Stacy was great. We recently moved back to Abilene and had a limited ability to travel. We needed someone who could help us find a home. She was able to do video walk-throughs of prospective houses for us, and when we did find a home we were able to move on it quickly. What was more important to us was that once we found a home, she was able to help us through the entire process. She anticipated each step along the way so that bumps in the road did not become road blocks. Everything went smoothly. I would recommend her without hesitation.

We met Stacey Garces several years ago when we were considering buying or renting a home in Abilene. It was a Saturday, and she was the ONLY agent to answer our phone call, so that sold us immediately! That was not the plan that God had for us at the time, but regardless, we met a life-long friend and agent for our family in Stacey. I recommend Stacey any chance I get, and she was the seller who closed a deal for us when we sold some land just outside of Abilene in June of 2021. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!!!! ❤️

Stacy Garces was amazing. She went out of her way to make sure my dads house looked perfect by staging it and making it look beautiful for the sale. We put my dads house on the market on a Friday, had two offers and Saturday had three offers and SOLD! She made it so easy and just very caring and supportive. We recently sold our home and purchased a new one with the help of our realtor, Stacy Garces. This is the second time we have used Stacy because she is simply amazing! She had an overwhelming amount of patience with us on our home search, offering to meet me at any time and view any home I wanted. She helped us to find the perfect home for our family. Then when we put our other house on the market, she was so thorough and detailed with the listing. She listened to me and made sure she highlighted all the features of our home, no matter how small it may have seemed. She worked with me to stage the house perfectly and it worked out fantastic. We sold our home in two days! Stacy kept me up to date every step of the way and both closings went as smooth as possible. Stacy’s work didn’t stop there. We had a few issues with the new house. It was new construction and we had to get some follow-up work done with the builders. Stacy stuck with me and made sure everything was done as it was promised. I no longer think of Stacy as a realtor, but I now consider her a friend. I highly recommend her to anyone who is searching for a realtor in the Abilene area.

Our house was given an offer the day we listed and we accepted. The work that Stacy Garces put into selling our home was superb which is why it was sold fast. She furnished our kitchen to compliment the interior of the house. The buyers definitely had a good first impression and that is what sells the house. Working with her was incredibly easy and she did a great job. I’d definitely recommend Stacey Garces to my peers.

There is not enough I can say with our experience with Stacy Garces! We had actually given up trying on our own to find our new home. Within a few short weeks she found our new home. It is 100 times better than we ever dreamed possible! The only negative is that it is so good we are never going to move again! I highly recommend her as an agent and now friend!
