We were in town for a couple of days, went late for dinner when we got into town. The young man and young lady working Friday night (08/02/2019) were hands down the nicest and most helpful. Our sandwiches were amazing and the bread was so fresh and soft, it was almost like cotton candy. Best Subway we’ve ever been to. Thank you! We appreciate the hospitality and the great food!

The food was good the service was decent. But the two girls working didnt seem to have much training one of them didnt know how to make a wrap. And neither one of them had on a hair net and they both had alot of hair. Other than that it was a good experience. O and they dont have yellow mustard whats up with that

Need to make sure your new people are properly trained .my sandwich for years is a cold cut combo.the chopped the meat 4 ways .and gave me a 1/4. Of the quantity.

Im giving 3 stars because normally I have a good experience here, but today the bathroom was a little dirty with no toilet paper and there was a dead roach on the floor. I left before I ordered. It did not seem busy, there was only one other customer there.
The girl that waited on us was very rude! !My husband is lactose so I ask for his cheese to be put on my side of the sandwich. She argued that I was asking for double cheese. I ask how is that double cheese and she replied because I had twice the cheese on my half. I told her its still 4 slices of cheese they are just in a different place. Then when the sandwich was finished being toasted she left it laying on the counter and disappeared. I finally walked around to the back and ask the 2 girls working if there was a problem. They replied we cant find our papers to wrap the sandwich in. I told them that the wrappers were laying on the counter and they replied that the wrappers were to big and were looking for the smaller ones. I said please just wrap it in the large paper because our sandwich was getting cold. So thats what she did. I hope she was just having a bad. Never smiled and was very stuck up! And the sandwich was the worse Subway sandwich I have ate! I would NOT recommend this Subway!!!
5 star to 1 star I was charged for a foot long just getting a 6inch and refused my money back.
The guy making my sandwich was great, but Subway took away ALL the really good sandwiches & now its same ole boring stuff. Not sure why I even went

There are three subways in our little town. This is the one I most often go to. It has employees who know how to move quickly during lunch and dinner hours. They also have some good breakfast pitas, but few people think of a sandwich place as somewhere to get breakfast.
Worst Subway ever.. takes them 30 minutes to make 2 SIMPLE subs 😑 then I come to Montana for vacation and they make me the SAME 2 SUBS I GET MADE HERE, in 10 minutes... yes, 10 minutes for both.. I have to find a different subway.. DONT GO HERE

Every time I come in this place its an entirely new staff that seems like they have no idea what they are doing. Sometimes the food is good, sometimes the bread is so stale its practically inedible.
The girl that works there at 5am is very slow and starts other peoples sandwich before yours even if your frist...i guess they have regulars who come in. She needs to smile more.

First of all the employees were rude to me, second, they wouldn’t give me my money back after they messed up my order, gotta give them a little bit of credit for trying but their manager wasn’t in the building, they called the manager, the manager told them they would call back and they didn’t, overall bad service.
Don’t order online from them they f*** it up every time and almost everyone who works there is high every damn night I don’t even know why I try anymore

2022-04-06We ordered on line, they didn’t tel us they were out of meatballs and never made the rest of the order. Never got a phone call or anything. Said they were busy and didn’t have time to look at the online order. Then told us we have to order something the same price wouldn’t even let us pay extra, she said she didn’t know how to do that, so we asked for a refund so we could reorder something else, they skipped us in line and began taking people behind us their orders while we stood there. She finally gave us a refund but told us it would take 3 days to get the refund. We finally left and went to the subway close to Walmart! Much better service and he was super nice. Will never go to the subway by r mobile again. Very unprofessional people in there. Was treated very disrespectful. Will never order online again.

2022-03-31I would rate this a zero if I could this is the 2nd subway Ive ordered from tonight 3/30/22 and 45 minutes after placing an online order for delivery it gets cancelled. Ive placed 2 different orders for 2 different locations tonight and both of them have cancelled 45 minutes after my order, yet I check my bank account and Ive been charged for both orders so Ive literally spent $80 tonight to not have anything to eat at 10 oclock tonight. I will never give a subway in this town my business

2022-07-11Can you give no stars because this is the last and only time well visit this store, girl woman or whatever the flavor is today says its gonna be a hot minute before your online order is ready, which was supposed to be 15 minutes ago. Then order was not as given online, how can you miss that up, its written right in front of you. Spent over 50.

2020-06-25Better to go and order in person. Iv ordered by the app and the sub wasnt right. Food is good. Update. Ordered again online. Got it wrong again and barely put anything on it. Forgot the cheese and garlic herb oil and forgot to toast it. Also added bellpepers for some reason. And only put 4 pieces of spinach on the whole sandwich. Also almost no olives at all. I paid for extra cheese and extra olives. Still tasted alright though.

2021-09-16Always friendly and consistent. We like the food and the service. Everyone is wonderful and happy when we went there. Great convenient location, thats about to get a makeover I believe, but dont let that stop you from going.

2022-06-11The older black women that works there is abusive to the other younger employees. Always snapping at them like they are dogs. This is front of customers, I cant imagine how she is when no ones around. also they skimp on ingredients like Ive never seen. Horrible subway

2021-08-21This is my favorite subway. Its not the closest to me, but its well worth the trip.. Ive tried all of them. This location, in my opinion, makes the best sammiches lol. The employees are friendly and every sub theyve made me has been gorgeous.. and not skimped out kwim. They dont put 5 black olives, and 5 pickles.. they make a bona-fide sub. Last guy that made my sub, was a true artist.. super nice and I was in and out quickly. Thank you guys. Oh yea, the closest subway to me charges me $8 for a footlong turkey, this location charged me just over $7.. dunno why the other locations ring me up at $8, whatever. Parking lot is a little small, but they didnt build the parking lot lol. Best location for a subway sandwich in Bay City.
