Customer service is awful. They never pick up the phone. Also prices are not clear. I was shopping for a mattress at the burleson location that cost 439.00 according to the sign. However as I go to scan the item it shows for 539.00, mind you there is no sign anywhere for 539.00. So I called an employee (Jermaine)and ask how much where the mattress and he also believe they were 439.00. I ask for a manager (Mack) he was not available or store manager(David Purrue). Only person available was Jeff lead man. He was no able to assist me with this matter. He was looking for a scanner to check price after 15mins he can back without a scanner and just said they are 539. I told him that is false advertising and misleading us as customers to purchase a mattress that is not that price. He was unable to assist me. He said to call store manager. However I have been trying all morning after 30 mins of just ringing it just hangs up and I have to start all over gain. Horrible service. Please contact me Sams and show me you care about your loyal customers. I have been one for 10years
Gas lines are facing a single direction. Theres a specific entrance and exit. Theres a pallet with a huge sign on it that says its only an exit and people still use it as an entrace. They face traffic direction and mess up everyones flow of traffic. The gentleman in the small office says nothing. I would think hes there to make sure everything is running smoothly. Why place all kinds of signs and arrows advising people how they should go to fuel if no one is going to make sure theyre being followed. I have been to other Sams where I have seen the employee advise the customer he cant go thru there and makes them go the direction that all traffic is going. FYI people, it doesnt matter which side your fuel tank is at, the line stretches enough to reach both sides.
4 stars that should be 5.The kiosk had an e-coupon available for an item in the store. I scanned my card and didnt see anything fall happen on my phone. Still, I went and purchased the item, hoping to get the coupon to show up electronically when I checked out. Sams Club staff swore it went on my membership card, but it takes longer than 45 minutes for it to load. Then, another associate said, Check your email, and again, nothing. So my 1-star beef is that the store is offering you something for redemption from a machine no one knows how it operates. Cmon, man!I still like shopping there though for the regular items.
Been coming here for several years. Their gas prices are usually the least expensive in town. Theres usually a line.Inside the store, its as you would expect if youve ever visited Sams before. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because the AT&T sales people they plant right near the entrance are the most annoying human beings on planet Earth. Ive kindly declined their pitch many times before but they are flat out aggressive, asking how much my bill is. Its none of your damn business!
I don’t know what’s going on but I went into Sams club today to do some groceries, and one of the items were a pack of Red Bull. I was packing everything into my car when I noticed the White male CASHIER had STOLEN a can!!??? So unprofessional…smh Like if you really wanted one, you could’ve asked and I would’ve got him one for Xmas.
This past Sunday 9/12 I had my order scheduled for pick up at 4pm. I arrived to the Burleson Sams to realize I never received a ready confirmation to check in. I parked and went into the location to find two ladies working hard to complete online pick up orders. The girls were the only two working the entire order process this Sunday. One of the ladies apologized and said she was starting my order now. I told her no worries that I would order a pizza and be outside waiting. AS I ordered my pizza and waited for it I caught several managers just standing around observing and not being involved in anything. Seriously go help these two ladies out. As the girl brought my order out she was being hit with angry customers waiting for their orders to come out. I apologized to the girl for the peoples lack of moral behavior and their raising (barn). People these days have no tack at all. Simply embarrassing. I have tried for two days to call and speak to somebody at this location but the phone just rings and rings and rings. These two girls deserve much recognition for being the front line of this Sams Club even though the management this Sunday was very lackluster if any. I hope somebody reviews this and finds out who the two ladies were working so hard to keep up and to let them know they are valued as a worker of this location.
From the second I got to the front doors, my experience was wonderful. The employees, all of them, were super nice, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I went there with a friend to buy a new TV, which is at the front of the store, so I didnt walk around at all. That being said, we plan on going back. Because who doesnt like being treated right when your spending?!?
Cafe Area needs a designated worker to maintain a clean area to dine in really dissatisfied disappointing Management needs to fix thiscafe is understaffed & lazy they dnt have a clean dinning place nd WONT make a churro when requested 40min BEFORE CLOSING at 6:10 pm they close at 7pm
This is the worst Sam’s I have ever been to. Not stocked shopping carts all over the parking lot he cannot trust that your car will not get hit by one. Go to get a drink they had no clue they have to clean the tea canisters daily they both said they have been here for two months plus and have never changed it. Explains why the tea is orange and you can smell it coming out nobody’s wearing a hairnet or mask by the food or gloves!!! I went to find a manager I was quickly told he is a supervisor. Whatever that means he still had no clue you had to change the tea either. Checkout counter went to three out of seven self checkouts they do not work waited in the long line for someone else to check it out because were they had one register open to their machine will not read their own Sam’s card. Very rude workers
I cant stand this location. Every time I have come the person at the door is rude about you having your card. The older lady with dark hair is the rudest. She would rather stand and talk than do her job and have an attitude and acts like you just stole something when you just go around her and the person shes having a 10 minutes conversation with to go in. I dont have time for you to complete your conversation so I can show my card to walk in the door. Mansfield location is the best.
I use both Sams Pharmacy & Club shopping with the plus card. Definitely save money, and overall satisfied w the Pharmacy. Ill walk vs drive thru to save on prescriptions. My only complaint would be self check out cash lines. However will soon take advantage of Scan and Go app to bypass any checkout at all. Sometimes I shop for work and have to use cash. Not enough checkout lanes therefore lines are way to long.
Placed order online to pick up next day between 5 and 6. Show up and I’m told my order was cancelled at 1:15 because they didn’t have the product in stock. No email, no call, nothing. Drive 45 miles for nothing. And they just act like it’s no big deal. Never going back to Sams, I’ll use Costco.
Great service all around from membership sign up all the way through checkout. The staff is friendly, professional, and assisted in every way possible to ensure that my needs were met. They also informed us about the pick up and online services that are offered to members. Overall completely satisfied with my experience today. Definitely a return customer.
Debating whether to cancel my membership. My mother decided she likes Sams Asiago cheese bagels better than Costco. A few days ago I went to the bakery department in Burleson to buy them, and they didnt have any, nor was there a sign for them. I tried to ask the clerk in the bakery if they had any more. She didnt speak English and couldnt answer my question. I tried to ask if they had been discontinued. She followed me over to the bagels and waved her arms saying she didnt know. I decided to just go buy them at Costco. Today from the Costco parking lot, I called Sams in Fort Worth bakery and asked if they had any bagels. The employee who answered the phone couldnt speak English either! I asked for a manager, and she transferred me, where a manager asked if I wanted her to walk back to the bakery and see if they had the bagels. I said no, I would like to know why you are hiring employees to work with the general public, who cant speak English (at two locations)! She said, have a good day!, and hung up on me. How infuriating... This nonsense never occurs at Costco, yet I assume they are Sams primary competitor. Sams has a lot of catching up to do.
Today store was packed and i mean really packed but using scanned and go makes it very easy and fast, i scanned my items and skip register and all the customers that were in line and straight to checked out with staffs by door, i am going back anytime soon and will continue using scanned and go
The staff is always so kind and friendly except for the cashier who doesnt have time to listen just check you out fast. But its better then using self service. Most wear a mask except the ones that dont want to mess up their makeup or the ones with workout muscles that think their young and Healthy and dont give a dam if you die anyway. We can live a few that just refuse to wear a mask. Love the staff always willing to help.
It was my first time visiting this particular Sams Club. It was a good visit overall. The only issue, and an important one indeed, us that they had very few employees working. I had questions about different products and several items but looked around and waited hoping to find an employee to assist me. I chose to wait but no one was in sight. Fortunately, a club member, who was shopping near me, helped me and answered my questions
Large selection of good quality items for fair prices. Best place to go if you like to buy in bulk or stock up on items you use often. Free samples available sometimes so you can find new foods to try. Friendly and helpful staff. The only negative is the sales people for separate companies that bombard you as you walk in the entrance.
Busy busy for the holidays but I was able to get in and out quite quickly with the help from some associates to locate an item that happened to be out of stock. Parking lot and store were packed but everyone was able to safely social distance and I actually got a spot near the door. All and all a great visit.
Sams is horrible. Horrible customer service. I have a business account so that I can buy product for my business. I go into buy some produce which theyve got plenty of they tell me I can only buy three pieces of produce. the only reason I go to Sams is for my business they cant help my business I dont need them. I asked for a manager I was told a manager is unavailable look over my shoulder and I see three managers talking to each other playing with their phones. Sam is no longer an important business partner to us.I can find plenty of people to tell me what I can and cant do in Sams but I can never find anybody to actually help me
Love the store. Never had problems with staff or in-store service. Call in Customer Service is a whole different matter.. 😠I called two times, the phone rang seemly forever only to have it answered THEN hearing someone and just as quickly hung up on.There was another review with exactly the same issue. Get it together please as my call was just as important as someone in store...
I have called for 2 days and Ive called quite a few times each day Trying to get ahold of the service center. When I finally got a hold of them yesterday I said I have been trying to call all day And no one ever seems to answer, The lady said well what can I help you with and I ask for the service center. Then right before she transfers me I hear her say well if you think we dont answer good luck with them . And of course no never answered and the phone rang till it finally hung up. I attempted to get ahold of them again today, After many calls A girl picked up the phone and put it on the table and I hear them say thats how you deal with customer service calls and they started laughing, I stayed on the phone listening and recording the call and after about 3 minutes I hear her say Sh!t the person still on the phone and I hear a couple of the girls laughing.Well Im done with this place and there getto low class bottom of the barrel employees and the pathetic excuse for a general failure/manager.Off to Costco I go !!!
Believe only 1/4 of what General Manager David tells you. I am appalled the he can tell you one thing to earn business and then when it comes time to live up to what he tells you he hides under a rock. Sams will never be as good as Costco. If you have questions present them in the reviews I will be happy to give feed back
Great store. Very clean. Bathroom stall is way to small. I may have broken my hand because the paper dispenser is way to close to the camode so when I (embarrassing to admit) but pulled my pants down my pinky finger hit the paper dispenser and bent all the way sideways! Noones fault, but it should be larger or the dispenser smaller!
Walked into Sam’s and was greeted and then approached by an employee that had a great AT&T cellphone deal exclusively for Sam’s Club Members. I pondered on it because it sounded too good to be true. Well this young lady was very knowledgeable about the promotional deal and answered all my questions without frustration and I know I was annoying! Lol. She was so pleasant and helpful. We will upgrade our phones and cut our bill in half thanks to Sam’s and AT&T and especially Ms. Reese! You all ROCK!
Bad experience in Tires and Battery. Employee appeared to be intoxicated, made it difficult to buy windshield wipers amd then attempted to install them with great difficulty. He had to have another employee do it since he ruined one set of wipers and possibly damaged my wiper assembly.
This Sams Club is amazing. I have never had a bad experience with them. All employees are helpful and friendly. It not a place to go into to rush out!! My problem has been rude customers, who run over you, grab things right in front of you that you are looking at to purchase.Take your time. I own a business and sometimes feel some customers you will never make happy those customers complain about everything. They ask employees for things and expect the employees to jump just drop what they are doing and wait on them. I say let them finish what they are doing and they will help you. The greeters are there for you and to make sure the store is not filled with people off the street that do not have cards and just want to look to see what can be taken or may not have good intentions. I appreciate it because i would not want to do my shopping and find out when i get to checkout i left my card at home.If you do not need bulk shopping please leave that to us who own businesses and shop Wal-Mart. Same products. Same great company
Sams has a gazebo up front to look at and purchase. When I went to register to purchase and pay for installation I was told I had to go home and call the company. When I called the company to order I was told I had to go to sams and purchase first then call for installation. I was ran in circles. I went back to sams to speak to the manager that told me to call the company first and he then tells me they dont have the gazebo and he will call me when one comes in. I have not gotten a call and was just brushed off. WHAT A JOKE. Sams has terrible customer service and no one knows anything. . Very frustrating. I wont renew with them, Costco has my vote.
I have such an excellent experience each time I go. The staff and management are always so kind and helpful. If I get tired of pushing my buggy, someone will help. Wonderful parking lot attendants like Luis help me load my groceries and my wheelchair into my car. Other staff like Alex in the produce department help me choose good produce and let me know where something I need is located.

Sam’s Club Burleson Pharmacy is the best in the whole world! They not only fill prescriptions but they seal it with so much sincere love for every customer!Mr. Tom the pharmacist is top-notch in all areas of customer service, professional, knowledge just to name a few of his Qualities.Ms. Brittany is a jewel she knows her stuff and is very empathetic to every need of a customer.You are welcome with smiles and genuine customer service! Thank you for everything you do you are Appreciated and it has not gone unnoticed.I must mention I travel 16 miles because of customer service at this location.
Do not shop here. They’re has been to many thefts lately catalytic converters are being stolen along with vehicles and other things. The store refuses to enforce security to make your shopping experience a lot better. Sucks to go in and find your stuff missing. Looks like this sams is the new lgp for tweekers .
I walked into Sams Club today and when I walked through the door I was floored because I had forgotten my mask and the door greeter offered me a mask so I told her just how sorry I was . And she said its ok things like this happens and we have plenty of masks. I had a great time shopping with my new mask🤗
Customer service is the worse I have seen. First, I came to renew my membership because of an offer I got over the mail. I wait my turn at the customer service. When it was my turn, they lady finished with the customer told me to wait because she need to put back the return that she just processed. She never came back, so I have to wait longer for the only associate to help me. After she helped me, I walked down the aisle and saw the same lading just hanging and laughing with their coworkers doing nothing, but it was even more, once I went to the check out, I need it help with my transaction due some issues with my brand membership ( should go to Costco friendly employees) I press the button for help wait for long time and finally when they decided to come and help me, they ask me to do the line with a cashier. To be honest, if you’re not Caucasian in this location they don’t threat you with respect as any other human being, I saw other comments addressing the racist problem. What a shame of Sam’s club don’t taking care about the situation.
Although this store is clean and well stocked; they have made me feel less than welcome a few times. I have tried leaving reviews with the store but nothing has come of it. Most recently I made on online order to thwart any offenses. When I pulled up to pickup the girl came out and ask for my name I tell her and she doesn’t see it. About 5 minutes pass and they come back to to the car saying sorry they missed it and they are picking it now as it was only 9 items. My husband helps the girl load after waiting another 15 min, signs and when we get home I realize they didn’t give me my frito lay chips. They didn’t even tell us! So I called and come to find they were out and are supposed to be only charging me for the amount loaded. Last time I went in the store the lady that checks your basket after scanning and comparing our receipt asks us if we would like a box and my husband and I looked each other and as we turned to answer she says to in Spanish sí o no??? My husband answered no and we left. If you ask a person in English yes or no??? After asking them a question is just flat out rude! Needless to say my family and I will not be returning to this sams club.
They dont even deserve 1 star. Twice I have ordered online for in-store pickup and both times they have shorted my order. Im now sure they have set this up just to cheat customers. After you get home and realize you are short items they wont give you a refund when you call. Dont recommend anything to do with Sams club, maybe try Costco!!!
I am trying to find out information about some meat and spoke to a customer service person by the name of Jackie. I wanted Information about the availability of a specific kind of meat she has not been able to help me so she transferred me to the meat department which at that point I was disconnected someone hung up on me. So I called back 7 times and no one picked up the phone. Im sure they are busy but that is ridiculous. I wont be going back to that one. I have other Sams I can go to.
Do not know how to answer the phone.....I called back twice at 30 min intervals assuming they were busy so I allowed time then was greeted by a nice man in tire and battery and asked to be transferred to bakery. I was answered not greeted just heard a lot of chattering and laughing. Im assuming the person realized the line was answered proceeded to put me on hold and then hung up. Thanks.
Horrible service went to buy one thing ( large trampoline) and was told only owner person per member card.. me and my husband each have our own card through our jobs.. the service lady literally came up to me and my husband and said we couldnt shop or be in the store together.. BS there was whole families in there people with there spouses and children how we got singled out I will never know.. then she commented that people sneak in ( I didnt sneak in I showed my card like they asked me too) she literally walked me to the door. I have never paid for a membership that I couldnt use my own card :-/ will be letting my job know how I was treated seeing as Im in health care ..
This was the first time I got to go into the Burleson location it was a pleasant experience. There was a wide variety of bulk items and the Isles were easy to get around. I use a wheelchair so I appreciate it the flat floors and smooth surfaces..... I will shop here more often,
Hi I usually just come here for groceries and always try to run from the people they have by the entrance offering cable or cellphone deals till last week this pretty young señorita stopped me to offer me a good deal on a att cellphone service telling me about the good prices and free phones.I do recommend yall if youre interested on new phones and low monthly rates to go talk to Madison Revelle shes really professional and dedicated to help people get approved for the service
The food servers had no clue what they were doing. Horrible quality control. Pizza was old and dry. The chicken nuggets were also burned. They didnt have certain items and its not rocket science, if the pizza is dark brown and old, replace it. They need additional training.
I found everything I needed at Sams in Burlesons today, although I live in Ft. Worth, almost Keller, I had bought a replacement Key Fob for my Car & had to go to that location to have it programmed there because that was where the Kiosk with the programing machine was. It travels from Sams to Sams location - there is about $225.00 difference in the dealership price & the Sams price, so the drive was worth it.💋🍀
I know its the weekend before the crazy begins but that place was so overstocked with stuff you couldnt get around. And one of the employees after seeing me struggle to get through Yeah, we know its hard to get around but were working here and thats just the way it is. I will spend the rest of my bulk buying money at Costco this year instead of dealing with that.
If there were a negative amount of stars, Id select all 5 NEGATIVE!. Completely 2 rude narrow minded employees back to back. I had 2 items, very visible on the receipt, so why was I almost stripped searched when leaving. Not to mention being indirectly accused of stealing a shirt that I PURCHASED at another Sams club store. Sam, at the customer service desk needs a lesson on when to search for a needle in a haystack and when not to. In the end, Sam wasted her time as well as mine! Great job, Sam, Mrs. OVERACHIEVERFORNOREASON. Being a member for 15 plus years, I know the receipt isnt necessary for a return. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT SAMS CLUB IN BURLESON EVER AGAIN!
Today HEB will get my business. I was stopped at the entrance and told I could not shop since was not a plus member which only costs another $55. Open store and a customer ready to shop! What is next? Maybe this is another reason brick and mortar stores are in decline.
I love almost everything about sams in burleson except the guy at the door trying to get you to buy the window shutters. Please take these people out of your store. I’m there to get what I know I need. I don’t want to be hassled while shopping. It’s getting to be be way to much.
Their club pickup is a nightmare! Dont waste your time. Ive had my orders sent to the wrong club when Ive only ever ordered from here. Their outside system never worked so they got rid of it. Now Im thirty minutes into a basic pickup of a few groceries and they blamed it on their system glitching. Im over it
We attempted to buy a mattress in store today. We noticed they didnt have our model in stock for our size.The customer service representative told us that we had to order online. I looked up the online price, and it was $100 more than the in store price.I told her that I was willing to pay the price of the in store sign, and they told me that they couldnt price with their online store. I told them that I didnt want to price match, I wanted to pay the in store price! They told me they didnt carry our size in store. I asked them why they had the sign, and they told me its just there.I used to wonder why Sams clubs are dropping like flys, but if this is their typical customer service, I cant say Im surprised.
While on our way to Nebraska, we had the dreaded “Low Tire Pressure” light come on. It was 6:50 on a Thursday night. Options were limited. There was a Sam’s Club 1/2 a mile away. That was our first option. Got there at 6:55, pulled up to the tire bay to find the two employees getting ready to close up. They took the time to help is when they could have said “We’re Closed”. This is the finest example of customer service! Kudos!!!
Very easy to navigate... it had been a while since I had been...Take all different forms of payment now... may have for years but the didnt used to... lolCheckout was a breezeHuge spaces between rows for carts so I didnt feel cramped or hard to get around...People were super friendly!Way to go Sams!
We love it! The one near meadowbrook and the one in Mansfield are both gross and sometimes hot to shop in. Burleson Sams is always cool inside, has great workers and even the guys who bring in the shopping carts are great and courteous! The cashier guy named Wyatt is awesome especially when we have tons of stuff to ring up lol
There was a young man in the meat market who helped us in produce because I couldnt find anyone to ask if there was more bell peppers. He went above and beyond, I wish I could remember his name because he was so nice! A helpful and good attitude goes a long ways these days.
This Sams is so uncomfortable to shop in. The store is so hot. I dont think they ever turn On the a/c. They just tell you that the corporate office in Arkansas controls it. You will see members fanning themselves. I would spend more money if it was a comfortable environment.
Good now that they take the scan-and-go app. The lines are always so long, like Wal-Marts.Even better now that Insta-Cart picks up from them. If youre headed South from Crowley, its the craziest way to get into a store parking lot Ive ever seen. So Id rather Insta-Cart just pick my stuff up.
Today I took my new tire to get installed onto my car. The lady in the automotive department asked, what model car?. I said, no, I already have the tire, I need it installed. She said, we dont do that. I said, Uh, yes you do. What do you mean? She said, we dont install tires that arent ours. I just said, ooooooooh kaaaaay and left. I immediately drove 2 minutes up the highway to Discount Tire, where they were happy to take my money for a service they provide all day long, unlike the idiots at Sams. Apparently, Sams doesnt like money. You know, like a real business does. Needless to say, I will never be taking any cars to Sams for any service, ever. What kind of morons would turn down taking money from a customer for doing a service that they do all day long????? And, NEWSFLASH, Sams... the tires arent yours. If someone buys the tire, its theirs, no matter WHERE they bought the tire. Idiots.
Only giving 4 stars cuz of the very RUDE Hispanic lady that works in the food court. Went Sunday afternoon and was busy (not my fault). Husband orders a pretzel and lady forgets to give it to us. Ask the Hispanic lady we are missing our pretzel and very rudely she throw it to my husbands hand. Husband tells me what happens and the lady stares at us like we are the ones who did something wrong. Why does Sams club hire this type of rude people?
First off watch the dates on everything more and more items are close to expiration or expired have had to return several cold items and dairy items plus other food items and thats annoying have noticed several items on the aisles out of date or within less than a month from being mayo, dressing, biscuit mix etc and these items wont get use that fast so dig around and look at dates before you put it in your basket next time. Next they went down on prices while they had the groupon deals running and now it seems they are going back up and they are taking name brand stuff out of club and replacing it with their brand more and more I have noticed guess to cut cost and force people to buy their brand which makes me have to go somewhere else to shop because I dont like a lot of their brands.
Can’t go in the place without be hounded by people wanting to know who your phone carrier is, who you get you TV service from, what you “next” project is on your home,etc. etc.And on top of that, you try and buy gas and they hound you at the pumps for window repair and try to sell you car cleaning products. If I need or want your service,I’ll come to you!!! Leave me alone!
As a regular sams club customer,been several locations,every thing is great except for the staffs from food service, this is not once,or twice..the 2 young ladies i dont know their names ..the way they treat the customer like we asking them for free.they better need how to treat the customers..it may hard ..since you work..thats your job
Optical is great BUT, the current Optometrist, James Hart III, is not. Says he takes ealk-ins, but not true. Four times I have walked in mid-day and 4 time she is closing early. Optical workers also say he does not keep his posted hours and they never know when he will be in. Never had trouble with any of the prior Optometrists. Stay away from him, but, use the Sams Optical.

2022-05-04I have been a customer if Sams for years. I have shipped with several different stores and love the scan as you go feature. This is the only store I went to that rejected my scan as you go check out. Made me to to a check out, and pay for everything... Again...With in minutes, I had 3 charges on my card from this location. One got reversed the next day, but as on May-4-22 I have one charge that went through and another still pending. Why nearly 4-5 days later are they still holding onto two charges! Mind you, these charges are about 157 each! And they wont help because the one charge is pending .🤦come on Sams club!!!

2022-05-24I love going to Sams Club as a Warehouse Store and they have really good pizza at the food court and they also have a Mountain Dew drink that is only in Sams Club and it is real good, but there is more. The rotisserie chicken. Is so good that sometimes in the weekends they run out really quick and have stuff to stock up your house needs.

2022-02-10Shop here every week for the past year, Not had a bad experience. Love the scan and go checkout. This store is always clean, but sometimes if you go real early, they are still working on stocking items and can sometimes be in the way.

2022-05-07I waited 20 minutes in line at the self check out. After ringing up all my items and sliding my card the register said wrong sequence and stopped working. The associate that I found to help me scanned her card for 10 min and the check the receipt paper. Left to find a manager. When she came back she said they never charged me for the items and the checkout station stopped working. She said that I would need to find another line. The lines as before were still 6 to 8 people deep. I spent an hour in Sams to get aggravated and just leave. I stopped a manager on my way out and told her what happen and she told me I was welcome to leave. I have been a member for a long time but this location gets worse every time I am in it.

2022-06-30I find their prices to be high for a membership meant to save money. I was comparing the prices today against Aldi and Walmart and wont be renewing my membership with them. Not to mention the fuel lines are super long all the time and the app is constantly having errors and declining my debit card, so much for convenience!

2022-06-19They charged my card twice which emptied my bank account. Neither charge was completed. They still took the money of my account. Told me it would be back in my account after midnight. I will not actually get my money back for 10days. Be aware their system makes errors and hold your money hostage for 10 days. This was the second time this happened at this store.

2022-06-23Wait in line to check out, then get scanned at the door. One item did not scan, so was directed to member services to pay for the item. Then realized I had been doubled charged for an item which was more than the item that hadnt scanned. Had to wait in line again (3) people ahead of me. Ended up getting some money backMember Services is not user friendly when exiting the store as you have to back track & especially difficult for the physically challenged, I use a walker. Customer service is a thing of the past at Sams unlike Costco which was quick & efficient checkouts & customer service. I will never use self checkouts!

2022-06-14The staff are so helpful and happy.I was so excited to see the fast lane at the Burleson location.I used the Sams scan and go app today at this location...very easy user friendly .

2022-05-21Horrible customer service. After spending over 400 here I waited 30 minutes for staff to run around looking for ear pods (that I paid for) they couldnt find. I had to stop the madness and ask for a refund that no one had offered to me. I will not be a member anymore.
