For the first time I was not happy with the food. My steak and cheese sandwich was ice cold and to top it off not only do they not carry your yellow American shoes anymore but now they no longer carry roast beef for the club sandwich you get cold bacon strips not a very good sandwich at all the chicken and cheese sandwich my grandson couldnt eat it was too tough to eat
I have always had good experiences here except tonight. I ordered a BMT and the guy didn’t put ham on it. I asked him if the BMT had ham on it (knowing it does, I’ve ordered this sandwich for years) and he said no the spicy Italian has ham on it. I didn’t know what to say - this wasn’t the hill I wanted to die on, but he was wrong. Then he checked his recipe card and verified his story.....even tho it was wrong. So I ordered a BMT, got a spicy Italian and walked out. I don’t like people that can’t admit when they’re wrong.
Maybe its Kilgore... but you cant get a Club Sandwich or anything with roast beef anymore (Arbys must have took all their beef) and forget peanut butter cookies too. Tea drinkers must bring their own favorite sweetener cause they got nothing but sugar. On a positive note at least the staff was friendly and trying their best to work with what they have but Jasons Deli blows this away anyday anytime.
Rapid service, extremely friendly staff. All around one of the best experiences I have had at a Subway. You can tell this store is a local favorite, the staff know people as they walk in. This store cares about being a neighborhood store and their level of service reflects that. I highly recommend this store.

Always a kind smile and if order is not ready they bring it out too me too my truck. Sanwiches are always amazing. I go at least one a week.
The staff and management are hospitable and run an VERY clean and speedy lunch. The manager always makes sure we are happy and that our online orders are perfect and on time.
We stopped by for cookies and subs to take to the lake. My baby boy got the ham and cheese sub with mayo and I got tuna. We also got peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies.The employees were friendly and helpful.
The lady that manages this store went above and beyond to make my experience a good one. I will definitely return here because of her service and personality.

So I wanted to try the new turkey sliders which is advertised as having turkey, pepper jack, SPINACH and mayo.. I asked to hold the mayo and she said so just turkey and cheese? No I want the spinach - she replied it doesn’t come with that even after I pointed to the picture that clearly shows spinach... So I then said MAY I add the spinach to it anyway and she refused to put spinach on my sandwich 🤪 I’m not real sure I can understand refusing to sell me some greens for a sandwich... I ordered a different sandwich but I think what made it worse was the tone in her voice when I ask to buy the spinach and her refusing... Maybe work on that subway ...
I ordered the steak and cheese in a 6 inch sub early and it tasted delicious and I knew I would satisfied with my meal today.
If i could rate 0 i would went online and placed my order showed up there and neither was done was 20 mins away so plenty of time and recieve my sandwhiches and BOTH WERE WRONG they dont care read or anything I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN take the time and go to the other one itll be alot better then this one!!!! My sandwich was cold before I touch it. It was cut way off, it tool more than 15 minutes to get it done. All the trimmings were tossed badly. I wouldnt visit at all
They added a huge amount of mayonnaise in their tuna. You shouldnt put mayonnaise in the tuna,if someone wants mayonnaise they will ask for it. Plus it triples the caleries of the sandwich and makes it redundant to eat healthy. The sandwiches were poorly wrapped and falling apart. I also had hot and cold sandwiches in the same bags so the cold ones got soggy. Learn how to make a sandwich.

Get so busy when school starts in the winter, January 1st. Public restroom. Few booths, usually lined out the door sometimes, but its best just to order from the app. or online.
This is definatley the better of the two subways the feeling of it is still subway hard to explain how the new subway seems like a deli and this subway has that homey feeling dimmer lights very clean the decor of the brick and the size being smaller is even better you get that real subway smell bathroom always clean and the staff great but wat makes it is the guy that works there i dont remember his name but hes a tall skinner fella with long red hair and that guy is the master sandwich artist and absolutley fun and easy to talk to he definatley has an outgoing personality that make u conferatable wich is always a problem with subway to me because of the elaborate way of building your sandwich ge rememberd wat i had got from my other times here and also recomended sertain vegies n sauces on my sandwich that i always get the same way because thats wat i like he made me want to try new toppings by just explaining it so well now i get my sandwich that way everytime this is definatley the subway and he makes subway subway definatley should put him in as new face for subway
Always like the staff, Austin is great, remembers me (and other guests) from trip to trip. Good spirited and he does a great jobAlways good quality sandwiches and service

2018-09-12Very nice!! The food is excellent and fresh. I got the foot long Italian BMT on Italian herb and cheese bread with peeler jack as the choice of cheese. With this toasted bread, I decided to choose both spicy, juicy, and tasty veggies: Jalapenos, banana peppers, cucumbers, and green peppers. My choice of sauce was light mayo. The crew did an excellent job and were friendly, I felt at home. Keep up the great work!

2021-08-16Stacy went above and beyond.We needed a large order for my sons birthday party.We did a catered order with the box lunches.It had a drink,cookie,chips and the sandwich.They were perfect for our guest.Stacy even included a gift for my son.I highly recommend talking to Stacy for your next event.All my guests even loved that they had their own boxed lunch.Thank you SO MUCH again Stacy!

2020-07-21The woman that served me wasnt knowledgeable at all. Didnt put the correct amount of cheese or meat on my familys sandwiches and was generally unpleasant to communicate with. I would put no star but that wasnt an option. Next time go to a different Subway Id almost guarantee that youll get better service. Two thumbs down.
