Sean from Rosenberg Indoor Comfort performed our summer maintenance check up today. He was on time, very professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained all of the work he did and answered all of our questions. The experience could not have been better. We have used Rosenberg several times and the service is always top notch!
Professional and friendly service. When there was a glitch with the sensor on my heat pump , the technician, Rudy, was able to effectively problem solve and get things up to par. Am pleased with the service and have signed up to have Rosenberg do twice yearly maintenance checks.
I subscribe to the annual maintenance plan, which includes 2 visits, one in the summer and the other in the winter. Their service for both these visits from scheduling, reminders and promptness of their service staff is excellent. At my recent service, i was informed that my HVAC capacitors were out of/ will be out of compliance and would need replacement along with the contactor. Total charge for both units was $868, this is with the annual membership. If you are someone like me who rarely has time to chase repairs, they will make sure the work is done professionally and promptly, otherwise their service in my opinion is not good value for the money, 2 stars deducted for this.
The technician sent to our home (Johnny) was absolutely outstanding! He was thorough, knowledgeable, communicative, and professional, along with being amiable and displaying a welcomed sense of humor. I especially appreciated the identical way he communicated with BOTH myself and my wife. Unlike some in the HVAC profession, he never (never!) exhibited even a smidgeon of defensiveness nor condescension... nor unethically trying pressure tactics to sell unneeded equipment. We could not have been more pleased. We found Rosenberg Indoor Comforts pricing to be fair, and the staff members we dealt with all listened to us attentively and respectfully. Bravo!
We had such a great experience with Sean today. He was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell us on anything we didn’t need. He also explained everything he was doing and recommended a better filter for us. We’ll definitely be using this company again and requesting Sean!
We have utilized Rosenberg for the past 3 years, and I would highly recommend their services. The Rosenberg team is responsive, professional, and trustworthy. Our must recent issue, Joel from Rosenberg was at our house within 24 hours, diagnosing the problem (clogged drain line). Thankful for the quick response and turnaround in this summer heat!

Joe Came out on Sunday morning when a/c went out Saturday night.Thank you for getting our old unit up and running again ! Needed a new starter motor.I will definitely use them in the future. No pressure to buy a new system even though I know we really need it ! I will definitely use them when we are ready to replace 18 year old a/c. And it will be pretty soon since electric bills are through the roof the last few months.
Saw many positive reviews here and on Nextdoor for Rosenberg and decided to get a quote to replace one my 20+ year systems. Got a fair price and decided to procede. Staff was very knowledgeable and efficient. Any questions were answered, and the work was done really well. Have 2 more systems to replace down the road, and I intend to use them for this as well.
Air conditioner compressor stopped working Friday late afternoon. A call to Rosenberg Indoor Comfort after normal business hours put me in touch with emergency care. I was very happy to be put on a service schedule for the next day. But a few moments later a service tech called and offered to come over tonight, the same day ! About 30 minutes later Gooti the technician arrived and quickly determined the problem. Goodi was very polite and efficiently completed the repair. Super service from first phone contact to having our AC up and running in minimal time !!
Called and were able to send someone out that same day to look at my hvac system that wasnt cooling. Tech was professional and gave me assessment of my unit. Gave great advice and repaired issue at hand. Always responsive and professional when they are working out in the heat all day.
Our a/c suddenly stopped cooling last night. I called first thing this morning and was lucky to get on the schedule for this afternoon. Johnny came out early in the time window and got us fixed up and the house cooling within about 30-40 minutes. Reasonable price too. So very thankful!!
Rosenberg has provides maintenance and repairs. I was able to get a same day appointment for the repair. The technician was professional and performed tests to determine the problem and then fix it. Throughout he gave me updates on the prices and options if available .
We signed up for a Tune-up of our (2) 19-yr-old a/c units. The solicitation letter we got from Rosenberg claimed that, if needed, they would include a pound of Freon for free. There was no asterisk on the giant lettering advertising that on page one. Once the technician inspected the first unit, he said that we looked to be low on Freon by a pound or so. And then he informed us that since we had R22 systems, the Freon was NOT included. They could still provide the charging of the system, but it would be $198/lb of R22. I had to re-read the letter to find the obscure verbiage on page two that says ..., I will include a Pound of Freon (410A refrigerant) if needed absolutely free, if you act now. How is the average homeowner supposed to know what that means? I realize now that R22 has been discontinued and expensive to procure, but the person that took my appointment information on the phone could easily have asked how old my system was and clarified then and there that refrigerant would not be included. I could have then decided if I wanted to get a tune up elsewhere for a lower cost w/out the refrigerant promise. Ive seen lower ads from other a/c service outfits in town that would have cost me less for the same amount of service I SUPPOSEDLY got from Rosenberg. There were some check items listed on my receipt (that I had to call and ask be emailed to me because it wasnt sent automatically) that I KNOW, for sure, werent checked. The technician got nowhere near my filters. Theyre in our ceilings, this side of our air returns and he didnt do anything but walk under them on his way to the attic stairs. And turning the temp down to force the a/c on is not what I think of as check[ing] the thermostat calibration. The tech also said the copper coil was ok, but a hole might rust through soon. ?? Uh, copper doesnt rust. There was also no discount in pricing for servicing of two systems even though it was one trip out to my home. I called and asked while the technician was here, especially after I was informed that no Freon would be included. I asked that tech how we would go about getting a quote for system replacement, if we wanted one. He gave us a ball park figure, but with no offer to have a formal bid given with details, like tonnage, seer, etc. I didnt expect him to give the detail, but why not have a sales rep call me to do that of give me a number/name of someone there who could? Overall, the experience left a bad taste in our mouths and well get system replacement quotes from other businesses before I consider using Rosenberg.
I can’t get over what an amazing company this is. Our AC broke after business hours and they were out in less than 2 hours to fix it. Johnny our technician was super informative every step of the way and let us know exactly what the issue was as well as the cost to fix it. I will continue to use them for any AC issues in the future. I couldn’t recommend them more.
I called them out to look at why my AC was constantly freezing over. I am a newer home owner and don’t know much, Sean was very thorough and helpful answering all my questions and educating me at the same time. Was very careful to try and explain why I needed a new unit but also gave me all options including the cheaper temporary route. Through his education I understand and came to a conclusion that if I don’t get a new unit in the end I’d be back at this same standstill very quickly and in the long run spending more money than what I could spend up front for the new unit. Afterwards he also explained thoroughly the difference in the different systems in a way I could understand and how they could be beneficial to me depends on what I wanted my expectations to be. Helped me to get best pricing and now workiNg with Joe to try and get financing.I can tell Sean is out to help ppl in a honest way and not out to just charge the most. He cares about his service he provides and education he offers through the service. With that having a good product is one thing but the customer service provided made the value even better bc I wasn’t looked at like another sale but a human that is going through a hard time. Thank you for the compassion and assistance. I hope I can continue to work with Sean in the future.
Everything from Joe with the sales team to Jason and his partner for the install has been outstanding !! The most responsive and professional group of people you would ever work with ! And affordable to! They will work with you to make sure you are taken care of with your HVAC needs 100/10 if I could rate higher I would.
We had intentions to replace our twenty year old Trane system, but it was still getting by. During a Cold spell, the heat quit on us, so we put in a call to Rosenberg, on a Sunday, and Johnny was out in about only an hour and got it going again. Decided it was time, and had Juan and Anthony out three days later to install a new American Standard system. They completed the job in about six hours, tested it, and made sure our ductwork was in good shape. We were very impressed with their work ethics and craftsmanship, the system is much more efficient and quieter and the warranty and price better than our expectations. Think we are good for another twenty.
I’ve been using Rosenberg for AC and Heating Maintenance for a year now and have been very satisfied. My tech today was Melanie; she was on time, did great work, and answered my probably ridiculous questions. I enjoy being on their regular program where they reach out to let me know it’s time for maintenance and it’s at a good value.
Rosenberg has always helped us in taking care of our HVAC Unit. We have an annual service contract. Today, Derrick Rogers was our technician and he was great to work with. He went out of his way to explain how the system works, how and when to properly replace filters, and other items I could look for to help the quality of the air in our house. He was courteous, prompt, professional, etc. (just like all of Rosenbergs employees). But he truly went above and beyond. I will request him from now on.
Rudy and Nico serviced all 4 of my A/C units for my annual Spring maintenance. They were timely, professional and very cordial. They wore booties over their shoes, while they moved through the house to access the various systems. I highly recommend Rosenberg, and this team, specifically. Rosenberg is an excellent company with excellent staff. They take care of my Fall and Spring servicing under their Comfort Club Membership maintenance contract, which I also highly recommend, because of the great benefits it offers.

Johnnie was very professional. Answered all my questions, even went up through the attic to look at ducts and answer other questions unrelated to heating. Gave good advice on maintenance/avoiding issues down the line. Recommended installing a wet switch, but never felt pressured or that he was trying to upsell anything. Was professional, on time, courteous.This is the second time Rosenberg has been out; great company so far. Would recommend them to anyone!
Rosenberg recently replaced the ductwork and installed new insulation at our home. Update 6/6/22-Another great maintenance appointment with Rosenberg HVAC. Tech was on time, thorough and informative. Highly recommend Rosenberg and Derrick for serviceUpdate 8/8/2021-Rosenberg Indoor Comfort to the rescue. Friday evening (because thats when these things happen) we get home and the house feels a little warm. I feel air coming out of the vents, but it is not cool. I look out the window and notice the compressor fan is not moving, yet the unit is blowing air. I know this is a problem. I have used Rosneberg in the past so I give them a call. It is after hours, but the answering service tells me a tech will call me back. 20 minutes later I get a call that a tech will be there in 30-40 minutes. Johnny shows up as promised and diagnosis the issue. After about 30-45 minutes my AC is back working again. He even remembers coming to my house for the biannual service in the past (2 years +). I dont know why we stopped the biannual service contract, but I paid tonight to restart the preventative maintenance program again and will not let it lapse again. I know most companies offer this 24hr service, but I have had only positive experiences with Rosenberg Indoor Comfort and I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.Very thorough preventative maintenance service. We have had Rudy in the past and he is very thorough and always addresses any concerns I may have. We always get a call 30 minutes before he arrives so I dont have to wait around the entire appointment window. They lost a star because I had to call them when I realized we did not get our fall maintenance visit yet even though I pay for 2 visits a year. Also there was confusion in scheduling. I thought I had scheduled the afternoon window, but they called in the morning. That could be my fault. Overall I recommend Rosenberg based on this visit and past visits.
When we purchased this home the previous owners recommended Rosenberg because they were familiar with the 3 systems and had confidence in them. We kept the bi-yearly maintenance and we’ve not had any disruptions in our daily lives! We renew our agreement with them every 3 years and it truly makes sense pocket/budget wise. Always professional, trustworthy and courteous. Living in Texas you have to have your systems maintained, too don’t want a middle of the night 100 degree emergency. It’s worth every dollar to prevent a night sleeping in an oven!
Since 2008, Rosenbergs Indoor Comfort has serviced my home and rental house twice a year under their seasonal maintenance plan. Ive had many different technicians, and all have been quality workers. Today, Sean Nelson serviced my residences system, and once again, I am very pleased. Rosenbergs maintenance service keeps my HVAC systems running at peak performance, both in the hot and cold seasons at both houses. Rosenberg installed my new system in 2018 and I have been so pleased with their service. Derrick was thorough with the fall 2019 service on our furnace and so very helpful. He took extra time to be sure we were all set up on our new thermostat and understood how to use it.Spring 2022 we needed a complete system. He was courteous, respectful of the property, tenacious in locating the problem that was plaguing one of the systems and found a way to repair it.
Johnny T did our semi-annual maintenance today. He was very thorough and gave us lots of feedback about our system along with suggestions about setting adjustments during the summer and winter seasons. He gave us the thumb’s up on our HVAC, and made suggestions when we asked about our carbon monoxide detectors. We are very happy with the services provided by Johnny at Rosenberg!
I like to switch up my providers to make sure nothing gets missed on my systems. Used a special from Rosenberg for a maintenance check. The deal included 1lb of Freon, which I didnt expect to need, but you never know. The $99 price was $30 more than I normally pay, though.Tech was very professional and took his time inspecting and cleaning my system inside and outside my home. I appreciated his using compressed air to ensure clean drain lines as well, something that most others havent done.Overall I am impressed with the quality of the work performed, as well has the professionalism of the technician and staff that scheduled the work.
Rosenberg to the rescue! This company was great! Melanie showed up and was very knowledgeable about what was going on with the water leak. She cleaned out the pipes and the air condition was up and running in no time. Very reasonable rate - worth it. I also signed up for their twice a year maintenance program.
I have been using Rosenberg for years to maintain my hvac units. Becausr they do a good job with the basics I have also used them to do repairs, to install a new hvac unit and make some changes to ducting. I have found each person to be professional and do what they say they are going to do. I would highly recommend Rosenberg to anyone wanting a quality hvac partner in maintaining in their home.

The installation people were extremely efficient and knowledgeable and went out of there way to make sure that we had a good understanding of the new system and its operation. Very Knowledgeable and relaxed in his communication. One of the best techs I have every had the pleasure of speaking with on recommendations for repair. I usually love Rosenberg’s excellent and professional customer service; however, this time I was stuck at home waiting for them for most of the day. My scheduled time was between 10 and 2 They did not arrive until 3 PM and left at 5:30 PM, a 7 and 1/2 hour time frame total.
Showed up on time. first they couldnt figure out how to work my Thermostat, couldnt figure out how to remove the Thermostat from the wall so he tore it from the wall. Quoted me a new Thermostat $389.00Found same unit for $68.00 on lineThen went outside to unit couldnt ever bypass and get it started after 1.5 hours then told me Switch Valve was bad need replaced for $1800.00. I Told him to put a total quote together he said he would email it to me, never received quote. Next day I called another company who confirmed that switch valve was fine and fixed me up for $350.00 out the door in 45min. Which included a new Thermostat.Ill never call Rosenberg again I had to pay them $89.00 for the visit for them to destroy my Thermostat damage my wall and cause stress for a very expensive repair that wasnt necessary.3/25/2021 An update to the above. Mr. Rosenberg himself reached out to me and offered me a full refund. I was also afforded the opportunity to give further detail of the specifics of the visit so that attention and training could be put forth. Given the fact that I was contacted so quickly after the visit, the refund that I promptly received, and the assurance of better training for new people I would definitely give Rosenbergs another chance
They were really awesome, My wife and I need a whole new unit and we saw 6 different companies and felt the most comfortable with Rosenberg. Joe came out and looked my place he was honest and told me everything they would do the price was fair as well and gave me guarantees the warenities would be registered and everything also the fact they have 24 hour service was absolutely awesome. The actual install of the unit was great 2 guys showed up and it only took a day they were both nice and professional I offered some coffee but then i remembered most people dont drink coffee at 2pm. my little pug enjoyed them as well and they were super nice to my dog which meant a lot and at the end of the job we said our farewells and the guy said alright now stay cool guys great company 10/10 also i wanted to get them breakfast but i over slept
I arrived home and my AC was reading 80 degrees. I panicked because family is coming tomorrow. I called Rosenberg Indoor Comfort and they were very fast in getting a technician dispatched. Within two hours my AC was being fixed. I was really surprised at how inexpensive the service call and repair was, especially since it was in the evening. I was very happy with the value and will be joining the annual service contract they offer. It is also a great deal.Our technicians name was Derrick Rogers and he was professional, efficient, and kind. Since we bought our house 6 years ago we decided that we needed to have a reliable service to maintain our Heating and A/C working in optimal conditions. We found all this andore with Rosenberg. Their techs are professional and very respectful. The Customer Service is par to none and the scheduling is flexible but consistent. We signed up for their membership program that gives us 2 major check ups a year. ( Before Summer because this is Texas and Before Winter because...this is Texas!!) and we have our system in pristine condition. We only have had one incident in all this time and they took care of it immediately. I highly recommend Rosenberg as your best resource for the Air Conditioning and Heating in your home!!!
Rosenberg replaced my downstairs unit and they listened to my needs and made recommendations and thoroughly discussed the pros and cons of each. The installers also did an excellent job and as they were very respectful and cleaned up afterwards. Lastly, the price for a two stage unit was very competitive and included redoing the drip pan from the prior builder unit which was not leveled correctly. Highly recommend!

Robert is an asset to Rosenberg and so is the rest of the team, very courteous and responsive. I have been with their maintenance plan for ten years and have not had any issues. Good service and information on my systems. They have serviced my 20+ year systems and have kept them running and maintained them to give me more years without replacement. They are never about the up sell of a system to make a buck. I appreciate that I can trust an AC company that is not just interested in selling me a new system. Their experience in troubleshooting fixable issues is important when I depend on them as the professionals and they do it well.

Our A/C went out at 7pm on a Sunday evening, and Rosenberg was the only service that answered the phone with a live person, and had a dispatcher call me back within minutes, and then had a tech at our house within just over an hour. Our tech, Rudy, was prompt, professional, and friendly, and got the work done very quickly and got our house cooling again in one visit. Other emergency 24/7 A/C services were only just returning my voicemails as I was thanking Rudy for his amazing work and finishing up the paperwork. We were so happy with Rosenbergs prompt and professional service tonight that I signed up for their bi-annual maintenance agreement on our HVAC system on the spot. Definitely a customer for life. Thanks for saving us and keeping us cool, and special thanks to Rudy for being so kind!
Darryl dropped by to help with a routine AC inspection I ordered. Darryl was communicative, polite, and thorough. He checked every aspect of our system, and answered all my questions. Scheduling with these folks was easy, too. It took just one call and a few minutes. I really appreciated that we received a call about a half hour before Darryls arrival. Ill continue to reach out to Rosenberg for all our HVAC needs.
I am quite pleased with the level of service I received from Derrick Rogers and the staff at Rosenberg Indoor Comfort who worked with me to coordinate a time that best fit my schedule. The technician, Derrick, was quite thorough in his inspection of my system and took the time to talk to me along the way about what was and was not happening correctly. He did not talk down to me, but explained things to me in a manner that I could understand. He spent the time necessary to ensure that the job was done properly, even though I was his last call of the day. I booked a heating system check through our maintenance agreement. The technician, Rudy explained everything and answered my questions. He did tell me that there could be a potential problem in the future with not having a switch for a water line should condensation build up and water overflows from the line. I asked him if could do it today so he did. This is the second technician we have experienced with Rosenbergs so far. Both gentlemen were very polite and did their work. We have been in San Antonio for almost 8 years now and have used several HVAC companies without really feeling that we had found one to stay with. We lived in TN for 15 years before moving back to my home State, and in our home we were with the same company the entire time there! I do not want to keep switching companies. I want to build a relationship with companies that take care of our home over the years that we trust and can recommend to others. I have read many wonderful reviews on this company. Weve used Rosenberg to maintain our HVAC system for the past couple years and Ive been very happy with the value and quality of service they provide. During that time a number of different employees (most recently Derrick and JB) have come out for seasonal tune-ups or to address issues as they come up and theyve all been very professional and helpful. On a cold night in February when our heater went out I called them and Andrew came to our house at 10:45 PM to find the cause and get the heater working again. Their office staff is great as well and always easy to get in touch with over the phone. Top notch customer service all around.
Rudy/Technician with Rosenberg, provided excellent service during my air conditioner spring maintenance check-up. He took his time to explain the process and what he was going to do. Everything he checked regard the AC was listed on the report with the readings. I am a satisfied customer!

I thought I needed a more expensive system, but they convinced me that I needed a system that fit my house and needed, not what I thought I needed or was recommend by another company. I requested a tune-up check of my A/C system. I waited for the tech to arrive and then explained my desires when he did. I had to leave to work so my wife was here waiting on work to be completed. According to my wife it was a very favorable result. Technician was polite and did great work. I do recommend Rosenberg Company.

Rosenberg installed a brand new system in my home. The workers were polite, prompt, and completed the work in the time they said. My home had gone 4 days without AC and when they turned the system on, I couldnt believe how quickly my home felt comfortable again. My wife and I have been extremely satisfied with the work that was done.
Ray was very professional and helpful. He came in a timely manner and explained to us what the problem was. He also helped me save some money by explaining that one of the jobs he could do was very simple and if I wanted to, I could spray down and clean the outside unit myself and save myself some money.He did a great job cleaning out and taking care of the issue we did have with our air conditioner and I would highly recommend him and Rosenberg again.
I have been a customer of Rosenberg for over a year now, their service has put other companies I’ve dealt with to shame. I can depend on them to always have someone available to send my way in a reasonable time to get the help I need. If there is an emergency they’ll try their best to expedite sending a person. I highly recommend their services if you are on the hunt for a great HVAC company.
Rosenberg replaced our entire system in May 2020. We received 3 bids and chose Rosenberg due to their fair price and Joes thorough consultation with us. We discussed all the system options with Joe and felt very comfortable proceeding. We are very happy with the results and plan to use them for our second system soon!
*Edited to add: Michael Rosenberg called me, and we discussed my review. He offered to refund the money I paid for the service call. I would call on this company again when needed, and I appreciate the attention to my comments.When the technician makes statements such as, Im going to have to charge extra for that, for a situation that hes unfamiliar with, then, I wonder. I pushed back, and there werent extra charges. He decided that my minisplit unit had a leak, but didnt confirm where, or if that was true. My regular AC technician came the next day, spent about 10 minutes testing the unit, and declared no leak, something that I would have thought the Rosenberg technician could have done. The Rosenberg tech replaced a cap, but never told me that. My regular guy said that perhaps it was that cap that had been leaking. I wasnt skeptical when the Rosenberg tech was here, but after my regular guy told me what should have happened, I felt as if I had wasted my money.
This company is top notch. They have superior products, customer service and great prices. I think everything is reasonable and all our issues are addressed. They installed a new unit a couple years ago and came to visit us to see if all was working after the freeze and power outage. I can’t say enough about their compassion. Uncommon product and customer care.
I had services on my old system from Rosenberg’s for two years, so I was very comfortable getting a new system from them as well. Joe spent a lot of time explaining the best design choices with me and I appreciated that. He said the bid he would send would not be the lowest in town, which I already expected, but in the end I was pleasantly surprised with how competitive it actually was. The install took two days, and Jason did a great job; all I could ask for. I feel if anything goes wrong, with anything, Rosenberg’s will work with me to make it right, and that gives me peace of mind. I can recommend Rosenberg’s to my friends without hesitation.
Rosenberg Comfort is by far the best HVAC service we’ve ever had. Open 24 hours, always quick to respond, extremely personable and honest. We joined their maintenance plan a few years ago and it was a great decision - semiannual A/C & heater tune up, no extra charge for emergency service, and a discount on any repairs. Highly, highly recommend.
The technician, Derrick Rogers, was very professional and informative. I initially called about my thermostat. Derrrick showed me that the problem was beyond my first assessment. He quickly identified a burnt breaker box that could have had further safety problems for my family. He was never pushy nor tried to sell us products based on this. In my opinion, he looked for our safety and comfort and provided us with options. Ultimately, our experience was great and would recommend Rosenberg Indoor Comfort to anyone looking for a honest experience.

Derrick did a great job checking the outside unit & cleaning it up afterwards. He was professional and had attention to detail with everything including using the hand sweeper to clean up from pull down door to attic.We would be very happy to have your service by him at any time. Rosenberg Air did an outstanding job with the installation of our two HVAC units. Joe and his team are very professional and finished the job in less than two days (I thought it would take longer). The friendliness that starts from the time she/he say hello to scheduling the appointment in a timely manner to the courtesy call prior to the tech arriving to the tech greeting you hes in a uniform with his name tag on with footies for his shoes and a mask (because of the present times) The fact that the tech verifies the reason for your call and ask is there any additional concerns and then explain and showing you what the problem is and advises you that they will check and see if they have the product in there van . The tech informs you of price upfront, so you can decide whether you want to install it also explaining the warranty behind the product. Then fixed the problem and give you invoice of everything he did.I will continue to recommend this company to all my friends the following text have been in my house Johnny Darrell and Josh. 2022-08-11We have been using Rosenberg for our HVAC needs since 2018 and we are always incredibly pleased. We started experiencing some cooling issues with our unit over the last few days and called Rosenberg and the technician, Derrick R., came out the same day. He arrived right within the window we were given and, not only completed the necessary service, he also educated my husband and I on better ways we can take care of our unit between seasonal service. He was extremely professional and courteous. I highly recommend Rosenberg, their maintenance agreement if it’s available to you and especially Derrick if you can request a specific technician! We hope to work with you again (but not too soon 😉)!

2022-07-14Have to amend my review. After the service I was quoted a new 7k system is needed to replace current one. I called Rosenberg to check my system again because it ran worst than before there service. Maybe something was forgotten to reconnect. First they made promptly an appointment and I took of work to accommodate it. Shortly before the appointment I got another call from a very rude lady that told me no one will come out because I was already told that I needed a new system. I asked her to have at least have my system running as it did before. She declined to sent someone out. I called a competitor for a second opinion. They came out promptly as well fixes the system and added some Freon and it runs. No new 7k system is needed. This leaves a sour taste in my mouth why Rosenberg things it it’s necessary to quote expensive system when a repair just can fix it. So I reduce my review to 2 starsVery customer oriented. Service technician knows his business. He was confident in the delivery of my system analysis. Thank you

2022-07-22My Trane heat pump quit on one of the hottest days here in San Antonio. Staff at Rosenberg was very professional and assisted me with their earliest available appointment.Needless to say I spent two uncomfortable nights waiting for the technician to arrive. But it was worth it.Technician Derrick impressed me with his knowledge and professionalism. Explained everything I asked him about and was clear in helping me understand the causes for the related A/C unit repair.Am pleased that his experience and expertise resulted in the successful completion of the repair, and now I am basking once again in a comfortable cool home environment.Thanks for a job well done.

2022-06-23My service technician Johnny arrived in a timely manner. He was very courteous and professional. I was provided with options to choose from in regards to the repairs needed for my a c unit. Johnny explained what each option entailed and quoted me the price for each option. I never felt pressured. My air conditioner is working again and I am thankful

2022-02-22Joel made sure everything was in working order. Explained the issue with the thermostat. He made sure the cooling and heating was doing its job. The wiring in the thermostat was a little complicated but he got it down. It was not average wiring issue. He went in and out to check the unit outside. I dont care how long it took, it just means he wants the whole system to be in working order. Rosenberg did my system in 2015 and the ductless ac in my garage. I also included the maintence package. Both systems work perfect. It was just my thermostat . I got quotes from other ac companies for my units and Rosenberg has the best deal. Overall, Rosenberg the best service and units.

2022-04-28We’ve had Rosenberg service our HVAC System for I believe 3 yrs now. Derek used to provide maintenance service twice a year. Then Melanie took over. Today Derek was back. He has done a wonderful job. He is very thorough in his job. Very professional, he’ll let you know if something needs replacing or repair, only what you really need, nothing more nothing less. It’s not like some other companies that are always trying to sell you up on something else, something you don’t even need. No matter what tech comes by, they are all well trained, they know their stuff. We feel confident that with Rosenberg and its team, we are taken care of, our HVAC is maintained properly, providing us with warm winters and cool summers.
