Spoke to Caitlin on the phone and she was very polite and courteous while talking to me. The unit I wanted had an issue with the door. She got it fixed within a day and I started moving in after that. She was just as polite in person and she was very quick with the process for renting and got me all taken care of in less than 5 minutes.
Caitlin saved the day. We had a midnight move or situation, she waited for me to arrive grab a last minute unit. She’s was so absolutely incredible and we are so grateful for her customer service. She is an exceptional addition to your staff and brand!!!
I have had a very good ongoing experience working with Caitlin at the Wall-Price Keller All Storage location. She found us the most ideal parking spots for our large vehicles as well as the perfect size storage space. The paperwork process was quick and easy, and the agreements were accessible for review before signing for the rentals. We are kept informed of current requirements, and she even called us once when we accidently didnt completely close the latch, which saved us from potential theft! ! I definitely would, and have, recommended All Storage. Caitlin is very knowledgeable and will take care of you! !Thank You! !
First time at this All Storage location, but very impressed with the location, lot layout and cleanliness. Caitlin was helpful and ready to answer my questions on the phone and in-person. I reserved the unit online and started taking furniture there within hours. The facility is clean and well maintained. It will be perfect for me while I prepare to sell my house and move.

Rented different storage units at All Storage Keller S. Main from 2013 to present - both inside units and outside units. Customer service was, without exception, satisfactory. However, when Caitlin arrived customer service went from satisfactory to superb. Caitlin was not satisfied to just answer customers questions. She asked questions about what I was storing and for what length of time in order to be sure I had the proper storage unit for my needs. Friendly and outgoing Caitlin always made you feel welcome in the office. Always professional in her demeanor, Caitlin is smart, knowledgeable, and hard-working.
We have vacated our unit as of this morning 1/14/2021. We were pleased with storing our boat here! Caitlin was very helpful in finding a unit that worked best for us. We have found a fully enclosed unit we have been waiting for, is the only reason we moved out. They have always kept the property well maintained and clean. Would rent again.

Started renting here this past weekend but wanted to put a review of the setup process. I needed flexibility on the start date of my unit and Caitlin was nothing but helpful getting everything lined up and recommending a unit based on my needs. The unit itself is super clean which is nice when you need to put all your belongings in it. Also the pricing is very competitive for the unit size. 12.5x30
I have been at this location for several years. I was ready to upgrade to a larger unit and Caitlin was ready to answer all of my questions. She was a pleasure to work with, followed up and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this storage area as it is always clean and have always felt safe.
Caitlin was absolutely WONDERFUL! Our house was hit by lightening and flooded and we had to move super fast and needed storage and boxes and bubble wrap etc. she helped us with everything!!! She even helped us load it into our car. When your life is in chaos having such wonderful customer service makes it so much easier. I can’t thank her and all storage enough. When I first met Caitlin at All Storage I instantly liked her. I was impressed with her knowledge of all the units. The lobby was huge and ever so clean. She took us on a tour of the property and instantly loved it. She showed us several units and everything neat and clean and no trash anywhere.We reserved two large units and while trying to get everything in place to move she even extended us a week. While moving in she came by to check on us to see if we needed anything....I couldn’t believe it!My experience was 5 star all the way. I would recommend All Storage to anyone needing storage at a fair price.
Caitlin was fantastic!! She drove me around the property so I could see the sizes of 3 units. I chose the 10x10 and was in and out in 15mins. Great prices and she is very friendly! She let my dog ride in the golf cart so she didnt have to stay in the car.
I’ve known Caitlin for years while serving in the military, and she/All Storage have always done an exceptional job of taking care of my family’s belongings whether I’m being relocated or even building a house. Not to mention their prices are VERY reasonable! Though I hate to have to use a storage, I’m so grateful these guys are here when I need ‘em.

We have had four units in All Storage in Keller, three of them for over two years. We decided to move to Florida and hence hired a moving company to pick up our household goods and ship them to our new residence. Along this time we needed to put several furniture items in a different storage unit for our granddaughter to pick up for her house. Catlin, the office manager at All Storage, helped us through this transition in so many ways. She was great as she has always been each time we needed a new unit or some other related help. We cant thank her enough. Then when the movers packed us up, she found they had left two items behind and immediately contacted us. With her continued help, we were able to have the shippers pick up the items and send them to us. Without her diligence, we would have simply lost those items. Our experiences with All Storage, and with Catlin, have been nothing but outstanding and we highly recommend this company and its manager.

It was very easy to get started with All Storage on Wall Price. Caitlin walked me through a tour of the site including tips on RV maneuvering options which put my mind at ease. If All Storage can look into installing power at their RV sites that would make me a customer for life! Caitlin was very mindful of the social distancing protocols but still walked me through the paperwork quickly which saved me a lot of time!
I have never had to use a storage facility before so when I first spoke to Caitlin I was extremely nervous. She was extremely helpful in explaining to me how it works and was super helpful! I will be using this location when we move in August!

Currently, I am in the process of moving out of my storage unit, after 5 years and I had some questions today about the SQ FT of my unit. My wife and I were out of town when we recieved a phone call from Caitlin, she was calling due to the fact that she had noticed that our unit was not correctly secured. Caitlin was great! She secured the unit for us while we we gone and then helped me with securing the unit upon my return. She was so pleasant, helpful and all this in cold and rainy conditions with a big friendly smile. Overall a truly remarkable experience!
Were dealing with having to move my uncle from Houston to Keller. His belongings were ready, but he was not. This need caused us to look for storage for the contents of his apartment for the time being. Caitlin made this a quick and easy move. I am very happy with all storage, Ive been here many years. Never seen, heard, smelled, or suspected critters. Caitlin is very friendly and helpful. I have another unit elsewhere. Been battling mice for over a year. Recovering from surgery so I cant move that unit to All storage. But I will when I can.

The best, most secure storage facility weve ever used. Weve had a storage unit there for over 3 years. The mgmt is the best. Once, I had locked my unit, but forgotten to slide the bolt first. Before I even got back to my driveway (a quarter mile away) Caitlin was already calling me. They monitor the grounds by golf cart every half hour to hour, as well as surveillance cameras. Caitlin is absolutely the best. She really cares about her customers and remembers names, families, etc. I prefer to work only with her. Ask for her by name. You wont regret it. By the way...she can fix a heavy roll-up door in a flash! Mine fell off after spending 4 hours in the pouring rain moving from one unit to another. I literally almost collapsed when after getting the last piece moved, my helpers and I saw the whole huge door come off track. I was overwhelmed with what was possibly you to be yet another move that night. Caitlin came to the rescue. In less than 15 minutes, she had that door fixed, tightened and rolling up and down with perfect tension. Go Caitlin!!!

Caitlin made renting a unit an absolute breeze, when I couldn’t get to the storage facility prior to move-in day. We did it all on the phone and online. I can’t say enough good things about the top notch service, the clean units, and the facility overall!I know Caitlin from elsewhere and knew she worked at a storage facility, but did not recall which one. I was very pleasantly surprised when I called All Storage @WPK first, since it is close to home, and Caitlin answered. Then, after calling a few more places, I found that All Storage @WPK also had the best prices. All that with the facility being clean and in great shape, it was an obvious choice to come here.

Been using this location for 18 months now and am very pleased. I rent two of their largest enclosed units for classic cars and some misc and have found the staff to be courteous and helpful. I have moved into several different units and spaces over the months as my needs have changed and have worked mostly with Caitlyn, the manager, and she is both very knowledgeable with options and procedures to help me save money and get the right fit for what I am doing. With her help, I finally achieved my goal there of having two 35 units next to one another. I used to have a 1700 sq foot shop when I lived in the country so getting used to a 3 car garage in the city has been tough but the close proximity of this location makes it easier. Having also used several other locations during this same time period, I like this location the best because of its layout and size. Its not so huge that security is an issue and because its laid out in a square it makes camera placement ideal (no blind spots). I have never had an issue here, they keep the place super clean, call u immediately when u forget to lock your unit, and have addressed some minor issues I had with urgency and diligence. What more can you ask for? The DM, Becky, is great too. She helped me out with a couple of paperwork issues and has been very fair to me. I hope that staff NEVER leaves because I am going to be there for the long haul.
I had to use this storage for my move from Atlanta to Keller and although I used it only for 2 months I was satisfied with the service provided. Kaitlyn was very helpful in settings things up for me and the overall customer service was appreciable. Its a little tricky for semis to maneuver around as it has just enough space but it could be done. I would recommend this place.

All Storage was SO easy to work with - first month free (ended up using for 2 months- GREAT DEAL) and pro-rated for the extra 2 days we needed to move everything out. I love working with Anthony and Caitlin over at All Storage in Keller. Caitlin helped me program my lock and it was one of those Rubic Cube moments when I couldn’t get it & she did it in seconds!!! The woman is a Genius!!!Anthony helped me work out the best solution for my temporary storage needs and even showed me how to receive a bonus discount for giving candid feed back on this site!I work w/the Rapid Rehousing Program in the metroplex and have a constant flow of resources flowing Thru All Storage until I’m able to find a Storehouse for my Ministry. Thought I walked into a Ritz Carlton to rent a storage space assisted by the owner. Caitlin was all that and a little more.
I was about to set up a restaurant, but needed somewhere safe to store all my equipment, and tools of trade. I rented a self storage unit from All Storage for 3 months while waiting for the restaurant to be finished. The price was right, the staff friendly, and my items were totally safe and secure.
Anthony was fast and efficient with the rental agreement. Facilities are nice, clean and video monitored. Feel my belongings will be secure at this location.

I have a climate controlled storage unit on Wall Price Keller Rd & Hwy 377 in Keller and its the best in Texas as far as Im concerned. The friendly manager and staff at this store is very knowledgeable and helpful. I travel all over Texas and have kept my belongings at different storages facilities but All Storage by far exceeds my expectations. A+

This place is nice! I was in a tough spot and needed to move out my apartment immediately, and needed a place to store my stuff until I found a new place. The manager there Wade was very knowledgeable in knowing what size I need just by telling him what I going to store. If I ever need a storage again this is the place Im going!!
Very friendly staff (especially Caitlin). Easy process to get started. They live in the present... i.e. the process is all electronic. I didnt see a single piece of paper!
Went to help my friend get her trailer out and it was much more difficult than it needed to be, the spaces between the storage spaces are very small and all of the bumps make it hard to manuever around. May be great for general storage but I wouldnt feel comfortable with RV storage

2022-07-29Ashlyn was very helpful and kind earlier, we really appreciate all the help she has provided for my boyfriend and I! She gave us plenty of options and even gave us a tour of the place, showing us around despite the heat. 2021-04-20Caitlin helped me with choosing the correct storage unit to meet my needs. She was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She immediately offered to take me on her golf cart to look at the different sizes of units so that I could visually compare which one would be best for me. The transaction was very fast and I received emails/updates as soon as I signed my paperwork. The pricing was the best in the area and the location of the facility is awesome. Even the lock/keys were reasonably priced at $10. The storage unit is very clean and well maintained. Security access codes are required for both entry and exit. Video monitoring is also in place for additional security features. Caitlin did an awesome job and is one of the main reasons why I chose to do business here. Thanks so much for your help Caitlin!!!!

2021-04-18I shopped online for best value and All Storage at 5800 Wall Price Keller Rd had the best price for the size unit we need.We scheduled a tour to verify ease of access and overall cleanliness. Caitlin met us with no waiting and promptly answered our questions while golf carting us to view our proposed unit.We are very impressed with the overall condition of the property - you can tell the management team is very intentional about maintaining a clean and safe facility.When we arrived back at the office, Caitlin quickly got our lease completed and now we are all set - we appreciate the very positive customer service experience!!

2021-08-10I recently moved from Kansas City down here to Keller. I discovered I needed a storage unit, like right away, and it was a weekend. I went on line, and called Caitlin. She talked me through the right choice. I went to look at it, it was exactly what I was looking for. In a very short time, maybe 10 minutes at most, she explained, very thoroughly the entire process and had me out the door.
