to be somewhere else other than customer service. For one she can barely walk. Two she is rude AF. Three I think she just hates people and life. Do better Ron Craft Chevrolet. This why I didnt buy my vehicle there. Trash service dont get my business.
Worst dealership experience I have ever had. After many miscommunications and customer service failures along with my truck waiting on parts and or a lift for 15 days, I was belittled by the Service Director, Troy Woodyard, along with being called names. He just snapped, very defensive and lacking real ability to manage. When I requested to speak to the GM, he refused, telling me its his department and basically the buck stops with him and he was as high as I was going to get with this issue . After requesting to speak to the GM multiple times I had to finally hang up.I called back to the receptionist and requested to GM who didnt take my call.Unless you want to be belittled and given the run around then insulted, I would avoid this place like the plague.
I had a serious transmission problem come up 06/29/2021just hours before leaving for a 3 week vacation;Ron Craft (Monique) took my vehicle and repaired while I waited with the Service Tech communicating clearly what to do should any other problems arise.Would give 10 stars if possible.Great experience, definitely recommend to all.Thank you Monique !!!!
I had to go searching for someone to check me in. Then the person didn’t look at the records to see my oil change was supposed to be free since it’s CPO so she tried to charge me $70-120. The staff wasn’t very friendly. But I was in/out in the original quoted time of less than an hour.
Very friendly and professional and experience.I like Ron kraft because of the high level of quality they have. They took care of my car like it was there own. Not only that they wash my car when I went to go and get a oil change and tire rotate. I highly recommend Ron Kraft to friends and colleagues. The best place to buy a vehicle from. The best in Texas
Had a scheduled appointment for 0700 AM to get a standard oil change. The oil change took over 2 hours to complete. I think that is too long for a oil change when the time has been set aside for it. At the same time I had a 0700 AM scheduled appointment across from them at the Ford dealership for and they had my vehicle oil change completed within an hour.
For what should have been a 2hr servies for an air bag recall, I was there for no more than 30 minutes. When the Tohoe was returned to me, the service airbag light was still blinking. I went back inside to ask about the service airbag light still being on. I was told that something else must be moulfutioning. I dont securely feel that the airbag recall was actually fixed. ???
Being a woman, Im not mechanically inclined. So I called the service department about my car and they told me that I will have to leave it being they were backed up, but when I bought it in the problem was not as bad as I thought and I was in and out within a hour. I always seem to get great service from Ron Craft.
Ron Craft Chevrolet takes care of customers and Employees! I’ve had the pleasure of working here a year and a half now and I couldn’t be happier. My work atmosphere is professional and safe. Ricky was very friendly very professional and very knowledgeable. I love the experience, it was an amazing feeling to know that they were there to assist me and answer all my questions. I was a little concerned that they would take longer to keep my car but the following day my car was ready
Chris was absolutely awesome! The deal I wanted to make was tight, to say the least, and he worked hard to get me exactly where I needed in the truck I loved. He worked hard enough that I sent my father over to him and he bought a truck as well, the very next day! We were very happy with the service there and I would highly recommend anyone to head over there and ask for Chris!
Dominique made contact with me the day after I showed interest in a Trail Boss. He left a voicemail and texted me. I was waiting to close on my house before going in to look at the inventory in person. Dominique was uniquely persistent, but in a very pleasant way. He was kind and relatable while waiting for me to close on my house. The day finally came to go in to look at what I thought I wanted and ended up with something a little different. Apparently things got a little busy shortly after we started the paperwork. Ive only had one other experience leasing a truck, which was really annoying, but this time was exactly as easy as I was hoping.
Avoid this place. Theyll sell you used vehicles with unsafe brake system, bad transmissions(about to break in a months). Vehicle which I check has oil level below minimum and coolant overfilled. But sales person said car been maintained. He trying to say car in perfect condition just have some minor repairs on rear but I found paint marks all around. I tried to test vehicle transmission on road and just accelerate rapidly between 25-to 60 and after that salesman scared and after test drive just runaway.
Ron Craft Chevrolet set the bar across the board for perfect customer experience! From the moment we reached out with the inquiry, Ron Craft was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but with the entire process. It could not have been more seamless. Our sales professional, Daniel Schopfers, attention to detail and our satisfaction were unparalleled - going above and beyond in every aspect!John E. and Ginger A. PayneBeaumont, Texas
John Favard is the an OUTSTANDING car dealership. He is very detailed & is there for his clients, very professional, listens very well to my needs in a vehicle, he got me in exactly in what I wanted. He has a lot of knowledge.I would recommend for sure!!!He should be a training for Ron Craft Chevrolet Corp. I give him *****.
I usually like this dealership and have had a good experience with them but not today. The lady that attended me in the service department was not very nice. She gave me a hard time since the previous service team member did not fill out all my information in their system, I was not pulling up on her tablet but she was able to pull me up on her computer. She questioned me multiple times if I had been there, which I have, and kept making me feel like I was a burden. Even with her being able to locate me in her system she still questioned me and made me feel like I was not telling her the truth.Very very disappointing. I really liked this dealership since they were able to help me last time when I really needed my vehicle fixed. And they even gave me a loner since it took over a month to get it fixed. I had nothing but nice things to say about them. Never thought I would be a burden or inconvenience to them.
Great first time experience! Alex Rivera helped us get our family a new SUV. Quick and easy process, he explained the whole process for us and answered any questions we had. Overall an awesome experience and will definitely be going to him for any future purchases! Have already started recommending him to friends and family. Very happy customer!
Very friendly atmosphere. No one pressured me. Even when I had a moment where I had choices of color to pick out, but the Salesman John Hertz....... never rushed me as I was undecided about which one to pick. He waited patiently. That speaks volume. Thanks Ron Craft Chevrolet.
At opening time in the service department, the employees promptly come out and provide their friendly service. I went in to a clean waiting area and my representative kept me informed through the service process. Shout out to Wendy in the service department for always providing top notch quality service. Keep up the fantastic work!
The salesman sent my credit bureau a buyers order on June 1 for one price, the next morning they issued another order to my credit union for a $1000 more. I feel like because of the pandemic and a shortage of vehicles, I was taking advantage of. And then on the day I took possession of the vehicle, I was just handed the keys, no demonstration at all. Worst car buying experience of the life.
RECOMMEND RECOMMEND 5 Stars hands down. We came in at 8pm and talked to Allen Guy and drove out at 9pm with the exact vehicle I was looking for, being a first time buyer. He made us feel welcomed and was honest with the whole credit process. He got us a great deal with low interest. Truly amazing customer service and took care of us, you won’t be disappointed!
Went in to see what they had in stock because my dad was in need of a truck since his truck gave out the night before after he left work.Barrette greeted us as soon as we got out of my truck. He was really friendly and he immediately led us to what he had for us to see. My dad immediately fell in love with a truck but as we had a prior engagement to see another truck we had to leave. This was just an impulse stop so we never thought he would find the truck he wanted here but on the whole way to Houston he just kept talking about it. In Houston I gave Mr. Barrette a call and he told me to come back in. We did and last night my dad drove away with the truck he wanted. Mr. Barrette is an exceptional person, he explained everything thoroughly and he got my dad driving away with what he wanted. Mr. Barrette is a wonderful asset to Ron Craft Chevrolet. The process took longer than we expected but it was definitely enjoyable. Thank you Mr. Barrette for your help.
Alex is one of the sharpest young man I’ve ever met. In my 47 years of living I’ve never dealt with a more professional member of America’s youth. He didn’t do no BS’n and got me out and signed in 1 hour!!!!!! That’s never happened. And what also never happened is the dealership gave me the best deal and I didn’t even have to ask for a better one. Kudos to the Ron craft team
If you are shopping for a vehicle, I highly recommend Ron Craft Chevrolet Cadillac. I have been a customer for the past 9 years and have purchased 6 vehicles from them. During that time, Alan McArdle has been my salesman unlit he retired this year. I just purchased a 2020 Blazer a few weeks ago. It was my first time buying a new car on my own and I have to say, it was a great experience! Alex Rivera was my salesman this time, he went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. I have recommended all my friends and family to him and they have all given me excellent feedback.
Scratch the plastic part of my foot rail on the driver side. And said they wasn’t going to do nothing about it nor pay for it because that’s how I dropped off my vehicle. Which that’s a lie. And That I did that with my shoes which that’s impossible because it has deep cuts in it. And I dropped off my vehicle in great shape. Bad service and rude
I lost the remote for my 2020 Camaro. I still had the key, but the fob fell off my keychain and I could not find it. I went to the parts department to purchase a new one. I saw a YouTube video that told me how to program it. I was told by the parts department that I had to buy two remotes and I could not program it myself. They said only the dealership could program the remote and that the service would cost me $150. The parts people sent me to the service department where they told me the same thing. They only had one in stock, so I ordered one with the plan to take the car to the dealership the next day when the second remote arrived. In the morning I discovered that I cannot operate the car with only the key. There is no key slot in the car. The fob is required. I called the dealership and spoke to Kevin in the service department. He said my only option was to have my car towed to the dealership. At this point I was pretty mad. Losing my key fob was going to cost me $220 for complete fob + key, $180 for fob only, $150 for service, PLUS A TOW. I decided to go to the dealership and purchase the keys and follow the YouTube instructions. Whats the worst that could happen? Get my car locked out where I couldnt drive it? Already there. So against their advice I picked up the remotes and followed the YouTube instructions. The process requires a key that fits the driver door. The 1st three steps are push the start button and wait 10 minutes. While I was in one of the waiting periods I flipped through the owners manual and found the exact same instructions that I found on YouTube. On top of that, I did not need to purchase a second remote!! The process took about 35 minutes, but was very simple with detailed instructions in the owners manual. I successfully programmed both remotes on the first attempt. My experience with this dealership was not good. I feel like they lied to me and tried to trick me into spending around $750 when $180 was all I needed to spend. I took a day off from work with plans to spend it waiting on them to fix my car, when if they had been honest with me on the first day I could have taken care of it with minimal inconvenience.I called the service department and described my experience. They said their service manager Troy would call me to discuss the issues, but he never did.My suggestion is to not trust their service advisors and to double check any and all of their recommended services.
From the moment I drove up to the service area I was greeted! I went in they offered me additional services and I waited. Wait time was excellent, having a toddler you dont want to be in an isolated area for too long. They were quick I didnt have to wait long at all. They also ran my truck thru the carwash which was awesome! I had a very great experience!
Great car buying experience!! Salesman Jonathan Hernandez was very courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable. He helped with selection of vehicle and explaining different features and benefits. Sales Manager Abel Hernandez made the rest of the process as smooth and made us feel welcomed and like family. Highly recommend this team! Keep up the great work!!
Do not buy here. Was in the process of buying a vehicle over the phone, literally giving my card number for down payment and the car was sold from under me. Mind you, this is after they ran my credit (hard inquiry) and agreed to payment and pricing info. I am very upset with the whole situation.
Cyrus is a great salesman.. not pushy.. genuinely concerned about helping me find the right vehicle and wasn’t afraid to negotiate for a fair price with me.. even hung around with me after the purchase to show me a little bit about my new vehicle.. I would definitely buy from there again
Cyrus Pope did an amazing job making sure I got the right vehicle for me & my family. He listened to my needs & concerns ,D Shaw showed me the features on the vehicle thoroughly. The GM Feras went above & Beyond to get me a really great deal. I will for sure recommend my family & Friends to Ron Craft Chevrolet.
Its been a real pleasure working here with my staff and customers. It will be my 3rd year this month and time does really fly. Its been great meeting all of our customers and working with them with the best possible deal we can do. Practicing my communication skills and my Spanish on a daily basis is a huge thanks to them. The staff themselves have been nothing but amazing to me during my time here. Working with me when it comes to my customer to OUR customer especially, when I work with the Service Department and management. Thank you all. We are Ron Craft Chevrolet-Cadillac and we are a Sonic Automotive dealership where is the best place to work, and the best place for our guest to shop.
I was charged for items that I did not approve. I was forced to pay an amount that I didn’t agree to. The car did not get fixed. They service advisor was less than knowledgeable and rude. My car sustained damage while it was there and I can’t get a response from ANYONE at the dealer. I will never use this place again and I’ll spread the word of how bad your customer service is.
While my experience here is not necessarily bad, it is not really good either. In a word, lackluster. One issue I quite dislike is their unequal treatment of car owners that purchased from their dealership over those that purchased at another dealership. While I understand the purpose of the business practice, to encourage local customers to purchase vehicles from them to enjoy the conveniences afforded by Ron Craft new car buyers in their vehicle service department, it actually accomplishes the opposite goal for me personally. Why? Simply put, their loaner vehicle or courtesy vehicle policy. In my personal experience Ive seen two customers with the same model car separated by one model year roll up to their service department, one in tow and the other in limp mode. The one customer purchase the vehicle at Ron Craft and the other at another Chevrolet dealership. Both customers called mere minutes ago to coordinate the drop off of the vehicle. However, when the non-Ron Craft customer asked about a loaner vehicle they were told emphatically no stating that theyre backed up on reservations for loaner vehicles and there is nothing they can do. The other was told to hold while they consulted the sales manager and got approval to pull a car from the new car lot to use as a loaner for loyal customers. This is circular reasoning: customers are loyal because they bought the car there and benefit from the priority treatment and customers that didnt buy the car there continue to be disloyal customers because they feel passed over for helpful benefits afforded loyal customers. So, loyal customers stay loyal and others remain disincentivized (if I can coin a new-ish term) to purchase their next vehicle at Ron Craft. From a purely business perspective it also exposes a flaw in their new car sales team, that is, apparently they have difficultly attract genuinely new customers based on competitive pricing from other geographical markets (ie people traveling from another city to test drive a vehicle on their lot) and instead opt to double down on efforts to retain local customers (because local customers will be the ones that also use their service center and therefore benefit from the preferential treatment). If their sales department offered the better pricing on new vehicles then most local customers would naturally purchase there because it makes sense economically for them. Instead, they travel to another dealership serving a neighboring market, valuing the cost savings on the purchase a greater value than the perks afforded loyal customers. I honestly believe that the dealership could offer these perks more liberally to even the non-Ron Craft vehicle owners, but without a closer look at their margins and pricing models it is impossible to say. This is why I still continue to get regular service and maintenance here. Nonetheless, Ill not consider them for new vehicle purchases in the future (unless the economics of the deal are in my favor by a large margin).
I just went and spoke to the service department about getting some items replaced on my 2006 GMC Sierra and they were absolutely unprepared to answer questions. The ungodly amount in fees just to look at the truck are just absurd. $150 per question basically. I was told it would be $300 to diagnose my truck because it was older than 10 years. That was just a starting point!!!!!! Are you kidding me!!!!!!! Then she mentioned it would take 2-3 to even DIAGNOSE IT!!!! On top of that, I was told that these older cars are more delicate and need more attention. Give me a break!!!! I literally want my interior dash lights replaced because the lights are going out. Hard to drive when you can’t see at night. Anyway, I NEVER PARTICIPATE in reviews but I had too on this one.
Excellent customer service. Most importantly I knew there were issues going on with my suv. I knew my brakes were in need of service and the ride just didnt seem normal. I needed a few more important things done too. My suv is riding safe and smooth again thanks to Greg, if I remember his name correctly. He took his time to address other unsafe issues I was having. I am very grateful for him. I do bring my suv to Rons for service. I will say, I am NEVER unsatisfied. I always drive away feeling safe driving my vehicle once again. By the way I have a 2012 Tahoe with close to 150,000 miles. I bought my tires there a few years ago. Still riding on them. At 1st was nervous about buying tires at the dealership because, I always bought from a big chain store but, the tires are perfect for this vehicle and I do rotate as recommended on all vehicles. Ive been going to Rons now for 4yrs. No complaints with the repair department or customer service. Hope this helps anyone second guessing themselves on using Rons Auto repair services.
I had a scheduled appointment with Dalton Sheffield and when I arrived I was met with a very warm smile and a very strong handshake. We sat down for a moment and discussed what I was looking for and the price range and within 10 minutes Dalton drove around a truck and we went for a test drive. He nailed it. The perfect truck for me. I cannot say enough about this young mans mannerisms. I have bought several cars in the past and I must say that this was probably the most professional sales person and the most pleasant purchasing experience. Along on this great adventure I also had my daughter and my two-year-old grandson which after the first 15 minutes was no longer glad to be there. While working the deal Dalton also entertain the baby and never missed a beat. One of the things that really stood out to me was the fact that he focused on me as his customer, but as his only customer he greeted and smile to other people that approached him but he worked my deal I was his priority at that time. Another thing that I found very awesome was the general manager of the dealership actually come out and greeted me asked me if everything was going OK and was so sincere and making sure that everything was going smoothly, that was a first for me. I could ramble on about how awesome my experience with Ron craft and as Dalton Sheffield as my sales person but I’m going to sum it by saying that Ron craft has my business and as long as Dalton Sheffield is selling vehicles I’ll never go anywhere else or buy from anyone else. Ron craft rocks and so does Dalton Sheffield! Thank you Dalton Sheffield and Ron Craft!
I went on December 11, 2020 to look for a car. My credit was run, which I was fine with, but fast forward to December 24, 2020, I am still receiving mail about my credit STILL being ran! I currently have 14 hard inquiries in my credit even though I have not responded to their calls or texts because I am not ready to buy a car yet. Regardless of my decision, WHY IS MY CREDIT STILL BEING RUN???? Please avoid this place- as nice as it is, it is not worth risking your credit score because they decided it’s ok to run people’s credit multiple times without even buying a car. Other reviews will prove this point- PLEASE STOP RUNNING MY CREDIT!!!
Overall I had the best car buying experience that I have ever had at Ron Craft Chevy. If you are looking for a vehicle I recommend you contact Abel or Jonathan. They will work with you to get you the vehicle you want. Thank you for amazing car buying experience! I will be returning when the time comes for a new vehicle in the future.A brief overview of my shopping experience.I had a wonderful experience working with Abel Hernandez and Jonathan Hernandez. I was looking for a specific vehicle and while on the way to another dealership. I called and spoke with Able about a certain truck, I told him around where I wanted to be in the price range and let him know I had a trade in. I ended up going to the other dealership anyways and was frustrated because they wouldnt meet me where they had said and opted to head over to Ron Craft. When I got to Ron Craft I was surprised that Abel had already got the paper work printed up and all he needed was to inspect the trade in and then get process moving forward. Jonathan assisted me with the final paper work and with the buying process. I appreciate the clear communication and straight forwardness during the process.
Check your invoice when servicing your vehicle before you leave. Paid for complete service including RainX treatment. Did not do the RainX treatment. Its only a $2.00 charge but its the principle. I paid for it, they should have done it. Not worth the hassle or inconvenience to drive back down there. Makes you wonder what else they screw you on.9/5/2020 - Second complaint on this place. Dropped truck off at 7 am Friday for 15k mile servicing, issues with brake monitor, park assist not working and wiper blade replacement. These High Countrys are not cheap. Specifically told attendant that I needed my truck back before Tuesday to go to work knowing they would be closed Monday because of the holiday. No calls so I call and of course had to leave a message with the Service Advisor at noon Saturday. Nothing....called again and went to voice mail so I called the Dealership and was told they closed at 2. Now I am without my truck until who knows when. Last vehicle I ever buy at this place. Service is horrible. Mr. Dunning should have returned my call.
I purchased my used truck at Ron Craft Chevrolet. Abel, the used car manager helped get a good value for my trade in and made the entire process easy. Financing and the paperwork were handled quickly and made very simple. Would recommend that anyone shopping for a car or truck make a visit to Ron Craft.
I always have a great experience when i come here. The people are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful.I saw one review that said they werent following CDC guidelines, but thats not true. They have masks, hand sanitizer, and they sanitized my vehicle before and after they serviced it.A big thanks to their entire crew for taking care of me over the years. I would never go anywhere else.
The service department is not very good. Took 7 hrs from the beginning of my SCHEDULED appointment for them just to order a part. I was getting warranty work done and was not offered a loaner. After 2 days of my vehicle being with them it is not fixed because they just replaced the cosmetics and didn’t address he real problem. When I called them it went to voicemail (as usual) and I never received a call back. I met an awesome salesman I was planning to go to when I decide to purchase my next vehicle. Unfortunately, they have lost my business due to this experience. I really don’t recommend them. GM wasn’t much help either. You may just be better off driving a different brand vehicle, and this is coming from a person who has always driven GM vehicles.Just to follow up I got an email from the service manager, and replied back 3 days ago to see if I could get a loaner for WARRANTY work. I still have yet to get a response for my inquiry. I figured replying to email would be better than calling since I never get a call back when I call. I guess I was wrong.
Recently I have reached out to several dealerships and had very poor experience with people not getting back to me or not trying very hard to make their sale... However the guys at Ron Craft Chevrolet in Baytown Texas, were excellent! I was contacted very quickly by Jon Hershberger, who was very helpful in getting me the information I needed! He was very friendly and really went out of his way to make sure we got the best deal and made the sale! Also, I would like to say a little something about Will Snow, who did our paper work and made it quick and as painless as possible! We had a few hurdles throughout the sale, as most vehicle sales do, but these guys at Ron Craft went above and beyond for us and I am now the proud owner of a 2021 Chevy Silverado! Thanks Guys!! 🙂
Wendy was GREAT! Her communication was thorough. She was not there when I came to pick up my vehicle. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the lack of care you gave when returning my vehicle. There was garbage left in the vehicle including plastic, disposable floor mats, and the tag on mirror. Considering we are in a pandemic, I did NOT see anything to conclude they had appropriately wiped down my vehicle. I spent over $3600 repairing my vehicle, completed ALL recommended repairs, and gave NO pushback when it took a week to get my car completed. I was shocked at the lack of car given to my vehicle. It was dirty, not wiped down, and not washed. I was Very disappointed.
I came to the dealership for a state inspection and an oil change. I wasn’t able to get the state inspection due to the state shutting down the site. Monic went out of her way to try and get me in the next day. She had me call before I came. The state inspections were still down. I had to go elsewhere, but everyone did everything that could to try to make it happen. I did get my oil change the first day. Great service everyone!
Called to make an appointment on 12/23 for 12/28 drop off. Arrived on the 28th and was told I had no appointment and it would be one to two businesses days before they could get it in to look at it. 7 days later was told that parts needed to be ordered. Waited another 7 days and was told parts were not in and other cars were ahead of me. On 15th day I was told again parts were not in. I told rep that I was coming to pick up the car. Rep told me she would talk to manager. That afternoon rep called and said car was miraculously ready.
Monic was great. We arrived at 6:47 pm behind a tow truck from out of town during COVID and Hurricane Laura evacuation on the 25th of August. She took our truck, kept us informed and performed warranty service on our power train transmission and then ensured the 2017 Diesel Colorado was fixed and ready to get us back to Florida. It was completed on day 9 but we were still on vacation and picked it up on Sept. 8th on our way home.
My husband and I had to replace both of our vehicles after both were totaled within 10 days of each other. One due to another driver and the other due to a deer.Prior to reaching Ron Craft we had searched other lots to no avail. Upon arriving at Ron Craft, salesman Jonathan Hernandez was a blessing. He wondered the lot with us and let us ask a ton of questions. After the day spent shopping, my husband AND my son had found their new vehicles, a 2020 Colorado and a 2019 Cruze. My son had not been looking but he could not let such a great deal pass him by to get an economical vehicle. I returned two days later to spend my own time looking and asking questions. I found the perfect vehicle for me to downsize into, a 2019 Blazer.Ron Craft was the best car shopping experience in years. Great selection and great service. We have definitely recommended them to friends and family. After taking possession, I had a small USB issue and Jasmine in the Service Dept. was awesome, assisting me and relaying messages to the technicians. I did have to return to have it serviced but service was prompt and courteous. We will definitely continue to do business with Jonathan and service at Ron Craft Chevrolet.
Was not happy at all to see signs posted all over the place by management stating that you will have to have your contract oil service card in order to honor a deal that was made for the life of the vehicle at the time of purchase. The dealership has my account and can see what my oil change rate should be without a card. I made the deal at the time of purchase and now I feel like you are trying not to honor it. Every time I get my agreed service rate I think of how nice it would be to buy another vehicle there based on those type of perks that have until now been honored. I can’t see my self now buying or recommending a dealership that is trying to get out of a deal that was made.
Update: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I got a brand new vehicle around January, and immediately started having issues. It took them months to issued me a loner vehicle. And the issues were not fix. Approximately 2 months from today I tried to take it in, finally today they had a loner vehicle for me. When I was ready to leave with the loner vehicle, an older guy(I believe his name was Troy, seem like a manager) brought into his office. And basically was mad at me for previously leaving a bad review. This person was refusing service because my previous visit I posted that It took them way too long to see my vehicle and never even got it fix. The conversation ended with him telling me that “I need to understand that he lets me come to his dealership”. He gave me my keys and send me on my way out.Great sales department! Worst service department. 2 weeks after buying a brand new truck, screen went out. Have not been able to schedule an appointment because they are too busy. Would not recommend
I planned on purchasing the regular oil change, but was informed about the next in line that offered an emissions treatment, multi-point inspection and tire rotation. All I know is that my oil was changed and the monitor was reset. My tires couldnt have been checked because the tire pressure was low on the two rear tires. I did decline the rotation because all four tires are new, but that didnt mean that they shouldnt have been checked. There was no documentation of the Multi-point inspection either. I would like to receive the services I paid for.
I had a great experience at Ron Craft!! The salesman as well as the manager worked with me on the price of my vehicle. They gave me a great deal. I came to them after my previous car completely died and had no transportation. They allowed me to use the vehicle for 2 days before we signed the final papers. Great people and service. I will definitely be coming to them for my next vehicle.
Hands down the best car purchase experience ever!! Allen Guy provided exceptional and professional services through and through. Talk about a hassle free, easy experience!!! Thank you so much for all you did to get me rolling! If you are in the market for a vehicle I beyond recommend Allen Guy and Baytown Ron Craft for all your buying needs!
I absolutely love my new truck and the guys at Ron Craft helped me find a way to make sure I could get it. Were buying a new house and couldnt run our credit, so Michael helped us, with the approval of the manager, find a way around it. I couldnt be happier! They were always very courteous and helpful, each time I went up there. The only problem I had was the experience with the credit department. We were there for over 2 hours waiting on them. We have bought many vehicles before and never had to wait 2 hours...also, the truck was brand new and had some wear and tear. I brought it up and most of it was fixed, but I had to just deal with the rest of it....but, now that its over with, I would definitely recommend Ron Craft of Baytown and I will probably go back a 3rd time, for our next vehicle.
This place is amazing!!! Alex Rivera is top notch! I got exactly what I wanted, for the price I wanted and had no issues! I am a busy woman and was on a time crunch, Alex and Ron Craft met all my needs and did so in a timely fashion! This place deserves ten stars! I will buy my next vehicle here, especially with Alex Rivera in my corner!!
Overall the car buying experience was pleasant. I recommend Johnathan Hernandez if you are looking to buy a new or used vehicle at Ron Craft. I came to the dealership knowing what I was looking for and he never pressured me into buying something else. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly guy!
Went in yesterday looking for a very specific vehicle so the sales guy got the manager involved. He convinced me to go ahead and fill out a credit application that way he would have it just incase he found what I was looking for so he could get some numbers lined out. Not even an hour later I start getting notifications that new credit inquiries have hit all 3 of my reports. I called and asked I guess you have a truck in hand since my credit is already being ran and he said he had found a couple vehicles close to what I was looking for but was still waiting to hear back to see if they were even available...they are still actively pulling inquiries. Thanks Mark for bold face lying to your customers.
Just had my first experience at the service department at Ron Craft in Baytown,Texas. Well I should say my husband he was kind enough to bring my car in for and oil change and service. Have to say they’re fabulous. My husband arrived they took the car in gave him a window of an one hour were finished in 30 minutes. Would definitely be going back.Beth /George Samson
Outstanding customer service! I went in with a pre-approval from my credit union. Jonathan Gonzalez was my sales representative, did not rush me into getting a vehicle I was not 100% satisfied in. He honestly cared and explained to me the pros and cons. I am very happy with my purchase I made there, management was the best came out and made sure I was happy with my choice. I will highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I will be back to buy my wife’s car.
My family has been dealing with Mike Isham for over 25 years and he never lets us down. He was able to get us financed on prolly the 10th or 11th car that the family has bought with no issues. Mike does everything he can to steer you in the right direction and will also tell you what you need to do in order to get financed in the future. He is the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with and will never go to another salesman
We had a great first time experience. Mr. Michael Ishama was very friendly and helpful! He answered all our questions, and guided us to exactly what we wanted. He had all the answers to all our questions, and educated us on all the newest specs of the vehicle. Need a new vehicle, make sure you make your way to him!!
Great dealership and great customer service. We purchased a 2017 Malibu LT for me to use for work. Everyone was so nice and helped us when we needed help, but gave us space when we needed it. Definitely not your normal high pressure sales situation. We will definitely be buying another vehicle from Ron Craft when the time comes.
Our salesman was Richard Mahoney and he was great. Our interest was in the corvette and he was very knowledgeable and helpful with us making our decision to purchase. He even said many times, call me if you have any questions about setting up anything! His good service even continued after the sale. Would highly recommend Richard and Ron Craft Chevrolet.Thank you!Blake and Vicky Page
It’s always a great experience here. They always provide me with my past history service and what I should look into getting at time. They also give me advice on what to look into for future service. That is a great help and I can plan around what needs to be done next.
This was by far my best experience in purchasing an automobile!!!! The entire group was very professional and super courteous. Completely Hassel Free from the moment we walked through the doors. I recommend you visit RON CRAFT for your next car purchase if you want to be treated with this kind of respect!
The most amazing car buying experience ever. I was super stressed shopping around. Made it down to Ron Craft, Rey Munoz and Steven Perry took great care of me. Drove out with the vehicle I wanted at a great price, and they were very quick with the paper work too. Will not take my business anywhere else!
Yesterday I purchased a 2018 Chevy Cruze Hatchback LT a month earlier then I planned to thanks to Jonathan Hernandez! After my consistent stubbornness with him about what I wanted, I got an unexpected phone call from the sales manager Robert, who was seriously trying to understand what car/price range I was looking for. We discussed other car options until we came to an agreement on the first car I test drove & he set me up for a 9am appointment the next day. Rey Munoz also helped out my sale and expedited the paper work process. These men, including finance (I hope Im right in saying his name was Keith) were very friendly, never aggressive, and made for a stress free buy! Thank you to my Ron Craft team that made my buy a great experience!
Feras and his team were amazing! They went above and beyond for me during the purchase of my new truck. They even went as far as having the truck delivered via flatbed to my home. They could not have been more accommodating. Please consider them when purchasing your next vehicle! I highly recommend them.
If you are considering buying a car from Ron Craft Chevy, beware of dealing with the salesman Ronald Williams. We coordinated multiple times about the price of the car, and the details if my trade and the price range of trade. I drive 3 hours to the dealer expecting to leave with a new car, and its like were starting from scratch. The deal that he supposedly has for me is THOUSANDS of dollars more than what was agreed. And to make matters worse, he did not even look at the details of my trade, like it was a total surprise! This is not the treatment I would expect from a big name dealer. If you think your getting a good deal with this salesman, think again, and dont waste your time.
Honestly, their service department has some of the WORST customer service. They really need to learn some people skills. They also prefer you to spend your money at other dealerships instead of trying to accomadate. They definitely know the ins and outs of business. Not.[UPDATED] Al Gomez called me in regards to this review and seems genuine in addressing and fixing the issue. I appreciate that he took his time to find out what was going on. Really hope then next time I have to go to a Chevy dealership, itll be a pleasant experience
Just want to say a special thank you to the Tyler in the service department for helping me fix all the issues with my Camaro, got it done in a very timely manner and made sure all of my issues were addressed and taken care of. I am very happy that I purchased my vehicles from the dealership and love that the staff is also so helpful and welcoming.
Dominique was great. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. He’s a really nice guy not real pushy like a bunch of salesman and I felt like he was on my side on getting me the best price for what I wanted. Very happy with dealership and the vehicle I purchased.
We were asked to go inside so they could see our face but yet we had a dog with us so instead of helping us like everyone else we had to wait 25 minutes. All we needed was an estimate on body damages and a taillight damages and then were told we had to pay to get an estimate. Love chevy but wont be coming back to this one.
Sales is, and has been, amazing. Its the service department thats giving me trouble. The posted hours for Saturday are 7 AM to 2 PM. I showed up @ 1:10 and was sent away after being told that they dont accept clients after 1, so they can close at 2.Adding in the posted signs about Ron Craft no longer honoring oil change discount cards at the printed rate (despite the card saying FOR AS LONG AS YOU OWN THE VEHICLE [emphasis is theirs, not mine]), and I am not a happy Cruze owner.
Recently purchased a car on this past Saturday in which I absolutely LOVE😊 The over all experience was easy & smooth!! The salesman Ty Anthony La was very friendly & even went out of his way to go and get the car I wanted over an hour away from Baytown! He wanted to make sure I was happy and get exactly what I wanted! The Finance Manager Steven Perry was awesome as well! He took his time explaining all the details throughly & made me feel confident in my purchase! A Manager by the name Abel initially spoke with me when I was walking the lot looking for a car! He approached me and offered me a awesome deal on this car that I couldnt pass up & thats what made me make up my mind to purchase from Ron Craft! I would definitely recommend friends or family to purchase a vehicle from here!!!!
The service department is sloppy. They forgot to put the engine oil cap back on after a oil change! I put my trust in them since they are professionals to at least do a decent job, but I was wrong to place my trust in them. My truck only has 15k miles and potentially now has damage done to it due to this issue. I guess I will find out sooner or later. Went back to address the issue and not a single care was given not even a sorry they just practically put a new cap on and thats it. No apologies nothing they didnt get the manager nothing!
First time buying a car from a major dealership. Best experience ever, Jonathan H was SOOO helpful and made sure that the experience was as smooth as possible. He also followed up with me after the purchase was done and worked with the many questions I had to ask. Definitely will recommend to anyone that doesn’t want to be treated as just a sale!
I was help by Derrick Shaw; he was kind, and very direct. He explained everything to me after I picked out my car. Explained the finances, what to expect with my car notes, why the note and down payment was needed. I left feeling very confident in my purchase. This was my second time buying a car from Ron Craft and left with this experience being the best. Thanks Derrick Shaw and Ron Craft I love my new Cruise.
Absolute worst experience one could have with sales and service. The sales team tried selling me the wrong car, promised me features the car didn’t have, and then allowed the ACTUAL car I wanted to be sold out from under me because they didn’t send a pick up before 4 pm. The service department was even worse (still waiting on that call back Troy). They were the only people to have touched my car between the first and second servicing, the ONLY reason I took it back the second time was because I thought they had kept my tire lock. My second service they “said” they replaced the TPMS sensor in my tire when in fact the mechanic “didn’t get to it”. They also claimed they couldn’t balance my tires (that had 14K miles on them) because all FOUR had a manufacturer defect and all needed to be replaced; when in fact they had put water in my tire the first time which had caused the TPMS sensor to go out in the first place. THANK YOU CLEVELAND CHEVROLET FOR FIGURING OUT THE PROBLEM AND GETTING IT FIXED THE FIRST TIME!PS I still had to pay for a sensor that should have been covered under warranty.
I brought my car in after it started running bad due to some rodents chewing on some wires under the hood. My husband saw a few wires that needed fixed, so he repaired them, but it was still running bad. After trying a few other fixes, we took it to Ron Craft. We made the sales guy aware of the problem & what we fixed & an hour later we got a call saying it was the timing chain-they will have to re-build it. We asked if they were sure-since we knew more than likely it had to be a hard to find wire somewhere-and were told his guy has 30 years of experience and if its not the problem, well cover the cost. So his guy was basically calling out the part that always goes bad in the Equinox cars and never tore it apart to be sure. Over a week later, I got a call saying they fixed the timing chain, put the car back together & it was still running bad. BUT they did find a damaged wire. Once they fixed the wire, it was running like new again. Of course, when we went to pick it up they wanted to charge us for the timing chain and the wire. I thought it was negligent on their part to go ahead and change something that didnt need changing at the time. It was obviously the wire and the wire only that was causing the problem. Be careful using these guys.
My husband and I came in a few weekends ago to trade in our 2014 Chevy Captiva due to our family growing and needing a little bit more room in the back seat. Our sales man was Chris Jackson and he tried everything he could to get us the deal we were looking for, unfortunately that weekend we just couldnt go with what he offered so we packed up and left. during the week he contacted my husband and informed him that he was able to work some things out and might have what we were looking for. sure enough we were able to leave the following weekend with our new 2018 Chevy Equinox. He was such an amazing worker doing everything he could to help us and I would definitely recommend him to other friends and family!
Earlier this week my husband and I called on a used truck they had listed. We spoke with Jon Hershberger. He was incredibly helpful and patient. We lived out of state there were lots of questions and concerns we had. He made the purchasing process as easy as possible, answering every phone call, and a ridiculous amount of questions. Can’t thank him enough!

2022-06-13Wendy l in service is a strong customers advocate. I built a mechanical claim for mutual customer with Wendy. Although the outcome was not what we had hoped for, the process quick, painless, and easy. Wendy was oh so polite and helpful and ultimately our customer left happy with the service provided at Ron Craft Chevrolet. Repairs were preformed quickly by trained professionals giving us both peace of mind peace of mind. Thanks Wendy!

2022-07-09The only reason I give 2 stars is my experience with the the salesman during the purchase of a new vehicle. Those stars belong to him. As for my ongoing relationship with this dealership. It is no longer, due to the incompetent service department. As Im working to get issues fixed I keep getting the its under warranty or we just went ahead and paid for it scenario. Well thats on you and how about I get something in writing detailing the issues with my vehicle and what was done. I have not received any paperwork as if this work never happened. I have tried to contact the service manger who was my only point of contact numerous times by phone with no answer. When I reach someone in service and ask for this person they are always on a call or not available. Therefore no other service writer has access regarding my vehicles issues because it was never assigned in the system or they cannot find my information. I will not be back nor will any recommendations come from me. Your service department ruined this whole experience for me and drags the rest of your team down with them. Once again the purchasing of this vehicle was on point. I will find a new dealership in hopes of correcting my issues in a professional and timely manner.

2022-03-17John and Chad were AMAZING! My car was in transit and they kept me thoroughly updated throughout the process! When the car arrived I was able to get in and out in an hour or less with my new car, prepared is an understatement! I would highly recommend everyone use one of them or both of them like I had the pleasure of doing!

2022-06-17I’ve taken my truck here 2 times and the first time was fine. The second time it was there for 3 weeks to fix an issue they claimed to have been chasing and fixing what I told them the issue was in the first place. Claims 5-8 days before an update but I had to reach out to them after 2 weeks and they still gave me the run around. Not sure if dealerships don’t stock common failing parts anymore or they only work on a vehicle for an hour a day then move on to the next. I came up in a shop where you work on a project until it’s finished. But I guess that was a different time.

2021-11-05Love Ron Craft Chevrolet! Purchased a 2020 Blazer Premier in March of 2020 - Cyrus went out of his way to find the exact vehicle to wanted! Monic Cook in the service department is the absolute best!!! Whenever I take my vehicle in for an oil change or routine maintenance she always schedules service appointments that fit my schedule. She also makes sure my vehicle is ready in a timely manner!

2021-06-16Bought my first car with the help of Daniel Schopfer (Sales Rep) and Corey Weatherly (Finance Manager). They did an AMAZING job helping me find a car that had EVERYTHING I wanted PLUS some more while ensuring that I stayed within my desired price range. EXCELLENT customer service!

2021-09-01I have only ever had horrible experiences with sketchy dealerships and this dealership completely surprised me! Specifically Daniel Kelly, was just amazing. We told him exactly where we needed to be price wise and he was able to deliver- no bs or games. His attitude was so positive and he is VERY knowledgeable about the vehicles he is selling. We had a 4.5 hour drive back home after flying in to pick up my new car and he even called to make sure we made it home okay. Truly genuine guy and great salesman. ASK FOR HIM!!!! Thank you so much for a seemless experience, Daniel!

2022-04-28I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Favard in purchasing my truck. From the first telephone conversation, he was very kind, accommodating and professional. When i arrived at the dealership, He went out of his way to make me feel welcomed and kept reassuring me my business was greatly appreciated. He answered my many questions with no problem. I never felt rushed or intimidated when trying to select a vehicle I wanted. All of the staff I incountered, were very helpful and kind.

2022-05-04As a customer I didnt feel important. I felt like everyone there could care less if we used the dealership or not. I like to be very friendly with people and that didnt seem to be received very well. I felt like a bother. I thought that everything got checked but when I left one tire was at 50 psi while all the others were in the 30s. From what my paperwork showed my car should have been cleaned but maybe I read that wrong. The $175 just to find the problem is understandable but should be dropped when the customer decides to use you for service...thats just my personal opinion as a consumer. Hope this was helpful.
