Richie and the rest of the staff were so helpful throughout the entire repair process. I had a very tough job for them and they completed very quality work. They also helped me with communicating with my insurance and rental car. 100% will come back with any repair needs in the future
Wow - I am beyond impressed with the team here. I had an unfortunate accident that caused one thing after another to happen to my car. The team here, lead by Richie, have gone above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was back on the road and safe in my car. I cannot believe what an amazing experience I got; they were timely, efficient, and very courteous, even helping with issues that were not related to the accident. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you need any body work or automotive work, you will make the right choice if you choose this team.
I have used service king in the past and theyve done a great job. This time around my faith in their service was strengthened. From the moment I dropped my car off until the moment I picked up, I was treated exceptionally well and there was full transparency all along the repair process. Robert, listened carefully to my initial requests pertaining to repair of my car and ensured me great execution.Richie, personally called me to tell me he would extend my rental a couple days and take care of it if necessary because he wanted ensure my suspension and alignment were not jeopardized. I didnt mind them taking more time to care for my car because she came back out looking brand new. They even did an awesome job at restoring my rims and polishing away any chips in paint I had from door dings.Spectacular service fellas, I appreciate how you cared for my vehicle but I hope I never have to see you all again!Before & After doesnt do the polish and restoration job justice!Cheers,
Excellent service from the get go. Bianca was kind and very helpful in processing the repairs. She made sure to cover any questions I had in regard to getting everything done, including the rental. Richie went above and beyond in keeping a correspondence, letting me know updates on the car. They even had it done in half the time they had initially estimated!The best part was them taking extra care to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction and to thank me for using their services. When I went to pick up, the vehicle was immaculate, inside and out. Spotless. Was recommended to me by family and would definitely recommend to anyone.Thank you again!
Excellent experience at Service King. They were really friendly and helpful, the manger even came out to greet me when I dropped my car off. Excellent communication while they were working on the car, and they got the repairs done ahead of schedule. The car looked great when I picked it up, excellent repairs and very clean.
I have nothing but awesome things to say about Service King at 2707 S 1st St. Austin.My car was vandalized on 12/28. Richie and Alex were great, they took it upon themselves to go the extra mile to get my car ready in outstanding time, and get me on the road before the New Years as I am not from town. If you live in the area and need services for your vehicle, please do not go anywhere else than here. They are GREAT people, professional, and will look at you as a person and not a Dollar sign!!!Richie is the best manager I have worked with in many years as far as customer support goes. The staff at Service King did an outstanding job! They went above and beyond with their customer service. Sending me text updates every step of the way and throughly explaining all the repairs upon pick up. They even finished about 4 days earlier than expected! I was quite impressed by their professionalism and care for their customers. I felt right at home and put my 100% trust in them for any and all repairs. They do their jobs with integrity and morals. I 2000% recommend them to all!
Hit a deer and came to this location, via Allstate. I appreciate the time that was taken to fix an issue, today. Tired of this rental and ready to have my truck back. My impatient demeanor was met with enthusiastic alternative solutions until resolved.I suggest, rather than relaying important information to the check-in clerk, call and speak to the manager directly. Or email them the details. Initially, asked for notification if headlights were to be replaced and the clerk did not take heed to my request.
This place deserves 5 stars. My car was done early and was returned thoroughly clean and smelling like new! Bobby is truly wonderful- I left my garage door opener in the rental car and he called around to track it down for me. Definitely outside of his job description, but he takes customer service seriously enough to go above and beyond. Very grateful for him.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful the whole time. The damage to my car was extensive, so the repairs took longer than normal. I would rather have an establishment take their time and get the job done right the first time, than rush and do a poor job. Bobby kept me updated regularly throughout, and the Geico insurance adjusters contacted me immediately when the repair time was extended. In addition, the adjusters were very nice, understanding, and didnt harass me about who what when where or why the damage occurred. I was thrilled with their collective service and will gladly take my car back for scratch and ding work in the near future!
I chose Service King due to Geico being on-site there; I struck a deer with my car and needed repairs so I went with one of Geico’s approved shops. They were very good at communicating with me on the progress and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Both Geico and Service King were excellent.
This place is the best! From Jamie at the front desk, to Fernando our Service Advisor, to the General Manager Richie. All of them were exceptionally professional while being completely patient and friendly. Fernando did an excellent job of keeping us updated on the progress of our vehicle and the GM went over and beyond to accommodate our schedule. Service King at this location will be our choice of garage should the need arise again.
I highly recommend this shop on First Street for any of your repairs. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and they provided excellent customer service. Richie, Bryan, and Marco explained in detail the process of repair for my vehicle. They kept me in the know & regularly updated me on the progression. Will definitely use them again if I need work done on my vehicle.
Great service. Made a complicated self-pay situation run smoothly. Expedited repairs to limit rental car days. Called with regular updates. Super friendly staff... highly professional. Excellent and detailed work... paint job looked like new. No unexpected costs. Highly recommend. 👍
Carco is the best, I took my Mazda a year ago after a hit and run and the service was excellent. In that instance Bobby Rocha was in charge of my case and from the first time he was honest with the repair costs and the timing. He returned my car promptly and with no extra charges, like new. This year my car had some scratches on the hood, I went back to Carco and looked for Bobby who again, honestly told me that the scratches could come off just by polishing it. The car was return after a day and with no charge at all. Excellent service and excellent staff, I would recommend it to anyone.
The staff here will go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience possible.My insurance company recommended that I get a quote from Caliber collision on Ben White, which I did, but after they told me they didnt have any available appointments until three weeks after my estimate, I looked around for shops close to where I live. I called this Service King, and the front office assistant Jaime answered and told me to bring my car in on Tuesday (I called them Friday at 2pm) to start the repairs. They initially told me it would be done in three days, but after taking the bumper off and seeing more damage, they kept it for a few more days. They did everything by the books, made sure my insurance company would pay for everything (except my deductible), and kept me in the loop with everything that was going on. Hell, they even cleaned the inside of my car, which is a big deal as I commute to San Marcos everyday and I basically live in my car. Ivan was extremely helpful in the whole process, calling me and even offering to pay for a rental when they had to keep the car for a few more days. Im so glad I took my little car here to get fixed. They definitely have a loyal customer out of me.

Better service than the dealers body shop. Exceeded expectations. Almost too much communication for me but they take very good care of you. Brittany and the team at Service King are friendly and it shows by the way they care. I hope I dont need body repair again any time soon, but I will go to them again and always.
By far the best collision center EVER!I was rear ended on Monday, August 16th and they were kind enough to give me a rough time frame for next Friday, but I got called today (August 20th) that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Talk about fast and efficient!I was shocked of how quick they were being that I had just picked my vehicle up from another collision center about a month and half ago and it was at that collision center for 5 weeks for something minimal like this, but in the front bumper.Definitely recommend Service King and their staff!
It was like they were actively trying to be as difficult as possible. We wanted to take it to this location but they kept pushing back saying they can’t take it for weeks because they don’t have “tow in appointments” meaning that we were not allowed to tow it there either. The car is almost totaled but can be “driven” so they finally agreed to let me take it in here if I drove it in. Because they can take it if I drove it in, but not if I tow it .... The woman also kept adamantly telling me how my insurance would and would not be covering my rental vehicle though this has nothing to do with them. I have 100 things to do and don’t need to continue to assure the woman I have it handled and I just need her to make my appointment to drop off the vehicle.Made an appointment for 10a, we arrive at 10:26 with baby in tow and they told us we had to leave and reschedule for another time, and we couldn’t leave the wrecked vehicle that they were supposedly going to be working on. I’m guessing because it was going to be fixed at 10 AM and at 10:26 it was no longer time to repair the total vehicle?? This was just ridiculous. We were not late for an oil change or haircut, we were late dropping off a car that would be there for days if not weeks being fixed.We obviously just took it to WHITAKERS close by with excellent reviews who was happy to take the car and $15k for repairs.
Service king went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was wonderful, and that my car was done earlier than expected, keeping me involved every step of the way. From dealing with the insurance company to dealing with the rental car, they covered every corner. Management and staff were wonderful, and again, went above and beyond. Thanks guys!
Genuine Service Professionals. As one can imagine, there is emotional stress that comes from the hassle and inconvenience of any auto accident. This team certainly understands and is very well prepared to handle the human side of this. Our Experience started with Bobby Rocha, I could have swore we went to the same Church, although we never met. Thats how sincere and genuine he was. Our Van was ready when he said it would be and he was on point with updates along the way. He far exceeded my expectations. He alone was assurance that I was at the right place. Sadly, a problem arose and typically, would warrant a bad review. However, once again, these are PROFESSIONALS. Richie the GM stepped in and once again his genuine empathy and concern far supersede any problem. He was very proactive, eliminating the need to be reactive. No wonder his entire staff is Top Notch including the young lady at the front desk, she had a part in our overall experience, with her genuine concerns and warm smile. At the end of the day, as a customer, my expectation is Quality of Work and Prompt and Satisfactory resolution. Overall, an exceptional place to do business with. We couldnt be happier with our experience at Service King! From the first call to schedule service to the time we picked up our vehicle we felt pleased. We felt we were taken care of from start to finish which took the burden off us. We so appreciate the professionalism from everyone involved. Thank you! I do not recommend that place. I went over there for fix my car, after done with my car I notice someone type on my passenger door LOL. I went and call I spiked to Richie is the manager. And complain about. I put bad review on his page. And he want I delete my review for fixed my car. And he text me if I do not delete my review he do not fixe my car. What. Kind manager he is. I would give them negative stars if I could. They are incredibly *dishonest*. My car is still in the shop, so I cant attest to the work quality just yet. I took a car to them a little over a week ago since it had been rear ended.The car is not mine, I am merely an authorized driver. I am also in the process of moving for work related purposes. I commute to a city about 4 hours away for over half the week. I took it in, explained all of that, and told them I wanted it restored with all dealer parts. I wanted to give it back to the owner in as much of the same condition I received it in. I was adamant about the parts because it was what the original owner requested. They told me they would do that and they also talked me into signing off on permission to start the work. This way the car wouldnt sit while I was working in another city. Since I had read all of these glowing reviews, I agreed and signed. What a mistake.When the estimates were done, I received a text from Richie - the guy who was handling the cars repair. I texted back that day to ask if it was receiving all Nissan parts. I did not receive a response back. I felt ok since I had text back after 6 (after work) and thought he might not respond because he was also off the clock. I called in either the next day or the day after that since I had not heard back from him.I talked to someone else and asked them about the parts. They said that the back end was an after-market part. (It turns out that was the only part they were replacing; the rest of the parts they were repairing. The original owner ended up taking the estimate and some pictures to another body shop who said that *those parts should have never been repaired, but replaced.*) I immediately asked to talk to Richie, who told me only the insurance company could get me the dealer part. I said that I would call the insurance there to get the part. I *had to ask for the estimate 3 times in that phone call because he did not want to give me it*. I should have known that something was wrong then. The insurance guy and I played phone tag the rest of the day. The next morning I received a text saying that painting was starting. I called Richie back and told him to stop all work until I talked to the insurance agent.*Richie agreed to stop all work on the phone with me, but continued to work on the car while I talked to the insurance company.* I got the original owner of the car involved. We (and the insurance company) were constantly being told different things from what stage the car was in, when it would be done, what parts were going in it and why. The original owner sent a complaint email to the manager. *We went to the dealer who showed us that the dealer bumper was cheaper than the aftermarket.* The next thing we know they are lying to the insurance company that the aftermarket bumper did not fit.We asked to move the car to another service repair shop, but Service King said that they were nearly done. When I do get the car back, I will definitely be taking it to another service company to get it checked out. *I dont have confidence in Service King. I would not recommend their services, but recommend that you run screaming the other way.*
Carco Collision Center is the best! I had my Toyota Prius serviced at their Austin location and am very happy with how my car turned out. Fantastic customer service, quick turn around, and I cant even tell my car was damaged in the first place. Its a great location and the people there really know what theyre doing.
I was hit by a drunk driver, in the pouring rain which caused damage to my vehicle. Geico is the insurance this driver had. In order for them to cover it, they sent me to Service King. I turned my car over to them in March, it is now June 22, 2016. I have been walking to work, and every time I call, Im on hold for over 15 minutes so I just hang up. I literally have to contact them to get any information, and the employee who was supposed to be updating me on everything is now out for a week. This is a HORRIBLE establishment, actually, the worst establishment I have yet to take any vehicle to get fixed. I would highly recommend NEVER taking your car here.
While I was in town for work supporting hurricane Harvey I was in a minor accident. My work had to redeploy me to Puerto Rico to support Maria and I was afraid I would be trapped waiting on my car. I spoke with Fernando and explained the situation. They were so amazing that they were able to complete the job early and get me on the way to do my job. Thank you!
Made an appointment. Confirmed the estimate after telling the operator that I would be paying out of pocket. Got to the shop and they said they would need to do a new estimate. Then just got a very unwelcoming feeling vibe from the three standing in front of me. “I’m getting the feeling I should leave” I said. “Yah, probably” replied the manager.

2022-04-14Got rear ended a couple weeks ago, and the drivers insurance company recommended (and paid for) my car to get fixed at Service King Collision. The staff there are very welcoming, professional and they did an absolutely wonderful job getting my vehicle repaired in just under a week. I am super grateful for their work, and their understanding. Highly recommend. Five stars!

2022-07-02Service King South First repaired my Audis body and paint damage after it was hit by another driver. The shop was recommended by GEICOs express repair program and at first I was hesitant to take my car to a shop that wasnt Audi-certified. However, the staff at Service king South First took great care of my vehicle, and had excellent communication about the state of the repair. The car looks better than it did when I bought it. Overall, it was a seamless experience and I would recommend.

From explaining everything, giving me a timetable and called with updates on progress, to finishing up earlier then expected. 2022-07-26Thank you to the entire staff for fixing my 2018 Black Subaru Impreza, it was involved in a serious collision and they were able to fix up the entire vehicle. Cleaned it up for me, they did all the bells and whistles! When they called me to collect my vehicle it took less than 5 minutes for the process! Quick and efficient. Very hard workers! Thanks a million!

2022-04-30Last week I backed into a fixed concrete pillar and dented the chrome bumper on my son’s car. I was distraught about how to fix the bumper before my son found out because I had watched him work all year saving his money and waiting to get his drivers license. Then the one time he let me use it, I ruined it.The folks at Service King were able to smooth out the dented chrome and fix the rubber guard so that the tailgate could close smoothly again! They were sooo precise!In fact, I shared with Bianca that I was expecting the results from some medical tests I had taken (an MRI scan for a brain tumor) and to save me from the added stress, the shop owner Rickie, fixed the car free of charge.It’s this kind of love and care in the community that needs all of our support. I’ll be shouting Rickie’s goodness until my voice goes hoarse. God Bless everyone at Service King Collision.

2017-03-22Not sure what others have experienced here and it might defer from person to person. All I can speak for is my own experience. It was 100 percent excellent. From start to finish it was outstanding. I did my repairs through Geico Express.I walked in thinking it would take forever to get setup and handover my car. I was in and out in about 10-15 minutes (timing might change on case by case basis).I arrived at 7:30 a.m.No one was in front of me.I was first greeted by Geico person who has a desk right inside of Service King.Then I met with Service King employee Bobby who handled my repairs. He was very down to earth and friendly. Dropped off my keys and met with the Enterprise Employee who also was inside Service King. While I was dealing with the rental the Geico employee and Bobby looked at my car. Enterprise employee handed me the rental keys and signed paper work on his tablet and I was out the door.I then on a daily basis received updates on exactly what state my car was in and the repairs.I got a notification and a call that my car was finished.Dropped off the rental, Was greeted again warmly by Service King staff and was explained exactly what was done to my car, including if a panel or handles were removed for the repair. The print out was done on laser jet ink quality paper and neatly organized for me for my records.They vacuumed and did a pretty good job doing some detailing of my car as best they could. Waxed and washed. Looked almost like a bran new car.Best thing was I did not have to think about my car once. Repairs took about 5 days.Not sure when they are busy or not so it might be a hit or miss when things get too crowded or no wait so my guess is to call first before you drive down there to make sure you car can be taken care of relatively soon.Great experience and I would def. go there again for any car body repairs or paint.Based on my experience I could not have gotten better service.(images) pic of my damage, pic of their post work and vacuumed and cleaned interior and exterior. Also detailed bill. Placed in Geico folder.

2022-01-18The office staff are nice, but the paint job did not hold up. After my first wash, paint was chipping -- and yes, I followed the rules post paint job. They call it rock chips (even though I have not driven on gravel) so wouldnt warranty it; however, I have never been given the warranty policy nor is it online. Their site says lifetime warranty not limited lifetime warranty so a bit misleading.They kindly offered to touch up the chips which I agreed to bc I thought surely a professional painter could make it look ok - nope! They arent actually covered and looks like a 2 yr old painted it. It would have looked better if it was just left. So now they wont warranty it and am stuck with the ugly touch up.
