Service was excellent but neither one of my top credit cards would work over there. I went right down the street and my credit card worked just fine. Also, I got the case discount. I cant really say that Sams package store would have had a case discount because both of my credit cards were declined.

Worst Liquor store ever!!!! I had just come in town and stopped at the ATM, only had $20 dollar bills on me. My purchase was only a little over $5, just a small half pint. The woman gave me 3$ and some change back stating that I only gave her a $10 bill... I told her that I gave her $20, and she proceeded to argue with me... It wasnt the money that bothered me, it was the principality that she blew me off and said come back on Monday after the register was counted.... Luckily I was in town until Monday, and went back... Sure enough the register count was over their receipt count for that night.... That bit-h did not apologize, just gave me what I was owed... Never will I recommend this store.... Have some respect for your customers!!!!

These guys are so helpful!!! Im a bartender and anytime I need something they are knowledgeable and so polite. They frequently have good deals. Always get my adult gifts from here.

I love this place, they always always have what I need. Which seems to be unique and unusual liquors/ liqueurs that other liquor stores doesnt carry. They are awesome.

This store is amazing! Great selection of Bourbons, ryes and vodkas. If you dont see it on shelf, just ask the Gerard or David. They will search their distributors and get it. Very competitive prices too. The big liquor stores dont have any advantage over this store. Buy your liquor from this small local guy and get better service with good pricing.

Im a customer of forty years. Its my place for every alcohol gift that I purchase. Three generations of my family go no where else. You cannot beat the personalized service and they have my vote for Best Of in Beaumont!

We frequent Sams Liquor quite often when I go to Beaumont they have a huge variety of products I always find the items that I want such as the Pinnacle Whipped which I really liked and I also love the Hennessy cognac that is my most favorite drink there the staff is always great the shells are always full and I absolutely love the service there and the prices are also great so if youre ever in Beaumont please stop by Sams Liquor

One of the most horrible experiences I have had in a while! My sister and I where in town visiting family cousin tells about this liquor store. We go in My cousin notice the employees are following us around the store....Granted its convenient,but not worth being judged as a theif! Specs is cheaper anyways..... And the employees their where friendly and they werent following us around the store assuming we where theives...
