If youre looking to hire a moving company, this is the company to hire. The owner, Arthur, was willing to come over on a Sunday afternoon to give me a quote. He was professional, straight forward, and gave me some tips to make the move as smooth as possible. I could tell he takes pride in his company and employees. That goes a long way in my book.When moving day arrived, the crew that was sent out to do the actual moving was as equally professional as Arthur. They showed up on time, did a walkthrough of the house to formulate the best way to load the trucks, and then got straight to work. They finished before they thought they would. I was impressed by how quickly they got everything moved and set up with zero damages to the goods or house. My 15 year old daughter even commented Dad, you picked a really good moving company.Theres no way around it, moving is expensive, but I feel the quote I received from Secured Moving was fair. Especially, when you have so many other things to do besides lug boxes & furniture up and down stairs. Hopefully I dont have to move for another 30 years, but if I do, Id hire Secured Moving again. I will also recommend this company to my family and friends.
This is the only moving company I know that I can honestly brag about. Arthur was very upfront about everything there were no hidden fees it was legit everything I was quoted. No one likes moving but SECURED MOVING COMPANY made it almost painless. The young men were very timely and professional and friendly they handled all of our furniture with care. I hope I dont have to move anytime soon but if I do they are the only moving company I would be calling. God bless them.
The crew was absolutely amazing! From scheduling to the actual moving was quick and efficient. They arrived right on time and worked the whole way through until the job was done. No muss, no fuss, just a simple easy move! Will definitely book them again next time!
I cannot say enough good things about Arthur and his crew from Secured Moving Company! Arthur came to my house to see how much I was moving and provided a quote much lower than other quotes Id received. While he was there, he gave me great packing advice and tips to help me prepare for the move and make it go smoothly. On moving day, the guys arrived right on time. and got right to work loading the truck. They were the most professional, polite, considerate, careful and hardworking crew Ive ever seen! They were unbelievably quick while taking great care with the furniture, walls, corners and doors. They placed everything right where I asked them to. They also broke down and set up our bed frames for us. Great communication and great service! I would definitely use Secured Moving again and would recommend them to everyone! Theyre the best!

I had these guys move me to my new apartment on the 1st of February. Locked me at a rate of 260 for two hours. They packed everything in the truck within an hour and unloaded me in less than an hour. These guys are really efficient and quick. They also put my bed back together for me. When I move to my house I will definitely call them again!

Arrived in timely manner, moved everything in time window they estimated, they also helped move things that werent required of them. Very satisfied with speed and progress of the move. Will be using them again in future for next move for sure! Also not a steal for price which is nice bonus like other moving companies out there. Very friendly over phone too

Unfortunately their availability doesnt work with our tight timeline for moving but I had inquired about having help unloading our moving truck when we arrive from out of state. Arthur seems to be running a great show and even offered up some great moving and packing tips - even though he knew that I may not be a customer this time around. But I can guarantee if and when moving services are needed in Fort Worth, hell be my first call for help!

We moved from Hurst to Arlington. Frazer and Curtis were our movers and had the truck loaded and unloaded including taking beds apart and the washer dryer hooked pack up in 3 1/4 hours. We had no complaints with their work, and they stacked everything neat and tight when they unloaded. Would definitely use this company again.
This has been the best moving experience ever! Arthur the owner is amazing and his team of movers were the best. You will not be over charge like other moving companies. Customer service it their top priority! They will answer the phone no matter the time or concern. Secured movers were so quick & professional… wrapping every item and moving everything with not a single scrape of damage!! IM ON A THIRD FLOOR APT!! with two bedrooms and they knocked out the entire move in under two hours and I had a ton of stuff!! Im refer them to everyone I know that has a move and I’ll definitely be using them again!
Booked a day with these guys, that had to be rescheduled at a short notice. They were very flexible and was able to get me sorted out. On the day of the move the guys came on time and got straight to business. Loaded and Unloaded in about 2 hours will do business with them again. I recommend you give them a try!
This is the first time we hire movers and I’m glad we went with them, we where moving from the 3rd floor apartment (fully furnished/ sofas/king size bed/washer dryer and boxes) to one story home. Drive was about 20 mins away.I imagined it would of taken them at least 4-5 hrs to do everything due to driving distance and being on the 3rd floor (the phone representative thought so too).They were SUPER FAST, and very careful. They finished loading about 50-60 minsThe whole move was 2hrsI was quoted at 365 for two hours (unless it was more of course we would would of paid the difference but they finished faster than anticipated)Honestly it is a great price! Most places make you at least block 5hrs even if you don’t use them all (making you pay way more, I’ve had places quote me at 800-1200)Great quality, super fast, and super careful with your stuff.

Update (May, 2022)I hired them again to move sometime in May and really enjoyed working with them once more. They were very professional and easy to work with.(May 2021)I had to hire them last minute in May and Im glad I did. They were very responsive and honest with their pricing. I called three different companies before I hired them and they all quoted ridiculous amount of money just to unload my things from pods containers. Secured Moving company was very reasonable and very professional. They were on time and unloaded my things in 2 hrs flat. I highly recommend them and I will definitely hire them next time! This review is only based upon the interaction of the service respresentive who interacted with us. This company does not need the business. They can be selective and do judge. The call was never rude on our part. The man that provided the quote was contentious in tone with the basic conversation providing information about what was involved in the move. Once it was determined that it was budgeted price on our part and in line with what we wanted to expend, the call was given to me to get the written estimate online and deposit paid. The price was comparable to the need and value of the job. The person was curt and provided an extensive explanation when I asked what their liability was with damage. He quoted the TX DMV laws about what moving companies are required to paid upon damages and offered the address where I could get a more detailed quote about it. All I asked was Will the guys be carefully enough to load the items from the point of orgin to the destination without damages? I just expect the work not be sloppy. He made it clear that things happen and I agreed. He voice his displeasure with our interaction and said he felt like we would not get along after I told him about his demeanor. Very disappointed and would rather paid the higer price over arrogance.

I have been looking for a company to help us move within the next month and found nothing but high prices, high deposits, and sometimes not getting a call back. Arthur was a lifesaver! I called him from North Carolina to help our son in Fort Worth. On a Sunday afternoon my son was being threatened by another moving Company that they were going to unload his stuff on the curb and leave. I called Secured Moving Company and Arthur and his team went to the apartment and moved my sons things into the apartment! Great experience. I admit I am a picky person, but Secured Moving fulfilled my expectations. They were patient and understanding that what I wanted and the way I wanted it was important to me. In other words, they cared about MY interest and took extra time to please me. Placing and adjusting furniture pieces to perfect symmetry was important to me, and they took the time to place items the way I wanted them. I still do not know how they got my 9 foot by 3.55 foot leather couch in the door, but they did without one complaint. They did a good job with no hassles. That is a refreshing experience with something as stressful and detailed as moving.

We have used many moving companies throughout all of our domestic and international moves, and Secured Moving was one of our best experiences. With other companies we were “guaranteed” a certain rate and ensured we could get the job done in a certain amount of time, only to have to pay a lot more in the end. When I spoke with Arthur, who I believe runs the business, he went over the details stating what needed to be taken into account, like distance to the truck, elevator time, and other variables, so there weren’t any surprises. Somehow, even going over all of the information, they were still a better price than some other companies, so I was skeptical we wouldn’t receive more charges, and only went with them because of the positive reviews. I was pleasantly surprised, as everything went very smoothly and the movers were extremely courteous. I don’t think they even took a bathroom break during the move. Arthur even came to the home to make sure everything was going well. I’m glad we went with this smaller business, and definitely had to share my experience/review, because it’s the reason I went with them! Five stars!!

Having moved my belongings many times over the years, I can say that my experience with Secured Moving Company was the best. Arthur was easy to work with over the phone and by text. He responded promptly and professionally to my inquiries and requests. The best part, and what makes this company stand out, is that the movers (D & M) were careful, methodical and took precautions to keep my furniture from being scratched or damaged. We discovered my large, heavy armoire would not fit through the door, but they took their time in turning it upside down and tipping it this way and that, to get it through the doorway without a scratch. The pricing was straightforward and affordable. When I need to move in the future, I will call Secured Moving Company, because they are professional, careful, friendly, honest and they do local as well as interstate moves. D & M, you guys rock!

I originally came across Secured Moving on thumb tack. He was very prompt and professional in all his communication for that move, as well as helping me organize it in a way that was more cost effective. He also kept open communication during the snowpocalypse that occurred just before my move. The crew was very fast and professional.Flash forward 6 months, and I had to move again. I didn’t hesitate to call Secured Moving. Again, they were once again on time, had open communication, fast and efficient. Although I hope to not move again for some time, I will absolutely use them again.

EDIT 9/22/21: I wish I could give 10 stars! I just moved out of state and was so stressed about finding movers, but of course these guys pulled through for me! They were able to get my stuff to me NEXT DAY in my new state & for a reasonable price. Ramiro & Marquis were super quick and efficient, but took great care of my stuff. Arthur is very honest and fair, which I appreciate so much! Communication is great all around. I am just sad that I wont be able to call them for my next move!-----Ive used these guys 3 times now and I am always impressed! They are a small business and very friendly - you can tell they enjoy working with each other. Every move has been quick and easy and I know they will take care of my stuff. Highly recommend!
Great moving company! I needed my one bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor moved from Fort Worth to a storage unit in San Antonio. Arthur provided me with all rates upfront as well as packing tips. He also recommended we do the move in two days to allow his team ample rest for the long drive there and back. The two men were on time and were professional and efficient. The next morning, the men arrived by 8am as scheduled and everything was stored away undamaged. Will definitely use this company again if in the DFW area!
We booked with Secured Moving several weeks before our move. The booking process was smooth; we spoke to the owner over the phone, he gave us the rate details and fees plus moving/packing tips to help us make the move day as efficient and quick as possible. The owner is extremely nice, down to earth, knowledgeable about moving and passionate about his staff. It was actually fun to book the service. Moving week came and the forecast was rain for our move day. I contacted the owner (maybe freaking out a little) but he reassured me that his guys would be there, rain or shine, and get the move done while protecting our items in the process. I felt immediately at ease. On move day the guys that came were excellent communicators, efficient and quick, and friendly to my husband and I. The whole process was done before I knew it, nothing was damaged, and my floors were not muddy. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone!!
This moving company was professional, punctual and efficient. I dont have any complaints. Arthur was very helpful when booking my move. He was also quick with returning my call when I had questions. The two movers who showed up were very much about their business. They were swift but careful. None of my items were damaged. They moved me from a second floor to a third floor and they were still rocking it out till the very end. I really appreciate this company for making a stressful time a little smoother. I would recommend and I will use them again.
Secured Moving and team was incredible. We had a short notice on when we needed to move after closing on our house and had a hard time finding availability, until I spoke with Secured. They were able to work us in their schedule. Showed up on time, prepared and worked quickly (safely). Ive used a couple well known moving companies and had the worst experience but could not be more happy with this company. Would definitely refer to friends / family and use them in the future if needed.

Secured Moving was the best moving experience we have ever had! We made all the arrangements for the move very easily with the owner who was very helpful, answering all our questions and flexible regarding our needs.On move day, the truck arrived on time. The two movers were polite and courteous, efficient and careful with all our furniture and boxes. No damages. They worked continually for 8 hours to move all in our 4 bedroom home and also at a local storage unit. The cost of the move was very reasonable; much less than other franchise movers! The experience was great from start to finish. Devin and Christian showed up on time, and they immediately started the job. Throughout the process, they were efficient, safe, and friendly. They also took all the beds apartment and put them back together in the new house. I know moving can be physically exhausting, but they never seemed tired or overwhelmed. Not to mention, we moved from a 2 story to another 2 story.

I cannot say enough GOOD about this company! These guys genuinely love what they do and enjoy each other. They were very kind as well! When booking them, the owner explained the entire moving process and gave tips to cut our moving time down. Everyone that works for this company is in it to serve others first and foremost. For the beginning, we were very pleased with the owner, Arthur, setting the expectations for the move. The price was reasonable. Great communication. The movers, Romero and Luis, were on time. Very polite young men. They were hard workers who moved extremely fast, yet with caution, while moving heavy furniture. No damages incurred. The move was completed close to the estimated time. I called last minute wanting to get all of my furniture moved from my 2 bedroom townhome into my new home a day before Thanksgiving. These guys were able to come out and get everything moved in just a few hours just so our family can have Thanksgiving In our new home. Thank you guys so much. I spoke with Arthur to schedule my move within the Fort Worth area. He was polite and specific about what he needed from me to prepare for the move. His quote was very reasonable and there were no hidden charges.The day of the move Devin and Luis were right on time and had me moved in 3 hours. Move day was very smooth and all 5 of the crew were very hard working, polite, always positive, upbeat and never complained. They even helped us with little things that fell out of our hands going to/from our cars. Arthur (the owner) takes great pride in this company and is seemingly available 24/7 for questions, guidance and/or assistance. Thank you for coming through on a last minute call. The Owner Arthur stepped in and rescued our move when another moving company dropped the ball and moved us out a whole day. Arthur shot straight with me not making any promises for time frame but did set me up for a next day afternoon move. A couple hours later he told me he could move me up to about 11am. Not only did they show up over an hour earlier they came in at a much better moving price. Luis and Devin were very professional and courteous. They were very careful to take every measure to ensure that furniture was not damaged and bumped against the walls. They were efficient and finished within the time frame they said it would take. Secured Moving is now my go to moving company.
They haven’t even moved me yet and WOW! Great customer service. I submitted a form on the website to get a quote and the owner called me within 20 minutes after a long day of work that he had around 8pm. He was upfront and honest and made me aware of all of their policies. I can’t wait for this experience and to finally not have to lift heavy things myself! He told me the quote and I said “DONE!”Update! What a fantastic service. They completed the move so quickly and responsibly. I was seriously so impressed. The two guys that showed up were very polite and professional. They moved quickly and efficiently, putting more into the truck than I thought they could. They saved me a lot of work and money by fitting everything in one truck load. The owner, Arthur is super helpful and more than fair with pricing. The only concern is there were two new dents in the refrigerator, but it’s a garage fridge now so not that big of a deal. I would definitely recommend using this company to move!

M & T were my guys they helpped me in Fort Worth at All storage they meant us at the unit and we were done in less than 2 hours. These guys were amazing! Called the night before to confirm, called the next morning when they were on their way and arrived exactly as promised. The amount came in under the bid and they communicated throughout (would show me something that was wrong before they moved it so it helped manage my expectations from assuming they did it). They got to work, even moved a few things around for me at the new house and everything was perfectly placed. They hooked appliances up as well. They were friendly and fun to be around; truly a fun experience (if moving can be fun). You will not be disappointed!!

Arthur the owner of Secured Moving Company was so professional. When I called him to get a quote, he asked to come and check my stuff before giving me a price. He came and was so friendly and super responsive. He gave me a fair and reasonable price. On the moving day, a so nice team (Luis and Devin) came an hour and half before the scheduled time and this was by pre-arrangement, which was really good to get the job done before its getting too hot. This company moved us from Fort Worth to Conroe Texas in one day!! The two men were excellent in their expertise as well as helping us personally. Luis & Joe were hands down AMAZING!!!!!! I had not wanted to hire movers because I was worried over cost and had been stressing over our move for weeks due to the love I have for our mid century furniture and antiques, also with it being a further move from DFW to Austin. After speaking with them and realizing the cost for them to fully move us would only be slightly more than doing it ourselves, and seeing rave reviews we booked them. They exceeding our expectations and went above and beyond. They were so respectful, hard working, and great communicators. We could not have asked for a smoother move. All of our items arrived in perfect condition- multiple couches/chairs, record consoles, music gear, glass tables, flat screens (without boxes), mirrors, fridge, glassware, and loved items that have been passed down from our grandparents. Secured Moving Company basically saved the day for a move for my stepson. After another moving company cancelled early in the week on the scheduled move date, and then was a total no-show (unbelievable really!) on the rescheduled date, my wife contacted Secured Moving and although it was Memorial Day weekend and they were already slammed, they (Arthur was the person who handled it) were INCREDIBLY gracious and worked with my wife to figure out a way to help us and squeeze us in. They not only showed up as scheduled and on-time, but did the move in the rain, and got it done much quicker than I thought would be possible. In these days of rampant poor customer service, this company went way above and beyond when it would have been so easy to say sorry, your problem... cant help you This really should be a 10-star rating for how they helped us out in a terrible pinch. Easy to work with and everything was explained up front. 2 trucks and a 2 man crew moved my 4 bed house 25 miles in about 4 hours. Great experience, would recommend. Much better than the last company that scraped up my walls. These guys were careful and considerate.
The entire experience was amazing. I was unable to even pack my things when it came time to move. Arthur handled everything. He sent a crew of packers who packed all of my belongings with care a few days before the move. On the day of the move the movers arrived on time and loaded everything quickly. They were Very professional and helpful. When we arrived at the new house they set everything up. They even let me move stuff around to where i wanted it. I know that they were probably thinking that i was crazy, but they did it with a smile and no complaints. Incredibly pleased with the service I got. They called the day before to make sure we were all on the same page time wise. Today they showed up on time, and made it clear beforehand how much it would cost up front and what the hourly rate would be.Once the work started, they were very quick with loading and unloading, but not to the point of rushing the job and damaging things. They were friendly and obviously had a solid method to loading the truck to get as much done in a single trip. We made a trip from my apartment to my new house, then two trips to a storage unit, and finished in just under 3.5 hours.All in all, I was very pleased with Secured Moving Company. The service was fast, friendly, and affordable. I highly recommend them to anyone who wishes to take the struggle out of moving.
These guys are the best! They moved our 3500 square foot house plus garage, which included countless boxes, lots of oversized furniture and heavy items like the fridge, washer, dryer, a 500lb 7 foot tall wardrobe, another giant wardrobe, the couches, marble tables, an 8 foot solid oak dining table, I mean just tons of stuff and so much of it was upstairs or around tight corners. I thought for sure both houses would be all tore up and at least half of my things would get broken, dented, or scratched. That’s always been my experience with movers in the past. I just finished unpacking today. I literally did not find one single scratch, dent, nick in the furniture or in the walls of either house. Not one glass, dish, or fragile item was broken. Not one scuff, nothing. And I’m not that great at packing, they are just that good. I can’t believe it. Plus it started pouring halfway through the move in, and they didn’t even slow down, until I told them to. I was paying by the hour and they didn’t want to make me pay for extra time just because of the rain. Unbelievably good service. Thanks guys!

This is an excellent moving company! From my very first call to Arthur the owner, I knew it was going to be great working with them. The two men who moved us were fantastic, friendly and oh so funny. I cant recommend these business enough. Arthur is honest and very reasonable. If we ever need movers again, I will definitely hire them.

2022-06-05This company is exceptionally, outstandingly good.I admit I was a bit nervous going into this move. After all, no matter how carefully we box and organize things, I’m still paying a couple of people I don’t know to get everything I own safely onto a truck, across town, and then into my new place. Boxes are relatively straightforward, sure, but what about that antique trunk? What about my wife’s grandmother’s big china cabinet with the glass doors? What about the washer and dryer and refrigerator and grill and … you get the idea.And then what about the fact that I’m paying them by the hour? What if they hang around and take a lot of breaks? I don’t like confrontation, but will I need to be pushing them to keep working? Will they be friendly or grumpy?So I called Secured Moving. I chose them because my son had used them for a move a year or two ago. I chatted with Arthur, the owner, and it seemed like he anticipated all my concerns. After fifteen minutes on the phone, he had allayed most of my fears. He was completely honest about what the move would entail and how my wife and I could prepare to make things go more smoothly and take the least amount of time. He assured me that his people were top-notch.Moving day arrived and the two men arrived a few minutes early. We walked them around the house and explained everything, then got out of the way. They set to work. Honestly, I don’t know how they do it. They never stopped, not for a second. They handled everything with an almost magical combination of care and speed. All we had to do was stay out of the way. It was pretty cool. And when we arrived at the new place, it was exactly the same. They hooked up the appliances, reassembled the furniture, put every box where we wanted it, everything.Did I mention that they never took a break? Aside from sitting during the drive between the old place and the new place, they never slowed down. By the time they were finished, they felt like friends. They went out of their way to make the move perfect. They were careful and cheerful and just plain great.They were exceptionally, outstandingly good.

2022-03-22I cannot say enough good things about this company. Arthur was upfront and honest throughout the entire process, gave us the most reasonable quote when compared to other companies. On moving day, his crew showed up right on time, they were professional, super friendly and got right to work. They moved our entire house in just a few hours, packing everything up and moving it efficiently yet carefully with no damage to any furniture or walls. We would definitely use them again, highly recommend!

2022-06-22I must say the moving team was awesome! The owner Arthur was completely honest, upfront, and on point with his estimated move time. The morning of there were two movers, but we had agreed on three. Someone called into work that day. I thought for sure we wont make the time, but the crew worked extremely hard the entire time. When we arrived to our new home, Arthur showed up and worked with the crew and assisted in unloading to make sure they met their estimated move time! They were AMAZING! 2022-07-07First, let me start by saying Im one who ever hardly leaves reviews unless they are absolutely warranty and with that being said, this is one of those times. I called around to at least 6-8 companies for quotes and Secured was by far the best quote that I received. I spoke with the owner personally and he was extremely nice and explained everything to me in detail and was very fair with his quote. Now about the move itself. They were scheduled to arrive at 8am. I received a courtesy call at 7am saying they were on their way and arrived around 7:30am. Curtis and Frazier were not playing around. Both were extremely courteous and there was no wasted energy from neither one of them. They worked great as a team, handled all of my items with care and completed the move with ease...not to mention, I was located on the 3rd floor. For anyone looking to move, please give Secured Moving Co. a try and I promise you, you will not be disappointed. 2022-06-22I dont write many reviews except when I think a company went above and beyond. After all we expect good service in exchange for the fee paid. I will say I had excellent service! I called several companies to get an idea for my move. I wanted local to support the local economy. When I called some, I got voicemail, some made it a bigger job than necessary. When I called Secured Moving, I got a common sense approach. Instead of a generic quote, I was guided by a room by room approach. What are we moving in this room or that one. Made sure to include garage, patio etc. No extra gotcha fees. The quote was spot on, literally did exactly as contracted. Confirmed day before, the two employees called shortly before appointment to confirm again, showed up on time and went to work. Fast and friendly service, and made sure care was taken. I always moved everything myself and after this experience will call on Secured Moving company for any of my moving needs and HIGHLY recommend them!
