It was a ok experience. The sales staff checked in from time to time which is great. The place was clean and well organized. The issue was the prices they displayed vs what was on display. The couches that we looked at were not the couches that were included in the price. Display had cup holders, recliners, and storage. The price looked great. Then they said the couch that was included had none of those and it would increase the price. Talk about bait and switch.
Jack, our salesman, was very helpful and efficient. Able to answer all my questions. He gave us good solutions to our unique needs. No high pressure sales either!!Added bonus is that the furniture we ordered had a longest wait time of about a month and a half, so that beet most of the delivery tines at NFM.
Jack Horne “not home” lol our salesman was so awesome with helping us find the right living room set and bedroom set. He literally took his time, showed us around and broke down all our options in detail for us. He was so professional and he is probably the only person I’d want to make a sale with because of his demeanor, character and knowledge. He was very charismatic and funny! I always associated Rooms to Go as a big box furniture store and really didn’t know they carried mattresses until I did my research.We went to Rooms To Go to compare and contrast the Purple, Casper, and Nectar mattresses. It was one of the only places close to us where we could try all three. Ubaldo, was great! He showed us all three brands and we tried 6 different mattresses. He did a wonderful job explaining the similarities and differences and worked within our budget. He also didn’t apply a lot of pressure to secure the deal (which we appreciated). We ultimately chose the Nectar with cooling technology and it will be delivered tomorrow! We were also in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes.If you are ready to buy a new mattress and are looking for a place to try several different brands/styles, try Rooms To Go!
This whole process has been a breeze. We came and spoke with James, he showed us so many options all throughout the store. He was not pushy and made sure we felt comfortable with our purchase. If we need additional furniture in the future, we would come back and want to work with James!
Araceli was amazing! Very patient with me and answered all my questions and walked me through the financing with ease and took good care of me! Broke down all the costs and was able to help me stay within my budget. Would recommend this Rooms to Go for their customer service!

I hate shopping and spent a lot of time researching a new bedroom set and mattresses. I went to the Dallas LBJ store and worked with Araceli. She was amazing and spent 2 hours with me answering questions, securing credit, and setting up a later delivery. Not only was she great, but not one employee walked by us without saying hello or asking if we needed anything. As I said I dislike shopping and Araceli made it so easy for me that Im going back to purchase a sofa this weekend. The only complaint I have about Rooms To Go is your delivery charges. Other than that it was a perfect experience.
I went to Rooms To Go because I was desperately in need of a new couch. Robert helped me to the max. A lot of furniture stores will not ship you the couch until about 6 weeks and they couches are pretty expensive. I even went to the Plano location just in case there was a better price. Turns out Robert was more interested in giving me the best price. Thats what you call customer service. Thank you Robert!
Had a wonderful experience at Rooms To Go. We came in for a living room set and left with a bedroom set (don’t even ask..long story lol). I want to give a special thank you to Jack our salesman who was upfront, laid back, funny and very welcoming. His level of knowledge was through the roof and we will definitely work with him again. A+ deal and A++ experience.
I had a seamless experience at Rooms to Go the other day and worked with Jack! Jack was absolutely awesome! I recently moved and was in need of a sectional. I visited this location a few weeks prior and didnt see anything I liked but decided to take a second look. Jack greeted me at the door and gave me the space to look around on my own. When I had questions he answered them thoroughly and once I described to him exactly what I was looking for, showed me a few options. I fell in love with a sectional and ended up purchasing it. If you go to this location..ask if Jack is working. He will make sure you leave feeling confident about your purchase!
This has to be in the top 3 worst customer experiences of my life. Purchased a furniture set which was set to be delivered on two separate dates due to supply issues.The first delivery was supposed to be dropped off this past Saturday, we were tracking them on their delivery tracker, they never showed up. When we called moments after seeing they were on the next stop and didnt come to ours, we called and dispatch told us that they could not get to our building due to a road closure and were done making deliveries for the day so they couldnt turn around and try to re-deliver. There are 3 entry points to our building so essentially, the delivery drivers couldnt figure out how to use more than one street and Rooms to go deemed it our fault. They noted it in their system as a failed delivery attempt.We tried to cancel the items as we needed them in order to set up some of our other furniture during our move that day and we were told the cancellation fee would include them keeping the $170 we paid for delivery as well as an additional 20% of the products we purchased. They also could not reschedule us for delivery because our account was now on hold so we essentially had no choice but to wait and reschedule.Days later they called to reschedule our delivery and told us we needed to be home from 7:00am - 10:00pm for a delivery window. When I communicated that I was not able to be home for a 15 hour delivery time frame, they offered no assistance or smaller window so I now have to go pick my items up which will include me tying them to the roof of my car and praying it makes it safely to my home.Lord only knows whats in store for us for our second delivery scheduled for June. If it wasnt an entire bedroom set, Id offer to pick it up myself in order to avoid having to work with anyone else from this company. When I tried to reach out to corporate customer service, after explaining the above, they offered zero help and actually ended up asking me what they should do... how about your job? Figure out how to get me my items, in a reasonable time frame, with better communication?In a world where customers can literally buy from anywhere, its beyond my comprehension why some companies decide to treat customers like trash.

Ubaldo was a pleasure to work with! I called earlier with some questions in regards to the couch I was interested in and he answered all with a smile. When I arrived at the show room he immediately took me to the couch and walked me through all my options. Extremely happy with my purchase and the custom service Ubaldo provided.
I ordered a Queen size bedroom set. As I was reviewing my order with Salesperson I saw everything was King sized. I pointed it out and he switched it to Queen sized. Everything was fine at delivery but for a Queen sized bed I have a King sized footboard!!!!!! Can’t even set up the bed, basically sleeping on floor and now they can’t send out exchange for another week after waiting a week already. Not acceptable in my view point. Very disappointed that I have to wait another week while they fix his mistake.
Mairan Lopez was a great service rep. She was very patient and took the time to help us and answered all of our questions. She had no rush to sell anything and gave us our space to look around at our own pace. Thanks to Marian our first ever visit to Rooms to Go was great.
Imagine spending ~$10K at this ridiculous Rooms To Go (more like Rooms To Wait/Rooms to waste your time) store only to be told after payment that the items they told you are in stock are actually not in stock, and that you’d lose a good chunk percentage of your purchase if you want a refund? Chairs came messed up, like someone had used them, wrecked some damage, and returned them, and the delivery for the bulk of our purchase is undetermined, “possibly” between later this Summer and Fall. These are items we NEED and would’ve easily purchased somewhere else if their sales team had been honest and told us they didn’t have it in stock when we asked. We’ve been contacting their customer service day after day about the messed up chairs but they keep evading the issue, like this is something they do routinely to their customers. It goes without saying that this will be my first and last Rooms To Wait Forever purchase.
SERVICE is absolutely horrible. I came here to purchase a Bellingham Chaise Sofa that Ive been contemplating online. After 45 minutes in your LBJ store, Im leaving after not ONE of your sales people made contact with me. At first, like most businesses, post pandemic-I assumed that you were short staffed...I was thoroughly surprised to realize that the three ladies huddled by the front door watching something on their phones, were NOT customers but your EMPLOYEES! Im headed to Ashleys who has a similar sofa--I hope neither of those ladies get NO sales!
This is EASILY one of the WORST customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered!!! I live in an apartment, and was given a time frame window between 7-11 am. The delivery company, which is sub-contracted, came at 8:30. They did not call me directly, and instead, Rooms To Go Customer Care calls saying the drivers need a gate code. I call them back…AND WAIT FOR 30 MINUTES TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE!! When I speak to someone, they say the drivers left, won’t return, and the earliest they can deliver my couch is…wait for it…A WEEK LATER!Without a couch in my place for a week. Absolutely unprofessional service, and will never purchase furniture from this company again.
I’m not the one to leave bad reviews, but it seemed like the service was good up until the sale was made, the delivery service was horrible i didn’t get notified even when they had to reschedule for a second time.. when the furniture did arrive, the bed rails were cracked and the dresser was scratched/scraped. I spent $1800+ for a bedroom set that i am not happy with at all, customer service is poor when i tried to call and set things straight i was put on hold for over 30+ minutes eventually never getting a response back when i asked to speak to a supervisor/manager.
We were in the market for a new couch and decided to check out the Rooms to go off 635 and Preston Rd. Jack Horne was a huge help! His level of professionalism and his attitude through all of our indecisive decisions was above and beyond. Definitely ask for him if you’re in the market for new furniture.PS. As a mom of 3 and selecting furniture for my very first place of my own...I was excited, confused, decided and undecided all at once...but as soon as I asked for help and partnered with Ubaldo...I was relieved. He talked me through my changing thoughts, gave great feedback throughout the process and did not spoil the Inventing of Ana for me lol Ubaldo made my process easy and I really appreciate all his assistance.Thank you Ubaldo and Rooms to Go!
I dont want to give even 1 rating for this location. Associate by name ‘Esmeilda’ was very rude and shown complete racism. I went to the store to purchase dining set. We like a model but one of the piece of that model is out of stock so we decided to choose other items. This lady ‘Esmeilda’ immediately started blabbering good furniture required good money. I didnt understand for a second why does she started lecturing me. The behavior was utterly pathetic. Further She said if you want you can look at $300-$400 furniture.I reported to the store manager but he doesnt really interested in listening to me. I will report this incident to the rooms to go corporate team but wanted to right this review so that others will be aware of this. I am brown skin and didnt wear a suit or blazer while shopping so the way she assumed that I cannot afford is really horrible. Doesn’t matter the skin tone and dressing style its her job to help customers. Please be aware of this location associate ‘Esmeilda’.
This is our 2nd or 3rd purchase from this location and from the same sale representative Scott who has always given us awesome customer service. Scott even ask questions we had not considered which has been a lifesaver. Thanks Scott for your consistent customer service.
Dont ever buy furniture from RTG. Depending on what you buy the quality may be fine, but if you ever have a problem that requires customer service or repairs, this company is absolutely HORRIBLE. The installers setup a patio table and stripped several bolts due to using power tools, its been 3 months and I cant get anyone to fix this. Horrible.
Rooms to go is one of the worst places to buy anything from. I have gotten a couch and bought insurance on it and said the insurance covers anythinggggg that will happen to it. They came to take a look at and said this is not covered, ROOMS TO GO LIES ABOUT INSRUANCE. What is even worse is that the person on the phone did not even care, I asked for a manager multiple times and they wont give me a manager.The second worst problem is I had a mattress and its still under warranty and they some how cant find my order. The person from rooms to go came and said there is no claims for a matters but only for the couch and took pictures and said he will make a claim and they will called me back they said they dont have any claims for it. They said they cant find the order at all.DONT BUY FROM ROOMS TO GO , THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THERE INSURANCE IS A SCAM
Ermalinda Rodriguez was so helpful in choosing a mattress. She never made me feel rushed and showed me several options. She insisted that I lie down on each one and get into my sleep position to be sure that it was going to be comfortable. I will always ask for her when I shop at RTG.
This is not about the brick&mortar store, but rather the website.The competition have much faster and more responsive websites. RTG website freezes constantly, jumps to different items than the one Im interested in, and writing this I have no idea what my spelling is like because it hasnt moved past the sixth line of my post.Someone needs to bring this system into the 21st Century.
This place is AWESOME! Jack instantly helped me as soon as I walked in the door. I told him I was in a time crunch and did not want any “sales tactics” and he understood completely. I was able to get my entire apartment fully furnished in 30 minutes. Please try this place when furniture shopping!!
I have been to this show room numerous times with my boyfriend. This past month I finally came for myself. I met with the salesperson Jack and he was totally awesome. I literally came in store 6 times and Jack was patient with me all 6. I finally came to an agreement for the couch I wanted and Jack was still there with me. If you need help without judgement, Jack is going to be your guy. He gives you all the knowledge he has about what he is selling to make sure you make a very sound decision. I know the sales team work on commission and for me, this was money well spent.
First time in Rooms to go i was greeted from Araceli who was very patient and professional. She was awesome for a first time experience helped us understand the different packages available and what she recommends .Proud of leaving here with a new sofa would definitely recommend. ASK FOR ARACELI !
Ordered a replacement part for my bed. Been waiting since Nov of 2021 for this part. Have called several times throughout this process to get information. Have told the various staff that I have moved and no longer stay at the address that it was originally delivered to. Staff always stated oh let me look into this and I will call you back. Guess what no call back. Then I get a email stating my part is being shipped. To the wrong address. I call customer service to ask them why are you sending it to a address that I dont stay at. I have told several staff members my correct address plus it was on my form and money order. Clearly staff doesnt verify ppl info they just ship stuff. I was told she would call ups. Guess what she didnt cause I called ups to make sure. Luckily the place I used to stay at I called and got my stuff. Rooms to go is trash and the customer service is trash.
James is awesome. He is sooo helpful and kind person.I want a customise leather sofa and he helped me . Trust me it was really difficult you would have end up spending $$$ on sofa but he modified an existing package and did all the calculations and finally I had a better price. And Helped me in choosing my bed and tempur pedic mattress and explained me everything vry well. I am really happy with my purchase. And I still have to do lot of shopping and will always ask for James.
OMG... I can’t say enough good things about the following associates: Marian Lopez, Ubaldo Canton, Robert Cruz, Kre Boyd. I went in to the Preston and LBJ location with a specific bedroom set in mind. Marian Lopez was the Sales Associate assigned to help me. After looking up the date the set could be delivered I started looking at others. Marian went with me and looked up delivery dates for other sets in the store. We found a couple with March dates and she even began the paperwork. I changed my mind and went back to the specific bedroom set I went in for. Marian not once was or looked put out by my indecisiveness!!! Every associate mentioned above was kind and considerate to me. The finance team got me approved very quickly and explained everything to me in a way I could understanding! A HUGH THANK YOU TO THIS GROUP OF PEOPLE!!
Sales person Chris Lewis helped me buying sofa and love seat.They told me I will get my furniture by July 5th but instead they brought me delivery on August 3rd 2021.We had no place to sit for month at our new house.Finally they brought sofas but never assembled it.Now I don’t know what to do with those huge boxes.They refuse to install it neither they will return it.

Mr. James was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the products & services. Mr. James took his time with me and answered any and all questions I had and made my shopping experience pleasurable. Thank you James and RTG....
Horrible customer service they serve you very kindly but they do what they want I bought a bedroom for my son but from the first day I noticed that the mattress was stained and the dresser drawers were in poor condition and the outside of the furniture was peeling and broken from behind I made my claim and they sent me another one but the one they sent me was used so my husband sent it back the drivers said that they would take care of letting them know what had happened and that they would send me another one of that already happened 3 weeks and I did not receive anything yesterday I spoke and they told me that they would send it to me until next week because there was no claim I asked them what the discount would be for all the waiting and the inconveniences since they should have Having done so, they told me that this company did not do that and if they gave me a discount, they would take away the guarantee of the furniture, so if you have another option where to buy, do not come here, they do not care about the customer at all minimum
This place was fairly huge and provided us with a plethora of ideas to update and upgrade our living space. The staff seemed friendly. We were helped by Cree. She was a wealth of information and assisted us navigate the store and our search for furniture as a whole. This location is worth a visit for sure.
Today I came to shop at Rooms to Go and Araceli help us. She was very polite, knowledgeable, and nice. She was very attentive to my Grandmother, and did not hesitate to answer any questions that we had. When we need any other furniture need we will be back to visit Araceli.
Rooms to Go was an awesome experience. The furniture was very good quality and the service was amazing. From the moment you enter the store you are assigned a helper, mine was Scott. Over the 3 weeks of my husband and I coming and going before deciding on a product, Scott was very attentive and detail oriented. He helped us each time we were there, remembered who we were and what we wanted. In the end he helped us find the perfect furniture for our new home that fit our budget and preference.
I came here looking for a king mattress and Jack gave me the best walkthrough in between different brands and technologies according to my budget. He taught me about the options I had for financing and it came out pretty well. I am super super happy with my new mattress, I’m already planning to come back for a few upgrades. Ubaldo Canto was our sales rep and was excellent. He gave us many options to consider, was extremely knowledgeable about the product, answered all of our questions. He was very professional and listened to what we needed.The whole experience was very good, the only downside was that even though everything we ordered was in stock, the earliest delivery date was 10 days later. Was really hoping to get it within three or four days so that was disappointing.
Scott helped us and he was awesome! Very friendly and check on us a couple of times to make sure we were ok! We finally selected our living room set and check out was easy and not a long process , which is always a plus for us. He explained everything we need to know about the cleaning protection!! He made our experience perfect!!
Im not going to tell anyone to not shop at RTG. However, I will say dont shop at the RTG on LBJ Freeway in Dallas. I recently purchased a reclining loveseat (not a cheap one, I spent $2k on one item) from this store.The salesmans name is Chris. He was so busy trying to juggle customers while I was there, that I had to eventually leave him my business card and handle the transaction over the phone. I should have known then, this young man was more concerned with trying to pad his commission check that actually taking care of his customers. Chris promised me a delivery date of 09/15/21 but when he sent the sales slip to my email it had a delivery date of 09/23.It also had a $210 fabric protection plan that I didnt order. I called Chris and he promised me he would fix it and I trusted that he would.The new invoice arrived, and the fabric protection was removed and the correct delivery date was added. However, they charged me for a rush delivery fee because he changed the date.I tried calling the Customer Service number multiple times. Each time the hold was over 30 minutes, and when I requested a call back it never came. I finally decided to call the store again and talk to Chris. Chris wasnt available, so I spoke to the store director named Nick. Nick clearly had no desire to listen to my story or to help me out at all. He punted back to Chris and said theyd get back to me. Chris later left a voicemail saying they had fixed the delivery charge. So far, Im ok with all of this.The call came today to schedule the delivery and even though it was the agreed date the time was not what I requested. I called the CS number again, yet to be placed on hold for another 30 minutes. I attempted an online chat and was told the delivery time cannot be changed. At this point Im just irritated with this company.I called the store again and spoke with Nick. He told me I could accept the delivery time given, or I could cancel the order. I cancelled the order. I refuse to give money to a company who does not value my business. I was patient and I gave them over two weeks to get their *&^$% together and it still didnt work.If you shop at RTG, do so at another location. They do not value your business.
What a great team at this store . From Ben who warmly greeted me at the door to Scott the salesmen my sister referred me to. Scott is great! He listened to what I needed and helped me find just what I was looking for. I really appreciate he respected my budget range and found great options that worked for me. Scott gets extra points for patience ! I walked back and forth so many times trying to decide between two options. James came to us as we were looking for some couches and he was an excellent help! Very polite and extremely knowledgeable of salesman tactics! He was an awesome salesman saved us more tha $400 on top of sales ad! We were extremely lucky to have him help us select what we needed as he also explained everything in detail about the maintenance plans and coverage protection. Rooms To Go is lucky to have an awesome salesman like James. When you go to Rooms to Go at Preston n 635 in Dallas ask for James for a great great furniture buying experience!
Scott was amazing. We had visited 3 other furniture stores and Nebraska furniture before the Rooms To Go on Preston. Scott was the first person we met that greeted us. I told him I was just looking. As we sat down and found the sectional that we loved, we saw Scott walking around, asked him about the furniture. He was extremely helpful, welcoming and patient with our needs. I got his business card as I had planned on coming back at a later date. My daughter and I came back about a week later ready to purchase the sectional. My daughter, an 8 year old pointed to Scott right away when she saw him walking in towards the back of the store. I yelled Scott, he had such a welcoming smile on his face. I told him I was ready to purchase the sectional. He was extremely helpful, has a kind spirit and was a pleasure to speak with. My experience with Scott was the best ever.
I worked with James. He was pleasant and did not pass judgement as I was really dressed down when I walked into their boutique. James is highly competent and very accommodating as he came in to see me twice on his day off. His service made me want to choose you all for my living furniture options. I will be back to purchase other things and I will solely work with him. I am big on service as I work in luxury sales. I really enjoyed my experience. I did not feel rushed or uncomfortable. My boyfriend and I had a great experience working with Scott. Our plan was to just do some window shopping and check pricing to get an idea of what we would need to budget for. Even though we said we weren’t ready to make a purchase that day, Scott checked in with us regularly as we wandered the store and he was very knowledgeable and helpful with answering all of our questions. We ended up purchasing a Purple Hybrid mattress with an adjustable base at a great price compared to other retailers and the purchase even came with a $200 gift card which we used to also get a cooling mattress protector. Delivery only took two days, and tracking the delivery was easy with regular text alerts. Our delivery guys were very professional when setting everything up and went over all of the functions of the adjustable base. Overall the experience with Rooms To Go has been great and we will definitely be returning to this location to purchase the rest of our furniture, especially with the great financing options available.
My mom and I went to Rooms to Go today looking to get her a new recliner. We were pleasantly met by Araceli Dominguez upon arrival. Araceli was extremely helpful without being pushy. After fully understanding my mother’s needs, Araceli showed us the many options available, and we were able to select one that checked all the boxes. I wish more sales people were like Araceli! She was wonderful!
I have visited this location several times and the customer service is really awesome. But specifically the last time I visited I meet Scott, one of the kindest and most welcoming person I ever meet. His warm welcome and kindness makes you feel comfortable. He gave me enough time and showed me all the available options on the sofa I was looking for with no pressure. I had a very pleasant experience with my salesperson Mairan Lopez. I appreciate her patience throughout the whole time I was there. It was unfortunate that I was shopping for furniture after being mistreated and canceling my order from another store. I guess it was meant to be. I was extremely surprised to be able to receive a delivery date in a few days as I am currently without furniture. With this type of treatment received today, I will definitely be back!!
Robert Cruz was very patient and informative with us. He took his time to help us and answered all the questions we had. There was no rush from him to sell anything, on the contrary Robert showed everything we asked him and he help us to find what we were looking for. He is excellent, ask for Robert if you want have the best experience in shopping furniture in ROOMS TO GO.
I liked the Cindy Crawford Tribeca sectional but didnt like the burgundy pillows that went with it and the end and coffee table it was paired with. IrmaLinda went out of her way to have other pillows moved over to the couch and different coffee tables so that I could find a set that worked well together that suited me. She was very helpful.
BEN HODGE WAS AWESOME!! Very knowledgeable about the furniture.. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me multiple things that would complement my style.. Overall with BEN help we sealed the deal.. I was also able to build a line of credit.. My experience at the location was GREAT!!
Honestly, it’s been years since my mom and I have been to Rooms To Go. Once we walked in, we were welcomed in with care by Araceli. She gave us time to walk around and check the place around and asked what we were looking for and interested in. We told her what we wanted and she gave us the full rundown of the set and everything. We even tried the beds and they were amazing. If you want the best service you can possibly ask for, I suggest asking for Araceli, she will convince you 😂
Nice place to go and find quality furniture. People/sales is no pressure to buy.I would have given 5 stars but they charge to deliver and setup.I am one that thinks if I am going to spend over 4K on furniture, they can at leaste deliver it for free, instead they were willing to give me a 10 dollar disscount. Ummm,, sorry but that is a slap in the face considering the amount of money I would have spent.Dont let them sale you the exstended warrenty, instead, ask them what the factory warrenty is and hold them to it!Have seen so many times something got goofed up during delivery and the store worms themselves out of coverage.
My wife and I purchased a top of the line mattress with a remote controlled base for head and foot elevation in February 2021. The delivery occurred on the day scheduled and the delivery personnel installed the base and mattress and did a quick demonstration of the remote’s functionality. They quickly left and upon closer inspection the same afternoon, I noticed that the bed was too low and could not be height adjusted with the remote. I looked underneath the bed and noticed that the footings for the base had been placed under the bed in their packaging and no mention had been made of their existence or use. I contacted Customer Service multiple times and was routinely placed on extended holds. When I was able to speak with a live person, I was advised that I would receive a call back and when none came, I called several more times and escalated the call to a manager. I was advised that a delivery man would come and install the footings on the next available delivery date. When no one showed up by mid-afternoon on the scheduled date, I called Customer Service and was assured someone would arrive before 6:00pm. I called again shortly after 6:00p and was told they should arrive before 10:00p. I waited all day and no one arrived and no one called. I contacted the salesman, Ben H., and he said he would escalate my concern to the store manager. Neither he nor the store manager called me back. At the point of sale, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The customer service is detached and uninformed. Whoever they contract with for deliveries seem to only care about making the delivery as quickly as possible and getting to the next location. I’m very disappointed!

Table came apart, made warranty claim. Went to re select an item at another store and they took off the delivery charge. Order was canceled bc the Dallas store wanted to charge delivery even though manager at another store approved no delivery charge. Went back in to re select item and new store would fix the delivery charge, get to end of sale and they charge us again for insurance on the new item? We already bought the insurance originally??? Why would we buy it again on the warrantied item? Will never buy from here again

Our associate, Ubaldo, helped streamline the process while making note of important details like delivery options and features. All in all a great experience! Cannot wait for our furniture to arrive.
Came here to look for a living room set and the place was very nice and clean. Our associate James, was extremely helpful and really answered all of our questions. He really was very kind and helped us very much. He was very patient with us and even let us talk amongst ourselves to Decide if wanted to go through with the sale our not. He was amazing.
I was pleasantly surprised that all of the employees we encountered today were so helpful and friendly. I was used to aggressive sales tactics we see in many places but this was not the case today. Our salesman James was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable and guided us through the entire process.

Come into the store on 3/6. Not only did I already have my mind set on a particular set. It was absolutely beautiful in person. My sales person Robert Cruz listened to what I wanted and made it happen. He was very efficient and helpful. Ask for him when you get there.
Just bought a Stearns and Foster, upholstered bed frame and extras from Scott Barr at Rooms to Go off 635. Scott was professional, personable and knowledgeable plus it helped that I had my best friend Chris P. on the phone who works the Clermont Florida location and owned his own furniture store in NY so we are confident we made the right decision. If I could give zero stars even thats too high for this company. First I could not get assistance in two different stores and ended up purchasing a sofa online. Delivery was a disaster and took multiple tries. The sofa ended up being defective somehow as it feels like material over metal and is painful to sit on. Now I have tried for weeks to get an exchange and have been given the runaround repeatedly. Three different trips to a store, 10 or so calls where I held for over an hour each time only to be transferred to another department where I hold for another half hour and give up. I have utilized the call back feature so many times and not received a call back, submitted an escalation CSR case online and more. Finally got it approved for exchange but cannot get anyone to help facilitate this exchange so not helpful. At this point, and since all the sofas are backordered for months anyway, I just want to return it and get money back. Of course I still have to get a human being on the phone to do this and Im back at square one. Rooms To Go sells garbage furniture and useless warranties, delivers or does not deliver whenever they feel like in a rented truck, offers zero customer service, and bottom line is predatory in their business practices. Dont give them your money or you will be very very sorry as I am. Still have nothing to sit on after months and Im out thousands of dollars. Beware!

2022-06-02Gosh I wish I could give them zero stars because what the actual heck is this scam in broad daylight? My family made purchases of a big recliner set, bedroom king size furniture set, and a Cindy Crawford dining set at this Rooms To Go store. We asked if these items were in stock and they said yes and kept pressuring us to pay in full so we did.1. After paying they told us the complete bed set was not in stock and that some parts would be arriving as late as September 2022, even though we made our order much earlier this year.2. They said they didn’t know when the dining table would be in stock, but after we insisted they check other Rooms To Go stores they said they can deliver the table sometime in July. So our dining room is a hot mess right now.3. The dining chairs came defective.4. The guy delivering the corner wedge for the recliner made a noticeable scratch/dent in our new wood flooring, looked at it and continued hurriedly moving others things, no apology.When we requested a refund they said they’d take 20% off our entire purchase. So we decided to let it be. Now we’ve been calling and emailing for them to replace these defective chairs which we haven’t used because well, the table’s not even here, but they keep blowing us off.

Recently I intended to complete furnishings in two rooms with specific pieces in mind and had headed back to this store in hopes of finding these treasures. One of the salespeople, Jack, kindly and courteously guided me through the selection process of five major items. His guidance through available floor models in addition to offering online ones provided a wide, excellent variety of styles. With his expertise and attention to customer item preferences, I confidently purchased the desired additions for my home. I recommend this store as a place to find quality home pieces.

2022-05-16From the moment my grandmother and I walked in Jack was very attentive and patient with us. We looked around the entire store before we decided on what we wanted. Most places sales people get inpatient and end up walking off to help other potential buyers. Instead jack patiently and kindly answered all our questions. We ended up making his wait worthwhile as we both purchased multiple items.

There’s no pressure to buy, and he has a great knowledge of all the items in the store. I would highly recommend you ask for him if you come to the LBJ location.

2022-03-01My partner and I went in not knowing exactly what we wanted. Thankfully, Scott was there to help us out. He was SUPER knowledgeable about the various products and you could tell he genuinely wanted to find us the pieces that we’d be happiest with, as opposed to which items would get him the biggest commission, etc... He was very patient with us as we zeroed-in in exactly what we wanted. At the end of the day, we decided on 2 pieces that we’re both incredibly happy with. I guarantee that the next time we’re in the market for new home furnishings we’ll be going back to see Scott.
